I was paired with someone that I am now dating seriously on the first try. We clicked perfectly and now we spend as much together as possible. It doesn't get any more idealistic than that. Great job It's Just Lunch!

DO NOT SIGN UP with It's Just Lunch! They are not at all interested in their clients, only interested in the money. No refund even though I have not gone on any dates and have not had an 'interview'. The person I spoke with (my matchmaker) was rude and had no listening skills whatsoever. My matchmaker is not at all concerned about my thoughts on the dates presented, just about keeping my money. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Do not make the same mistake I made. Stay far away from IJL.

Very pleasant ladies, they pay attention to my requirements and very helpful and professional and on time with arranging my matches and work on coordinating the location to be suitable for both of us. I would recommend them highly. They explain the matches well to me.

Please indulge me as I give a few reasons why Kimberli and Tameka are so good at what they do. (In no particular order:) First, they make themselves available: they work hard to accommodate your schedule, making time to talk when it is convenient for you. Second, they listen very well. They are interested in learning as much about you as they can for the purpose of matching you with the right date. Third, they do their work with cheerfulness and joy. I probably don't have to tell you what a difference a positive, joyful attitude can make when discussing personal matters over the telephone. I have never known them to be cross, and they love to laugh with me.

I had really good experience with 'It's Just Lunch' as a company. Everyone were very professional and helpful. I especially want to acknowledge Kailal and Dominique, professional matchmaker and coordinator. They both were always available to help and answer all my questions.

My Experience with IJL has been good so far. A little bit on the patient side, but overall great experience. My advisor Kimberly has been good with communication and asking the right questions on preference to get the match right.

Laura was a naturally beautiful ray of sunshine. She had a witty intelligence that kept me engaged throughout the date. She was running a little late and although she was in a tank top and shorts I could not keep my eyes off her. It's Just Lunch did a great job matching us together. I hope to see Laura very soon.

It took a while (a month) to get the first date set up, but I'm glad that I stuck with the process. The match that Donna and Tameka arranged for me is a fabulous individual. We have similar backgrounds and common interests. I tried the standard internet dating sites a few times and had no luck. IJL definitely provides quality.

I have went on several dates with an open mind and most were not satisfactory and would have never chosen them on my own. There were only 2 dates that actually had any potential. I now feel exhausted by the process of dating and think I will take a break for a while.

I had a great first date in a great restaurant! It was a 90 minutes long, and the time went by quickly. Kim made it easy to meet a new friend. We are still working on finding "the one", and I am confident we will get there.

I went for a drive to meet with Paula in hopes that we would fall ah. We both were nervous. She arrived late for those to serve us. I called ahead for a booth and arrived early, in hopes the date to be fool proof. My match maker did what I thought to be a great job in her match. Paula seems to be a catch. Soft brown hair pointed towards her mild pudgy cheeks supporting freckles.

This is my first experience using this type of service and so far it has been an enjoyable experience. All of the staff I’ve spoken to has been very polite and focused during our conversations. I look forward to continuing with them and seeing what comes next.

Erica and Tameka were great. They were professional and really tried to get to know me on a personal level so they could find me the perfect match. They asked me a lot of questions to identify my needs and wants. They took the time to face time me and conduct in depth phone calls in regards to what my desires and goals were in terms of finding a companion.

I love working with IJL. They go out of their way to find interesting and loving people who are looking for a relationship, not just a hook-up. The staff are warm, encouraging and quite wise. Aleisha has given me individual attention and is a great listener who shows that she cares about my happiness. I have met some interesting and kind men who were good matches. I have learned that sometimes I have to reach out and be a friend, not wait for some dream romance. Fundamentally, dating is about being and finding a best friend.

I was impressed from the start with the thoroughness of the data gathering. Almost immediately Kimberli found a match, but that one didn't work for me. However, since then she has provided three more matches: one I've already seen and plan to see again, a second I will see next week, and the third probably the week following. Based on their pictures and bios, they look like good matches. Both Kimberli and Tameka have been proactive with me in trying to find appropriate matches. I'm hopeful and optimistic that this will happen. Then it will be up to me and the ladies I meet. Time will tell.

I am very disappointed in my experience with IJL. They spent years trying to get me to sign up for the service. When I moved to a new area I decided to try it. My first match took a month for us to finally meet because it was rescheduled according to IJL. When we did meet he was unaware we had a previous date. It has been a month since that date and when I ask about my next match, I am told: "they will be in touch when they have my next match."

Vanessa has been very good at finding matches that not only fit the profile I am looking for but when I have met them I have had an initial connection that I`ve pursued further. She does the best that she can but being on opposite coasts with the time difference does slow the communication between setting up dates though this is not something she can really control and as stated before does the best that she can.

Although my IJL experience got off slowly, once I had my face-to-face meeting things progressed well. Both Tameka and Kimberli have been very attentive to my dating parameters, for the most part, and have provided valuable insight into the dating/matching experience.

I was wooed by the magical promises of personal matchmaking. The sales pitch is great & bubbly! Even was explained if they can’t find me a match they would recruit someone. A month in and three matches down I’m now being strong armed to go on a date that I don’t want to. You spend an hour or more on the phone going in detail on your preferences, being promised they have PLENTY of guys like that and then get matches that are the opposite. When you explain what you like or don’t like about the person I was accused of being shallow and not opened minded. For a service that is very expensive I don’t appreciate the tone or rudeness that has been experienced since the initial set up.

Lovely experience to meet other people. The pressure is off to exchange phone numbers and just have a conversation to get to know a person and their interests. The staff at IJL go out of their way to listen to your feedback.

Very pleased with the lunch. Great place, very great guy. We had a lot in common and do plan on meeting again. Nothing carved in stone at this time. I have been very happy with Kaila and Jessica. Both are very friendly and professional. Thanks. He is quite charming but not phony. I was so impressed with the fact that he was quite interested in me and my life. I find most men to not ask questions only seem to talk about themselves.

Having just started working with Vanessa and Udonna, I have found both to be communicative, patient, and easy to work with. Both ladies are friendly and seem to want to do their very best to meet my needs. They are responsive to phone calls and emails. Have had one introduction thus far and it went well. To date I have no complaints with either coordinator.

Kimberli and Tameka have been great to work with. They have made this process very easy to follow and stress-free. You can tell they take a personal interest in listening to the client and trying to understand what the client wants for his/her date. They both have a lot of understanding and positive input. Wasted thousands of dollars & time on this - huge regret. I can't get a refund. Drove an hr to meet my "date" - they never showed up and claimed that they were there. I can't waste my time on this. Please, meet someone the old fashion way or take yourself on a vacation. I've been on zero dates and don't want to with who they pick.

However, you guys had quite a job on your hands - because he had to reschedule the initial date, then I had to reschedule the rescheduled date and then finally we met. I signed up with this service when no other similar services had helped. I am extremely happy with the care, professionalism and warmth with which Jas and Jessica have shown me in establishing my matches. I have put a lot of search into your Dating service over the past years before joining IJL. I have talked to many of your screeners, sales people and so far as I see it. You have put together a fantastic team of professionals. While I have had only one meeting Just for lunch I must commend your people for their input for making it happen with that personal touch. This is my second round with It's Just Lunch, and this time is markedly better than the first time. Pilar matched me well with my first date and hopefully the rest continue to be good matches as well. He seems to be genuinely interested in finding me the right person. Overall, I feel somewhat disappointed 5 months after having signed onto It's Just Lunch (IJL). That being said, I feel that the people I'm working with, including UDonna and Tameka, are doing an adequate job within the constraints of IJL. First, the person with whom I shared the most about myself, including preferences in a woman and past dating/marriage experiences, was someone named Jenny **, with whom I had no later contact.

The dinner reservation was at a very nice place, the food was excellent and it was a low-pressure experience with someone I have never met before but enjoyed meeting and engaging in stimulating conversation with for over two hours! I took off one star because this is my first time using IJL and I rarely give perfect scores right off the bat...

I spent a nice sum for a dating service and it had been 2 months and only one date. After reviewing my dates profile and what I got was quite different. His profile said he liked golf, travel, eating healthy. Also said he was six ft tall. He did not like exercising outside. No golf and hasn’t traveled since early twenties. Also - said Jhelum could watch football all day, everyday if on television. This is something I don’t want, as I am an outside woman. His profile aside he liked remodeling... if writing a check counts, it is misleading. Disappointed! It has been two months and only one date, not sure when they will send me an e-mail for the next. Waiting and wondering if I wasted money?

Still waiting... I think the only way to be 100% would be to end up in a relationship and that hasn’t happened yet. But I am holding out hope and I hope the next date is it. It’s hard these days especially in my line of work to need new people and it’s a numbers game. The more dates the better your chances are. So here’s to the next one.

My 1st experience with IJL in the early 2000's was ok, the 2nd (about 3 years ago wasn't so good) , and just coming back to IJL last week and have met a person who really hits many if not all of my keys for someone I want to continue with. They did a super job! Obed, Dalia... KEEP IT UP!

A very nice and helpful experience with the dating service. I have been having a lot of fun and helpful experience with the help of the dating service. They are the best in contact with me walking me through this process.

I joined IJL like most people — I thin k— because of the frustration with regular dating apps. The process is much different and so far it’s been smooth sailing. I was in contact with one woman who spent extensive time getting to know me over the phone before they decided to take me on as a client. Then I was put in contact with my personal matchmaker. There was more conversation and then a Skype interview. I really liked this part because it made the process real. Dealing with live people is better than just phone conversations which can stay abstract.

I am a new member to It's Just Lunch and I was recommended to the company by my sister and by someone who met her husband through It's Just Lunch. So far my experience has been very positive. The personalized service appeals to me and being able to provide feedback throughout the process provides a partnership. I'm looking forward to the journey!

I enjoyed the blind date last weekend. Everything matched per my criteria of my desired female profile except for a few, hence not going on a second date. But, she is a nice lady. Both my IJL manager and me are on the same page and I enjoy working with her. I recommend IJL. Thanks.

They both have been very friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to emails and return phone calls. It's like talking to a friend, they are nice. They have always answered any questions that I have had. They make the process a less nerve racking.

I have never gone out of my way to write a review but I am hoping this saves at least one poor soul from the deception of It's Just Lunch. This whole business is a scam to make money. They have mastered it down to an art. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONTRACT. They will find ways to cover themselves and fulfill it while setting you up on bogus dates with people (who aren't even paying members) just to get their contract fulfilled. They will claim that the person is a great match but in no way falls under criteria you gave them. They told me they had tons of matches and that my city was the greatest market!

Erica is so great at taking the time to learn what is important to me. The conversation is never rushed. She gives me confidence that she truly has my best interests!! She just wants me to have a good time! Just love her!!

Erica is very good. She is good at following up with the client. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what customer is requesting. She gets back to customer in timely manner and making close follow up with customer. She listens to customer and keeps good records of the information customer gives to her.

Do NOT believe the ads or what they tell you on the phone! IJL has a script that their charming on-boarders follow. At some point they will enthusiastically promise you that they have two matches in mind for you that are just perfect for you (Google: Reuters It's Just Lunch class action lawsuit). I feared IJL might be a scam. But their promises sounded amazing. So after lots of phone calls and soul-searching, I paid the $** and signed up.

Signed up for IJL in February, under the false promise that I would receive 4 dates within a 6 month period or be eligible for a refund. 6 months went by, and I had no dates whatsoever. I did get stood up at the restaurant twice. After speaking with the representative on the phone, they don't issue refunds, despite what their contract says. They can keep throwing matches at you in perpetuity in an attempt to 'honor' the contract. You would be better off spending your money on a nice vacation.

I am new to IJL. So far my experience has been positive. Aleisha and Krystyl have been successful in finding matches and coordinating meetings. They each have provided energetic attention to me. My first date was a success and I am meeting that date again.

I want to thank Lisa for her kindness in this process. I was very disappointed with the dating director I originally had. Lisa turned this around for me. I truly believe she loves helping others to find a match. I understand there are many variables in connecting people, but Lisa listened to what I was looking for. She set me up with a great man that I had an awesome date with. During my date we both expressed how appreciation for Lisa as she is attentive to the details, while expressing happiness in what she does for others.

This review is for an older experience. When they cold called me and gave me a hard sell on the phone, they lied about the experience and their requirements/services/clients. I could not get along with my matchmaker or get her to understand what my preferences even were. It was incredibly frustrating trying to communicate with someone so stubborn, and I can't understand how people have given them positive reviews. My consultant eventually placed my account on a hold and never contacted me again.

Monique seems to be a very thorough matchmaker who takes her job seriously and listens very well. I was happy that besides just e-mail she also called to personally discuss how a particular date went and to get specifics of where there was a fit and where there might not have been a fit.

Aleisha has been very polite and patient - don’t feel pressured. The dates have been very nice, high quality accomplished men. I haven’t found a match yet; however, the experience has been excellent consistently which I appreciate. All gentlemen, all interesting and pleasant to be around.

Either way, my experience with It's Just Lunch has been fine... Looking forward to new matches! I feel that if one wants to meet quality matches who are serious, matchmaking services are for you. Way different than regular dating sites and I prefer it. It is pretty expensive though.

I have been very impressed and pleased with how personable, welcoming, and supportive the IJL specialists have been. Shilah was a wonderful first contact with IJL. She called the day after I expressed interested in IJL, patiently explained how it works and helped me start to build my profile. Darryl has been great! He arranged meetings for me to finalize my profile and calling me within an hour when I had questions. Now I'm waiting on the exciting part - meeting my first potential match. I will say, the wait time between completing my profile and organizing a first date has been longer than I expected, but I think it's just a change from the rapid dating culture. I'm looking forward to meeting a date that has been so carefully selected for me.

They have been very professional. I have had two dates. The restaurants are very nice they choose. I have felt comfortable with my dates. Office staff, wonderful. Darrell and I always have a great time talking. With my feedback and his investment, I know I will continue to meet interesting people.

I really enjoyed my experience with IJL. They follow through on what they promise. Getting started was smooth and comfortable. I got along with the staff and they explained very clearly the process. The matches they provided made sense for my lifestyle and interests so they really did a good job listening to me.

It has been a very disappointing experience with IJL...yet I do feel much better now with Marie as my coach and Shanni helping. I am assured that there actually are guys available yet I believe few and far between. Of course, if I find the love of my life through IJL I will be singing a different tune. They don't have the opportunity to view my profile and say yes or no plus they apparently dont have any monetary investment to take it that seriously as well. I joined IJL because I am a busy person and felt that spending some good money on finding a qualified perfect match who was screened beforehand was worth it, yet I have second thoughts. Also I felt if the guy spent that kind of money...not like the other crazy dating sites...he would be very interested in finding the love of his life. Hopefully it will be the end result of my time spent with IJL.

Meetings with all three support members have been wonderful. Exciting conversation and constant support. I’m looking forward to continuing down the road with the program and my support team. I feel I can always call on them and ask questions.

I registered with IJL in February after being snowballed by one of the BEST soft-sellers on the planet - Catherine. Here are the highlights of my six months with IJL: - Misleading sales pitch. Catherine provided the names of three candidates during my initial phone contact. None of the three were ever presented as possible matches. - Failure to disclose that "recruited" NON-PAYING clients are used during initial phone contact with Catherine. Knowing that people who did not pay to receive this service would have immediately changed my mind about using the service.

I am new to It's Just lunch, so I have not had the opportunity to thoroughly experience all of the services IJL offers. Having said that my initial conversations with Jessica, Jas and Marlo have been very positive. The team is very upbeat and excited about the prospect of finding the right match for me, which by extension has made the experience, so far a great one!

I just went on my first IJL date. My match and I had so much in common that we talked for almost 4 hours on that first date. Kimberli and Tameka have been amazing. Kimberli is upbeat and keeps me on track when I start to mentally jump too far ahead. My overall impression of IJL so far is that it is a very professional organization, and that the personnel really do care about getting to know the members to make matches that may work. I have really enjoyed the experience so far and look forward to Kimberli's next call or e-mail. She's supposed to be my dating coach, but I've started to think of her as my dating friend.

I have been talking with Darryl from IJL. He has been very professional, courteous and made me feel at ease. It has been a good choice to have dealing with customers. I look forward to dealing with him and other IJL employees.

Immediately after I signed (and paid!), my "matchmaker" missed our introductory meeting. No call, no apology. My request for a more detailed matchmaker went unanswered. Then, the same one called me back like I was a new client. She since sent me (2) profiles - one of whom wasn't even divorced yet! And now, she hasn't responded to my emails in over 2-weeks! This is the absolute worst decision I've ever made. ** for this? You should be ashamed of yourselves! I am making it my mission to let others know this "service" is a waste of time and money.

She is making my experience at It's Just Lunch very nice and because of her, I would like to stay with It's Just Lunch until I finally meet my life-time match!!! In my last review I concentrated on how Udonna and Tameka focused on my match and how they got a perfect score on that one. I forgot to say how I appreciated the perfect coordination of details in the date. We had to go back and forth a bit because of logistical considerations and restaurant complications. This was all handled in advance and all details were lined up for me and everything went as planned so that all I had to do was plug the address into Waze and walk in. THANK YOU!

My experience to date with IJL has been exciting. The person who is overseeing my account, Pilar **, has done a terrific job and has gone the extra mile to make sure my matches are rewarding. It’s always exciting meeting new people and Pilar has kept it exciting!

I am so impressed by all of the IJL team that I've spoken to throughout my registration. They are professional, obviously love their jobs, and truly care. IJL standards for matches are extremely high and there is no sense of wasting your time.

IJL has taken my money and not provided any service. They rush you into signing a contract and then fail to do anything. My bank knew exactly why I was calling when doing a chargeback. That's why IJL moved to Florida, locks in their contracts so they are free to take your money. Stay away at all costs. Consistent lies.

This is technically my third time working with IJL and has been the best experience so far. My first time I was in eastern Iowa which was a new market for IJL. All but one match that IJL picked was bad. Almost like my IJL contact didn't read my feedback. The one decent match lived 90 miles away. The second time IJL contacted me with women that I was a match for. One of the four was great, but she ended up being too busy to go any further than a third date. Two of the other three matches were pretty bad.

I have only had 2 dates set up since I joined. Before I signed up I wish I knew how IJL took many weeks to months to set up. I had the impression of having a date 2-4 times a month. Not 1 every other month. I also wish that more information was given about the date. Everyone at the company are nice and helpful.

There was some confusion regarding the starting time for my appointment, but Andrea was kind enough to call me on my cell-phone to ensure we were able to connect, (the added customer focus was worth a star for me). The rest of the interview went pretty much as I expected, and much of the time was spent validating answers I had given during my original phone interview with IJL.

Both Udonna and Tameka are professionals that listen and take time to care and make it happen. They seem passionate about their work and jobs and are always quick to respond. I would recommend them to others and have.

The It's Just Lunch Team is exceptional when it comes to communication and customer service for their clients. They are extremely hands-on and their follow up is extraordinary. This group of team members are very thorough in their research and try to accommodate the client's needs and desires. This is truly high quality customer service.

This is from a male perspective, women using the service may have a different experience. I’ve found the office staff doesn’t listen and is pushy. They also seem to prefer quantity over quality. I gave an age range and wanted a woman without kids. They’ve set me up with women nearly a decade outside of my range with kids. I can’t make it downtown during the week. They keep trying to send me downtown. To make it convenient for both, I’m willing to meet in in the middle of where we both live. I’ve driven an hour to meet someone 5 minutes from her house. During the week I can only meet for dinner dates. The women need to be made aware of this and eat something. It’s awkward when your date arrives after she has eaten, and I haven’t had anything since lunch. I do offer to split appetizers, but they need to be made aware that it’s a “dinner date”.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and care the IJL team and my match maker Debbie have shown from the start. The team clearly cares about providing quality matches and great experiences. Debbie has been very responsive to all questions, dating reservations, etc. which I have greatly appreciated. It really is a VIP type of service mentality which has been so nice for a busy professional. Unfortunately I am located outside of the main "hubs", but have been very pleased with Debbie's assistance and efforts to try and accommodate the distance for me to drive. I would say that distance can be a challenge, but if you are serious and outside of a main hub the team works hard to reduce that challenge. If you've tried online dating and are looking for more of the "VIP" experience to help you in finding better matches I highly recommend IJL.

I joined on July 14 after a 2+ hour hard sell conversation that I asked to think about but the sales rep kept talking so I signed but never got to see the contract until the next day when it was emailed to me. I decided to continue and figured it was an investment and anyone that pays $** must be serious so I had high hopes. And I really liked the idea of the coaching. It has been over a month and they sent me one "match" who was nothing like what I was interested in so I declined to meet him. Since then it's been nothing AT ALL. It's like pulling teeth to get them to respond. I am lucky to hear from them once a week - and that is after I email a couple times asking if they are still there. All I hear is they are working on a match. It should not be that difficult if they have anyone in the database like they represented on the hard sell. I am successful, financially secure, attractive and fit.

I have had a good experience with It's Just Lunch. They try to listen to your feedback and take it into account with future matches. I like the fact that you have one point of contact when dealing with the company. Dating in the New York area is never easy but they do their best to make it fun.

My matchmaker Debbie does an incredibly thorough job of identifying great matches. She takes her time to make sure there is a potentially good fit for both parties. I recommend IJL to anyone in the Philadelphia area no matter what your relationship goals are.

The guy was very nice and I did enjoy my dinner. He was very familiar with this whole dating process. I was very surprised to find out that he was not a member of it It’s Just Lunch so that was kind of disappointing that here I am paying all this money yet someone else is getting to do it for free. That doesn’t really seem right. However in finding that out it was nice to know that It’s Just Lunch did check him out with a face-to-face interview and do a background check I am assuming with his driver's license. We didn’t exchange numbers and I will see if he calls. Definitely somebody I could be friends with.

I signed a contract for It's Just Lunch to provide me with 4 matches. I signed the contract in 2016. As of 2018 the service was not delivered. After a year of trying to get IJL to respond to requests for dates, I requested a refund of $500. I believe I paid approximately two thousand dollars for the service. I have no faith in them providing me a quality match after all the time. I have used the service two other times and was satisfied. This is so disappointing. Over the two years, I frequently had to contact them to get another match. My last match told me he was not an active member. The B.B.B. in Florida just informed today, IJL has an “F” rating. I am writing in hopes that other folks will not lose money on a service that does not deliver what it promises.

They make all these promises, and then go away. In the two months I had my "contract" with them, Monique contacted me exactly once, and only after I inquired where she was. She sent me only ONE date option. Mind you, I am a successful, attractive, financially secure woman who was just looking to expand some dating options. Elite Singles and Tinder is much better!!! And they refuse to refund my money.

It is horrible, at least for South Florida. They misrepresent everything, don't follow up, don't return calls, don't follow criteria for selection of matches. DON'T USE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. IT IS A RIP OFF.

I’ve enjoyed my experience and dealings with JFL - especially with Jas and Bianka. They’ve been responsive and excellent to work with. Jas is a good listener, easy to talk with, and provides good feedback to me on my expectations and other issues. Most importantly, I really appreciate that Jas is direct and honest in her feedback.

I have seen the profiles of four ladies. All were very interesting, with great backgrounds and careers. I have been on a first date with two and they were both very pleasant. I have a second date with one lady and another first date this weekend. So far this has been a great experience for me!

Like anything, it's an investment. Because you are spending lots of money, the other party is virtually guaranteed to be serious and committed. The only thing I would say is I've noticed that many of the people I'm meeting have degrees, and many in general won't date someone without a degree. I feel as if maybe the criteria could be improved or more forgiving. The dates, in my limited experience went well. Some more awkward at first than others.

I am a new client of IJL. My initial interview with Michelle went well and the experiences I've had thus far with my matchmaker, Pilar, have been positive. I really like how the company has built in safety measures (face-to-face interview and contracted restaurants/sites) and offers coaching sessions with a dating specialist. Sheri, who provided this service for me was great. I haven't dated in over 25 years, so getting back out there is a bit scary! I have been on 1 date and although my experience with IJL is limited, I feel I made the right choice utilizing their service.

Had hopes this would bring me the caliber of man I was looking for. Started out really excited but soon I found this organization to be completely dishonest. I was told the city I live in was a hub, but that was not the truth, the closest hub actually over an hour away. Also, was told there were several men that would be a great fit for me, but never had 1 date in my area. The client service was horrible. Hardly ever did they respond within the 24 hours window they claim they will respond. A couple of reps were rude to me when I had the nerve to call them out on it. Just a complete waste of time & money. I only had a few dates & I am not overweight or ugly so that is not the issue. Very frustrating experience with not 1 good thing to say about it now.

I am in the middle of an IJL subscription and I have been pleased with the experience so far. My matches are desirable and my matchmaker and team have been attentive. Based on my initial experience, I would be happy to recommend the service to others.

I’ve had 3 matchmakers which is more than the number of dates I’ve had. The matches seem to take a very long time. Seems as if it is stretching out to keep you paying. It’s a great concept and I feel it has attracted a higher class of people. Maybe the system may Work better based on some type of commission than monthly for well let’s see what we have.

I’d like to mention the very good experiences that I’ve had with It’s Just lunch; and would like to mention my match-maker Monique by name. She’s representative of the highly perceptive nature of understanding personality types and then being able to find suitable partners for me to date. I’ve enjoyed each and every one of my dates and find that we had at least something in common to talk about. Understandably, not all of them turned out to be second dates but that’s the nature of dating. The backgrounds and interests matched and this was appreciable considering the poor matches I’ve had with a competing dating service. In the multi-ethnic character of our society it is often difficult to find others with shared interests or outlook. I treat Monique as a friend who reliably guides me thru an often daunting process to find a suitable partner.

Kimberli did so great! I had a really wonderful time on the first date that she set up for me. I can't say enough good things about my experience with IJL so far. The location was fantastic, and the man she chose for me was interesting, authentic, kind, and a great conversationalist. What a special evening!

The dating game has changed a great deal over the years. Everyone seems to be too busy talking on their cell phone/ looking at their cell phone APs that they don't notice the person in front of them. No one seems to have time to search for their perfect someone. It's Just Lunch is a great service because it allows people to do the looking for you. They set it up, you have a great time, and I am hoping for the right one to come along soon. Two dates so far and the service is concentrating hard on trying to find the right person for me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I haven't found her yet. When it's a success I will find a way for the system to allow me to give TEN stars.

My recent match was very good: many things in common, for example, likes, interests, faith, both widows(ers) and top priorities matched well. Also pleased that Dating Director was willing to match me in near-by cities to increase the possibilities of a great match.

They have been great to deal with. They scheduled a date for me with a very pretty lady that I felt instantly comfortable with. They made dinner reservations and reminded me (not that I could forget) about my date and gave me the restaurant's contact info in case I would be running late. It couldn’t have been any easier. Even after you tell them you met someone, you cancel your membership, tell them never to contact you again they still call you! They are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Never give them any of your information.

My matchmaker, Obed, was great to work with. I already have a second date planned. Our first date was arranged at a great restaurant and at a good time of the day. My date was exactly what I expected and I was not disappointed.

I have gone on 7 dates. The first two were with very nice women who lived 1 to 1.5 hours away! That was ridiculous and I told the IJL people that I was "promised" by the sales person that there were plenty of eligible women in my city. They said, we can only provide dates in your "region," which could be who knows where. After telling them that NO, I will only date women who live within 30 minutes they got it straight for the most part. Every woman I went out with was very nice and in the ball park of what I was looking for. I've put my membership on hold so that I could continue dating one of my matches to see how it goes. So, with the caveat about location... I am quite satisfied with IJL.

Not worth it. Way too expensive. Very bad experience. On my flight back home from Arizona I saw an add about IJL on a magazine on the flight and I read it. On my experience and few other people that I know that have tried it, we have had a very bad experience with it. The reps are very imposing and they literally make your story to present to the person they want to set you up with. It was a nightmare, I didn't even recognize myself when they were trying to set me up with ** person. I would be like 'That is not what I do or like, or want'.

I have been impressed with the level of service I have received from the very beginning. And my first date met all of my criteria. My matchmaker has been amazing at listening to my wants and needs and is definitely on the right track. Who knows... maybe things will work out with Match #1 and no further assistance will be required.

IJL is a good program. Traveling as much as I do, it is a convenient way to meet people & get dates when I'm home. Also, one meets people from many different walks of life whom one would never meet any other way. Give it a try!

I paid $2,700.00 for a bunch of disappointment. I was over-promised by bullshitting staff and then went on time wasting dates. Do not waste your time and money with this dating organization. Go to Match.com. For $77.00 get pictures and avoid disappointing blind dates where you want to leave as soon as you meet your date. Yes, it's that bad!

I have been on one date with IJL. The woman was smart and educated. I focus on the experience of finding love and a new relationship. I sometimes feel some women don't do that because they don't give love time. It's unfortunately true I think. Anyways I love the dates so far and hopefully next one is a relationship.
