These techs are wonderful. My new computer was locked by some unpleasant visitors and they totally fixed it. They were warm and friendly and I will keep my account with them forever!! They knew exactly what to do and they did it quickly and without my losing any data. Yeah!, to them. They get an A+.

I am retired. I use my computer for email, music, etc. My sound on my desktop was inoperative and the Technician from US Tech Support resolved the problem. The entire process was very helpful and everyone was professional and friendly.

If this is what you used to fix my computer, it is worthless. Four times you tried but never fixed it but never did. The report was a copy of the first time. Like you never did any thing and just used a copy of the first report. Looks like I'll have to find other repair service that knows what they're doing.

Laptop crashes - My laptop is less than state of the art. Any intervention to make corrections/solve problems is welcomed, but usually short-lived. MyCleanPC is effective and a welcomed tool. My laptop is close to the junk heap. I will continue to use the product.

Previous tech support took hours and still had issues. US Tech Support handled everything for me correcting all my issues and had me back up and running in no time. The tech was patient, professional and easy to understand. Such a relief knowing I now have reliable tech support.

I expressed that I wanted to get a call from the technician before he left. As it was when I returned to the PC the survey form was up but the audible alert regarding a virus attack was still going. For now my subscription to NFL Game Pass isn't being recognized. I will try to correct this at my end.

PC was repaired accurately and quickly. The technician was great and the dispatcher (the person who answered the telephone) was pleasant and efficient. I wish I had contacted you sooner. It would have saved me a lot of anguish. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone. It's a great deal for the price.

I was having trouble with mute setting for my computer. It was muted and I couldn't get any sound. I called about that, but you checked the computer and made some changes to increase the speed of the computer and also found 2 viruses.

I run this program My Clean P.C. every night before I shut down on my computer. I trust this program will help to keep the daily junk I pick up from getting in my computer. So far so good except when I do a lot of searches I pick up all kinds of infections.

Y'all seemed to fix my computer again. The issue with the monitor vs the computer must be outside your scope. I guess my monitor issue lies with the driver. I had hoped you guys could help with that. The issue started long after the Windows 10 install. Thanks.

The process of activating my software took too long. The tech was not at my computer continuously. The tech was either distracted or working on more than one computer, making all of them take too long. That is all I have to say.

Laptop held hostage by hackers. Demanded $300 for release. Andre (Agent no. **) took charge, managed to access my laptop online, despite the hurdles, cleared the virus and released my laptop from the hackers. Great job. Commendable. Work was performed in a most professional manner. Worked very patiently with me, conveying clear unambiguous instructions.

Logan help guide me through my technical issues I had with my laptop with great ease. I just need to talk to I.T. for Netgear to see if they have any fixes for my problem with the USB wireless server.

I am frustrated with all these viruses/detections on my PC--someone tell how or why I get PUP viruses & other viruses. I don't use many websites. I am not liking my computer when this happens. I am happy I have US Tech--w/o you I'd probably crash or I'd have no computer... thank you.

Agent was successful in providing the validation code for my software. He was very patient with me because I do not use the computer frequently. I was able to reach your office at a time when it was convenient for me. The agent stayed on the phone with me until the problem was solved.

I have been using this for a long time and it does a good job along with my other cleaning product.. It was deleted for some reason. So I called US Tech to reinstall it. I don't want to use my PC without the cover that it has. Thank you.

Slow freeze up weird action - Don't know if this has worked. You are asking me to respond immediately after the scan and I have not had a chance to use my computer to browse my news, weather, and sports yet. You need to allow someone to try to use the computer to see if your product really did work.

Without US Tech Support I would have had to replace my PC already. They always come through and it runs great again. The service is reasonable and the people are very friendly and helpful. The technician updated my Early Detection software and removed viruses I didn't know I had. There is no limit as of how many times I call. I truly recommend it to anyone.

I am a new customer and I can say my problem was corrected on the first call. It's good to have tech services within the country. It's peace of mind to think the service I am getting is coming from the U.S.A. I was receiving tech service from a company that wasn't from the U.S. and I had concerns of the security of my computer. I hope to be a customer for years to come.

I have had your service for quite a while and have always been pleased with the service I've received. The Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and able to explain things so even I can understand them. They've fixed my computer many times. Totally worth the money.

When attempting to run a scan, I received an error. I called the service dept. and they were very prompt in their response. The remote technician entered my PC and diagnosed the problem and cleared and reloaded my scan software.

The technical support of MyCleanPC is or have an assigned technical support team on payroll to resolve all my computer needs, however, there were another tech From Microsoft that tried to repair, replace software and secure additional funds for their involvement to correct this issue. If tech support is retained, why is there outside personnel involved?

They always are helpful and courteous! I would recommend them to anyone that needs computer repairs. I would like to eliminate all that is installed on my computer that Dell has on it but I guess that isn't possible since the computer and printer is a Dell.

I was concerned that, on calling the number displayed, I was told I needed to buy their security program for $249. I called US Tech Support to see if this was legitimate or a scam. You stepped in and restarted the computer -- also, cleaned out the "virus infection" (I hope). My experience with your company goes back several years, and I have found you to be knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.

Very good. The program My Clean PC cleans my PC better than McAfee or anything else I've tried. The young lady who initially spoke with me was very disappointed that I didn't subscribe to your maintenance program, but I don't need any maintenance program with your program "My Clean PC".

I had trouble installing the MyCleanPC software and turned to tech support. They spent the needed time to figure out what the problem was, and resolve the installation issue. After the diagnosis and installation, the computer is running much better now! The biggest thing was that the tech didn't rush and took the time needed to really solve the problem.

Concerns quickly addressed. Laptop PC failed to start initially. Finally was able to start PC but startup was slow. Received pop-up of a potential Malware infection. Will test computer later today to determine if there are any concerns that may require an additional follow-up session. Thank You!

Service was prompt. I did not have to keep calling back. US Tech has always fixed my problem the first time I call. I don't believe in being long winded, but it doesn't accomplish anything to go on and on about what a good job you did. That is why we pay a monthly fee so you are there when we need you.

No more access by another computer trying to hack my computer. Computer released from hackers hold. Hold released and system checked for internal access. Computer fixed. No further action needed at this time.

I called TomTom to get new maps programmed, and the guy tried tell me I had a bad virus and he would fix it. I said no thanks then called tech support. They fixed it as usual. Thanks ust. They always come thru in fixing it properly, without a great deal of effort. And they always seem to understand what I'm telling them.

Happy with the results. I am a glad customer with US TECH. It was Microsoft who left me a message that I had a virus on my PC, Phone. Being from Microsoft I believed it to be legitimate. Thank you for being there to help me out of the mess that they were trying to put me in.

I love when I call US Tech support and they help me with fixing and keeping my computer in top working order. I called US Tech support and they were able to fix my computer in 3 hours. That is wonderful.

I have had good service with my computer cleaning. I no complaints thus far. The service is awesome to watch on screen by remote control. The technician can answer all my questions while working on my computer. Therefore all questions are answered as well as taken care of to my satisfaction.

You people keep billing my account and I never had MyCleanPC downloaded on my computer. This company is nothing but a rip-off, your company is why I never download anything anymore always trying to rip people off. You cannot trust anyone. Just look on your records or I can get my bank statements.

MyCleanPC will not stop charging my credit card after I have asked them to cancel the subscription repeatedly. Once the year is up, they will send you urgent emails and subscribe. They will plague you with them and you cannot unsubscribe. DO NOT OPEN THE EMAILS, as IF YOU DO they have rigged it to what it makes it appear as you SUBSCRIBING AGAIN for another year. They use that as a document with your credit card to tell them THAT YOU have authorized them to charge your credit card. In reality the credit card will not continue an investigation as it appears to be "falsely" true.

Requested a refund several months ago and still getting billed. Purchase coverage for $19.95 each for two computers for one year. They added monthly coverage for $19.95 each month for two computers ($39.90). Have told them for several months to cancel the monthly. Was billed again on my American Express. The billing is in the Philippines. I ordered the annual coverage for myself and Shirley **. They had my Am Ex under Shirley's name and me under Master charge which was not used. I asked to speak to someone in the U.S. and they said they could not do it. Asked to speak to a supervisor and have not heard back.

My computer kept freezing so I purchased the "MyCleanPC" for $19.99. The product was unable to solve my computer problems and I was unable to get someone on the phone to assist me. I had to bring the computer back to the store and have them fix it for me. I also used the Geek Squad (whom I was very pleased with). "MyCleanPC" continued to bill me $19.95 per month and I never even used their service. I called to cancel my acct and receive a refund. At first they told me they would only refund 1 month, then I argued with them. Then they said "okay, we will refund you 2 months". I had to argue again and then they finally said that they would refund the whole amount. My dissatisfaction is with the way they handled the whole thing. Why should I have to continue to argue for a refund on a service that was never provided to me. Also, It is not clear when you sign up with them that there is a monthly fee associated with their lack of service.

First of all no cleaner be it software registry cleaner or magic potion or spell will speed up a computer. Having spent 25 yrs fixing and repairing computers I have seen every kind of con and shell game and software claiming to speed up or repair your computer. People if it sounds too good to be true it probably is and these fake reviews praising this garbage are to laugh. Not real customers except the ones who got taken in by this crapware bloatware malware. To prove a point and be fair I took a brand new and I do mean brand new out of the box computer and ran their "free scan" and it found massive infections and malware and gasp 4 viruses. Pretty damn good for a brand new computer. Steer clear from this junk. Save your money. Take it to a reputable PC tech. Unless you're partial to wasting money on this junk.

I have used it on my laptops for at least 6 years now and I love it... It does everything it says and is so easy my kids use it. I would recommend it to anyone that needs extra performance in their computer.

I usually use to help maximize my browsing speed. Plus it cleans up unnecessary files in my pc. It's actually good coz my dsl connection was kinda compatible with it.

My father, who is paranoid and gullible about alleged threats to his computer and not software-knowledgeable at all, bought this. He ran it with the result showing 1000's of malware items, with a message that he had to call customer service to get them removed. They of course told him it would cost an additional fee, which he told me was something like $150. I believe (if I recall correctly, this happened a few years ago) he paid them ANOTHER fee later, as well. MyCleanPC (ha!) also installed unwanted other programs. My dad, like many people, just clicked through everything on installed, so if there was any way to opt out of these (somehow I doubt it), he didn't see it. His computer now barely functioned. It got extremely hot due to high CPU usage. When it did function, he got all sorts of pop-ups and browser hijacks.

I used MyCleanPC a while ago, and while I don't approve of the method they use to get you to buy their product (their free scan tells you there is something wrong with your computer and you have viruses even if it is literally brand new and can't possibly have a virus) I did like the performance of the program once I used it on my computer that actually did have a virus.

It works great to clean my. I really appreciate the computer. I really appreciate the way it clean the computer. I really like the information, it really clean the stuff that was slow down the way my computer and killed the virus that was slow down the computer. My computer would not load and would crash a lot. The computer was very, very, very slow.

The product was excellent. It was a walk in the park for this old guy's tech knowledge. I can't of better product to clean my PC out. I have used it on my last 4 PCs and come right to use what I know and trust.

A fairly easy means of optimizing and cleaning a PC for those not familiar with computers or electronics. I do not believe the service contains the same advanced features as other computer programs.

When I first read and researched the product I was unsure as it is not a traditional company and to me fairly new. But upon going to the site and deciding to give it a try, what I found out was that the site was easy to navigate and the program easy to use along with the information that is given to me as it was cleaning my system. I will continue to use this program over and over just call me a customer.

It sounded like an excellent product, but I was frustrated, because it did not do what I thought it was supposed to do. I have a program that cleans all my files, registry, and hard drive that was free and works immensely better.

It was easy to use. Very satisfied with it. Good customer service. Did a good job on my computer... I liked how it cleaned my computer. It worked great. Very understandable.

Using MyCleanPC was an enjoyable experience. The site was easy to navigate and easy to comprehend the instructions. My PC has been speed up exponentially thanks to this program. If I could recommend one program to clean up your PC easily I would recommend this product.

I was skeptical at first, because these types of programs usually seem to be a scam that hurt more than help, but my computer was so sluggish, and I was not able to get it fixed up myself. I used to be quite good at doing things manually, but with the newer OSystems, I wasn't comfortable. When I found the company online, I researched it and found the responses to be positive. I downloaded it and wow... so easy and it cleaned so much off of my computer. I was shocked that my PC was working at all after seeing what was cleaned. I was pretty happy and I would suggest it.

I thought the product was very useful in cleaning and protecting different areas of the computers and PC. And the agent was very fresh smelling and eye opener for many consumers of all age group, elderly and the young as well and very fresh smell.

I downloaded MyCleanPC from MyCleanPC.com and used it. My device was faster. It was as if the device was brand new. It is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone that is having problems with their device running too slow. It's great. You won't regret it. I don't.

This is one of the best PC cleaners but the most disappointing part of it is that it contains too much malware. That then can lead to bloatware which may at sometimes contain a virus which may damage the computer which these days can be very expensive.

Ordered it, downloaded and paid for and didn't work. Called up to cancel but the company never bothered then week later tried to charge me for a subscription I won't use so cancelled again!!! Top it off man on phone was mocking my Scottish accent.

It was pretty good. Got rid of all my pesky pic viruses and junk files that I don't have the time to get rid of. Would recommend this to someone that was looking for a cheap, easy way to get their pc cleaned.

MyCleanPC did a great job with fixing my PC. Twenty minutes after I signed up, my PC worked Great! The very next day, my PC shut down and would not turn on. To this day, I have not been able to retrieve content (photos and documents) from my computer. The absolute best part, MyCleanPC has been charging me a recurring $19.99 a month since I signed up. Even better than that, I can't seem to get someone on the phone that will stop charging my card every month. My recommendation to you, don't use MyCleanPC. It's cheaper to burn your computer to the ground and buy a new one.

My computer was down, could not do anything, call you and they could not help. The person on the phone told me, "Someone else from higher technical help will call you within 1 to 3 hours to help you". They never did. I had to call Microsoft so I'm going to cancel your service.

Tried free version of MyCleanPC.com. Lots of prompts to upgrade to premium version, no discernible benefit. Computer wasn't faster, MyCleanPC didn't do anything Glary Utilities can't do.

MyCleanPC sped my computer up significantly. It removes unneeded files from browser and system caches, cleans up your hard drive and fixes registry errors.

August, 2015, purchased MyCleanPC online. Paid the $19.99, and downloaded to my computer. Had trouble downloading and called the company. Jennie had to give me the Activation Code in order for me to get the program to download. Jenny assured me she would resend the information which contained the activation code. I made 3 more calls inquiring about the email, but never received. Rec'd another $19.95 charge on my account dated late Oct. 2015. Called and Rep said it was a charge for Live Tech Support and I didn't call to cancel after the trial period. First of all, I never received a confirmation email from the initial payment in August. I never agreed to any "Live Tech Support" to begin with.

MyCleanPC is great for those who use their computers on a daily basis. This software allows you to keep your computer running well by cleaning it of any malware that can cause damage. This software helps your computer run faster and with less inconsistencies. When I had trouble installing the software I was able to call customer service with ease. They helped me resolve the issue in under ten minutes and did not redirect me to many different people. I use my computer for writing papers and downloading documents so my storage slows down my system greatly. My computer works much better now after using mycleanpc and I am not afraid I will lose any of my documents, photos or music.

My made the mistake of purchasing The PC optimizer and Early Detection. I did the scan as instructed. It found a lot of issues, so I fixed those. Re-scanned and it came up with even more issues. I clicked to fix those and went to bed. The next morning, my laptop was off and the only way I could get it to boot up was in "safe mode." So I uninstalled the crap and had to call 4 times to get it canceled. And they refused to give me a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Using their system was fair. It tells you what needs to be cleaned and takes a while to clean it out, but this is just about every time you use your computer. My biggest issue is their billing department. They cannot get anything straight. I've been billed twice in one month. I contacted them and they did see the problem stated they would reimburse me, never happened. The following month, once again. Same scenario, so this time I asked to cancel my subscription. I continued to be billed for it the following month and contacted them. They told me it shows canceled and couldn't help me any further. Mind you, this is all outsourced to the Philippines. I finally had to open up a fraud expense on my credit card with my bank. What a pain in the...

Paid for the software $19.99, one-year subscription on 8/1/15. Email sent confirming payment, and followed email instructions. Got to activation code on their website but was not supplied on email. I called them. Talked to Ella - she sent me the activation code. I entered code and ran it. After finished (3 hours later), my windows will not launch and I get blue screen. Have tried several times in safe mode, BIOS screens, etc. Called and talked to an Andrew, no help. Talked to Alvene, no help. My son talked to PC tech Jesse and was told they could do nothing. I called them today 8/2/15 and was told the same thing. I want something done - they should pay for everyone's PC systems. This should not be allowed when they have advertised on many radio stations and everywhere, AND THIS IS WHAT WE GET??? WHAT A TERRIBLE THING TO DO TO PEOPLE!!

My dad visited this site and came up with over 7000 errors on his PC. I had installed and maintained that PC, and I'm an experienced PC and server support technician (over 18 years experience in the business). So to test that site, I created a virtual machine, did a clean installation of Windows (I tested with both XP and Windows 7), and ran their free diagnosis tool. In both cases MyCleanPC came up with 7,000 errors. Baloney. Buyer beware.

This company stated that the program they sold me does not work so they wanted to give me a refund. Sounds good except they wanted me to give them access to my computer and then open my bank account. I refused and they will not stop calling me. I blacklist their calls but they change numbers.

I took the bait of a free download. It said I had some thousand issues (I had had my computer "cleaned" and bought Kaspersky protection about two weeks before and had done every internet work since then.) So, I wanted to get rid of MyCleanPC. I searched my program files, but I can't find it. Now, every time I start my computer, it runs its "check," with varying "results," recently in the hundreds even though I have not done any cleaning etc. Also, there is no email contact listed.

I ordered their software, remote accessed my pc and didn't fix anything. Downloaded a bunch of crap that I cannot uninstall. Still can't use my computer, told me there was another issue and so I cancelled my subscription. A month later I'm getting another charge on my cc. This is a scam.

MyCleanPC is now a DIRTY PC. This service not only did not clean/speed up my laptop, but it loaded a virus into my laptop. It made my laptop completely unusable. What a horrible waste of money and time.

MyCleanPC is a piece of junk. The commercials claim that it speeds up your PC, but it doesn't do squat. The program scans invalid registry entries, browser history and temporary files and can de-fragment your HDD. Not only is that pitiful for a PAID optimization program, but also "fixing" them won't speed up your computer. First of all, registry entries. The program scans for empty registry keys in the Windows registry, and if you pay $20, you can delete them. The problem with deleting these keys is if the program incorrectly flags a critical key and deletes it, that can render you computer unbootable or cause fatal errors. You can also do it for FREE in CCleaner, although I wouldn't recommend cleaning out the Windows Registry at all.

They bait you with their so called low price scan and fix of about $19 but they tell you that you have a computer that is badly infected. They talk and talk and talk and try to flim flam you will a lot of technical talk that doesn't mean anything (I should know I've worked with computers since the late 1980s and I know flim flam when I hear it). They always suggest that you go to their technicians that will charge you $100 to fix your PC. So they bait you with the low cost ad you see on TV and switch it up to their high cost services.

Every Virus software on the market is also blacklisting these guys. It is a bait and hook to start with. You install the software, it gives you some crazy number of issues, and then, you buy it. And then, they want you to call them to get it activated, and next thing you know, they are bait, and hooking you. MORE MONEY!

I try to install MyCleanPC, on my Win 7 but it sits there like nothing happens. Sit there like nothing is there.

After seeing the commercial 1,000 times, I decided to give them a try. I paid the $19.99 and ran a scan. It said I had 4,000 errors. I then said fix it and it basically did what I could have. It deleted temporary files, cookies, and history. I then got a call telling me that I had registry errors and they would have to have a tech go in and correct this problem for $200. I declined after much persuasion from the saleswoman on the phone to have it fixed. It's a big scam. The thing that they don't tell you is it has a reoccurring charge every month until you call them, of course. There is not just a way to cancel by just pushing a button. I haven't called yet, but I am sure it's going to be a pleasurable experience to cancel.

So, after hearing the commercials a million times a day, I finally caved and downloaded MyCleanPC (mostly because it said it was FREE). After downloading (which takes up memory), waited for it to completely scan my laptop, it told me that I had to pay for it to clean it. Last I checked, free meant FREE.

I didn't mind the fact that they said it was $20 for a diagnosis because I had a feeling there would be more charges to come... There were. $99 to fix the issues that the $20 diagnosis found. I knew the computer has problems, didn't need the $20 diagnosis for that. But after the "repair" the computer operated well for one day. Then worse than before. Called again, they worked on it again. Still worse. Couldn't open attachments, not a problem before. One good thing was I called to cancel and they didn't charge me again after that. I was a little surprised.

It seemed that they opened up the floodgates of junk in to my computer. They said that I had over 5000 problems to clean up. I agreed to a $99 clean up fee, and they kept billing over 4 months for 19.99 until I caught it on my visa statement, a total of $80. Told them to stop charging my account in August, they did not stop. They said there was no record of the stop notice. No refund was not granted to me.

I have owned a computer business for 20 years and have had to undo the damage caused by these thugs repeatedly. I feel for all of you who have been taken by these people and left with a mess. What a lot of people don't know about them is, once they have the software on your computer, they can access it at any time. Other than small computer stores, I only know one national online company that repairs computers, that is 100% American owned, 100% American Veteran Technicians and has 100% money back guarantee.

I, just like everyone else has seen the commercial for 19.99. After speaking with a salesperson I was informed that I would have to pay 99.99 with a Live Tech subscription of 19.95 per month. After chatting remotely with the tech I was then informed that Microsoft was to blame and I needed to contact them. By the way they conveniently deleted my security system from my computer and installed their own. I then contacted Microsoft immediately and they remotely showed me a new scan of my computer which revealed over 4000 problems. That security system they deleted... I had to pay 249.00 to get it back. When I contacted MyCleanPC, I was simply told sorry but they were just unable to give me my money back. These people need to be stopped!!!

This company is the worst EVER to deal with. Not only do they not care about the consumers who pay good money for a service. You will spend HOURS on the phone and in front of your computer while a tech tries to fix your computer. They get disconnected to your computer and you must assist them in reconnecting, this process takes 8-10 hours waiting on a tech to call you back. My computer now has been infected with the Krypto Virus after the last tech worked on it. I was told 100% of my data was destroyed unless I pay a $10,000 ransom. BUYER BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING FOR YOU.

The worst company in existence. I can't believe a company can legally steal customers money and get away with it. Paid what they recommend and then they told me sorry they couldn't help me, no refund. Great for them. Thieves.

A relative of mine used this website, against my advice, and it locked up most of his computer. NEVER! NEVER let anyone have remote access to your computer for any reason. If you are unfortunate enough to have your computer messed up from these people, I suggest you just do a complete factory restore and everything will be OK again. If anyone has to advertise on TV to fix a computer, please use Common sense in dealing with them. I'll be glad to help anyone through email or a phone call to save them from these con men.

I paid the 19.99 to load PC Optimizer and Early Detection center. After loading the programs I have tried numerous times to start up the PC only to have it go to disk check. After disk check runs the log in screen opens and when I try to log in it goes back to disk check. When I call mycleanpc customer service, I was told they could fix it but I would have to pay $99 to use their tech support. Absolute scam!

I purchased the $19.99 software only to discover that it does not fix the problem. In fact, after calling the toll free number to have it activated and fulfill the problems on my computer, a sales person informed me that a $99 fee for the technicians to fix the problems were required. Additionally, there would be a monthly surcharge of $19.99 to maintain the account. I declined the upsell and am out $20. MyCleanPC is neglecting to advertise accurately in promoting a $20 cost to fix a pc when in reality, the fix will cost substantially more.

I went to MyCleanPC because they advertised that they were located in the United States and had technicians in the US. I paid my $19.99 and then called the number provided and talked to a "technician." I'm sure he was not a technician but a salesman. I then paid $99.00 for the program and for a technician to clean up my computer. I went to bed and got up to next morning to find files, websites and one user identity missing. I had to reconnect to Firefox, which was lost. I will now attempt to get my money back and got some other program that will not corrupt my computer.

Did the online scan. Paid $20 to "fix" the problems it found. Then prompted to call a number to "activate" the software. After a tech looked into my computer, told me that she would have to transfer me to a tech person and for an additional charge of $99 they would be able to remove some malware and some temporary internet files. When I asked for a refund, as my software wasn't activated yet, they told me it would take 7-10 business days for that. So I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Stay away from this company!!

This program was not described in the TV commercial as paid. Once I installed it, my computer instantly became much slower and I could not uninstall it. It continued to pop up every time I opened up my laptop and it was a pain to close the window. DO NOT INSTALL, NEVERTHELESS BUY.

I have never used, nor will ever use MyCleanPC.com. This is a company that has been called other names and then when consumers complain, they simply operate under a new name. If your computer is running slowly the fix is simple - DELETE UNUSED PROGRAMS!! The only thing that will remove viruses is an ANTIVIRUS program!! If money is a concern, Google Free Antivirus Program and you will get many options. I suggest that you only download programs from reputable sites. Use a verified Antivirus Program, and also install an Anti-spyware program and a Firewall.

I let them in my PC to fix the problems. Work good till I did not want to pay the monthly fees. Now my PC is not working. It's like if you do not pay, You will not play. They think they are the mob. Do not trust them.

I used MyCleanPC.com to do an analysis of my computer. I allowed the tech to remote access to my computer. He said that my computer had 50,000 + issues that needed dealing with and if I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy it would cost upwards of $500.00 to repair but that he could repair the issues for me for an additional $250.00 over the $40.00 I had already paid. I declined, and now I have been locked out of my computer. THESE people are SCUM. Steer clear of them and that tech better pray I don't find him because I will do to him what he did to my computer. Am I angry? You bet I am and I'm not a person you want angry with you!

This company sucks!!! First, the problem wasn't fixed. Second, a year later after we cancelled, they charged us 2 charges ($19.99 & $39.99). Called them, she saw the cancellation and put us on hold to find out why we got charged. Came back and said we had renew for a cheaper cost and that was the only way we would get some of our money back!!! WTF??? We don't even use that computer anymore. I was receiving some error messages on my computer, and it was running a bit slow, so I decided to try the program. I purchased the program for $19.99 and had to call to activate the program. I called and spoke to someone who never identified his title - I called a computer software company, and would assume I am talking to a computer software expert.

This software is completely bogus. Just for fun, I installed it on a new computer with a fresh install of Windows 7 (OEM disc provided by Acer). Lo and behold... the software found 1124 "ERRORS" and that I need to buy the software immediately. Being that I erased the hard drive and installed Windows 7 from disc, and then immediately installed "MyCleanPC", not having installed any other program, and not even having connected the computer to the internet, somehow this computer has over 1000 errors in its OUT OF THE BOX state. This is obviously bogus. SCARE WARE. After satisfying my curiosity, I erased the hard drive again and re-installed Windows 7.

MyCleanPC don't even open it or request any help. It turns out that even if you don't completely download the software to clean your PC, they keep sending you a message that your PC needs fixing and for you to press Fix Now or ignore and this message pops up all the time on my laptop. When I went to my hard drive or any other place to delete my CleanPC so I wouldn't get this message in the future, it was nowhere to be found and when I called US tech support to complain to them and ask them to please give me instructions on how to stop this, they were very rude and just told me it was because I hadn't downloaded the program completely and when I asked how to stop this, they wouldn't give me an answer. I was just told to delete it from my computer and again I looked and nothing with US tech support or MyCleanPC was found. They are ridiculous and unprofessional and just looking to make a buck and annoy people with their annoying messages. The attorney general needs to look into this company because they sure didn't help me and were very unprofessional and rude when you ask for assistance.

I've been with US Tech Support/Cyber Defender for 3 or 4 years now. I run a scan every 4-5 days and usually call and have a technician optimize at least once a month. Totally worth it! They clean out all the junk and my computer always runs SO much faster when they're done. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it sometimes takes a long time to get a hold of someone. I've sat around letting the phone ring for as long as 8-9 minutes. But it's worth it. They go in remotely and after maybe 20-30 minutes, my computer is running like new again. Thank you, US Tech Support!!

After running this on my brand new computer it said I had over 100 viruses. Come to find out I really didn't have any virus. They make you think you have it just to get you to buy the product. These product caused me to have so many issue after purchase. A WASTE!!

Purchased PC Optimizer (2-12-14) and they recommended live tech support... Purchased and tech started working on my computer, tech called and told me that internet connection was too slow to do work (have satellite and were storms in area). Would try again when weather cleared. Retried and still slow internet. Was told I needed better internet... After research determined was not any better internet service... Meantime I received a bill for $19.99 for continuation of tech support. Called and explained problem and canceled tech support (3-14-14). Was told money would be refunded. Was refunded. $19.99 was refunded, but not $99.00.... Called back. Was told $99.00 would not be refunded because 30 days had passed, even though they did not correct anything on computer... Will not use this co. again for other 3 computers in house or future computers.

I was having a problem with malware on my computer. Upon knowing of it, I attempted to get it off but it was too embedded in the system. I was just looking for someone that could possible do it. I did some searching and looked at MyCleanPC.com as a company to remove the malware off the system. However, I didn't even sign up for the service, and they still attempt to send harassing emails. Be aware of this company. They will hound you like a dog.

I went ahead and paid for the services of MyCleanPC to clean and fix my computer. They did and every week after that 1 time a week they would run through my computer and fix the problems. On July 27, 2013, my computer was freezing. That day they went through and told me they fixed all the problems. That afternoon I could not turn on my computer and had to call my son-in-law.

Approximately 3 years ago, we contacted MyCleanPC.com for help with a slow computer. After some time on the phone talking with someone who has a very thick (foreign) accent, the agent told me it would cost over $500 to repair my computer. I told them at that time I would go elsewhere. He continued to try to convince me they were the only way to go. I continually told him I was not interested. Finally, I told him I didn't like his sale tactics because he was doing nothing more than pressuring me. I ended the call and all was well, up until 2013.

I've had MyCleanPC for about two years. Unless you continue to call for Livetech Support and pay the high fees, their software and programs are useless. I purchased a brand new computer 6 months ago and put this SW on it immediately to make sure I was covered. However, within a month, it was just as slow as an older computer. They auto renew and have several programs (antivirus, clean PC SW and live tech) all expiring at different times. Some auto renew, some do not. I had a tune up before the final expiration and they did not do their job.

I went online to start the free scan. At one point, I was directed to call an 800 number. I spoke to a salesperson and agreed to a $39.99 fix. The scan found 5,000 issues wrong with my PC. She stated I needed to speak to a special technician. For only $199.99, I could get the rest of these issues removed from my PC. I said I couldn't afford it and she said she would refund my previous $39.99. I said I still couldn't afford it. She tried to convince me I needed to clean my PC. When that didn't work, she thanked me for my business and hung up. I spoke to my son-in-law, he ran some scans on my PC and found 2 issues with my PC. Is that what I needed to pay $200.00 for? My next stop is the Better Business Bureau!

I didn't get my requested refund... I purchased a product that was defective. I was told I had to call to activate the product; however, this is not what I had purchased and didn't want the product; thus, I immediately requested a refund. I later noticed I didn't receive a refund and called. They said there was nothing they could do as I was calling after 30 days. I asked if I could forward the email reflecting a request for refund the day I purchased the product - they rudely stated it wouldn't help as they couldn't refund the amount. I had never activated the product, and I sent an email requesting a refund the day I purchased the product... and did not get my money back.

I purchased the My Clean PC software and loaded as instructed. It went to work and advised me of all the problems my PC had. This is what happened after they scanned my PC. I had to call tech support to activate the program. Now from here on out, it went downhill to a sales pitch. The tech support guy (Jeff #**) went through my system and the whole time we talked, he wanted to refund my $39.99 I had just paid and wanted me to pay $199.00 upfront after the $39.99 credit/refund that he had promised, plus charge me another $14.95 (a month) from now until I closed out the account with written notice to the company. Oh yeah was my PC faster. No. Money scam in my opinion. I am going to attempt to obtain a $39.99 refund, which I doubt I will get.

MyCleanPC is a scam that has no chance of doing what it promised to buyers. In fact, it makes your laptop/desktop more vulnerable to all sorts of adware, malware attacks. I bought MyCleanPC software on October 15, 2012. Almost immediately, I began noticing unbelievable number of advertisements of all kinds on my laptop, making my laptop to run even slower. I have so far uninstalled all traces of MyCleanPC from my laptop, and the effect is spectacular. There are no more silly and annoying ads and my laptop is a bit faster. When I called them to get my money back - they said I had passed the 30 days money back. I am writing this to warn other people not to buy or download MyCleanPC for anything. It will ruin your computer.

I downloaded the MyCleanPC software from CyberDefender. I talked to a service rep to help with the installation, and they tried to sell me some other plan for a few hundred dollars. I opted not to take it. After the installation was finished and my computer rebooted, it would not go pass the Window start screen. After rebooting it about 5 times, I was able to get to my desktop. But now, everything is 5 times slower or the computer would just freeze. I had to ghost my machine because the MyCleanPC also took out my restore points I had saved on my C drive. It was a good thing that I had my installation CD; the bad thing was I lost all my data because I couldn't save anything.

I tried to download. It wouldn't work. I called in and was redirected to a different website. It wouldn't even open. I called back. This phone number wasn't even activated. I called the first # and was told it would work if I paid $199 + $14.95 a month. No can do, I was given a "code". Code wouldn't work (we did this 3 different times). Finally, I was given a 24-digit code, got the scan to start. It scanned for hours, no fruition. Once again, I was told I needed to get the $199 + deal and it would work. "No can do," I said again. "Oh, but it would definitely work better for you," they said again. They said I must have some problems with my PC! Hah. Uh, duh? After 6 hours (on the phone mostly), I can't even use my PC because their screen won't go away. Yes, I am pissed.

MyCleanPC did not help my computer. I tried to cancel, yet they are still charging my card without notice.

My husband called MyCleanPC to install the software on his computer, trying to speed it up. After being told that there were over 400 errors on the computer and that the computer tech we took it to was trying to charge us for something unnecessary, he agreed to install the software and paid for it. He was transferred 3 times before he was connected with Romeo **. Romeo shadowed the computer to install the software and advised my husband to let the program run and then follow the prompts once the download was complete and then hung up. So, he did as he was told.

I downloaded the program and was connected to a so-called technician. All he wanted to do was sell me more expensive programs, one costing nearly $600.00. He wouldn't take no for an answer and I had difficulty with this pushy person. I’m going back to exercise my 30-day money back guarantee.

I purchased this crummy program but I was issued a refund for this junk. The way that you can get your money back is to place on a charge account or even a by using a debit card. Under the "Special Rule for Credit card Purchases" (a federal law), "If you purchase an item and are not satisfied with the quality of goods or services, you have 60 days from the purchase date to dispute the purchase. You must first make a good faith effort by contacting the merchant and trying to settle the matter. You only have this right if the item you purchased is over $50 and the merchant is located at least 100 miles from you. The complaint also must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase."

I am unable to remove a program from the computer without having to go to extreme measures - Malware program. It also pops up when not wanted.

I saw the company advertised on TV for an antivirus program called mycleanpc.com and I wanted to add to my wife's computer that was a year old. On July 7, 2010, I contacted via internet "mycleanpc.com" and to clean PC and add antivirus protection, they wanted $69.93 for one year. When ordered and activated, I was instructed to call. Technician got on the phone and I gave him access and control of the laptop. He said I have over 420 errors and that they would need another $389.00 to remove the viruses. After they remove the errors, it would be good for one year.
