As I said in the survey my tech removed the driver that was blocking my ability to scan, fixed my new printer and was gracious and very professional and I couldn't be more pleased with his service today. During the Covid virus period, U.S. Tech Support is extremely hard to contact. I feel lucky to have made contact in order to get service. I hope that U.S. Tech Support will get back to normal operations so it will be easier to contact them in the future.

Jon ---Printer fixed --loved working with him!! Every phone number I had wouldn't work---so I called Jon, who is always great to work with and he helped me. All other numbers just kept saying the same thing, but wouldn't go through. I tried 3 different phone numbers and even when I called the number (which was one of the 3 I tried already) would not go through.

The first tech that I spoke with appeared to have a faulty headset as it frequently broke up his voice. He was helpful, courteous and patient. Jonathan ** was also very helpful and efficient. This was the shortest time involved in resolving an issue and I have had numerous problems over the years that I have been with US tech support. Thank you very much.

I wake up to an email from this company congratulating me on renewing my service for another year. No advance notice. I call them within 20 minutes of receiving email to tell them that I do not want to renew, and they should have given me some form of advance notification of renewal so I could decide if I wanted to remain with them. Rep tells me too late charge is pending. This is a horrible way to do business... Hoping customers forget about service they signed up for, not giving any advance notice of pending annual renewal.

I experienced problems with my PC such as slowing down, various other issues, including slow load times, flicker, erratic changes. I bought this product knowing thinking it would help. Little did I know that I bought a ticket to other offers, including tech support calls and texts from MyCleanPC.com asking if I was having computer problems after the purchase and running their software. It was a slippery slope to more purchases. I realized this within one day of the purchase and set up. The set up was a gateway to getting on my PC and "helping" with the install. These people are hacks trying to get on your computer and charge you for services you don't need. I still don't have a refund after several days of requesting it. The software is a scam. They only want money.

They explained the problem to me, explained what they were doing to fix it and also how to avoid problems in the future. They were very knowledgeable and also advised me on updating my computer in the future because I have Windows 7. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having computer issues.

I am happy with the performance of most technicians, but the last two occasions besides this one, it seemed like they complicated more the computer's performance, but there's always one technician that beats all the others and repair problems previously caused.

HP Printer Problems - scanner and printer cartridge problems. It took 3 separate call to resolve these problems. The first time, I was asked to call back and received a recorded message that the offices were closed at something like 8 PM EST. The next day I called in, the repair was started but not finished nor did I get a callback. Today, I called in, and received a callback from a senior technician named Robert. Robert and I spent a good deal of time tracking down solutions. He explained what and why he was doing things. It appears that HP did a firmware update and that update was causing the problem. Robert and I found workarounds that will let me get my work down.

Excellent service. The technician that I spoke to suggested a monthly cleaning of my PC. She also suggested that I add MyCleanID to my services. An ad blocker was included to eliminate unwanted pop up ads. Everyone that I spoke to was courteous and helpful.

I have a desktop computer which allows me to turn upright sideways for space conservation on my desk. The CD tray is inverted so that I could see the bottom of the tray. I forgot to put my CD in the correct way, and was inadvertently putting it in upside-down. After checking all of my E-drive and other hardware and software, the technician asked if my CD's were being put in upside-down. Voila, problem solved. He also gave me great information on how to use Apple iTunes software. Thanks Guys. Love your service, it is an add value. Keep up the good work. I just told a friend about how easy it is for me to correct computer issues using USTech. I think you will have a new customer soon. ;-)

The first guy I spoke with was from India and was Not very knowledgeable, just pushy!!! I wasted 20 minutes trying to understand him and trying to get switched to a "real tech". Finally he relinquished and all seem to be good now! GARY

I was frustrated with Jadin, first technician assigned. He tried to sell me a $200 Protection plan telling me my "printer" got infected through my computer. My problem: printer printing blank copies bc I accidentally changed default. Digen called back shortly & was a great assistant. He answered questions kindly. A bit of an accent but patient & great working relationship.

Tech was very helpful and it was quite a bit easier to text than talk verbal as the young lady I spoke with earlier was difficult to understand as her accent from where she was from was hard. The tech I just finished with by texting made it easy and was not difficult to understand instructions or explanations of what I asked.

My two screens were more than full to put in file creation. It was very carefully done because I did not have space to create empty files. Mr. ** was created files in my existing H drive and copied all my additional files in to that and deleted the original filed. All those files were numbered before by individual groups of files. So I can now put into different file folders. I tried one of them in front of him. And it was successful. He also showed and suggested me to put for my ID protection and as well as something else. I think you were paid approximately $99.99 and $29.99 - a total of 129.98 approximately. That has been paid.

My experience have been interesting and I feel it was worth getting. I have used the scan at least three times a week, even if it was not needed or required. It has been only once that it did not have something.

Slow computer. The tech found the problem and this was a problem that they could not help... They quickly took time to advise me of what to do. One thing you do to help is to establish a code between the tech and the customer. I have been scammed by thinking I was talking to the right people. You service is great... call in is answered quickly.

I love my US Tech Support service. I have used this service for a total of about five year. I cancelled it for a few month and realized I need it to keep my computers running smoothed. I have worked on some type of computer system since 1978 and we always had a tech support help desk, so when I was able to get this service it was great.

My tech was very professional once I was put in contact with him. Initially, I was connected with a salesperson and he tried to convince me to buy a program which I told him I was absolutely not interested in and just wanted my problem fixed. I would prefer to be connected immediately to the correct people when I call in for assistance with a problem.

It takes a lot for me to write a review. I would not trust whatever the customer service team tells you. I've been/was a customer for 2 years and paid 19.95 for what they told me for for the monthly MyClean PC scan to that runs periodically to speed up my computer. NOT TRUE, that's only a one time annual fee. I actually was paying this fee if I ever wanted to speak to a Tech about other issues with my computer???? It never was explained to me that way and I paid 19.95 for 2 years! I NEVER one time called them for anything because it was not explained that way! I complete waste of money. Now, I'm trying to get my bill issues and the MyClean PC computer scan issues resolved and now no one will call me back since I told them to STOP the monthly payments! What an utter fiasco! Can't think of anything that would best describe it. Be very cautious utilizing their product.

I used the free check and they reported minor issues. I then selected upgrade. After inputting credit card info, they poured in optional offers which I declined, over and over. Using the chat function, I advised all I wanted was the check and "fix" without additional offers, the chat abruptly disconnected. I called the phone number, after a 5 minute wait someone answered. I advised of the issues and uninstalled all the recent install of my clean pc, also I was making a stop payment.

I think everything is now fixed. It took quite a bit longer than I expected for the SCAN. In fact it took over 50 hours. I don't really know what the problem was but I sure hope I don't have it again Thanks for your help.

I went to mycleanid.com to see about a computer clean up. I was told about their service and decide to go with the 179.00 plan for 1 year which they said would include monthly clean ups (If I thought I needed it) and unlimited tech support. Great I thought. On the 24th they said they did a clean up which they said had some 2,400 issues and saw that my PC was running very slow. On the next day I kept getting pop ups from them saying things like I need a security plan, I have some # of issues... I called their support and they said I needed software from them for 19.99 which of course I did not buy. I really thought my PC would improve with the 179.00 package.

They are total ripoff artists. I tried to cancel my Subscription the last 3 mONTHS but continue to charge me. Called them today again and the guy on the phone didn't want to cancel my subscription until I demanded to talk to his supervisor. Horrible customer service and they rip people off. Still got charged for July which is crazy.

Paid $19.95 for annual subscription. Next month my credit card was charged a #19.95 monthly subscription, that's $239+ a year. When I called rep said something like "it's clearly stated in the contract". Citibank refunded MyCleanPC charges.

I don't understand when I have you to fix my computer, your sales people are so eager to sell me software to keep me for needing to use you. A little high pressured and when I told her I was not interested in purchasing any software, she would continue trying to sell something else. Mr. Mike told me that I need to purchase window-10 license first for the tech to update. I was not told that by other frontline people or technician. Poor communication by the techs who attempted to service me. I decided not to upgrade now.

I upgraded to Windows 10, and was having problems with cyber defender not working with windows 10. I asked that both programs be deleted. I also have a laptop with windows 10 and it works great with Microsoft security suite.

At the end of the day I always run Optimizer and Clean ID. Tonight Clean ID wouldn't open. Tech corrected in a very short time and ran the CleanID, and worked great. Thomas did a great job fixing the glitch with my Clean ID.

Initial download of MyCleanPC did not contain all of the test features of the older PC Optimizer, which was replaced with MyCleanPC. Technician quickly analyzed and corrected the situation, by downloading a more recent version of MyCleanPC.

Microsoft Word process didn't respond, when click on the icon didn't open. Technician fixed the problem within an hour and I am very please with the service as all my previous experiences. I have a school paper. Had to submit on the same day and I am grateful that this service is available to the public. My computer was very slow to load, I had ink like smudges around some of the print. Today I received a virus alert. I called tech support for these reasons. The representative answered my questions and guided me through some preparatory things before giving my computer to the Tech.

A key was malfunctioning and it was fixed promptly. It took a long time to get a technician but once I got one it was fixed rapidly. I would like shorter wait times. Maybe advising best times to call would be useful.

I am a new client of US Tech Support as of March 29, 2019. US Tech Support was recommended to me by my son-in-law. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the level of service I have received as a new client. I purchased nearly $500 in tech services from US Tech Support. When I contacted your rep he was located in the Philippines. He charged me almost $700 for the tech services he quoted. When I finally contacted a US Tech Rep here in the States (I waited on hold 85 min.) he said that I had been way overcharged for the tech services I had purchased and he issued me a credit for $199.99. I had two (2) computers serviced. One took less than two (2) hours. The other took over five (5). The tech that took the longest, in my opinion, was very thorough, the other tech seemed in my opinion to skim over the service. I have the US Tech Service now, I could cancel it, but I would like to talk to a service manager before I take this action.

I use MyCleanPC to maintain the operation and integrity of my computer. I have an older model, and MyCleanPC keeps it clean of viruses and keeps it in good working order. The technicians are 'top notch', and can always solve any issue that my computer is having. They have been helping me maintain my machine for over 3 years. Slow running on a particular website and a notification of a virus infection. Cleaned up my machine and removed the additional AV program which was impacting the performance on the website. The tech was very thorough and listened well. The work was amazing.

I received an e-mail saying I must get this for my computer. I called a number left with e-mail. I was totally convinced I needed it. They told me on February 3, 2019, it would be 19.95 a one time charge. I took the offer, and after receiving my Purchase Confirmation I found in the very bottom small print paragraph it was $19.95 monthly. I immediately called them. I also, had trouble with my computer so long as I was connected to their service.

Since installation of MyCleanPC I have had many problems with my computer functioning appropriately. Thus, I contacted US Tech for help tonight. Prior to get MyCleanPC installed I was not encountering these problems. Therefore, I have not been very well please with the installation on 2/9/19.

It is great to have my laptop back! I don't use the computer too much. But it is a major inconvenience when you can't use the computer. I love USTech Support. It is easy to do minus the long wait time on the phone to get started.

For the first time in several interactions I was able to work with a domestic technician. He was very professional and I was able to communicate with him with no difficulty. He understood me and I understood him with no difficulty. The overseas technicians I have dealt with were very sincere in their efforts to help me. However, the ability to communicate fully was limited at best.

I have been a customer for many years, since the old Cyber Defender days. I just bought a new laptop to replace my old desktop. The technician did a wonderful job loading the software to the new laptop and removing it fro the desktop. He told me he has been there since the old days as well.

My computer had a virus/spyware on it. I couldn't run any of my programs. I couldn't pay any of my bills online. I use this computer to pay all of my bills. I was getting very frustrated in not doing that. I gave USTECH support a call and they patched in and removed all of the virus/spyware that was on my computer. The tech made it all look so easy. It is wonderful now to download pictures to make prints. I was shown how to use the computer to find the pictures in the camera; how to download the photos to a file; name the file then erase the prints in the camera.

I had a very nice experience today with the help of a sharp technician from My Clean PC. From my phone call in when someone who picked-up was upbeat, friendly and who quickly directed me to me to easily connect with an online connection www.1-2-3-US Tech Support. From here a technician took remote control of my laptop and he began the process of giving my PC a tuneup.
The nature of my problem was a significant slowdown of all of my laptop's operations. In roughly just 15 minutes I noticed the tech was already responding back to me that he had finished removing viruses and malware which apparently was the root cause of the nasty, nagging, unknown problem, that caused so much unnecessary stress. So, in summary, I had a very positive experience today and a successful repair done on my trusty laptop!

Couldn't change password. Someone had it and was checking or controlling my computer. I had trouble getting my emails and couldn't change my password. The computer worked slow also, also got a email from it. Said, "AOL" but I believe it was a scam.

No access to my email account. The tech tried every which way to help me. They want a password that I don't know and he couldn't contact the AT&T website. I have to call them myself for the reset. I hope it works. I will call you back if it doesn't. I don't know why all of a sudden this occurred with the email. I don't have a clue what kind of password they are looking for.

I sorry but my Default was should been edge and my front was to be larger. So I'll try again tomorrow. My Default page has always been edge. I have my personal shortcuts already set up. I know that the ust doesn't work on edge so I change over to google, and now I can't get into my personal set up that I before I change over to address the UST. So when tried to get back to where it was. It comes with google which is fine, perfect my set on the edge.

David determined the way we were logging was the issue. The site was secure but the log in or site I was using was not. He set up a direct login and that should solve the virus issue. He was outstanding. I've dealt with this virus for years and he was the first one to solve it. Thank you David!

Red screen allegedly from Microsoft stating malware was present and I should click the "return to safety" button. (I did not do it.) A control/alt/delete got me out of it. The computer had been freezing occasionally and generally running slowly.
