I had a very nice experience today with the help of a sharp technician from My Clean PC. From my phone call in when someone who picked-up was upbeat, friendly and who quickly directed me to me to easily connect with an online connection www.1-2-3-US Tech Support. From here a technician took remote control of my laptop and he began the process of giving my PC a tuneup.

David ** was excellent. He resolved a complicated issue that was affecting my scanner. I was down 15 days and David Took over and updated some Microsoft security driver's and now my scanner works. Thank you David. Good Job ! Thank you.

Thank you for your fast friendly service. I like knowing that my computer will run the right way after you have looked it over. Thank you for also doing my laptop as well. It was neat to see how the tech, go to places I don't know where to go on my computer. Thank you again.

Couldn't change password. Someone had it and was checking or controlling my computer. I had trouble getting my emails and couldn't change my password. The computer worked slow also, also got a email from it. Said, "AOL" but I believe it was a scam.

No access to my email account. The tech tried every which way to help me. They want a password that I don't know and he couldn't contact the AT&T website. I have to call them myself for the reset. I hope it works. I will call you back if it doesn't. I don't know why all of a sudden this occurred with the email. I don't have a clue what kind of password they are looking for.

I had a problem renewing my service. I called the number provided and the lady I talked to set me up with a technician who took care of all the problems. I am well satisfied with the service I received.

Software was installed quickly and without any difficulty. I'm very pleased with the product. It was very easy to install. I'm looking forward to MyCleanPC optimizing the speed of my computer. Thank you. The price was very reasonable as well.

UST has been a very good company as far as fixing my computers. I have never had a problem with them. A couple of times I've had to call back but they have always come thru. I would not think twice about recommending them to a friend or family member and I'm always telling people about how good they are and how I highly recommend them.

My laptop was running very slow and called USTech to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the problem but I upgraded my subscription with included password protection so no one can steal my information. It is worth the service.

Dashlane still there. Have always had a good experience before and hope this can be resolved also. Thank you for the effort but please try again... I cannot get into my banking account because it will not take my password... Tried changing password but to no avail. Bank says it is my something to do with my browser. Tried both google and internet explorer.

I called in to see if my computer had a virus and discovered that I, in fact, had corrupted files in my operating system. Sadly, nothing can be done, so I'm looking for a new computer. Everything was done very quickly and the answers were given in a very timely fashion.

PC running slow. Cleaned and it running faster. Techs were very courteous and knowledgeable and assisted with the installation of the PC Cleaner. Everything went fine. Would definitely recommend to friends for the purchase of the Cleaner as the price is very good.

For my first time speaking to someone, it was a very good experience this is very helpful to me, a senior citizen. I was very impressed with the person who helped me get this activated and hope all requests for help go as smoothly as this one did.

I had a driver that needed to be updated, the technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get me back onto the internet very quickly. While he was on my computer he also did a complete and thorough cleaning as I hadn't done it in a while.

I sorry but my Default was should been edge and my front was to be larger. So I'll try again tomorrow. My Default page has always been edge. I have my personal shortcuts already set up. I know that the ust doesn't work on edge so I change over to google, and now I can't get into my personal set up that I before I change over to address the UST. So when tried to get back to where it was. It comes with google which is fine, perfect my set on the edge.

New Scanner was loaded that is faster and less expensive. The tech was clear to speak to and could be easily understood. It was a wonderful day in the neighborhood. The sky was bright and clear and very blue. The new software was faster and less expensive.

We talked with technician about slowed computer function and notice popup about malware. Completed service promptly. Offered better value with annual payment vs monthly. Representative was helpful, easy to understand. Overall we have been very satisfied with service over the years.

David determined the way we were logging was the issue. The site was secure but the log in or site I was using was not. He set up a direct login and that should solve the virus issue. He was outstanding. I've dealt with this virus for years and he was the first one to solve it. Thank you David!

We were able to have our subscription updated; change to an annual payment plan to save money and then have our computer successfully scanned. Thank you for your help today. The wait time on the phone was very long. We opted to have a rep call us back, but that also took some time.

Red screen allegedly from Microsoft stating malware was present and I should click the "return to safety" button. (I did not do it.) A control/alt/delete got me out of it. The computer had been freezing occasionally and generally running slowly.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I have been using this program for quite some time and I have never been disappointed. I have recommended it to several of my friends and relatives that have had PC problems.

I needed the security products applied to my new computer. It was easy and handled well. I have always had good service from USTech Support. The technician was helpful and offered me a better rate for one of my products as I have been a customer for several years.

The virus made this service think my computer had hardware problems. Taking my laptop to a physical repair facility showed that the problem was caused by a virus struggling with antivirus. The struggle was so intense the video was lost.

Tech that cleaned my computer caused my MS Outlook not to work. Another Tech (Tanner) fixed Outlook but my Calendar and Contacts were missing. Tech (Brandon) found the contacts and calendar and restored. All in all the process took three days. So, I have not been able to use my computer until now.

My computer was slow, problems getting on the internet. Could not delete or forward on my email. So I called PC Support and they eventually fixed all of the problems like they have done in the past.

I keep getting messages that the site is not responding and have to recover. Otherwise everything is ok. I had to speak to four techs before I had any resolutions. The last one I spoke to was great. She helped me with refunds that I was charged with and not needed/wanted.

We run this daily to weekly and it keep computer free of items that slow the speed. Not sure about preventing viruses since we call UST to go through machine when MyCleanPC does not handle some issues. Great value and less frustration for someone who only knows how to point and click.

I do not work for any company. I am retired and not very good computer oriented. Thank you for being so accommodating when I call and struggle to get set up for the clean up. I need to start calling more often.

Just replaced an older laptop with this machine. My only complaint would be that the initial person I to was just a little too pushy in trying to sell more products, other than that the experience was great and I would highly recommend.

the techs are most of the time great... Sometimes I have a hard time understanding the ones from somewhere other than the USA... They are very professional and work wonders on my computer, seeing that I know basically very minimal computer knowledge!!!

My computer was slow, lots of errors, shutdowns, malware, adware. As soon as I downloaded this PC Clean, it was a big, it is running faster, so far no problems with anything at all. I watched I amazement as the tech went thru with great efficiency cleaning drivers, browsers, registry, duplicated files etc., malware, adware and spyware. This is a fantastic product! Thank you.

Very happy that I can clear away personal information which I never knew was stored... It is easy to operate. I just have to get my husband to do it when he uses the computer. I also appreciate that you now have a three year plan.

I needed a service like this to debug my system and also appreciated the online support to provide me with education/training/tips. My service tech was responsive and most helpful and will not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

US Tech Support always fixes my problems with my computer. I have peace of mind knowing I can call what I call "My Geek Squad" up anytime my computer is acting up and they will clean it out and make it run better again. I know I don't get my $20 a month worth always but that's my fault. I could call them every month and they would clear out the junk I have accumulated.

They always help me so much and today there were a lot of problems for me. I am 77 and not too smart with all of this and I really appreciate all of their help. They have always come to my aid and that is so great.

Dean was very polite, affable, and patient when helping me to reactivate My PC Optimizer, which I was unable to do myself. He was able to correct the problem within a minute. He demonstrated the new software purchase for me and used my account on file with you so I didn't have to go get my master card. I requested that my computer be checked for malicious malware that would put my ID in jeopardy. The agent suggested the ID protection software, so I purchased the product. The agent reinforced me that this a very good product and is good for 3 years. All things that needed to be done to my computer was done. I am pleased with the results. I have been with US TECH for quite a while. Thank you.

MyCleanPC is a great product. MacAfee and Norton did nothing to protect my PC and did nothing to clean my PC. The issues that the previous mentioned products did not clean up made my PC almost useless. MyCleanPC did everything they said they would do and gave me back full functionality on my computer. I would recommend this product to anyone having issues with their computer and to keep the computer clean.

Screen said all our files would be deleted and we couldn't go to any other web page unless we shut down computer. Technician said it was a scam and went into our computer to clean it up and check everything out.

Excellent support. Getting results immediately. I was unsure as to whether I had already signed up for service. The agent was able not only to answer my questions but to set my computer to automatically clean on a regular basis. The agent spoke to me in non techinally terms which helped me understand what the problem was and how to resolve it.

This went beyond the normal incredible cleanup as I had created a nightmare for myself with excel opening over and over. This deserved an "11" instead of a "10"! I would certainly recommend this service to anyone. The regular cleanup is something everyone should do, but this one was even better.

I have not had a bad experience and look forward to more of the same. Due to a message in the scan portion of the program I thought your service had been compromised as when I hit the fix button it indicated an unsafe site message.

I had a call from another company saying that you were going out of business. I would receive a check for $300.00 if I signed with them today. I did not believe this and immediately contacted you since you have used your company for many years. I had been in the process of moving and had not renewed with you... so I am glad to be back as a customer. Your tech people are very professional and patient in explaining things.

MyCleanPC has been a great addition for keeping the computer secure. Having it automatically go through the computer is a great way to keep all personal information safe. It also is a nice addition to the Early Warning software loaded on PC.

Excellent resolution of a virus removal. Initial contact with US Tech support service technician, went well. Explained in detail to initial contact. Tech understood my issues and guided me to a complete resolve. All of my issues were taken care of, quickly and efficiently. A detailed note was left for me at the end of the session.

Fast service and tech worked quickly. Have been a customer for a long time. Great service. I would have liked to speak to the tech before he signed off to make sure everything was working okay. Very pleased so far.

I called to get my computer serviced because it was not responsive, wouldn't allow me to add/delete on a word document and wouldn't talk to the printer. The computer was acting way slower than one I had 25+ years ago working on a landline. Your intake person was patient with the slowness of the computer and the ramblings of a senior citizen. He was very polite & efficient. I didn't talk directly with person who fixed my problems but they did a great job.

I was prepared to cancel my automatic renewal due to online interference with the service by my current anti-virus service. I was given viable options and in the end chose to install My Clean ID as well as continue with My Clean PC.

I've been with USTECH for 3-4 years, very satisfied with the products are support, Always helpful. When and if I have a problem, they have helped by explaining the issue and take over to fully solve and clean up whatever needs to be addressed to get my PC running efficiently.

The computer was slow loading programs and responding to commands. It also frequently froze or locked up requiring restarting the computer. US Tech Support was able to resolve the problem in a very short period of time, which would have taken me much longer and I doubt whether my efforts would have been as thorough.

Attempted to fix my 5g wifi but it seems to be broke. So I guess I will get new one. The get cleaned up computer to run better and faster. Worked most of the day and used the disk I had. Seems the plug in does not work.

I did not know if this was a software or hardware problem but Tech Support was able to first determine that my speakers were working. Then another technician was able to determine how to fix the issue successfully after applying updates.

Tech support helped me take care of security issues. Scanned for viruses. Web browser interfering with cleaning my pc. Needed a different web browser. Resolved the problem. Tech support was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to a friend or family member.

Great job in removing spyware and making my PC run faster. I have been with US Tech Support for 6 years and still love them. They are always there when I need them. Great service for the money. Thanks for all you do.

I thought my computer had been hacked. UST checked everything and helped me. I check in with UST monthly to have them clean up my computer and other computers in the house. I refer your company all the time and have done so for years. Great service. Great value. Great support. Great job US Tech Support.

I didn't know if I had a problem but I had received a phone call that there was a problem. I just couldn't deal with it right then so I called my friends at Tech Support and they took over and made sure everything was OK. I could understand him and he was VERY friendly. Malware and fixing my email account - The 2 techs that worked on my problems were awesome and I appreciate that you solved it all for me. Have used this helpline for years and never disappointed. Will continue to use you for as long as I have a computer.

For the past couple of months, my computer has been running slower and slower! I paid for MyCleanPC. But was unable to install it on my laptop. I called tech support and they took remote control of my computer, ran the diags., and now my laptop runs as fast as it did when it was new!! Thank you folks so very much!!! My experience with "My Clean PC" was terrific! The weather outside was frightful, but the fire was so delightful. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! When we finally said "good night", how I hate going out in the snow, but as long as I have US Tech, my computer won't be so slow!

To keep my things safe from people that like to take things that don't belong to them. Your pricing isn't bad at all. So far I am happy with the whole thing. I have been a customer with US Tech Support for a long time and are happy with their services.

My optimizer was not registered after my annual resubscription date so the tech registered it. This has happened before so it is a minor inconvenience. I called the customer service number and it was resolved. Thank you and your technicians very much.

UPDATE ON 12/06/2018: As stated before, Brandon was outstanding. He fixed the problem within a matter of minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, as well as very personable. My printer had the same problem on 12/3 and the tech fixed it. My complaint about the 12/3 incident was that the tech (don't know name) changed my home page. The tech said it would change back when I restarted the computer, but it didn't. It took a long time to get it back to where it was. This never happened before.

Computer speed was slow. Programs took an excessive amount of time to load. Files were slow to access. Needed computer clean up to maximize speed. Infected files were cleaned or removed. Security updates were updated and applied to my computer. Work completed in a fast and professional manner.

I transferred my account from my old computer to my new computer and as in the past, service was superb. I would definitely recommend US Tech Support and think that it is a huge value. Since going to US Tech Support, I have had no viruses.

Video editing program - Pinnacle Studio 14. Import program does not work. You have worked on this problem 2 times but it still does not work. Help. Thank you. The second time it appeared to word and I imported a few seconds of video and then it crashed.

I had installed My Clean PC on my laptop, for a while it was working fine. I then got a charge in October for My Clean PC and decided to change my debit card, My Clean PC suspended my account even though I paid for it. The technician told me even though I paid for it I would not be able use the software until I contact my bank and allow the payment to go through. 11/824/2018 I was charge another $20.00 even though the software I have asked the company for a refund and to suspend my account

We have been with your company for many years and no one else is allowed to work on our PC'S. We thank you all for your professional and always courteous staff. We have tried in the past to refer friends and family with no luck but we will continue to try and send new customers.

Tech helped me in a great professional way. I needed to use Internet Explorer for the MyCleanPC as I was using Edge because I have Windows 10 and really wish I had Windows 7 back. I still might reinstall Windows 7 as I am NOT A BIG Lover of Windows 10.

The technician was wonderful and professional. When I was using my Google search, I was automatically led to Yahoo, and I never use Yahoo. The technician erased the viruses that were harmful to my computer. I am very happy with the UST product and I will recommend it to friends and colleagues.

When I explained the problem to the tech, he promptly corrected the issue and reinstalled the program. I now have PC Optimizer reinstalled on my computer for another year. He explained all the other programs offered but I declined at this time. Thank You.

So far it has been a good value. I feel much better knowing that the information is protected on my personal information. If I had to select on area of improvement would be the option to run scans automatically. When the product was offered to me in the beginning it wasn't educated enough about it. I would have signed up sooner.

PC was running very slowly. Microsoft would not allow me to scan and fix the issues through US Tech. Called the 800 number provided on the website. As always, fixed very promptly by very courteous and efficient technicians. Thank you!

All is well so far, we shall see how it goes. I will not know until I see how the computer runs after this scan. It seems to be working ok, but again until I get to use the computer and complete my work I will not know how it went.

The tech person was very helpful and did an outstanding job in getting all my laptop problems fixed from freezing up and having me always restart it. The tech was very nice and deleted all unwanted programs for me and I am very grateful.

Hackers trying to get in to my system as a scam for me to purchase their product. So I called US Tech Support because they resolved the problem quickly, and I would recommend this important product to friends and family.

A computer person had to fix my computer and in so doing uninstalled it. I had to call and have it reinstalled. It was no problem and the gentleman was perfect. Anytime I have called it has been a great experience. Thank you, you're the best.

I feel secure knowing that I have MycleanPC working for me. I have children who use my computer everyday for at least 2 hours steadily, and now I do not have to worry about outside intrusion or attacks on my system because of the user. It is a burden off my shoulders.

When I called to ask why my program was not doing what it was supposed to and I was told that I had the trial version and to do I have had to purchase a more costlier program and I was misled and to cancel my order. It is funny. They take money out right away but do not put it back in just as fast. I had to keep asking on the phone I wanted to cancel it and they tried to convince me to keep the program and get the more expensive but I said five times I wanted to cancel. Beware of this company because they mislead you and one of the reasons is that you want to call and ask why so they can convince you to purchase the more costlier one.

My computer search engine is supposed to be Google Chrome but it started going to MySearch seconds after the Google page came on. So I called USTech and my account had been suspended, my first call to USTech was at 3;30 AM and was told that he could not do anything until I spoke to the business office at 8AM so I waited and talked to the Office then she stated she would release the suspension and he could work on it.

Michael ** was hands down the BEST tech that I have ever dealt with at US Tech Support! He asked me a few questions, and we were off to the races! VERY knowledgeable man, and GREAT at providing EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! He cares, and his actions show it! JOB WELL DONE!

It took 4 days to resolve my problem but that was at no fault of you guys, you are very busy and I work days, you were only able to work on my issue while I sleep so we needed each other. But the end justifies the means, I don't know what I would have done without you.

It is nice to talk to someone that speaks English and understand your problem. I did not like talking to people from other countries that could understand what your problem was and could not speak English with out an accent.

Thank you for helping correct the problems we had with our computer. The first time the computer had some things I must have forgot to mention, Jessie (not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) well Jessie fixed everything and allowed me to patiently check to make sure. These techs have a great work ethic and they are easy to understand when they speak! Thank you Jessie!

Outlook issue due to power outage while using it. Removed offending account a=with backup. Problem was resolved in 1-1 meetings with Kevin especially but all 3 techs were professional and superbly techie. Have recommended UST to my friends and family wholeheartedly.

First time used this program, but us tech set it up. I'd rather that they did clean out vs. me. Dean was really helpful at us tech. First time using this program, but US Tech did the installation. I would much rather that they continue to do clean out vs myself. Dean was quite helpful. Thank you. Also, is there any way in reducing software price for senior citizen on fixed income???

Technician (Mike) met all expectations. Suggested system protection software for future benefit. Reviewed thoroughly all actions which he used to improve my system and made significant suggestions for future actions regarding identity protection and improved system capability which will be beneficial as technology changes.

Very pleased with the technician who installed and explained the privacy software. Michael ** was very helpful and easy to understand. He went through how to use the software in a very clear manner and removed some unnecessary software that had been installed inadvertently probably by myself.

Mike from US Tech did and outstanding job in explaining the features of this program. We did a little tutorial on the computer that really helped in understanding the product. He also told me how to address follow up question and any related problems that I may be having.

I feel was abandoned after tech started process. It took 3 hours. I have never had to wait this long for a fix. It is now 2:30 am and I have things to do before bed. He said he got tied up on another call for half an hour but he started then stopped for long past that amount of time and did not start again until I contacted him again.

My computer was infected when I opened what I believed to be a safe sender. Instead, I was directed to call a ph. # where someone wanted to "fix" my problem for "X" number of dollars. I immediately called USTS and got fast friendly service. I'm so happy that I subscribe to your service. Thank you so much.

With companies going out of business it is imperative to have a superior company. This is reliable and affordable. I have had service for 5 years and that is worth any best buy for us and friends. Going a Convention Next week and will recommend.

Been a customer for about 12 years, I call for help on about 10 items a year. I recall only two items where you failed to help. It's a good service, well documented. I rarely recommend it, to avoid arguments "practical" non-believers.

Used this as a last resort to try to revive my old computer that had become unbearably slow. The product did not help, but that is not why I am writing this review. Apparently there are reoccurring charges and I either didn't read the fine print well enough or I forgot about it and was charged $19.95 per month. (My bad!) Apparently there are other bad reviews on this site that say that MyCleanPC did not disclose the reoccurring charges. I replaced the computer over a year ago. I believe that I called several times but received a message saying that I had to call during business hours, which were Eastern time.

Regular Checkups for My Computer. Every time I have contacted US Tech Support I have ALWAYS received a prompt and courteous response. They answer my questions honestly and I would recommend them to everybody looking for honest, responsive service. I plan to continue to use them.

This company is very very good in taking care of all a person's computer problems or needs. I have used this wonderful company for about 10-12 years now to help w/ all kinds of nasty computer problems that may come along to frustrate a person. No computer problem is too big or small for their expert help.

I am not sure which products were used on my computer so it is difficult for me to comment on specific products. I am happy with the overall care my computer received as I always am. I would need to know more specifically how this product was used on my computer and the overall expectation of the product.

Everything seems to have been handled promptly. The tech was both courteous and professional. I had bogus Microsoft setting issues and viruses. I believe all these issues have been handled, however I will know more after I have had time to use the computer.

There were 4 techs who worked on getting MYClean ID activated. Finally, the 4th tech was able to get the activation started. Then I started getting pop-ups saying there was a password that I needed to remove and the pop up kept coming on to the screen so I called USTEch and a tech showed me what I had to do to make it stop.

My problem was solved - technician was very friendly and helpful. I am totally satisfied with the service and products I have received through the years. Every time I have had a problem with my computer, help is only a phone call away to your able and willing staff. Thank you very much.

I had to call back twice because they could not solve the problem. When I attach a Word doc to an email, it shows up in protected mode. I didn't want it to do that, Problem just started about a week ago. But they still could not make it right. It did not seem like a difficult problem.

Two different techs. worked on my computer on 04/30/18 and it is now working worse than before. Very disappointing. I wish they could of helped but now my computer is working slower than ever and is barely functional. This is very frustrating.

We've had this service for years, which we loved, set it up for when you wanted it to do its weekly job and you didn't have to be bothered with it until I tried the service and it wouldn't work. Don't know why it was canceled so we went a year without knowing we didn't even know it. There should be a way of letting a customer know if you've been canceled. So now we will look around for another service like this to switch to that will let us know if something happens, the rep said it had something to do with the credit card. Why didn't someone let us know? We have no protection for a year? Instead you cancel us then charge to reactive.

The technician did as I asked and said the problem was not my computer. I have contacted the server to see what I should do next. Just waiting for their reply. The technician did his part, but problem was not resolved. My team leader said she was able to go in and log in with my gmail account and password on her computer. On my computer it says either gmail or password is invalid. I have gone back to team leader to see what I can work out.

Not currently happy with either product from US Tech support. I NEVER get specific answer from Live support and MYCleanPC never seems to make a difference. I think it is just supposed to make you feel like it is doing something.

Good value and works fast. It runs through all of the program modes in only about three minutes. Then you click on clean and it removes all of the bad and corrupted information and corrects all of the problems with the system.

My Mac was cleaned up very well. Thank you. I would highly recommend this to my friends if they are ever in need of a clean up for their computers. The speed of the clean up was very good also. I did not have to wait long for it to be done and I could get back to work being as I work from home.

I had some issues with laptop, there were some virus and trojans and this was preventing several programs on my computer from working correctly. I called the tech support and they took care of going through all the different files and cleaning them out. Although it did take more than an hour, it seems that this has removed the viruses and trojans. I am not sure now if this will now prevent these problems in the future but I hope so. The customer service representative was very helpful and courteous.

Was unable to activate software with code I had. UST fixed the problem for me in less than 5 minutes. Could not be happier with the service that US Tech Support offers and it is so easy to get help. It's like having a service office in your home.

They always take care of my computer problems. And sometimes it does require a second cleaning but they get it done for me. It's a great value and I tell people who inquire. My last two contacts responded and started working on it right away.

This company is not good. They spent 2 hours trying to re-install their service on my PC to then tell me they can't because their security protocol is denied by Norton which tells you they have problems. Asked for a refund, they said no. Buyer beware of this company.

The computers 3 were all acting strangely off of a sudden. I keep my computer in scan quite a bit. But the program I was using wasn't finding anything. They wouldn't print to the printers and the screens were slow to change and respond to the enter key. So MyCleanPC was run on my computers by my tech company US Tech that I always use whenever I have a problem. I know they can fix it. Whatever it is they will find it and remove it. The program MyCleanPC was installed and run. It found many, many problems with my system. It cleaned them up instantly. I trust US Tech and whatever they recommend I take their advice. I know they use the best software to get to the root of the problem. That's what I want. You can't go wrong with this software. I would highly recommend it.

Software issues with my laser printer couldn't scan to computer. Seems every time I require help with software loading the UST techs get things cleaned up & are easy to communicate with by phone or chat line. Quite pleased with the service.

Bad experience with someone local. Was very satisfied with your service in previous years so after 6 months I returned. I always was given fast and friendly service. Also I got a very good deal. $5.00 a month less than previous years.

My computer was hung up after a Windows 10 update. While I'm fairly computer literate I don't know all the tricks but your technician did. At first I could not even bring up a screen in order to let the technician have access to my computer. Now this may not have been the most difficult issue any technician has ever had to deal with, it was handled professionally and quickly.

I am amazed and well pleased with the service. My computer runs like it's brand new. There are many products and offers on the market but I deeply believe this one tops them all. I'm very glad I found it. I use it on several computers.

Mike was terrific and extremely patient. He was not able to solve my problem which was NOT his fault - he absolutely could not get on my computer - it would not take my password. I was forced to go to a computer shop - which cost 99.00 plus tax. Wasn't happy about that though. Couldn't have found a better person to work with than Mike - AND at least I didn't have to listen to that annoying "I'm sorry about that" tlo every problem with my computer.
