It is really complicated to use. Dont know what to do with the information provided. I understand the concept of the Vault, but it's difficult to get to. There also seems to be a lot of excess information, and duplicate files.

My computer was running super slow and annoying. It seemed like MyCleanPC wasn't doing much, but thru customer service, my computer has been cleaned a little more than the regular program was doing. If your computer needs heavy work done, contact them for remote assistance. They did a lot! They provided quick and easy service.

My laptop was not installing Windows updates properly. Jermaine ** did an excellent job diagnosising the issue, then got it fixed professionally, and very quickly. There was great communication throughout. I would be happy to have him as a remote technician in the future. It is nice to have a service that does what it advertises!

Tech Nathan was very professional with advice and quick updates on system updates and system cleaning due to a browser pop up I was not able to clean off. I had a pop up that was a scam Microsoft pop up that tried to say my computer was locked up and I also had 3 calls in 2 days that were scam calls I blocked.

Fake McAfee ad. would not go away. Got it removed. Did so very quickly and with no problems. Also cleaned up the computer.. Have had ATS tech support for many years. Tech Fernando was very knowledgeable. He fixed my two problems (lost all files due to an Windows update & my TV was rendering on the Internet App). For my PC he went into the Registry to recover my files. And for my TV he told me I should use the YouTube App rather than the Internet App. The Internet App no longer has flash player.

Received a WARNING popup from Microsoft that FROZE my computer. Said I had a compromised IP address and Trojan virus. I call US Tech Support and Josh ** explained clearly how to resolve the issue. Turns out that was a scam Popup from Microsoft and my computer was not infected.

The tech was able to figure the older version of Microsoft Data base to an updated version thru an older version of Excel in Libre office by changing the file extension. Once the file extension was changed it became compatible then the file was successfully converted. Now I am able to upload it to One drive.

I have had computer cleanup support for many years now with IOLO. No one could fix my speakers. Geek Squad 2 times tried. But Nathan ** stuck with me till he figured out what was the problem. They finally work after 10 months of not having my speakers for meetings. Technician resolved my problem quickly. One other thing US Tech should be clearer in noting in their emails is that SuperAntivirus software was replaced by System Mechanic. I have been receiving emails from Superantivirus stating my account was due for renewal but then when calling the number on the email I was told that I needed to purchase System Mechanic with no notice that Superantivirus was now owned by US Tech. I thought I was being scammed and so I hung up on the service personnel.

Pop up partially blocked screen disallowing full descriptions and not allowing to complete order input when needed for verification of completion when ordering online. The pop up did not present any means to just close it. I believe this was due to the pop up not being fully exposed to the point where the closure x was visible.

Found mouse buttons failed. I was unable to select any program or to close miscellaneous programs that loaded when logging on. Replaced mouse with a spare unit, fixed the problem. Great find by technician. Will purchase a wireless mouse to aid in installation. Great value for membership, very easy to contact and understand.

Fernando was assigned to assist me due to the hacking that took place with at least one of my online passwords which nearly resulted in the scammer accessing money from one of my online bank accounts. I have been working diligently to get all the passwords changed eliminating duplicates and/or weak passwords, but ran into issues that Fernando patiently found solutions.

The printer was working on one computer but not the other one. The technician updated the drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. After that he found that the printer was on the wrong network, he corrected that and the printer was back online. He also updated all the drivers on my computer, problem solved.

I was hacked and the MyCleanID was ineffective in alerting me. I received a telephone call from my church Pastor asking me about the validity of an email he had just received posing as me. The phishing fraud scheme seems to have failed with over 32 people reaching out to me regarding the fraud. The lack of an alert from my Iolo account is troubling.

Great help with all the hurdles. Found best services and plans for IOLO and also help with how to choose best apps from Adobe and Read Iris Pro. Problem entering various portions of websites fixed. Jamie took control of the computer and found the problem. Computer now functioning properly. This problem had been an ongoing problem for at least three months. Other technicians had attempted to solve the problem without success, Jamie persisted and conquered the problem. Mark archived emails off old server onto a thumb drive. He turned on a new computer, for future use. He will eventually import archived files onto the new computer. This took Mark several hours, because the old computer was not very functional and needed a lot of babying. Furthermore, the passwords had changed and needed to be hunted down and he was very patient in the process.

Your tech tried very hard to get my printer to work; however, it was discovered that it was not connected to wifi. Tech was very professional and hard-working. Very nice and pleasant at all times. She walked me through steps but because printer was not connected to wifi, nothing further can be accomplished. She advised me to get assistance from HP to connect to wifi.

Get my drivers program was purchased and Edgar helped install it successfully. Even showed me how to correct some of my other problems with the program. Would gladly recommend to friends to purchase this product since it was handled very well by technicians like Edgar. Also have Elephant Drive and IOLO system mechanic which I am happy with. IOLO VPN didn't work so well unfortunately.

I was very pleased with the technician who helped me with my new version of System Mechanic. She showed me how to go through the various features. I have used System Mechanic for nearly ten years but had trouble with the new version of Ultimate Defense. My complaint is with the product itself, not the technician. In my opinion, the new software represents a step backward in user-friendly software. My specific comments are listed above.

Could not load a brand new software. IOLO was preventing it from loading. Said it was a bad virus. Tech went into IOLO and let the certain system listing accept the software to be downloaded. It took 5 minutes or less to resolve and he also worked on another program where I had the same issue and it worked.

It appears the system is catching problems before they affect my computer and it gives me a message when it has done so. I am still confused exactly what it is doing, but I'm pleased as long as my computer stays virus free. I would prefer to get a monthly analysis of what the program has done in order to evaluate continuing using it in the future. Would this be possible?

System Mechanic reported an infection that was blocked (named LNK/ABRISKHSBO-2) and said it had been quarantined. Strongly recommended a full system scan. I called US Tech and requested the same. The initial tech person carefully walked me through all the steps using System Mechanic on how to perform a scan. I found this very helpful.

Being elderly and not computer savvy tech set up a shortcut program to get into my picture file. The tech went out of his way to clean many files I never use and open up more storage to load more. The tech said it would take up to an hour and he found the glitch within ten minutes.

Edgar was extremely patient with me. I have a vision problem, coupled with my minimal computer skills, Edgar had his work cut out. As noted above, he was never short tempered with me, but exhibited extreme patience. I was lucky today because not all operators are as easy to work with. Best of all, my computer benefitted as well. Problem is as indicated in the Subject field. Fields required by System Mechanic v24 for access to the incinerator option did not open online when attempting to activate the incinerator function. My computer sometimes freezes without reason, takes time to load upon turning it on, and needs help getting an internet connection fast enough. Fortunately, Josh found no viruses after running some tests. He continued to diagnose and then updated my computer as needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Great job!

The System Mechanic program kept showing the antivirus disabled. The technician deleted and reinstalled the system mechanic program. She did a wonderful job and kept me informed as she did the work. She waited until the computer restarted and everything loaded in to check if things were working correctly. She was very helpful.

The person who helped me did an excellent job. However, I had to wait two days to get a technician who could help me. The person that took down initial information gave me a ticket number but that was closed out. I talked to another person and she gave me the same ticket number which didn't get any action. I called again and got a different ticket number and got help after several hours.

After a long troubleshooting session, I discovered with the support person, Joebell, She even tried using an earlier version of the printer driver at my suggestion and we could not get the printer to work with my laptop. So, time to buy a printer. That the printer is no longer supported by the manufacturer for Windows 8.1 and I have to buy a new printer compatible with Windows 11.

Because I had too many computer fighting apps and junk, the anti virus for my System Mechanics would not take. The tech support removed the excess apps and junk from the computer with my permission. The whole process only took about 50 mins. or less. Now everything as far as I can tell is running like clock work.

I had technical issues with MyCleanPC and it was not functioning. It would just blank out. My computer was having problems that I could not clean up. It was just as if things were blocked out, but thanks to the technician that is corrected now. The technician spoke clearly and he (the technician) explained why he was doing things to correct the problems I had.

My security cameras kept going offline. After an hour I learned how to change my internet password. However, I could not get my security cameras back online because my vpn prevented me from updating my password. I thought that my computer and laptop were compromised. My Outlook was not working and my ISP and MicroSoft could not correct it but MACKY FIXED IT ASAP! I was very frustrated after 2.5 days trying to correct the issue and remembered I had used My Clean PC several years ago and our finances required I give it up. But YEAH it worked!!

The volume control on my desktop stopped working and I had to use Settings. .net framework update and antivirus scans remote assistance problem was BSOD and annoying repeated restarts. Was informed about possibility of bad video cable. Will check it if continues. Acer monitor may be proprietary generic model. I see that there are two different main boards listed online. One with HDMI and one without but no info on generic or reasons why the same model number with different features.

The tech removed the old "scanner" icon that was supplied to me and added the contact icon for HP. This fix made it possible for me to get then I was able to get the scanner to work using the link on their home page. I was able to add that new icon to my toolbar and it tested perfectly.

My computer shut down during a webinar today, and I couldn't get it back up after several re-boots. Emmanuel helped me fix it by holding the power button down for 15 seconds to totally turn it off. Then we turned it back on and everything was fine.

I needed to know about updating my computer and he said that there is not any problems with my windows 8. He said a lot of times you could have issues with updating after making the change.

My eset program kept trying to eliminate MyCleanPC which wouldn't let it download properly to run. Nathan fixed the problem and both are running fine. Also he eliminated some malware that was hidden. He spent almost 3 hours which I truly appreciate. I can now use my computer easily. I need the faster speed to assist with my sewing downloads. Very grateful.

Could not register as normal user or elevated user (Administrator). Called tech support and discovered a solution is to disable the VPN before running a CleanPC scan until a fix can be determined (Detect VPN during installation and open a secure port through VPN). Technician did a good job of troubleshooting.

Printer was used and when plugged in and ran setup it would not connect properly. Marvin fixed the problem for just a few days. I could not tell it was fixed due to the blinking internet light. Fernando has it printing with a solid internet light. You guys are amazing. I love this service.

Computer is old and running very slow. Josh was very nice, professional, and EASY TO UNDERSTAND. I haven't tried using it since the tune-up, but I'm very happy with the service I received. (The person I spoke with at Customer Service was difficult to understand and I was afraid my service tech would be the same experience for me.)

Rainniel ** was professional and solved the problem quickly. I would have given 5 starts but this is the 3rd-4th time I have had to use support to remove and re-install System Mechanic because the "lock" function on automatically update virus definitions turns itself off. I do not use my computer everyday. I cannot understand why the control set-up does not remain set.

My email box was filled with 365 messages. It was resolved by tech. because the wrong email was listed as the inbox. He also restored my NordPass account and assured me that I was using my iolo Antivirus and Performance scans correctly. My first call to Alaine found her to be helpful as well as she recorded my concerns correctly for the technician to respond to them when he called.

I had my account number stolen and used fraudulently. I really thought the service would have picked this up. I learned after, that this service does not provide that type of service. Trouble with additional activation on my wife's laptop under a home license after success of original extension of license on my home PC. Although the correct email and activation key were entered there was a repeated error 6 that regular tech support was unable to address. Even with remote session activation initially failed, and it failed again after turning off VPN. After further escalation and me being free it was resolved. I was called back and informed it was an issue of protecting the license/activation key. The separate issue of updating my account email address was successfully completed.

This has been a real issue in the past when Outlook wouldn't link up with AOL, causing a lot of problems. Most people (techs) refused to understand the issue but my latest tech support person was fast and experienced. He also helped reset my Elephant Drive and taught me a lot along the way as to how to select files and add to the backup, which to me is super important.

There was a game that would not load. It went into a reloading and reloading of the game. It was the antivirus program. It was seeing the game as a virus. The tech added the gaming program in to the antivirus program to exempt the gaming program as a virus and that allowed the game to load.

I was amazed at the intelligence that Jamie had about my issue. Her comprehension of my issue was so helpful to get to the BOTTOM of the problem. Lots of teamwork between us. She is an awesome technician. I had to go back and forth with the internet provider which is my phone company to get to the realization of this whole problem. The first install did not work well, the second one worked. I was trying to get the scanner driver to work with a program in Windows 11, but it would not work. Jamie verified that it was an incompatibility problem. She reinstalled the printer with the Windows 11 drive and it still would not work so we know it is an older printer which is incompatible with Windows 11.

I bought the subscription for $19.95. I thought it was for the actual software but it wasn't. They charged this amount for their 'services'. I immediately canceled the subscription. I still didn't get my refund even after several days of requesting. This software is a scam, it doesn't work. They only want money.

Found that Turbo download is the culprit and is switching the search engine to Bing. Bing does not allow ordering. I don't remember allowing Bing - must have been snuck in when updating something. Caused me to use "Brave" in order to order online.

Trouble with the 'sales' team, lieing to me on three different phone calls in as to why a tech person is not calling me back, claiming I need to convert from monthly to annual subscription, that monthly is not a subscription. Obvious they are under much pressure from management to sell, not to provide tech support. I had to raise my voice and demand that a ticket be written for a callback. Once a tech called back, I found professionalism. He was excellent. Apparently, the sales team and tech support operate in two different worlds. I cannot convert to annual because I need to see professionalism from the start. Why the hell is a sales team answering the phones? Is this a tech company, or a sales company just using tech support as a 'come on' to catch callers to sell various products?

Microsoft was trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and I was notified that my computer was not compatible. They wanted me to go through steps I was not comfortable with. Your tech Macky helped very much by taking over and cleaning up my computer. He made this problem go away.
