I want to recognize **, Senior Mobile Expert at T-Mobile, for providing outstanding customer service. I went to the store on Friday July 3rd to activate my internet service. ** was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, explained my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. His patience, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

It's rare to come across someone who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a customer feels valued. **'s dedication and excellent service are a true reflection of the high standards T-Mobile strives to provide. Thank you, **, for making my experience such a positive one. Your hard work and commitment are greatly appreciated!

I and my family have been with Sprint (bought by T-Mobile) since 1998. I am a 60 something year old who has somewhat difficulty with today's technology. I needed a new cell phone but have waited almost too long to pursue this purchase. Two days ago, I walked into the T-Mobile office located on Gallatin Pike in Gallatin, TN. There were 2 very nice employees there, but CiCi stood out. I explained to CiCi my lack of being a tech savvy person. CiCi stepped up and talked to me (not over my head) and explained to me the information I needed to hear in a very sweet professional manner. She truly earned 10 stars for her caring nature.

I did not once feel less of a person while I was changing out my phone. Not only did she make this transaction smoother, but she also noticed my plan was an outdated plan and talked me through changes that needed to be made inevitably saving me a good bit on my monthly bill. Not only did she help with my phone and billing, but she also introduced another product T-Mobile has and explained exactly just what I needed to know to make future changes. I have worked in corporate since I was 18 years old and I understand customer service completely. I have been on both sides of good/bad customer service. CiCi really made my experience VERY pleasant, and I just wanted to say THANK YOU to her!!! Gallatin, TN T-Mobile, please share this with your employee, CiCi!!! THANK YOU CiCi.

I called T-Mobile to inquire about my 80-year-old father's bill. At first, I talked to Jennifer. She was very helpful and patient in trying to understand the problem and chip away at finding a solution. Unfortunately, my phone died. I then called back and talked with Jasmine. She was fantastic. She stayed on the phone with my dad and I for 75 minutes. She researched the problem, asked questions, and started solving the issue. She was never in a hurry to complete the phone call. She made sure to take her time and complete all the steps in the correct order. She double checked her work to be sure everything was done properly. She even reviewed everything with my dad and I to be sure she did not miss anything. She did a great job!!

I had an outstanding experience at the T-Mobile store on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee, Florida. After dealing with a very frustrating situation elsewhere, I came into this location and immediately noticed the difference. The store was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I was assisted by Hussain, and his professionalism truly stood out.

Hussain was knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns, helped me select a new phone that fit my needs, and made sure everything was set up correctly. What I appreciated most was that he did not try to upsell me or pressure me into anything—I felt like he genuinely wanted to help. The level of customer service I received here was night and day compared to my previous experience. I left the store feeling confident, satisfied, and taken care of. Thank you, Hussain, for your professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service. This is exactly how customers should be treated.

I had such a great experience at T-Mobile, and I really have to shout out Kendarus for going above and beyond. I came in dealing with a frustrating data issue, expecting it to take forever to sort out, but he handled it so quickly and effortlessly it honestly surprised me. Not only did he fix the problem almost immediately, but he also took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense. On top of that, he ended up saving me both time and money, which is rare these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and not just rushing them out the door. If you ever need help with anything phone-related, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for him, you’ll be in really good hands.

You need to have better pricing for single people. My husband passed away, they charged me the same price as a person with two lines. It's not my fault that there's only me now.

Service sucks just about everywhere I go. They raise the bill almost every month when nothing has changed. If I would have know UScellular was gonna be bought out by T-Mobile I would have chose a different company. I absolutely hate this company. Nothing but issues with them.

I had US Cellular until T-Mobile bought them up. The service at T-Mobile is awful. I've had to call their tech support and the tech guy I ended up talking to spoke broken English and didn't even know how to spell Kyocera, he actually asked me to spell it for him. No real offer to send my phone to T-Mobile for warranty repair. I ended up with an offer to go to Walmart to get a free replacement phone. He had to look up how many Walmart stores in my state work with T-Mobile. There are only four. The gal at Walmart kept me standing and waiting for her to assist me for OVER AN HOUR. I made no bones about complaining that I am disabled and can not stand for long periods of time. She "apologized" that they don't have any chairs. I had to try sitting on the floor for some relief but that did not help and I stood up again.

The girl kept going back and forth between the monitor and the other customers phone. She most be really near sighted because of how close she hovered over his phone trying to do something. I kept complaining about how long it was taking and she finally went and got a stool from the photo section for me to sit on. She could have done that a lot sooner. When I finally got to work with her, she ignored the phone I needed to replace and took my phone, downloaded the T-Mobile app on it and then went into my T-Mobile account, changing my password, or rather establishing one. Firstly, she did NOT ask if she could put the app on my phone.

After she gained entry to my account she stopped working on replacing the phone and told me she couldn't replace it because I was still paying for it. Surprise me, I honestly thought I had purchased the phone outright when I got it. She also said that she was unable to see US Cellulars records. I would have to go home and find my receipt to prove I had paid for the phone. Wasted trip to Walmart. Lied to by tech support about being able to get a free replacement phone. After looking for my receipt and getting frustrated not finding it, I decided I would have the phone number transferred to an old phone I had. Back to T-Mobile and the guy there stated that what I wanted to do was buy a new phone and upgrade my account. Three times I told him I wanted to replace the dead phone, not buy a new one.

I had the phone I wanted to use with my. He finally took it and transferred the phone number over. I told him as I did the tech that I don't understand how T-Mobile could buy out US Cellular and not have access to the US Cellular records. I still think I paid for the phone in full when I bought it and T-Mobile is trying to rip me off. My spouse agreed with me and thinks I bought the phone outright. I am not happy with T-Mobile at all. I urge anyone who has been switched over to T-Mobile to look for another provider, I intend to and this is after almost twenty-eight years with US Cellular NOT T-Mobile who is trying to claim that.

Customer service in T-Mobile is been the worst I ever experience among cellular carriers, over the phone and in store nobody know what they are actually doing. In the store, they sold me a phone and after I payed for it, they told me they were not going to grant the promotion I was offered at the beginning of the transaction, the guy told me it was nothing he could do for me at that point because the store was closed already and now I needed to contacted customer service over the phone to fix my transaction, then he literally kicked me and my wife out of the store.

I contacted customer service over the phone and ever since then, Is been two weeks talking with different representatives and nobody is been able to help me out. They promised me to escalate the situation to their supervisors, actually one of the times a “supervisor” talked to me to assured that they were going to call me back, and they never did, same thing happened several times over this two weeks.

This whole situation is been a nightmare!!! T-Mobile is not a serious company and they don’t even take care, or respect their loyal customers, in fact after this situation I am switching to an other carrier because this place is a complete fraud!. If you want to avoid headaches and bad times stay away from this company, they just waste your time and steel your money,!!! Make your self a favor and free yourself from an extra stress and don’t take your business to this unpleasant and helpless company.

I attempted to switch over 3 phones, from US Cellular, and after 1 hour in chat, they were unable to do so, and were unable to explain why they were unable to do so. They kept saying that they "think" the problem is with the payment, even though I have over $400 in my account, and provided them accurate information 2 times. I did not even see an authorization attempt on my account. They are using outsourced chat help, which is usually ok, but in this case they were unable to complete my simple request.
