Nextiva has been a great resource for my team to chat with our customers. We struggled using Google Voice because they wouldn't let us send the same repeated messages to customers. Nextiva gave us the flexibility to do all that we need and ensure our business lives are separate from personal. The interface is easy to use and has been quick to catch on. My only con is that the text message page doesn't refresh in real time. Other that that, we are happy.

We've been using Zoom phone for at least a year. For months now we are unable to text T-mobile phone numbers. We looked into Nextiva, DialPad, and RingCentral as replacements. Nextiva was the cheapest option, but it also has the best service, usability, and moreover, technical support system. If we ever do have issues (which is not often), the support team responds right away and seem to be very knowledgeable. Makes us feel like we're not wasting a penny. As a nonprofit, we appreciate that.

It took me a little to get it setup and then to implement but once I did it helped separate home and work. Just wish I could have picked better number to match my business. Now I only get calls after hours for emergency reasons.

It has indeed been an experience using Nextiva service. At first, it felt all hyped however the real experience is definitely worth it all. We are in love with the connectivity Nextiva has to offer, our business is definitely seeing an increase in graph.

I presented my boss with information I gathered about Nextiva and He was very happy to save money each money if we switched. They are very helpful when we have something wrong. The phone service helps us have the patients answered efficiently. We like using this program more rather than using the actual phones. The only issue is notifications being a little glitchy.

The visual tool for call routing tree is well above the industry standard. Allows true customization with a simple user interface. In five years everyone will use something very similar. They are ahead of the game. Price is market rate, quality is above average. Call quality is good, customer service is good, implementation simple. Downtime is zero.

I've been using Nextiva for about a year now. It was the best choice we made with switching service to Nextiva. Nextiva is always one call away! I have never had any issues with Nextiva. Messages are prioritized and that is an important ROLE in the urgent care field.

We had a great experience to start. However over time when we had issues they were virtually impossible to get corrected. Their automatic ticket system closes tickets as completed very quickly if you don't answer them. We had several issues that continued and became very frustrating when they didn't get repaired... They automatically closed the ticket... and a new one needed to be created. They considered this a completed ticket. Which when we went to cancel they held it against us and required the cancellation payment because according to them they repaired them. If I was Nextiva I would be asking myself why someone is willing to pay over $800 to get off of their phone system 3 months early.

It has been 2 years since we have switched to NEXTIVA and we are satisfied with our choice. Before Nextiva we had Ring Central. Started looking for a new vendor for budgetary reasons but picked up more services besides VOIP from NEXTIVA. We would recommend.

My organization uses Nextiva to communicate with our clients and staff while working remotely. I have had a wonderful experience with Nextiva. I am able to track my calls and any voicemail messages I receive are automatically emailed to my company email address as well as saved in the app. I have also downloaded the app to my cell phone and it has been a lifesaver. Nextiva was an excellent company to work with. I especially enjoyed how hands-on they were with helping us get things set up for use. We had 8 hard phones in our location, and I had one of our reps on phone for the first several setups, just to make sure I knew the process well enough to continue on my own. And when we were bought by another company and had to change VoIP services, the account closing process was also very clean and easy. Very good company, excellent customer service.

Nextiva has integrated well into our systems, but it took months to get the setup correct on our account. We started with a Sales agent who promised the system could do everything we wanted, but as soon as we signed the contract, the sales agent was almost impossible to get a hold of. After weeks of fighting with the setup, Nextiva finally assigned a specialist to help our account. After going back and forth for a while, they were able to get everything setup properly. As long as the system is up and working, it works well.

We had major phone issues with our prior phone company. Extensions getting mixed up, Service stopping for no reason. So, we switched to Nextiva. We have had no issues at all. They helped with the whole onboarding and made the process very easy. We no longer have issues. It's been a great experience and I highly recommend them for your business needs.

The system is very efficient to communicate from a desktop/laptop directly into network phones allocated in restricted areas like cleanrooms, eliminating the need of land lines on every desk as it was in the past. Conveniently save and store voice messages, displaying the sender's name and number on each call. Pretty satisfied with this product.

Love that I can transfer calls to my cell, bring my desk phone home and plug into my router, etc. Call queueing makes it easy to get all of our support calls to all devices. We love getting transcribed voicemails to our email too!

We selected Nextiva for our company that runs seventeen clinics, so as one would imagine, there were just almost 200 lines that had to be ported as well as several fax lines. Many times through the process, there were safety measures in place - triple-checking telephone numbers from both of our ends so we would not lose them. It was a deeply delicate process. With Nextiva's efforts and trained employees with keen eyes, we were successfully able to transfer our lines from our previous phone equipment to all of our new Nextiva phones. The experience ended up being so well that we've gone to plan to use them for their other services as well, such as fax bridges.

When I investigated the different options available VoIP was the option that would fit in our budget (we are a non-profit organization). I called Nextiva and spoke with one of their sales representatives, He was very patient with me, allowing me the time needed to do research and make an informed/educated decision. I spoke with other companies also and I chose Nextiva because they have service support 24/7 at no additional fee to us. They also had the lowest prices which was helpful.
During the set up process you are not alone... unless you want to be. You can call a support person and tell them what you are wanting to accomplish and if their system can do it they will set it up for you. Everything we requested we were able to have done. (Sometimes it just meant we called back and spoke with a different tech person who knew a different area of the system - not a big deal in the overall picture) We are now up and running and have been with Nextiva for over 5 months (Dec 1, 2023). We are still happy customers and feel we made the right choice for our business needs. (We hope if you pick Nextiva that your experience goes as smoothly as ours.)

We have partnered with Nextiva for over four years and they been exceptional; always going above and beyond for everything we need. They provide VoIP for our corporate offices and are highly recommended to our franchises. Their on-boarding team is thorough and makes getting started with them a breeze. In all that time, I can only recall maybe one service outage and for only few minutes. Their customer service team is quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

Switching from an ATT traditional phone system with an answering service to Nextiva VOIP has been a game changer. Our monthly bill used to be over $700 and Nextiva shaved it down to $235. The phones are loaded with features and allow me to take calls on my office line when I am out of the office. The autoresponder system was very impressive as well. Implementation was a daunting and lengthy process (thanks to ATT) but the Nextiva porting team had a very quick turnover.

We spoke to our sales rep, ordered phones, completed the paperwork within 30 minutes. The phones, phone app, and website are easy to use and navigate. Nextiva did all the leg work in getting our phone numbers transferred (ported). Nextiva team even created our call flow (call routing). If you need Wi-Fi adaptors, I recommend ordering them when you order the phones.

For many years, we were using old school AT&T landline phone service for our business.. This service started getting worse and worse by the day so we finally decided to make the jump to VOIP and signed up with Nextiva. This has been one of the best improvements we have ever made to our business! Nextiva offers SO many amazing features and benefits over traditional phone service which has made our business run more efficiently.
Nextiva is constantly adding new features and improving their service all of the time. By far the best benefit to Nextiva is their unmatched customer service. It's not often that you will even needed it, but when you do, everyone I've ever talked to at Nextiva support has been a pleasure to deal with. Easy to understand, friendly, patient and resourceful. There's been a couple of times where I had pretty unique requests and the Nextiva team has always been happy to help. The customer service experience with Nextiva is truly unbeatable.

Since using landlines for the past 8 years our business wanted to jump into the future. Which is actually the present. The team at Nextiva (especially Nataliia) made the switch quick and easy. Our current phone provider put a wrench in it after they approved our port within only a few days. Even though we had to scramble to get the system built and phones set up. Nataliia and the team worked quick to have us ready for day one usage. We did not experience any down time and phones/fax work great. Would recommended their service, and the price point is great compared to traditional landlines.

This product is critical to our ability to be available for church members and community members to reach us about their needs. So far, the VoIP connection has been high-quality, the voicemail services are above adequate and benefit from the ability to forward voicemail recordings via email. The ability for staff to forward their calls to an app on their phone has been critical for us, and staff are pleased with the product. The phone tree is easy to navigate for callers. The only complaint/criticism I have is that the phone tree was exceedingly difficult to set up. The setup is unintuitive to begin with, but combined with errors it was not possible for me to do it alone. It was very buggy during setup, and took most of a day in conjunction with the assistance of several Nextiva techs. The product was producing many errors, and frequently deleting/unassigning the recordings I had just created for the phone tree.
The techs were reachable via a live chat that would timeout without input every few minutes, which was frustrating for both myself and the techs, as we dropped connection several times as the tech was checking something on their end. In the end, the third tech I reached had to set up the phone tree for me on the backend in an unusual way (splitting it into several separate trees) to avoid the inexplicable errors that the product was throwing. The bright spot of that experience was that the techs were extremely good, kind, and knowledgeable!

Nextiva always has friendly support staff ready to address all of my questions from setting up a Pap2T device to setting music on hold and everything else. The feature that filters out robo-calls saves me so much aggravation. I recently called Nextiva and spoke with John. He saw call rejection numbers from before the auto attendant (press 1) feature was made available. Simultaneous ring is the feature that makes my cell phone ring and it appeared - so all was good.

Our business made the switch to Nextiva from a large commercial provider in September and we couldn't be happier. We ported 24 lines and have 15 licenses. The process was much easier than anticipated. Nextiva guided me every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Our transition was very smooth and painless. It is easy to use their app to maintain call flow and their customer service team is exceptional. Compared to what I was paying the other company, my bill with Nextiva is less than half.

Do not like the inability to delete any calls. Do not like that my team can't see the texts that come to our main line. So many missed calls. Trouble with finding voicemails. Multiple tries to make a call out sometimes.

We use Nextiva for office phone services primarily via their iPhone app. When a colleague experienced strange issues using the phone app and could not receive any calls, we contacted Nextiva tech support for help, using the telephone-based support team. Our support rep was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he patiently walked through each setting adjustment and test. He was able to identify the particular issue and settings that were required to fix the issue on her phone and the app. The issue that had been puzzling us for days was remedied in an hour. You can call and text, including group texting, where replies are delivered to you separately. You can run it on your desktop or as an app on your phone. I had a few issues with number spoofing and caller ID, and the Nextiva support staff doggedly troubleshot it for over an hour. Their app has always worked well with me and is consistently easy to use. One issue is that sometimes there are too many places to log in. To get help, you need to have a pin number in addition to your username and password, and I find it a little burdensome to have an additional thing to remember, but it's obviously not the biggest deal.

My company has been actively using Nextiva now a little over 30 days and so far so good. I do want to share my honest opinion and experience for those that want to consider using Nextiva. The not so great... The Implementation process wasn't the greatest experience. Although we were assigned an agent during the process, the communication wasn't that great. We had to follow up multiple times to see where we were at in the Implementation Process, primarily in the "call flow process". We definitely did not experience quick responses from our Implementation Agent. The Mobile and Desktop Nextiva App have intermittent delays and freezes up at times, so hopefully Nextiva fixes these bugs.
The great... Service and Support has been great aside from our Implementation Agent. We're able to call and get assistance right away with agents on standby. The call flow process can be customized however you want it with very little limitations. The SMS feature is great as well. Overall we are satisfied so far but only have been using a little over 30 days. I will provide an update in a few months.

I am the owner of a growing logistics business in FL. After outgrowing Google Voice, and frustrations with another big name company out there, I was looking for a system that could grow with us as we expanded and didn't make us pay for extras that we didn't need. When it comes to picking out a VoIP SIP trunk system, you can't go wrong with Nextiva. They are trusted by many big corporations who rely on VoIP systems. They are cloud based. Their provisioning team is awesome, and always willing to answer your questions. Just need to set up once and you're all set. Maintaining your directory is almost like eating cake. Technical support is only a few clicks away. Most of your technical issues can be resolved through their online chat system. Their SIP trunk backbone service is on a redundant system on USA soil. We've been with Nextiva close to two years already. I've never encountered service downtime yet. The audio is HD quality. The monthly service fees are wallet friendly. I love the fact that Nextiva uses Polycom phones. I am glad that they do not require proprietary phones like some systems. I like their user interface for the extensions as well as the features in their admin interface. I can make so many changes on my own as an administrator. Their tech support takes a long time to answer the phone or the chat window. Like all tech support, they want to get you off the line as quickly as possible. As an IT pro myself, I understand this urge. All in all, Nextiva is a solid phone system for any organization to consider.

I was looking for a phone line for my new business and I signed up for one of their plans and it's been ok so far. I wish I could figure out how I can get the phone to actually ring before going to voicemail. I was surprised that all plans did not come with a way to record a voicemail by using a robot and text. You need to pay for another service they offer to get that feature. Overall it is an ok phone service if you just need a phone line to receive voicemails and be able to call back customers.

Set-up is quick and we were up and running in a very short time. Call quality is as good as the internet speed allows. Sometimes the app is quirky and adjustments need to be made, but it doesn't take long for tech support to figure things out. Putting calls on hold is as easy as clicking the icon, but then transferring calls is tricky, quite a few steps involved. Call transfer from a cell phone to a computer also has a number of steps. Price point is great.

I operate Nextiva phone calls primarily through my Smartphone. The quality of the sound from the calls is just fine. However, the voice mail messages do not consistently appear in the App. I often see a voice message notice in my email box, but I do not see it in the App. I want to be able to listen to the voice mail message in the App and delete it, so that I can know I'm up to date with all my voice mail messages. However, when the App doesn't show the voice mail, then I cannot use the system to know I'm up to date on my voice mail messages. Furthermore, I have repeatedly cleared out my missed calls or my voice mails from the App only to have them reappear later. I spoke with Nextiva customer service. They recommended using the Nextiva Desktop Login. That does work. But I really want the app to work because I'm on the go. Therefore, three stars.

The beginning when we first signed up was a little frustrating because there is huge difference between their standard tech. support and the elevated one you pay for. Once I was directed to the elevated one things turned around fast. There is definitely a learning curve when making the transition however the additional tracking benefits are worth it. I would high recommend that one person in your organization is given the task of implementing the new system and make that person the admin on the account. Nextiva has been great for our office. It allows us to move freely around the office without being chained to a corded phone on a desk and, more importantly, allows portability so we don't miss calls if we're on the go. We are very happy with the service and customer service provided Nextiva. It works very well, no coverage and/or reception issues. We could perfectly hear peoples’ voices and they could hear ours with no issue. They offer other services in addition to voice calls, I didn’t have a chance to explore all of them yet, but we will soon start using it for virtual meetings. The technical team is very knowledgeable. I recommend their service 100%.

Nextiva was the first company I signed up with when I started my business for my VOIP. I had no experience with this so I just searched for best VOIP and nextiva kept popping up on my online searches. Their customer service was great and it served my new law firm's needs well. But after several months and after hiring staff, I started to hear about other VOIP companies that were also reputable but also had integrations with my law firm's case management software that I was using so I switched. It was a nightmare. Getting set up was hard enough and any issue is so difficult to address.
It's been a few months and I have had a ticket pending for a service request after I realized I was paying for extra numbers I did not request and I cannot get it resolved! Not to mention the cost was so much more than Nextiva, which I did not realize since they never advertise that everything is extra. For example, Nextiva allowed me to create another number with a different area code when I expanded my firm to another city and they let me forward this number to my main line. Everything was just always easy to set up and didn't cost more. I also had a fax number included in the price, which is not the case with other companies. Since it's been a few months and things are still rocky with the other company I may switch back to Nextiva. The lesson is: if it ain't broke don't fix it!

I have not interacted with someone on the phone with customer service that makes me feel delighted and respected. We ordered the service, and due to our business model change, we ended up needing to cancel the service. However, Nextiva understands our frustration and will assist us with the contract. I have worked with Nextiva since 2018 when we replaced our own equipment with the Nextiva system. The functionality of the Nextiva system is fantastic and the service is responsive. We're planning to move from our current VOIP provider to Nextiva, we've had a bad time due to sales unfulfilled promise after we signed a contract, but so far we're happy with the support coming from the customer service, and tech specialist, to somehow help us find a compromise since the sales who proposed to us can't accommodate us anymore after we signed the contract. I work for a small business that had 3 analog landlines for our phone system. Our bill kept going up and up and up until those landlines were costing us $450 per month. On top of the cost, one of the lines had terrible sound quality especially when it rained. The phone company could never fix it right no matter how many times we had them in to look into it.

Our company was having issues with implementing our VOIP services with our emergency intercom system. Our old provider fought us tooth and nail to avoid helping us and even charged us for 2 years of a contract they couldn't fulfill. Enter Nextiva... They came in, helped us to understand our options and worked with us to implement the emergency paging system we had in place. They streamlined the process, and helped to even incorporate the background onto the phone screens the management wanted. The Nextiva team deserves this review because they DID what they claimed. As a small business in the telecommunications industry, I need reliable service. I've had Nextiva for several months now, and that is exactly what I got. And saving ~40% was great too! I just formed my first LLC and wanted to find a business phone to keep my business separate from my personal life. I first found a company that offered a softphone option, but I was unhappy with the verification process. I decided to try Nextiva since they service my church's needs. I almost did not go with them, however, due to a $100 activation fee since I only needed one phone. After speaking with a representative -- who was very courteous, friendly, and kind -- he waived my fee and even got me a plan that was more cost-effective for my fledgling business.
Later when I was attempting to set up an OEM Polycom phone, I had to call support because the provisioning was failing. They were quick to respond and proficient in troubleshooting the issue and getting it working. I have also been very pleased with their interface and the call settings, and workflow options. While they may not be the cheapest company out there, they are also not the most expensive. And, their website might seem inflexible, but I have found their sales reps can be a little more flexible than other companies. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience with Nextiva.

Our motto is "Delivering Excellence Every Mile". That motto starts with a phone call. Not only are our calls clear, we have the option to create a directory to help organize calls. This platform serves as a staple in how our company is represented in front of procurement officers. While we're a small business we have a big operation and even bigger customer services needs. Between controlling company hours and altering the directory, we have everything we need almost in the palm of our hands.
We took a chance on Nextiva and didn't understand the multitude of what we were partaking in. The entire dynamic of our business has changed for the better because of our choice. We had the worst experience with Comcast's Voice Edge System. So, finally when our contract ended, I was nervous about getting a new phone system. We got a recommendation from our IT guy to use Nextiva. From start to finish, it was the easiest thing I have ever done. Whenever an email came thru regarding setting it up, I sent it to my Rep, Jeff ** at Nextiva, and he handled it. He was always nice and polite and throughout all my questions and he was very patient. Updated on 03/12/2024: I was promised an initial price for my usage with a verbal agreement with multiple members of the sales team. 4 months later I see that I was charged double and they won't reverse the charge. Apparently it was a part of the agreement to begin with, so this could definitely be my fault. Ultimately, this is a company that I would not take their word on anything and make sure you look at the detail on what you sign with them. The agreed upon price was only good for 1 month (they told me lifetime), but they added additional productivity plug-ins free of charge for a month (I was unaware and thought this was part of the product I purchased).
It is also a plug-in I never used as all I needed was a simple phone line to make calls and send text messages from. All these months later I see the extra charge (almost twice my normal monthly price) so I called them to figure out what was going on. They refused to provide a refund or remove the charge (for a service I had no idea I was "paying for") and told me I should have read the agreement better. That is fair play and I will take blame for taking their word over the agreement letter. It just does not sit well with me when I calmly explained the situation hoping for money back over a service I don't use and having them tell me that it is my fault. It just seems shady to me and poor customer care. I will definitely be using another service as soon as I can port my number over. I am done with Nextiva.

The Nextiva that was assigned to assist us with our new phone transfer system is amazing. She was extremely efficient when it was time to get the service up and running. She also called weekly until we were fully functional and the system was set up to our standards. I needed the ability to have a phone system for my small business that was affordable and easy to use. The mobile app allows me to use my personal cell phone as my business phone as well and keep personal/business calls separate. I also appreciate the ability to record phone calls - which is a mandate in my industry. Overall - very pleased with Nextiva and what it offers!

I have been using the Nextiva system for a couple of months and I am loving it. The fact that I can text my leads information and links to complete application is wonderful. I love that I can speak with my headset and type at the same time via my computer and my neck doesn't end up hurting at the end of the day. The system works well, is incredibly customizable, and we can usually get a representative on the phone TO customize it within about 20 minutes. My only minor gripe is they need to work on the App stability more. The tech is incredible! I can pull calls from my work phone to my cell over Wifi- but it only works to 70% effectiveness. I still use it but I can never tell if it's going to maintain or not, and I wouldn't trust it fully if I was not in the office.

Working in the IT department, part of our job is to administer our company's phone system. We happen to have Nextiva. I came from an on-premises PBX, and at first, it was a bit of a shock working with this system. As I got more familiar with it, the easier it got to work with. The phones are reasonably priced and diverse, and the quality of service is excellent. Audio is clean and crisp and easy to listen to. Voice mail is easy to navigate. You can even get voicemail notifications via email and have the audio file sent to you so you can listen to it anywhere. Once you get used to the interface, administering the system users and devices is very easy.
The beauty of a cloud phone system is that you can even have a mirror of your phone at home. This is great in my department, as it allows WFH very easily, without complicated edge devices or VPNs. The few issues I dealt with were easy to handle - Nextiva support is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. If you're a company looking to replace your current on-prem system with a cloud phone system, consider Nextiva.

The Nextiva platform transformed the way our remote workers are able to connect with our clients and customers. Since making the switch, there have been few glitches/downtime using the system. Call quality has improved, and support when there is an issue is always there to help! The mobile app is NOT available in some countries where our remote workers are situated (South Africa) however it is available in the USA and Mexico.
