    Our company has used Nextiva for over 7 years and has consistently had a great experience with the service. The connection has been reliable with no issues, and overall performance has been solid and dependable. However, when the company needed to reduce its plan, the process was challenging and not straightforward. It required multiple emails and chats, as it was difficult to reach someone by phone to discuss changes. Despite this, the service itself has remained strong and reliable.

    We have been using Nextiva for about 4 years now and the service level we have received has been unmatched. In the rare occasions I need to send something to support they are very responsive and are usually able to solve the issue right away. The uptime has been 99.9% since we have switched. I am extremely happy with the product and recommend it to my IT colleagues whenever I can.

    Nextiva makes managing larger complex phone system webs much easier to manage with over 100 extensions. The UI is clean and simple. It also allows us to make changes remotely from anywhere which is a huge bonus for us coming from our old software a feature I will need required moving forward.

    We have been using Nextiva for the last few years with our company. For the most part they are pretty good, price is fair compared to other companies. They have great features and easy to use, the only complaint that I have is I have to reload a few times a day. I appreciate not only the web version, but the app version so when we are away from our desk it is easy to still take those important calls.

    Prices go up, but they have you in an automatic contract renewal and will not let you out if you don't notify them within 30 days of the contract renewal. According to how I interpret the law in my state. I believe these are illegal practices since they do not give a notice that it is renewing.

    I’m very pleased with the VoIP system. The call quality is significantly better than our previous setup, and the app has proven to be extremely helpful. Our receptionist used to get frustrated often, and I hadn’t realized how much the old technology was affecting her until we made the change. She now says her work is much easier, and the system meets all her needs. My only regret is not upgrading sooner.

    The Sales / Demo experience was great. They met with us multiple times to answer our questions. The implementation process itself was lacking, but we were able to get it escalated and get additional resources brought on. Nextiva is constantly building on their product. They add in new services and features constantly helping make their product better.

    One thing I don't really like is there is not a whole lot of clear documentation for admins. A lot of the configuration can be built out by an Admin if there was documentation for it, however since there is not, most of the time it requires a implementation team to do it. For example, they have native SQL reporting within Nextiva, but no documentation on Table names, columns, etc.

    I’ve been a customer for years, but this company clearly only cares about getting new customers, not keeping the ones they already have. Anytime you have a technical issue, you’re left on hold for over an hour with no real help or updates. It’s frustrating and disrespectful to people who are already paying for their service. What’s even worse is that if you call the sales extension, they pick up almost immediately. That tells you everything you need to know — they prioritize making new money over supporting the customers they already have. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliable customer support. 📞❌

    Until this month (03/2026) I was with Nextiva for almost 2 years. Things began well, service was decent and improved in areas I submitted to support and support itself was very accessible. Fast forward 6 months and the service was not only increasingly unreliable, it hurt my business by dropping nearly every call and for calls that actually stayed connected, the quality of the calls was horrible. It was an embarrassment that we had this low a level of quality for something so fundamental to customer relationships. Subjecting my customers and prospective customers to this nonsense was humiliating.

    To add insult to injury, when reaching out to support, it was common to wait in a queue for upwards of 90 minutes. Most of the time I had to drop. That kind of time is not affordable and I need to take care of customers, not sit and wait for someone who ultimately never resolved the problems we were experiencing. Using the email channel was no better. What would have been a 2 hour wait in a support queue turned into weeks of back and forth with an emphasis on closing tickets along the way, irrespective of whether the problem was resolved. I will give them credit for notifying us of their intent to close the tickets so that we could at least reopen or prevent its closure. But that low bar is all they can be credited with. I would avoid this company at all costs and save your customers from enduring basic communication problems and to save your staff from wasting its time with something so fundamentally important to building your brand.

    I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with Nextiva has been unacceptable. As a new client, the onboarding has been disorganized, confusing, and poorly supported. Emails and calls are not answered in a timely manner, and when I do get responses, the team often cannot resolve the issue. The most concerning problem is that calls are not being routed correctly to my office. Instead, they are going to the AI system, and no one has been able to fix the workflow. This has caused me to lose business — which is completely unacceptable for a communication platform. I was also promised features like social media integration, yet no representative has been able to show me how to use it or where to find it. That level of disconnect is alarming. I regret switching to Nextiva and would strongly caution other business owners to thoroughly evaluate their support and onboarding before committing.

    Stay as far away from Nextiva as possible. They have automatic renewal built into their contracts with no notification before it happens. They are dishonest about them when trying to quit their service, as I had contacted them months before closing my business to review cancellation process. At no time did they mention a contract or early termination fee. They will charge you for the full length of the renewal, even in violation of state law. The billing and customer service department is non responsive and non negotiable. It cost me over $2000 when I closed my business, and that was for just basic phone service after being a loyal customer for 8 years.

    I strongly advise staying away from Nextiva. We were promised a solution as good as, if not better than, RingCentral, but the reality has been a nightmare. We were locked into a year-long contract, only to realize after the trial period that we had been misled about the software’s capabilities. The setup process was incredibly complicated and took over two months, yet the system still doesn’t meet our basic business needs. We experience weekly technical issues, and the "support" is non-existent; I have frequently waited 1.5 hours or more just to speak with a live person.

    Furthermore, the platform is missing essential features: there is no dedicated contact center app, and no "click-to-call" functionality for web hyperlinks. They also offer no help in managing spam labels, which has been a major hurdle. This experience has caused immense frustration and has hurt our business financially. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

    Salesman Paul ** signed me up for 33 dollars per month, first 2 bills were fine, then out of nowhere...78 dollars per month. We never discussed any extras, or "trials" or anything similar. Paul said my bill would be 33 per month recurring. I called TT get the problem rectified, they said no refund. Waste of time and money. Do not deal with this company, there are better options out there.

    Don't fall for the hype pitch - this product is the worst product in the market. Once they sell you the platform, you will NEVER get help. If they do call you back, it's typically 3 or 4AM CST - that is when their "overseas" people will call you back. Pray you don't sign or fall for their 3 months free - it's horrible!

    I clearly instructed Nextiva over three years ago that my contract was not to auto-renew. Despite this, it was renewed without my consent and without any renewal notice, reminder, or confirmation. I am now being told I must pay a $741.70 early termination fee to cancel a service that I stated 3 years ago that I DID NOT WANT RENEWED! This fee is excessive, unreasonable, and appears designed to pressure customers into unwanted contracts.

    Under New York State law, contracts cannot be renewed without proper advance notice, which was never provided. As a result, the renewal and termination fees are invalid and unenforceable. This reflects extremely poor and deceptive business practices. If you look at the review sites including multiple Reddit threads you will see that this company's predatory practices have hurt hundreds of business owners. I do not recommend doing business with Nextiva!

    I would not recommend this company purely on their customer service. Unfortunately, I have not been able to utilize the service I signed up for in November because of porting issues and transfer PIN issues from my current carrier. I have been billed twice already for service I do not even have yet. When I talked to customer relations they told me they will refund the most recent payment which was on 12/21/25 but will not refund the previous month's charge even though we did not have our phone numbers ported over to them. I was really looking forward to using Nextiva services but unfortunately that is not going to happen. If you do sign up with Nextiva be sure to understand that the customer relations team are awful and unwilling to help.

    Absolute trash!!!! Good luck porting out your number once they have it. You can't talk to anyone on the port team, and if you call for customer service, it's at least a 30 minute wait.     I owned a business for 5 1/2 years and Nextiva provided my phone service (good service). However, I sold my business on 12/31/2024 and had the service transferred over to the new owner. I received a bill for $195.11 and I assumed this was for January, but I wanted to be sure. I called the Customer Service number and talked about 15 minutes with a CSR. I explained the situation and told the CSR I was just needing to know if the bill was for December or January. He stated he couldn't provide any information on the account since it was transferred to the new owner. I stated that I owned the account for over 5 years and up to December 31, 2024. I own information related to when I owned the business (December bill).

    Over and over again he stated he couldn't provide the information. I said this was stupid! Finally, I stated can you just answer a general question about the billing cycle and he said yes. So, I asked the question about a December 27th bill and he stated that would be for January service. Why it took 15 minutes for a simple answer and refusing to provide information on my account for December (when I owned the account) really ticked me off!

    I spoke with Nextiva because I was misled by the company. On their customer service page it says that I would be able to use SMS within 10-30 days. It has been almost 3 months. I called their Billing Department and asked for a credit. They told me they were unable to provide this. The person who called herself Effy R. said that she was able to make this decision and was not accountable to anyone else. I asked many times to speak with a supervisor and was denied. She kept reiterating that she alone could make all the billing decisions. When I continuously asked to speak to a manager I was denied. She kept saying that I needed to call back to possibly speak to a manager and would not provide the name of her manager. She did go to her team supposedly and said she was able to offer a 10 dollar credit.

    Again I was continuously denied access to speaking to a manager. She also said that I was not able to break my contract despite being misled regarding getting access to SMS messaging within a reasonable time period and the terrible customer service. I do not think a business should ever run by having the billing person just say they make all the decisions with no accountability. It was disgusting how I was treated by this company and definitely by this person. I have spent over 40 minutes waiting to hopefully speak to a manager. Gross!

If your connectivity is terrible like ours, your only option is to pay a full year's contract or continue having your calls drop out on clients or not being able to answer at all. You have a 30 day window to cancel. Be sure to mark your calendar. There is no management either, apparently, the reps just say they have the authority... No accountability for their product's faults and little concern that your business is being affected.

    I have been a Nextiva customer for many years and the system does work as advertised most of the time. In my opinion, don't expect much in the way of technical support or customer service support if you have any problems and have to contact Nextiva. Most of the people that answer your call for technical support have a very limited command of the English language as it is spoken in the US. Hit customer support or technical support with a question that isn't on their check-off sheet, and you get silence and then get put on hold while the person tries to find an answer and too many times can't find an answer.

    I've been trying for 15 months to get the name changed on my billing invoice and still get the wrong name on the bill. I changed my credit card 3 months ago and was assured that change was made in Nextiva's system only to a get a notice my service was being cancelled for non-payment because Nextiva was still trying to charge my old card. If it wasn't such a hassle to change to someone else, I would. But my numbers go back to when I had A T & T and making a switch is very difficult (I tried one and it wasn't worth it).

    Had very high hopes when initiating service with Nextiva. The interface was spectacular and we were assured all of our needs would be met. First call was a nightmare and no one understood what we were looking for, despite the salesperson's complete understanding. Numerous calls later and 3 months after signing, conveniently when our "free" period was at an end, we still could not use their system. We decided to cancel on Aug 29 and have since still been charged and the gall of asking for us to pay half a year of service when the system did not function properly is completely unacceptable and really bad business. If you are looking for a call center for multiple businesses, this absolutely would not be recommended by me.

    I wish I could give a 0! Service never worked since day one but sure enough I've been charged every month. The 2nd month the charge went up $10 because apparently there was a promotion on unlimited messages when as we speak the message option has not even been activated yet (it's been almost 2 months that I signed up btw). Technical support never follow up with you even though the issues are pending and when I call the only thing that they say is "we don't know when the next update is going to be". I asked how many updates they had over the last year and the lady, who refused to give me her name, said she can't give me an answer and she was going to hung up on me because it was a rude question. Also be prepared to be on hold for 20-30 minutes if you dare to call.

    I have been attempting to onboard Nextiva since April 3rd, 2024. It is now August 5th and I have not been successfully onboarded. Over the course of 4 months, I have spoken with over 20 technicians and no one seems to have an accurate sense of the status of onboarding including porting and SMS registration which are extremely delayed. Once your LOA and SMS registration form is submitted, it falls into a blackhole where no one has any visibility and you are at the mercy of 'pending approval' anytime you check on the status. If you are considering switching to Nextiva, I would suggest exploring other service providers that have a smoother process and more visibility and transparency into the status of your applications.

    Man I wish I could give this company negative stars. When we first started we thought it was great but in the last two years we've had so many phone issues as it's incredibly sensitive to your wifi and your phone service will suddenly be out and if you're not checking the phone screen frequently you'll have no idea. With managing a small team that's more challenging than you'd think. If you're a small business owner it makes things incredibly frustrating as you are missing calls without knowing it. Now for their customer service, woof. I've spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to solve issues, and then when we opened up a second location trying to get a second line installed was mission impossible.

    After trying for three months I eventually gave up and switched to a cell phone line. The process of trying to cancel was painful including getting the phone line transferred. I ended up paying for 6 months of usage without using the service at all (around $600), but I had to keep paying as they would not release my number unless my subscription status was up to date. When I asked for a refund or even a partial refund at the end they said they do not refund folks. Needless to say it was a lot of money and time wasted on a service that sometimes works.

    This is in regards to SMS texting through the Nextiva app. On March 21st we could no longer use the SMS services that were part of our user agreement. We had to register and wait for authorization. We were told to wait 5-20 days. It has been 6 weks and have not heard anything. Our customers can no longer communicate via SMS which hurts our business. They offered to waive the 29? month fee which is an insult considering how much business we lose without this feature. I would serioulsy reconsider choosing Nextiva or be clear on being able to get this feature.

From the initial interaction with my salesperson, Bill, to the smooth implementation process, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. One of the standout features of Nextiva is its excellent customer support. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, reaching out to their support team has been a breeze. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they also make the process of troubleshooting or getting clarification incredibly easy.

    In terms of performance, the Nextiva Phone System has met my expectations. The system itself is reliable and user-friendly, making it effortless to manage and utilize its various features.     I was using Google Voice to make outbound calls by clients but didn’t have a local business number. With Nextiva I was able to get a local number and a fax and toll free number. So far it’s been super easy to use, user interface is simple. Will continue using their voip service.

    I tried a different phone company that sucked dozens of hours from me until I finally gave up and tried Nextiva. I called Nextiva and told the salesperson I needed a day to consider my options and requested a follow up call the next day. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered. The price was similar to the extremely incompetent phone company that I left so it was a no brainer for me. The onboarding process was smooth and the tech support got all my issues resolved in one call. Call clarity is excellent. All the services that I used worked as expected.

    Nextiva has been of great benefit for my company. We use the VOIP system daily to get in contact with customers via phone, text message, and voicemail. My favorite feature about the Nextiva program we use is the ability to be active 24/7 from multiple devices, including desktop computers, laptops, and mobile phones. This gives us the ability to be in contact with customers from outside the office. The text feature is great as well. Being able to receive quick pictures over text instead of having to have them emailed is quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Nextiva's services to anyone in need.

    I work in a small family owned business that is growing their clientele list and technicians. We needed a system that could separate the personal life from the business and Nextiva had all the right answers. The sales representative was knowledge in the product and understood exactly what we required going forward with the company. The transition to their system was almost seamless - we ported numbers over and one of them was a cell phone number and the only number attached to the cell phone so that became a kink - and since we have started to use the system on a daily basis, we have had no issues.

    I love that the voicemail messages are sent directly to the email prescribed to the number and that the phones have the mobile app where we can choose to sign in, not be available, DND, etc. Their Poly phone could be a better design and is not wireless. You will need to buy a USB specific to the phone to make it wireless, but that is petty talk in comparison to the value of the overall product. I would certainly recommend Nextiva to my fellow business owners.

    Nextiva is a solid phone provider for the needs of our company. Majority of people within the company have a phone number but we mainly (Customer Service) use this for call center purposes. We have multiple brands so the call center features have been working as well. I have used many phone services in the past and they all have issues now and then but I would definitely say Nextiva works well for what we need it for.

    I have been a Nextiva customer for several years and can't recommend the service highly enough.     I recently had the misfortune of experiencing Nextiva's service, which, while offering a decent phone system, bundles it with absolutely dreadful CRT software. The software is not just unusable but also comes without the support one would expect from a service provider of this stature. What's truly outrageous is their cancellation fee policy. Despite their failure to provide a fully functional service, they lock you in with ultra small no print a hefty cancellation fee that feels both unfair and unwarranted. I never saw it, It is not in my contract and they could not show it to me. Be warned - the lack of support and the financial trap set by their cancellation policy make it a service to avoid. Think twice before committing to Nextiva, especially if you're expecting a comprehensive solution that works straight out of the box.

    Nextiva is great. Their customer service is top-notch. I have a lot of questions (which is of no fault of their own), and all I have to do is log-in to the platform and open live chat with an agent. Sometimes there is a queue, but I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes to speak to someone. On some days, there is no wait at all. And they're quick to solve my issue.     So, at our workplace, we're all about that Nextiva Business Phone Service life for our call center needs, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. With the Unity Client platform in tow, Nextiva gives me, as a supervisor, this awesome handholding grip over my agents while they're on the grind. Seriously, the tech capabilities and call quality? Spot on. Nextiva really delivers, and I'm totally satisfied with how it's all working out. Only thing? If I had to nitpick, I'd say it'd be super cool if they could add more report options.     I provide manage services to small medical offices and I have to say after working with other VoIP providers Nextiva is in fact the best of breed. Why? Because they are very cost effective. I recommended them over another phone provider and saved the customer 75% of the cost due to how flexible Nextiva is and cost effective their solution is. In addition, working with their customer support during onboard is priceless!

    I work for a Mental Health Clinic and our company switched over to Nextivia business phones and I must say it's one of the best decisions they ever made. The different functions for the business phone is top notch. My favorite part is the caller ID because they have an app that you can put on your computer and if you miss a call while away from your phone all the information pops up on your computer and you can return the phone call on your computer instead of phone. I love the Nextiva business phone and definitely recommend it.

    As a dissatisfied customer, I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience with Nextiva VOIP. From the moment I signed up for their services, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the service is riddled with issues. Call quality is consistently poor, with frequent drops, delays, and echoes making communication virtually impossible. It's incredibly frustrating to conduct business when you can barely hear the person on the other end of the line.

    But perhaps the most infuriating aspect of dealing with Nextiva is their utterly unresponsive customer support. When you encounter a problem and reach out for assistance, you're met with nothing but silence. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and their live chat feature might as well not exist. It's as if they've abandoned all semblance of customer service, leaving you to fend for yourself in the midst of their myriad technical issues.

    To make matters worse, Nextiva has a knack for predatory billing practices. They'll tack on hidden fees and charges without any explanation, leaving you scratching your head and wondering where your hard-earned money is going. And good luck trying to cancel your subscription – DO NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY. You're welcome.

    Nextiva is awful. I have never written a bad review for a company, but my experience with Nextiva has made me want to find every review site imaginable and leave a bad review. It started with the sales person lying to me, then awful experience with their mobile and web apps, to now not being able to port my number away. They are AWFUL. Their good reviews are fake. Just look on Reddit to see what people have to say.

    Our company has had a Nextiva phone system installed for 1 year. The entire experience has been one the worst I have ever had with numerous system issues, hardware issues, and poor customer support. I would rate them a "0" if possible. We have documented all of the issues and the document is approaching 5 pages long. We will be switching companies soon. I would think most of the positive reviews are fake.     I have experienced just about every 1 star review on here. From weeks to get set up to poor customer service to constant troubling issues getting calls, the phones working correctly, the app is horrible, issues with VM, Greetings transferring calls on and on so many and so troubling. I lost some clients over the phone issues and had no choice but to switch. Not one issue from start to present with Ring Central 4 months!!! And the icing on the cake. I get to keep paying Nextiva for the 2 year contract I didn't know I signed for 4 months now and I have 12 or so payments left to go. They get for being a horrible company, after I switched to Ring Central. So beware of this company.

    I read all the reviews, thought Nextiva was the one for my business phone service. Took weeks 4-6 to get up amd running. Then constant reliability issues. So bad I had no choice but to switch to Ring Central. Not a problem since the move from day one. Heavenly bliss with Ring Central. But always a BUT. STILL PAYING FOR NEXTIVA'S 24 month contract you sign. So BEWARE bad service and making sure you Pay even when they can't deliver!!

    Great VoIP service almost all of my customers use Nextiva, I have worked with several other VoIP services and for the price point for Nextiva you can't go wrong.     It's a clown show. I have wasted so much time trying to setup this VOIP. It never got set up properly. The line wouldn't take incoming calls. I set up a long phone tree with a representative and tried to record voicemails so that we could get incoming calls. The application is a hot mess. Way too many clicks to get to one phone call. Signed up for the free trial and they required around 8 questions just to cancel the darned thing. Sat on hold. I tried tech support twice and talking to the sales rep, and the phone calls went bad twice due to "blackouts." Lol. I want to know if they pay reviewers for the good reputation they have.

    We'd spent 5 to 6 months with customers unable to call into our business and between our IT back end, local telephone company (we had a hybrid VOIP system that still used copper twisted line out of the building) and our local company we bought the (later found out it was Nextiva) phone system through ran circles in this setup and could not fix it. I found a replacement (through the same place we'd got nextiva through) and once the numbers were ported away from nextiva I called to cancel. They inform me the contracts automatically renew and were not able to be cancelled. We're 3 weeks into this fight and I fear it's going to just keep getting uglier. Bottom line, shady at best, reminds me of a supercharged satellite radio company that everyone knows is next to impossible to leave. Right now they're at $2900 plus for cancellation that I guess our lawyer is going to have to deal with. Unreal.

    We are transitioning a 45+ year old company over to a younger generation. We have gone cloud base with most everything at this point, except our phones. When we initially looked into a new phone system we were looking for something that would allow our calls (regardless of what area code was called) to ring at both locations.     I have used Nextiva in the past and did not have a good experience. I heard about their integration with Five9 and the new platform called NextOS so I decided to give it a try again. I am impressed on how much better the service is now. Pros: Better features, free tool, free minutes and less expensive. Cons: The mobile and desktop app do not have feature where the end user can select an outgoing caller ID. You cannot see which team a caller called at after missing or ending a call.

    I was with another company that was smaller and less organized. There was an issue over the Summer where our former VOIP provider was down for a week. We needed to get a more reliable service. Nextiva seemed to try harder to get our business. I can only speak of the experience with our last VOIP provider. The Nextiva implementation was much easier. They had someone on the phone and sharing screens with me to get everything set up. Porting took less than one week from signing up. We are not disappointed. We are in the process of having our applicant tracking system work with the Nextiva VOIP, it is not set up yet but Nextiva seems very willing to do what it takes to make it work. The calls are clearer and it seems to have less of a delay than we had previously.

    Jordan provided great customer service! They have competitive prices with other companies, but the customer service was the primary reason I chose Nextiva. The other companies were clearly just reading a script to me and some of them couldn't even remember my name when they were talking to me on the phone. Downside was that I didn't realize that paging would require an additional license, parking calls needed more licenses. So I was a bit short on the number of licenses I had planned to get.

    Big Thumbs up to Nextiva. I spend a huge amount of time on the phone dealing with people all over the country. The phone service needs to be reliable, and the quality of the call clear. Nextiva definitely meets those needs. I was using AT&T and other providers, but was overpaying and occasionally had technical issues. Those problems made me look around until I found and tried Nextiva as a VOIP service provider. Being a non technical guy, I relied on their customer service for help getting set up. They did a great job. They recently helped me with upgrading the service - they were very patient and we got everything in place. The fact that I can get text messages on my computer is also a big help. I do recommend that if people or businesses are looking for a solid company to work with, and will help them out (without waiting forever on the phone for customer service), that they try Nextiva.

    We have been a Nextiva customer now for a few years. We are a small medical practice with about 10 lines. We also have a HIPAA compliant internet fax service as well. This feature was added to our account at no add'l cost when it became available thru Nextiva. This cut down our expenses as before we had to have POTS line for our fax service in addition to our previous VOIP service for phones. Outages have been extremely rare and the Polycom phones we were supplied have been very reliable. Onboarding was very simple. Phones were programmed before being shipped and then I had to simply install the correct phone at the correct work station. Support services are very good. Live chat, email, or phone calls. All with very quick resolutions. Dashboard/portal is also very user friendly. Nextiva app on my cell phone as well as desktop is very user friendly as well. I highly recommend Nextiva for VOIP services.

    I called tech support as I was having issues with my desk phone adapter. They were able to remote into my computer and fix the issue. After about a month the adapter would no longer work and I purchased a new one. I called tech support again and they had me up and running with a working phone. The staff is very knowledgeable and even though they ran into a couple of issues with the setup they were able to resolve them all. I highly recommend Nextiva for communication services.

    We knew we needed to find a new service provider for our VOIP phones when we looked at the monthly cost next to the lack of features after getting pushed into a 2year auto-renewal on our contract. Nextiva was a quarter in a jar full of pennies when I began exploring the different options. Excellent Customer Service, The Sales Rep that I spoke to was with me through the entire process and continues to reach out after it was all said and done. The price was 40% less than what we had been paying plus we got additional features and device upgrades at no additional charge.

    Having the phones, fax, and SMS capabilities with portable handsets has made us very happy. No to mention being able to store and share our contacts, create out of office and after hours messages and call flows and having productivity trackers.     Our MSP has been providing Nextiva to over 15 of our clients. With it our satisfaction rating for service has been nearly perfect. Their service is top of their game, never had a bad call in.     Solid system. The SIPP deskphone setup is bulletproof. The windows app is solid as long they don't have a website outage which is rare but frustrating. The smartphone app has never been very good from day one and seems to be getting worse.

    The process of moving off our previous phone provider to Nextiva was relatively painless. They have very detailed steps to onboard new customers, even if it seems tedious at times you just go with their flow. The pricing was about 50% of our previous carrier, and we got a great deal on some decent phones. I will be providing the on-site support for the system so I need to know every detail possible about operation, configuration, and limits. Moving from a 20+ year old on-premises PBX system to Nextiva brings about many new features, but also a very few that might disappear. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons.

    Support has been very helpful despite numerous questions. If I had to pick some negatives, it would have to be the speed at which you are able to convert. The majority of the time is what's needed to port your old numbers, which Nextiva has no control over. But they also schedule several on-boarding meetings to step you through various processes, which is a benefit for larger companies. Phone service itself, call quality, has been excellent. The mobile app may be useful to some, but not important to us given our size and clientele.

    It was quite the learning curve, but is now great. Nextiva is always helpful and courteous when I contact them. I have a Nextiva 885 & a Nextiva 835. Being able to take calls or make calls on my cell phone without giving out my cell phone number is priceless.

    Nextiva has been a great resource for my team to chat with our customers. We struggled using Google Voice because they wouldn't let us send the same repeated messages to customers. Nextiva gave us the flexibility to do all that we need and ensure our business lives are separate from personal. The interface is easy to use and has been quick to catch on. My only con is that the text message page doesn't refresh in real time. Other that that, we are happy.

    We've been using Zoom phone for at least a year. For months now we are unable to text T-mobile phone numbers. We looked into Nextiva, DialPad, and RingCentral as replacements. Nextiva was the cheapest option, but it also has the best service, usability, and moreover, technical support system. If we ever do have issues (which is not often), the support team responds right away and seem to be very knowledgeable. Makes us feel like we're not wasting a penny. As a nonprofit, we appreciate that.

    It took me a little to get it setup and then to implement but once I did it helped separate home and work. Just wish I could have picked better number to match my business. Now I only get calls after hours for emergency reasons.

    They are very helpful when we have something wrong. The phone service helps us have the patients answered efficiently. We like using this program more rather than using the actual phones. The only issue is notifications being a little glitchy.
