Absolutely AWFUL company. Calls drop constantly, they charge us $500 more per month than they told us (I have proof of conversations), and they are impossible to get along with. All of the 5 Star reviews on here are because their rep Mackenzie ** sent an email to admin users offering a $30 gift card to write a good review. STAY AWAY!

We’ve been using Nextiva at our insurance agency for a little over a year, and the experience has been excellent. We currently have 4 users, 5 desk phones, and mobile softphone access for staying connected on the go. One of the biggest advantages is how easy the system is to customize. I can quickly create and update our business call flows without needing outside support. The platform is very user-friendly, making it simple to adjust call routing as our business needs evolve. I have configured and managed the Nextiva platform for our customers and it is a great product which provides Microsoft Teams integration which is very useful and allows call routing to and from Microsoft teams. Positives: Easy to configure and manage. Versatility. Can be used with free soft phone/hard phones which relies on SIP protocol. Call flows can be configured granularly to setup auto attendant. Supports SSO. Negatives: Adding toll free numbers in the portal requires interaction with support.

They have great features and easy to use, the only complaint that I have is I have to reload a few times a day. I appreciate not only the web version, but the app version so when we are away from our desk it is easy to still take those important calls.
