    I worked with Nextiva as an office manager, and overall, our experience was positive. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made daily operations more efficient. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The app would occasionally glitch and ring unexpectedly, which could be disruptive. Additionally, voicemail-to-email notifications were somewhat inconsistent, especially when I was out of the office. Despite these minor issues, the system performed well overall, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

    Nextiva was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Before signing up, on May 1, 2026, I asked the sales representative, Jack **, three times if the AI Receptionist service was month-to-month, and he clearly confirmed it was every time. When I discovered my phone provider was not compatible, I requested cancellation within the first month, on May 25, 2026. Getting support was nearly impossible. After multiple emails and delays, Nextiva suddenly claimed I had signed a one-year contract and demanded over $539.00 + tax to cancel. When I contacted the sales representative about the issue, he blocked my number instead of helping. The entire process felt misleading, unprofessional, and designed to make cancellation difficult. I would not recommend Nextiva based on my experience. STAY AWAY FROM NEXTIVA.

    We recently switched our business over to Nextiva, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. They took the time to answer every question and made sure we were comfortable with the transition.

    Once we signed on, the implementation process has been just as impressive. Our implementation manager has been extremely patient, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. Moving an entire phone system is not a small task, but they have made the process feel manageable and stress-free. Every issue or question we've had has been handled quickly and professionally. It's rare to find a company where both the sales experience and the support are this strong. So far, we've been very happy with our decision to move to Nextiva. We can't wait to continue growing with them!

    I’ve had a pretty good experience with Nextiva overall. The setup was easier than I expected, and the phone system has been reliable for day-to-day use. Call quality has been solid, and I like being able to use it across both desktop and mobile without a bunch of issues. One thing I really like is that the platform is fairly easy to navigate once you get used to it. It has a lot of features, but it doesn’t feel overly complicated. It’s been convenient having calls, messaging, and voicemail all in one place. I’ve had to reach out to customer support a couple of times, and while there were some wait times, the reps were helpful and got things resolved. No service is perfect, but overall I’ve been happy with it and would recommend it to businesses looking for a dependable communication system.

    I have been using Nextiva calling services since 2024. Previously, I was using RingCentral, but I switched to Nextiva based on a friend’s recommendation — and it has been a great experience so far. The call quality is excellent, the platform is user-friendly, and the overall reliability has been impressive for our business communication needs. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever needed. Glad I made the switch. Highly recommended for businesses looking for a professional VoIP calling solution.

    Nextiva has been a great source for communication inside and outside of the office. It works pretty smoothly to combine all telecommunication of your business and personal lines. The app acts as mobile office line so you'll never miss a call when you're gone. It also discourages having to give out your personal line or have a second phone. I like the feature of having voicemail transcriptions and listed recordings for quick, easy access. The settings make it pretty easy to control notifications and calls. Texting is also available as an add-on feature. Overall, this a convenient product for business in management, customer service, brokering, etc.

    Nextiva has excellent customer service and a user-friendly phone app that makes business operations much easier. Instead of listening to voicemails and writing down numbers, the app provides readable voicemail transcripts, which saves a lot of time. I’ve been with them for 9 years and wouldn’t consider switching.

    Phone service that feels fairly easy to use. Does what it's supposed to do. Technical support seems easy to work with and fairly quick to resolve issues. Downside is some features are not included in the standard subscription and are not clearly marked as not available. Example being visual call flows. It will allow you to create call flows, but gives a vague error message upon implementation that technical support noted as not having access to at our subscription level.

    The app is great for business owners or employees who regularly communicate with clients but do not want to give out their personal number.     Nextiva has provided a great experience for our growing office. What started as about 12 employees has rocketed to 50 in the last year and Nextiva's VoIP solutions have been a great accommodation for all of our changes. The Administrator site is easy to use and make onboarding a new hire with phones, flawless. Also, the Nextiva App is a great solution for any employee that works from home. Definitely recommend!

    Absolutely AWFUL company. Calls drop constantly, they charge us $500 more per month than they told us (I have proof of conversations), and they are impossible to get along with. All of the 5 Star reviews on here are because their rep Mackenzie ** sent an email to admin users offering a $30 gift card to write a good review. STAY AWAY!

    We found Nextiva when we decided we needed to upgrade our small business phones which meant switching to VOIP and adding additional extensions. The sales rep for Nextiva was extremely helpful and patient in explaining our options and their pricing was competitive. Setup was a breeze and their tech people slowly walked us through each step. The only issue we had was with our billing having taxes added, as we are a non-profit, but it was corrected and we were credited.

    I wasn't aware of this company, but it was recommended when I needed a new telephone provider for our business. SO glad I checked them out! Their plans are not "cookie cutter" style which is just a bundle of services, i.e. one size to fit all. Nextiva had a dedicated team member call and set up all of our preferences so that our service is tailor made for our needs! They responded to our questions and resolved matters quickly.
