I’m very pleased with the VoIP system. The call quality is significantly better than our previous setup, and the app has proven to be extremely helpful. Our receptionist used to get frustrated often, and I hadn’t realized how much the old technology was affecting her until we made the change. She now says her work is much easier, and the system meets all her needs. My only regret is not upgrading sooner.

Nextiva provides excellent service and connectivity for a VoIP-based phone solution. Their onboarding team made the process very easy to navigate for a medium-sized company. We have never experienced an outage in more than three years.

We are a small school district located in the midwest. The system replaced a 20 year old on prem system. The installation process was excellent with great communication and documentation every step of the way. Since install we have had few problems with the system but nothing customer service couldn't handle quickly and efficiently. The feature sets of the system have been very good for our organization. The system in general has bee very good for us and I would highly recommend to a similar company or public organization.

We've had a good experience with Nextiva. The platform is intuitive and has good features. Setup is easy and we are able to deploy to multiple locations easily. The help desk is also good to deal with and not a lot of hold time. Really I think the biggest win is that with all of the features and options, it was simple enough for less tech savvy employees to use without a big learning curve.

Really incredible VOIP system and support. Hannah E. the sales rep was able to quickly identify our current needs and plan for future growth and buildout needs. I was so appreciative of her concise communication and not overselling any services. The system is by far the best VOIP service we have used.

Nextiva is a great solution provider with an industry leading platform for both SMB and Enterprise. They have a ton of out of the box integrations, and a solid price point to boot. I have worked with them on several engagements, and their onboarding is solid, and they have a good support program after the sale. I have worked with a mid market salesperson, Hannah ** in the past, and she provided great customer service.

We have been with Nextiva for going on 3 years now. Since then we have had no issues what so ever. We had to switch to a new phone and the customer support with that transition was amazing. We have stayed with them because their pricing is competitive and the service is second to none.

Nextiva's system is 10x better than our older phone system with advanced features and ease of use. The desktop, mobile, and web app make it so that our users can make/take phone calls and access their messages at any location and at their convenience. The admin console makes it easy to manage and assign users with telephone # and handset. The onboarding team was very professional and personable, making our transition from our old system to Nextiva very smooth. We've looked at other vendors, but Nextiva offered the best cost-effective solution for our organization.

I've used Nextiva for my small business phone system for over two years. It's simple to set up and use, which is key because most of my employees aren't tech savvy. Every time I have a question, their support team is quick to respond and resolve my issue. I'm starting to use their AI answering system and while far from perfect out of the box, it's showing a lot of promise. Highly recommend this service to any SMB that needs a nimble, low-cost phone tree.
