    We recently switched our business over to Nextiva, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. They took the time to answer every question and made sure we were comfortable with the transition.

    Once we signed on, the implementation process has been just as impressive. Our implementation manager has been extremely patient, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. Moving an entire phone system is not a small task, but they have made the process feel manageable and stress-free. Every issue or question we've had has been handled quickly and professionally. It's rare to find a company where both the sales experience and the support are this strong. So far, we've been very happy with our decision to move to Nextiva.     I’ve had a pretty good experience with Nextiva overall. The setup was easier than I expected, and the phone system has been reliable for day-to-day use. Call quality has been solid, and I like being able to use it across both desktop and mobile without a bunch of issues. One thing I really like is that the platform is fairly easy to navigate once you get used to it. It has a lot of features, but it doesn’t feel overly complicated. It’s been convenient having calls, messaging, and voicemail all in one place. I’ve had to reach out to customer support a couple of times, and while there were some wait times, the reps were helpful and got things resolved. No service is perfect, but overall I’ve been happy with it and would recommend it to businesses looking for a dependable communication system.

      We’ve been using Nextiva at our insurance agency for a little over a year, and the experience has been excellent. We currently have 4 users, 5 desk phones, and mobile softphone access for staying connected on the go. One of the biggest advantages is how easy the system is to customize. I can quickly create and update our business call flows without needing outside support. The platform is very user-friendly, making it simple to adjust call routing as our business needs evolve. Features like call forwarding to specific users or numbers, custom greetings, and personalized voicemail recordings are all easy to manage.

      The call tree functionality has also helped us improve efficiency by directing clients to the appropriate team member through simple dial prompts. Setup and onboarding were fast, and customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. For the level of functionality offered, the pricing is very competitive. There are also plenty of optional add-on features available for businesses that plan to scale or need more advanced capabilities over time. Their newer AI features are also a nice addition and continue to improve. Overall, I highly recommend Nextiva for small businesses looking for a reliable, flexible, and easy-to-manage phone system.

      I have been trying to contact and reactivate my Nextiva account for roughly 10 days. I've had nothing but poor experiences despite the many positive reviews on their websites. I've been passed around from person to person. Hung up on and transferred to dead air by one person who identified himself as a manager. I don't understand why I am not getting called back. Or some action on my request to reactivate or port a number that I had with them, when I had service with them. It is quite frustrating. I would not recommend Nextiva on the basis of these very poor experiences.

      Nextiva offers a suite of business communication features, including phone service, business text messaging, voice and video conferencing. Nextiva also offers its own CRM, analytics, survey tools, live chat, automation workflows and team collaboration tools.

      • Communications suite: Nextiva’s communication suite includes VoIP phone service, call recording, an auto-attendant and call routing to help businesses streamline their external communications.

      • Collaboration suite: Nextiva has three plan levels for its team collaboration suite: Basic, Professional and Enterprise. The Basic tier is free for up to three users and includes 1:1 video calling, screen sharing and chat. The Professional level is suitable for up to 250 participants. It includes all of the features of the Basic plan and adds the ability to schedule and record meetings. Enterprise accounts get access to social media streaming and a dedicated representative.

      • NextOS CRM: The customer relationship management tool offered by Nextiva is for businesses at all stages. The tool lets you manage customers through multichannel support, lead and customer tracking, call pop and automation workflows with custom trigger actions. Analytics provides insight into real-time data, sentiment analysis and customer journey tracking.

      • Pricing and plans: Prices vary depending on which services you select. For business phone services, prices range from $19.95 a month for the Essential plan to $27.95 a month and above for an Enterprise plan. For the Collaboration Suite, prices range from free to $99 a month.
