    We’ve been using Nextiva at our insurance agency for a little over a year, and the experience has been excellent. We currently have 4 users, 5 desk phones, and mobile softphone access for staying connected on the go. One of the biggest advantages is how easy the system is to customize. I can quickly create and update our business call flows without needing outside support. The platform is very user-friendly, making it simple to adjust call routing as our business needs evolve. Features like call forwarding to specific users or numbers, custom greetings, and personalized voicemail recordings are all easy to manage.

    The call tree functionality has also helped us improve efficiency by directing clients to the appropriate team member through simple dial prompts. Setup and onboarding were fast, and customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. For the level of functionality offered, the pricing is very competitive. There are also plenty of optional add-on features available for businesses that plan to scale or need more advanced capabilities over time. Their newer AI features are also a nice addition and continue to improve. Overall, I highly recommend Nextiva for small businesses looking for a reliable, flexible, and easy-to-manage phone system.

    We switched to Nextiva about a year ago after retiring a Cisco on premise phone system, and the experience has been very positive overall. One of the biggest drivers for the change was moving away from aging hardware. Our old server had become loud and unreliable, so eliminating the on premise equipment entirely was a huge improvement. The setup process was straightforward. Nextiva helped us build out our initial phone tree, and since then the admin portal has been easy enough that I can manage changes on my own without needing to reach out to support. Compared to our previous system, the admin interface is far more user friendly.

    We do not rely heavily on the phone system day to day, but when it is used, it has been reliable. We have not experienced dropped calls or call quality issues, and there have been no complaints from users. Administrative updates are simple, and when something more advanced comes up, their knowledge base and documentation have been helpful. Overall, Nextiva has delivered exactly what we were looking for: a stable, easy to manage cloud phone system without the headaches of maintaining physical hardware. It has been a smooth transition and continues to work as expected.

      I’ve been using Nextiva for work, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The biggest thing I like is how reliable the phone system is.       I’ve had a pretty good experience with Nextiva overall. The setup was easier than I expected, and the phone system has been reliable for day-to-day use.       I have been using Nextiva calling services since 2024. Previously, I was using RingCentral, but I switched to Nextiva based on a friend’s recommendation — and it has been a great experience so far. The call quality is excellent, the platform is user-friendly, and the overall reliability has been impressive for our business communication needs. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever needed. Glad I made the switch. Highly recommended for businesses looking for a professional VoIP calling solution.

      Nextiva offers a suite of business communication features, including phone service, business text messaging, voice and video conferencing. Nextiva also offers its own CRM, analytics, survey tools, live chat, automation workflows and team collaboration tools.

      • Communications suite: Nextiva’s communication suite includes VoIP phone service, call recording, an auto-attendant and call routing to help businesses streamline their external communications.

      • Collaboration suite: Nextiva has three plan levels for its team collaboration suite: Basic, Professional and Enterprise. The Basic tier is free for up to three users and includes 1:1 video calling, screen sharing and chat. The Professional level is suitable for up to 250 participants.
