    Signal is so horrible! I've brought this up multiple times and nothing has been done except turn on and off the device!! Come on. We need real solutions!! We pay you multimillions of dollars to be told that crap!! Fix the problem!! I've been with y'all for a long time and this year has been the worst!! You guys say y'all put a cell tower here in Rochester MN!! Yeah right. Still horse crap signal!!

    I hate the women at local store. REFUSE to step inside. Customer service over the phone is almost as bad. They want to charge you for every little thing.. The phone upgrade program is a joke.. If an upgrade is considered a reward or a "special" value for a customer for continued service...then WHY should we have to pay a $25 ,upgrade fee?? And when I added a line to my plan they gave us a used phone number I guess... From the time we plugged it in and turned it on it rang NONSTOP... Like 90 spam calls a day!!

    The phone wasn't even usable.. So when I asked them for a new number because nothing we did slowed the number of call after a week.. THEY CHARGED ME $15 to change my number... When the first number they gave me was defective... Last issue I had with them I forget details.. It was their fault and I had to pay for it. If it's my bad ok I'll pay... But when I hold up my end and Cricket fails their part I had to pay for that too... Surely there's better service somewhere else.. I DO NOT recommend cricket to anyone not even people I don't like.

    After nine years of being a customer, I decided to switch because I was not using a lot of data called and. Was told by the representative that I would be refunded the amount that I did not use for the month. They said, "Just call your bank and dispute the charge and we will give you the money back." That was a lie..to tell you the truth company like that after being a good customer for nine years. I regret giving them my business all those years. Stay away from them.

    I truly wanted to leave a review on the customer service that I received from the new Cricket Wireless location in Abilene tx. Amber **. This young him has just been phenomenal. Each time I go in him treats me with such care. Him friendly. Very informative. Not everyone gives good customer service and I think when we run into customer service that is top-notch we need to recognize. So today I want to give this young man a thumbs up and I wanna say Thank You, Albert for not only being a pleasure to deal with. But also for going out of him way to tell me about services that could help me. You're a blessing to your company. Definitely a asset that I hope they recognize. Thanks for being phenomenal.

    I absolutely love Cricket Wireless! I switched over from Boost Mobile - Boost Mobile lacked unlimited high-speed data, plan features, and customer care support that was knowledgeable and professional as well as kind. I ported over from Boost to Cricket and got the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE for only $193 out the door. The process was super smooth, and my local store was amazing. I had an issue with my phone number when I was with Boost Mobile, and usually the phone number change fee is $15 but after I ported over Cricket Wireless customer care waived the fee and changed my phone number for me for $0.00 it's safe to say for me Cricket has been awesome.

    They have good phone deals, customer service is very kind and professional even though there wait times are a pain, the service was been reliable and great - I have service in places I did not have with Boost Mobile, I love having Max for free on their $60.00 plan and I love having unlimited high-speed data which is SUPER AWESOME!

    I highly recommend Cricket Wireless!!! (The one thing I dislike about this company is the fact that current customers get poor deals on devices, while new customers get the best deals - I really do think Cricket needs to change that because current customers should get fantastic deals like new customers who ported over to them that's one of the cons with Cricket and one of the things I hate about them - I hope that changes soon.) Other than that Cricket is wonderful.

    I tried to bring my number over to Cricket as a new member, that my boyfriend recommended. We picked out a phone and plan. I then purchased phone and plan. Well when cricket is couldn't transfer number over they canceled my order. So they didn't send phone and I didn't get service and No refund. I called for weeks I went in location near me. After so Iong I decided to take a break from trying to get phone or refund. Upon my determination to at least get a refund, cricket deleted my number and account all together so I couldn't even call in to complain. I have emails and receipts of my purchase and they said we know you have proof but we can't except it because your account has been deleted. So now it's like I never made a purchase. I have yet to get a refund or phone I purchased. Worse phone company ever. Absolutely terrible. If I could have gave a 0 rating I would have done just that.

    I am so sick of Crooket (Cricket). I had my phone for so long that I was entitled to a upgrade. My friend & I both got the Motoplay 24. I'm unable to dial his number on my phone. The phone goes straight to voicemail but cricket says that his number isn't blocked. I returned the phone about 2 months ago to only still have the same problem. Now I'm unable to get Google Chrome to work on my phone & I'm unable to get my Bluetooth to work on my phone. I called customer service 3 times and I was hung up on all 3 times. BBB I'm on my way. I'm looking for a better phone service.

    Cricket phone service has been great, customer service not so. I HAVE BEEN ON PHONE AND CHAT MANY HOURS on dead screen on razr flip 23. Finally got some to send new phone but I also had to send mine back first and the lady told my wife to remove the sim card and battery before shipping, supplied a number to ship back through UPS. So today opened the back to get battery out and it starts fire in my hand burned fingers threw it on the bed tried to catch bed on fire pushed it off bed burned floor. Been trying to talk to warrant dept. They were to call back. That's been over one hour ago.

    I had purchased a iPhone 13 on march 31, 2025 at the Edgewood town centre 1617 s Braddock Ave, Pittsburgh pa 15218. The customer representative told me that in order to get this phone I would have to disconnect the old number that I have and get a new phone number in order to get the deal on this phone. He said he would go ahead and disconnect the line and set up a new number.

    I clearly asked the representative if additional charges would be applied to my billing cycle he said no because he disconnected the line and replaced it with new number. My billing cycle was the next day which was the first month only to see an additional $70 on my phone bill. Went on the account. What I see was that he didn’t disconnect the line and I was now paying for the old number he said he would have deactivated. I called Cricket Wireless only to be lied to about getting my $70 reimbursement to my bank card. They don’t want to apply even a credit of the amount to the next billing cycle. The customer service representative each time try to sell me incorrect information without taking accountability for the misleading information from their company.

    I was having issues trying to log into my account. So I gave up and called 611 Cricket customer service. They wait to speak to rep was long. A recording suggested being transferred. The first agent I don't believe they knew where to begin. Nothing worked. So I was transferred to the 2nd Agent who went by "Alex." They mostly talked and kept putting me on hold. Then he decides it was a good idea to pry... And asked me Why? I wanted to get into my account?? I was shocked! I told them because it is mine!!!! Then I said: "Seriously? You just asked me that??!"

    Again no help resetting my password. Nor was I able to ask Why?? My new cell Moto 5 phone screen jumps around and even closes what I'm on, and goes to other pages that I never asked for. Or know anything about. It's annoying and I literally "Hate" this phone. I'm disgusted with it. And it's slow loading. So there - The agent Alex was nosey and never tried and not a Great Employee ask personnel questions that doesn't pertain to my cell issues.

    Also one more thing - a month or so I was in the Cricket store in Dryridge KY and there was a man and woman from office there. Again, I was having problems with my phone again. They heard me and said I qualify for an offer of up to 200 off to put toward another phone. I asked how and she said it would be in my text messages the next day. Well, it never happened. They applied nothing to me no discount, no offers nothing. So you can't trust even the higher-ups. Anywho I'm very disappointed and upset with your phone, your employees and your nosey employees and higher-ups. And the phone is a waste of money. I'll never buy another Moto.

    We have been a customer with a Stylo 5 phones for over 5 years now. Went to the Rockwall, Texas store on Monday May 31st. Upgraded to a A 16 5g for myself and they didn't have another one for my wife and was told to check with them in a couple of days. Went by there Wednesday and was told no. Called Thursday and said no. Went by Friday April 4th and she said they had one for my wife. Ringed it up and the total was $20.00 more than the one I bought 4 days before for myself. She said they went up the day before. Told her that was messed up. And I would have bought both phones that Monday but they didn't have the two. I said can't you give me the same price I paid for the one four days ago and she said she couldn't. Not no way to do long term customers. I do not blame the young lady, she did real good. Like the phones but I feel I got cheated out of 20 bucks. 😡

    Seriously impossible to cancel. IMPOSSIBLE. I was hung up on 4 times. Gave up and just canceled payments through the bank. In order to cancel you have to go in, in person. If you call, you have to press 2 every couple of minutes or get hung up on. After 11 minutes they just hang up on you regardless. I tried this 4 times then called my bank and had auto pay. And if you think you can do it over chat, think again. For some reason they change your account pin on the chat so good luck with all that.

    Customer care sucks. Cricket sold me a phone then they took it upon their self to create Cricket password. Now I can't even login to manage my account since I got this phone. And customer care is a joke. They just keep giving me the runaround instead of fixing the problem.. Me and my family will be going somewhere else.

    Absolutely worst customer service. Agent Samson very flippant and unhelpful when inquiring why my bill increased after over 6 years of same faithful monthly payment. Would not recommend to anyone, especially seniors.

    The Cricket located at 6899 E Broad St. is terrible. Nobody seems to ever know what they are talking about, and it always seems understaffed. The management really needs to close this location. Prices are crazy, staff is rude and uneducated. I also met with the area manager and he is terribly disgusting.

    Shameless treatment of customer service. Agent Mohammed shamelessly lied from go. I have always been their customer service #1fan. I guess my disappointment is he is paid too do this. God is not asleep. The only thing I can say is thank God I don't have stock in Cricket.

    Today, I spoke to a very nice Customer Rep. At Cricket, thru problem solving from Cricket Wireless, named Kevin. I presented my true problem, he acknowledged, my concerns. The Cricket automated, also helped address the issues, while I was call waiting. My problems with technical issues are resolved for the present. Thank you, for having a courteous person like Kevin. He is so professional, and a great assert to Cricket. There should be training programs, to help the less technological savvy people. We need in touch on conversation people.

    I am very disappointed so far with Cricket, I ordered a phone online and it says that it is 2 days shipping to get it. Well here I am 5 days later and I have not received phone! I don’t recommend ordering online if you need a phone right away.

    I paid my bill 3 days before due date by PayPal, as I did in the past. Now they’re suspending my service because I haven’t made my payment. And they only offered me to pay the half of the penalty for reconnection. I have the confirmation on paypal when the payment was done and still Cricket won't accept.

    Very disappointed with customer service and phones service prices are way too much for the crappy service. They lie to get you to sign up and then they don't want to help you when there's a problem. They lie and no one talks English so you can understand them. Very poor company and service.

    Company lacks transparency and honesty. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY. End your service if you currently have services. I asked what I needed to do to switch carriers and completely end services, THREE different reps told me all I needed to have is a transfer PIN. I had the numbers ported over and the phones I purchased was still locked. I wasn't able to access my account to figure it out. I spoke to one rep who said I need to specifically ask about the phones. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said the same exact thing. Why would I need specify each service when I asked about ALL services, including the phones? I asked the manager what he would do as far as crediting my account since I've had to speak to 5 people, and he said no credit. I will be taking all SEVEN lines with me now versus just two.

    I'm a long time Cricket customer.. and offends me how we are treated when buying or upgrading our phones. Not only do we have to pay more as current customers.. but you only " get" 1 upgrade in a certain time and then are charged an additional 25.00 upgrade fee.. per phone no less. Customer service is non existent.

    Unfortunately I'm reporting a negative customer service experience with Cricket's customer service. I waited on the line for 18 minutes to receive a customer service representative who spent an additional 20 minutes trying to solve the issue then concluded by giving me the locations to Cricket's brick and mortar stores. So frustrating that Cricket doesn't offer tech support.

    Today 3/6/25 Went into the 2091 E Irvington Rd Ste 129, Tucson, AZ 85714 location to purchase a screen protector which I did... but first I waited a few minutes before seeing anyone in the front.. while I am waiting I can hear someone in the back on a speaker call… when the gentleman comes out he’s chewing on food and had the most annoyed look on his face..so I purchased a screen protector that he installed and Didn't do a good job on.. I told him my phone still had bubbles and refused to give me a new one or fix it… not polite or happy to be at work.. lack of professionalism in this location.. will never be back again..

    We went to the store in Rock hill SC 2349 Cherry Rd, to get a iPhone 16 for my son. We have been customers of Cricket for over 20 years now. The guy behind the counter ** was really careless on attending us, we were asking questions about the iPhone and he barely answered to us and was ignoring us. He kept sitting on his phone and yawning even when we were letting him know we wanted to make a purchase of almost a $1000 dollars. It is obvious to us that the guy does not want to be working at the moment and looked really disinterested in offering a good customer service. We were leaving the store and the other lady Shanda S was extremely helpful, plus kind, and guide us through the process to get the iPhone. Maybe Cricket should train better the employees on better customer service.

    BUYER BEWARE! I'd give them a '0' if possible. My parents, who are in their 80s, outright bought two phones costing over $600.00 last September. While Cricket says there is no contract, there is a 6 month 'obligation' to remain a Cricket customer; we were not aware of this. My parents have recently gone into Assisted Living and can no longer afford the monthly charge of $65.00. I tried to switch them to a cheaper service under my cell phone account (NOT Cricket) but was 13 days short of the 6-month period - again, we did not know about this. STILL, the Cricket representative gave me a transfer pin so I could 'port' their phones to my account.

    The second that happened, Cricket cancelled their phones but kept them locked, making the phones worthless. The ONLY way to make their phones work was to create a whole new account, which began the 6-month 'obligation' period all over again - even though they KNEW their phones would remain locked when they gave me the transfer pin. I called and spoke to 'Mohammed' and he promised me that he had done an override of the obligation date and both phones could now be unlocked.

    This was a lie, so I called again and spoke to 'Nelson', a supervisor, and begged him to unlock their phones, but he did not care - 13 days shy and Cricket had received 6 months of payments from my parents, but he would not unlock the phones. So, the only option is to stop paying them and throw away their phones as they'll remain 'locked' and totally worthless until August 2025. This means they will have to get brand new phones and phone numbers. This company does not care about their customers, and I've been lied to every time I called and spoke to someone. If you are thinking about signing up with Cricket, I BEG YOU NOT TO - THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!!

    They lie about charges and charges saying insurance went up without letting you know, then charges 15 if you are 1 minute late paying for your prepaid service, that is ridiculous and thinking about a class action lawsuit.

    I have had nothing but problems with Cricket Wireless since signing up. I have only stayed because I feel I am a hostage as they have repeatedly refused to unlock my phone, that is fully paid for. Today I go to use the Timer on the clock for my phone, something I use regularly, and I am forced to agree to new privacy policies and share usage data with Google? For the Timer? For the Clock? For the Alarm? For the Stopwatch? For the Calculator? This is an absurd, overreaching, intrusion of my privacy. The entire interface for all of these apps has changed now, and without signing in to Google I will have "Limited Functionality"...again For the Timer? For the Clock? For the Alarm? For the Stopwatch? For the Calculator? This is unreasonable and unacceptable.

    Trying to call, both through 611 on the phone in question, and through the 1-800 number all I get is an AI gatekeeper bot that will not let me talk to a human being, and when I keep asking for an agent just decides it can not help me and I should call back later and disconnects me! The online chat option does not open a chat window for me anymore. So there is no way to reach customer service at all to discuss these despicable and disgusting changes to policy! Cricket is now nothing but a Scam run by Thieves in my opinion! I am sick of this abuse by telecom companies.

    I have been a Cricket customer for I think close to 15 years. I chose cricket due to needing 4 lines for my kids and I so it was the most affordable option. I have never had any issues up until the past year, more importantly the past few weeks. First off, my bill was due and I was struggling due to a lot of personal family issues. So I did a bridge pay through the myCricket app. There were no issues, it was quick and easy. The end of my 7 days came and I wanted to extend my BridgePay. I went through the app again and all seemed well. I followed the same prompts as before and received the same text about when to pay the remainder. I went to sleep that night and woke up in the morning to my service having been disconnected.

    I called customer service because I clearly confused. I was informed that they could see the partial payment, however it was not applied as a bridge pay. I went back and forth kindly with the rep. She was very nice but obviously did not really understand what I was saying and continued to tell me that in order to have my service reinstated I would need to pay the entire phone bill minus the 45 dollar bridge pay, but I would need to add I think 15 dollars per line to have it turned back on. I finally got her to understand and she said there was nothing she could do on her end aside from credit me ONE of the 15 dollar reactivation fees. Then she advised me to not make payments on the mycricket app which seems ridiculous to me. What kind of company advises to refrain from using the app to pay your bill because it is "buggy" and suggests you to call in and make payments. Especially a cell phone company. It seems off to me.

    Then about a week later this past Wednesday I decided to upgrade my phone. My phone is 5 years old and has been slowly dying for a while. I went on the website, chose my phone and ordered it. It says 2 day air UPS shipping. Sounds good to me. I get an email Thursday morning that my order has shipped. I check today, Friday to see when my phone should be getting here to make sure someone is home to grab it and the tracking link goes to UPS where I reach a message that says, shipping label created but UPS has not received the package and to check with the seller due to it being close to the end of the 2 business day window.

    I reach out to online chat rep due to me being a work. I go through the whole issue the rep asks me 3 separate times for my phone number, I give it to them 3 separate times, then asks me for my order number. I go to copy paste my order number, am trying to get back into the chat because it bumped me out while grabbing the number. It took me all of Maybe 4 mins, I come back and the rep closed the chat due to "me being idle for so long" I obviously get frustrated but go back into the chat and go through everything again with a new rep. She asks me to put my order number in, this format 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, which is weird but ok.

    She then proceeds to tell me, my order was shipped and will be here in two business days. I explain everything again and she says well I see that it was shipped yesterday, I was like ok so when will it be here because UPS is saying they haven't received anything. She then says, "I show it was shipped on my end today and should be here by Monday." It is not almost Saturday and ups tracking still says they have received no package. I will just wait until Monday because I have no other option. I don't understand what is going on with cricket now. It is coming across as scammy now instead of trustworthy and the customer service is a total 180 from what it used to be.

    Website login AND MAX have been DOWN for DAYS- Finally got a CSR who said the CO has been 'working on it' but there is zero indication for the customer side to see that without calling into the 800 number and asking why they can't get into either site. I've been paying for access to MAX and can't access it for over a week now and they won't even prorate the bill. It's absolutely disgusting to treat your customers this way. Reporting to the FTC.

    I give it 2 stars only because Cricket does have some good features but the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is my 2nd time with cricket. I left the first time because of they're horrible customer service. I was talked into giving them another chance and it's the same. I have never had anything but a negative experience. When trying to deal with anybody at Cricket wireless they are not helpful. They are not friendly. I'm always angry after I have to deal with them at all. They are not helpful. I will be leaving Cricket again for the same reason. It would be a good phone company if they knew how to treat their customers. I would not recommend Cricket to anybody because nobody should be treated like that.

    Every employee I have ever dealt with talks down to you. Act like you're stupid and refuses to help. They do not help you at all. When you are done dealing with them you still have the same issue you had when you started dealing with them. I don't know how this company has stayed in business treating their customers the way they do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

    I have been a loyal Cricket customer for 7 years. I had trouble one in a while ,while traveling for business, my phone would stick to a cell tower in another town and would show my location in a town I was in prior. From time to time I would call tech support and they would have me reset my phone and it would be fine fore a while. They told me it could be my phone so I purchased a more expensive phone, I continued to have problems. I called tech and I was informed that I have no roaming on my plan. Why did it take 7 years to tell me this? Over 7 years not once was I told this was a problem. Now I am paying a higher price just so I can make and receive business calls. I feel that it is just a plan to get people to pay more for their services. I feel violated. I think it's time to move on to a company what won't deceive me. 7 years of not knowing broke my trust in Cricket.

    I was a customer with them for about 10 yrs. Never once got a upgrade. Ask about a upgrade. They tried to charge me full price so I finally was fed up and decided to give elsewhere, I called to cancel my services and they still took my payment, shut off my phone and never reimbursed me. Put my credit card at -80$ which then affected my mortgage payment and still reimbursement never came. All along my services was shut off.

    Went to Joplin store to make a payment, they was not helpful. They would not let me explain myself or let me talk without them talking over my voice so I said a curse word then two weeks later, went back to make a payment. The district manager treated me with no respect and did this in front of customer and would not take my payment, told me to leave. Made me upset and bad that my blood pressure went high that I had to go to the hospital to get it checked out. Hope you're happy with yourself.

    I had to have emergency surgery on my foot so I missed my date to pay, so I called to ask for a few more days. Customer service told me they couldn't do anything. I had to pay my full bill. What kind of crap is that? They definitely aren't for the customer. It's all about money. Zero stars and I wouldn't recommend Cricket to anyone. A service that can't help a long time customer isn't worth my business.

    Cricket is perfect if you enjoy your service never working. Whether it's the wifi that nobody else has an issue with, out in the country, or in a perfectly serviced spot that everyone else has internet in, it WILL find a way to cut out. The other day I was at my bus stop, a spot with really good service, and it decided to not work WHATSOEVER for 20 minutes, went from 1 bar, down to LTE, and then went FULLY NO SERVICE, to the point I couldn't even call. What was the point in paying extra to switch to a 5g plan, when the service being received is WORSE than using 4g was. If you care about your money and want a working phone, go to any other company than Cricket.

    I used the text feature to talk to a representative named Sarah a. I explained to her that I wanted a line canceled. I told her the number for the line several times in our conversation and she confirmed it by reading it back to me. I only had two lines on the phone. The main line which was mine and the other line. After hanging up with me and assuring me that it was taken care of my main line went dead.

    After several phone calls and being disconnected 3 hours later I was informed that I had to pay $68 to get my line reinstalled even though it was clearly not my fault. They said they understand that but I had to pay anyway. I think that is the worst customer service I have ever seen. So anytime a representative makes a mistake it doesn't matter. You're going to pay for it. I have been with Cricket for years and I find that customer service disgraceful. $68 charge to reinstall a phone line that they canceled by mistake and this happened within a matter of hours. I even talked to a supervisor who said there was nothing they could do.

    Cricket had some good promos going and I needed a new phone so I switched my service over to them. I tried to set it up online but it didn’t work so when I spoke with them they cancelled the original order and told me my $339 would be back in my account within 3 days and I could go inside and start an order in person. So I did that and paid $339 again. So that’s over $600 to cricket.

    Well fast forward a month later and they only refunded me $228, owing me a little over $100. They told me it was because I activated my phone (the one that was activated in store). They told me it was for the service. So I paid for service for 2 months for the month of December and they won’t give me my money back. Like at all. I talked to a manager and he everything and they just refuse to make it right. PLEASE BE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR BECAUSE CRICKET WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! They will take your money and not give it back EVEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO. ZERO STARS!!!!

    I've been with cricket for quite a while. Lately has been the most horrible signal ever!! My bars are all up but I can't even enjoy my Pandora music or even carry on a conversation with someone.     I decided to go to my phone company "Cricket Wireless" and get my phone service upgraded. I am currently 87 years of age and not well informed about today's phone services. The clerks were pleasant and suggested I get a A15 5G Samsung and said the price was $225.00. I thought that was a little high but went ahead and made the purchase anyway. In the process of changing phones, I noted that there was a SKEIWATCH C30 being prepared also - I assumed for another customer. I learned that.it was for me as part of a bundle offer at the time of payment. I took all my purchased items home and tried to get everything to work. I had a heck of a time and decided I had no use for the watch and that some of my apps from my old phone did not work on the new phone. I gave up and returned to the Cricket store the same day for a refund. Cricket Wireless would not refund me for my purchases and so I am stuck with what I purchased.

    Cricket needs to update the app AND the online website. I added a new payment card to but the website NOR the app told me that the old card would be removed. It just appears that the only option is to "Update" the payment method. I guess we can't have multiple cards to make our payment. Neither the app nor the website permit us to "edit/add/remove" payment cards. Absolutely useless. This is a disgusting oversight. Cricket made this way more complicated than it should be.

    BIGGEST ISSUES:
    1. We're not allowed to changed/edit our mailing address on the app (either).

    2. We're not allowed to add/change payment cards without an extremely ambiguous process.

    Zero Stars if I could.

    I try a competitor and then they build a brand new building that covered up their cell phone tower. So I went back to Cricket as I was previously there on this number for 8 years and on my other number for over 20 years. Got my new phone with next day delivery. After set up that evening my phone number was ported to cricket within minutes. I get good signals at home which before I couldn't and I've got great 5G coverage. Please note this is in Phoenix arizona.

    I had Cricket from 2016 until January 2, 2025. I’m an Uber driver. The service area was decreasing over the last 6 months. I went to the Cricket store in Jacksonville NC. I was told to reset the service area in my phone and if that didn’t work I could buy another $800 phone. I changed to Verizon. Much better coverage area. I called Cricket to ask for a refund since I paid for my service last week. Here’s the response: “Cricket doesn’t give refunds”! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CRICKET WIRELESS NOW OR IN THE FUTURE!🤬

    10+ year customer here. Never really had an issue until I bought a new phone for my wife. Upon arrival the phone was "thrown" to our door. Not necessarily Crickets fault, but upon informing them the very same day that the phone arrived damaged. (Screen cracked) it has literally been a 2 week runaround on the phone trying to get it replaced. One "warranty department" even told me to deal with UPS in regard. I went to the store and advised them of my two week ordeal. The customer service rep called the REGIONAL MANAGER for Florida. And he told his employee to say there is nothing we can do. This company needs to be sued.

    I have had service with Cricket Wireless for over 2 years. In September I purchased a new phone. Not on a payment plan. Paid for it outright. I tried to transfer my service in my number to straight talk. Well sure they gave me a transfer code pin.     Cricket Wireless on Ellis Ave in Jackson, MS has the worse, lowdown employees, they are scammers, and they are stealing money from consumers, I visited that store to upgrade my phone in November, went in to pay my bill this month and now all of a sudden they have my account under my daughter's name who lives in Memphis, TN so how can my account be in her name?? No one could give me an answer as to how that got changed, and the sorry employee went right back to what she was doing as if I wasn't standing there!!!! They sold a guy an old phone under the table without giving him a receipt and his phone no longer works!!! They tricking people with these old phones and keeping the new phones to sell outside the store!!!! I have a friend who actually bought one from the daytime manager!!!!     Don't trust this company. They first told me there is a $15 per month service but I need to be on $55 service first, then when I try to get move to $15 service, they said there is no such service. Then I tried to cancel the $55 service that I haven't used, but now they are telling me there is no way I can get my money back.     I'm leaving Cricket after this month is up for a number of reasons.
    1. They fee everything such as if you're a day late on getting your next month of service or simple things. This is absurd to me for the fact that they are a prepaid service.
    2. The cost is crazy for mediocre benefits.

    3. I just got a new phone. I'm getting spammed almost every 20 minutes or sooner and just wanted to change my number and get a number that reflects my area. They of course have a fee for that and I can understand that if I did it before but this was my first and only time and I transferred my number from my old company of Boost.

    I only switched for my then girlfriend and it was a mistake. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Please save yourself time and money and stay with a reputable phone service like boost who I've had good service with.

    I have been a Cricket member for a little over 16 years and these past 2 weeks I been dealing with them trying to port out to a new company, cricket has been absolutely no help. I also have plenty phone recordings of them giving me the run around saying that they have ported my number out but didn’t. Cricket has also deleted my account which is not allowing me any access. With that being said I can no longer receive calls or texts even though I’m no longer under cricket services. I have all the receipts of this mess they have put me through in the last 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this hard to port out when and if all the information I received from y’all was correct which none of it was. I also had my other phone company call them and Apple support while being on the phone with me and they also told them that’s they have ported my number. I also went to the cricket store and they wasn’t able to help me either

    I have been a Cricket Wireless customer for over 10 years, and had 5 active lines with Cricket Wireless, 3 of those lines are for my grandchildren who use the phones as a safety device when they are walking home from the bus stop after school. Keep in mind these phones were bought at Walmart not through Cricket Wireless. Due to the economy I was shopping for a cheaper plan for my five lines. I went to switch my phone carrier and Cricket Wireless closed my account and would not unlock 4 of the 5 phones because the phones have not been active with Cricket Wireless for 6 months.

    I had just paid $168.00 to Cricket Wireless 4 days prior to me finding a cheaper plan, since Cricket Wireless closed my account I lost the $168.00 and Cricket Wireless wanted me to start a new account to reactivate the 4 lines until Cricket Wireless will unlock the phones in 2 months. Instead of prorating my $168.00 payment and applying it to a new account Cricket Wireless wanted to charge me for the new account. Cricket DOES NOT ISSUE refunds and they will hold your phone hostage for 6 months. I cannot express this strongly enough - DO NOT USE Cricket Wireless. I never had a problem with Cricket Wireless until I wanted to switch my phone carrier.

    Unless you plan on sticking with Cricket Wireless for a minimum of 6 months do not and I repeat, do not use them. I bought 2 brand new cell phones. That are useless because unless you keep your service active for 6 months. No, less you will not be able to use your phone because it will be network. Locked and canned cannot be unlocked. I highly suggest trying another company because there are many out there. With cheaper plans for multiple lines under 65 dollars. As to where I was gonna be paying a 110. With cricket

    The worst customer service ever. I bought 2 phones on Black Friday sale and they required that I added two lines and promised it would have minimal impact to my bill however my bill doubled. When I went back to the same store to get a refund and cancel the lines they said I had to drive to another store to talk with their co worker. I refused to drive around. This is where I added the lines and bought the phone, they represent Cricket and should be able to fix it. They said my husband had to come in to cancel the lines even though they didn't have a problem with me adding them. I been lied to, overbilled, called a **, and then since she didn't like my tone she called the cops and told me I had to leave. This is not the way customers should be treated. I still need a refund and the 2 lines canceled since Helen would not help me.

They couldn’t get it done and they barely spoke English on the customer service phone chat.     I have been an AT&T customer for several years and dissatisfied with the service so I decided to try out Cricket Wireless. I didn't intend to switch my service but the lady said I would be getting the same service so I switched. I should have done more research. I wasn't given information on the cost of the plans or types of plans or anything. I was just put into the highest plan. The lady went right to work changing my two phones over to Cricket. She then rounded up phone cases, chargers, phone cables and even a car plug in (that I don't even need) and put them in a bag.

    She rings everything up (X's 2 for two phones) and while she is transferring the data of our phones she presents me with the bill. I felt like I couldn't refuse all of the extras. I didn't need a $29.00 charger and I questioned her about it. She said she got the price down lower than that like I was getting it in a bundle with my free phone. I feel like I was ripped off. My free phone ended up costing me $330.00. Seriously do your research before you sign up for Cricket Wireless.

    I recently had a fraud alert on my checking account. I had to get a new debit card and update all of my accounts. I have the auto pay option for my Cricket cell phone and needed to update it for my Cricket bill. When I tried to update the Cricket site was down, also couldn't pay using the "MyCricket" app on my phone, it was down also. It took forever to text to get a sign in code. Long story short, due to the issues that occurred because of the thieves that tried to hijack my bank account and because the Cricket app is unreliable, I missed a payment and had to run to a Cricket store to straighten it out. The moral of the story is: Robots are used to transact our business/money so that the Oligarchs don't have to be responsible for handling their mistakes. They prey on our weakness on how we don't want to talk to each other as human beings and are getting richer because of our laziness and weaknesses. Another cruel plan, and unacceptable.

    I wanted to use Cricket's 150G hotspot. When I got home the download speeds were terrible. Too slow to do my work on. Within less than 24hrs I called to cancel the service. I understood I would eat the cost of the hot spot, but was really surprised when they refused to refund the $90 monthly fee. To me, they stole $90 for less than 24hrs use. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Lesson learned.

    Be aware! Extremely terrible company and terrible customer service!! Contacted them 4 times via chat and phone, received different answers each time. Was told in the end by the duty supervisor Cricket doesn't refund, even for the service I haven't started and will not use after my numbers port out. I'm ok that they don't refund for services I have started using, but NOT OK for services I haven't started using and will not use anymore. She also said after I cancel Cricket service, the monthly fee I paid upfront will be kept by Cricket even though I'm not using their service. So in one word, every dollar you pay to Cricket will be kept by them even after you stop using their service. It's really an eye-opening experience with Cricket Wireless!

    I contacted customer service over a hotspot issue because I ran out of my hotspot so quickly. When I purchased $10 hotspot 2 times today and 1st one was gone within 3 hours and I added 10 more dollars and before I used it it said I was at 75 percent so ask the agent why. Normally it last all day for one and Katherine the agent was rude. How would I know? I asked her again and said because you use it. Normally they are great. This lady was rude. So not happy and still did not get hotspot issue taken care of.

    I I've had Cricket for many years and have absolutely no problem with my service. However when I do have a problem and have to contact customer service they are completely unknowledgeable and unwilling to help. I just recently added a new line to my account and when I called customer service to activate the line they failed to tell me that that line was eligible for a brand new free phone. I had bought my mom's phone over from a different service and it was a terrible phone and she needed a new one but I couldn't afford it. So I just recently bought one for her from cricket for full price and after doing so realized that she could have gotten that very fun for free when we activated her phone.

    I called customer service to ask them to please stand by their offer as they did not explain to me at the time of activation that she was eligible for a new free phone at that time. I even spoke with a supervisor and both she and the customer service rep I talked to continue to tell me that yes it was their fault they did not inform me that she was eligible for a new phone but that because it was already activated there was nothing they could do. They absolutely refused to give me a refund or even a credit to my account. This is very wrong being that this is what they offered and they are not standing by their offer when they were the ones who made the mistake by not informing me at the time of the activation that she was actually eligible for a new free phone. Cricket customer service is the worst ever and I would not recommend using them.

    We've had Cricket for YEARS, one time my credit card had been compromised and so my payment to cricket was denied, they shut our phones off!! I tried taking care of the payment online. It would NOT accept my payment but would allow me to set up a new credit card, for auto pay. So I drive 10 miles to the nearest store and am charged 5.00 more dollars PLUS a reactivation fee!!!

    Yesterday we added a line to our Cricket account and was charged an additional $8 to the $25 line. When we questioned the charge, the representative said it was for a protection feature that we never discussed and I never asked for. Then, on reviewing my bill, I found an additional $8 charge for a line I added over a year ago. Again, a protection feature I never wanted or asked for. When I contacted the company they told me, "Tough luck, take it up with the local store." Cricket charged me twice for a feature I never asked for or consented to and I caught them doing it the second time. The first time was deceptive and according to the company, not their problem.     I’ve had Cricket Wireless for over 7 years. The service was great for Hurricane Michael. After that, I have had service every other day and sometimes the service will be out for days. Yet I’m charged a whole month's worth of service, before I can use the service and I won’t have service.     I've been a customer a few years. I can't believe the unprofessional people here. I ordered a phone with 2-day shipping and 4 days later I had to contact UPS to file a missing stolen item claim. Cricket won't cancel or refund order until it's confirmed that's it's missing and want to wait another day cuz it still says processing on UPS. I told them UPS on the phone said it's missing or stolen and that I need to file claim and cancel order with Cricket. They still won't cancel or refund. I ordered online cause I had a bad experience at the local store and didn't want to hassle with that again. I guess I'm the real fool for not switching carriers from that experience.

    Cricket Wireless is nothing short of scam. They promise you ridiculous rates for their international call feature. When you add it, you will not be able to call more than two numbers. And I mean to get through to the 2 numbers or so you have to call at least 10 to 14 times. Is a pure SCAM. I called them, they said, "Oh is network, for over a year?" And the customer service is AWFUL… am porting immediately. Protect your mental health, avoid Cricket. I gave them one star to be able to post my review.

    Went to Cricket to buy a phone and told them it needs to have signal everywhere for my job. They looked and said it did so I buy the phone. Get it home and can't make or receive calls and was on emergency calls only. Took back to the store and they said there wasn't anything they could do even though they advertised a 14 day Risk free trial and said it would work... So far I have lost almost a 1000 in work... I'm really considering a small claims case to compensate me... False Advertising suppose to be a Crime to the Better business bureau.

All I tried to do was pay to add data to my current month since hurricane Helene wiped out our wifi access for 20 days now with no idea when it will be restored so all my phone data for the month was used in 3 days. All I tried to do was pay to add data and it took hours and several chat agents to figure out how to take a payment. I haven't cried in frustration like this in a long time.     One problem after another. Bought a new, more expensive phone. Made no difference. Then found out that my girlfriend, who uses Cricket, was having the same horrible experience that I had. Randomly requires a new pin to access voicemail. Customer service is non existent. Phone will randomly disconnect, and making outbound calls is hit or miss regardless of signal. I cannot a afford to have missed calls, and no voicemail access without spending 20 minutes on the phone with a "customer care" associate who can't speak English. Switching to Verizon in 3 days, hopefully it's better.

    Agents on chat have no idea what are they doing. I contacted them for a simple line swap between two of my lines and they ended up messing up one of my phones. My line was working perfectly but after the swap the eSim became obsolete. They couldn't reconnect the service and kept cutting my conversations. Now my phone is not working under their network.     I just switched from Tello cellular ($20 a month including taxes and fees) to Cricket because I got the new Apple Watch and needed a carrier that offered a watch plan which Tello did not which is the ONLY reason I made the switch. Getting set up on Cricket was a nightmare to start things off. I ordered a physical Sim card online when setting up my new account only to be told 6 days later when it did not arrive even after a confirmation email had been sent that Congratulations It Was On The Way! There was no tracking number though. After two trips to the local Cricket store, 2 chats and, finally a phone call, I find out that because I had an iPhone with eSIM capability that there actually was no physical SIM card sent even though I was offered a choice on the initial order page and told one was being sent to me with with 2 day free service.

    Once finally getting set up yesterday, 6 days after ordering service and paying, I went online to add the watch plan as instructed and to wait 8-24 hours after activation to ensure my account was fully set up. No can do. I kept getting an error message on my watch app when following the online directions on the Cricket website.

    Several calls later today to a foreign customer service agent which was difficult to understand with the language barrier, and a very poor quality call connection for a follow-up call, I finally asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for some time I was disconnected. Called again, went through the whole phone tree, wait, wait, wait process to be told by George: "You signed up for the 12 month plan, paid up-front ($310 for 12 months @ $25 per month) the discounted line so cannot add any other services. Sorry NO refunds, No help, and No changes to your plan" that I’ve had for ONE DAY. He then told me to, "Have a nice day."

    Even if one wants a watch plan with Cricket it would run you $60 for a single line then an additional $10 a month for the watch plan for a total $70 per month. I've never heard of a company that denies a current customer advertised additional services and punishes the customer for paying up-front. Even if I missed something in the initial sign-up, it’s appalling that I was not offered any other options or customer service support especially as a brand new customer. I wish I would have stayed with Tello that is cheaper and billed monthly with no contract and no cellular plan on my watch either. I learned the hard way that Cricket Wireless is not a user-friendly or customer oriented company. Buyer beware!

    My phone started having issues in May, so I called in and at their recommendation installed an eSIM card. That was the beginning of the bad. My phone started having more issues to where about 50% of my calls and texts were not connecting. I spent 2 months with them trying to get it fixed. They couldn't fix it, so I filed a BBB complaint. They finally decided to credit my account so that I could purchase a low end basic phone to see if that fixed the issues. The credit was specifically for the purchase of a phone...well, they lied, the credit can only be used for their service (which I have zero interest in using if it is poor). They apparently have a history of telling you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. I am now leaving Cricket after 10 years. I cannot stay with a company that has poor service and continues to lie to me. In good faith I tried to work through the issues, but after 5 months, I'm am now leaving.

    The worse of all phone service ever used. They hang up the phone on you when you are talking to them. They lie and say your phone has to be turned on with internet before they can activate. Then they charge you 30 bucks and are given no phone number nor is the phone turned on, Next they say without a phone number there is nothing they can do.     Aside from fluctuating and poor internet connections, long wait times for customer assistance and those calls are dropped so you have to go through the wait for assistance repeatedly. Though they acknowledge days of tower or equipment repair cause the customer significant problems, they put off providing a credit and then they offer $5 on a $60 bill.

    I currently have 3 lines through Cricket Wireless, have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years now, have paid my bill every month on time. I have recommended people to their services but when I need them the most, when my family needs them the most, they have nothing to offer, no cares given. I am currently in DIRECT path of one of the largest hurricanes to ever form through the Gulf of Mexico, Hurricane Helene. Being evacuated at 5:00 PM EST. I contact Cricket yesterday when I found out the seriousness of this storm and the measures I have to seek to keep me and my family safe, in regards to deferring my payment for just one week so I could have the money to keep my family safe, fed and sheltered during the storm and the service so I could communicate with local law enforcement and family in the event something terrible should happen.

    Asking for help or assistance or compassion while going through this event only to be told NO, to be told I would have to consider Bridge Pay or Pay $33 to have my due date changed, to be told that "The Back Office" has not updated anything about this massive hurricane or indicated anything of my area in regards to Hurricane Helene. I am located in Bainbridge, Ga, 35 miles North of Tallahassee, FL and they can not see my area. Do they not understand the urgency of safety from this storm. Do they not care of our wellbeing as well as our loved ones. Something as simple as deferring a payment for ONE WEEK due to the seriousness of this Hurricane Helene, you say NO and show the true meaning of your company and what it stands for, TRUE COMPASSION FOR NOTHING MORE THAN THE MONEY WE PAY YOU.

    It is people like me, asking for enough sympathy to defer a payment in the wake of a Natural Disaster, and every one else that pays for your service, we also pay your wages, your bills, company bills. If it were not for us paying for your services, You would be nothing. I will never again pay for services nor recommend any persons, family or friend, to pay for your services. I will be sure to write with details in the matter, if something terrible should happen to one of my loved ones or community neighbors because I had no service to call for help because you as a company care more for money than you do a living life.     My experience with Cricket has been terrible. They're only using AT&T towers and apparently there are not enough around where I live. I'm a delivery person Doordasher and I've got no internet connection most of the time and I went and talked to them and they said basically too bad. I would like to return it but you have to do it in one week and I didn't really discover it until a month so now I'm stuck with this. Love the phone Motorola but the service stinks and its AT&T towers. They won't use other towers so they don't have to pay them rent and that way they can keep it what they think is cheap prices and they're not cheap prices. Highly disappointed I would not recommend.

    Highly disappointed. Phone stopped working for anything related to service. On the phone with more than one representative all day. Tons of troubleshooting. Was told to go buy a new Sim card, that didn't work and wasted my money. Drove to the store three times, closed during operating hours. Was told there was no outages in my area. Lies. The tower is down, but still isn't repaired. All that waste of everything and lost time I paid for. Will it ever be repaired? I don't know, but what compensation will I receive? Guaranteed none.     Terrible, incompetent. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing constantly. One place says "chat support opens at 9am," elsewhere it says "chat support opens at 10am".. I got billed on autopay, and one time they tried Friday and the money wasn't there, and I got paid on Saturday, called to make payment, got automatic message - "We tried to take money out and we're unsuccessful, we'll try again on Sunday" - even though the money was there, they disconnected my phone. Terrible, incompetent company mi.

On the 800 line it says "chat support hours Sunday 9 am til whatever" - I get online at 9am, it says "chat support hours 10 am til whatever".. just one example of glaring incompetence from this shoddy company. My phone bill was due - I was on autopay and I had no money in my account - I get a message from Cricket - "we tried to collect payment and were unsuccessful - we will try again on the 15th" - I got money on the 14th, so I figured I was all set - on the 15th they disconnected my service and wanted an extra 10 dollars to reconnect - I could go on and on - the most incompetent company I have ever seen - stay FAR away if you value your peace of mind.

    I just ended my services with Cricket two days ago because they contacted someone about my issue and the number was canceled a long time ago. They didn’t resolve my issue and never contacted me specifically and never apologize for it either. Their response was “The number that we contacted is still active with Cricket, it’s just not active under your account”. Like what the hell were they thinking???? I also gave them specific contact information but they failed to use what I gave them. They’re incompetent and unreliable. Customer service disconnects the phone calls in the middle of resolving issues, reps in the store don’t have the ability to help with technical issues, the service is spotty, chat individuals can’t help. They tell you to troubleshoot the same way all the time when that doesn’t help.

    Oh I forgot to mention my phone was stuck in SOS mode for four days and couldn’t be used for calls, texts, or data. The only way I was able to use data was to be connected to WiFi. They said my “account lock” was on and the only way to turn it off was to get a text message to the phone number on the account. The notice said this “account lock” affects all lines on the account. Cricket need to figure out another way for verifying the account to remove the lock.

    I called today to inquire about the bridge pay extension option and was quoted a price which was more than the cost of paying my bill in full to continue my service. I inquired about extending my bridge pay due to needing a little more time to come up with the remaining payment. I am extremely disappointed in this being as an option but do not understand if the purpose of bridge pay is to cut the cost down to help make the bill more manageable, but the option to extend bridge pay costs more.

    If I understood that then I would not have even engaged in inquiring about the extension. I was sent a link to the support pages and the bridge pay policy is written in such a way that you understand the initial bridge pay option but vague in nature and open to be interpreted as how they see fit in explaining the bridge pay extension option. How does it help if ends up being a more costly option? As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed and will be considering an alternate carrier as there are no options in helping further and keep my patronage.

    The service is slow. I can get about 3 to 5 seconds into a video before it’s loading loading loading and never actually finishes loading the app that I’m looking at will crash before it actually loads. Keep in mind I got this phone brand new from them and paid it off. When I called them to tell them about the issue, the service worker was rude and changed my preferred language from English to Spanish so now I’m getting all of my service text messages in Spanish.

    I called and they helped me change it back to English, which it should’ve never been changed in the first place and the phone runs slower now, now I can’t even open TikTok. I would not recommend this to anyone and I still have to wait 180 days till I can switch services because even if you pay off your phone it’s still linked to them. What’s the point of buying a brand new phone for yourself If It is linked to Cricket? Once I get a better service and this phone unlocked so I can do that I will not be returning.

    This is the worst service I've ever had to go through. Their customer service has went way downhill. They had issues with their payments online. Last night on the app actually I've tried to make it several attempts. My bank got locked out because of several attempts. It kept telling me that there was an issue pretty much with the app and that, "Don't worry your service will still be on" and in the end it got turned off even though the bill was trying to be made last night. It wouldn't allow it because they had to glitch in their system. They admit to it. They try to get you to go in a lesser plan instead of the $60 unlimited plan to drop you down from that plan to get you a bridge payment that would entitle you to lose your $60 unlimited plan but you can make several payments. I don't need that my bank locked out. I had to wait till Monday or Tuesday. They won't give you that option.

    They want you to do a full payment or do the bridge pay. This is ridiculous and nobody would help me today at 9:45 a.m. on September 7th customer service people has failed me. This company has went way downhill. There's nothing they can do for you ever. Every time you need them they're not going to be there. 9 years with this company and this is how they treat your customers with five lines ridiculous.

    Cricket used to be great but now even if I get forwarded you or 5G it doesn't work. I thought it was the phone but multiple phones it's not the phone. It's a service. I used to be able to get service all day long where I work and now I cannot get service half the time in my building. Sometimes even outside and I used to get great service at my house but a lot of times it drops the service. It says I have absolutely no service. This happened ever since 2 years ago.     I truly wanted to leave a review on the customer service that I received from the new Cricket Wireless location in Virginia Beach on Holland Road. This young lady has just been phenomenal. Each time I go in she treats me with such care. She's friendly. Very informative. Not everyone gives good customer service and I think when we run into customer service that is top-notch we need to recognize. So today I want to give this young lady a thumbs up and I wanna say Thank You, Jade G for not only being a pleasure to deal with. But also for going out of her way to tell me about services that could help me. You're a blessing to your company. Definitely a asset that I hope they recognize. Thanks for being phenomenal.

    Tried Cricket for a few years, specifically for the price and the ACP program they were working with at the time. I always recommended them for this and for their service which was at least decent most of the time. In store and over the phone customer support not the greatest. But ok. In store buying new stuff one of their female reps actually started tacking stuff on to the bill without asking. I noticed after receipt that the item wasn't a free promo with your phone. Nice right. The AdItUp app to help pay your phone bills seems like a saint until you realize no one will help you when there is a problem with an app you wasted your time doing just to get the points toward paying your phone bill.

    I added a number & new phone for my daughter. All was easy, lady at the desk was nice and didn't add more to my bill without my permission. The Mount Joy Young lady is the nicest and most honest they have on their staff in the area, and I've been to 3 locations! Customer Service can't do much when there is a problem. Have to get lucky to have the right person on the line! Yikes. Text messages get wonky and confusing when adding lines and trying to apply points to your bill, best to pay bills manually and limit your texts from them. I want to switch our plans and probably will.

    I wouldn't refer no one to use this company. The service is bull crap as well as the plans and definitely don't use the BridgePay feature. Basically they use it to get more money out of you and will turn your internet speed to 5g. I really regret using this company

    Cricket service is great overall but you guys should do better for your existing customers with upgrading their phones. Y'all never have a sale or any discount offers especially for customers who been in contract for years with the service. I also have a problem with bridgepay as it should always be an option when your service is disconnected.

    I have never gone beyond traditional Google reviews for anyone but the Manager at our local Cricket store is one of the best human beings on the planet. In addition to her vast knowledge of the phone world, she genuinely cares about every person that walks through that door. I was always astounded at how great she was to my family, but I have watched time and time again as everyone gets that same treatment. I have watched her navigate through situations when people were being rude; she handled them so gracefully. I am not sure what Kendra F did before she worked for Cricket, but I hope this company knows what they have, with her.

    If I were a business owner, my first move would be to try and poach her from Cricket. Thank you is not nearly enough, we ALL show up to that place desperate. None of us on the planet can go a day without a phone. Kendra, by herself most of the time, works like a General in combat making sure she pays close attention to every detail, offering the best solutions possible and caring for everyone like they were her own family. Cricket Wireless, I hope you recognize what you have. She is not my friend, she is not my family, but if you saw her interact with me as a customer, you would never know that.     I've been a Cricket customer for over ten years except during covid. I pay my bills on time and highly depend on my phone since I don't drive. I paid my bill on a Friday. I ran out of data so I called to get more data, and they didn't ask how to charge the ten dollars. The next day I got a text from them that I needed to pay 25$ or they will disconnect and guess what they disconnected me, and this was Sunday morning and customer service was unavailable to assist me. I had no choice but to take a bridge pay so I could call for a ride to work the next morning. I called that next morning and customer service did not speak English enough for me to understand and the so-called management was trying to say I owed 40 bucks. They have literally extorted money from me. Too many cheaper services now to switch to.

    Listen before you go pick out a Cricket phone, there’s one thing you need to know and that’s DON'T DO IT!!! I had a mountain of issues with service when traveling from IL to WI, and FL. I didn't know I was paying for insurance I did not want! I had my phone for a few years no insurance needed. My service cut off because I didn’t pay $5 for insurance I never knew I had and they want me to pay $80 to turn it back on. Bye cricket. Hello Verizon.

    Horrible customer service! Do not ever use these people. If all goes right, no problem, but if you need customer service, be ready to spend, not hours, several days to not only get a human being to talk to, while you listen to their non-stop advertising menu, and if not paying attention, call will get disconnected because as you wait for 20 to 30 minutes, yes, that long, you are asked to press 2 again and again if you still want to speak with a representative, so if you get distracted, call gets disconnected and you must try all over again. After eventually speaking with someone who guided me through a million steps that did not work, a second person could not find my account. I was only with them for 5years! Terrible, terrible service. AWFUL.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND! I switched to Cricket about 2 months ago. My phone hasn't worked right since. I was missing very important meetings and calls. It is the most unreliable network I have ever had. They offered to warranty the phone but I have to send it in and then after passing inspection they would send me a different phone. I have kids. I can't go without a phone. The customer service representatives we nice and did what they were supposed to I guess but the company is borderline scamming.

I was told by a customer service rep, if I want a better phone service, to go with a better company. "This ain't Verizon" is literally what was said to me. She told me this company is flawed and if I want good service, not to use cricket. That was a cricket employee who said that. And she wasn't lying at all! Not even a little bit.     I have been with Cricket Wireless for a few yrs now off and on. Well I have never had any issues with them up till aug 1, 2024 when my phone bill was paid in full plus an extra five dollars and they turned my phone back on but I did not receive a full months of service. I only got to use my phone for 7 days due to my phone being tuned off. I paid a total of $65 on the first of aug when my bill was supposed to only be $60 so they overcharged me for service plus turned my phone off 7 days later and refuse to turn it back on or refund my money.

    Cricket store sold me a phone after selling me a false international calling service. They told me I would be able to call from Brazil. I purchased a cheap locked phone as a result of believing I could make calls out of Brazil. When I arrived to Brazil, I found out I could not make phone calls. I went on chat and realized international calling is calling from US, and Cricket does not have towers in Brazil. I was able to turn off the service and get a $15 credit. I arrived back to the USA 2 days ago and attempted to return the phone at the store. The rep at the store said it was past the policy return date. I asked to speak with a manager, she said the manager is unavailable, I asked when she is available, she said she did not know as she is on PTO and I cannot know when she returns as it is a personal time she is taking.

    I asked to speak with the district manager, she said she cannot assist with that. I requested a phone # to call the district manager. She said she could not provide it as it was personal. I asked for a formal complaint department, she directed me to Cricket corporate. I went on the chat and explained all of this to Kevin, the only thing he was able to do is direct me back to the store that does not have any manager. I advised in order to resolve the problem, credit me $90 on next month's bill as that is what the phone cost. He refused. I am giving Cricket until the end of the month to resolve this issue on selling false services and not accepting my return after the return policy expiration due to me being in Brazil for the entire month and unable to return the phone since no Cricket stores are in Brazil.

    I can't believe how many bad reviews Cricket has. Cricket Wireless has been my cell phone provider for the past 15 years starting in Washington state, North Carolina and now in Oklahoma. I have driven across the country 4 times visiting family and was an over the road driver picking up and delivering in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Oklahoma which I now live in. Sure I had a few glitches here and there driving in mountainous terrain but overall I had no real issues.

    The reason for 4 stars is because they sold me insurance for the phone in case I dropped or something needed replacement because of my fault and didn't tell me about the deductible that would need to be paid. When I eventually did drop my phone and broke the screen the deductible was more than what I had paid for the phone. Customer service has been fine, not any worse and not any better than any other company.

    This is the worst cell phone service out there. Don't use Cricket. I don't get calls. The connection is very unpredictable even in my house. I have received important calls or got messages weeks later. Customer service is a joke and they don't really offer any good services. You can get 5g and unlimited talk and text anywhere else. They want me to pay my full bill but get less than half the service included in my plan. I just got a Dr. message. An important one. Finally after 3 weeks after. The message was late. From experience alone I know first hand how awful they are. Because my cousin's husband died and she didnt get the message until the next day because the call didn't go thru and the service dropped the promise to be the best provider out there and she woke up to that message 24 hours later. So please heed this warning. Cricket sucks. And is not reliable.

    Cricket makes the customer experience easy, and I really appreciate their affordable prices. I had the unlimited plan for three people. I was amazed that they hadn't raised the prices for years. They do not try to stump you with hidden fees, and the customer service representative I talked to was kind, honest, and helpful.     This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. I bought a phone. A few days later I called them. They said, "Oh we have the wrong address for you." Fine from 12 years ago how are you billing my debit card with the wrong address. That's fine though so they're supposed to reimburse me the money that I paid for this phone. Bought another phone that same conversation. It has been 10 days. I've yet to get the refund from the first transaction or my phone from the second. On day 7 of the second transaction I called to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor said, "UPS is going to pick it up in the morning. Thank you very much."

    The next day I called because I received nothing not even a tracking number. The lady I spoke to on customer service says UPS has it. It's going to be delivered. Waited 5 days. Still nothing. Went up to the Cricket store. She said no refund has ever been put in place and yes both phones look like they're still in processing but nothing has been released. You have my money. What is the holdup? Just give me refund for both of my transactions. The girl was so helpful. She says that both transactions were refunded so now I get to wait and see another 3 days to see if I get back my money. At this point I don't know if I should just contact a lawyer if I'm being conned. What is happening? Cricket what is happening.

    We bought 2 phones and then decided to return them 2 days later because of the negative feedback we got on the quality of this model. The receipt and the salesperson both say they are returnable within 7 days of purchase. Neither the receipt nor the salesperson however said that we would have to activate and deactivate the phones before returning them and therefore, be charged $25 plus tax for each phone. The in-store folks couldn't do anything to refund this ridiculous chargeback and so suggested to contact Cricket directly by dialing 611.

    After 20 minutes of waiting, we explained the situation, requested a refund and were told to open a dispute with our bank instead. When we questioned why this information was not given before the sale was complete, they hung up on us. Thank you Cricket - your customer service stinks as much as your underhanded, hidden policies. We will look into opening a class action lawsuit against Cricket as we are certain that we are not the only customers that have been forked over by their shady practices.

    My name is Debra **. I live in Sherwood Arkansas. I went in a Cricket store at 4518 North Little Rock Arkansas on Aug 5 2024. I was the first Person in line because the store had not open yet. I was having a conversation outside with a gentleman when a lady came and unlocked the door to let us in. When I saw the lady I explained to the guy. She is a rude person. She’s not nice then have a person in line because the store had open yet. I was having a conversation outside with a gentleman when a lady came in. I locked the door to let us in when I saw the lady that explained to the guy say she is a rude person and I seen the way she treat people, with that being said we walked in. She went directly to him and asked him how can he be helped? He told her that I was before him she was first in line. I turned to the guy and see what I mean.

    She then said to him that, "She knows she’s not supposed to be in here. She banned anyway." I proceeded to ask the question, "Banned for what?" She couldn’t answer my question. It was a difficult time for me. I’m a diabetic. I’m 69 years old. I was feeling bad anyway. She said that I was unruly disrupted disrupted. OK I just got in the store, so how am I unruly and disrupted I don’t see any telephones thrown across the floor or anything towed down in the store that to me is disrupted.

    I asked for her supervisor. She came out and immediately said, "I know what the story is. I’ve been told you were banned from the store." She got so rude and loud with me even say it I was cursing in the store and I had to end up calling the police department because I wanted them to be a witness as well or what was happening in the store. If a person is banned from a store why would you even let them in there? Is a procedures that you go through when someone is banned. None of that happened before I was supposed to been banned and I didn’t even know that I was banned for what was my question.

    The service started out fine at first, then the reception got bad, and eventually we couldn't get hardly any service in our house. When we tried to switch to a different service they wouldn't unlock the phone from the Cricket network. We couldn't use the phones to unlock them from the MyCricket app because we had no service. Then when calling customer service we got the run around from them too, saying the same thing.

    Cricket is by far the worst service I have ever had. I barely get service anywhere I go. They placed my device on locked when I paid the full amount for my device instead of doing a loan, I have never had a phone company do that to me. So now I have to wait another 2 months with this terrible service just for it to get unlocked so I can switch phone companies. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and anyone that has it, I would suggest you to switch right away.

I have already spent over 8 hours this week trying to get a replacement phone. The minute I get this phone replacement I am going directly to another carrier, that's how awful they are! The signal has been great but if you have to call these folks for any reason, it's a nightmare! They are a telecommunications company and you can barely understand the person on the phone (and it's not a language issue) it's an issue with their system. It sounds like the person you are talking to has a sock over the phone speaker.

    I have been a customer for over a year and the customer service is not professional at all. I called to receive hotspot because my hotspot had not been working since January 2024 and it is now July 2024. They would not give me $10 on the strength and this is my first time asking. I told the representative my issues and asked for a supervisor and he said ok. Then, had me on the phone for several minutes only to come back to the phone to say he had the supervisor on the line just to put me back on hold and never returned until the phone call dropped. I will be discontinuing with this service since they really don’t care about their customers at all. All the cotton and linen with that old white oppressor I have been giving them this is what they do. Cricket is not the best phone service to have. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

After wasting time trying to find the location to do it that they tell you, just to find out there is no such place. After I completely turned off auto pay and put all my info in several times to start it again, it just tells me it can't process my claim.

    Cricket Wireless started out ok. Over the past several years, we call customer service around 1/year and each time the wait time increases (July 2024: 40+minutes) because "wait times are longer than usual". Obviously, this is mathematically improbable. Latest attempt: my phone was deactivated after I tried to make 2 calls to customer service (both calls disconnected while I was waiting on hold). I went to chat: "Olivia" told me my cell tower was down, no service for 48 hours. At the same time the owner of the other cell# on my account was speaking with customer service, he was told the cell tower was fine. 90 minutes later we learn that an upgrade to international calls (original reason we reached out) was not offered by Cricket Wireless. I'd love to have that 90 minutes back. We're switching plans in the am.

    I was with Cricket for 3 years. Service was ok. Then my husband had a problem with his phone. The mid Michigan supervisor was very rude. I ended up getting another phone. Still had problems with the service. Switched to T-Mobile which I am happy with. I tried to get my Cricket phone unlocked. They had told I had to have it for 6 months. So I just recently tried to unlock the phone. 7 months later. Cricket said no I still had 2 months before they would unlock it. So I am stuck with a phone that I was having service problems with.     I port in my number from ATT on 07/02/24, and I was told it will be delivered the second day, but nothing was received. My family couldn't reach me through the horrible time of hurricane. I've been calling, and nothing was done about it. Each time I requested to speak to a supervisor, there is always none available. I was able to get hold of one today, and she said there is nothing she could do after spending over an hour on the phone with her. My email address was wrong, and the do not have my unit number, but she literally told be that she's unable to update it, and telling me it's my responsibility to keep calling UPS. I wonder who trained these people.

    I got mad for not having a phone during the horrible hurricane people, and my family was so worried, and all she could say was for me to use a professional language. This is so unprofessional, and the worst company in the history of U. S. I still don't have a phone, and they literally think it's normal for a mother. This horrible company made me paid one month in advance for a service I still don't have since the order was placed.

    This company charges you $5.00 extra to pay your bill in their store with cash or debit. They want you to pay online but their website is always down or not working. They will not waive the $5.00 fee. They will also charge you $15 if late even if their system is down both in store and online! It is set up for failure on purpose as a money grab! They won't give you money off for auto pay. If you have 2 or more people on your account you will not get the credit for auto pay!

    CAUTION! Don't take my word for it check the others, Cricket has the absolute worst customer service you could imagine. I was promised a refund over 30 days ago and still nothing. Spending HOURS on the phone and being hung up on more than once still no refund and can't get anything other than, "You'll get it in 2 days," and nothing comes. I cancelled my plan 2 months ago and am STILL waiting for my refund that they've told me they issued but my bank says it has not been issued. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

    I have been with Cricket Wireless for a few years now. They were a great phone company in the beginning. The customer service was really good especially in person at the store but I feel like they have grown too big for their britches. Their phones glitch constantly. I have to apologize to my friends and family daily because my phone is randomly calling and texting people. Even though I have my homescreen locked the phone randomly rearranges my apps or deletes them altogether. I have purchased numerous phones from cricket and none of them hold a good charge no matter what I have tried. I will be doing my research to find a better phone carrier.

    I am DONE after 18 months of Cricket dropping the ball ie lousy customer service processing payments whenever they feel like it, NEVER doing what they say they will do as far as processing payments, etc. I am done giving any more chances.

    NEVER CLICK CRICKET because I used to have one and it was laggy and when playing a game I keep getting disconnected while connected to WI-FI but still a good phone and please add updates to the phone.

    I had the worst experience with Cricket. Called to make a payment, agent claimed the payment failed in their system but the payment was taken still from my account. Mind you this rep submitted the payment 3 times over the phone where I was told once.. Then they said they didn't get a payment and would have to make another payment to keep my service even though it was taken three times already... They wanted me to pay them again. I went online to do it. Same thing they say the payment didn't go through but it came out my account yet again.

    Cricket refused to extend my service until I got the money they took multiple times from me already... Stated I'd have to wait and dispute with my bank... And then wouldn't apply the payment.. Went in store to prove they took it, I was turned away and told to call customer service back again when customer service told me to go to the store... So the issue was never resolved. I ported out that day.. Took me two weeks to dispute through my bank to finally get my payments back... They clearly had system problems and took no accountability in the error on their side even when the bank told them it was them on the phone they still said they seen no payment and there was nothing they would do. Never again. Don't use cricket. Not a good look and they don't resolve payment issues so not use this carrier.

    Updated on 08/26/2024: I was a Cricket customer for over a year. They tell you there customers come first. As a customer when my upgrade was done the phone I wanted and bought from Motorola would not work on their network. So I looked at what they had. The phone I picked if you were a new customer it was free but if you were a customer already it was $90. Finally I found a company that was cheaper and tried to transfer my phone. Cricket would not unlock the phone. So now I have a $90 phone that I can not use. One star is too good for Cricket.

    Original Review: I have been a Cricket customer for a year now. I am eligible for an upgrade. The phone I was looking at for a new customer bringing a number paid 0 for phone, customer getting a new number is 70, both with activation fees. But an existing customer pays 90 and a $25 upgrade fee. The new customer gets treated better than a customer that has been with them. They have lied saying there is no charge other than the price of the phone. Do not buy a phone from a company and try to use it on Cricket. The phone may say compatible with Cricket but what they don't tell you is that if it not a Cricket phone you can not get wifi calling. Coverage with Cricket I do not have problem with. The way they treat existing customs is a big issue.

    Their service is terrible. It's trash. They take your money and does not give you what you need. I pay 10 extra dollars for hotspot. They took my money in the remaining balance of the hotspot when the billing cycle rolled over and told me there was nothing that they can do about it. The service is trash. I will not be continuing to use Cricket and that's just that.

    Cricket customer service is garbage. They Waterboro you by placing you on hold forever then out of nowhere you have to dial 1 to "continue" then it goes silence and hangs up. I never have good CS experiences with cricket. Their websites are janky, their IT dept has no idea how to manage websites. It's all garbage and I only have them because I don't need a contract. That is the ONLY upside to cricket

    Ok, I bought a razr2023. The split screen broke. Spent DAYS on the phone trying to get a manufacturer warranty, first 3 days I couldn't get through. Day 4, I got through and they were suppose to call me back, NEVER did. Day 5 & 6 kept getting disconnected. Our local store is pretty cool, but they should be allowed to help with stuff like this. Not impressed at all with headquarters customer service

    Don't waste one second of your time or one red cent on Cricket Wireless! I'm not even valued after being a faithful customer for 20 years! Customer service be it online, via phone or in person all equally horrible! I've been lied to, accused of lying, overcharged, not reimbursed for late payments due to their faulty online payment system, which is ironically ALWAYS down when it comes time to pay your bill! They do not stand behind their products or honor their own warranties! The service even after the AT&T merger absolutely sucks! I have the absolute worst reception, even inside my home!

    I pay for "UNLIMITED" data yet when I reach what they consider an appropriate amount they slow my phone down to dial up speed! I bought a 5G phone yet only get 4G coverage! Today I was told in-store that my phone is only a 4G phone and basically sucks to be you! So why taut to be a leader in 5G coverage if you're not going to provide it to all customers who pay the same amount? The other night my phone froze up for no reason whatsoever and I could not get it to shut off, restart, nothing! In the process I dropped my phone, the stylus fell it, damaging it to the point I can't even remove it from my phone now and the in-store associates absolutely refused to assist in fixing it!

    When I became angry about the lack of quality customer service and getting the services I'm paying for, as I'm exiting the store both associates in unison said, "have a better day!" What happened to going above beyond to please and help the customer? Especially a loyal customer of over 20 years! I wouldn't recommend this wireless carrier to my worst enemy! Oh and what good does blocking a number do if that number can still get through to your voicemail and leave harassing messages?

    I was transferring my wife's phone to another carrier and before I could activate the service, Cricket canceled my account and SIM lock on my wife's phone. After Hours on the phone, I forgot my pin and the question they asked. That was my fault, but I had auto pay setup a long time ago. I was told to go to a Cricket store to unlock the SIM. I went to 3 different stores and spoke with the manager in each one. The result was the same. Because Cricket canceled my account, they couldn't help me. So we were forced to buy a new phone, with a new number. I will never do business with Cricket again. They stink so bad, I can smell them from here.

    It's impossible to speak to a human. The people at the store refuse to help in Any way. They tell you to go to the online store and figure it out. The website is terrible to navigate. I would not recommend Cricket services to anyone. The signal is just as good as Walmart phones. But no humans is a real deal breaker.

    Absolutely do not get Cricket if you want something that will work internationally. Their "International" plans simply allow you to call international landlines and nothing more. Oh, and they won't refund your purchase of the international plan when you find out that you can't actually use your phone in another company.

    Company advertises easy to use phone. Buy prepaid phone or so I thought, then when I got to make a call I get hit with a menu that says pay 60 dollars, 45 dollars or 15 so on top of it not being a prepaid phone. I go to Cricket and the clowns have the balls to tell me it's a 65 dollar activation fee when at Metro I could have got the phone, the service and what I was just charged 118 dollars for and given no SIM card. I would have been better off. Not a prepaid phone, no SIM card, no time on the piece of trash. I kept it to write this review and now I'm returning it.

    I enjoyed my Cricket service at first and then I lost my job. I wasn’t able to make a payment. A month after still not able to make one but keep hope up that I can soon and as soon as I was able to I notice my number was no longer working. Called and they said it was recycling the suspended my service and was being petty. They had no rights to my numbers because those number generated from Verizon but they still took it upon themselves to remove them from my devices. I don’t want to deal with cricket anymore. CS is whack and understanding is too. Do better cricket. Payments are great but otherwise nope.

    We are so pleased with Cricket! We had several big phone services before and had nothing but problems. Since we changed amazing service, exceptional customer service (Mrs. **) made a dreaded phone call to ask for 3 extra days to pay, a simple less than 5 min task to change billing date. So I could be released from hospital and pay. Amazing company and I hope they will always stay low prices with priceless customer service. Thank you!

    I visited Cricket Wireless today in Greenwood and the store manager was super rude. I was having issues with my son’s phone which is under my name. I went into the store after several attempts to enter my pin and the store manager called customer service and passed me the phone to speak with them as if I’m not the customer! There was no sense of concern, no urgency! The other staff on duty were very helpful however the store manager’s attitude was terrible. I had to end calling an off duty worker to assist me with the issue and she exceeded my expectations. The store manager needs to take lessons from her staff!

    Do not go to Cricket in Janesville WI. They are very corrupt, they will delete all your data if you switch companies on your phone, even though you paid it off. They get salty if you don’t take their offers. I was with this company 2016 to 2024 and switched to T-Mobile because they were slowing my phone down and they trash your phone full of weird updates that take all your data away. Not worth the time go somewhere else better and they also sell all your information. They harass people that don’t take their offers.

    We have been with Cricket for a very long time, and I used to go up to bat for them. I recommended them to everyone. However, we tried to make a payment this month and it notified us through text message that our balance was zero afterwards. We found out that the payment didn’t go through. When we contacted support, we told them that it had told us that it had been approved. They tried to give us a late fee because their system was down. When my husband said to them that he made the payment, and it didn’t go through because their system was down. He said that it was our responsibility to use another form of payment. But why would we when it texted us it was paid and approved? He (the employee) could even see the text saying to us saying it was a balance of zero. My husband told him this seemed pretty sketchy given that this probably happened to a lot of people and they are trying to collect late fees from all of them.

    After a while they made a one time 'exception' and waived late fee. We have been with them for years and maybe late once the entire time and this is how they treated us. They literally tried to penalize us for a malfunction in their system. We made our payment on time, but they wanted to give us a late fee because their system wouldn’t allow that payment to go through despite the system texting us and telling us that it did. The fact that this employee tried to gaslight my husband by telling him that he should have made a different type of payment even though he would’ve never known to make a different type of payment is absolutely disgusting. I intend on finding out who this employee is, and I intend on having a conversation with whoever is in charge of him. You do not gaslight your customers for the mistakes made on your end of the company.

    I've pretty much used every mobile supplier out there. From Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, etc. I have never had as many problems as I have with Cricket. Their phones are terrible. Their mobile data is terrible. Takes so so long. So so so slow. I definitely do not recommend Cricket Wireless at all. Any other carrier would be better. I don't say this because of any other reason than they are horrible compared to everyone else.

    I have never been so disappointed with any cell carrier as with Cricket! They are a complete waste of money, time and lack customer support service. Why their method of recycling numbers, it’s a complete lack of privacy. Example starting with new service I received phone calls from previous number holder, informed them to alert person (family members), of the error. Cricket holds no responsibility, claims this often occurs! Suggest my option pay $15 for new number! Again additional work on my end! I’m going to prove fraudulent privacy protection violations. Hope to win and protect my privacy. Quit Cricket Tomorrow AM. Never waste your time on Hold for rep never happens. They make collecting their money easy.

    After years of being with Cricket we decided to switch service. We had 5 lines of service and was able to transfer all lines over except they locked one of the phones. I call to see why and apparently there is a clause that says must have device for 6 months to be unlocked. We purchased in store and were never told this information. Rep and supervisor said it’s on the website to check it. I’m like, "Why would I check website if I purchased in the store." They wanted me to transfer his service back and reactivate the one line and finish the 6 months out and then could transfer back. Um no. That’s just crazy. And pretty sure illegal to come up with rules after the fact, since it was not written or told at time of purchase.

    Daughter dropped her new phone and screen shattered. We have insurance. Went to store and waited almost an hour only to have guy not "find" her line on my account. I have 5 lines with them for many years. Told to call CS. Put in claim, told it may take 1 day, it's been 6 or 7, as they keep saying they don't see where I've submitted documents. I have proof. Phone was finally guaranteed today & it wasn't, so I called for ETA & they say claim wasn't even completed, or mailed out either. Now a supervisor is working on it and says to call in 48 hrs for ETA, next week! So 2 wks without her phone & had to pay $75 deductible? Garbage company Cricket/Insurance Asurion. I can't believe I rooted for them all these years!

    My phone and credit cards were stolen in Athens Greece on April 21, 2024. I just returned back to the States on May 1st. I went to Cricket to get a new phone and let them know what happened. Since I had autopay set up with one of the cards that was stolen, I let them know that I was expecting my new cards before May 10 and asked for a few days extension on my payment which was due on May 7th. I have been with cricket for many years and thought they would work with me. I received my new card and found my phone shut off when I tried to activate my card on May 8th. They couldn't give me 1 day? A long time customer who has never had a problem before this. I'm done after this customer service experience. I'm just curious how many other carriers would have done that to a long time customer.

    Been customer for 18 months. Tried to upgrade my phone to Cricket Outlast. Paid 25 upgrade fee plus cost of phone. Phone Turns out to be a 4GLTE phone :/ so I take it back. I switch back to my original phone. They give refund for the phone and some of the taxes but they kept the $25 upgrade fee plus $2... Total they kept was $27. All together I just went to the Cricket store and gave them $27 for no reason. That's always a great feeling when you get screwed over by your cell phone company.

    I am so disgusted with this service. Cricket has always been trash. I pay so much every month for just one line. I went in. I got a new phone number. They given me an area code 572 that I’m not familiar with. Now when I sign up to any app it keeps telling me invalid number. It’s not a United States number. I’m not sure what’s going on with this trash phone company, and the calls are always dropping. They need to be shut down.!!

    Cricket has started sucking more and more over the years. They make decisions that put their customers in hard situations and fail to notify their customers of 80% of the changes they make which affect everyday users and then they turn around and try their absolute best to blame you for what happened. Not to mention the terrible service. Drop calls, the amount of calls that should have come in and never did, or the amount of calls that go out but the other party never receives it. There's always something with cricket. Always. But because it's a large company, they don't care about a few thousand customers being affected.

    Then the crap where automated services don't offer the same service on Sunday now as on every other day. So if your billing date lands on Sunday now you better cross your fingers that you don't need bridge pay at the last minute cause you won't get it. It's really just the small things that actually have a big effect, especially on people that are lower income. Everything adds up.
