I always purchase the protection plan from Asurion when purchasing Bluetooth hands-free headsets. Anytime I've needed to file a claim it has gone through smoothly, regardless of using the chat service, the online service, or speaking to them on the phone. Wow! I initially purchased a protection plan when I cracked my iPhone screen I didn’t think I would use it, but I got it just in case. Fast-forward a few months later one of my TVs went out. I was able to file my claim online and within two days, I received a message stating I had been approved for a replacement. The process was so easy. I’m so glad I purchased the insurance.

I always veer away from getting Insurance when I purchase on Amazon. This was an amazing experience so glad I did! I will definitely consider getting Asurion on policies in the future. My Intex sand filter pump started leaking and I filed the claim immediately. Pump is two years old and Asurion sent me reimbursement same day allowing me to purchase a replacement. Easy to start the claim process and start to finish 10 minutes of that. I can now order the replacement and get ready for summer! Thank you.

I’ve had a blower a few years that I only used like 5 times. It suddenly stopped working. I filed a claim and they are sending me a check. No fuss no Muss. Thank you for being reliable and legit! I was fully expecting an issue or for me to have to do some ridiculous things. But was easy and fair.

Salt cell for pool stopped working. I had a 2 year warranty with Asurion. Reached out to Asurion to redeem warranty. The claim process was easy. After answering all the questions they state I will be refunded the total cost of product after they receive the damaged one. They even paid for shipping.

I love Asurion. If you are buying something that has really good value, you would be dumb not to purchase this plan. I haven't had to use it a lot of times but then again I have that I use it a couple of times. When I have used it and has been completely hassle-free and very easy to make a claim. Also, the process is quick, as it is done on your Amazon orders page.

Easy to use, great feedback and conducted in a timely manner. Free easy emails on the shipping label then timely text and email updates. The only downfall is the AT&T reps did not have full detail on how this program works so it has been trial by fire dealing with them, but so far it’s been a great success.

WOW no joke this insurance company really keeps their word on what they cover. We purchased a Gas powered Rototiller from Amazon that was a fairly new brand name. We bought the insurance since we had never heard of this brand before. Purchased the 3 year warranty and GRATEFUL we did!! This gas rototiller was rarely used, mostly for vegetable gardens and seasonal things. Well on the 3rd year it was losing power, blowing grey smoke and would run but it sounded like something broke inside and grey oil would always be present. Well long story short we looked for our order on the Amazon history and THANKFULLY we found it!! Immediately filed the claim, the whole process was done online, filled out their form. Man...the process was HASSLE FREE!! Will definitely be counting on them to cover all my products from now on!!

Purchased a 12x12 canopy tent from Dicks Sporting Goods. Bought the "No Sweat Purchase Plan" for an additional $20. First time I used the canopy the legs bent and it became impossible to retract the canopy. Unable to collapse the canopy, it's too big to put in the car, so we dumped it in the nearest dumpster. Tried to make a claim with Asurion, and was denied because I was no longer in possession of the item and couldn't provide photos of the damage. This requirement was never mentioned to me when I bought the plan.
The only thing the salesman said was, "Buy the protection, if anything goes wrong in a year, you'll get a refund or a replacement". No other warranty materials were provided other than a slip of paper with the purchase noted on it. Made several phone calls with Asurion, through several layers of "management". All of them told me that the only way to make a claim was to provide photos - something that was impossible to do because the defective product would no longer fit in my car. Avoid buying a policy from this company.

I don't usually purchase extended warranty on things but I did when I purchase the Shark vac/mop and I am so grateful that I did. As luck would have it, within days of the manufacturer's warranty expiring my appliance gave out and would no longer charge! I remembered I had purchased the extended protection so I got online and submitted a claim. It took less than 5 minutes and my issue was more than satisfactorily resolved. I would recommend this warranty to everyone.

I would highly recommend this hassle free warranty program. My treadmill (purchased 15 months prior) stopped working, within 5 minutes I was able to complete the claim form, submit it and even receive a response. Simple to use. I will certainly purchase this warranty again in the future. It has taken me longer to write this review than it did to complete the claim process.

This insurance is a must have. For when you have a pump failure. Easy claim process. Yes, I would recommend this pressure washer pump to anyone. It doesn't seem to have a long pump life. It started out with very good pressure and rated at 4.7 GPM at 3,600 psi. At time of failure it maybe has 2,000 psi. It doesn't have a long working life, like the big name pumps.

Took two days to process and get approval on repairs. Had to talk to customer support multiple times. Usually the choppy English was understandable, but difficult at times. Over all, I am satisfied with this warranty program, but wish they would allow you to renew previous products where warranty has expired.

The technician was a true professional. He understood the problem and did the repair. I was truly impressed and satisfied. The only problem was the LG customer service group did not seem to integrated with Asurion. We had to make numerous calls over several days to finally get the information we needed to schedule an appointment.

My bike worked great for about a year and then one night fell apart. Asurion had my claim processed within minutes. It was fast easy and It was so worth the purchase price of the plan. I will never buy a product on Amazon again without getting Asurion if it is offered.

Repair man replaced 3 different main items in fridge and did it in record time. Absolutely the best repairman I have ever had for anykind of repair. Highly recommend Mr. Mehdi ** and NISI my Samsung repair service center. (Not sure if they go by NISI or Asurion). But I know it's NISI USA Factory Service Center.

I would recommend Home Protect with Verizon. I’ve used them for years. They helped me with my computer and if you have a problem with your computer or home device, they will come out and look at it and take care of it. The people you deal with are all very professional and patient with older people.

Love this company. Their website is easy to navigate. Simple questions it’s asked and you have to be honest so you can get the best help from them. They would ask the plan you purchased with what company like Amazon for example then a list of things you bought that were insured with them will pop up and you pick the item. Biggest waste of money, 60 bucks a month and they can't replace a cracked screen. Waited 6 days for appointment for a no show. Don't waste your time and money. Verizon will try really hard to convince you to throw money away with these people. SCAM!

A shredder that I have had less than a year failed. I attempted to contact the vendor directly for resolution to no avail. I then remembered that I had purchased the warranty. It was extremely easy to file the claim and receive the refund. They even set up the return shipping.

The solar lights worked very well and withstood hurricane winds! So not a bad purchase. The lightning in the evening hours along with the motion detector is really great. I would recommend this for people who like having light on all night without affecting your electric bill. The customer service has always been great as well because it was so easy and efficient how the claim was filed and the decision was made instantly.

I purchased expensive batting gloves and purchased product protection for the item. After 5 months of use, the gloves tore in the palm. The plan covered our purchase in full. Great program, especially for those who have lots of electronics in their home, especially if you have kids. I am always recommending the program to all my friends and family. I am also now considering the home appliance plan as well. We have saved enough money to pay for the cost of the plan to date. I can say the 2 TV's, 2 Printers, 1 computer repair, and 1 Ipad repair makes this a worthwhile program.

I had forgotten I paid into the three-year warranty. I went to Amazon ‘Orders’ to see if there was a company name for the watch to see if there was a troubleshooting tip. My printer under warranty, stopped printing, called warranty, sent me a return label to print out, with no operational printer. Went to staples store to get help. Complicated, many steps to complete return label print out. Printer sent back over a week ago. I was told I was to receive a credit via my e-mail to print out. With no printer, I will have to back to Staples for more help. The printer I sent back HP ENVY Inspire 7900e series.

It is close to My home. Free shipping is a good perk as it eliminates the additional postage costs that could be incurred. This company is a complete scam. You pay a monthly fee for their services, then another $100 deductible just to wait a week to receive a replacement device. They won't let you pick the device up from a UPS store or from one of their locations. You just wait a week until your phone arrives. Customer service is horrible. They're all incredibly rude. Just another insurance company scamming the masses. 0/10.

Asurion was great addressing the issue with my washing machine. They were easy to file a claim and keep up with communication about the progress. The process took a little bit longer than I expected because of a special order. The service company did a great job to order the right replacement and fixing the washer. I'm glad I bought an Asurion Protection Plan this time. This is the second Sun Joe Air Compressor that I purchased, and it is the second one that failed. I didn't buy a protection plan on the first one, but I learned my lesson when it failed. It's better to be safe than sorry, as the cliche goes.

Will purchase this service again and again. Worth every penny! Easy to file a claim and resolution was quick and fair. If you have young people who play sports in your family you will not be sorry you spent the extra few dollars on this coverage. Highly recommend! Especially love how you can send a copy of your receipt when you purchase the plan and they keep it on file for you. That was a big help.

I purchased a phone in December 2024 and paid for protection (24 months). I filed one claim September 2024. When filing the claim my phone I originally had was not available, so it was replaced with the iPhone Pro Max by Asurion. 3/20/25 My phone fall and black out. I called. Filed a claim (4 times), my claims was denied by Asurion stating my phone is not under coverage.
When contacting Straight Talk I was told it was the insurance company. I finally get a rep who gives me the IMEI number and stated my iPhone 11 was never enrolled and contact Asurion. I contacted the insurance comp and the insurance helps me reach out on a conference call. The rep told me I can’t receive another phone, my phone was a BYOB & also my insurance cover only one phone. The iPhone Pro Max was supplied by Asurion and my protection plan is still active. The policy states 2 replacements are covered in the 24 month period. When telling the rep that she hung the phone up on me. I’ve been days without a phone and no resolution. I paid for service that company fail to provide.

I dropped it and it cracked and I sent pictures in and didn't really expect a refund, however, I sent the pictures in with the receipt and within a couple hours I had a gift card reimbursement for where I bought it from. After only six months, the back of my office chair tore about six inches along a seam holding the webbing to the frame. I submitted a claim along with supporting photos. Within a few days I received a rebate for the full amount without any further submissions or questions. Making my claim was extremely easy. I usually call and make the claim but this time my TV stopped working and wanted to get a sooner than later answer on if my TV was covered under the protection plan. So I decided to file the claim online. I was asked simple question about the product and then of course needed to verify my identity. And just like that my claim was taken and completed. I only purchased the HP8015e all-in-one printer because my less-than-a-year-old 8025e had stopped printing. Since I had a customer's card order to complete, I rushed over to buy a replacement that would use the same 910 cartridges that I had in abundance. At the time, I didn't realize the 8025e was still under warranty. Anyway, the 8015 worked well with the sample ink that came with it. As soon as I replaced them with brand-new cartridges, it stopped printing. After some trouble shooting, it started printing pink only. Even after receiving new color cartridges, it does not print color, although the supply level says full.
As a 78-year-old senior, I am saddened by the prospect of not having my beloved HPs to assist me. Today, with my Asurion partial refund for the 8015e, I will try to find a different brand replacement. After being burned twice by HP, I definitely will spring for beyond-warranty coverage. At least Asurion lives up to your reputation. Thank you.

We signed up with this outfit because it was recommended by the employee at “You Break I Fix” as a means of getting a discount on repairs. We’ve been paying for over a year with no claims and decided to get an iPad fixed. We submitted the claim online, because the repair place said they couldn’t fix it without a filed claim. Went through the process, then realized we didn’t get something right (per the repair guy) and resubmitted it but were denied two days later. So we decided to cancel the plan by phone. The call taker was really nice and talked me into resubmitting the claim, saying something about $5,000. Also tried to upsell me on appliance repair stuff. Please No. So we got back online and resubmitted it.
A few days later I found they wanted us to resubmit, the same stuff, AGAIN. We had a family event and now that we’re back we decided it’s just not worth fighting for any claim. Today I tried to cancel online; re entered my phone number 4x and got a code each time, but never accessed my account. Website broken? Feels sketchy… Called the number, first person took my info, & the new code, put me on hold and 10 min. later a new person started out at ground zero again; more info and another code. Finally a third person got on the line and I had to start over again, give them my info, then another code—just to cancel! I’m surprised for a computer based company that their call takers each have to verify who I am, they don’t seem to be connected to each other by a common system. Bottom line: we have successfully canceled and hope no one else will fall for this. Not sure why this was such a bad fit for us when others seem to be happy.

I always purchase the no sweat protection plan for my son's football accessories. If, for any reason, a product fails or breaks, Asurion will replace it quickly and easily. I highly recommend this product. The process is very easy to follow, and the value is well worth it. If you have young athletes, it's worth the small fee to cover their gear.

The overall claims experience was seamless. From submission to replacement. I was able to submit the claim in under five minutes. Shipping label was made available for free. I packaged the device and dropped it off at UPS. They received it within 24 hours and responded with a replacement immediately.

First time I've had to make a claim with Asurion. Went so quickly and smoothly that I'm still surprised and honestly a little suspicious about how it will end. It appears I will get a full refund in 24-48 hours. That will be great, and I will definitely use Asurion again for the replacement unit.

I loved Asurion home tech protection. My tv and sound bar are both about 8 to 9 years old starting to glitch out and had to start thinking about how to replace them when we don't have any money. I used my mobile home protection to replace an iPad air and I couldn’t be happier. This thing was collecting dust the last year + and I did not want to throw it away. I joined with my phone carrier, they have Asurion help with claims on most any home electronic. I tried it for $100 and 5 business days I have my iPad back and it’s the upgraded model. My old one only had WiFi, this one has WiFi+ cellular. And for me as minor as that is, it’s the little things that get me. Definitely recommending this to everyone and definitely going to use this service again.

Yes, there is a deductible but worth it based on this comparable replacement equal to original item to be repaired or replaced. I have had Asurion for multiple years for my phones, and recently in the last year acquired their home protection plan. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. The process was simple, straightforward and reasonable. The replacement option offered was very acceptable as was delivery time frame. The information required to process the claim was basic like model number and serial number. They did not ask a thousand questions to determine my eligibility. I buy nothing from Amazon without an Asurion warranty. I have had dozens of Asurion extended warranties. Asurion is by far a 5 star extended warranty company. I stopped buying from E Bay because their warranty is of poor quality!! It wasn't Asurion. Was Allstate or something! The people at Asurion are super customer friendly.

I've had mobile insurance thru Asurion for at least 10 years, added the Home tech insurance about 5 years ago. I've filed maybe 2-3 claims a year during that time. Only one time did I have a less than great experience, but it was eventually resolved and I was satisfied with the final outcome. Filing claims is so easy, mostly online with an occasional phone call. They have never given me a hard time about any claims I've made. I'm very satisfied with the service and when I tell people all the benefits I get they are always a bit jealous.

I bought multiple appliances from Home Depot in 2020 and purchased 5 year warranty on all of them. 2 years into the usage, my GE Refrigerator started making knocking noise which does not go away. For the last two years I am running around creating claims thru their portal, visited Home Depot multiple times and still no luck. Based on my experience, looks to me Asurion is playing delaying tactics thinking that by frustrating the customers they will give up. I will give one more attempt to get this resolved and then hand off the case to my attorney for action.

This company is great. I have been using Asurion for over 20 years and have always been pleased. They have not only fixed this TV, but I have had multiple phones fixed by them. It was amazing, and the phone was back working in no time. I have never used their home protect before, but when I used it today, it was amazing! The delivery was great so 4 stars for the delivery. But after I got the TV out of the box I could see that it had damage in the lower right had corner. It looks like the frame of the TV is damaged. I bought an Asurion protection plan through Verizon as my kids routinely destroy their iPhone screens. It has been helpful for the two claims on the screen replacement. However, I also submitted a claim for a battery replacement on an iPad Pro Gen 3. As no Gen 3 replacements were available, it was immediately replaced with a Gen 7 with the M4 chip. Assuming it is refurbished to factory specs, this is one heck of a win!!!

The espresso maker worked fine for almost a year. I didn't use it right away because I was just using another coffee maker until I was ready! The display that told me the temperature, on/off or if it's ready to make my espresso was always very dim and could even be difficult to see in the dark! Less than a week ago, the display showed that it went to the steam temp without my putting it on that setting! It would just show E-2 after I turned the machine on and all functions would "NOT" work at all! The espresso maker would work if I didn't let the machine warm up sufficiently which meant the water wasn't hot enough! I checked it with an instant read thermometer! Once the machine errors out, I can't operate it until it cools off for a bit! Must be a software problem or a temperature gauge problem!

Asurion has made filing a claim a seamless, efficient process. We have used them through Verizon for years to insure our phones/tablets. In 2023, we were offered a policy that would cover other electronic devices in our home beyond our phones. I never put much thought into the repair/replacement cost of those items. In the last 15 months we’ve made two claims (AirPods and Beats headphones). The claim process was simple and the turnaround was quick. In both instances we were offered a replacement. That won’t be the case for everyone, but for a small coverage payment each month, we now don’t have to pay the $$$’s to replace them ourselves. Not to mention the claim for my son’s phone that he dropped in a sink of water (full replacement). Asurion is the real deal and follows through on their guarantee. I would recommend insuring your phones, tablets, and other electronics in your home with them.

Took too long to get machine back in service (Three weeks). One week to have unit checked, one week for parts to arrive, one week to get parts installed. This is not what I call good service at all. I call customer service and they say, "Just go to the store," like really?? Why he just couldn’t come back at the designated time!

Would have been more convenient for me if LG just replaced my dishwasher. Took two visits and two separate parts to finally fix the machine. The technician, Jason, was great. It was simple to file the original repair claim with Asurion. Within a couple of days the repair company contacted me that parts were ordered. 3 weeks later I was contacted to set a date for the technician to install the mainboard. The new part failed within two days so I contacted Asurion again. They sourced a second mainboard quickly and the repair tech was here three days later to install it. OLED TV seems to be working perfectly. The whole process was very smooth.

Horrible business practices and terrible customer service. On February 9, 2025, I switched from Verizon to AT&T as part of a bundle package, establishing my first AT&T account. I had no prior claims history with Verizon or AT&T. On February 17, my son lost his phone at a trampoline park. I promptly reported it lost to AT&T, blocked the line, and subsequently filed a claim with Asurion on February 19. This claim was denied without explanation. After contacting Asurion, I was advised to file again, yet the second claim was also denied without any correspondence or justification.
Following guidance from an Asurion representative, I filed a third claim, which was again denied despite assurances that prior holds had been removed. Upon further inquiry, Asurion claimed AT&T needed to accept its Terms and Conditions, which AT&T confirmed was incorrect. An AT&T representative even joined a three-hour call with Asurion to clarify the issue, during which Asurion acknowledged that all claim details were correct and that there was no valid reason for denial. Despite waiting the advised 24 hours, my claim was denied once more, with Asurion vaguely citing that the program was "not being used for its intended purpose"—an assertion that is factually inaccurate, as the claim was for a legitimately lost phone.
This repeated denial without valid justification, clear communication, or adherence to proper claims procedures constitutes bad faith business practices. I request immediate resolution, including the approval of my claim or a detailed written explanation for the denial, as well as a review of Asurion’s handling of this matter. Additionally, I requested that Asurion provide a physical address, not a P.O. Box, where I can send correspondence regarding arbitration. As P.O. Boxes cannot receive certified mail, I do not trust the company to honestly process mail without proof of receipt. Failure to provide this information will further demonstrate a lack of transparency and accountability in handling consumer disputes. I filed a complaint on BBB to which Asurion has not responded.

It was difficult to upload the info. Being not tech savvy I had to go to the ubreak I fix store and they helped me. The staff were very helpful even the staff member trying to teach me how to upload information over the phone but in the end he told me to go to the store and let them help me. It’s a good service but I believe that people should have options to fax or e mail the information especially for the those customers who are not tech savvy.

Our neo qled tv failed all of sudden with regular use of probably 3-4 hrs a day just watching tv programs for my toddlers. Then last Monday just all of sudden it stopped working. We noticed the sound was getting off last week but now the whole screen just blinks with green and purple colors.

I was extremely impressed with the claim process. After completion of the claim application, I was immediately redirected to a site that provided 5 replacement options. I have never experienced an insurance/replacement plan that offered a resolution so quickly. Surprisingly, I wasn’t even required to upload a picture of the damaged television. No one even came to my house. I simply paid the required $99 and was provided with delivery dates. I get my replacement television in less than a week.

I had a golf glove that wore out from play. I had a one-year warranty on the glove with Asurion. I have used this item many times in the past and it performed fairly well. Many times the paper did jam and had to clear it. This last time it jammed and shut off. Unable to clear and turn back on. I was glad to see that my extended warranty was still in effect and able to use it for a return and/or refund.

Ok, I hate leave a not so good review but I have had such a difficult time trying to complete my order. It took over a week. I processed a claim. Once I got to the part to choose a TV I can proceed then once it says to choose a date the site would crash. I tried a thousand times. I called customer service and they said oh I just needed a new link sent. It still didn’t work. Why could they complete the order for me. I tried the link for well over a week. It barely worked today. I called customer service again. They said a 50 inch TV was being shipped. Which was not true. The TV is a 65 inch. It was a lot. Customer service was not helpful.

Hi, they're unfortunate and to send it a cure with my TV to where it did not turn on in the morning and I called the Asurion. I didn't even have to push a button on the computer. And after a 20 minute phone call, I had a new T. V on my way. I even got to select the model that I could get. I would recommend it to anybody who owns any kind of electrical appliances. Process of making a claim is simple. 1st locate your item in your past purchases. I purchased on Amazon, I did a search in past purchases for CD player, located the correct item, clicked on the warranty plan. Followed the steps. I will box it up and send it in. I do not anticipate any problems. The only hiccup is I don't have a nearby UPS store, I generally return Amazon to a drop off site. But, I will make a 30 mile drive to UPS store to process warranty. It is worth it.

I am a Asurion customer for decades. I paid my phone service on time including the insurance. My phone has a back crack and water damage. Now the phone is completely not malfunction. I filed a claim on 26 of January and it got denied. They are saying information provided is not matching their record. I filed on 27th of January again. They denied it. Now they said it was no usage at the time. I submit on 28th again. They denied it and they called system abuse. I am not really sure what they are mean about that. Now I am stuck. NO phone and this is business line where people called and text momentarily. I recommend everyone with Asurion plan to cancel because they will find any excuse or reason to not honor the warranty. Worst company ever. It takes a lot me to come Google write this. It is unfair to me or anyone to go to what I went through. Please be careful with them. Their main goal is to deny each claims for any excuse.

Our LG dryer was making a squeaking noise when it started but would eventually stop after 5 minutes or so. The repairman sent by Asurion arrived as promised. The repair company kept us informed of the day and arrival time. The repairman was awesome, very competent, courteous and professional. I had to submit my claim three times because of the computer kicking it out because of stupid stuff. Like one time I transfer two numbers on the claim. The next time my license expired the day before and the next time it was the picture of the screen was not cracked so you needed two pictures of the screen and I only took one. I mean come on. How ridiculous can it actually be for people to just look at the pictures that are sent and realized that it's the same picture.

Working with Asurion has been wonderful. Filing a claim like this is usually a nightmare and the service provider usually does everything they can to avoid honoring their responsibility. I had I my printer's original box, paperwork, receipt; and the single page form and photos they requested were very reasonable (and expected). I did everything requested and....BOOM....I was told I would receive the full $249.99 on a gift card so I can buy a brand new printer. They make it so easy to file a claim and the service they provide is the absolute best. I liked the phone coverage they gave me that I went with the whole home device protect also and they stand behind their word and do exactly what they say they are going to do. My son's computer started crashing and I went through their streamline process to get it fixed it took about 5 minutes and I am able to take it to their repair shop first thing in the morning to get it fixed. Whenever something happens with a newer product, it's always worrisome to contact companies about issues, especially regarding a warranty. They don't always help you, as you hope they will. My walking pad stopped working after a little over a year and a half of use, which has impacted my health journey.
