Great for holiday items. When I’m went to connect my lights for this holiday season one whole section wasn’t working. Luckily I’ve gotten this item with an extra warranty and it really paid off. I plan to buy more and continue with the holiday magic forever and ever again.

The first person I called, Angel was very helpful and well spoken. I had just received my replacement phone and we were working on setting it up. But the new phone wouldn't turn on. The screen kept flickering but wouldn't turn on. She was very sorry and put me on hold. She actually hung up on me, so I had to call again and explain the situation to Katie. Katie was also very friendly and sympathetic to all the issues I was experiencing. But she set me up for another replacement phone that was shipped overnight. Actually upgraded me to a better phone. All is good now and I'm very thankful for your team. I am not crazy about the $249.00 deductible I was charged. Even Katie thought that was too high.

I made an appointment to have the front screen replaced as it was shattered when it was dropped. I received a phone call 15 minutes before the end of the 3 hour window to let me know the technician (maybe he should call instead of having someone else as he knows approximately how long he will be) was running behind. I understand that does happen so I waited another 2 hours and still didn’t get a phone call. I called the customer service number and was told I could reschedule. I explained that I was going out of town that I needed to have this taken care of now. I didn’t really feel that I was being understood so I said I would wait a while longer.
Another hour goes by and again I am put on hold and again I am told that I can reschedule. I was also told that there was no record of previous calls. Which I can prove there was. I was given the option of changing my appointment, taking it to a place that can fix it (there are none in my area) or have a new phone sent (I am going out of town so it wouldn’t get here). I am so pissed off at this point so I said cancel the appointment and I will reschedule when I return. Now I hope the whole screen doesn’t come off.

So y'all sent this lady to my house who is more ready to leave than help me fix the problem. She was sweet, but she was ready to go when she came to my house. Tell me why my phone is still not fixed and I paid this money. Send someone else. I paid so I need y'all to fix the phone.

From the time our Oculus got sent out from California to New York and back was faster than expected. However, we received it with the exact issue that we had sent it out for. Can’t say I recommend them yet until I make a phone call and see what solution /compensation they’ll give.

Option 2: Short and Punchy. Pearl provided truly exemplary customer service. After being stood up by a repair tech two Fridays in a row, I was ready to switch companies. When I spoke with Pearl, she was knowledgeable, understanding, and showed that she genuinely valued my time. She reviewed my frustrating claim and, without hesitation, got my deductible waived and a new phone sent to me immediately. Pearl is a rare representative who makes a customer feel valued and respected. She saved the day!

Filed a claim online for a cracked screen on a Verizon phone on 9/19/25. Easy to make the claim, got an email back within minutes stating my repair would be made on 9/24 between 3pm & 5pm. Not thrilled about a 5 day wait but ok. On 9/24 at 5:30pm I called Asurion to let them know that no one had called or shown up. The guy told me they weren't scheduled to come out until 9/25 between 3pm & 5pm. I pulled up my email and it read Wednesday, 9/24/25. They couldn't explain it so I had to wait another day. But while I was on the phone they guy offered to give me this special deal on coverage for all my trouble. Took me forever to tell him NO! It was the $25 per month deal that everyone gets.
On 9/25 right about 1pm, the repairman calls and tells me he can come now if I want. His name was Barry and he was great. Came right out, worked on the phone. Unfortunately the repair part was bad. I watched him unbox it and it was new so no fault of his. He told me he would cancel the claim and for me to make another claim for next week which would give him time to get the correct part. I waited an hour and tried to make a claim online. It wouldn't let me schedule another claim. So I waited another hour and called. Got a recording that they would call me back within 23-37 minutes.
Over an hour later I got a call back. I explained the problem.... they put me on hold for 17 minutes...then I got a recording that the representative had hung up. So I called back again and spoke with a man and tried explaining to him that the phone had not been repaired and I need to schedule again. He couldn't understand the problem. Finally he transfers me to someone else (didn't tell me I was being transferred) and I tried explaining to them what happened. They tell me that they can't do anything because the system showed my phone was being repair right now.
Then the lady told me to call the repairman back and gave me instructions on what to tell him so he could fix the problem. So I asked the question...Are you actually telling me to call someone that works for you, and explain to them how to fix a Asurion problem? She said yes because she didn't have their phone number. So I offered to give her the number they called me from but now she says she can't call them, that I need to do that. So I told her I would call because I needed my phone fixed but once fixed I was calling Verizon and cancelling the Asurion coverage because I never wanted to deal with this again. I had literally wasted half my day dealing with this. She told me that was a great idea because that's how they get better. Ugh! So I called Barry...we'll see what happens. But as for Asurion.... NEVER AGAIN!

Genuinely helps me in any way I can with the tech in my home, I wouldn't go another month without this service. They helped me replace my PC speakers that I thought I had no other choice to but to throw out once the cable broke. Don't waste you money with these thieves. Buy a phone over 1000.00 they replace with completely a different device. Usually a total piece of shit. Not worth the money. They are crooks. Don't waste your time or money here, just get the runaround and get sent a POS device.

With the Asurion, AT&T HomeTech Protection plan, I am very pleased with how easy it was to submit my claim once thing got moving. I lost my phone on Aug 30, 2025 in the ocean in Vancouver, BC. My phone was from Telus and had Device Care Complete which has Asurion as the insurance provider. Lost phones are covered by the provider. The phone was flagged as lost by Telus on September 4, 2025. I have put in a total of 7 claims now trying to use both dates and Asurion claims that my phone is still active, which is completely false. One of the claims even got all the way through to me choosing my new phone, getting an email saying everything is complete and receiving a phone call from someone to gather my shipping address and saying "Everything is complete and nothing else needed from your side. Someone will call to finalize the order." 20 minutes later, the claim was denied.
I got an email after choosing my new phone that it is on backorder. I suspect they don't actually have a phone to provide me and instead of paying me out, they are trying to make me give up, which I absolutely will NOT do. I have provided emails and screenshots directly from Telus clearly stating that my phone was lost and last used on Aug 30, 2025, yet Asurion continues to deny my claims. This is clearly fraudulent and scammy behavior. Send me my new phone immediately.

Unfortunately, products seem to be built to have a limited period of use or built-in/planned obsolescence. This is a simple answer to that problem, and instead of purchasing a warranty for each item, the monthly service makes it quick, easy, and economical. We are heavy users, buying items for personal, business, and our rental properties. This makes my life easier; the service is pretty fast to use. The only way it would be easier is if it were linked directly to the Amazon account, which I hope they will do in the future.

This was the 3rd time I have had to file a claim with Asurion. Once on a school laptop, and 2 ice machines. Claims are easy to file and most are completed in less than 10 minutes. I will never buy any technical/appliance from Amazon without have coverage from Asurion. They are fantastic!

I’m now having to pay off a phone that I don’t even have because Asurion Insurance refused to replace it. Their Only reason was that it apparently “didn’t meet the terms and conditions” for them to insure the phone. Mind you it had gotten stolen from me the day after I purchased it. Therefore, it was supposed to already have insurance and then when I asked him what terms and conditions did it not meet they tell me “I have to read the whole pamphlet”…I had already had a police report with a case number and everything and they STILL would not replace it. BEWARE OF THEM!!

Our steam cleaner gave up the ghost. It was of course covered by the Asurion protection plan. I filed the claim - which was super, super easy - and received a notice that I would receive a Amazon gift card for the original purchase price of the steam cleaner. The notice said I should expect the gift card/credit in 24 to 48 hours. Nope. It came in less than 24 MINUTES! Awesome. I can't imagine why anyone would not get this plan!

Asurion supervisors committed fraud by telling me that they were going to have the OCC call me and there’s no such agency tied to telecommunications. They’re refusing to honor the Verizon Protect and replace my iPhone 14Pro which has a manufacturer problem.

Very good resolution services. I am extremely happy with Asurion. I have them through Yahoo which is a little cumbersome to file claims but the company always pulls through. I have had an iMac and a large TV both fixed/replaced through the protect program and I couldn't be happier with the results. Like I said, Yahoo is not the easiest service to file the initial claim or track through but it is amongst the lowest cost for the exact same support. I will be a customer for years to come.

Bought an extended warranty on a Frigidaire dehumidifier. The thing broke within a year. Asurion gave me a check for full replacement value. The process of making a claim and resolving the issue was super fast and easy. I am buying a new dehumidifier and will be buying a new warranty from Asurion!

After my 15-year-old TV decided to kick the bucket I went to the Asurion website and entered my information to find it was super easy to submit my claim. After submitting my claim and paying the $90.00 I was able to choose a brand-new Samsung smart TV which absolutely blew my mind. I cannot wait for the TV to arrive! The only downside is I have to wait over a month before the TV will get here! Definitely would recommend to friends and family. I would have to say it is extremely beneficial to have the Asurion home insurance.

I am so glad that I purchased Asurion protection for my humidifier purchase on Amazon in 2022. The product just wore out and I was about to buy a new one when I saw that I had the protection plan. With 3 months to go on the warranty, I was able to easily file a claim and get a reimbursement. This will go towards a new purchase of a similar product. I will definitely get the protection plan again and highly suggest anyone buying appliances does!

Phone gets stolen in Vegas. ATT rep sets up next day replacement with Asurion to deliver to Hotel. Day 1- FedEx won't deliver. I call, the address provided is technically the Hotel garage. Day 2 I call back, they won't allow a pick up or change of address. Day 3 I call back (mind you I have to go thru Hotel phone for all this at Concierge desk) and Asurion transfers me to a "expedited rep" who promptly disconnects. Get a subsequent email my claim cannot be processed. Day 4 I call back and get transferred to the "Rep" who reinstated the claim and I get an email a tech is coming next day. Day 5, tech is coming, follow online transport link. Tech arrives at Hotel. I stand in lobby at Concierge desk w Concierge to sign anything, etc. Tech never comes in. Like nobody with a package came into the hotel and both the text & phone link associated with the tech don't work, they default to Asurion.
Day 6 I call back and now I'm told FedEx or UPS will deliver the phone, and despite asking, am told nothing about the "expert" they sent yesterday who didn't have the common sense to just drop the phone off at the front desk. Spent the better part of my Vegas trip waiting on Asurion, including extra days, all for a phone they wouldn't simply deliver to ATT store or drop at Hotel Concierge. Complete lack of common sense and efficiency. Not a happy customer.

I was a little skeptical about this service when I signed up, but I have enough electronics at home that I thought it might be worth a shot. My first problem was a broken Oculus Quest 2 headset. They did charge a $100 service fee for this (which is about what I could replace it for), so that seemed a little steep and I was worried that the service fee might be the catch. The next item I had issues with was an Alienware M13 laptop. This time the service fee was $129 (which I certainly could not replace this for.) Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has electronics and kids at their house.

Paul was very patient, understanding and very professional. He guided me through the process of transferring everything to my new phone with detailed instructions. While claim process at first was easy until Asurion sent me a replacement device that started smoking and caught fire on my porch and subsequently asking for a replacement after this has been denied over and over. I’ve emailed corporate offices with no reply. Filed with BBB and the FTC and no reply yet. I’ve only asked for them to send a replacement yet nothing has been sent. Next step is legal. All they have managed to send was a package to send the damaged device that they sent me that caught on fire. No thanks. That’s my evidence. I don’t know what else to do at this point except leave a bad review.

The process was rather a convoluted. I had to call three times and spoke with four people which took an hour or more before they resolved the issue. I uploaded documents two or three times at their request and they still made it very difficult. This has been a common problem with this company for the last couple of years. I think they do this on purpose to frustrate people.

My battery life had deteriorated so that my Apple Watch could not make it through half the day. I was going to just wait for the new watch release to and get it. However, I remembered we had this service contract and decided to see if the watch was covered. Fortunately it was and I sent it off with the repair form. Two days later I get a text that the issue was covered and they showed the replacement watch. Same series but with cellular too. So, for $59 I have hopefully a just like new watch. Great service less than a week and I have answer! Hopefully I get the replacement as fast.

I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. The whole process to get this set up was easy and smooth. I got to pick whether I wanted to drop my phone off to be repaired or have a tech come to me free of charge which was super helpful as a busy working mom. You get to pick the time frame in which you want the tech to arrive and with the arrival time being between 11am - 1pm. I was extremely pleased when the tech arrived shortly after 11am. The conformation email said the process could take up to 2 hours and he only took 30 minutes! Super easy, I just handed my phone to him, he repaired my screen at my place and of and just 30 minutes I had my phone back in hand good as new! If you were hesitant to try this out please don't! It really was a fantastic and simple process ending with happy results!

I’m not sure how they have all the positive reviews here. I was sold the plan on top of the protection for 4 devices on my AT&T account and both totaled $75. I was told that home protect covered all smart home devices and also TVs, Apple Watches, nest cameras and he even said it covered cracked screens. I filed one claim on AirPods after he claimed it covered them and my husband lost one. I understood that denied claim but I tried to see anyway. But, when I had my nest camera fall off the wall and hit the garage floor, it denied it. The fall broke the lens and like the cellular phone plan, was told it covered broken lens. He sold me on the fact it covered smart home devices like that and yet I am now told it don’t cover the camera. I canceled because apparently it only covers something like a malfunction and not falling on the cement. Not worth it!

I had an issue with an item from Amazon and this plan saved my entire experience!! The seller had a no refund policy I didn’t realize until after the product started giving me issues. I had the Asurion plan and this was an essential time to use it. I had a regulator that stop working properly after the 3rd or 4th time I used it and was essentially SOL. I had a cracked screen on my I-phone and my technician-Nicholas took care of it today—-on Labor Day! Nicholas was great at communicating his approximate arrival and length of service! He was also very professional, efficient, extremely polite and most importantly to me—-took the time to interact with my 3 yr old rescue dogs. They were very leery of him at first because they were abused! Nicholas showed them some compassion and soon had them trusting him! We bought a 5 year extended warranty from Asurion on a washer and drying purchased from Home Depot. The dryer broke down and it was about 5 years and a week from the purchase date. However, HD had to order the washer and dryer and it took about a month. I had a copy of the bill of lading that had the install date on it which was just under 5 years. While on the phone I scanned the paperwork that showed the date the washer and dryer were installed, and we had use of it and the rep changed the 5 year start date to that date. Making it just inside the 5 year warranty expiration date.
They had a repairman out almost immediately and he found the heating coils gone bad and ordered them and came out a second time and installed and the dryer works great. The heating sensors were part of two separate coils so, that would have been an expensive repair. Many Thanks for not trying to weasel out of paying a claim as often the case for many extended warranties or insurance policies.

Asurion is awesome with providing factory replacement pieces and not using off brand aftermarket materials and they don't charge you an arm and a leg for it either. I was very happy to find that they would come to my location but I also have the option to go and meet them anywhere else or at one of their locations. The technician was very good about keeping in contact with me leading up to my appointment and I was very happy with how quick and easy it was to set up my appointment and absolutely overjoyed about how quickly I was able to arrange my appointment, they even have same day availability when possible.
The technician was very cool and friendly so chill that it was like I was talking to an old friend and the work he did was phenomenal, I think the whole process took maybe 10 minutes or less and my phone ended up looking brand new as if it just came off of the manufacturing line. The service tech called before she arrived and gave me a time of 45 minutes for her arrival, she was right on time. I had some trouble logging into my phone, and she did other things to get the job done. It's nice to have a viewable screen, and I'll get a glass protector for my phone now. I still live on the property in a camper trailer next to a tree row visible from either road. I have a corner lot. It was sent back to Asurion. Had a little issue with the app confirming it was me since I could not get a text because I no longer had the phone (poss I took wrong steps while on the app). Unreal process. Setup a repair for Saturday morning for my son's device, small crack in the front screen that we want repaired so we can take him and upgrade his device. We carved out our morning to be at home. I receive a voicemail half way through the window stating they couldn't come. I reschedule for Monday. Again we wait at home, a tech comes and tells us that there is nothing that they can do since my son had accepted the iOS beta and Asurion isn't trained in the beta. They instructed us to go to the "store", where the techs can handle this. Per the tech's instructions, we go to an AT&T store and wait in line. Once it is our turn, we are told to go to a "uBreakiFix" shop. We drive another 30 minutes each way out to that shop. They tell us that they also cannot handle the iOS beta and that their techs should have never to said to go to the store.
We hard reset my son's phone, which is what we were told to do by the shop worker. We reschedule to be home again for Asurion. The Asurion tech comes and says they still can't help us because a hard reset, doesn't remove the beta. I call Asurion's techs and spend 30 minutes on the phone with them and get nowhere. I then am transferred to Apple and they help me in 2 minutes. We have another tech come (4th window we sat through) and the process is completed. This was a total of hours of wait time (rescheduling to be home 3x), a total of 2 hours of driving, 30 minutes of waiting in line and 30+ minutes on the phone with Asurion. Not a single person knew what the heck they were doing, but gave faulty instructions. This was a compete joke of a service.

Thankfully I purchased this warranty because my TV died just over 2yrs out. I replaced the broken TV with another at same price. That's the good part. The bad part is Asurion's customer service stinks. I WAS LIED to on how and when the check was coming, I call back 2 days after check should have arrived in mail, and much to my surprise the person then informs me that it will be coming that evening by electronic gift card thru my email. If I haven't received it to call back, again. Thankfully it came. It was frustrating to say the least and I first contacted them on July 28, and FINALLY GOT THRU THE COMPLETE PROCESS on August 21st. Basically a whole month without your main family tv.

I have had Verizon for 7 years. My phone was stolen in Las Vegas and Asurion says I don’t meet requirements for a replacement and I don’t have the phone at all. I have over 8 lines. I wouldn't recommend it.

Following the claim was very easy. However, it did not tell me what they’re going to replace my iPad 12 Pro with. So I’m not sure what kind of iPad I will be getting to replace the one that I am sending in. It would be nice to know exactly what they’re going to do before I send my iPad in.

You simply fill out a form with order number, date of purchase and dollar amount. I simply said the item stopped working. I hit send and was instantly sent a gift card to my Amazon account for full amount. I purchased another unit.

As a busy family of five after several tech mishaps, we opted for the Asurion phone device insurance. I’m so glad we did-when it rains it pours! Some of us required multiple repairs/replacements on our devices and insurance made it incredibly easy. The absolute worst company to deal with. I made an appointment for a home service on my phone to fix a broken screen. The appointment was from 9am to 1pm. 1 pm came around and no one showed up nor did anyone call to let me know that they were coming late or would be a no show. So we call and complain and make a new appointment for the next day. 7am to 11 am. Another no show and they call at 11 am to tell me that the tech just got into work. As the day before, we found out the tech never even came into work. So on the phone with them for over an hour and no resolution. They tell that they don't have to call, sorry you had to take days off of work and that's it. Beware of dealing with this company as they are super shady and do not care about the customer. This has to be the worst company out there. Tim Stadthaus CEO do better with your company! They definitely lost me and my wife as a customer.

As a consumer, I've used Asurion for years off and on. Their business practices are "iffy" at best. Sometimes things go as they should. Sometimes not. Unfortunately, they are the primary insurance provider for electronic devices. I wish there was somewhere else to go. This month I needed a new screen. The process was easy. New screen is great! A week later, my husband's phone stops charging. It's either the battery or port. I call Sunday Aug 17, at 11:45 am and speak with Sam. There was no language barrier. He was well spoken and clear when answering my questions. Except, for the main reason for my call. Sam mentioned that he would put in an order to check the "screen" on the phone. I mentioned multiple times, it was the "charging port or battery."
Sam assured me that once the phone was in for repair, it would be checked for both. Then he went on to aggressively try to upsell me on the Hometech plan. After calling uBreakiFix. I was told the "order" would have to be put in for the "port". NOT the screen. It will cost me $119. After calling Asurion and speaking with a manager. The resolution to the issue for me would be "coaching" the agent that....gave me the wrong/false information. The manager apologetically mentioned that there was absolutely no compensation, nothing for the customer. It would "cost, them/Asurion too much." Her concerns were "only" for Asurion. Although she "understood my frustrations." When I mentioned that to her, she did not disagree.
I've had a similar experience with Asurion in the past. Sam "knew" what I needed, and chose not give me the correct information. He wanted to make a "sale." I understand "sales" and respect it. I'm in the business myself. I just don't dismiss the needs of my clients to do it. The call I made was a 34-minute waste of time. Here I am having to start this process all over again, and need my phone for work. If Sam had been forthcoming and the Manager willing to make it right. This would be a different review. But, that's Asurion. Just an fyi.

What an absolute joke Asurion Insurance has turned out to be. The Office of the CEO contradicts itself, and MobilKlinik’s operations don’t even match the display messaging of Asurion. Their Service Level Agreements? Misrepresented. Staff? Inconsistent and poorly trained. Two different members of the Office of the CEO gave me completely conflicting stories — and when I asked to escalate, I was told there’s no escalation. Cindy from Asurion admitted she has a supervisor… but that supervisor “doesn’t take calls.” Asked to speak to the CEO (since this is the “Office of the CEO”), only to be told that position basically doesn’t exist for customers.
You pay for device protection that’s sold on its “ease of use” and instead you’re put through the absolute ringer. Today alone, I had to deal with FOUR different people — the second person was outstanding, but of course, you can’t get them again when you call back. Buyers beware: RUN. Don’t waste your money on any protection plan that involves Asurion or MobilKlinik.

Asurion is awful to deal with. Their advertising on the AT&T site is misleading, and when you point out what it clearly promises, they tell you that you should have read the fine print in their legalese claims documents. When you actually do get a claim approved, the incompetence of their customer service and technicians is fully on display. The technician who replaced the battery on my iPhone BROKE the cable to the power button. He was very apologetic, and said he had put the info in his notes and I would receive an email from Asurion in a few minutes to set up a replacement phone that I should have by the following day. Hours later, no email, so I had to call Asurion. They told me the tech had not closed the service ticket, and he had 24 hours to do that, so I would have to call back the next day.
I called back the next day, and it took multiple reps and multiple calls, explaining the situation over and over until they finally scheduled the replacement. Did they send me a replacement that matched my phone? NO! I got an old refurb in black and was told that was my only choice. It was supposed to arrive yesterday (4 days after they broke my phone). It finally arrived today, 5 days after they broke my phone. Now I’m having to spend the time to transfer everything to the (used) “new” phone. Except guess what? I can’t transfer my cellular number because they broke my power button, which you have to double click to confirm the transfer!! What a joke of a company. This experience has convinced me to leave AT&T altogether after over 20 years, since they are the only reason I paid so much money for so long, to receive so little from their partner, Asurion.

I have had the unfortunate electronic failures several times. Each time I was made whole using Asurion insurance. Only 1 time did Asurion refuse to fix my Playstation 5 when the hdmi port broke, but Gamestop gave me credit towards a new Playstation 5 so it wasn't a total loss. I filed a claim for an issue with my Samsung 55" TV. The claim process was EXTREMELY easy and they actually concluded they would REPLACE my TV without sending out a technician. My printer broke so Asurion gave me $300 reimbursement, which was great! However, they charged me a $100 service fee! After taxes I received $193 which was hardly enough to get me a replacement printer nor would I be able to get it fixed for $193. Not helpful.

If I could leave a zero I would. I have been paying twice for insurance on a phone. I didn't think it was the same insurance, I thought it was for extra coverage. I paid Between the 2 insurances $790.25. It should have only been $326.25. I have paid an extra $464. Now I have to pay $299 to replace my phone. No one at Asurion could do anything, not even corporate. They kept telling me to get with my phone provider. I know the money originally went to my provider but Asurion received the money. They should be able to do something. Bad customer service.

When I looked to file a claim for a screen replacement, an appointment was setup (7.30.2025; 11am-1pm). Which the service technician never showed up for. I called back and another appointment was setup to make up for the missed tech appointment (8.01.2025; 3:00pm-5pm). The tech failed to show up for that appointment as well. Then I called back to try and setup an additional appointment, but now they're denying the claims for some reason.

My treadmill stopped working, I called customer service and they sent me a video with instruction how to fix it, unfortunately I don't have the tools (drill or Hex tools) plus the equipment is heavy. We have made numerous calls to customer service often talking after long wait to foreign reps who barely speak English. We sent numerous messages and provided all requested information including purchase receipt. Were told that we qualified for the rebate and a check would be mailed within 10 business days. It has been a month and still no check. Thoroughly disgusted with this company and will never do business with them again.

Purchased an Asurion warranty for a Automotive Scan tool I purchased from Amazon. About a year after purchase product failed (will not turn on). After months of waiting for satisfaction of repair or replacement. Getting nothing but run around. Asurion owns Ubreak I fix. Took product to them for repair. They advised me that they are not able to repair such product. Asurion keeps telling me they are trying to find a repair facility that can repair device. 4 months later and I’m still waiting

Ever since I started dealing with this company. My replacement life has been easy. Because I'm ** and barely believe in insurance but being a truck driver. I dropped my phone accidentally and broked it, they replaced it, after some few months, I accidentally dropped it again and they replaced it, I later on lost the replacement and this company stood up and gave me a new phone. I dropped my laptop and the screen got cracked so touchscreen wasn't working. They took the old one and replaced it with a newer brand. Jesus. All I did was pay the shipping fee and tax I believe. Processing is ridiculously slow! They want to be paid immediately when you get coverage but it takes 3-4 weeks to process any type of reimbursement. They are insulting and rude. You have to call them to remind them to continue processing your request.

The Guitar Center service department personnel are very courteous and professional. Smitty gave me a brochure with the Asurion telephone number and website. When I called Asurion they verified my guitar purchase as well as the Pro Coverage Plan. I was helped at Asurion by Simon who explained the process and he gave me a Service Repair number. The website to enter in pertinent information was easy to navigate. I called back a day later with another question and they were helpful. I brought my guitar to the store service department and I was told it may take two weeks. However, the repair was completed much sooner and I am a happy customer! The guitar sounds great! I am very glad that I purchased the Pro Coverage Plan!

The application and reimbursement for an accidentally damaged musical instrument was quick and easy, very surprisingly so. I was expecting a difficult process with a lot of delays! The screen of my daughter's laptop broke. When we had issues in the past it was fairly easy to set up a claim. Now I had to provide tons of information and upload documents I had already uploaded before and then STILL call Customer Service to get a claim warranted. That was a bit much. But the CS guy was wonderful and from there on, things went smooth. It makes me feel respected as a customer but needing to provide all that information was a bit much and that doesn't make me feel respected tbh.

My Samsung TV faded out to black, I could barely see my screen. I filled out a claim online, and in the span of 10 minutes I was approved for a new television. It will be here in 5 days. My washer been acting up for weeks. When I finally called for the repair the warranty had run out 7 days ago. They went ahead and approved the repair. I recommend paying the extra $ for Asurion, it is definitely worth the repair of your electronics. I have had the insurance for several years and they came through for me with no hassle. I have young kids and their items get damaged all the time. Putting out the full expense for replacement is never in my budget, thankfully Asurion is there for me.

Getting replacement earbuds through Verizon home protect was a good experience. Very easy and straightforward. I appreciate how well the mobile application was user friendly and I was able to pay the co-payment of $49 to replace my earbuds that aren't charging well and don't have very much life between charges.

Easy to file a claim and sent a gift card for the amount of the tablet same day within minutes. Never thought a protection plan would pay off but flag it did. My 8 year old son is non verbal autistic and is hard on tablets so this will be nice to have when he accidentally ruins one.

Asurion Home Plus- This company is a complete nightmare. Overpriced, overrated, and full of liars. They deny claims left and right and never actually help when you need them. To make it worse, THEY restarted my service twice without my permission after I canceled. Absolute trash — stay far away and don’t get stuck paying for this scam. I had this so called insurance for over 2 years, ZERO HELP EVER. I did everything asked to, pics of all sides, serial numbers and model, they made me jump through hoops for nothing, more light in the pics, put the tv on the floor, put the tv back on a dresser, hell I felt like I was in a pranked tv show. Not once but twice, 2 different tvs.

Just awful using with DirecTV. Customer service line keeps throwing me back in a QUEUE and the online Asurion keeps saying chat not available, to call and not able to load. Been going in circles for about 24 hours now. I'm getting very frustrated.

Hi, I did NOT receive an incentive to write this review. I love HelloBaby monitor w 4 cameras. I have had it for over six months. It's Amazing. It's not connected to the internet so I don't have to worry about someone hacking into it or using up my cell phone battery. It has its own monitor that I can "zoom in" as well. I can see the temp, play music and talk to the kids. I intend to buy another for the first floor as well. I did have to send it back to get a replacement. My monitor stopped charging. I replaced the cord. That wasn't it. Soo reluctantly, I had to send it back. I'm gonna feel blind for a little while..but it will be okay. Praying to get a replacement quickly! Stat! Don't think about! You need this!..
