I had a great experience with the repair of my laptop. I was kept informed of the status every step of the way (which I greatly appreciated). Ultimately, my device was beyond repair, but a replacement was provided immediately. The folks at UBreakIFix were terrific! I definitely recommend the AT&T Home Tech Protect service.

I’ve purchased warranties before but never attempted to use them. I felt the need this time as the beginners drone I purchased broke and not from misuse. My experience was amazing. The process was simple and this warranty company satisfied my claim immediately. I will continue to purchase warranties as needed through them without hesitation.

The insurance coverage completely covered my guitar. Extremely helpful people and quickly delivered reimbursements. Highly recommend getting the insurance as it covers broken instruments. If not broken, instruments are reimbursed and can be kept! Extremely worth it! The insurance give insurance to the player that they can use their instrument to its full potential if something were to happen to it with knowing the insurance will take care of them. If you don’t break or damage your instrument, the insurance gives you great kickbacks for your using of them!

Installer did an excellent job. Would highly recommend the firm and the installer. He Called ahead, arrived as promised and stayed until the job was done, and the system was tested. Overall, a very professional job that was not as easy as it might have looked. I’ll definitely consider using them in the future. Glad I have Asurion.

Very professional and productive company. I'd have to say having it for my insurance put me out on top. Had a 75in tv that I didn't know if would be covered or not. I can say I'm satisfied and I recommend this type of insurance for anyone who has experience devices at home or if you have kids that destroy things. 10/10.

I am so happy that I had the 3 year Asurion plan. Product broke just before Christmas and not repairable, because the plastic ball just broke off (see photo). I really loved the product and want to reorder a new one. However, I am able to order a replacement due to quick refund of purchase price. Thanks Asurion.

Once I got to Asurion, the system worked well. I would recommend an insurance plan for all your computer devices and their companions. When equipment goes out without warning, it can be devastating to the work week. The equipment plan was well worth the money, the agent with whom I spoke was comforting and very helpful. No muss or fuss from Asurion in paying the claim.

My experience with AT&T Asurion Protect Plus was great. Everything was taken care of so thoroughly and quickly! I would recommend as 10 out of 10 service. I really wish that I had known about this type of service years ago which could have saved me a lot more many than I spent the last time I had a television go bad.

This process was so quick I couldn’t believe it. Took less than 5 minutes to get a credit to my account. Incredible. Thank you so much. I knew the plans would come in handy. Super happy customer. I just purchased another ride-on toy for my son because he was sad this one broke. I didn’t even remember I bought the plan until I thought to look it up just in case. So glad I did. Thank you again.

I can’t explain the no hassle Asurion gives. It’s truly easy and simple to submit a claim. They don’t make you jump through hoops and leave you biting your nails wondering if they will cover your devices. I appreciate that ease, seeing as I’m dedicated to paying my monthly payments with no hassle so I am thankful that submitting a claim is the same.

Okay this is my first time ever filed a claim with Asurion. I have to say that my service was absolutely wonderful. They filed the claim very fast. My TV was a little older and they couldn't fix it so they replaced it with a Samsung, very nice television. I think it's actually a little bit better than mine so I'm totally satisfied with their service. I highly recommend it and I will be receiving my television probably in about a couple days. Five stars all around

I never bought an extended service warranty in the past. This was a 4yr warranty I purchased with my multifunction copier. I have used the service 2x so far: auto feed broke and autofeed would leave lines on copies and faxes. Both problems were resolved within 2 weeks, no shipping cost to me either way and the phone reps were very helpful and efficient.

Once I got through the voicemail system, I made an appointment with Asurion to come out to look at my dryer. They did contact me the morning before to let me know they were coming between 12 and four and the repair man, Peter was on time, was very friendly, nice professional, and repaired my dryer very quickly and suggested I get my vent cleaned out which I have made an appointment to do After Christmas. Peter did a wonderful job. I was very happy with his service and Asurion right now and surface. !

This was very easy to do and I appreciate the easiness of it and keeping your word. I was thinking like everything else this was going to be a tedious long drawn out process and it was not. It was very easy and they didn't they just kept their word and it's I'm very very grateful. I purchased the insurance on my phone that I did when I did because it was a refurbished phone and it just worried me and I'm completely impressed by these conditions company.

I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to use my protection plan. I will buy them from now on no doubt. I spent months looking for filters with no luck and all I had to do was use my protection plan. Hats off to Amazon. I was so frustrated but not anymore.

My 55" Samsung started developing white circles on the screen several months ago. Since we had purchased Asurion through AT&T, I thought I'd investigate the process of a replacement. If I under correctly, several replacements are offered. Pick one which will be sent to my home for no additional charge. Initially, I paid $99 today for the claim transaction to continue. After my questions to verify the info the CS operators were telling me... this transaction seem too good to be true, yet I trust what I was told.

Smooth seamless experience without all the hoops to jump through that normally make these situations not worth it. I have had this insurance for 3 years with very little issue. First time I have had such a seamless experience. This insurance isn't expensive and certainly comes in handy when your electronics go out and you don't have the money to replace it.

Replacement of a Samsung 85” Smart TV was the easiest claim I have ever filed with any company ever. I called, supplied the required information. And was IMMEDIATELY approved and sent a choice of 5 replacements, which my choice will be delivered in 3 days! This was definitely the best experience filing a claim ever. No hassles what-so-ever!

AT&T HomeTech Protection is a great service. I recommend it to everyone who have electronics since it covers almost everything most people own, TVs, tablets, ear buds, PCs,. They also will install TVs and come to house to fix wifi and connection issues. When you make a claim and it is approved They will repair or replace it.

I have had ASURION for a few years and have always been satisfied with their response. I just had a 70 inch TV replaced. I definitely encourage others to join, the monthly charge is better than the replacement cost for a new game console, I-pad, laptop, or any other electronic equipment you may have.

We experienced the problem on a Saturday morning, called it in and received an appointment for the following Monday morning. The technician kept us advised on his arrival, got here on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 30 minutes. It doesn't get any better than this. I don’t ever remember being disappointed that I have purchased these plans! I love how easy it is for me to look up older purchases on my Amazon account. I was thrilled to find out in this case that although our Ash Vacuum Cleaner was 3 yrs old (I only thought it was 2). The plan I had purchased was for 3 years. The days the plan allows for shipping covered this product as it just quit working suddenly today which was 3 days passed my order date of 3 years ago. We were VERY pleased with this product and it has worked perfectly until this morning when sparks flew! I am so thankful to be able to replace it.

It was very easy to go through the process and they were very quick to get back with me and furnished me with a good variety of items to go through for my replacement and I will continue to stay with the home replacement policy because of it. The company find any excuse to not honor their claims even when it's written on their policy, Amazon Asurion insurance transfer the claim to them and they send it back to Amazon. There's a fraud on their assurance.

My Name is Ricardo **, I am a very upset customer, my product was Asurion home plus which I had to cancel on December 5th 2024. I would like to add up for everyone that's tempted to get this service please just stay away from Asurion, their service is really really sketchy. My situation was as follows. I got plenty of electronics at home and I work on construction, some things I use constantly will break often, so then I broke an Ipad and said oh well. Luckily I just got Asurion service to do so... Well..... turns out Asurion has fine print that apparently you can't claim anything within certain amount of time 30 days it was said, even though my claim went in 45 days later, they still rejected the fix because according to them I wasn't within timeframe.
Anyhow I am not the only case, there are plenty of angered people out there that paid for this service and got their repairs rejected also the iPad I broke was an Ipad 9th, if the device costs 250 dollars they want 100 dollars for each claim you make on top of what you already pay every month and when I went to see how much was for the parts off Amazon to just fix it myself parts are only 70 dollars so well the point here at least on my point of view it is not worth to get their service because it's just not, if you want to get their service anyway there is a lot of chance that you will experience the same exact thing, so have good luck and I hope this helps people out there.

I would definitely recommend purchasing the Asurion product protection plan for any item that it is offered on. Claims are easy to file and they do give you your money back if there is a problem. Mine was on a replacement canopy that ripped at the seams about 7 months after I bought it. Full refund.

I recently had an issue with my TV that was both puzzling and frustrating. After watching for a while, the TV would suddenly turn on and off whenever a show went to a commercial. The same problem happened while using apps, and turning the TV off at the end of the day was nearly impossible—it kept switching back on. Entering a claim has changed radically. In the past you could get your replacement the same day and the orders would cross in the mail so you did not go without a computer for long. Now you need to mail it and then they respond with options and finally send it. I am still waiting for the replacement iPad and believe it will take 5 days until I receive the machine!

The team of Paul & Pol provided Asurion based Home Tech Device service(s) of installing 2 wall-mounted tv's & setting up theater surround sound. To do this also required the dis-mounting of the tvs in the space. The duo was OUTSTANDING in their knowledge, flexibility, accommodation & their guidance on what additional set-up equipment would be needed. They were professional, courteous, thorough & quick in completing the plethora of projects scheduled. They went above & beyond in every way - I would request them for my every need if possible.

The technicians were prompt, immediately begin to take off their shoes out of respect, I informed them it was not necessary but appreciated their gestures. They informed me of everything they were going to do, asked me did I want anything particular or needed them to do anything different. They plugged all my cables into tv & left the place clean.

Well, I thought it was kind of nice that they were going to replace my laptop with something brand new seeing how my laptop was still in perfect great condition from the year. I bought it besides the hard drive going out and whatever else was up what’s wrong with it but I really appreciate them. Sending me a brand new laptop through LG. It’s really cool so now I’ll have 22 new laptops to work on instead of an old one and a new one. Instead of a old one and a new one thank you, AT&T.

Actual filing a claim November 27th Then Chat on December 3rd: Filed, then they needed pics for products, front and back, send screen captures of your product receipt, send picture of your Asurion receipt, wait 3-5 days. Then they tell you it's in process, that's all, NO prepaid mailer to send out to repair shop. Go to live chat, as no place to call them, took 50 minutes, Asurion still couldn't figure out how to get my prepaid mailed email to me, then they open and refiled the claim again. Now I have lost 7 days and in the process of starting all over and I had to resubmit the same pictures all over again and they claim it's another 3-5 days to approve a claim, that was already approved. Yes, this happens every time I deal with filing a claim with asurion, every time. Asurion claims easy 5 minutes filing, claims processed fast. Nope
My experience using them multiple time has been delays, multi chats, everywhere from 7 to 20 days to get an item sent out and then another 5-20 days to get it repaired or Amazon gift card. They are fast in taking your money for the warranty but it's like pulling teeth to get them to get the claim filed correctly and processed. This was not like this 4+ years ago, so something has changed at asurion and for the worse. So while you do eventually get a repaired, replaced or gift card, it's like a month before its all done, they need to figure this problem out. Pictures are the items that failed, hearing aids for my 86 year old Dad who since November 27th has been without them trying to get these files, repaired or amazon gift card, as promised by asurion

Our smoker stopped working on Thanksgiving Day. After trouble shooting with the user manual and rechecking all connections we realized this awesome smoker was done for. Filed a claim!!! People!!!! I had a problem with my ice maker. I got on and filed a claim. It was handled easily and quickly. So glad I purchased the product to insure my item. The cost was not very much but paid off when my ice maker was not working properly. I have used this insurance in the past. Sometimes I did not need it but this time I did. I recommend this to anyone purchasing an expensive or non-expensive item.

I was skeptical about the plan when I purchased it 2 years ago. I could not be more satisfied with the ease of filing and how fast claims are handled. Asurion is a great company, and I have filed 3 claims one for a laptop one for a phone and most recently a TV that stopped working. All my claims were handled quickly and effective. Asurion is a COMPLETE SCAM. I pay $20/month so if something happens to my phone it can be replaced efficiently. The amount I have paid at this point is far more than a replacement phone is even worth, but I was willing to do it for the security of having my phone replaced quickly and easily. As a small business owner and single parent I RELY on my phone for EVERYTHING. I filed a claim last week, expecting a replacement in 24-48 hours as indicated. I received first a message that my phone had shipped, and then a second message that actually, it was unavailable on back order, with no indication as to when it would arrive.
When I called through their obnoxious automated system to finally reach an individual, they made me jump through hoops of cancelling the claim and calling back again 4-6 hours later to refile. They promised me the phone would come the next day. That was 3 days ago. Again, I couldn't access any tracking info, so called through their system again, and was told it would come today. Now tracking is showing it will arrive Tuesday. That is a WEEK after I filed the initial claim, and who knows if that will even happen!! Needless to say I am beyond frustrated and highly advise against wasting your money with this scam of an insurance company. All they did was placate me with lies and I still don't have a phone. I could have replaced my phone the same day for less money without all this hassle. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE.

Tech was very good. Replaced the electrical board. Everything was fine until use the oven and stove. 3 days later I get an error code FO B11 ERR. So now I have to call back to find out what the issue is. The range is only 4 years old. This is the 3rd tech visit. Now going on number 4.

We have bought the Asurion warranty on several items over the years, most recently on some batting gloves. The warranty has always been worth it for peace of mind that our products are covered in the event of accidental damage. We've never had an issue when making a claim. I lost my new iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB on Oct 11 2024, I purchased on Oct 8 2024. I filed the claim the next morning so, I could get live help if needed. The company did approve my claim and charged me $275 deductible and shipped my device, the company very next day cancels my claim automatically stating “our licensed insurance reviewers have declined your claim”. When asked for further details, they had no answer. Meanwhile, I called the insurance company to ask about how to resolve the issue, the agents refiled the claim, and again got it declined after several calls daily for about 1.5 hr a day and hearing the same thing and all the agents force you to refile the claim and not mentioning the exact reason of denial, we reached to Nov 17 2024.
When I stayed on the phone for 3 hrs, the staff keeps going back and forth like usual transferring me to ATT and Asurion, just shuffling my call, asking me to pay off the device from my own personal finance claiming that, "You make enough to pay off this device". They finally got asurion. So called “ACS” staff and the lady claim that “I bypassed and approved your claim myself. Sorry for the hassle and your replacement will be at your way tomorrow. You will receive an email for confirmation.” I waited for the email like crazy for about next 15 hours, I make a call again just to make sure they again cancelled and put me in the same situation again. So they left me with no choice to give public awareness, and not get in their scam.

I don't think we could have had a better experience. Anytime there was a snack they kept us aware and they were on top of everything every step of the way. We are very satisfied indeed. The only issue we had was with Chrome because we had problems getting our model and make numbers from a faded old sticker but that had nothing to do with these guys. They were awesome.

My Samsung TV's power went out and wouldn't turn back on. Verizon Home Protect with Asurion were able to cover my TV. The website offered replacement options, but the replacement options were a downgrade from my current TV (my TV was QLED and the replacement options were UHD). I voiced my concern over the phone and the technicians were able to send a check with the value of my current TV so I can choose to use the money towards a new TV or the repairs for my current TV. The technicians were all very friendly and helpful.

The easiest claim I've ever made!!! In a household of 7 our alliances get used, hence the warranty purchases. I always dread doing a claim though because it's always a 2+hrs cluster of madness and multiple transfers and excuses before the problem is addressed. I take extreme care of my belongings so when I have to make a claim it is for a valid reason and paying for a service that is that big of a hassle is frustrating. This experience was the complete opposite of a hassle!! I'm only at the 1st stage but even that was easier than anything I've ever experienced! The claims process is extremely easy. They are very fair with their replacement values when a components cannot be repaired. Once concern reported, tech responded. Part ordered to correct. Scheduled for Wed. of the coming week. Within 5 days part received and installed. Apparently this was an issue with my model. For the customer, they should maintain a few, unless the supply was exhausted. A person with a family would have struggled with this solution. Tech was knowledgeable and in and out quickly with the replacement. Issue was the UR code interrupting wash cycle with an unbalanced load. Very frustrating to continue washing to get the load complete.

I was offered this protection from a sales rep and sure the monthly fee was fair so I opted in. I am so glad that I did because my tv just gave up and when I filed a claim it was surprisingly hassle free and the happiest I was. This was a sad experience because I learn that Fitbit as we know it is a thing of the past. Now, I must forge ahead with what opportunity Asurion has afford me with a replacement. My important external drive would not turn on. I very easily started a claim through the Asurion site. Next, I brought this non-working drive to my local Ubreakifix Asurion store. They were able to disassemble, power up drive and transfer my precious data to new drive that I provided. Amazing. Transfer was part of my Home+ plan. Asurion online honored my claim for faulty hardware and reimbursed my claim. Truly wonderful! Very, very pleased. Can't say enough about how kindly & efficiently I was treated. Thank you.

I have used Asurion multiple times for my Verizon devices and also with Home Protect (all of my other devices). Every time I've had to file a claim it was a breeze and timing of my replacement and cost were stellar. Will use over and over. Absolutely worth the monthly payment to protect my devices....and dealing with customer service has always been a good experience. I usually get really very pleasant people to talk to who help me out.

The phone representative was very patient while I was trying to find watch model number which was very hard to find since it was removed from watch app. A second rep had to help me access a UPS label. That young lady helped me retrieve the label. Great customer service!

Terrible company. I have been paying $25 a month for several years for this protection program and they won’t repair/replace my broken tv. What a scam they are running. I keep calling for help and they won't make things right. There are always excuses. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

I will recommend getting this protection, because they stand by what they say. They list all items that is covered due to different type of damages. They will not hassle you, but you will have to present a picture of your item that you are protecting. I had a heating press machine that fell off a table due to getting tangles with another machine cord and they covered the damages with gift card through email.

When I first heard about this service, I was skeptical, but there was a promotion to get TVs hung on the wall for almost free, so I added it and this has been the best investment. Electronic items don't have a lifetime of service, so to have a plan that helps me repair and/or replace a non-functioning item makes sense. Purchased (Over $500) extended warranty directly with GE for our GE Cafe Refrigerator which is 1 year old. GE did not advise that the insurance was not with them but with Asurion. A month later we had a problem with our refrigerator and Asurion sent a Sears repairman who ordered parts & said parts would be shipped to us and they would then come to install. Sears came back and physically damaged our refrigerator when trying to remove water/ice dispenser front display and at that time said the refrigerator may have to be replaced by GE based on his inspection! Asurion sent another contractor (Fixar) who took pictures of the damage and assessed problem and said they would be back.
Then we received an email from Asurion stating our claim is denied because our refrigerator has physical damage even though it was caused by their subcontractor!!! 10/1/24 spoke to Asurion & disputed the denial and to just repair the mechanical problem. They had to email a higher department for them to review & respond in 3-4 days but they never responded. Today, 10/9, spoke to another supervisor and said all he could do is send another email requesting our repair and that they would get back to us in 3 days. It is almost 2 months now (since July) and still dealing with a door dispenser that the flap will not close so therefore cold air is constantly escaping which is causing huge chunks of ice to accumulate in our freezer!

Had a problem with my induction stove not heating up water anymore. Was apprehensive about having to file a claim but it was super easy. No hold to jump through, just a quick online for to fill out. Asurion as a company plus their representatives are a joke and lack customer service skills. Imagine paying for insurance on your mobile devices religiously and something happens to your device and you have to file a claim? Should be simple right?… Wrong!!! My mobile device was damaged on 16 September 2024. I went to my local AT&T and a customer service agent helped me start a claim on the same day 16 September 2024. I received my confirmation from AT&T/Asurion of my appointment for 10 days later which would be 26 September 2024 around 3pm-5pm. A hurricane pushed through the area so I decided to be proactive and call Asurion to make sure we still had our appointment after going through 2 representatives at Asurion on a 14 minute call I was reassured the appointment from 3pm-5pm was still a go for today and I would receive an email or text from the technician which I never did.
I decided to go to the address listed on my appointment email and waited nothing so I called Asurion once again and the representative I spoke to told me I would have to be rescheduled and the next day they could get me in is 5 October which is ridiculous and would be almost 20 days after my claim and I would be unavailable because of work. The representative then informed me that my services was canceled and I told her that couldn’t be right because I called earlier and was told everything was still a go. The day my phone was damaged I went ahead and bought a new device, but I need a lot of information that my damaged device has on it.
Which is why I did not mail in the device and was reassured Asurion could get me in which was well passed a decent time, but when I’ve had to file my insurance claims things have been a breeze but this time has been a bust and I’m quite upset with the Company for their lack of even trying to make this right. I wish Apple would open stores for repairs & charge a deductible for their devices I would gladly pay so I wouldn’t have to deal with Asurion but these days we just have to deal with companies like this because they value the dollar more than helping their customers. The lack of care and concern was truly amazing. I hope the calls are recorded because not only did I call, but my husband did too. I hope this review and my calls are used for training purposes because Asurion needs to hear where they went wrong.
**Update 7 October 2024. Today is the appointment for the phone to be fixed and I have called Asurion and was reassured my repair was still set today. I tried to track the repair tech's location and the same thing happened. I could not track them. My appointment has came and went. I’ve called and tracked everything. Was good to go and nothing in their end. I have been at the location early and haven’t left. At this point I’ve been scammed by Asurion and AT&T. I pay for a insurance monthly on my AT&T bill for Asurion and I’ve been left holding up to my end and they haven’t provided the service as obligated. This is sad. Waiting on an appt since 16 September 2024. It’s gotten canceled without notice 45 mins before the window ended last time. I called and so did my husband and was rescheduled for today and nothing again. This is not right! I wish there was an option to hear how many times we’ve called. This is unacceptable!!!

I really like how easy it is to file a claim. It's also generous to allow the free shipping and I can just drop it off at UPS. I got the email quickly so I could give UPS the broken IPAD the same day. That's pretty convenient. I also don't have to pay for Asurion on a separate bill, it's built into my phone bill so I always know what I'm paying for each month. The only thing I could change is have it cover phones.

We purchased the insurance for our espresso machine and when it started sputtering and making a gut off of noise it took me literally 5 minutes to file a claim. I made a claim for my 65in Samsung QD-Oled about two weeks ago. Asurion said they would replace the TV. They sent me a link for inferior replacements. None of the tv’s were Oleds. Since Asurion couldn’t replace the Oled. They said they would reimburse me. The reimbursement isn’t enough to cover the TV but I said fine. I’ll just add the rest. Asurion has yet to deposit the money into my account. Asurion is a rip off. I’ve done everything correctly. I’m going to contact the Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle ** from the Bureau of Consumer Protection. And my wife is contacting the Better Business Bureau and the FCC.

My Apple Watch went face down to my bathroom tile floor, shattering the screen badly. I remember I had Home Coverage and called Verizon. They gave me the TN to call and open a claim. The representative was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I explained what happened and she email me a QR Code to take the watch to UPS. It was all taken care of. I had to get a replacement. Asurion sent me a text and offered two Apple Watches for my selection. I selected the one I wanted and I’m waiting for them to send me a text once the replacement is shipped. Thank you.

My experience with Asurion was extremely pleasant, the service agent Jameson was polite and patient. I am not computer savvy, but he was patient with me every step. It was easy to file the claim, and hassle free. My tv blacked out, I explained what happened and Jameson took it from there. I was given the choice of two different models, and asked to select one. I chose the one similar to the other tv, and it suits me just fine.

I had a Phillips 65-inch TV and one morning I turned on the TV with the remote, but nothing happened. I checked the plug, and it was OK. I looked for a reset button and couldn't find one. Determined that the TV could be fixed, I held on to it for over a year. Then I remembered that I had Asurion. Hesitating, I finally decided to put in a claim. Towards the end of the paperwork, I needed to sign the document. There was no way that I could download the document and scan it back into the computer. I called Asurion and a representative, Bell, started to assist me. She informed me about Docu Sign. She took me step by step through the process and we got the form signed. Within a few days, my claim was approved, and I am waiting for my replacement 70-inch Fire TV. Thank You Asurion.

I purchased TV and extended 5-year warranty in 2020. Recently Sept 2024 my TV lost its picture but still had sound. I called Asurion, they listened, they looked up my purchase, found a repair facility close by and forwarded a service request directly to Hagopian, and emailed a copy to me as well. They called, set up an appointment, they came, troubleshot and left with my TV. A week later they brought my repaired TV back, did an operational check and I signed off on the service request. No additional cost to me whatsoever! If you’re considering whether extended warranty is worth it, all I can say is I won’t purchase another electronic item without it!

We opted to get insurance for our whole house dehumidifier because of the environment that it would be working in, the basement. After a year of excellent performance the device became less effect and then had no effect at all. We were just past the manufacturer’s warranty. The peace of mind that Asurion offers for such a low price is worth more than I realized. We will be able to replace our dehumidifier with no trouble at all and extremely quickly. In my opinion worse company ever. They never disclosed how much my deductible for a replacement of my iPhone 15 plus was going to be after paying a monthly insurance payment of $17 a month. As it turns out my deductible that I was charged was $275 and I had to agree to it before they sent the replacement phone. Neither did At&T who forced me nor Asurion ever provided me with the terms and conditions and when I complained to both of the companies they both passed the buck back and forth with neither company taking the responsibility of disclosing the terms and agreements or reduce or waive the deductible.
It took Asurion 46 days to send me a replacement phone. In my opinion neither company can be trusted and if I can’t trust a company I won’t do business with them and in my opinion you shouldn’t either. Even an AT&T phone agent told me that he would never recommend Asurion. He stated that Apple Care would have been the better way to go. If I could give both companies a huge negative rating to match my deductible I would in a heartbeat.

Called 09/23/2024 to report my phone screen had been cracked. Was told they wouldn't be able to send me the same phone but gave me another option and said it would be sent out next day. Get to the payment and put in card information just to get redirected to another representative. They say that they can't see the payment on their end and to give it a few days for it to confirm and should have your new phone within 2 or 3 days now.
After 4 days (09/27/2024) call back again because I have not received one email, text update and it still doesn't show a claim online. After speaking to another representative for the third time this week they have to re look up the claim and say they do have the payment but that the claim was lost or they are now having problems with their system and now it's going to be up to 3 business days for just the claim to even show up on the account. Am I ever going to get a replacement? What is the point in having this insurance for years when they make it impossible to get your device replaced/fixed. This entire process has felt like nothing but a scam.

Submitting the claim to get a replacement was seamless. Received the new replacement TV without any issues. The replacement was defective and Asurion provided a replacement. Be aware of an issue with taking the replacement back to Best Buy for an in-store replacement. Apparently, Asurion and Best Buy does not have this setup. I took the defective product back and spent close to 2 hours in the store trying to get a replacement with no success. I had to take the TV back home and ship it back and once they received it then they sent me a link to order a new replacement. It was a lengthy process. My advice if you’re in the same situation is to choose the option to ship the it back.

The process of filing the claim and having my product replaced could not have been any easier. I highly recommend Asurion, they are very efficient and wonderful to deal with. The representative I dealt with was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you for the unexpectedly easy claim process. It was very much appreciated!!

At first it was pretty difficult for me to submit a claim through Asurion, but after speaking with customer service, they made it very easy for me to process a claim. I had a great conversation with one of the representatives. He was able to block me through the whole process.
