As you all know, we can't live without our mobile devices nowadays, so when my phone got shattered at 930 at night on a Wednesday, I thought I was screwed. I put in a claim right away, and the phone was shipped at midnight from TX and I had it in NY by the next day at 6 pm. Super impressed.

I love Dicks sporting goods replacement plan. If you break something, hope you save that receipt. Being a fisherman, fishing poles break all the time, even if you knock it over in the garge like I did, and the tip breaks off.

The Asurion's insurance and process of phone replacement has been so helpful in the past few months, that it would be unfair not to leave a review. I have replaced my phone because the screen was cracked, and within the next 6 months I lost the phone altogether, but Asurion was there both times and this made a huge difference in my experience with insurance services across board. A big thanks to AT&T and Asurion.

Process went incredibly smooth and fast! After cracking my Google Pixel 7's screen, I dropped the phone off around 2:00 p.m., and the site called back at 3:15 p.m. to pick it up. Incredible business process!

I think the process was very easy. I think they should do something in regards to the deductibles to where they allow them to eat the bees spread out in payments or for you to be able to pay an extra fee while you’re paying for your monthly service fee for the insurance that would either lower that deductible because you’re paying that extra fee or eliminated all altogether so that’s something I think would be great but other than that the actual process was pretty easy for the replacement.

I found the process for filing for a replacement phone simple, clear, and precise. I was able to get through the whole thing without needing to seek assistance, and I'm definitely not computer savvy. This is a wonderful service.

The multiple times I talked with your technicians they were very kind and knowledgeable. It was unfortunate that we were unable to get the computer up and running as it should be. I believe it is the computer itself that is the problem. I pursued the avenue they recommended, to no avail.

The insurance was well worth it. My husband lost his phone and he was 6 hrs away from home. We don’t know if it was stolen or what but it was turned off so we couldn’t find it. There was no questions ask and my husband was sent a new phone. We received it the next day and the person who helped set it up was wonderful.

I damaged my phone and it would not start. I went to Verizon store to get my old phone activated as a temporary replacement, and they told me I was covered by Asurion. I went to the Asurion website and within 5 minutes I had completed my claim, had it approved, and a replacement phone will be delivered tomorrow!!! My broken fold is a Pixel Fold, which I have grown to love, so to get it replaced so soon is amazing. I was ready to spend a lot of money for a new one, so this is amazing.

They made it easy to enter a claim for replacement phone. Have always had positive experience with them for the replacement or repair of phones or laptops. They either issue a newer model for a small copay or they repair current model for free at a local store. We have had Asurion insurance for many years & every experience has been very positive.

I have been with AT&T for years and I personally have never had any issues with the phones I have purchased. I'm very pleased with the service received from AT&T and the coverage they provide. The Technician was very knowledgeable and nice. He explained why our fridge freezer combo was working on and off. Also, he was on time. I thought only the ice maker and freezer were affected. But after the repair, I found out that the refrigerator wasn't working correctly.

When I purchased the scooter for my son, I never thought we would need insurance for it. But a year later, I have to submit a claim. My son fell off the scooter. It completely died on him. Luckily, he was not seriously injured. So, if we get the full refund on the scooter I purchased for my son, which is dangerous and I will never purchase again. I’d say this will be the best and easiest insurance policy.

Customer service is hard to get a hold of. Once you do they just keep passing you around to other people so that you can’t cancel your insurance. I would not recommend to anyone. When you have a claim they charge you more than the device is worth. And keep billing you monthly.

I had an issue with my auto baby monitor about five months after the warranty expired. I felt bad because all the website was helping me with was troubleshooting suggestions, but then it reminded me that I purchased the insurance and asked me if I wanted to utilize it. It literally took me a few minutes to get my claim, started and processed. The filing and resolution was super easy and I would highly recommend this insurance to anyone purchasing a product where this is an option.

Filed a claim on the 10th, deductible was withdrawn same day. Never received a follow up email after the 10th. Called on the 19th to check status, phone was not available. Did not receive a call nor an email informing me. Representative had to request a different phone, and we have to wait another 5-7 days. Received updated claim email then another email that this phone is also on back order. No help from Asurion offering any other solution. Extremely frustrating.

My iPhone took a tumble, shattering the glass. Having insurance on my phone I went through its process. I brought my phone in to the store and was told maybe half an hour. I stepped outside for a quick smoke while I waited. By the time I finished my cigarette, my phone was done. Being a Verizon customer they even threw on a screen protector! Fast & friendly, wiling to go that extra mile to make sure you are happy!

I have been charged with a subscription for $24.99 for months and I could not find who the subscription was even from. After hours of research and telephone conversations with my carrier, Apple, and one pay, I found out it was Asurion HomePlus 230202002535298 Nashville TN. was charging me. After contacting them for a subscription I never even heard of they want nearly $30.00 dollars for me to unsubscribe. In my opinion this is fraud covered up in red tape. The payments came from me for a subscription I never subscribed to, Asurion, in the first place (and would love to know The Who and The How) and they have the audacity to ask me to pay $30.00 more for unsubscribing is a total slap in the face. You all should be ashamed of themselves!

We’ve had Asurion Home Device Protection for some time and it has been extremely valuable. Many of our electronics and larger appliances were purchased around the same time, and as they’ve reached the end of their shelf life, the coverage has helped us replace or repair them without financial stress. I have always declined insurance for sports gear and supplies because I know they will likely be damaged over time. I'm uncertain about how they will evaluate any claims or the judgment they will use to determine reimbursement. However, this time I took the risk, and I am glad I did it. I bought a $60 football gloves + $9.99 insurance for a year for my teenage daughter. We did over the summer, then at mid-season is some tears, holes on it, and I went on the website, fill out basic information that was in the purchase receipt, print out the USPS post, drop it off and once was scanned took less 24 hours to receive an email with the full $60 to get another item. No questions asked, any product that I want to get, and done.

Asurion's business dealings with me were so bad that I personally feel they should either be shut down and replaced or the CEO needs to be fired because clearly someone is incompetent in getting the job done, which is a very simple job to send my replacement phone. I paid to send my phone, but no. It won't be four days or even five days, it'll take NINE DAYS to send my replacement phone.
Mind you, I asked if I could please drive to the Oracle location here in town and pick up a phone but no. Nor could I get a tracking number for the phone that was supposedly still coming in the mail at the end of this hour-long call. It was outrageous to be passed from person to person who had no clue what I was talking about while I was sitting here looking at the forty-dollar receipt charging me for the phone I STILL haven't received. I'd say Asurion is bad business, but that's being too nice. It's easy to buy a new cheap phone the same day and skip insurance altogether which is exactly what I'll be doing from now on.

Quick easy and efficient. Just what I’d expect from a good insurance company like them. My iPad screen completely shattered and for just $99 I got a whole brand new one on the way. Setting up the return was literally just a matter of answering a few questions and then choosing how I wanted to send my broken item back. Like I said, easy and efficient.

When my 2.5 year old printer died it didn't take Asurion 5 minutes on the phone to issue a gift card for a replacement. I will never purchase anything again without purchasing this very valuable insurance. And their prices are quite reasonable. Bing, bang, boom, a brand new replacement printer will be delivered soon.

Asurion is the best, they guaranteed my repair for 90 days and the second company Bene Technology did a wonderful job fixing my dryer when the Goodman Home Services never came back to fix the dryer, the tech came was here no more than 10 min and said he would order part and never came back. Bene Tech came and dryer fixed in 15 min with new Control Panel.

This is not the same Asurion I dealt with 10 to 20 years ago.. I used to dread filing a claim. I give then 5 stars outta 5!!! Very easy to schedule the service and it didn't cost me a dime!! I have Asurion through AT&T and I have had my phone repaired multiple, multiple times. Each time, a professional tech came to me, fixed my phone in 30 minutes or less, and returned it to me as good as new. Filing a claim on the website couldn't be easier in my opinion, and it doesn't take forever. Most of the time, the tech will come out the day after you file your claim. I haven't had any negative interactions with Asurion whether it's online, on the phone or in person. I highly recommend Asurion to anyone with electronics so that means literally EVERYONE!

My phone got cracked and I had no access to my email or text. Phone was broken. I had to go to the UBreakiFix store and use their phone to get an order processed over the phone to get it fixed. My Technician, Adrian, was exceptional! He arrived with all of the equipment and parts necessary to repair my LG French door bottom freezer Refrigerator. He had the issue diagnosed, the compressor removed and replaced in one hour. The LG Customer Service Team is excellent as well, responding immediately to my concern that the compressor was making a sound like an airplane engine and would probably go out soon.

From the very first contact that I had with Asurion Home Plus I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. There are technicians and phone people are knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I cannot remember a time when I've dealt with more courteous people. I had a claim denied, but I also had a claim honored, and it made total sense. Why? And I appreciated it? I certainly think I got the value out of the program. I wish I could afford the appliance program. But I don't own my appliances yet. When I do move into my own home, I will get the home appliance as well as the Home Plus. The value is certainly worth it exponentially!

I have had a complete runaround with Asurion and a even worse experience with the delivery driver. She hung up in my face and stated she had other deliveries to tend to. Completely rude and unprofessional. A ** lady named Teresa was the description of my delivery driver. She really needs disciplinary actions because never have I had a Asurion driver so disgusting! I recommend getting extended coverage on your purchase for Asurion products. I had bought my husband the electric cordless snow shovel for Christmas. He was so happy with it because he will be 80 years old on February 8, 2026. He is still shoveling a path and cleaning off my car so I can get to work. I wanted to save his back as he has been down with it in the past. He loved it, however; when he used it for the first snow that he was able to use it on which was January 30-in Dublin, VA he made one pass from the door to the fence (for the dog) to my car and the front walk and it blew up. He thought the battery needed charged more. He plugged it in and it was green so he knew the battery was ok. He continued to troubleshoot but it wouldn't fire up again. Unfortunately I had to use the extended warranty I purchased and they immediately refunded my money. Well worth the extra money.

I bought a refurbished phone from the My Verizon website. After a few hours on the phone with Asurion it was determined that the phone was damaged and would not be able to make or receive phone calls. The agent agreed to send me a new phone. I told her 3 times where to ship the new phone. I asked her to confirm and repeat the address back to me. Later that evening I received an email with a shipping info on the replacement phone. It was being shipped to my old address. I contacted Asurion via Chat after many dropped conversations and 2 hrs later I was told that Asurion contacted UPS and corrected the address.
The next day I received another shipping update the phone is still on track to be delivered to my old address. I called Asurion (on a borrowed phone) and was told my only recourse was to cancel my order. So I did. I went to the local Verizon store to see if they knew a way to fix this. I was told that my acct is locked and Asurion out a loan against my account for the replacement phone they sent to the wrong address. So now I'm obligated to pay for a new phone that I never got. Asurion is the worse!

The team fixed what Apple technicians said was a goner! My laptop is an older model and apple assured me there’s no fixing it and that I should buy a replacement. I reached out to Asurion and within 10 days it was returned to me in better shape than before! They also replaced a worn out keyboard which wasn’t even part of the original repair problem! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Asurion made it extremely easy to get a refund when our Ring Doorbell Camera died unexpectedly. It took a few steps only, free shipping label provided. All I had to do was pack it up and drop it off at UPS. It's well worth the $16 we pay a month for this protection. I highly recommend this service! AWFUL experience. Their "expert" never arrived with the phone even though we got a message saying he did. No cancellation. Called the company, took forever. Phone got shipped and then it took an hour and a half to activate it. 2 different phone agents, multiple verifications, repeated all info twice because the person who activates the phone is different from the person who activates the SIM card, on hold repeatedly. And they were trying to sell more coverage! I'll never buy anything from this company after this experience. The first rep acted sorry, the second tier 2 rep acted like I was lucky to be speaking to her. I missed my evening plans because I was trying to activate a phone.

1st issue I had was somewhere between Verizon to Asurion/ in getting in contact with Asurion for the processing and deductible, which cause a delay of get the claim started/ resolved, that delay the replacement. 2nd part was the replacement was not a clean. It was dirty around the edges with some scuff marks. I understand it's a refurbished unit but would like if it had a less worn look to it (closer to new). Outside of that, everything was great. The process was pretty easy. It gets more complicated with the iPhone because I could not turn off the find my button. I had to call apple and have apple to remotely prepare my phone for service. Made a claim. Took 4 days to get the telephone. Not only did they NOT knock on the door but they left it in a general mailbox in an apartment building. Had to call the apartment to get it out. So disappointed. Called to talk to a manager with hold times up to 45 minutes. Can’t speak to anyone but they are very quick to take our money, there’s no hold times on that.

This is my second attempt using the fix my phone option. The first time I used it they didn't end up having a screen available for my model of phone. After talking to 2 or 3 levels of management they finally found a solution I was ok with which was an upgrade at no charge. This time the tech NO CALL NO SHOWED and Asurion contacted me to see if I had heard from the tech. I checked texts, calls, voicemails and even emails because they said he emailed me? There were none of the above that was attempted. Having the feeling this will happen again since I'm 100% for not getting my phone fixed.
I live 45 mins from the big city and I believe they don't want to take the drive. After talking with 3 management systems no good solution was had. Being Tuesday at 11:30am they wanted to give the tech a second chance and find that to be the only solution available. The next available time was Friday meaning I've now waited 2 days for a tech no show and I have to wait 3 more. Being a business owner and having to use my stylist to navigate my phone I find the tech should be held accountable for his irresponsibility. If and when he doesn't show on Friday I will be updating and reviewing the company again. This situation has me looking for another insurance company.

Purchased the warranty for my son’s baseball batting gloves. Bruce Bolts are the best but they come with a hefty price tag and the warranty is important. When my son’s gloves lasted only 7 mo. I was told Asurion would have someone come to my house to fix my phone. After filing a claim I was told I don’t live in the area for this service. I was promised if I drove 1 1/2 hrs away my phone would be fixed in 1-2 hrs max. After I made the long drive I was told it would be 4-5 hrs. When I called and complained I didn’t have 4-5 hrs to wait, was promised 1-2 hrs they kept me on the phone for an hr. With no results. They take your money and treat you how they want.

It was easy to get this reimbursement for my product with this insurance. We have had this product for a few years and they are reimbursed the money for me to replace it. This product is great for us because of sight problems and we can talk to it.

Buying an appliance from Costco is the best. We purchased our dishwasher in September 2021 and when it stopped getting dishes clean in December 2025 it was still under the extended warranty so the repair -- replacement of the motor -- didn't cost us anything except a few days without a dishwasher.

Purchased a bat warranty for my son and boy am I glad I did!! Asurion is great and the reimbursement process for a Dicks Sporting Goods gift card is really easy to complete. I would recommend this to any parent or person purchasing an expensive piece of equipment for ANY sport.

It was fairly simple to use, there was not a lot of questions. Overall I think it could've been easier if the questions were more simple. It would've been a little easier but it was good. I wish that a lot of these questions were simpler but it's OK.

Contacted Asurion about a vacuum that was less than a year old. Since it was still under Mfg warranty, Asurion suggested I contact the Mfg. When I let Asurion I contacted the Mfg but received no answer, they immediately offered a full refund if the purchase price.

Asurion is the company that administrates extended warranties for LG on major appliances. This company is using foreign workers to scam U.S. citizens. Beware. We learned the hard way and see no viable way to get back the money we spent on extended warranties that are non-existent.

Still waiting on my claim filed back on Dec. 29th or so and still have not gotten my repair or refund from the cricut machine we return for repair. Service ID# **. My daughter is losing money as she has to drive to her friend to get the ribbon custom...You guys can do better and faster service with the claims. After all we are paying for the protection coverage...

It was simple, easy, and reasonable. I had no problems at all! I even told them the truth on my phone getting broken, 100% my fault. They say that they have heard it all. Well, if my phone wouldn't have changed my curse words. I wouldn't have thrown it against the wall. Honesty is the best policy, but Asurion has the second best policy. HASSLE FREE! Of course there’s a process in the procedure to get help but they are always there to give you a helping hand especially me that is not a tech savy coz I’m 73 years old but you are so patient to me to guide me so I can get to it. The most important thing is that Asurion agreed to replace a failed 65" TV with a new one that is just as good or better. The challenge was getting photos of the rear side that were good enough, where the TV is attached to a stand in a corner, and it wasn't easy to get behind it, and it took 2 tries.

Asurion is absolutely awful. My washing machine from Best Buy isn’t working and it’s under the Asurion warranty. Asurion set up a service appointment for Thursday. Service window was 8am-1pm. Service company called at 1pm asking if they could come between 3pm-6pm. I said yes. They were a no show. Called Asurion. They set up a second appointment with a different company for Friday. Company was a no show. Called Asurion and asked for a supervisor. They refused. They said one would call me back. They never did. They made an appointment for Tuesday with a 3rd company. That company never showed up, even after I called them 2x to confirm. That company said that appointments made with Asurion are not guaranteed. The day of the appointment they determine if they have availability based on their higher paying customers that book through them directly. Those customers have priority.
Now Asurion still refuses to connect me with a supervisor and their only suggestion is to make another appointment with a 4th company. All 3 companies they contracted with had a 3 star rating or lower. Two of them have a 2 star rating with tons of reviews saying they were no shows. The 4th company Asurion wants to send had a 1 star rating! I will never buy from Best Buy and I will absolutely never purchase the Asurion protection plan because they have awful service providers, you are last in line for priority with the providers and Asurion is useless.

Making the appointment to fix my broken screen on my cellphone was easy peasy. Could not have been easier. Now we will see if they actually come to my house at the time I scheduled and see if they fix it but based on the way they set up the claim, the appointment should go very well, also. SHITTIEST COMPANY. They are banking on all of us AT&T customers. Their website doesn’t work. I was forced to fax in information. Then my claim was denied twice because I didn’t write specifically what they wanted me write on the paper that I had to FAX IN!!!! SCAM!!!! Cancelling service tomorrow!!!

I feel that if you have to pay for insurance all year round for a phone and when you have to use the insurance you have to pay for a replacement phone, they do not even give you the option to send your phone back and fix your phone I just can't understand that one so instead of trying. To repair it, they just rather replace it and charge me for the replacement. Now I understand a deductible, but I'm paying all year round for a phone that I'm paying insurance on. But the website was easy to use.

I have been with Asurion for several years, their customer service has always been great. The service has always been quick. I have never had any problems when I filed a claim. I tell everybody I talk to about how great their insurance plan is, and how they cover all electronics regardless of how old it is, the low monthly payment. You file, they review claim, you take picture of the electronic, the model and serial number, they contact you, you pay a small few, they send you a list of new electronics and then pick a delivery date. It's that easy. Trust me, you won't find a better insurance plan. Thank you Asurion.

I initially called Asurion regarding a claim, but unfortunately, the first associate was unable to help resolve the issue. When I called back a second time about the same phone, I had a completely different experience. The second associate was absolutely great—she went above and beyond to help me and made sure everything was handled properly. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly put in the effort to get things resolved. Her hard work and dedication definitely deserve recognition. Because of her, my experience with Asurion turned around, and I really appreciate the level of service she provided.

I have been using Asurion for electronics bought on Amazon for years, and they have always been very helpful, and make filing claims and keeping track of my covered items very easy and convenient. I would say it also probably has something to do with the nature of the warranty. I've noticed that a car warranties almost always suck, and electronics warranties are almost always worth it. But personally, I love Asurion so I'll keep using them to insure my electronics.

Cody came to my house to fix my phone screen. I have twin 4 year olds who love to “help” and somehow, must have “helped” too much and dropped my phone. A green line kept appearing and disappearing for a week or so. Cody showed up on time, interacted with my dog and my kids in a professional manner, and even shared that he was expecting a child of his own in the upcoming weeks. He was very relatable, kind, and explained everything in a way that I understood. He was extremely accommodating to my needs (being called every 5 seconds for my kids to show me a rock or ask me why the sky is blue). He was very patient and even provided a new screen protector for my phone and put it on for me since that is one of my biggest struggles.
I was very pleased with the experience. Especially being a mom to 2 young kids, having someone come to my home to fix something for me instead of dragging my feral four year olds out into an expensive store for who-knows-how-long would have been an anxiety driven experience. I recommend not only the insurance my phone company provided me, but also the “Ubreakifix” company.

The coverage covers. That's the most important thing. It works and it covers but there's room for improvement. I was sent to the manufacturer first. So when you purchase make sure you register your product just in case. Instructions on what exactly I'm to send back could be clearer. I don't know if the entire purchase goes, the base unit, the lens, or what exactly goes.

Never thought that I would actually use it but for the low amount that I paid in the beginning, it was really worth it! I did not have high expectations to go to a store and fix my cracked screen replaced and I worried about the time out of my day for it. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and did get a personal level of service. Even though they were getting busy, the person did an amazing job making everyone feel they were important, too, while helping me. I was so comfortable that I left my phone with them so I could go to another appointment. Amazing store with amazing employees who exceeded in the service. I dropped my phone and shattered my screen yesterday afternoon while at work. I started and completed my claim within maybe 15 minutes or less while at my son‘s basketball practice. Filing a Claim with Asurion was super easy and very fast. Within seconds, I had an answer, and the money was there. I would definitely ensure any functioning product that you buy from Amazon through Asurion. The cost of the coverage was minimal for the insurance that it gave you that. If something broke, it would be fixed or replaced.

It was a very easy experience filing a claim and getting a new iPhone within 24 hrs! Once it arrived, I called their support and the agent was great, walked me through everything from soup to nuts! It did take a few hours but well worth it, this included him finding me a $172/month savings on our phone plans by merging them all together into one!
