I wish they cover all home repair because I would surely change over all my appliances to Asurion Tech. It is so easy and fast to file a claim. It took less than two minutes. I had to call all my friends and family to tell them that they have to sign up for asurion for like and that they will be thanking me. 😀😀😀😀

My phone was stolen Saturday night and today, Wednesday, I filed a claim for a replacement. I was never told by store employee at AT&T to do this right away. I have tried to see if my phone could be located by a ping to my phone for the police to find and it never happened so today I filed a claim for a replacement and it is on the way. The other problem is I can't get into my icloud to get my information so hopefully this can happen soon.

People at the Verizon store in Chamberlain SD are very helpful. Right after I got my first phone, it was defected so because I had insurance they replaced it again for free. Right now I am waiting for my second phone.

Very satisfied with the service. They texted me about 30 min before saying they were on the way and also that morning, I got a reminder text saying what time my appt was and that they will text or call closer to arrival. Then they got here, very respectful and great customer service. Got the screen fixed within 15 mins. Helpful and answered questions I had.

I was extremely pleased with the service and turnaround time on my computer. When I renewed for the 2nd time my warranty, I was having 2nd thoughts, but glad I renewed it. My computer is like new again. Thank you.

Job well done. Good service. Asurion matched a replacement product that closely matched our original product for replacement. It took 17 days to finish the claim, but I’m not sure how much of that was on me for delayed information being delivered to them. Overall a very good service company.

My daughter dropped her phone in water. We tried dealing with Apple Care+ but her phone was stolen eight months ago and even though Apple had performed a service on the device they said the phone was replaced by the carrier. We gave up and filed with Assurion.

They were pretty quick about helping me with my problem. I would recommend them. Their service was on time, and even though I didn't talk to anyone, they were very helpful. Like I said, I hate all this automated crap. I like to speak to an agent. I guess this is the way things are going, machines are taking away the personal jobs. Good job, machines.

You suck. Tries twice to get at least what I paid for in the claim, but your company keeps rejecting on particular that's not even told which particular it was. So no I will not recommend your service, I will not be using your service again. Denied twice over a stupid thing that you won't even tell me what it was. Have the life you deserve. Our first phone from ASURION we had difficulty in hearing. We made a phone call for a claim process, and it was handled swiftly and respectfully. Asurion has excellent customer service and walks you through the whole process. I broke my phone and got a replacement 2 or 3 days after I submitted the claim, and they sent a prepaid return envelope for me to mail them my broken phone.

My Denon AVR-X1700H has a problem with the Turntable RCA connections, so I decided to make a claim and so far this is so much easier than I thought it would be. I am at the point where I am boxing it up and giving it to UPS so it can be looked at. If the receiver comes back repaired I will be so happy and I will stay with this company forever. I had the Denon for about 6 months so I hope it gets fixed

This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money on this company. They took my console. Did not fix it. Did not replace it. They are liars and cheaters. Do not waste your money with this company. I’ve been giving them $32 for the past two years only for them to tell me that I have to pay $99 to get my console fixed and for them to ship it off and ship it back and say they’re not gonna fix it and they’re not gonna replace it. I would give them -100 stars if I could. Worst company ever.

Tried multiple times to file claim. Was sent several different options but each would send me to a different link, could never speak with a live person. Had my granddaughter try filing claim. Message was sent to call Asurion, filing was very hard for me, today I tried again and all the steps were in place and was able to file.

Not hard to file your claim. I gathered all my information on my TV by taking a picture of model and serial number on the back also use the text option. It's better than AI. Also to file you may have an co-pay. Don't be alarmed. They'll let you know. When filling the claim I paid $99 but it's all determined by the amount of claim.

I received 4 different stories on how long it would take to get the e-gift card for my printer replacement. Anywhere from the day it was received to 5 days after it was scanned in the system. This is poor customer service. All customer service personnel need to be trained so all customers are told the exact same information thus eliminating customer complaints

Wow!! times have changed! It was so easy to contact Asurion online, very pleased took not even 5 minutes, I was stressed for nothing.. When I realized my screen was cracked and these colored lines were going down the screen I was like, "Oh no!" But oh yes it was stress free! I just told my husband to call Asurion. His speaker doesn't work on his phone. He brought it to a store. They said, "Yeah it's no good" but he was too stressed to go through insurance. Well guess what. Unfortunately yes a one star, though the repairs service is a five star. I have had Asurion Insurance for my cell phone a 18 yrs or more. I've only use the insurance three times and the last two times were within a year. Or should I say within 30 days, things happen. To my surprise I received a very generic letter from the company, stating my insurance coverage on my phone is being canceled due to using it twice within a 12 month time frame. Which I guess it states in their contact. Are you kidding me. Ok, my fault for reading the contract fully, but seriously 18 plus yrs and twice within a year and you cancel. I tried to call the number on the generic letter and literally pressing buttons over 8 minutes trying to speak to someone and after I finally got through, the recording says they are closed. I don't believe their customer service phone number is to actually speak to a live person, they want you to go through a series of automated features. Horrible.
I'm very disappointed and will let friends and family know not to use the company, because once you use them twice within a year, they cancel you. What's the purpose of having insurance if you can barely use it. It's not as if I had used the insurance every year. May I should have once every 12 months. I most likely wouldn't have been canceled for that.

Great experience when dealing with a cell phone replacement is so underrated. Really you've just lost the life line to our everything in life. Dropped product at UPS on Monday and received product back today on Friday. I thought this was an amazingly fast turnaround. Product is in great working order and in use. The claim process was confusing. Make sure you have second phone to take pictures. Make sure ID is not expired and use IMEI 1 not the second one that's the ESIM. Make sure the pictures are clear in well lit area, if they are blurry you need to take them again.

I am very disappointed with the machine and the insurance. My machine has had numerous repairs, the control board, the walking belt and the motor. When you make a claim it takes forever for the insurance to connect with a technician, amd then forever for the technician to make contact with the customer - me. This entire situation has made me sad!

Everything I send out for repairs come back in excellent condition; if not, it’s replaced or I get money back to buy a new item, and so far everything has been working out for me. Only one issue they won’t fix is my Xbox and I needed that item fixed. Although almost everything else gets repaired. Thank you, Asurion.

I absolutely love Asurion through Verizon, being able to go to phoneclaim.com And file a claim has helped me for literal years. I've had at least two or three phones need to be to be completely replaced because of my silly boyfriend going crazy and it's always been a pleasant surprise at how easy it is, how quickly I get to phone, and simple the instructions to finish the claim. When I've needed to get a repair, they now have the technician come to your house and they don't even bug you and work in your house, they just like take your phone real quick to their idk repair mobile and quickly come back. If you have butterfingers or an overreactive lover, you need asurion!

Our company has been using Asurion for over 20 years. Their customer service is great as they are able to provide fully functional phones very quickly to help you stay on the go! I would like to suggest the beef up their policy offerings for those of us in construction fields. We tend to need our phones replaced more often and when Verizon and Asurion set up the policies, you can only replace 3 phones per plan per year. Sometimes that is fine. But when it’s not …. Order **, including Warranty PCGU USED 2000-2999.99 ADH REPAIR PLAN 12-MONTH Item #** POS #: 111770996, with claim **. (or claim **. Asurion thought it was a cellphone and wanted me to mail it in a small box, so I think the claim number might have changed after Guitar Center accepted the repair). I purchased a used ES-359 guitar using the ship to store function and picking up at Guitar Center Manhattan in June 2024. In May of 2025, I submitted a claim online and brought the guitar to Guitar Center Manhattan to repair damage from use during a 5-month cruise ship contract. GC Manhattan still has the guitar and is now asking me to pay them to give it back, even though it is now in unplayable condition because they started, but didn't finish, replacing the nut. The repair (new nut, polish/level frets, new bridge) was accepted as a warranty repair by the original guitar tech at Guitar Center.
There were several delays, and that guitar tech no longer works for Guitar Center. Now the new tech is telling me that he doesn't know how to complete the repair without me paying for it in full, or starting a new claim with Asurion. Asurion is telling me that the warranty is no longer valid, but the repair was accepted by Guitar Center while the warranty was valid. The new guitar tech at Guitar Center agreed to send our email chain, as well as the emails between me and the original guitar tech, to the head tech for the region, but I have yet to receive any further correspondence. I would be happy for the warranty repair to be completed, or for the purchase price of the guitar to be refunded at this point. It's been a year and now Guitar Center is acting like they're holding my guitar for ransom, after they clearly accepted the initial repair under warranty.

I am only giving them one star because that’s the least I can give. Customer service was horrible. Kept asking me the same thing. Never resolved my issue and never returned my phone. I have insurance with them and sent my phone off to be repaired and sent me the wrong shipping label! I called them back saying I need the phone sent back to me if they are not going to repair it. They didn’t send my phone back. They basically stole my phone. Kept reporting me back to AT&T and back to them and then into their warranty team. It is a crazy cycle. They can never get anything done. Horrible customer service horrible insurance do not go to them. They are not reliable!!

We purchased an Asurion extended warranty for an RC car. The RC car was damaged while driving. We submitted a claim and received a notice that a full refund would be applied. We just need to mail the damaged RC car back with their pre-paid label. Very quick and easy!

Since I've used Asurion, I've been more than pleased with their customer service. Twice now, when my phone was a total loss, their reps upgraded my phone to a newer model without charging me anything extra. The last two screens I replaced were completely free. Well worth the protection. Phones are expensive. It's easy to put in a claim. They show up to your door. They have it fixed in less than 30 min usually then your phone looks like new. Last time it only took a few days for them to fix it. They cover screens and battery for free with the protection plan.

Hit and miss. Took my laptop in because it had a virus and they kept for 2 days and computer was fixed. Two months later virus returned so I took it back. They kept it for a week and the virus returned a couple days later. They gave me a phone number to call if any more problems. The first time I called for pop up problems they were great. A few weeks later the virus returned and I called them and they hung up on me.

The Xbox I received back is dusty on the inside, the labels are partly torn off and sharp to the point where my finger bled when I touched it and the bottom left of the Xbox plastic has completely melted. The customer service line didn’t know what to do. They put me on hold multiple times and told me to call another number.

The worst part of it are the glitches. I found my phone the day after I filed for reimbursement but I could not cancel the reimbursement phone. UPS could not send it back until ten days later because they were denied the ability to return it. When I called to see what was going on, they put my phone on a blocked list which made it impossible for me to make calls.
AT&T told me that it would take at least two weeks to resolve the issue/ SO, here I am with no phone calling them everyday to unsuspend it, having to deal with an automated service that does not let me get to a live agent for half an hour, and then when I do, having to deal with inept staff who make me go through my whole story again. It has been a nightmare!!!

I purchased the Ninja Pod & Grounds Specialty XL Coffee Maker. I really like this product but not happy with Asurion Warranty. I purchased a 3 year warranty and unfortunately I had to use it. My issue is I have to send the broken coffee pot back before I will get a "Gift Card" to use to purchase it again. Most places replace it first and then you send the broken one back. At least you'd have a coffee pot to use during this transition but not in this case??? I was cleaning water that went under the pot and it slipped from my hand and the base cracked. I'm just not very happy about how Asurion is handling this issue. Not sure if I'll purchase another warranty next time around.

I was a little skeptical on purchasing the Asurion monthly plan due to some negative reviews. However, I can say that my experience has been a positive one. I had to return a defective slushie machine that cost nearly $200.00. Asurion made the process very easy; 1) File the claim online, 2) Receive an email with a shipping label, 3) Watch for communications. They communicated with me all along the way, from receipt of the claim, receipt of the item, and then the progress of the repairs, including an estimated timeframe. Once they deemed repairs were not feasible, they promptly issued me an Amazon gift card for the entire cost of the item. I'm very pleased with them, and since I am a regular Amazon shopper, it makes sense for me to continue. This one refund has already paid for a year of my protection plan.

ATT Asurion Insurance plan for my cellphone went above and beyond my expectations. The customer service was excellent, and they quickly resolved my concerns and guided me through the claim process from start to finish, in addition to recommending that I block and suspend my ATT account to prevent fraudulent access and use of my cellphone since it was no longer in my possession. This was a pressure washer brand I was unfamiliar with, so I did purchase one year extend extended coverage with Asurion. 164 days later, the pump on the pressure washer begin to leak water like old faithful, I called Asurion five minutes before closing time with one day left on the warranty. They asked some questions and for proof of purchase and very quickly sent me an E-gift card for the store I purchased at and I had a new pressure washer the next morning. Very pleased. My request to reach the warranty company was redirected to this site which showed I needed to enter my credit card info for a $1 charge that will be credited back after completion. This made me think it was required to reach the company. I saw a $56 charge on my credit card and promptly stop all communication with the company. They offer no way to dispute their charge, so I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Stay away from them.

Bought a warranty from Dick’s Sporting Goods, for a bat was towed by associate after a year manufacturer warranty. This warranty would kick in if something was to happen. I would be reimbursed. The value of the bat. Filed a claim and did not get full amount of the value of the bat back because I had a store promotion. I would not have purchased a warranty if I would have known this. It was an extra $109 for warranty and still had to pay out-of-pocket to replace a broken bat.

I had a really smooth experience using my Asurion coverage on my Shure SE215s that I originally purchased through Guitar Center. The claim process was simple, quick, and easy to follow, which I definitely appreciated. The only thing that caught me off guard was that when I used the e-gift card to purchase a replacement, the new product didn’t automatically come with coverage—I had to purchase a new protection plan separately. Not a huge issue, but it would’ve been helpful to know that upfront. Overall, still a great and hassle-free experience. My daughter filed a claim for replacement of her cellphone. The replacement she received had 128 gigs on it, her phone on the policy had 256 gigs! She can’t make calls out on it, only text. We are very frustrated! I spent literally hours on the phone last night trying to get this figured out with Asurion. First time I called, I got bounced around to different departments, then they sent me to Verizon’s number. They were the ones who saw it was the incorrect number of gigabytes on the phone. I waited on hold for about 1/2 hour.
Next call I thought was better, when I looked at my confirmation email, after the conversation ended, my daughter was being sent the same a 128 gig phone again. This one, too, was trying to get me to get insurance for my other electronics. I was repeatedly telling her I didn’t want it. She was the only one trying to persuade me on that. The final one looked at everything on the claim and she did see that the incorrect phone was sent out, despite all the information, unfortunately the claim is closed, until tomorrow, when my daughter gets the wrong phone again! Then I will be starting this whole process all over again, hoping that she will get the correct one! If she does, then it will have taken 2 weeks for this to finally get resolved, when it should have been just days! She should not have had to go through this! We paid for the insurance to replace it correctly!

My phone fell from my hands while holding many thing after fun at the pool. It just slipped and screen went green. I could still see the background and got a hold of Verizon’s protection plan. I was able to schedule an appointment super fast. They came to replace my phone where I was. The day the person came was super fast, they confirmed the phone was the correct one went back to their car. Was leary about getting extended warranty due to worry about what's in the fine print when you actually need the warranty. My item became defect during the extended warranty period. Called Asurion. No long wait. Worked out the details and payment was sent after a few easy steps. Worked as it should. Just make sure you keep all documentation and are ready to ship product to Asurion. They pay this shipping and make it as easy as an Amazon return.

So I pay a monthly fee. Fine. Then I go to make three claims and each claim has a $99 +tax to it. Ok is what it is. But I send my iPad to get repaired and is determined just to send a replacement. Fine. I had a space gray and black iPad. They decide to send me a rose gold and white iPad. I don’t necessarily care that they couldn’t do the same exact color, but they gave me the complete opposite. A plain white model would have been better. Called to see if I could get a new one and was completely shut down by the second person I talked to when the first person told me it wouldn’t be a problem.

We purchased the warranty for the computer we purchased on Amazon. It came with a warranty but we purchase from Asurion an additional warranty. As things go 2 months after the factory warranty expired we had an issue with the computer. We contacted Asurion and they were very helpful and repaired the unit very quickly. I would recommend getting the extra warranty through them.

My phone needed a new screen, after it only being replaced 5 months ago. After paying the $380 then, have to pay another $380 now to replace the faulty part that was installed. They should guarantee their repairs for much longer than 90 days.

When my television went out on me I thought this is not good, it’s Thursday night and no TV. I called Verizon and she did quite a bit of troubleshooting, but it kept clicking off. Just as she was wrapping up, she said, “that’s all I can do, but you have the insurance and you’re covered.” I asked her to repeat what she said then she said she could transfer me to Asurion and they would replace my tv!

Tried to charge me a $79 service fee for $99 headphones. Their service fee tiers are horrible. Spent $35 a month for multiple years for nothing. Claims are hard to file and they love to reject them. Horrible company -Verizon Wireless I switched to and my my my after 1 month I broke my phone accidentally but being I pay for ins right it will get taken care of. 7-10 calls later 5 unable to read emails due to my phone being broke & being hung up on from a Tremaine or Germain that claims he was higher up a supervisor. He got upset that I gave him feedback about their systems. If you put in your Verizon account pin number for Asurion it tells you it's incorrect and the auto phone system glitches then when they email me is says this - Español "Sorry, we're unable to continue your claim. An error occurred while processing your information. Please resume your claim at phoneclaim.com/verizon. If the problem continues, please call us at 1-888-881-2622 and we'll be happy to help you."
Call them and he says after I start to give my feedback about all of this is not customer friendly. He talks over me. Thank god I asked the Verizon rep careline to stay on the line and she did. She heard me be cold transferred and the initial Asurion claims rep Chasity cold transferred and lied on the recorded call before she put me on hold. She was supposedly going to ask me 5 security questions because THEIR systems are giving me an error that is delaying my replacement device to even be shipped then this man mysteriously takes over the call saying, "Chasity said you asked for someone higher up."
I said, "No I did not." She said, "You may want to speak with me because there may be a easier way to verify the claims account other than these 5 questions" - long story short I am being billed for something and they throw us around like this. All interactions were super rude, disrespectful and quite frankly I will be making a vile Tiktok video advising many to not do business with verizon or asurion because this is definitely bad business. From 220p-5p I am still on the phone with 0 resolutions but I bet you all will still expect the same billed amount regardless but the screen is cracked and the phone screen itself is non operable - no bueno. FTM Florida. Very unhappy and I was att for 10 years. Been with Verizon barely a month and it's a hot moving mess. RUNNN.

Easy to understand agent as all calls are in American English. I'm hard of hearing, 85 yrs, and it is just easier with **. Good experience with Asurion for this guitar amplifier repair. Repair cycle time was extended due to the required repair location (West Coast). Asurion did a good job repairing this amplifier however they didn't provided any information on the work that was completed which would have been appreciated? I would recommend Asurion when purchasing used musical equipment; they appear to be a reputable company.

Did NOT get the replacement value even though we paid for Asurion insurance for a replacement it needed. The product needed replacing after six months of use and Asurion only reimbursed us for what we paid at the time which was $100 less at Staples. So now we have to pay $100 more to replace the product which we believe is a total SCAM.

I bought an impact wrench off Amazon three years ago. I didn’t use it much since purchasing it, but needed it to remove some lug nuts off my car. Well removed all from first tire and then it just stopped working when I tried using it on my second tire. Purchased on Amazon a Yaufey 80 pint dehumidifier 4-13-24 after my Frigidaire dehumidifier purchased also from Amazon in 2022 failed. Both were insured through Asurion. When the Frigidaire model failed, Asurion promptly issued reimbursement for the purchase price which allowed me to purchase the Yaufey model. I had such a good experience with Asurion that I purchased the 4-year protection plan, and I am so thankful I did. The Yaufey failed 3-11-26 and when I made my claim Asurion quickly processed my claim and is issuing a refund for the full purchase price. I only wish dehumidifiers were as reliable as Asurion. I have to look for another dehumidifier but when I find one, I will be sure to cover it with Asurion. I highly recommend their protection plans for all your purchases.

Our device was damaged in a 4-wheeler incident by the lake, and we had to make a claim. We had to call in as the device was no longer available as an insurance replacement, so we elected to have a monetary reimbursement so that we could acquire another device. The process was fairly smooth and equitable. And the transfer page for digital reimbursement was easy to navigate and submit. We have never had any issues using Asurion for insurance, as we have used them with Verizon for years. And have filed several claims for broken screens, accidents, thefts, and malfunctioning devices.

I sent in a Yamaha P A because there are issues with some of the input channels and audio RCA inputs. Nothing was resolved and I still have the problems. Plus I shipped this through UPS and they delivered it back to Guitar Center and I had to go pick it up, you think you could have had it delivered to me. Not happy with this experience!!
