Great services, fast and friendly every time. They even have a home device plan. I'd recommend their service for anything you need repaired. The staff in Polaris wasn’t as friendly as the staff on High Street. It was worth the travel going to High Street location.

The screen went out on my 65" TV. This weekend is FIFA, MLB and NBA playoffs. It is also after midnight on a Friday night. I was able to file a claim on my phone and have a new TV delivered to my home. My cost was just over 100$. If I hadn't made it difficult, I would have filed the claim in less than 5 minutes. I was so upset. I dropped my phone and it landed face down, cracked screen- day 2 of ownership - I called and was told it was covered by my policy, no deductible- best part- they came to my house and fixed it in 5 min- super polite, punctual, professional and proficient.

Although I received a faulty replacement phone on my first attempt, it was resolved within 24 hours with a second replacement phone. The Verizon store team member, Verizon customer service, and Asurion spent several hours on the 1st attempt to connect the cellular. They were very patient showing expertise troubleshooting until it was decided there was a logic board issue not allowing the esim to download and a second replacement needed to be ordered. I had little faith a new phone would arrive the following day. To my surprise, it did. I returned again to Verizon to connect the cellular. Mark was able to accomplish the task within 5 minutes. In my opinion, insurance for my phone remains the most reasonable and necessary investment I make monthly.

When I purchase anything electronic be it handheld or portable I purchase a protection plan. Nowadays a person can’t be too careful and Asurion has never let me down. They have honored their commitment whenever I have filed a claim.

It was crazy with system glitches but the customer service was good. The last CSR-Rochelle was great, and the young tech gentleman I spoke to last night was very helpful in explaining the process to me in detail. I was frustrated and he maintained his professionalism and clarity and explaining what the next steps would be and realistic expectations.

Great work. Fast and willing to pull up anywhere you at right on time. I’ve done this many times now and different locations. This one time I was at work and they pull up to the job and wait for break. They fix my phone I had time to eat lunch and get my crack screen fixed all at the same time. Only had 30 minutes. He knew that that was cool of him. Made back in to clock back in on time.

My granddaughter‘s phone was stolen while she was on an amusement ride. I called the next day when the phone was not recovered and within three days a new phone was sent. They replaced her exact phone with number and everything making the situation better.

Twice I have purchased items with Asurion protection plans that CLEARLY state they will REPLACE or refund said products. I item was an oven valued over $5k, and the other a $100 water hose. BOTH times they only offered a refund for items that are SIGNIFICANTLY higher priced now. I would have never purchased a plan for the water hose, especially, had I known they will refuse to replace the item and ONLY offer refund of purchase price. This is VERY misleading practice, and people should use caution when wasting money with this company.

My name is Mary, and I have Optimum mobile for my provider and I added 2 lines to my existing account and purchased 2 new phones with Optimum adding Asurion, and my sister is on Hospice, and I pay for their cell bill and phones. My brother-in-law accidentally dropped his phone. I called Asurion the claim was approved with 24 hrs. Really, before 24 hrs. Asurion sent me a link, and it was so easy to fill out. My brother-in-law will get his replacement tomorrow. I am so happy.😊 You can not afford to be without protection. I highly recommend Asurion.

Worst experience ever. Not worth the money I paid for the protection plan.. Took four or five months for my zero turn to be repaired. Horrible communication with the service provided that they chose. I would have been better off saving my money on the protection plan and just paying the local repairman.

Pls do buy an Asurion extra protection when you buy electronics home appliances and bikes. This will really help us to have hassle free ownership. I bought a bike for my son and after a year of ownership I encountered so much of problem with the bike. But since I had this extra protection plan from asurion I was able to get a full reimbursement for the bike.

I love that the company is making it right with the protection plan. I've bought other plan from y'all before but I've never had to use it until today and it was quick and painless process. I didn't get any push back from the company trying to figure out if I'm lying about the product. I will definitely in the future buy more protection plan with Asurion.

Long wait times on the phone to get to an actual person. They said that they would deliver my phone for the past 2 days during the scheduled times that worked for me and they didn’t deliver it. Had to call them and they kept saying “I’m sorry, I’m sorry” but didn’t do anything about it. They charge a lot of money for having insurance through them and you’re supposed to get your replacement the next day but don’t. They should discount the price on their mess up. No excuses!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Setting up a claim is easy. I'd like to have my phone repaired. The screen has cracked front and back. So hopefully when I get to the store, they will be able to repair it.

Purchased a Wybot pool cleaner through Amazon and also bought the Asurion 3-year warranty/protection plan. Ironically, we have a little over 1 month remaining in the warranty and the pool cleaner no longer works. We provided all of the requested documentation and they have denied the claim indicating that the information does not match? Very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE...very poor business practice. DO NOT PURCHASE THE ASURION WARRANTY! They do not honor it.

I would not recommend Asurion to anyone. I have had to refile my claim three times now and reschedule a replacement be sent because they do not have a delivery driver on hand. I can't imagine they only have one driver responsible for deliveries and no back up! I've had to be without my phone for much longer than I should have. On top of that I will still be getting charged the $300 replacement fee. Absolutely a waste of time and money, you are better off getting Apple Care.

They replaced my phone for the deductible and I just send old one back to them to recycle. Highly recommend this company and dealing with them. Everything went smoothly filing the claim. I got a call from Eugene confirming my appointment between 7-9 to deliver my device. He only had 3 appointments ahead of mine. He never showed up. I got a text, finally, at 9:17pm stating my device was unable to be delivered. This is not acceptable. This is my teenage daughter’s phone who drives 25 minutes one way to work. Without a reliable phone she could be put in a horrible position without a way to get help in case of emergency.

Is there a real person... anywhere? I have an iPhone ProMax 15 through Verizon. I had been paying monthly for an Asurion insurance plan. My screen needs to be replaced, and after three years of paying for coverage, this is my first claim. I logged into MyVerizon App and easily filed a claim for the device to be repaired. I was given the option to mail the phone in, or pay $99 and be sent a refurbished device. I opted to fix my own device, as the screen wasn't badly damaged, just pixelated and its touch function was not working. I received an email stating that my claim had been accepted and that I could expect prepaid shipping materials to be sent to me overnight-- arriving the next day. It's been a few days, and I have been completely without a phone. Don't get me wrong, it was lowkey nice at first, but after day 4-- there are some basic daily tasks that I cannot avoid and need a phone for. Phone calls, for instance.
So I emailed Asurion. No answer. I went to their website and opted to "Chat with an Expert." I explained my issue to Ivan, and its first response was to upsell me on an insurance policy for all of the devices in my household... OPE! So close! I was actually just looking for you to help me track the status of a confirmed repair on a device that already has coverage. Ivan then told me to wait another 48 hours. I asked Ivan if it was AI, and it confirmed.... cool, cool.
So then I went back tot he website, and found a specific link to chat with a member of the claims department. Ok, this feels like progress! I start a chat with JoAnn. After explaining to JoAnn what my issues was, (that I'm waiting for shipping materials to be sent to me), JoAnn provided me with a telephone number for the claims department and let me know I'd need to call the team specifically. Great, JoAnn! Let me just unlock my phone without a working screen and make a phone call quick... oh wait-- I can't! My phone is actually damaged and I've been waiting on confirmation for shipping materials for its repair. Thanks, though.
At this point, I'm so invested in being successful with this issue, I hop in my car and drive to work to use the work phone to make this phone call. Chris takes me call, and because I'm calling from a number that isn't the same as the device I'm trying to repair, and is not associated with my Verizon account, I'll need to open the MyVerizon app on my phone to confirm my identification. Oh, Chris, you funny, funny, guy! Not sure if you're aware, but MY FLIPPIN' SCREEN IS BROKEN AND I CANNOT ACCESS THE HOME SCREEN LET ALONE OPEN AN APP AND CONFIRM MY IDENTITY. He suggests I try to access my account using a desktop, great in theory, but the MyVerizon browser site also asks me to confirm my identity by opening up the app on my phone and clicking on a link.
At this point... haha! I'm not even sure, it just feels like such a joke and I can only laugh! I should cut my losses and drop $400 somewhere else to get a new screen same day. I cannot say that I would recommend Asurion for any device repair, especially a phone. So glad I've been wasting $15 a month for the last 3 years. That's $540, at this point, more than a new screen.

I have never had a problem with this company before, but this current experience is highly frustrating. I returned a pair of batting gloves over three weeks ago, and I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I call, customer service and a supervisor tells me they are waiting on the accounting department. I was promised my refund would arrive within 24 to 72 hours starting on May 28th. It is now June 3rd, I still have not received anything, and now I'm being told to wait another 2 business days. The constant delays and broken promises are unacceptable.

The technicians at The Chicago Canal Street location are great. They are professional and they take their time with you. I brought my phone in. They were able to assess that the cracked screen was under warranty. From there, they processed the claim. And within three hours, my phone was fixed. uBreakiFix. I’ve always enjoyed the warranty program for the last many years. It’s always been very simple and very easy. If your product is broken and not working. Bring a new one into Tractor Supply and show them. They will replace it with a new one. This time around, it was completely different. My 25-gallon spot sprayer had kicked the bucket and no longer working. It was under warranty, so I brought it in.
I had to get a hold of the warranty company. In which they told me I had to go to the UPS and ship it off to them. I just by chance, for some reason, kept the box. Very few people would keep the box for several years. It’s big and bulky and had to carry it down there. And then had to wait for an e-gift card. I needed the spot for the same day. But that wasn’t the case this time around. It was very frustrating and carrying that into UPS was very frustrating. They always advertise that if it’s broken, bring it in and they’ll get you a new one. Well, that’s not the case.

I recently had to use my Asurion protection plan through Amazon, and the process was surprisingly simple and straightforward. Filing the claim was easy, communication was clear, and the overall experience was much smoother than I expected. After a misunderstanding, the claim was finally approved and replacement is on the way. The process was not difficult at all. I would recommend Asurion to others. Great customer service overall. Got the tech plan too. Great plan to have. The process was super easy. I was happy with the replacement that I got and it was an upgrade to what I already have. I am pleased over with the process with the ease of filing the claim with the Customer Service that I received and also with the outcome of offering me a replacement. I have been using Asurion for more than 15 years and they have been rock solid. Usually get your replacement phone the very next day. Easy. Every time. In addition, I have been super happy with the home electronics protection, if they don't replace it they will fix it, if they can't fix it or replace it, they will pay out your claim and not lowball you. I have used it quite a bit and have NEVER been let down by Asurion. That's why I am writing the review. Rock Solid. Now with Verizon in the mix, I hope that doesn't affect the quality this company has operating at going into 2026 and the future. Asurion sure does deserve this review from me. I hope everyone gets the same great service and experience I have received from this company.

I received my son’s replacement phone and needed help connected it as it was in SOS mode. Jason was extreme knowledgeable and helpful making this a very enjoyable experience. Jason took his time making sure our new iPhone 16 was in working order and then walked my son through step by step to turn off his find my and to set his original phone back to factory settings. He is by far a class act and I sure hope I work with him again should I need to call back for assistance.

I have always received excellent customer service with Verizon. I have only been with Verizon since I got a cell phone over 30 yrs ago. I'm so very happy with the service. Any issues I've had was very easy to resolve.

Forgot that I even had Asurion but when my vacuum broke and I went to order a new one, I realized that I had Asurion. My first thought was, "oh God here we go." But I was very surprised to find it was super easy to file my claim and I got my answer immediately. Can't beat.

This has been the most horrific experience I have ever had with Asurion. First, I was never asked whether I preferred to receive my payment by Virtual Visa card or by mailed check. I was simply informed that the system had selected a check. After verifying my address, I was told the check had been mailed on May 12th. However, I never received it. Then, on May 27th, I was informed that the USPS had returned the check. At that point, I requested that the payment be changed to a Virtual Visa card since the check was never received.
Once again, I was told that because the system initially selected a check, the payment method could not be changed. This process has caused unnecessary delays and hardship. I have been without a printer since the beginning of May while waiting for a payment that I never received. For a modern-day company, this process is extremely outdated and antiquated in the way it handles customer claims and payments. There should be greater flexibility and efficiency, especially when a customer never receives the original payment.

The process was simple. The instructions were clear, worked accordingly and fast. I didn't need to speak to anyone for clarity. I replaced my Beats Pro Fit because they stopped working. Although they are not replacing my pink Beats, the replacement offer was for either white or black; it is the same product.

If it was my choice, I would never use Asurion ever again. Poor communication. No detail on why claims were denied...just that they were denied. I have had at least three or four claims...all of which were terrible experiences. The link I received via text...never works...so I have to navigate on my phone or computer to their home page and navigate from there. I fill out all the information, provide all documentation...then the claim says it was denied with no reason. I get PTSD every time I have to use this. I purchase cymbals and they can crack due to playing so the cost of the pro coverage is less than the price of the cymbal itself. So, I'm kind of stuck.

I just initiated a claim for an Apple Watch that I was having sporadic issues with. I was able to put my claim in when the product was stuck in a boot loop and unable to perform a reset. I expected that I would have to send the product in for repair, but to my surprise, I received a response that a direct payment was authorized to be paid. I prefer this because the watch is a few years old now, and this will allow me to upgrade to a newer model. I couldn't be happier and would heartily recommend this service to my friends, business associates, and family.

After my iPhone 16 Pro had a recurring problem, we went to our Verizon New Caney TX store for help. Jessie checked out the phone and put in a claim with Asurion for a replacement. The new phone arrived the following day and my husband set it up following the instructions. Some of the apps did not work at first but, after the phone was powered down and restarted, works perfectly now. Thanks to Jessie and Verizon, I now have a working phone again.

The Asurion Protection Plan which I purchased with my SP1 PRO+ Bose speaker more than paid for itself as it was used to replace my unit which wasn't repaired the first time. The second time I sent it in for repair, I received an eGift card in the amount of my original purchase price plus sales tax. This eGift card was used to purchase another speaker and 3 year Asurion warranty.

The best Customer service I have received in a very long time. Everyone from the Verizon store, the lady on the phone, to the person that repaired my phone was absolutely the best. They made this experience super easy and painless. All factory Samsung parts were used in my repair. Went in for a busted screen, but left with a new screen, back glass, and screen protector, all at no charge. They filed the claims for the back glass and the screen protector while it was there. Well worth the little money I pay monthly, to have a team of people like them behind me.

Had to have a phone I purchased/insured through AT&T replaced last year through Asurion insurance. Was sent a refurbished phone, touchscreen had dead spots within a year, while the phone was under warranty. Started with AT&T app to file a claim...ended up being passed around to THIRTEEN different stops, with Asurion being FIVE of them. Asurion reps repeatedly confirmed it was under warranty before passing me on to "another department," which, after several minutes on hold, somehow would be answered by AT&T...which then would transfer me back to Asurion, etc etc etc for LITERALLY 2.5 HOURS.
Eventually an Asurion rep transferred me to Samsung (???) without explanation, for a phone that was a refurbished model from Asurion/AT&T. The Samsung AI bot informed me I was calling from outside its service area and hung up on me, but Samsung wouldn't have been able to help, anyway, since it wasn't an OEM phone. Asurion clearly is trying to make the claim process as difficult as possible in the hopes of avoiding all responsibility and waiting for customers to get frustrated and give up.

Liars!!!! Thieves!!! I sent in my gaming laptop to get repaired. I sent it in with a 4tb NVME SSD (which they kept). It took them 2 weeks to even give me an update on the repair (which I had to call and ask for one). The day I called I finally got my answer and it was unfixable. Which I kind of knew that was going to be the case.. NOTE I pay $25 a month and have been for the past year and $105 to have it looked at and repaired which they couldn't.. I was also told I would receive a Brand new laptop equal to the laptop I sent in to be repaired or a refund equal to its cost.. these people offered 2 piece of crap laptops that were not even close to being a gaming laptop like the one I sent in.. I asked for a refund and they offered me half of what my laptop was worth used.. I tried to get my laptop back but instead they said it's too late, it has been salvaged and you have to either choose one of the laptops offered or a refund..
I wanted the refund but when I went to collect it, an error kept popping up saying something went wrong and I needed to call Asurion back. So I did and the lady said that they can not offer me a refund and I had to choose one of the laptops offered. I WAS LIVID, but I still chose the the better of the two laptops and thinking it was going to be brand new and that I was going to get my 4tb SSD back in a couple days, which I got the " NEW " laptop back 2 days later... I didn't get my 4tb SSD back and the laptop was REFURBISHED. I called Asurion and they put me on hold... On hold again... On hold again and when they finally got back to me they said they needed few more business days to figure out what they can do... I already waited and dealt with them far too long to be waiting even longer.
All said and done I am stuck with this used laptop and no 4tb SSD. So I am out $400 on the SSD and another $800 on the laptop (which in used condition still sells for $1,200+) Oooooh and the laptop they sent me wasn't a gaming laptop.. it is a freaking business laptop.. no dedicated graphics card. It is integrated in with the CPU... How am I supposed to play any games on this.. Man I am sooooooo beyond livid with these people. They chose this laptop because they looked up the specs of my laptop and from the factory it had a 512gb SSD and their " NEW " laptop had 1tb SSD and a touch screen.. so they figured it was better.. didn't look at any specs at all. They just looked at face numbers and not what's behind them. The so called GPU that is in this REFURBISHED laptop is only an integrated GPU/CPU and only has 6b of visual ram.... Mine was a dedicated 12gb GPU... AND!! The damn CPU wasn't even close to the one I had in mine..
This "NEW" laptop had an (AI 🤢) ultra 7 Intel and I had a Ryzen 9 8940HX... How is that equal at all? I don't see how companies can get away with this stuff. I am positive they decided to fix and sell the one I sent in and give me this crap so they can make a profit.. just like every company out there, looking out for themselves.. I canceled my plan through them and will be leaving this review on every platform I can find. The truth will be let out so others will not be had by this company. I could see if I was wealthy but I am not even middle class. I pinched and saved every bit of money I could to buy the laptop I sent in to be repaired. I didn't have help, no one gave me the money, I worked my butt off to pay for it. That is another reason I am so livid about being ripped off.

One of our employees cracked the screen on their iPhone, it took me a while but we found out that we needed to go the Asurion website to schedule a repair. Setting up the repair was very easy. We had some difficulty turning off the Find My on the iPhone, we had to reschedule the repair. We were able to figure out how to disable the Find My, we reschedule the repair appointment. Evan, our technician arrived and verified that the iPhone was ready to be worked on and in less that 20 minutes he had the phone screen replaced. Evan did a great job.

Horrible horrible experience. The Technicians don't have a clue what they are doing. They messed up my warranty and phone claims twice!! I will be looking to leave Verizon and find a different phone insurance other than Asurion. They are the worst. I pay monthly for insurance and the phone had no physical damages. It just won't charge and they left me without a phone for a week and would not do their most important part of the job which was getting me my phone!

When I got home, the horn didn't work. I immediately returned to the store to change it or refund the money, but they told me that I had to talk to a number they gave me. I spoke to that number, they told me they were going to send me information by email. I had to send photos of the horn with its serial number, of the receipt. I did it, they sent me another email again that I had to answer some questions. I could never open that email. I had to call for the third time, and they only sent me a certificate to buy in the same store; they did not return the payment for the guarantee. And if I hadn't bought a warranty, I would have just gone to the store and they would have refunded my money or changed the horn.
I won't buy granita again because if something happens, it's a problem for them to refund your money and they don't return it, they just send you a certificate to use in the store. It's the worst experience I've had in terms of warranty. Even though the seller, when offering me the warranty, lied to me, he told me to go if I bought a warranty and something happened to him in 36 months. I just went to the store, and they exchanged it for another bike, and if there was no longer they would refund the money I paid.

I had an issue I knew was covered but it was denied online so I had to call and get it resolved. Then, after all that, my photos were rejected when I uploaded exactly what was needed in high res, plus nearly 10 additional photos. After all of that was resolved, the claim told me I had to pack and ship my own instrument when I was initially told to take it to the Guitar Center a mile away from my house. All of this was to replace a $5 part and probably an hour of labor. Very very unsatisfied and I will probably never purchase another coverage plan through Asurion for ANY products based on how poorly this was handled.

The other thing that didn't settle with me is the tech that helped me transfer my information from my old phone to my replacement phone kept trying to sell me more insurance plans. Boombox CD player quit working after about 1 yr of occasional use. (Purchased for bedtime music when grandson visited.) Discovered nothing would work, not even FM radio. I purchased Asurion+ and have it for seven months. I filed a TV claim and was asked to ship the 55-inch TV through UPS. Asurion only paid for the label and not for packaging or covering. I called back and spoke with two representatives. They informed me of the full replacement process. However, the Asurion representative I spoke with had never heard of shipping a TV because of its size.
I was then transferred to different departments, and the representative told me that I had to ship the TV out. I asked if the Asurion representative could send someone to pick it up because of its size and weight. He said no. I asked him what kind of policy would be in place if I had a 65-inch TV and how it would be work if I have to shipped. He could not provide me with an answer. It seems that all the representatives there overseas are not aware of Asurion’s policies. Asurion+ is a hassle to deal with when filing a claim. It seems that they will not cover it if it is considered an insurance protection for devices. They should not be in business discriminating against customers.

I have paid $68 monthly for phone insurance that covers all my lines for many years now. This year I actually had to insure 3 phones. Speaking with the Asurion rep, he informed me for the first time that my plan is limited to 3 claims per year. Not a pleasant surprise since I was never told of this. In the end, Asurion rep guaranteed the claim can be processed if I pay extra to add another slot for the year. I paid extra and was told the system needs 24hrs to update, call back tomorrow. I called the next day and was told I can not file a claim on that line because it was just added and the screen was cracked before paying extra to add a slot. I did everything that the Asurion rep told me to do and paid extra. Now they deny my claim after paying extra per Asurion. Stole my money and hang up the phone on me when I ask for a manager. Insurance is not as advertised and they deny claims after saying yes if you pay extra.

If I could take stars away I'd take 100 of them away. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get this garbage. Lost my phone. Went to the Verizon store to get a new one like any sane person would. Only to be told I has to wait for them to send me a phone, I couldn't get one at the store. Where they actually sell phones. They gave me a window of 7-9 pm. It was my understanding that a "tech" was delivering my phone and going to help me set it up. It got DROPPED OFF at 9pm. I watched him pull up and watched him leave waiting for him to knock on my door. I open the package only to find they sent me a USED/REFURBISHED phone.
The phone I was replacing was lost. I told their tech support this over and over. They kept asking me to put the old card in after I told them it was at the bottom of the freaking Gulf of America. It is currently 9:40 am on May the 6th. I started this at 9am May the 5th and I am currently on hold @ 9:45am after calling at 9 when they opened and been on hold with their "tier 2" tech support and STILL don't have an active phone. Screw this place and Verizon. I despise them both and hope they go out of business.

This is the easiest plan I've ever had!!! I highly recommend everybody to sign up for the Home Protection Plan. It truly took all the nervousness out and gave me a peace of mind. I bought the warranty from Guitar Center through Asurion protection plan. I have a problem with my amplifier. They said my claim was covered and all I had to do is mail that back to them. They sent me a UPS pacing slip with a tracking number. And a letter that said bring it down to UPS. UPS would package it up and charge Asurion for the package. So I go down to UPS and they tell me that’s not true even with the letter I need to pay for the packaging upfront. I called back Asurion and the guy tells me a completely different story than the email that they sent me the previous day. What a joke. Their website is a joke. It just spins and spins and spins. All the other websites I try work just fine so it’s the website not my connection but the absolute worst. The communication is horrible and I would recommend everybody to never buy a warranty from guitar Center or Asurion. I would rate it zero stars if that was an option.

They attempted 6 repairs on my Akai but they don't admit that they can't fix it! They failed time and another and each time they would tell me, "If we can't fix it will credit you." But they don't! I was pleasantly surprised by Asurion. I received a chair that One of the arms would not work after I put it together. I contacted them, and the claims process was quick and didn't require me to disassemble a fully assembled chair just to return it, and to reassemble a new chair definitely worth the warranty.

This insurance is definitely worth having. My son’s phone ended up in a pond and I was able to replace his phone for a fraction of the cost for a new one. 10/10 If you have teenagers, do yourself a favor and register their device. It will save you frustration and headaches of having to replace their device.

I feel my TV should have received a little more money like $700. I paid $5400 for the TV and it had a lot of features like three like 3 D. and pitcher in pitcher and many other features. It was still a good TV.

My phone was stolen Saturday night and today, Wednesday, I filed a claim for a replacement. I was never told by store employee at AT&T to do this right away. I have tried to see if my phone could be located by a ping to my phone for the police to find and it never happened so today I filed a claim for a replacement and it is on the way. The other problem is I can't get into my icloud to get my information so hopefully this can happen soon.

My Denon AVR-X1700H has a problem with the Turntable RCA connections, so I decided to make a claim and so far this is so much easier than I thought it would be. I am at the point where I am boxing it up and giving it to UPS so it can be looked at. If the receiver comes back repaired I will be so happy and I will stay with this company forever. This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money on this company. They took my console. Did not fix it. Did not replace it. They are liars and cheaters. Do not waste your money with this company. I’ve been giving them $32 for the past two years only for them to tell me that I have to pay $99 to get my console fixed and for them to ship it off and ship it back and say they’re not gonna fix it and they’re not gonna replace it. Not hard to file your claim. I gathered all my information on my TV by taking a picture of model and serial number on the back also use the text option. It's better than AI. Also to file you may have an co-pay. Don't be alarmed. They'll let you know. When filling the claim I paid $99 but it's all determined by the amount of claim.

I received 4 different stories on how long it would take to get the e-gift card for my printer replacement. Anywhere from the day it was received to 5 days after it was scanned in the system. This is poor customer service. All customer service personnel need to be trained so all customers are told the exact same information thus eliminating customer complaints
