The service reflects the management. They are terrible at how they treat their employees. Never giving accurate information to their techs about the customer calls, sometimes giving the wrong information or device to the customer before they leave the hub, and then the tech and the customer are both left frustrated and confused all because they want to operate without inventory. Their call center is a joke and their managers are awful without ANY care to their techs safety OR well being. And if techs decide to follow COMPANY POLICY about their own safety - they are fired. PERIOD. END OF STORY. Three techs in my area in the last year. And Asurion will deny your unemployment claim. SHAM COMPANY. SHAM SERVICE. SHAM COVERAGE. Just by your warranty and your cell service coverage.
Overall process was very easy - phone came overnight and return envelope made return simple; online help to change over phone was very very helpful - even tried to help with getting data off old phone which had a broken screen; reminders to return phone were also helpful without being bothersome.
I’ve been working on getting a new phone through my insurance for the past 2.5 days. I do not have a working phone, which is why I need a new one. They are telling me that I need my phone to complete the process through iPhone settings, which is impossible. They are also saying I need to get into my email, but I do not know my password because I’ve used Face ID for so long. To reset my password I need a phone, because the retrieval is sent to my phone number.

Went to T-Mobile because phone stopped working. Had been paying $18 a month for protection, and, after 3 hours in the store, the T-Mobile employee filed a claim with Asurion. I was unhappy that I wouldn’t receive a replacement for 3 days… Get home to find an email saying claim not eligible. First Asurion rep goes into endless loop about needing correct IMEI from phone that won’t turn on, and my T-Mobile account now has the IMEI for the cheap temporary phone I bought while waiting for a replacement iPhone. Have spent the better part of 2 days trying to call them to resolve this. At least 5 different phone calls, frequently get disconnected, haven’t gotten through to a supervisor, and, even though they ask for a good call back number, nobody has called me back. Not sure what to do now, but really feel bad about spending an extra 20% for worthless “protection.”

Sent technician for claim, he stated without diagnosis that he familiar with A/C. Can't be repaired. Called Asurion. Told me to listen. Was told A/C works..still working on repair months later and getting run around.

I would like to comment about one of the worst customer experiences and businesses I have had the displeasure of dealing with. My wife had left her phone on an airplane (our bad). I filed a claim and received a new phone and paid the $275. This happened pretty quick. A few months later the airline sent her phone back so I contacted Asurion to find out what should happen. They told me (I called 2 times and same answer both times) to send the replacement phone back and they would return my $275. Great.... However this is not how this went. I called AT& and an hr and a half later they were able to activate her original phone. This only lasted 2 hours and it was not working. So back on the phone for another 1hr plus same result. Called again....said to call Asurion. No help. I must have called Asurion like 5 more times (probably an hr each time) and then they told me I needed to call AT&T.
After 3 hours with AT&T I was finally made it to a supervisor who told me I had to send the replacement back phone back and they would then turn the lost phone on. This was the first time I had heard this in like 12 hours of phone calls so I waited another 45 min to speak with her manager. Argued with her for 20 min and she said as soon as we have a tracking number they would unblock the phone. Sent the phone in and called Asurion and spent a few hours trying to get this squared away....kept saying I had to wait till the phone was processed. (**) So I visited the AT&T store tried to help....no luck. The tracking number said to was delivered....so 5 days later I call Asurion they say the original phone is on the blocked list and can't be taken off and to go to the AT&T store and "they will give you a new phone." What the hell??
I need to talk to someone and the AT&T store here I come. I Explain to the guy for the 30th time my situation....(he was the most helpful) he talks to his manager and gets the number of the CEO help office and makes the call. Guy says nothing he can do. He can start a new claim where I would have to pay the $275 and get a replacement phone. So right back to where I was 10 days ago with a working replacement phone....WTF! The jerk acted like he was doing me a favor. I apparently wasted 20 hours of time and returned the replacement phone only to be put back to square 1. It is really the worst customer experience. The guy said if you had gotten him on the phone he could have told me that....
I guess you have to win the Asurion phone lottery or you will just get bad information that will cost you time and money. All in all I will have put in like 20 hours of **, explained myself 40 times to 30 different people, 3 trips to the AT&T store and all to be told, "We will try to submit your claim and let you know in 24 hours" and it will cost you $275. As of now paying for a phone that has not worked in 12 days. I could not be more displeased. It is not like there is a person that you can complain to because the last jerk I talked to was like "I'm the top guy to talk to" and did I still want him to put the claim in? That did not sit well with me. I will bad mouth this company to anyone who will listen. 0 STARS.
I was having issues but Nigel and Mark were so sweet and helpful. I'm so grateful they have such kind and patient people working for them. We seriously need more people who are like they are. So grateful that this is the company my insurance is through ❤️.
My I phone was cracked & wanted to get it fixed. Went to AT&T in Willowbrook and was beginning to feel like I was getting the run around. I ended up going to a bigger AT&T store and met Josh who was a true customer service person. His willingness & expertise truly calmed me down. Josh is great and I think the world would operate better with more Joshes in The world. He helped me to file my claim & the full process. Kudos to Josh.
The guy that took care of me was extremely helpful. I believe his name is John. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. My husband and I have been with AT&T for years and this is one of the first that actually takes time to listen and help us.

Asurion sent my replacement iPhone to me in 1 business day. This was unbelievable. The refurbished phone was in excellent condition. Asurion employee Xavier at the ATandT store on McFarland Blvd. next to Midtown Shopping Center went on and beyond to be helpful in transferring my data to my new phone and explained other features about the phone which is very helpful to a senior citizen. Asurion also made it very simple to return my old phone back to them. I will recommend Asurion insurance to anyone without reservation or hesitation.
Asurion tech services were unable to fix my device due to water damages and I was given a new device for $39. I received my replacement device the next day. My experience overall was outstanding to say the least. I would highly recommend their services.
I was asked specific questions about the device so it would be done easily and quickly. But most importantly correctly the time. The device had fallen out of a pocket unknowingly then ran over. I am glad l purchased the plan to protect us from any accidental mishaps.
The facility was nice and clean and both male employees that assisted me were professional and nice as well. The time it took to repair my phone was not long at all, I went next door to shop at target.

I ordered my phone from Asurion, I didn’t receive for 4 days then I made a comment online that I didn’t receive my device, someone came to my house and personally delivered in 3 hours when I told them I'm going out of country next day.
Nothing but great things to say about the service online and with the AT&T store here in Brownwood. Jennifer was a great resource and great knowledge of everything I needed and really saved me money and giving me the best offers and best promotions.
My experience was great the only complaint I have is the price my copay is $299.00. I realize the phone is higher end but I pay and pay every month and don't think the copay should be so much. Thank you.

Filing the claim was easy. I did it all online. Made my apt and the next day I went in for repair. Quick easy fast! Very satisfied. I used the link from Att.com to file the claim. It took about 7 minutes total. The store I selected had 2 hours turnaround window, they even had screen protectors.

He made me one happy customer! 10/10 would recommend you keep insurance on your phone. I don't care if you "are very careful" or whatever excuse you have. I said the same thing and still am happy I kept the insurance on my phone. Otherwise I would've had subpar service from some company not partnered with ATT or Asurion.

Broken screen, called Asurion and they set me up with an appointment the next day. The Tech shows up and had stripped the screws on the bottom of the phone. The next day I have a brand new phone by noon from FedEx.
I had a great experience with uBreakiFix Of Wilkes Barre. They were very friendly and Took care of my battery problem asap. I would recommend them them to anyone! Also the MOOSIC site was very good and Recommended the WB site because they did not have the battery!

Our Samsung 65 inch LED TV is covered by this Asurion warranty through 1/2024. Our initial claim was submitted 6/2022. Since that time, there have been 4 unsuccessful service repairs for the same defect that to this day has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. The fourth "repair" was completed by a 3rd party contracted technician service called Definition Audio Video Corp. The technician replaced the motherboard with a used device that still had the previous owner's names and passwords loaded which blocked us from watching some of our streaming services that we pay for each month, and this is the FOURTH replacement of a motherboard that did NOT fix the original complaint.
On 1/31/23 we AGAIN contacted Asurion to report this issue and request replacement of the TV per the No Lemon Policy in the warranty which reads "After three service repairs for the same defect have been completed on an individual eligible product under this plan, and the individual product requires a fourth repair, as determined by us, we will provide you with a replacement product." On 2/3/23 we found out this claim #1686236741 was denied by the same 3rd party contractor who fraudulently placed the used motherboard, who had no knowledge if the TV was actually repaired.
Another Claim #** to at least replace the defective used motherboard was also denied by the same technician who was is practicing fraudulent business practices. Claim #1687230085 was opened 2/3/23 to again report/replace the used motherboard. We called back on 2/6/23 because again we heard nothing from them. We had to open ANOTHER claim #** for the same issues. Asurion is absolutely NOT honoring the promises in this warranty, nor do they intervene with dishonest contractors. An important point is that Asurion does not call or schedule services as promised. It requires constant phone calls from us to get any information. We have heard nothing from Asurion since 2/6/23. This TV should be replaced per the NO Lemon Policy!

It was an easy process. We received the tablet in under a week. The model we previously had was older and they no longer sell them, so they upgraded the tablet as well! Purchasing this plan is worth it, we have replaced several phones over the years and have had a great experience every time.
Store was neat, clean, and service personnel were great! I though I had to replace my S22 Ultra because it was tossed into traffic and severely damaged. They replaced the screen and it works perfectly. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. They also helped me determine the reason my backup phone didn't work was because my micro SIM card from my S22 was smaller that the slot in the backup phone. I recommend this Van Nuys, California store.

My iPhone 12 screen was cracked and within 2 hours I received a call to pick up my phone. The customer service was excellent. I brought my phone to U break and We Fix in Henderson NV. Asurion communication with the service provider was great leaving me with a wonderful experience.

Cracked my phone screen for the first time ever. Called the same night to open a claim and went in the next day to get the screen fixed. Megan was very helpful and friendly. It took an hour to complete but everything was finished and my phone was sanitized and cleaned and I was ready to go. I am so happy that it could get done so quickly and perfectly.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. It was fixed as soon as the repair store opened and I could drop my phone off. The process was super easy, and they took care of the problem as soon as possible.
My daughters phone was damaged, screen cracked and not working properly. I dropped off my device at this location per my mobile coverage listing. When I returned two hours later, it was like new again. Terra was extremely polite and kind. I would definitely recommend this place and service.

I came into AT&T with a friend because they needed their cracked screen fixed and I needed the same services. We were greeted and Al who worked on the phone asked if I needed anything and said he could get that done before they closed. It was 5:30 and they are scheduled to close at 6 pm. He fixed my screen in less than 20 min and I was grateful for the awesome customer service and quick fix. Shout out to AL!!
It is the only automative system that I trust and it works very very good. No complaints here. I feel safe with this one. Not only is it fast and safe. If you need extra help, they have extra help with alternative help. And to return your old phone if you have, it is very easy to understand and follow directions.
I would not have Asurion to do nothing different at all. The service and repair guy was amazing! The repair guy took the phone to the repair van. From there the repair of my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen took maybe 30min and cost $29.00 and change. Very easy and convenient. Thanks Asurion.
Krystile was wonderful, handling our claim quickly and efficiently. My grandson was crushed when his Christmas smart phone landed in the toilet, but now he's a happy camper with a replacement! Krystile truly saved the day, was fabulous and made it so easy! I highly recommend this program.

THE ONLY TIME I WOULD FEEL SAFE LEAVING MY PHONE UNLOCKED IN THE HANDS OF A STRANGER... FAST, SIMPLE, EASY... Took less than 2 hours to repair my cracked glass...Upon walking in to the store I was greeted and instantly taken care of...All my questions were answered and I left feeling confident leaving my device UNLOCKED in the hands of STRANGERS.

I used a claim through T-Mobile as I pay for device protection and paid the 99 fee to replace my son's iPhone. Sent in the broken one and they claimed they didn't receive it. WHAT. I even called them and confirmed that to them I sent it back. They said I would credit they received it to my account, but that did not happen. I am charged on my BILL. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I AM LIVID!!!! COMPLAINT NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE!

From start to finish my experience was seamless. The location was easy to find. Parking was easy. I walked in and received a warm happy to see you type of greeting. Troubleshooting was quick. Was told 90 min my phone screen would be fixed. Came back to pick up my phone. Greeted by a different employee but with the same friendly manner. My phoned looked brand new with the screen replacement! Absolutely no charge for the repair. It was covered 100%! Well worth the insurance! I highly recommend the Chesterfield, MO location and their people working there!
Superb service. It didn't take time to get my phone fixed. I would recommend anyone to use Asurion services because they are the best. I don't know about other electronic devices but they are A-plus in phone repairs. And guess what guys, if they can't fix it, they replace it for you!!!

My phone was completely broke, I submitted a claim by Monday afternoon and my phone was fixed by the next day. So happy and extremely satisfied. I though I needed a new phone, however, with Asurion, it cost me almost nothing.
I arrived, I was help immediately, they had my name already on their list from when I contacted them on phone. He repaired my phone in 2 hrs. They contacted me 20 minutes before he was done. When he handed my phone to me. He made sure I was satisfied. Great service, highly recommended it.

I requested a replacement device for my Galaxy S21 Ultra that had water damage in late Nov. I got a replacement device for a Galaxy S20 instead. Upon realizing this mistake, I called back the same day to request a reshipment in early December. And here is where 3 months of back-and-forth goes by... This would require a book to explain everything that went down after the last 3 months so I'll summarize. I call in, they see the mistake and say they will ship out the right phone. I call back after no phone reshipment or answer for a few weeks, and they say that they didn't receive the previous device, even though someone else said they did. They said a different department didn't recognize it. I called after they finally recognized the phone in late December but now they say that they see the wrong device on file. They say they will make that change.
I call back a week later and they say I need to change it within my Samsung account instead. I call back and ask for help because I don't know where I need to make that change, and they end up making that change. Now they say they will ship out the new one. I call back because I've heard no response for a while, they say they can't ship it out because now my account has been closed out! Now I'm with a different company. I tell them that you need to finish my original claim before passing me off. Late-January now, and I get a letter in the mail saying I will be charged $1,365 for an overdue device. I call in and they say it's just a mistake. Well, I got charged $1365 a few days later... I call back, they refund me which took 4 days to be recognized in my bank account, making me late for my bills. Now I say that I need to continue my original claim for a reshipment. They say it's all taken care of and I will get a call back the next day.
Never got a call back 4 days later, so I call and they say that I need to send in my current phone in order to complete the reshipment. I tell them that I can't because I need a phone for work and I need to transfer my data over once I get the new phone. They blame the insurance adjusters and say they can't budge. Talked to 3 different managers. I finally give in and say that I'm done with Asurion. I'm going to keep the wrong device. I'm very glad that I have a different phone insurance company now for potential future claims. I have spent around 10 hours on the phone with them these last 3 months for this silly reshipment, ultimately to tell me this. I'm DONE. The disorganization and miscommunication has been shocking and alarming for a company that Samsung supposedly recommends. I will never use Asurion again as long as I live. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Within 3 days of reporting phone stolen, AT&T blocked phone and retrieved all my data to new phone without changing my directory or number. I received my new phone within 3 days, I am a longtime member of AT&T, I highly recommend. Get the insurance for your phone immediately, you won’t regret it. MSgt USAF RET.

My aunt's phone had so many viruses that it was nearly impossible to do a data transfer yet they worked with me on three separate occasions for over two hours to work through the challenges I was having with the phone. They not only quickly established that the phone was broken and offered a replacement (which came in upgrades) but also helped this tech-unsavvy niece try and get her 83 year old aunt up and running but also cares enough to go the extra distance with care because she had precious photos of her recently deceased husband in the old phone. The associates I worked with (all three of them) were outstanding in their desire to go above and beyond! I couldn’t be more pleased!
I have filed a claim for a lost device, but Asurion has sent me an RMA box with a return label requesting the return of an iPhone. However, it is not possible to return the phone as it was reported as lost in my claim. I have AT&T Mobile Coverage and Home+ Protection.
I call and done a insurance claim on my son phone and when we got to replacement phone it won't work so took it to AT&T store and the associate told me that the phone was no good!!!! I want never do another insurance claim again with AT&T. They need to make sure their replacement phones are working before sending them out to customers

My daughter broke her phone screen on Sunday. I took it to Asurion by 10:15 on Monday. Phone was fixed by Levi at Asurion by Monday at 2:00. Great prompt service. He was also a very courteous, nice man to talk and work with.

Shredder untouched for 3 months. Didn’t work with first try. Called Asurion Protection plan who transferred me to 5 different people. Each person put me on a long hold. Each person refused to honor my claim.

Was easy and fast to have my cracked screen replaced. Phone looks brand new and works like it did. They did a great job with explaining on what was to be done and checked everything on the phone out to make sure it was all working and then did the same after the repair with the fast repair and the customer service they have. I would use them again and again if I need repairs.
All seemed to go smoothly until I received the replacement device. Came out of the box with a battery problem that makes the phone crash and shut down randomly. I think that would be a long enough of an explanation, but it’s not.

Like most people I put out a lot of money for my phone service and insurance and I pay my bills on time so when I have an issue I expect to receive what I’m paying for & great customer service. However when my phone needed repair I did not get great service from the original technician that was assigned to fix my device. Despite me making an appointment days in advance he waited 1 hour before my appt and sent me a text stating he didn’t have the part in stock. WTH!! I took the day off & he waited until the 11th hour to notify me. I ended up going to a local authorized location & they did the repair in less than 1 hour. 5 stars to local authorized deal and 2 NEGATIVE stars to the lazy technician who was to arrive at my location for the repair.

It took 5 days plus for them to approve my claim. The worst customer service experience ever. I was hung up on. I was told that I would get a replacement and then the claim will get denied. The customer service people were not familiar with their at all.

I have been on the phone with ATT and Asurion for the past few hours and neither is taking ownership for this issue. I filled an insurance claim with Asurion and was sent a refurbished phone, upon setting up this new device I began getting spam calls, text and notifications not from SMS/Messaging and locking my phone, then having to hard reset, from what TWO reps have said it's MALWARE and I have to go to a location to have my phone repaired and pay or I can upgrade and trade in my device. This is not at all acceptable as a long time ATT customer with 4 lines, 2 ipads, 4 watches and TV/Internet services. ATT/Asurion were quick to take payments and not will to help.

This is the 2nd time I've used Asurion, both times excellent coverage and fast replacement, well worth the monthly charge. 1 replacement was a faulty battery the 2nd I had filled the memory area in the phone. Most companies show up when they show up, with no notice or empathy for the customer. Once he arrived, he came to the front door to get the iPhone that needed repair. The process to determine the course of action for my damaged screen and get it fixed same day was so incredibly fast and easy. I was thoroughly expecting to be days without a phone and to go wait in line at a store. They had my Google Pixel 6 screen in stock and turned it around same day. I know that maybe doesn't always happen, but for how easy it was, I would've even waited another day. You don't think of insurance claims as a pleasant experience, but both of my interactions with Asurion have been excellent.
Broke my phone screen last night. The claim was so easy to do and the process was so quick. I had my phone back the same day within an hour! Only downside I wish more locations were available near me. Wasn’t too bad as the location I went to was near work, had it not been for that I would have really needed to go out of my way.
I don’t know what I’ll do without ASURION. They have help me and my family many many times with replacement phones. Yes there a fee but it beats paying full price on a phone. Asurion representative offered us the AT&T home protection plan and we declined and he still continued and added service without authorization. Representative refused to help us remove it, told us to call customer service to get it removed and did not even apologize.

Asurion is the best. AT&T play games with good customers. Apple's a robber. You buy this overprice defective stuff and they overcharge to get it fix. This the second I had a issue with a iPhone 13 Pro and my mom's was with AT&T when it was called Ma Bell. Wasn't no computers and all this overprice stuff and when she passed away in 2015. I took the account over, and I’ve one deal with them. But thanks for Asurion or this wouldn’t be worth dealing with!

Overall the lease that I received my replacement quickly, however, was disappointed that the product and pieces was thrown in the box and not neatly place in the box cut out that protects it during transport. Also, website is extremely user friendly and even the a person who is not tech savvy could use it.
