My daughter's replacement came quick. The whole process from start to finish was very easy to complete. Had some issues activating but called the number provided and phone was up and running in no time. Would recommend definitely and use again in the future.

A week or so after receiving my latest replacement I noticed my screen has shadows in the background, color trails, imprints, not sure how else to explain. When I called to report, I was told I would be charged for another replacement, when it is defective. This had been my only bad experience with Asurion.

I received my replacement phone, the day I got it, I came down with COVID, I was unable to return the broken phone within the 15 day policy. The replacement phone that was sent has not work properly since received (this has happened in the past as well). Today is the first time that I've had access to the replaced phone (it is a family member's, not mine) AND an hour+ to sit on the phone with Asurion to get it exchanged. The call went well and after going through all the trouble shooting steps they concur that the replacement phone is, in fact, defective. So now we are waiting on the replacement phone for the replacement phone and hope IT works! Fingers crossed.

I accidentally hung up on the person that helped me fix my phone that was not turning on. His name was John! I am hoping this helps out! I was going to do the survey to give him five stars but I hung up after I said bye to him because of habit. I talked to him about 5 minutes ago and called from my husband's phone. Asurion insurance has saved me from having to purchase a brand new phone! And customer service is awesome!

Replaced my phone quickly and with no hassle. Shipped to another address at school so my son didn’t lose a day without his phone for school and work worked fine as a warranty. I’ll always keep a service plan that works on my assets that matter.

They got my replacement phone sent to me as fast as they could. They were helpful whenever I needed help with the question I had and answered it to the fullest extent that they could. I most definitely will recommend Asurion to family members and friends. The only bad thing is, is that the deductible went up tremendously since the last time I had to replace one of my phones on my account. Representative tried to sign me up for wifi but I already have wifi through Verizon but it's in my fiancée name.

I've been a customer of Verizon for over 15 years. My phone screen cracked and I was told I had to get a new phone because there were no replacement screens for my Droid. I've spent no less than 20 hours on the phone with Asurion and Verizon tech support to resolve issues of transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. It's still not resolved. Extremely frustrating because of the wait times and the lack of knowledge from the representatives. And I'm on a deadline to return the old phone as well.

I had to replace spouse's iPad because the power cord broke off in the power port and we couldn't get it out. We even took it to a repair place and they worked on it for 45 minutes. It was easy to replace online with the submission, and easy to send it back.

The only issue was communicating regarding turning off the Find My Phone. Since the phone itself was not usable due to a severely cracked screen, it was not possible to use. I received an email to turn off FMP, which I did.

They were amazing to work with. Filled out my claim and two days later had the new phone. Tried to call but couldn't get through. Went to their app and chatted with them and they transferred the service right away.

Asurion was great. I called them at approximately 11:00 at night because I cracked the screen on my phone. I received the replacement phone the next day. The instructions were easy for activating my replacement phone and retrieving the contents of my broken phone.

Asurion was very helpful and no hassle. I had purchased a new iPhone from the Apple store without thinking about the insurance. So within 1 day I was able to return the new phone to Apple and initiate the replacement of my iPhone 8 Plus which came the next day and I saved hundreds of dollars.

The initial replacement phone didn't work. It would not stay on long enough to transfer my files from the damaged phone. Because this issue could not be corrected, a second replacement phone had to be sent. This was very inconvenient as this was both my personal and work phone. 2nd phone worked great!

I called to have my watch repaired only to find out they don’t repair them but the great news I found out was not only do they replace them but you guys replaced it with the latest model due to mine being a few years old. Very fast, but phone have something weird on the front screen, but everything else work OK. Was easy to fill the claim. I think the deductible is too high, because the phone I received look used, and little weird, and the glass camera are weird too.

The first replacement phone couldn’t be activated because it was listed as a lost or stolen phone so that had to be returned and and replacement phone was sent which did work. We returned both phones but I still got a threatening letter indicating we had to return a phone or we would be charged, not nice.

From completing the claim to receiving our replacement phone, the experience was very positive. As older adults, our son helped initiate the process and prepare our damaged phone for return. He found it to be a simple process. We received our replacement phone in record time. And the tech who assisted us with the replacement phone set up not only was very knowledgeable, but pleasant and patient. Overall - very positive experience.

Shipment was fast, but delivered to a wrong address. Then when I called back the rep was not helpful at all and didn’t want to hear me talk, they wanted to finish talking before I could talk. I did not catch her name because I was kind of irritated about how she was handling this and to top it off she didn’t finish processing the second phone so I had to wait an additional couple of days and when I called back the last rep said it was not processed but she was calm and answered all my questions while figuring out what was going on and sent out a new phone.

I broke the glass screen on my Motorola Edge UW 5g 2021 Cell phone. It was brand new! Because the repair places in my small town did not do repairs on Motorola phones, I asked for a new phone. Asurion sent me a new phone at an amazingly low price. Then I sent my old phone back to them. It was a seamless, simple and easy way to do business. I am so grateful for Asurion's insurance. It is absolutely worth purchasing!

Had to pay 1/2 original retail price of a 2 year old phone. Replacement phone battery is junk. Lasts maybe 1/3 as long as my 2 year old original. Overall, not happy. Next time I'll just buy a new phone and skip the gimmicks from the so called "insurance."

My new phone was delivered within 2 days of filing a claim. The only thing is the battery doesn't hold a charge for very long. This makes me think I got a reconditioned phone with the original battery especially since it cost me over $200.

They were great. Asurion did a super job. My phone was stolen, to make a long story short, the phone was left at a merchant's and returned the phone to me. I had to cancel the replacement phone and got my replacement fee credited to my debit card. Asurion was wonderful, but I am glad that I got my phone back.

Phone arrived quickly, set up was straightforward and easy. The reminders to return the old phone were much appreciated, as I always have a habit of keeping the old until the new one is for sure going to work out fine. Asurion has come through for us in the past and did not disappoint this time around. The high deductible was a downside but not enough to prevent me from utilizing the service. Had my old phone been completely unusable it would have saved a lot of time and hassle to get a new one and get on with life.

So glad we purchased the insurance. The service was so fast and received replacement within a day. I was provided with directions and envelope to return damaged phone.. I highly recommend for anyone who has a smartphone. The cost for insurance and deductible saved me at least $800. I am am also very impressed with how simple it was to file claim. I filled claim my husband phone and it took less then 5 minutes. Then as I said earlier I received replacement new phone in a day. The phone had directions and tool to remove sim card. My claim representatives were very mean and didn't know the products or the procedures very well. The first time I called the customer service representative told me it would be $29 for the repair and the second one said it would be $129.

They honored their policy. They were very professional and handled my claim quickly without any hassles. I use them everytime I fly. My flight was delayed because of the weather and I had to get a hotel room and stay the night, so I could catch a flight next day. I submitted a claim on a pair of Sure headphones that cost 231 without tax and shipping. Their website states on their home page right under hassle free claims, that they will repair or replace the insured product. They could not repair my headphones so they offered me 111 dollars. This amount does not replace my insured headphones. When I tried to speak to a rep she was very rude about it and placed me on hold for about 30 min while she went to retrieve a supervisor. Supervisor told me they don't replace products, I read word for word right from the homepage. They only offered me what they say is fair market value. These headphones were brand new and broke on the first day of college. I even submitted the receipt from Amazon. When Verizon signed me up for this protection plan, I was told if something broke they would fix or replace the item. 111 for a 231 dollar set of headphones is not replacement. I will be cancelling this service. They also did the same thing when I submitted a claim for my mouse.

Called Asurion after my phone had failed after they had replaced it just a month before. The young lady was very knowledgeable as she explain that a replacement for that style of of phone was not possible as they quit making it. She told me that I was getting an upgrade. At first I was worried on what it was costing but She reassured me that the warranty was in effect. So in a couple of days I had a new phone, called the number that was provide and we had the phone with transfer data and update in about 20 minutes. I was very happy and very relieved.

I had to pay $175 for a refurbished phone that is over 3 years old and then the camera stopped working a couple weeks later. I don't understand why I paid for insurance. I can buy refurbished a refurbished Pixel 3 off Amazon for cheaper than you charged me plus I paid already for the insurance in the beginning. On a 3 year old phone you should just send me a new one for free if I have insurance and it stops working.

Every phone I received it echoes. The phone is no good. The phone doesn't charge at all. Then the memory doesn't hold. The representative heard the echoes when I was on the phone Asurion. This is the waste of money. I will to downgrade.

Horrible customer service to replace my iPhone 13pro. It took over 6 weeks. Every time I called customer service I was given a different set of instructions. This finally resolved when I was told that my husband needed to fill out the paperwork. Even then it took four additional phone calls, each with a few more details a previous support person failed to tell us. After all the hassle and despite paying a lot for the insurance, we still had to pay $250. I would never recommend this insurance group if you think there is any chance you will need their help.

The phone took 6 days to arrive. And even though it was lost I UPS you would not send another and worry about the replacement later. The deductible was just slightly less than buying a new one from Walmart. I would never recommend you to anyone else.

On 3 separate occasions I spoke with technicians regarding my brand new phone and the fact that the phone was downloading bulk text messages that were sent to me, from a variety of people, from weeks back that I never received, and also duplicates of what was already there. One night I received 33 texts from the past 2 weeks. Not one technician was able to help me. Bennie, the last technician, had me on the phone for over 1 hour and in the end did more harm than good. We scheduled a time, 2 days later, when he would call me to see if the problem was still occurring. Needless to say, I made sure that I was available, and he DID NOT call me, and I now had additional problems that were not there before such as not being able to swipe from right to left on the screen.
I called the company again today. After waiting for at least 30 minutes, I finally was connected to Anna. I started stating what has been happening with my phone and my experience with Asurion so far, Then, the call was disconnected. I can only think that she hung up on me as she did not call me back, even though she had my phone number. I am so disappointed in the in-person customer service at Asurion. Fixing phones is part of what Asurion is supposed to do, and yet 3 out of 3 technicians were unable to help me, and caused more problems. What a horrible experience! Stay away! I do have to say that I needed to get a replacement phone in the past, and had a very good experience, but now they have lost my trust and confidence. The technicians have no idea what they are doing! I wonder if Todd Chretien, Vicky Klein and Tony Detter are checking quality control at all!

I would give less than one star if I could. Service is horrible. Constantly waiting with no feedback. They never tell you what you want to hear. Always on hold with someone who cannot help you and you have to go to someone else and wait on hold again. English is never the person's first language. Never be in a hurry. The Asurion representatives were very nice but ultimately I felt unlistened to and my issue was not resolved. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with Asurion on calls over 3 weeks when promises were made to resolve my situation but the phone I was ultimately sent had the same issue as the phone I had before. I had communicated that the issue was the model of the phone I had (this was even confirmed speaking to tech support for Verizon and Asurion) but the very nice representatives assured me the phone would not have the same issue.
Asurion's system is too clunky and does not allow for representatives to communicate with each other. Therefore every person I talked to I had to reexplain my situation and tell them how many people I had already talked to. Ultimately I had to purchase a new phone because Asurion did not listen to my issue and actually resolve it. Let alone apologize for the inconvenience or follow up to see it it had actually been corrected this time. I wanted to like Asurion because the people were nice but ultimately it seems that they are not set up to actually help. Would not recommend to anyone and thought their pitch to cover my devices with a new insurance package was laughable after I saw the nightmare their system is if someone wants to actually be heard about an issue.

The claim was easy to complete online. It gives me two option, either have it fixed or replaced. Once I submit the claim, I got the new phone sent within 2 days. It was pretty fast. I am pleased and happy with Asurion services. Glad that I insure with the company. Definitely a good insurance purchase. There is a deductible to pay but you get a new phone instead of having it fixed.

The phone came quickly but it was not charged long enough for me to load my info so it failed and I am not sure how to reload it which is terribly annoying when you are busy. I called the help line and it’s a chat not a person. They couldn’t help me. I guess I have to bring it to a Verizon store. I suggest with your instructions that you tell people to first start with a fully charged phone. My phone arrived on and it was actually speaking a different language. So that leaves me with a lesser version of what I had, basically take it or leave it. Asurion was AMAZING! Efficient, professional, expedient. I called them early evening on weekday, My replacement phone was delivered and waiting for me at work when I arrived the next day. It was as promised and helpline picked up and held my hand through the process!

The representative was quick and easy to send me another phone since mine broke. The representative told me when the phone would ship and when it would arrive. All the instructions were enclosed to get me setup for the new asset.

Very speedy resolution to my husband's damaged phone. I spoke with someone the day before the phone arrived and it didn't have to be signed for which worked out great. Pleased with the whole process and would recommend Asurion to everyone!!

The replacement phone that we got did not work, I had to take it in to Verizon and they could not get it to work, so I had to buy another phone. I am disappointed with the service. In the past I have had good experiences.

Their service was quick and very efficient. Once received the phone very easy to reload and once working sending back the broken phone was very easy. I just packed it up in the envelope that was included and then took to the post office. Simple, quick and easy

With Asurion coverage it is always easy to report a problem to with extremely fast response time. The online process of reporting is easy and fast.. Placed a report late at night and had next day delivery of new phone.

I thought the cost, having insurance on my phone, would have been lower for the replacement phone. I paid $170 approx, the new/refurb'd phone came with a charger not as updated as the phone, Verizon in Vallejo, CA, had me pay $43 for charger & cord.

We lost a phone through theft and unfortunately had not put a locator on it. We filed a claim very easily online with Asurion and had immediate success in receiving a replacement. Since the phone needed upgrading, we then took it to Verizon and traded it in for a newer model, receiving a valuable credit. I would recommend Asurion, and do, to my family and friends every time we talk about phone service.

The new phone arrived within a couple of days. The process was easy. We mailed back the damaged phone on Feb. 2. We never received a confirmation of its arrival back to you. That would have been helpful. The US Mail was extremely slow.

Don't do it. That's all I have to say. This company is amazing at wasting your time and money. They took my $250 headphones in for repair, with a prepaid $50 fee, sat on them for two months before telling me they couldn't repair them. Meanwhile, they're getting my $25/month fee. They finally got back to me with a "buyout" quote of $89, which is ridiculously low for these headphones. I can't even buy a used pair of them for that. The lady on the phone gave me some corporate mumbo-jumbo about how they determine their buyout amounts, but it's crap, they can say whatever they want. Save yourself the money and headache. Don't trust this company!

The agent was extremely helpful. Asurion doesn’t recognize my address for some reason (we can only get mail at PO Box). But the agents are always helpful in assisting me. I appreciate the extra security measures even if they are a bit inconvenient.

I was upset that I couldn't get a replacement of the device that I currently had and took a really low grade Samsung. In the Diesel Industry I needed a strong phone and I am worried about this one everyday. I did buy a great case for it so that's good but unfortunately a warranty only covers a used phone or refurbish. They call it that. Shouldn't be acceptable in these times with covid and hygiene. I didn't know that's what I was paying for and I'm sure a lot of people didn't either. I also received a phone case that doesn't fit the phone and you're charging me $50 from my old phone which I paid a lot for and it's worth more than the phone you gave me. You should waive that fee when it's not a match and we're accepting something we don't want to but have no choice due to processor's internal problems that are not of our fault. Very fast shipment of my replacement phone. Quick to get live operator when calling customer service. Representative was very quick in processing my claim. Very easy to recover my data & copy it onto my replacement phone. Also was very easy to activate my replacement phone. I would like option to get replacement phone in person at store or repair center, instead of having phone mailed to me.

Phone was good, had to go through several different phone calls that took a long time. Hold times were long. Each person I talked to made me report the same information. The final person I talked to listened to what I said and we had it up and running. There were no written directions for the phone at all????

The process for getting my replacement phone went smoothly. The agent was professional and courteous. She clearly gave me the instructions on how to return my old phone including take a picture of the return label for my record just in case the return was not received for some reason.

Attempts were made to determine if the phone could be fixed with a reset and when that didn't work, a refurbished phone was sent to me. The individuals that I dealt with were very courteous, understanding and made every effort they could to assist with my problem.

It is a little confusing when you first go in the website but they have pretty simple instructions. I would like it to be in other languages for people who English is not their first language they speak. But besides that everything was nice and simple and got my phone fixed.

Had to jump thru a lot of hoops to get approval. But operator stayed on the line while I was trying to make sure I provided everything that was needed so I didn't have to wait for a response. Very nice lady.

I am not happy receiving a phone marked remanufactured by Asurion. I believe it lessens the value of my phone that I am still paying for! I feel the the insurance is a scam! I pay $17 per month for a used phone!

Although the deductible is a little pricey, my phone always arrives the very next day and it's easy to setup and I don't have to use valuable time going to the Verizon store to have them set it up for me.

It took about 3 weeks to get my replacement phone because someone from your company did not place the order after I called. I had to call again when the phone did not arrived. The replacement phone is operable however I do have some issues when I try to unlock it. The keypad does not always respond when tapped.

Everything went smoothly from problem ID through receipt of replacement phone. I had a little difficulty with set-up on replacement phone, but got through it. Due to no problem on Asurion end received notice that Asurion did not receive my old phone. That the glitch made me waste time looking for a receipt. Asurion acknowledged that my old phone was actually there.

I had a physical defect with my phone that wasn’t due to any known damage. I called in to Asurion and they made it easy for me to file a claim and get a replacement device in a timely manner. I had a new phone in 2 days and spent less than 30 minutes on the phone with them, which was great.

The replacement iPad arrived quickly; it was perfect. However, the return box they sent me was too small, so I had to package in a different box to return the damaged iPad. Other than the wrong return packaging, everything else was fine.
