Great service. Was very fast, and phone was in excellent condition. Phone looks like new and battery has kept a good charge. Thank you for the rapid service as I use the phone for my business. Took it to local Verizon Store Russell Cellular. They provided great service as usually.

Very fast, incredibly great service!!! I turned in my claim and in a few minutes it was approved! The phone arrived in perfect condition in a couple days! Returned the phone and got a confirmation email in a few days! I Would definitely recommend this service to all my friends! Way to go!

I had a cracked glass back that could not be fixed unfortunately on the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Phone call took a little time, but no problems there. Once the claim was approved, the replacement phone was shipped fast. No issues. Very smooth transaction. Thank you!

The process was simple and straightforward. I received the replacement phone promptly. I was able to transfer service easily with one call. I only wish there were instructions on how to reset the old phone before I shipped it back.

The phone came promptly and was super easy to send my old device back since the package and label were ready. I did have a hard time getting Find My iPhone to stop tracking. I think having more clear instructions for how to do this through iCloud for people who don't have a functioning phone would be helpful.

I would like to share my recent few experiences with Asurion. They have been horrible and customer service has gone downhill and I have had them for over 20 years. I had opened a phone claim back in Oct of 21 and I had received two phones and didn't work. I called multiple time a week and finally a supervisor said to me, "Send them back and will give you a check for your old phone." I was like ok, and she also said for the inconvenience that when this was all over and closed, I could get my deductible back for all my issues. I finally got my check late Nov. 21 and ordered a new phone and got it in Dec. 21.
I called back to ask about the deductible, and they said they had to still check in my old device to issue the refund, finally we are in Feb. 22 and it's all over and done with everything being checked in and good. I called to get my refund and they said they couldn't do it. I said why? They said because it's in their rules and I said, "That not what I was told, listen to the calls," and they said basically it didn't matter if the supervisor messed up, they wouldn't honor it. I said, "Well can't you listen to the call, you can see it in the notes," and they said nothing can be done. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Also, don't buy the HomeTech protection. I did a claim back in late Nov on my airpods and it was approved right away. I just got my check February 9th. The service is a waste of 25 a month and the customer service is the worst!!! No one wants to help you, they just want to give you the runaround.

I was told my new replacement device would be arriving. The tech called me from nearby and arrived shortly thereafter. She came to the door and introduced herself and then left. I never saw her or heard from her again. I spent an hour on the phone and online and finally got a replacement phone sent the next day by Fed Ex.

I tried several times to schedule appointment for replacement glass or screen on my phone. It was impossible to schedule either online or over the phone. The last person to help me did a fantastic job and we were able to finally have my phone replaced.

Replaced damaged phones. One iPhone 13 Pro Max had a cracked screen and one 11 Pro Max had a speaker phone problem. I was very pleased with the turnaround. We will keep doing business with Asurion. I worked through our Verizon Wireless rep. He took care of almost everything.

I used Asurion to exchanged a phone and two Gizmos that my 10 and 9 year old destroyed. In the beginning of the electronic process there were issues, as the print told me that the damage did not fall in the scope of repair or exchange. Once the process got going it was pretty easy. The Asurion rep from Richmond was prompt and professional. I would absolutely recommend using Asurion to all friends and family.

My device was stolen and I was able to get it replaced and barely missed a call! Fast claim response! I received my phone the next day! I was able to track my shipment anytime too! I have excellent service and didn’t want to go through any hassle. The claim was filed in like five mins or less. I recommend addition anytime it’s available!

Last time I submitted a claim with Asurion were fantastic. The 800 number was answered promptly and got handset delivered next day. This time, the online claim told me to call the 800 number to finish the claim, this time the 800 number was not answered for 15 minutes, then I was transferred to Verizon and the Asurion customer rep stayed with me the whole time it took to talk to Verizon, which is another story. Finally Verizon gave the OK and my phone was replaced. Keep in mind that this handset was under warranty by Asurion not by Verizon. Asurion replaced my old phone S10+ for this one an S21+ because they didn't have the S10+ to exchange. This claim was made within the 12 month warranty period for my S21+.

It has been very beneficial to have Verizon as the provider for my cellular needs. I have enjoyed and recommended them to others. If I hadn't had Asurion coverage, I would have be using a damaged phone, that I had recently purchased. Of course, I didn't like the cost, but it was there for me when it was needed. The service person, that helped me set up the phone was patient, knowledgeable, and did his assignment very well.

Asurion did a great job of getting a replacement phone to me, and they were right there to assist me with the transfer process. However, after spending many days and tons of hours trying to get my data transferred, they couldn't get it all to transfer. Not only that I couldn't answer calls. They could not fix this. I went to the Verizon store and the associate was very helpful and friendly and took care of all of my issues. Then I returned 2 phones to Asurion and they wanted to charge me $75.00 for holding the phones because they couldn't fix them. I filled out the survey card that came with the replacement phone and told them I just wanted my phone fixed.

I had to call back 4-6 times due to being transferred to the wrong department and then being disconnected. I finally got an agent who knew what she was doing. She took ownership of my issue and immediately offered a solution. I wish I remembered her name but she was amazing! This score of two stars is in no way a reflection of my transaction with her but as a whole.

The process was easy and prompt. We received our new phone in less than 24 hours from the time of reporting the claim. The only disappointment was the cost - deductible. I didn't really to expect to pay a deductible since I pay a monthly fee for the insurance. The monthly fee plus the deductible added up to the price of a new phone.

My phone had cracked so I needed it replaced and luckily I have insurance on my phone and got it replaced in like 2 days. I thought maybe just the screen needed to be replaced but instead it was the entire phone but no biggie. But the sim card didn’t work so I did have to keep my old one to work.

My phone which was a new phone was stolen. It was then replaced after I made the claim with a phone that was refurbished. This fact was not made known to me prior. I am very disappointed and annoyed. At least if this was made known to me I could decide if I wanted a refurbished phone.

Phone was defective. Spent $225 locally to try and repair. Finally just used an old phone. Will never use Asurion again. In process of cancelling. It cost $149 for a refurbished phone. Non working phone. Local repair said they have never seen a phone so bad.

Honestly, the replacement was not delivered to a door, it was alongside a garden bed on the ground. I was just grateful that it had not been stepped on and the ground was not wet. It was a bit of confusion around being able to shut off the location on the destroyed iPad.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of support in getting my replacement phone set up like my damaged phone - After hours on the phone with tech support, a significant amount of my apps, data, and music were lost in the transition. I have had to spend many hours manually recreating my apps, contacts, music, and data almost like starting from scratch. I hope I never have to replace a phone again

I had a great experience with this company. My husband had cracked the screen on his phone and we contacted them for a screen replacement. Unfortunately there were no places to do a screen replacement in our area. So the company sent us a replacement phone. I put in the claim on a Monday night and had the replacement phone by Tuesday evening. They were very quick and reliable.

It was easy to get the replacement, and return the damaged device. The email sent early crossed our shipment back, and the email sent today warning to turn off find my iPhone were a bit annoying, but I knew to ignore them since we did send it and we did turn it off.

Got the new phone fast and dropped the old phone at the post office the next day. However, it seems like it takes forever to get back to you and I keep getting reminders to send it back. Luckily I took a picture of the tracking and knew it was in transit and when it was delivered. Better tracking on your side or allow us to let you know when we drop it in the mail with the tracking number.

Claim was easy to complete and submit, they contacted me right back with instructions on how to get the damage phone ready to return. I had issues turning with my Apple ID and had to wait for Apple to reset which took a few weeks and they were helpful and understanding in the process. We switched to Verizon 12-01-2021 and find the service on our phones excellent. The people we have dealt with are also excellent. I can go in and not spend a couple hours waiting my turn for an associate. They multi task very well and keep things moving.

Working with Asurion on my last two (2) claims for our small business has been very difficult. My first claim was for a lost/stolen phone. After two or three weeks of receiving emails telling me I should have a replacement phone soon, I was informed by a manager (after over a half hour on hold) that they could not replace my phone. After a few more calls and some internal anger, I was given a refund for the phone.
My next claim seemed to be going well, until it wasn't. We received a replacement phone that did not work. My employee was about 4 hours away on a project but I was told that I could not get a replacement for the replacement until I had the phone physically in my hand (which was not possible). After having to talk to 4 different people and three different phone calls, I received a new (used) phone. The latest phone doesn't even work particularly well.

My camera cracked even though I do not remember dropping the phone ever. This was the first time using the insurance plan. One negative is that I was quite surprised at the amount of money I still needed to pay even though I had insurance. I was expecting to pay $50 as that was what I was told when I enrolled in the insurance program; instead I paid $200+. But the process was easy and quick.

I dreaded sending my phone back despite the fact that it was horrible. It did a variety of things like freezing and would not make a phone call from the car. It would take 5+ tries for it to connect. Not very safe. Put it off filing a claim for months. But the rep I worked with was great, very nice and made it easy and my phone arrived in a day. Smooth process to complete. Easy to submit claim online. Delivery took only a couple of days. Wish it was a new phone and not a refurbished one- I have hesitations about them as I’ve had issues with past phones that were refurbished. It took a really long time to set up the replacement. The update took overnight (7hrs), which has never happened before.

Ashley was great to work with, but when I had to call in for help I got some guy who kept mispronouncing my name and REALLY hard-selling me on the stupid electronics protection plan. It made me angry and frustrated and actually a little uncomfortable. He seemed to be determined to do it against my will and wouldn't take no for an answer. Considering absolutely every employee I come into contact with asks me about it, every time I call, it's just very frustrating and I wish they would stop harping on it. Can't they note it in my file that I've already turned it down quite a few times and I prefer not to hear about it anymore? As a customer, I should be able to call in to conduct business without being made to feel uncomfortable. And I'm made to feel uncomfortable almost every time I call.

My replacement phone came very quickly, and all the needed information to transfer information from one phone to the replacement were included. It also included all the materials needed to send the damage phone back. The only suggestion I would have to add is that if you could have the postage so that the tracking information is already on there.

Reported the claim the day after. Got the runaround and ended up having to call them 5 times before receiving a replacement. After a month of not receiving a call, I called for the 5th and final time and got a replacement which wasn't what I really wanted. I had a crack in my screen and asked for a repair initially. Each time that I called, I had to listen to an advertisement about additional protection. Being the polite person I am, I humored them five (long) times. If you can't replace my phone in a timely manner, what makes you think I'd buy extra protection?

I have been a customer since the beginning and have never been treated so poorly. I was without a phone for 5 days. My phone is part of my business so I missed out on valuable business transactions for 5 days because this business does not offer loaner phones. How ridiculous. What is the point in having insurance if there is no backup until a replacement can be given? Why can't the local stores handle the replacement? Not only did I lose valuable business, but all of my pics/contacts/and notes did not transfer over. I might as well have gone and started a new contract with another carrier.

A slightly cracked screen on my MacBook Pro is still unrepaired after more than four months, despite more than SEVENTY-FIVE HOURS spent on the phone and any number of promises and excuses from Asurion. I'm disgusted and have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. The story is too long to recount here, but I am now being told that my computer is "unrepairable," even though Ubreakifix protocols were not followed and a tech with minimal qualification was the only person who had worked on it.
It had a tiny crack along the edge of the screen but still worked perfectly until I trusted Ubreakifix to replace the screen and, now, it appears to have been damaged beyond repair. I have been forced to purchase a replacement computer in the interim ($350) and lost $100 as a result of not being able to attend a pre-paid Zoom class, in addition to the $96 Asurion charge, much less six months of payments. Representatives from both companies were nearly all polite and seemed sincerely interested in helping me, but NOBODY HAS! These months have been the most frustrating I have ever experienced in dealing with ANY business in all of my 70 plus years!

Had great service replacing my cellphone. So easy and simple, I would highly recommend this company for anyone who has a damaged phone that needs to be replaced. They send you everything you need to send back the damaged phone. I was very pleased with how easy and simple and quick it was to fill out the form to getting the new phone so quick to doing the return of the damaged one.

Returned damaged product per their instructions with the tracking label provided by them. Called them to ensure they had the tracking when received email about returning damaged product. Tracking shows delivered to them on January 19th. On January 21 they charged my credit card $250 for the damaged product that they already have.

I was actually dreading the process, but it was easy peasy. The only thing I would change is being able to select from a few different phone models, and having a booklet explaining all the new features of the new phone and how to get from point a to point b, it has been a bit of a learning curve.

With the exception of dealing with you break I fix in Naples Florida which was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They were terrible. They were rude. It was an unpleasant experience all the way around. I ** however restored my faith in why I’m paying for insurance on my phone. The representative was helpful kind and stayed with me through the entire phone call until she resolved the issues with my broken phone. You definitely hire the right people within her. She was amazing. Your sister company however someone needs to check within that store in particular as they were awful.

The process of reporting the stolen phone was very easy and uncomplicated. This happened while we were on vacation. We reported it on Sunday. The phone was delivered on Tuesday. The person watching our animals has it secured in our home. Thank you for taking the stress out of a very stressful situation. As a senior citizen, I appreciated on how easier the process was. I was very impressed with the quality service I received and the quick turnaround time receiving my replacement phone. Thank you! I was surprised to get a A13 to replace my A11. I did have trouble with the Sim card, and had to use an old Sim card from the stolen phone. I wasn't sure if it would work, because I had a new card in the phone. The 1st card worked just fine.

We received excellent patient service. Our young lady customer service rep at Verizon patiently helped us transfer all 169 apps on our replacement phone at no cost to us. We were amazed that our replacement phone was delivered via next day service. The replacement phone works great. We will be happy to recommend Asurion to our friends and family.

We went into the AT&T on I-40 W to set up the first replacement phone which was unsuccessful because the Rep Brandon and the Manager said we had been sent a 3G and was in need of a 5G. First told second phone would be hand delivered and the expert would help to set up and no one ever came to our address ** so therefore we had to call again. Finally it was mailed out. So a second replacement phone was finally sent out and we went to AT&T on Amarillo Blvd W to have set up successfully.

Extremely dissatisfied. I placed my claim on 12/26/2021 and they sent me the wrong replacement and ever since then I have tried relentlessly to get them to help me with this matter. I have all my notes, time and dates of when I’ve called, numerous calls, techs, chats and many unanswered calls later, I still have not been helped. I sit at home with my original broken Ipad and a wrong replacement and still frustrated that no one can just, send me the correct one and take care of this in ONE PHONE CALL. Today is January 26, 2022, a whole month later and nothing.

My old phone was a rose colored and my replacement phone is black so I was not to happy about that. I feel that if it is a "Replacement Phone", it should be the same. If not, maybe knock some money off the replacement cost. However, the delivery, service, setup and all was fine, quick and easy to complete.
