I’d never needed to use the insurance on my Apple Watch, My issue was handled unbelievably fast. I had a replacement watch in one day. I would recommend everyone carry the insurance on their electronic devices.

My replacement phone was easily arranged and arrived quickly--the longest part of the process was waiting for the weekend to be over so I could drop it off for shipment! Hopefully I won't ever have to do this again, but if I do, it will be with Asurion.

My experience was a pleasant experience. The service was fast and efficient. My only complaint would be the deductible is a little expensive. I have been with Verizon for years and since my last experience with Asurion in a receiving a replacement phone the cost went from 155 dollars to 229 dollars.

Asurion customer service was very helpful in assisting me with replacement of my phone that was damaged and un-returnable. The phone that was sent as a replacement does not hold a charge nearly as well as the phone I had to turn in because of a cracked lens. They sent a boring black phone to replace a lovely lilac phone.

This process was very easy and smooth. Updating my new phone with all my previous information and apps was also a breeze. My only complaint, is that I wish there was weekend hours. Being without a phone the extra 2 days was nerve racking but I survived nonetheless.

Everything was great. l had a problem with My granddaughter phone and it was solved without any problem. l am glad l had Asurion to take of this for me. l will tell everyone that know to use this service. l am looking forward to using this service again but I don't want my phone break down. Product was replaced after one month. We could've been notified sooner that it wasn't able to be fixed. Once we were told the replacement arrived within two weeks. The good thing was that we received the same product. So far there have been no further issues.

Everything worked out perfect this time. No complaints. I don't think the deductible price is fair though. I think it's a bit high. We pay a monthly premium for insurance so why is the deductible over 30% for a replacement phone.

Home+ is amazing! I have had to do a couple of claims with them and they always have went above and beyond. They have quick turnaround on claims and the deductibles are more than fair. On top of all that, the monthly price is decent as well. I highly recommend their coverage for all techies out there!

It was a wonderful experience. Customer service was very helpful. We received the new phone and was able to set it up easily. The return of the broken phone was easy to just mail back. When I spoke to customer service they were polite and helpful. They were able to call me back when we were disconnected.

I had broken my screen and checked into the cost of replacing it. Expensive! I had forgotten that I had insured my phone so I checked and was very pleased. All I had to do was fill out a claim form. Once that was done I received constant updates until they had my new phone ready to ship. Great customer service.

The phone you sent me didn't last 2 days before the screen went completely black for no reason at all. I paid 260 dollars for garbage that I had to buy out and get a different phone. I'm canceling my insurance so I don't have to get another one of your unreliable phones. You guys and your refurbished phones are terrible. I will never recommend you guys to anyone again.

My <2 year old iPhone 11 was working perfectly but the back was cracked so I decided to replace it since I had the insurance. The first replacement phone was set up by a tech, but issues related to the sim card started immediately and after several days of not functioning right and 18+ hrs of me being online or on the phone with techs trying to fix it, I had to replace that one too. I’ve had this 2nd replacement for a few weeks and the screen on this one has to freeze up more and more, and the phone will randomly overheat to wear. It's uncomfortable to hold it. I was told the replacement phones are refurbished to Apple standards but at this point I don’t believe it because I’ve gotten two that bad phones so far. The customer service people and techs are always nice, but that doesn’t matter if the products are bad.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with Asurion. In the past, I've received a replacement within two days. This time it took about a week and a half, pretty slow, in my opinion. Supposedly, there were no replacement phones in stock- bizarre.

The first replacement phone did not work. It took many phone calls to make it right. In the end, you absolutely came through, and I greatly appreciate that, but overall a frustrating experience. I have rated a 3 based on the overall experience.

Cracked glass on my camera led me to need a replacement phone. I always keep insurance on my phone since 2004 hurricane season in Florida. I received my new phone in less than 24 hours at the address of my choosing. Had little trouble recovering everything from the cloud. New phone is working perfectly. Though, I have placed a protector on the screen and the camera.

Asurion has always been reliable and very quick whenever I needed to submit a claim. If it was a cracked screen, I could literally get the phone back in perfect working order in two hours. If it needed to be a replacement, then the new phone would usually be here the next day. Thank you!

I was supposed to have a repairman fix my phone between 7-9 on a Saturday at my house. I woke up early and they were a no show. I never received a call to see if they showed up or how it went. I then went to a physical store and they couldn’t fix my phone the day of, which I understand. They were very nice at the store. I still have a cracked phone because I’m afraid that they won’t slow and I have a very busy schedule. It’s hard to drop my phone off and wait an hour or more.

I think the shipping information could be more clear. You did ship the replacement phone out when you said but I did not receive it until 3 days after it was expected. For whatever reason, the carrier did not deliver the phone as stated I your email, and they didn't attempt to deliver it on the weekend. I tried to see if I could pick it up and was told there would be an extra charge and it would take an additional day. I was without a phone for 5 days and have no landline. It was very disturbing. Then when I receive the phone, there were no instructions on how to transfer information from old phone to new phone.

Deductible was more than I thought I had agreed upon, 1st replacement phone was damaged, second phone (current) seems fine, a lot of trouble switching data,, twice, pressured me to send old phone in way too often, I think I should not have to pay deductible cause I'm already paying for service.

As twice before, I smashed my screen at work. It wasn't 48 hours from my initial call until I had a replacement rebuild in my hand. I always seem to have some trouble in transferring all my data, but I don't think that's Asurion's problem. The return packaging was all included to send my broken phone back. I really don't think it could have been easier unless Asurion hand-delivered the replacement with a wizard to set it up.

I received a phone that had signs of pressure damage and they replaced it with another phone that had signs of pressure damage. It was difficult to replace the first defective device so instead of fighting you guys on the second one I spent the money to buy a different phone. The way the Edge+ is reassembled or shipped must have led to the damage that was then blamed on me.

First try with them wasn't great because directions for sending my phone in weren't great and it got sent back saying I didn't do something I wasn't told about. 2nd time however they offered at home repair and that went great. The guy came by in a small van, repaired it in front of my house and had it back with no problem and looked better than ever.

Replacement came quickly and seems to work properly. The agent I worked with was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I disliked was the constant request for the return of the damaged property, some people aren't technically savvy and need time to recover data from old devices.

Getting my replacement cell phone was easy and no issue. Only issue I have is the price I had to pay for the phone. I pay each much for the insurance. I shouldn’t have to pay additional $200 to get a replacement phone which I’m sure wasn’t new.

I was going out of town. A couple of days before I left I cracked my screen. The phone was usable, it was just annoying to work around the crack. I was able to schedule the repair when I made it to my destination. The local technician was stellar in his service and timing.

I really appreciate to be able to file a claim and get a prompt response. I liked it when the folks at Verizon would automatically help you at the site, and they’d just tell you, that you’d be getting your new phone within days, but it actually wasn’t that difficult doing it myself online. This is the second time I have had to use Asurion and both times was very fast and simple instructions on how to handle everything and get the old device back to them. Simple packaging for returns as well, returning the old device was just as simple as receiving the new one.

My first replacement Pixel 3A began failing within a few months, freezing up with a "white static screen of death". After several attempts to troubleshoot, update, etc. I found this is a common problem. It was within warranty and I'm glad Asurion replaced it. So far it works but slight changes in software versions continue to irritate me.

Asurion has been great. The new phone came quickly and the return was easy. USPS is taking weeks to complete the return but text updates on its location show slow progress (pro tip: take a picture of the return label with its tracking number) I’ve had to call Asurion about the delay and they were very gracious with a 15 day extension on the return date.

After hours trying to navigate the system and talk to a human, I was finally able to speak with a human (sort of, lol). This less than sympathetic employee straight out lied to me. I had scheduled a repair for my phone and a repair person was supposed to come to my home for the repair. Asurion actually encourages this rather than going to the repair place. 2 days in a row, no one called, and no one showed. This representative kept me on the phone for hours and lied telling me that she would have a new phone sent to me for only $29. I reconfirmed that statement with my husband also listening to this promise while on speaker phone. I didn't trust this so asked for a supervisor. After another 30 minutes, I finally go Maria id #** who was less than courteous and dismissive until I asked for her ID. She dismissed my complaint saying it was a misunderstanding. It was a lie, not a misunderstanding!
So now here I wait, again for this mysterious repair person. No name, no ID, no name of company. This is not only ridiculously unfair, it is down right scary. I have no way of reporting any of this. The company has horrible business practices and zero credibility. If you notice, all of the positive reviews online are from more than 5 years ago. It may have been a good company then, but not now. :-(

Daughter's phone was stolen, filed a Police Report, PD notified that the deduction should be waived if stolen. NOT ASURION! Apple Care YES! Plus phone issued would't take incoming calls 2 weeks, Never Again. Do not receive Asurion insurance again.

This insurance on my phone was a complete waste. The money I paid out of pocket every month for insurance combined with the deductible when I filed a claim cost more than if I would have just purchased another phone outright. I would be fine with that if I was able to file an insurance claim and immediately receive a phone in return, however, it takes several days to file a claim and receive a replacement phone. Because I pay the insurance on my Verizon account, I thought I would be able to take my broken phone into a Verizon store and they would replace it right there, however that is far from the case.
Verizon issues their insurance through Asurion which is a third-party vendor so if you want to make a claim on your phone insurance to get an a a new phone, you have to go through Asurion and mail in your device, you cannot walk into a Verizon store and exchange your device for a new one. So basically if you are depending on insurance to replace your phone when it stops working, you're screwed for 3-5 days until the new phone is mailed to you. Horrible, terrible, awful, bad, horrendous financial decision to pay $$ every month for phone insurance. Do not recommend. This is a waste of money.

They partially fixed my phone, until I realized while flying to Florida that the selfie camera was still not working. Took it to another UBreakiFix, and they did an even better job. We used this service twice. The first time communication and replacement went well. The second time a year+ later, it was very confusing and stressful using the online service. We managed to get the phone delivered a day later than expected. At this point the phone is now too old to pay the same amount per month plus the cost of the deductible on the phone. I would suggest that as phones age, the monthly rate of insurance lowers rather than staying the same.

Could not schedule repair online... Had to call number... 1st person more insistent that I sign up for phone insurance.... Scheduled repair for wrong day..... After I waited 3 hrs past scheduled time, called 2nd. Person scheduled for next day,,, Said to have solid working space and electrical outlet. The replacement that was given was nothing like my original phone. I should have been given the option to somehow get a proper replacement. Perhaps a higher surcharge. The replacement was twice as big as the original and way more fragile.

The process went very well. I had to pay a good amount to get a replacement IPhone 13 Mini because I got caught in a torrential rain and, even though the phone is advertised to be somewhat water resistant, it failed to operate. Asurion did cover the greater share of the replacement cost. I will now contact Asurion again because the replacement phone goes completely dead at times during a call. During the dead period it will not allow all texting, receive voicemail, etc. I have to power off for a few minutes before it allows marginal use. I am not certain but am believe the replacement phone is a refurbished phone but was not fully refurbished.

My Samsung S10+ had a damaged charging/data port which was identified by Asurion as needing a board replacement. I needed my phone for multifactor authorizations at work and I couldn't bring it in to a store for a quick repair, so sending it in was the only option. I chose to limp my phone along until after the work week with Inductive charging so I could then send in my old phone. The new phone arrived in a flash via mail. I appreciated the easy return padded shipping envelope provided for sending in the old phone. Returning the phone was super convenient and the 10 days to return was also appreciated which allowed for transferring additional data and using the old phone to setup/organize my new phone with all the same apps and settings. I recommend this service.

I've been needing my phone screen replaced and had to drive from my home in Moose Lake nearly 2 hours south to Maple Grove to have it fixed - only to arrive there and be informed that they couldn't fit me in and to come back 3 days later. For whatever reason, Asurion won't come to my home or work for a screen replacement. I was even willing to drive to Cloquet to meet a repair person but no one will come. It's just very frustrating to have a cracked screen and the inability to have it repaired.

My phone was experiencing a known issue common to iPhone 7. Asurion would not allow me to have my phone looked at at local service center and instead required me to ship the phone to them. They were unable to repair the issue and my only alternative was to replace the phone at the deductible cost of $129. So at the end of the day, I was without a phone for a week during shipping and still had to get a replacement phone.

The claim process was easy online. I picked the location to drop off the phone for repair. Dropped off the phone to have the screen repaired. It was ready quickly and the guys inside the store were super helpful and friendly.

My daughter broke her screen. We used our Asurion coverage to repair it. The repair was pretty easy to schedule and only took a few hours to complete. Unfortunately, the new screen they used to repair her phone stopped working a few days later. A quick call to Asurion and we were able to get a second screen at no cost! I’m definitely happy I didn’t have to buy a new phone and my daughter was especially happy that she wasn’t without one for long!

Phone broke and we got a new phone in two days. We sent the broken one back. The people at Verizon store were virtually useless as we needed to go through Asurion and not Verizon. The insurance report to Asurion took a few phone calls because directions were not clear.

The claim was settled in a very fast matter, My router which I paid over $300.00 two years ago stop syncing with my cable modem. So I brought a replacement and remember that I had this insurance. The process was simple. This was a great experience. Thank you.

I am happy with the final product. However, the first product you sent crashed just like my own phone within the first 3 days. Lapaula was an excellent service agent and was friendly too. She made sure I got my second replacement phone.

My phone was stolen at a Rite Aid. I called the store and went back within 25 minutes. I then called Verizon to let them know. Right after that (around 2pm) I put in a claim to Asurion. I paid my deductible over the phone and received my replacement by the next day, midday! Thanks!!

Phone arrived promptly. I am less than happy with Verizon. They sold me a charger that doesn't work for my phone. My phone is not made for wireless charging and they won't let me return it so I am out $50.

Took longer than expected, but my phone works like new! So can't complain!!! As far as quality, it's working perfect, would definitely recommend to a friend if they ever needed to get a repair done! And the cost with insurance was definitely worth having.

Simple. Had to go to a Verizon store and got help filing my claim. Took about 25 minutes. Got my phone in the mail next day. Phone pretty much set itself up once I logged in. All my apps were on my new phone like nothing ever happened. Smooth transition.

Claim for malfunctioning phone. My phone was a Galaxy2 Z Fold with some slight damage. I was 11 month old and still under warranty with Verizon. Because of the damage Verizon said I has to file a claim for replacement. The damage phone fee was $249. Asurion updated my phone to a Galaxy Z3 Fold and shipped out that same day. The whole process went very smoothly and fast. I even upgrade my insurance coverage.

I replaced my son's tablet and when I was sent the replacement device I was also sent an envelope to send back the damaged tablet, so I did the very next day. Then a few days later I received in the mail a letter from Asurion stating that if I didn’t send back the damaged device they were going to charge me the non return fee, I called right away to let them know that I had been tracking the return and I had proof that it had been delivered days before the date on that letter.
The customer service representative said she was going to check, put me on hold and when she got back to me said that yes it showed on their system that they had received the damage device I sent and to disregard the letter so I did. Then again a few days later I WAS charged the non return fee. I called again, told them the same thing that I had returned the device and that I had already called so that this exact thing didn’t happen. She checked again and again, confirmed for the second time that they had in fact received the damaged device, now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my refund!!!!

The delivery was quick and efficient. The phone was flawless and beautiful! It came with a SIM that made it a little confusing so I stored it and put the SIM that was in my old defective phone in my new phone.

I was disappointed that my replacement phone was a refurbished phone. I have been paying into this plan for several years. Or if not, I could have been given an upgraded model. Especially since the monthly fee has gone up and I rarely used this insurance.

They didn't have but 1 replacement phone available which was ruined in less than a week by a splash of water and trying to get a replacement was so unbelievably hard when I just got the phone week earlier. I bought a new phone at full price to get a replacement phone.

It was very easy to get our broken phone replaced with Asurion. After filling out the claim, the new phone arrived within a couple of days. Paying the fee through Asurion for phone replacement was much less than replacing the phone through our carrier. We were very happy with the service they provided.

I went through absolute hell, spent hours on the phone, and got nowhere until I started getting mad. I needed a screen replacement and you tried forcing me to pay a higher deductible and replace my whole phone. I knew all I needed was a screen replacement and the authorized service center agreed with me. I'm an IT professional and understand how technology works. I'm very dissatisfied with the level of service I received.

My son's phone was not working properly (the screen was not tracking finger touches right). I was expecting to take the phone into a store for it to be fixed, but instead was issued a new phone. I got the phone the next day at no extra charge. The new phone works great, and we are very pleased.

I am so glad I had insurance on my phone. I lost my cell phone and Asurion replaced it within a few days. The claim process was very easy and I am very pleased to have a phone again.
