It all went as planned. Very pleased that the replacement phone arrived the next day. I uploaded and transferred my data and then moved it to the new phone. It took a while to upload to cloud but it all appears to have transferred.

Was late, but fixed my phone pretty fast. Very polite as well. He did call after he finished his appointment that was an hour away, to let me know he ran into an technical issue. So giving 5 because he still came and was quick.

Representative on the phone was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She listened to my problem with my phone and instructed me with I needed to do. The phone arrived the next day and the instructions for setting up phone were clear. Great customer service!

Phones are always replaced in a timely manner. Phones are replaced most of the time with the same phone or upgraded phone. Phones are sent back in a timely manner. I was having issues with Verizon home protect but for my phone lines it has been phenomenal! I will continue to use Asurion for future purposes.

Friendly fast and affordable. Will be using again. My phone had a cracked screen and they took care of it in a little over 2 hours. I shopped in the area while they did it. My phone still acts quirky but I just restart it every so often.

Asurion did exactly what they said they would do. I put in a warranty claim and they took care of my phone. I was on the phone for a long time because there was an issue with my tech being able to get to me on the scheduled time. Asurion made some changes and made it right. Made sure I was taken care of completely. I would recommend a warranty from them to anyone including family.

The phone came quickly and even though it took an hour the lady that helped me was great, she knew what she needed to do and was able to clearly explain it to me. It was a late Friday afternoon and she seemed to be in no need to hurry me along but made sure it was done right.

They had to keep my phone overnight, which was inconvenient because I was there very early in the day. This left me without my device for a full 24 hours. The repairs were made, and the price wasn’t bad.

If I take a phone to the Verizon store and they say it's broken, why do I have to prove to Asurion it's broken, and every time I ask why I am told it's the process. Took 4 weeks to get a replacement because of the PROCESS due to me and my son being in different locations. YOU ARE TERRIBLE, EVERY PROCESS ISN'T A GOOD PROCESS. You have trained your staff to only answer it's the process....Terrible!

Was an easy process for this first timer. Claim for was easy to do & instructions were clear. Less one star because it’s hard to reach them by phone with questions. But when it comes time to return broken device, they have no problem calling you multiple times a day asking if it was shipped.

Very satisfied with service. Quick service. Reasonable price. Easy to do. Works great. Will recommend to anyone. Saves money. Phones are expensive nowadays. Can’t afford to buy if screen gets cracked so get insurance to cover cost. Get insurance from Asurion and you will be covered. They do a good job. Fixing phones.

Got my son's cracked screen repaired. uBreakiFix was good and fast and after screen was repaired We haven’t had any touch screen or other issues. Just having to correct device ID wasn’t available online and I had to call to get Asurion rep to helm which it was a bit inconvenient for me. Asurion representative was helpful.

I received a refurbished phone, and did not realize the lens was cracked until I took pictures and they were blurry... I spoke with a rep on the Asurion app.. That conversation. Was never documented. I had problems with the phone charging and turning on (I was on vacation) and was not able to use my phone.. I called Asurion from a work phone and explained this to them.. They told me that I would have to pay 200$ again for another phone because I told them the lens was cracked, and they void the warranty after 7 days... And it had been past the seven days now...
The operator was rude on the phone, so I asked to speak to a supervisor... They did not want to listen, stated it's past the seven days and the lens was Crack so it voids warranty.. (which as I stated previous I spoke with a representative prior to this call on a chat weeks before this call). Very rude, and I am not paying 200$ for a refurbished phone that I just received and had to pay 200 for already less than a month prior... I canceled the Asurion. Service on all the other phones on the account... Crooks who only want money for a service that I paid 50$ a month for... not worth it!

I call to see if I had insurance on my phone I did. She answered any question I need and even better told me they can come to my home and fix it. The person who came to fix my phone was very polite, he called to let me know he was on his way. Everything went great.

Happy about the quick service I got receiving my phone but after I mailed the broke phone back I kept getting emails about not having received the phone yet and I’m going to be billed up to $300, there was tracking number so why not see how close it was.

Could not speak to a person. I called the number they gave on the instructions and stayed on phone for 40 minutes waiting for someone. I lost the return envelope, so I sent the phone back by regular mail. Sent phone back and they still charged me $300.00. If I could have spoken with a representative this could agave been avoided. Don't need insurance like that.

Yes! The customer service representative was spectacular! Knowledgeable, willing to go the extra minute thus ensuring I was happy and satisfied with my order. Furthermore, Verizon has been a great company over the years, however without Asurion being there to assist with returns, replacements Verizon will not be a complete company.

They switched my phone due to the screen was cracked. Everything was done perfectly. I would appreciate if there was no fee. I believe the amount of money that the insurance is and the phone is that there should be no deduction fee. Thank you.

One of my account members lost his phone. The process with Asurion was relatively smooth. I had to re-upload some documents but apart from that, everything went smooth. The approval of documents was quick and my friend received the phone within the next business day.

Phone came quick and activated fast. But the phones are too expensive. For what we have to pay for insurance every month the phones should not be that expensive. Needed the new phone and didn't wanna upgrade yet. Thanks for sending and activating fast though. Just go down on the prices.

Easy as pie & problem free. I received my replacement & got it updated with the old SIM card. Returns were a snap with the USPS, the man at my post office also provided me a receipt. No problem at all! Hopefully I won’t have to use it again.

This was a smooth process that was quick and easy. A form was filled out online and my replacement phone was sent to me in a quick time. A self addressed envelope was also included that had all of the return information included. The phone was mailed back and my new phone works great.

The service was good but the device was faulty. I ended up getting a different phone because, I was not going to spend another 90 plus dollars to get another phone less than 6 weeks after getting one. The screen went bad. Could not see anything on the phone.

The cell phone fell, was cracked and not touch sensitive! It was required for work. Before it stopped working we received the new iPhone 13 ProMax. Awesome instructions to transfer contacts, emails and work information was within the box that we received by FedEx.

I was very happy with the guy that came right to my house to fix my cracked screen the first time. The second time they didn't have the screen in stock so I had to go to a store, but was also pleased with that experience too. They fixed it in less than a couple hours. Also, got a new battery as a bonus.

My son's broken phone replaced. Easy process to order and pay for the replacement, which was the same type as his previous phone. I also received good instructions on how to return the broken phone in a prepaid envelope, which helped a lot. I was able to do the entire process online, which I also appreciated. Since my son is not the best with his phone, I like having coverage through Asurion.

My phone was damaged beyond repair. I contacted Asurion and they advised they would replace it with a reconditioned phone for $234. I ordered it and received it and returned the damaged one. Then I found out from Verizon's website that I could have bought a reconditioned phone identical to the one from Asurion for $20 less money. I have been paying $16 a month insurance. Asurion made out like a bandit and I am not a happy camper. I will post to customer reviews.

Samsung refrigerator broke. Spent almost 30 days trying to get someone to respond to our claim. Finally claim was processed. Technician arrived and refrigerator needs a few parts which were on back-order. Parts arrived and still no phone call from Asurion as to when technician will make repair. Over 4 weeks without a refrigerator and no one from Asurion follows up. Absolute worse service and company. They state 24/7 customer service but offices don't open until 8 am CST. This company is a joke and will steal your money. Cancel your auto-pay. Can't express in writing the absolute frustration we have had with this company. The "effin" worse.

My latest experience was great. My phone was damaged and I contacted Asurion and the phone was replaced with no problem. But, I had contacted asurion in January in regards to my daughter's broken phone and my claim was denied. The reason did not make sense to me. Something about it being a lost or stolen phone which was absolutely not the case.

The phone that we were replacing was on backorder and they resolved it fast by offering to reimburse us for the phone. Luckily the phone was back in stock and sent it to us right away. Received the phone and was able to return the other one without problems.

Replaced my phone with a refurbished phone that was not very good. The battery loses its charge rather quickly and there were problems pairing the replacement phone with Bluetooth. Conversations with customer care did not result in me receiving another replacement, which is what I asked for.

My son’s phone broke and once we figured out the online claim process the rest was simple. The phone was there in just a few days and connecting with Verizon Wireless made the connecting and data transfer easy. The deductible was a bit much.

Phone screen cracked after one month of use from a very short distance. Since it is a foldable screen it made the area where the screen was cracked unresponsive. I went to both Verizon and Asurion to see if there was a way to not pay $300 dollars in a deposit. Both of them said that was what I had to do so I did it. Later I was going through my email history and discovered that I received a promotional email from asurion when I first got the phone that advertised "Unlimited screen repair for $29 dollars". I was never told about this until it was too late.

Been paying for this service for 12 years. When I needed it you sent out 2 old broken phone. I ended up just exchanging for new phone at Verizon. Not sure what I've been paying for other than 8 hours of my life switching phone apps and pure aggravation. I don't have your service on the new phone. I cancel service on the other phones or my plan and my family has done the same after seeing what I went through. Why are you even in business to take money month after month then send out a old broke phone. Waste of money!

Bought an office chair from Staples, paid for the Protection Plan. When I actually needed to use the Protection Plan six months after I bought the chair, I couldn't get any help. I was told it was Staples' problem. Staples directed me back to them (just like Asurion's brochure says). Asurion then said it was La-Z-Boy's problem, but I can't get in touch with La-Z-Boy - and I didn't pay La-Z-Boyfor the Protection Plan. After a month of trying to get this resolved, Asurion said they couldn't help because I don't have a La-Z-Boy claim number. Don't spend the money on the plan - they won't help if you actually need to use it.

I thought $189 dollars was a little steep since I had been paying insurance for almost two years. If you add in the insurance I paid and the $189 it was more than a new phone cost. The service was fast and easy but I may cancel the insurance and just save that 15 bucks in a special account for a new phone when I need it.

Broke my phone after paying $15 a month for almost 3 years for phone insurance. They sent me a used refurbished that the glue they use to attach the front glass was faulty. They sent another... Had to put a case on to keep my 2nd used refurbished phone from the front glass falling off. Glass became detached within 3 days of receiving from Asurion both times. These phones have not been dropped, touched with any liquids or mishandled in any way. They blamed me for it. I will not be continuing to pay insurance for such subpar refurbished phones anymore.

If I could rate my experience zero stars I would. I dropped my phone and broke the screen. Asurion sent someone to my house to fix the screen which they did but during the fix the repair man hit something internal in my phone rendering the phone useless. Called them up from a local Verizon store. They sent a new phone and the very same morning I returned the broken device. I have an email dated 04/02/22 stating they received my phone only to have a threatening letter come to me 04/17/22 stating they never received the returned phone. I don't know yet if the drama is over. I am not one to complain but this entire experience with Asurion sucked.

Asurion replaced an LG 5 phone that my wife was using that had a cracked screen and a chronic weak battery issue with a LG G7 ThinQ Silver phone for a nominal additional charge of less than $200.00. The phone was mailed and received within 48 hours. We called the phone number provided with the phone for assistance in getting the phone set up. The person we talked to was knowledgeable and efficient and within an hour or so we had the phone connected to the internet, WIFI, the printer, and had retrieved all of my wife's emails, photos, phone contacts, etc. Unfortunately the text messages were not retrievable but no great loss.
There is, however, one issue that has not been resolved. The charger that was received with the LG G7 was not compatible with the phone. I called Asurion Customer Service and was told that a new charger would be sent. It has been four weeks and we have not yet received a compatible charger for the new phone. The issue with the charger is the only thing that kept me from giving a five star rating.

Upon using my insurance claim paying the monthly fee and $229 deductible. Only to receive a malfunctioning phone. I will give credit to the rep who assisted me processing my credit card. Shipping was fast less than 24hrs. But new phone was damaged causing another out of pocket amount $218. Totaling $447.00 in two days, and this is not including cost for Cases and Screen protector $99. Total $546. One would think to prevent these types of costs, you enroll for insurance through provider. Believing to be guaranteed a phone which is functioning properly. Not in my case. Very disappointed in insurance and having to spend $546.00 just to guarantee the possibility of having an active phone. Which of course couldn’t contact you because first phone had water damage and second phone wouldn’t allow me to make outbound calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I had a issue where while moving my desk my desk slipped and cracked and bent the corner of my tablet. Events passed and I wasn't able to sit down and make a claim until the following month (reason why I tell you this part is important later). I contact their support. Tell them about my claim, they say an email will be out in 30min to 4 hours, but 3 mins later I get an email saying my claim was denied, which in chat they told them what happened and they told me this should be covered. Chat cannot tell me why it was cancelled and said it's probably a bug and I had to call the telephone line. I call. The person says that's weird and everything should be set and there will be an email in 30 mins to 4 hours. 24 hours later I get the email saying to submit documents. I wasn't told I would need to resubmit everything I just told this person 24 hours ago again.
I had to message chat to find out basic information like my case ID as that wasn't provided the first time. I submit and I am asked to attach images. I do so, there is no model number on my tablet printed. This was an issues even though I send them a picture of the tablet booted up into the os showing the model number. I was told to take a picture of the serial numbers on the back and there will be another email to upload that in 30 mins to 4 hours, 24 hours later I get an email saying my claim falls outside of the time period which they accept items to be claimed meaning if your items get broken and you don't claim it asap you cannot submit a claim. So I cancelled this service as it was a pain to work with and as my first claim I have spend more per a month now than what the device is worth, never again. I wanted to praise this company for do this but now I just feel robbed of my money for a service I don't even know really existed..

Created claim for screen replacement. The store would not accept the phone due to a crack found on the back of the phone which resulted from the batter exploding due to heat. Though the phone was under warranty as it was less than a year old, had to pay $250 for a replacement refurbished phone. The representative at the store gave me false information when refusing to repair, told me the data transfer was free and no appointments were needed. When I got my replacement phone and came for the data transfer, I had to wait 45 minutes before being told the claim did not include data transfer assistance which cost an additional $100. Biggest waste of my time.

Product was replaced after one month. We could've been notified sooner that it wasn't able to be fixed. Once we were told the replacement arrived within two weeks. The good thing was that we received the same product. So far there have been no further issues.

Everything worked out perfect this time. No complaints. I don't think the deductible price is fair though. I think it's a bit high. We pay a monthly premium for insurance so why is the deductible over 30% for a replacement phone.

Home+ is amazing! I have had to do a couple of claims with them and they always have went above and beyond. They have quick turnaround on claims and the deductibles are more than fair. On top of all that, the monthly price is decent as well. I highly recommend their coverage for all techies out there!

Great job. The company was good keeping me up to date about the status of my phone. I received I believe a refurbished, that is in nice condition, but my phone has aggressive pop ups on the that I can't get off to save my life.

It was a wonderful experience. Customer service was very helpful. We received the new phone and was able to set it up easily. The return of the broken phone was easy to just mail back. When I spoke to customer service they were polite and helpful. They were able to call me back when we were disconnected.

I had broken my screen and checked into the cost of replacing it. Expensive! I had forgotten that I had insured my phone so I checked and was very pleased. All I had to do was fill out a claim form. Once that was done I received constant updates until they had my new phone ready to ship. Great customer service.

The phone you sent me didn't last 2 days before the screen went completely black for no reason at all. I paid 260 dollars for garbage that I had to buy out and get a different phone. I'm canceling my insurance so I don't have to get another one of your unreliable phones. You guys and your refurbished phones are terrible. I will never recommend you guys to anyone again.

My <2 year old iPhone 11 was working perfectly but the back was cracked so I decided to replace it since I had the insurance. The first replacement phone was set up by a tech, but issues related to the sim card started immediately and after several days of not functioning right and 18+ hrs of me being online or on the phone with techs trying to fix it, I had to replace that one too. I’ve had this 2nd replacement for a few weeks and the screen on this one has to freeze up more and more, and the phone will randomly overheat to wear. It's uncomfortable to hold it. I was told the replacement phones are refurbished to Apple standards but at this point I don’t believe it because I’ve gotten two that bad phones so far. The customer service people and techs are always nice, but that doesn’t matter if the products are bad.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with Asurion. In the past, I've received a replacement within two days. This time it took about a week and a half, pretty slow, in my opinion. Supposedly, there were no replacement phones in stock- bizarre.

Cracked glass on my camera led me to need a replacement phone. I always keep insurance on my phone since 2004 hurricane season in Florida. I received my new phone in less than 24 hours at the address of my choosing. Had little trouble recovering everything from the cloud. New phone is working perfectly. Though, I have placed a protector on the screen and the camera.

Asurion has always been reliable and very quick whenever I needed to submit a claim. If it was a cracked screen, I could literally get the phone back in perfect working order in two hours. If it needed to be a replacement, then the new phone would usually be here the next day. Thank you!

I was supposed to have a repairman fix my phone between 7-9 on a Saturday at my house. I woke up early and they were a no show. I never received a call to see if they showed up or how it went. I then went to a physical store and they couldn’t fix my phone the day of, which I understand. They were very nice at the store. I still have a cracked phone because I’m afraid that they won’t slow and I have a very busy schedule. It’s hard to drop my phone off and wait an hour or more.

I think the shipping information could be more clear. You did ship the replacement phone out when you said but I did not receive it until 3 days after it was expected. For whatever reason, the carrier did not deliver the phone as stated I your email, and they didn't attempt to deliver it on the weekend. I tried to see if I could pick it up and was told there would be an extra charge and it would take an additional day. I was without a phone for 5 days and have no landline. It was very disturbing. Then when I receive the phone, there were no instructions on how to transfer information from old phone to new phone.

Deductible was more than I thought I had agreed upon, 1st replacement phone was damaged, second phone (current) seems fine, a lot of trouble switching data,, twice, pressured me to send old phone in way too often, I think I should not have to pay deductible cause I'm already paying for service.

As twice before, I smashed my screen at work. It wasn't 48 hours from my initial call until I had a replacement rebuild in my hand. I always seem to have some trouble in transferring all my data, but I don't think that's Asurion's problem. The return packaging was all included to send my broken phone back. I really don't think it could have been easier unless Asurion hand-delivered the replacement with a wizard to set it up.

I received a phone that had signs of pressure damage and they replaced it with another phone that had signs of pressure damage. It was difficult to replace the first defective device so instead of fighting you guys on the second one I spent the money to buy a different phone. The way the Edge+ is reassembled or shipped must have led to the damage that was then blamed on me.
