    At first, I felt like the paperwork was a bit much to ask just for a claim. Steps seemed redundant, but the end result made it all worth it. They will either repair the item or replace it with something comparable and my comparable was actually better than the original. In addition, when it comes time to ship the broken item to them, all you do is print a QR code at UPS and UPS takes care of everything from that point on. Asurion Home+ keeps you in the loop about the status of repairs or if there will be a replacement. I'm satisfied thus far. Worth the expense.

    Getting a replacement phone went very well. I was hoping I would get the latest Note as they don't make the 10 anymore but I am still pleased. One thing that I am a little unhappy about it that my replacement phone does not have incredibly long battery life as my original did. I am guessing it must be refurbished.     The service in getting my laptop repaired was great and expedient! What I am dissatisfied about is that I had to file 2 claims in the past month. Both times, it would not list the Ubreak store that is one mile from my house and instead only gave me the option of a store that is 9 miles away or more. I was advised that I could call customer service to have them switch the store preference. That is unacceptable and a waste of my time. On the first claim, I drove the 9 miles, the second claim, I did the call, again a waste of time. I was advised that sometimes based on my claim a store may not be listed as an option if that store does not have the parts to fix it. That was not the case, the store stated they had the parts to fix it. Even if they didn't, they can ship it to a repair place. Please fix the claim website to show the Hiram, GA store to the zip code associated with my zip code.

    I have had several of my phones as well as my family’s phones on my plan replaced very easily and with unexpected great speed. My last claim was far from that. 23 days it took for me to get a replacement. The reason being because find my iPhone needed to be disabled and because this was my only iOS device I was unable to do so because I could not reset my Apple ID password without a working iOS device. I would think Asurion could have made an exception and let me finish the claim without disabling find my iPhone or at least provide me a temporary device until I could. 23 days without a phone was not good. I guess it made me realize how much we depend on these devices for everyday functions. Therefore I lean on my iPhone much less for everyday support. I’m not sure if I should thank you for the service or be angry about it.

    My phone screen was cracked. I scheduled appointment to have a new screen installed. I didn't find out till my appointment time, that no one was coming. The technician didn't have the item. While I was happy with customer service I received and the fact that they replaced my phone for the same price. I wish they had offered another alternative. Changing and transferring everything from old phone to new isn't something I planned on doing again.

    I recently used Asurion to replace my broke screen effecting camera Motorola phone, at which was not available at that time and was instead given a LG styLo 6 as replacement. I am absolutely appalled that a phone with a system update malfunction to begin with would even be available as a replacement. There is no comparison to the equality of Replacement because it's sickening. I wish I had my broken Motorola than this piece of **. That now has a stylus that has already broke and stuck in phone.

    I have used asurion in the past for the same service having no problems at all and did recommend it to everyone. I will never speak A+ quality services on your company again, Unless made costumer Right for free this time, as it makes it worse that I actually paid for such a shitty replacement.     After having the extended warranty for nearly 5 years we needed to use it to fix our refrigerator. We were having issues with our water dispenser not flowing properly. After watching YouTube videos, I identified the problem and shared that with Asurion. A repairman (Elmo's Appliance Repair) came out several days later, pulled our refrigerator away from the wall and pulled the water line through our wall creating a water leak. He said the long water line was the problem (even though I told him it WASN'T the problem). He said he has been in business for 25 years and knows what he's talking about. He said he'd keep the ticket open for 3 days so we could fix our water line and leak (that he created) and he would come back out and fix the issue if the line wasn't the problem. That evening I get a text message and email from Asurion saying that our case was closed and that the problem was fixed.

    We replaced the water line the next morning with a brand new water line and the water flow was the same as it was with the old water line. We called and texted Elmo several times for him to come back to our home to "fix" the problem with our water filter motor inside of the refrigerator like I told him in the first place! Elmo did NOT return any of our calls or text messages!

    I called Asurion the next morning explaining what had happened. The representative told me that I would be placed on a priority list to have the problem taken care of. I didn't get a call back once again, so I called Asurion back again. This time they said that I was still on a list and I was given a 48 hour window and I needed to wait. Well, I waited another day.....and still NO CALL! That leads me to this morning....I called AGAIN! (On hold for 33 minutes, Representative gets on the line, had a bad connection and dropped my call. Called back and was on hold for only 10 minutes.)

    At that point the new Representative told me that my claim was still being reviewed and they were looking for a company to handle my case. My husband and I asked to speak to a supervisor (Jessica) who said the call was being recorded "thankfully". We explained the situation and our experienced and after all that, her phone was silent and the call was once again dropped! This company wants to happily take your money, but heaven forbid that you have to actually USE their service, they "surprisingly" have phone issues and don't want to help you. We will now be seeking legal counsel against this scam of a company and said so on our "monitored phone call".

    I made a claim and within 24 hrs cancelled. Phone worked fine. In the meantime a new phone was on its way but never arrived. I called Asurion. Explained the situation. They informed me because I cancelled so quickly the phone never made it me. Was told my 229.00 deductible would be refunded within 3-5 days. I have not received my money and I have been on hold for hours trying to resolve and get my funds back! Can you help me please?!

    Broke my screen the first day I got my phone. It was so badly damaged it was unusable. Started a claim and the default option was to have an onsite tech come repair the screen, but it the earliest opening was ~7 days - no big deal, I still had my old phone. Onsite tech no-call/no-showed on date of appointment. I called into the Asurion help line and they had to file a new claim because now in-home repair was no longer an option and I had to drive it 30 minutes to a local repair shop.

    This new claim process took about 30 minutes being put on hold several times - also during this time they are trying to sell me whole-home electronic device coverage and I told the support representative that I would have to see how this whole process pans out because my first experience so far is poor considering the onsite tech never showed up for the appointment. I drove to the repair facility to find out the claim was filed under the wrong phone on the account. This required another 30 minute phone call to create another claim.

    TLDR: Took 3 claims, ~1.5hrs on the phone/chat with Asurion, and ~1.5 weeks to get my screen repaired.

    The service was great and receiving was great. But your quality control checker, not so much. When I put the phone up to my ear I can't always understand the person I am talking to. They come in crackling and have to ask them to repeat what they said. When I got this phone, the volume was maxed out. I turned it down and it is still the same.     The of lack of 5 stars is due to the fact that you don't allow your "authorized dealer" stores to supply your customers with the replacement phone. When a phone is rendered unusable it can "freeze" a person's life. I'm a single mother who was 500 miles away from home.     This is my first time using Asurion and I am beyond disappointed. I lost my phone, or should I say my son lost it and I go to file a claim... because it's supposed to be "so easy." My wife has filed claims before where she gets everything done in less than 15 minutes, payment and all. I go file a claim for my iPhone 13 pro max and my claim is "under review" and can take up to 24 hours!! When I already have to wait 48 hours to get my phone once it ships, therefore, I will be 3 days without a phone. That is 3 days that I do not make money.

    I don't understand what the problem is, I guess because it's a male's account and not a female's account, this company has to be more precautious. Then I speak to two CSRs. The first one you can tell did not know what she was doing and the second one gave me info based on what the last one wrote. I am paying for my phone and on top of that have to pay a $200+ deductible, it shouldn't be this inconvenient!! I am appalled!!

    Terrible experience. Was told it would be a few hours for the fix since the supplies were in stock. It took 5 days because someone at Asurion made an error on the claim and Samsung thought supplies were needed and the store could not get the needed info from Samsung. It took dozens of calls and emails to get it done.
