First after paying the $29 deductible, the company that was supposed to fix my cracked screen broke my phone. Then I had to pay $229 to get a replacement for the phone that the repair people broke. Feels like a scam.

You replaced the phone twice which was very much appreciated and makes paying for the insurance worth it these few years. You even came to the house to deliver the phone one of those times without having to go to post office or have the phone lost in the mail. Thanks.

The claim process was very simple and easy to do online. My replacement phone arrived promptly the next day. It is a refurbished version of the phone that got wet but I can't tell the difference! The phone is as good as new!

Quick and efficient process to repair cracked screen on iPhone with no hassles. I would highly recommend this coverage for anyone who drops their phones and subjects them to cracked screens. Unavoidable problem that is so annoying and otherwise would be very expensive to replace.

They provided very helpful customer service. I was given Clear directions on what to do. If I called, the service was prompt. I don't think it's fair that I had to pay so much to get a replacement phone due to a swollen battery which is something I had no control over.

I feel the deductable is a little excessive but my business revolves around my communication. I was back in business within 48 hrs. I have not felt with any other insurance provider so it is impossible to complain to another. Thanks for overall great support.

The initial issue of getting my claim took longer than it ever had in the past with shipping a phone to a different address (which had never been an issue previously). Then, an Asurion rep hand-delivered my phone which arrived at 10 pm at night! No technical support was requested or needed but the rep still came out his way and took longer to deliver the phone than FedEx. And then the replacement device didn't even work correctly. Stick to the old system of just overnighting a replacement. Additionally, based on the deductible price point for the S10+, a refurbished model could be purchased for almost the same price online outright making the monthly fee no longer worth paying.

My experience was very difficult at first, as I was unable to log my phone out of “find my phone,” but the Asurion representative went above & beyond to resolve the issue. I was more than pleased with the experience!

Had cracked screen. Went online, filled out claim, which was easy, it directed me to the nearest approved repair shop, which was very close. Entered store and they were very friendly & helpful. Scanned my claim form and told me it would take 2 hours. Received an email that it was ready and back in business. Overall very satisfied with the prompt service!!

Setting up my new phone the tech assured me how wonderful he was and how he was so competent with all his experience. Mark took me into the innards of my phone to recover my data, pictures, and life off of the phone which was lost. He then scramble things up and lost my life like a full on jello tard. Yep, totally ruined my accounts, memories, and lost my information the became rude and hung up. This was a absolute failure Assurion is about as useful as a plane crash.

Received the phone very quickly and changed over information as per the instructions and work great. I received the Samsung S22 NEW due to the S21 was no longer available. Great experience and service. The return for the mail carrier seamed a little slow but It got there.

It's literally a scam to tell people they need a brand new phone just cause the battery needs replaced. Also a complete scam because the deductible is $230 which also happens to be the price of the same model phone on ebay. Asurion is the definition of a fraudulent company.

I was extremely impressed with my Asurion experience. I even had the opportunity to speak personally with an Asurion representative at the store. My phone replacement was delivered the next day, packaging was even included for the return of my original phone. Excellent service.

This is probably my fourth or fifth time having to go through Asurion to get a replacement phone and I’ve never had any issues! I get my device either same day or next day at the latest and it’s super easy to file a claim. It’s worth the monthly fee!

The agent was perfection of how a representative should be in all fields of customer service. She should start an instructional class on teaching other phone representatives how to present themselves like her. Best phone representative I have ever experienced on an phone call, literally. Great experience at Asurion customer rep. Never had a problem with them. Just wish it didn’t cost so much to replace a screen, a simple fix for a screen has turned into a whole device replacement. Going to get the screen replaced elsewhere for a way cheaper price.

Truly a wonderful experience, work was performed in a timely manner, technician arrived on time and was polite, answered any questions I had, this was a better than expected experience, and would recommend to anyone! The cost of the repair was approx. 10% what the repair shop would charge, and they came to me!

The shipping was on time. The service with the tech coach to activate the replacement phone was smooth and professional. On a different call to Asurion the flexibility to extended the due return date of the old phone was a relief as it allows me to retrieve info that was not transferred.

Fast, clean, friendly. Phone repaired and everything ok. No problems. Happy happy. Was done before time given to pick up so everyone likes fast. This repair was done on a Sunday so when making an appointment take the store hours into consideration. Also if you want same day service come in early.

Overall I was very pleased with the process of replacing my daughter's broken phone, we had a little bit of a hiccup getting the new one set up but we got great advice from our local Verizon store employees. It was a fairly easy process and our new phone arrived quickly.

I'm happy with the experience I had with Asurion. It was easy to file a claim online and over the phone. They are very helpful. I took off a star because I wanted it mailed to my PO box, but they informed me that they couldn't do that. I put my work address, but the delivery driver just drove by my work address several times until I went out there and asked them if they had a package. He said he wasn't sure of the address, so he kept it in the truck. We don't have street addresses out here. So that part was hard and unsatisfying.

The customer support for me was excellent and I would highly recommend Asurion to anyone. When the phone was stolen, I was not sure what the response would be for a request of a replacement phone, I thought I might meet resistance or need to provide some kind of proof that my replacement phone was a legitimate need. I did not have any pushback at all or questioning beyond what would be normal in establishing my identity and the device. They sent my replacement immediately and I received it in 2 days. I was very surprised since they were not business days since I reported the stolen phone on a Saturday. Needless to say, it was excellent service and I felt like a valued customer and they were patient with my questions and it was a painless process with very fast service! I know that the cost of insurance is well worth the price since it is a protection from unexpected events that could be very costly to get a replacement.

The screen on my basically brand new S22 cracked the first time I dropped it with a screen protector in place.... Murphy's Law. Asurion replaced it in a timely manner although I wish the out of pocket was a bit less than it was. Their service was topnotch, however. Thanks.

I have been quite pleased with Asurion in the past but you guys TOTALLY dropped the ball on this one. Sent me a bad replacement phone and it went downhill from there. Took me over 3 days to transfer info and then the replacement phone did not operate as a smart phone. Could not get to voice messages or text messages from call list or contact. Verizon was even worse on this as they sent me another replacement phone with 1/2 the memory, 1/2 the camera quality, 1/2 the RAM, 1/2 of everything and I was expected to delete over 1/2 of my apps, pictures, videos, etc. Major catastrophe and cost me 2 days work while the folks on the other end of the line were getting paid and basically not help me. I could go on but you get the picture.

Well I called about the phone. It went okay. I got the phone and it has issues, the biggest is the phone glows when plug in to charger. The next person I talked to just disappeared. The next person I talked to me started to talk me and also just disappeared so don't tell me about was is right and wrong. Putting me on hold and not coming back is wrong all the around. Matter of fact it is rude and I still have a bad phone.

I was very pleased with the experience of having to replace my phone. The service operator was very good with helping me. Only one thought was why I wasn’t able to get the phone the same day from the Verizon store and had to have it shipped overnight. The phone was shipped in a timely manner though for the next day.

This was an absolute nightmare. I broke my phone in December and finally got my replacement in June. They wouldn't even forgive the deductible. I returned the phone in December and now they are telling me that I have to pay $300 for a non return device. This is a joke of an insurance policy and an experience.

B.) AND SERVICE ALREADY SUSPENDED?
C.) AND I USE MY (stolen) CELL PHONE TO GET MY EMAIL.
This is an absolutely STUPID email considering:
1.) During my 55 minute conversation with Veronica, there was no mention of someone COMING to deliver, or assist, with the new phone.
2.) IF it was mentioned, I would have told them that I was replace a phone loaned to someone else, NOT replacing MY phone, and I do not have the iCloud information, or password, for the PHONE THAT WAS STOLEN FROM THE USER.
3.) IF they had mentioned someone was coming, and that there was MORE INFO in the email confirmation being sent to me, I WOULD HAVE READ THE EMAIL BEFORE MIDNIGHT (5 HOURS TOO LATE).
4.) When I go to PhoneClaim.com with my CLAIM number, there is NO PLACE TO ENTER CLAIM NUMBER (WHICH WOULD SAVE US BOTH A LOT OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION).
5.) Where are my phones -- I was expecting the 2 phones to be on my porch when I got home at 11PM - all I found was an envelope with one phone, and the envelope was not closed.
6.) I DO NOT KNOW WHICH PHONE THIS PHONE REPLACES
7.) PHONE BOX LABEL IS POORLY PRINTED - POOR PRINTING QUALITY.
8.) AT "PhoneClaim.com" they want to send a 'verification code' to the user's email, or text to the phone number of the phone that was stolen. The stolen phone is required to receive a text, or read the email, with the code, does not make sense - stupid.
9.) Everything at Asurion assumes only one phone is involved so Asurion does not provide adequate options to identify which phone is referred to when there are 3 phones stolen.
10.) Asurion does NOT have adequate options for a STOLEN phone - automated system is POOR.

Well, you guys sent me a bad refurbished phone. It didn't work, so when I replaced that phone I still had to pay the deductible. Then you cancelled my insurance and said I used it too many times. You are crooks.

Wasn't unnecessarily difficult to exchange broken iPad after a few questions. It was easy and quick. Received a replacement 3 days after processing. Paid a small fee, but to replace the iPad would have cost 3 times more. I'm completely satisfied and happy with my experience. Keep up the good work.

Shipped and arrived on time, my only complaint was/is once received and was on the phone trying to activate it and transferring old phone info to new phone, I lost all my music, my apps, my games and all, the only thing that did transfer was the contacts.

Sent me a phone under warranty and it didn’t function correctly. They argued with me for week about it. One rep wanted me to pay $1000 instead of waiting for them to take responsibility. Sent round and round from Verizon to Apple. Interesting, the new phone has no problems.

The claim process was simple, once I received the new phone I liked that I had some time to get my new phone activated and set up before retiring the broken one. The return process was even easier as all the packaging materials were included to return the phone.

We were pleased that Asurion put a new mother board in my wife's McAir computer without charge. We expected the computer to play like it did before the motherboard failed. Unfortunately, it appears that some memory has been lost and it now behaves like a new computer that has to be set up from scratch and we are having some difficulty getting it set up.

The arrangement with UPS is impossible. Their delivery windows don't work for working individuals. Shipment had to be refused. It took three days of calls and lots of uninformed staff giving incorrect info or telling me they couldn't help before I got someone else to help me. The phone was finally delivered.

I was told that there are only 2 options to have my phone repaired one to mail it in and pay $29 or 2 replace the phone for $249. I found an authorized location to repair my phone in person. Asking a customer to mail their phone and go without communication is ridiculous.

Figuring out how to initiate the claim was frustrating. We waited at a Verizon store only to be redirected to a phone number. We waited on one number only to be transferred to another to wait yet again. We were redirected to a final number that robotically recommended the website. My Fitbit Alta HR failed and I figured I would try the repair at $49 fee. A replacement Alta HR would have run $200, so I gave it a shot. The repair took a little longer than expected, but appears to have been repaired properly to working condition. Time will tell, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is my 3rd claim. Previous claims covered a MacBook and an external hard drive, all resolved satisfactorily.

I had to fill out the claim form 3 different times. I was not notified if there was any problems with my claim. I did not have a phone for 3 weeks. Plus I received a full bill and also a future bill that is 100.00 more than normal. I am not very happy about this whole experience.

I filed a claim when my phone didn't want to charge but after the 2nd day Asurion had already sent out new phone, then my current phone started to work again. Called service line, I was told when I received new phone to just sent it back and I would get a refund of $189 (what I was charged as a deductible) almost 2 months later, still waiting on refund. :(

My address was entered incorrectly and when I called a new case was opened and I was shipped 2 cell phones. I had to cancel my debit card that I gave over the phone so that I wouldn't be charged 700 for a 2nd core I did not have. I then had to pay 50 dollars out of my own pocket to send one of the phones back to you guys. Not once was that ever offered as a reimbursement to my account for your mistake. I've contacted Verizon as well to let them know how unorganized this process is.

My Apple Watch 4 was malfunctioning. They instantly approved its replacement. But, they were out of the Apple Watch 4 and sent me the Apple Watch 5. (They said ahead of time they were going to do that, so no surprise.) It took one day for me to receive the replacement. My only criticism is that their support information--how to set up the new device -- only talks about the iPhone. This includes the directions in the box and the directions their email linked me to. Overall, this was definitely a five star experience.

I was at uBreakiFix for a different issue all together and I happen to stand there at the counter waiting for me to be waited on. A lady came in with a laptop and she says I have the Home Plus insurance and I asked, "What is that?" She says, "It’s great to have." She said, "Everything in your household is covered in one monthly fee." I was so surprised that everything is covered in my house and they said, "Yes. That is electronic after your waiting period of 31 days of file could be claimed."
So I called and talk to someone online about the service and makes assured me that everything that I own in my home that’s electronic is covered. "Even your doorbell on your outside door is covered. If there’s any type of problem, even if you have a tablet, a laptop, Xbox is covered." I just couldn’t believe that is true and I did talk to someone about it and they said, "Yes, it is all covered." So I’m gonna mention this to my friends about this service. Thank you very very much.

Final result was 5 stars..but was a hassle to get there..Needed screen repair for Note 20 Ultra..COULD NOT GET IN CT!!!! So they replaced phone for screen repair fee...Cracked screen was causing flickering issues... Was about ready to die...Took a lot of phone calls. Trip to screen repair shop..Used to be able just to go to Verizon store.. So it was a BIG hassle.. ..Ultimate result was acceptable.

The service was great, I did receive a letter stating that I would be charged $300 because I failed to return the damaged device, but when I called they assured me that the letter was auto generated and I would not be charged. Overall it was a good experience.

Our phone was broken and we needed a replacement. We paid the required fee and it was delivered in just a few days. Perfect customer service and experience. We are glad that we have Asurion as our phone protection plan.

I always find my experience with Asurion to be simple, efficient and speedy. I am completely satisfied with the service they provide. The process is easy from start to finish and I have never had an issue if I needed to contact them. The customer service was terrible. I spoke to approximately 6 representatives and had to get another replacement phone before getting my issue resolved. Additionally, the first replacement looked like a counterfeit Samsung. I think next time I will just buy a new phone and be done. Totally dissatisfied with the service.

Only used the Online filing. But was very easy to navigate and complete the few questions asked. Only issue was trying to turn off the phone's locate service. It is hard to turn off locate service when phone is very glitchy.

The Asurion insurance is awesome- you get the package right away and it's ready to go. The techs walk you thru setup and the return of the old device is easy. I highly recommend this insurance to any cell phone carrier. The price is great too and well worth it.

My data could not be transferred due to the screen being damaged. I asked for the glass to be replaced so I could salvage my data, but I was told by Asurion that my phone would be wiped even with the repair. I couldn't take it to a uBreakiFix because the glass was on back order for months. You should give people the option to NOT wipe the phone with a repair. Let US decide to take that risk. I lost things that couldn't be backed up. I should have been given the option instead of "for your security."

Very easy to deal with, so helpful, and professional. I dealt with online help, and a representative. I had my phone on Monday, I called on Saturday. I returned my phone and everything was completed. I would recommend a friend for this coverage.

After much frustration was finally able to speak with a representative who assured me that I would receive a phone comparable to the phone I lost, only to receive the least expensive version of the make and model. Again, after much frustration I was told that I needed to resolve the issue with Verizon. Verizon would not buy, trade or offer a discount and I was required to pay full price. I am truly considering self-insuring because it's been a complete waste of time and money. As well a lot less frustration.

Even though they no longer service in Snyder, he met me in Big Spring. While my family and I ate he sat in the parking lot and had my phone back to me within 15 minutes plus a new battery. He was very polite and had my phone looking like new again.

The main issue I ran into is my first replacement was sent to the wrong state. I also ran into the issue of getting in contact with someone to activate the new phone. Once those two issues were resolved, we were good.

Good service. Fee for replacement phone was high, but much better than having to pay for new phone. Cost to pay for a replacement phone should be lowered. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I appreciated all the information shared.

Was a really simple process. Phone came in two or three days set up and ready to go. Much easier than it used to be. Phones are really expensive now and I’m glad I didn’t have to buy another one. I’ll keep the farm insurance.

Based on cost to replace damage and lost phone the cons seem more beneficial. The customer service and process are tedious. I will decline coverage from here on out. The time and effort was extremely time consuming. When I receive the device; I found that customer representatives lack the knowledge needed to assist with setup. So, I had to call several times before issue was resolved.

Wife broke the screen on her new phone but with Verizon we have coverage. I highly recommend that btw. We were able to get into an Asurion store within hours of calling and the screen was replaced after only a couple hours. Very satisfied.

Filing a claim with Asurion was quick and easy. Everything was done online. Easy, straightforward questions to describe my issue and set an appointment. The technician came to me and repaired my phone in his vehicle while I waited comfortably in my home. My phone looked brand new and worked perfectly! The experience was great and I would recommend them to family and friends. Great service at an affordable price!

It's ok. Got a good refurb phone quickly for a price similar to buying it on eBay (not counting the monthly fees). Downside: somewhat harassing emails every day while old phone was in the mail back to Asurion. It's a bit of a sucker's bet, but the service is fast, which is worth something.

It took 3 attempts and a couple of weeks to get my issue resolved. Once the right supervisor was involved they ended sending me a "new" phone. It's a nice phone but it seems like a refurbished one as it's not as fast & doesn't operate as smoothly as my previous phone that I bought brand new at the Verizon store. They assured me it would be brand new but it doesn't seem to be. At least they did their best & tried to resolve my issue.

Accidentally dropped my 3 week old phone off a machine, loaded on a semi. New galaxy s22 ultra. Cracked the screen and had a green line. Instead of dishing out 1100+ for another one or dealing with a broken phone. I got one for almost 1/4 of that price.
