Asurion representative offered us the AT&T home protection plan and we declined and he still continued and added service without authorization. Representative refused to help us remove it, told us to call customer service to get it removed and did not even apologize.

Asurion is the best. AT&T play games with good customers. Apple's a robber. You buy this overprice defective stuff and they overcharge to get it fix. This the second I had a issue with a iPhone 13 Pro and my mom's was with AT&T when it was called Ma Bell. Wasn't no computers and all this overprice stuff and when she passed away in 2015. I took the account over, and I’ve one deal with them. But thanks for Asurion or this wouldn’t be worth dealing with!

Really enjoyed talking to the representatives they were very knowledgeable and helpful! To our needs. I’m just grateful that I purchased this warranty although it wasn’t anything we did. Phone was defected. Will continue to carry this coverage and also recommend to family and friends.

Overall the lease that I received my replacement quickly, however, was disappointed that the product and pieces was thrown in the box and not neatly place in the box cut out that protects it during transport. Also, website is extremely user friendly and even the a person who is not tech savvy could use it.

They were supposed to bring me a new phone, but they never did. I made two different appointments with the person to bring out my phone and look everything up for me and they canceled the times and I ended up having to order it and it took another four more days.

I lost my phone the same day that my husband broke his phone. We attempted to do the first claim on his phone, but we couldn't see anything on the left half of his phone screen. So we were unable to correctly type anything on his phone. So we tried to do it a few more times and didn't hear anything back. We called today and said that they wouldn't approve it because "suspicious activity" but won't tell me the details even though it was my account. Waste of money and do not recommend.

The experience of having the Tech coming to the house was absolutely amazing and had it fixed in no time, thanks! Just the ease of knowing that we didn't have to leave the house and the quickness of how soon they came out after calling was great!

Very convenient insurance for devices, fast and easy to claim and get your device to fix. I do everything from my phone and was very easy to do. The deductible was very cheap and my phone is fix and look like a new phone.

Att in St. Peter’s was fantastic!! Took my phone in for a repair on the front screen and they said it would take an hour to repair received a text message saying it was ready for pick up 25 minutes later!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable!!

All of the employees at this location were very friendly and accommodating. The screen repair on my iPhone was estimated to take about an hour and when I returned about 75 minutes later, after hitting some shops, it was ready to go! I did purchase a screen protector from the store and they installed it for me which was great, I’m very bad at those things. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service at this location.

My experience with AT&T has been... hit and miss. But my interaction once on the Asurion side was awesome. Met with... Perry I believe his name was? Guy out of the JFK AT&T location in Fort Collins. Super super friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the process a breeze. Explained the process, set realistic expectations, and was very polite. Gave me a call when it was done, and I came to pick it up same day. Beyond happy with his service, genuinely couldn't have asked for better.

My experience at the Lakewood Mall CA location could not have gone better than it did, the customer service agent who meet me at the door and turned me over to the repair technician was very helpful. The repair technician was super professional and knowledgeable, he know he or his fellow technicians could fix my phone. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste money and energy on them! Better to buy off your insurance separately than dealing with these people! They are so slow and not helpful in replacements. Also they charge you extra on your account if you don't pay attention!

There was an authorized repair place so close to my house. The tech was so knowledgeable. I was worried about the cost and it ended up needing just a screen repair. It was beyond my expectation, turning an unpleasant situation (I was so upset when my phone broke) into a wonderful experience (phone fixed a few hours after my appointment). My phone was broken at night, I was able to make an appointment on the same night. Schedule for next morning. I can’t thank you enough!!!!

I stopped in with a cracked screen with black dots all over, I was immediately greeted and was directed towards Milton, the expert we worked with. He was able to fix my screen perfectly and he even finished it 20 minutes early, which was a compliment to how kind and welcoming Milton was. I heavily recommend this store and Milton.

The wait time for a repair was extremely long (2hours). The technicians never kept us updated nor cared of us to wait for 2 hours. Upon seeking insurance coverage on a broken item it was very easy and fast. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. The return time on product was very reasonable. The only thing better would have been to have product in store for an even better experience.

100% satisfied. To make the claim was easy even after I made a mistake it was easy and the staff was great at fixing the problem. Then the help for installation was AMAZING. They hand delivered and then got the phone up and running.

Have a REPLACEMENT warranty for my generator. Finally can't get someone to fix it anymore, so was told they'd be replacing it. Their "shopper" found a DuroMax for $1280 (supposedly includes delivery, install and removal of my current generator...in their universe, not mine!). That's all they'll give me, even though my contract says I should get $1500. I have 18 months left on my contract, but if I buy the DuroMax, they won't cover it. Any other replacement they WOULD cover is over $3000. Figure that out! They are SCAMMERS!

Was very easy to find the repair place, the guys were very nice and helpful. Took about 55 min to fix my screen. Was a nice experience for once when dealing with phone issues. It was nice to be able to take my phone to a place to get fixed and not have to wait to mail it in.

I've always had Asurion insurance no matter who my service provider is, and they have always done a great job repairing or if necessary sending a new phone as quickly as possible. Beware of Asurion. I'm on day 6-7 of trying to get my approved "overnight" replacement. Their intermediary phone shipper forgot my name AND full address on the shipping label, and Asurion says they are “prohibited” from contacting the intermediary at all until FedEx marks the pack as unclaimed. They told me I have to "reject" the package, which is a bit hard if it doesn't list my name or address anywhere. CS person was very nice/prompt but operationally this is the worst experience I've had with a company. I couldn't even find out what the issue with the package was until I reached someone via FedEx's twitter, because Asurion confirmed TWICE that the package listed my name and correct address.

Overall amazing experience! The tech was knowledgeable and able to complete the repair quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend them for service in the future. Thank you Asurion for saving the day!

My screen on my phone broke on Christmas and I had to file a claim with AT&T to get it fixed. We took it down to ubreakitIfix in Puyallup Wa and the guy that worked there was super nice and helpful. When I explained to him I need my phone for work he got it done ASAP. They closed at 7 pm and he called me at 6:55 pm to let me know it was done and he waited around until I got down there to pick it up. My phone works like it's a brand-new phone. They are super nice and fast. Highly recommend them.

My wife had her I phone 12 pro max repaired on Saturday I had my galaxy s10+ repaired Monday. Both broken front screens. Both were repaired at our home by the most honest and nicest technician ever! Same technician did both phones and put screen protectors back on (because we had them on but the screen still broke). Both phones work flawless and the screens are clearer than we remember. 10 out of 10 service. I would highly recommend. We live in a very rural part of Tennessee so home service was amazing to have.

Our phone screen was cracked and we were just going to request a screen replacement, but we were sent a brand new phone. It arrived within 24 hours of order and driver emailed us a picture of box that had been placed on our back porch. We really appreciate the extra effort the driver put into our delivery!

Did a claim, cost 250, got a refurbished replacement. Didn't last 1 month and the screen cracked while putting a screen protector on it. Used it until screen started turning green and had to pay another 250 and get another replacement. With that being said everything else as far as filing and use of Asurion is easy to figure out and do would be 5 stars if it didn't cost me 500 in deductible in 2 months' time so close to Christmas

Generally going through insurance on any product is always a hassle and aggravating! With Asurion it was very simple, and easy to navigate! I cracked my screen on my Galaxy phone, and I was able to do a claim via the internet. It only took me 5 minutes to complete! It even gave me an option to have them come to my location to fix the phone screen, although I went to the go to location option. They gave me a list of locations near me that was able to make the fix, so I gave them a call.

Dara ** was so thorough and on time. By him delivering the device and making sure I knew it was set up properly took off so much stress and I was able to immediately operate and clear stuff I didn’t even realize was slowing it down.

I strongly recommend not purchasing this insurance for your cell phone (get it from another company). Daughter cracked lens. Asurion said they only repair cracked screens - 4 anything else, must replace phone with (formerly defective and perhaps not well care for) refurbished one for $250 (more than I paid for the new one). After paying $28 to insure 4 phones for years - cost roughly $720 since bought the phone. If you add the $250 deductible, I'm paying $970 - to repair cracked lens. Just want lens fixed! I don't want to exchange for for refurbished/used device.

Although I visited on a very busy day, the tech was able to repair my shattered iPhone screen within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and able to quickly and efficiently resolve issues. I also purchased a phone case and screen protector at this location for far less than I usually pay at Apple stores. It is great to have a qualified repair location in Kitsap County.

Asurion handled our claim with a quick phone call and a referral to a local shop that fixed the broken screen on our grandson's phone in two hours. That was great since he is diabetic and monitors his blood sugar with his phone. He said his phone is working better than ever. It looks like new again.

Our phone was stolen while on vacation…. We contacted AT&T and they moved quickly to blacklist our stolen phone and contact us with the appropriate personnel to replace it… Job well done. Thank you. Everyone was professional and task oriented to resolve our issue.

I received an email about replacing my iPhone battery and it gave a number to call. When I called it they were unable to help for they said they couldn’t find my account. It was so frustrating to talk with him for I kept having to repeat everything. Instead of going off your script just listen to me. Plus I think there might have been a bit of a language barrier. Anyway called ATT and 5 mins later I had an appointment.

The entire process was very easy to do with no complications, my selection was to deliver my phone to repair shop that was recommended. They already had my info. Just a few questions and repaired my phone in a few hours, phone works perfectly.

Service was completed in a timely manner. Customer representative was courteous and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend ATT to my friends and family. I was helped with my phone setting it up with the the help of representative from ATT.

They repaired a cracked screen through my provider's warranty program. Very professional and extremely quick process. Extremely satisfied with repair service made to my device. Only downside of overall experience was getting the sticker residue off that they placed on the back of device to identify who it belongs to. Highly recommend their services.

This is the best service plan that I have had, it truly pays for itself. The process is quick and easy and the site is user friendly. Ryan was super helpful. He fixed my phone screen and joked about Doja Cat for a bit. He was very knowledgeable about the phone. There was a small issue with what phone on my plan had the claim associated with it and he fixed it in a few minutes. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes.

I love my home+ protection plan as it provides the perfect coverage for my electronics. I purchased a new phone and while awaiting for my case to come in the mail, I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I went online on Saturday, Dec 10 to schedule my appointment. I selected Monday, Dec 12 and for the agent to come to my dwelling, which I prefer. Tyler sent me a message saying that he was on the way and his eta was 45 mins. He arrived about 45 minutes later. When he entered my home, he was kind and welcoming and laid out the steps for me. He asked me to unlock my phone and to turn off find my phone so he could proceed with my repair. 22 minutes later, I had a new screen! What an experience! The service was great. The new phone came really fast. The deductible goes on the next bill I love it! It was easy to mail the old one back. Quick service and deductible wasn't as much as I expected so I was happy.

This was super easy to report a broken device and even easier to request a replacement. I dropped my phone on a busy street and was run over by several cars. The phone's display cracked from pebbles on the road. I went online and easily filed my claim. I took it to the repair shop and in less than an hour my phone was expertly repaired and I was on my way!

Visiting the mobile stores gives me tremendous anxiety, the waiting, my lack of understanding, the price, the list goes on!! However, I visited UbreakIfix about an hour before closing! The repair specialist, Chris, wasn’t sure if he would be able to fix it in such short notice but after claim approval he had the phone repaired and ready to go in about 30 minutes! Screen shattered and needed to file insurance claim for repair. Within 2 hours claim was filed and phone was fixed after dropping to repair guy at AT&T location. I would recommend the insurance as regular repair was $270 and insurance repair was $29.

When I accidentally damaged my phone, I expected the worst and long annoying process. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had an upgraded replacement phone a day after the accident. When I contacted Asurion for assistance, activation and setting up the new phone, it was an making hassle free experience, I called back a few more times with follow-up questions, each of the technicians were professional and patient and resolved my issues. Each person I spoke to had a positive and helpful demeanor. It was great experience considering the bad situation which was created by the accidental damage to the cellphone.

My son's screen West broke on his phone. The guy came out super early. Was there on time. Fixed it within about 10, 15 minutes. Would recommend them to anybody that needs their phone or screen repaired and the guy was super nice and friendly.

Approximately a month ago, I requested a service from Asurion asking for a new phone. Tech was supposed to meet me at my house between 5–7 PM with a new device and was going to assist me in installing it! As 7:45 PM reached, I contacted the Tech and expressed that it was late and that I would like to reschedule for the next morning. He then CANCELED my ticket to get a new phone as he agreed! Being highly frustrated, I continued to use my damaged phone until it officially broke. As WE own a professional holiday lighting installation company, this is our busiest time of the year, and now OUR LINE IS DEAD. Asurion PROMISED me the documents would be submitted ASAP and a phone sent to me OVERNIGHT. After not receiving the documents within the next three hours, I called, and the legal time closed 10 minutes before I called WITHOUT APPROVING my document!!

Went in with a broken screen on a two year old phone and came out with what seems like a brand new one. I have Asurion for my cell phone insurance. These Samsung fold phones start to crack at the fold. Samsung is aware of this and do nothing to correct the issue with its customers. Asurion will insure you, but if you need another phone, it'll cost you a 249 dollar deductible. That's highway robbery for a replacement phone that's refurbished. This coming from a 8.4 billion dollar company is pitiable. I wouldn't recommend Asurion for anyone, anytime, or any place.

I’ve called the claim department around 6 or so times the past month, my Samsung tv broke and it’s covered under warranty. Every time I’ve called they have told me service will get back to me, they never did. It’s been almost a month, I filed the claim in November. They keep telling me they will call me in 24-48 hours about what to do next except once again I never got a call or a email back. This is just getting frustrating and dishonest now. I have a claim number and everything.
