Showed up on time and got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently and no defects detected! I do like the question about financial motive and I wish I had one, could always use some extra money, unfortunately it was just good service with no strings attached.

They replaced my damaged Chromebook and made it easy to return. It was a very fast and easy process. I just filled out the forms online and in a short time received my refurbished item. This was my second experience with Asurion and they both went smoothly.

A technician came out and replaced my daughter's screen on a Sunday, and it only took a few minutes!! I was very impressed, he showed up when he said he would, and did the repair in his vehicle. It was quick and easy.

This service could not be any easier to use! I’m so glad that I have it for all of my electronic devices! Everyone should have this. There’s no way I could possibly have insurance to cover all the devices that are under this program.

Found it to be an easy and mostly intuitive process including the website and paper instructions included in the box with the new phone. Although most of it is geared to replacing phone and not a lost phone. Phone arrived when it said it would.

I have never been so upset at a company before, took around 10 hours on the phone to get my phone replaced, kept canceling my claim but no one could tell me why, will never recommend this company ever.

The process to replace a broken phone was easy and fast. The replacement arrived when promised. Returning the damaged phone was a snap. The folks I had contact with were helpful, cheerful and professional. I will always have Asurion as my warranty provider. I highly recommend them.

Broke my phone screen, filled out a form about my problem, paid a fee, and was sent a new refurbished phone. They included everything needed to send my broken phone into them for trade with instructions. Pretty simple process, no issues.

I had a great experience with Asurion. I got my replacement phone as soon as it could. I would recommend it to everyone. I am so glad I had insurance to replace my phone. Insurance saves you money and the hassle of buying a new device.

My issue is cost... I pay $17.00 per month for phone insurance and after paying for 5+ years I still have to pay almost $200 to get my phone replaced... WHAT A RACKET!!! Need a free replacement when don't ask for replacement for 4 years!!!

Thank you for the quick and easy service. I was able to drop my phone off, go shopping and pick it up within an hour. The phone looks brand new and I can’t tell the difference between the old screen and the new ones.

There were some issues with the replacement phone but they were worked through. The people who helped me seemed knowledgeable and provided good information. The process of setting up the new phone was fairly simple unlike having to come up with forty words for this review.

Once they arrived it only took a few minutes to complete the repair and I was completely satisfied with the service. The only problem I had was I had to schedule the service call about five days in a row because they could not get here to do the work when the appointments were set.

The response and getting the replacement phone to us was exquisite! Received next day. Returned old device, but it has been sitting at USPS and when we called, were told we have to keep calling with updates. You have the tracking number and provided the packaging and label... Why do we have to make sure USPS is doing their job?

Everything went fine. We received the new device, we followed all of the instructions, mailed the device within a few days. We thought everything was fine until I started receiving first an email that the damaged unit had not been returned and a follow up letter in the mail that I was going to be charged $300 for the replacement. Waited on hold twice to clarify that the unit had been sent, only to be told that the unit was received and just was not updated. Perhaps you should check your returns before you start telling people they may owe you money for not returning equipment as specified. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Only rating 4 as the wait for the fix was over a week. Everything else was 100%. It was easy to schedule my appointment and the technician was amazing and literally had my screen replaced in less than 20 min.

The phone was made available exactly as previously purchased and was delivered expeditiously. The process was simple online as directed by the Verizon representative. The follow up email communication from Asurion was concise and easy to follow, with no required follow up on my behalf considering the situation.

My phone stopped working and replacing it was seamless and reliable. They were friendly, and helpful and the new phone arrived quickly. Although the deductible is pretty high, I do feel it is worth having the insurance, compared to having to purchase a new phone.

The process was quick, I received the phone the next day. The instructions stated that I should keep the new sim card in place and send the damaged phone back with its original sim card. That did not work so I used my old sim card in the new phone and that worked perfectly. Otherwise the new phone appeared brand new and was easy to transfer all info between the phones using Samsung Smart Switch. It took a few hours and worked really well with a USB-C cable connecting both phones. I have over 2,600 pictures and a ton of videos so that's why it took so long.

Very easy to file an insurance claim on a phone, phone was received in 2 business days because of our location to FedEx. No issues to report. Asurion makes it easy to return defective phone, return packaging comes with the replacement phone.

Asurion made the claim process simple and easy for replacing my damaged wireless device. Filling out the claim form took a minute, if that. The service was super quick, too; I got the replacement device the follow morning. I would definitely recommend Asurion to other wireless customers for protecting their devices. It's all too easy to incur damage, even with protective cases. Asurion's service gets you back up and running with minimal delay.

The process for switching the devices was simple and easy to understand, however having to self service the broken device was not as simple. Improvements in communication with the customer would be wise. Also to have device dropped off at the Verizon site would be more efficient for the customer.

Received phone the next day....After trying for 4 days to activate phone, it was determined that phone was defective and a new one had to be sent. That was after 8 hrs on the phone over the 4 days on hold/ talking with tech support. Took a whole week to finally get a working phone activated. It work of been cheaper to have just bought a new phone! Money loss, lesson learned.

Customer service was exemplary. My phone arrived faster than I anticipated due to a holiday weekend. Above and beyond service. I received a phone that was exactly like my broken one. The same storage capacity, color, and model. As an improvement, I believe the broken glass on the back side should cost the same as a broken screen replacement.

It took too long for my phone to arrive (4 days). I was not able to call or see any text messages along with receiving or making calls. In addition to the number of days, it was delivered late that evening. When I first utilized Asurion, it would be delivered the next day.

I broke the screen in my S21 Ultra and went to Asurion for an insurance repair. They did a great job with the repair and I have had no functionality issues at all since the repair. The 3 star review is because I had to go to three locations to get the repair done. The first location didn't have the part or the equipment to fix it. I called the second location to verify that they had the part and they confirmed that they did but they had used them all by the time I got there. The location that did the repair had the part and put it aside for me when I called. Bottom line is that you need to call and verify that they have the part you need and ask them to hold it until you get there. Overall, I'm satisfied with the repair.

My screen was cracked and disabled my phone from working. Verizon connected me to Asurion. At first they were not sure of how quick the repair could occur. Asurion was able to repair my device the very same day. The price of repair was reasonable as well.

Addition through Verizon rapidly handled my claim when I lost my relatively new iPhone 13 while Kayaking. Service was great. The filing process was super convenient and easy. Phone showed up with good instructions on how to change over from the old one and how to return the new one. Only opportunity I found were mild scratches in my refurbished phone screen which is a letdown. I tried to contact Asurion, but kept getting sent to file a new claim.

Communications were adequate and professional. Return instructions were complete. Replacement timing was good however three return envelopes were too small for the returning device. The replacement device was less adequate than the returned device. (8in vs 10in). Instructions for use of SIM card were confusing.

We have been Asurion customers for a quite a while. We pay for the whole coverage for all of our devices through our Verizon bill. $50/mo. We lost an iWatch. We were on about 3 hours with customer service trying to make it work. They kept transferring us to other people. After telling our issue to many people we finally got it working. It worked for a month. Then, when the second replacement came it was the same run around but for at least 5 hours in total. In the 5th hour we were transferred to their next level who gave us a representative in training. We could hear all of the training, which, after all of the time we’d already been dealing with this was very frustrating. That might have been okay in the first hour, but our patience for this issue was long since over. Finally a Verizon guy stayed on the phone with us and Asurion to take care of the issue. We are really unhappy about the service and considering if having the insurance is even worth it.

Asurion replaced my phone with a phone that was in a less healthy condition than the phone I was replacing. The phone that was being replaced was in a better condition than the one I received. Screen was damaged upon receipt. Overall bad experience.

Replaced a broken iPad within days of calling. Service representative was very kind and friendly and helped with any questions I had asked. My iPad was easily to set up and is in working order again. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The reason for the two stars.... Every time I turn on my new phone I'm getting SLAMMED with Ads! It's becoming very annoying. Sometimes it's difficult to remove these ads. I've never had this problem before. I feel like you had these Ads installed to make a few bucks at my expense.

Had proof my damaged tablet was delivered back to Asurion however kept receiving warnings that I was going to be charged $300 for not returning my device. Upon calling Asurion several times, the phone system would tell me my device was not received, that I was going to be charged $300 and possible legal action. Being threatened by your company was a major disappointment to me and I will NEVER EVER use Asurion again. I can seek legal action too. You had the tracking number for YOUR envelope and could have tracked YOUR package without threats. Terrible customer service. Lost many man hours/work hours trying to resolve YOUR error.

I honestly was questioning why I continue to pay for the Verizon/Asurion coverage.... That is until I finally had to use it. I had cracked my screen on my Pixel 6 Pro and the repair process was painless. A few weeks later my phone was bricked due to a bad update. It wouldn't boot up and was stuck in a constant loop. Spent a few minutes with Verizon tech, then an Asurion tech. Eventually it was deemed to send me out a refurbished P6P and I sent my phone in. Process was painless and to be honest, my refurbished phone works way better than my prior new phone.

This is borderline an actual scam. Would not recommend to an enemy. Called to make a claim and after 2-3 hours back and forth because each rep couldn’t answer simple question - I was approved. They said, "You’d hear back in three days (”it’s our service promise)." I callled after a week of nothing and was told, "Because we didn’t deliver our promise we will replace the fridge." Three days later I got a call from a random guy saying he was coming to fix my fridge. So again, I called Asurion and was told they changed their mind, which was fine. I just wanted my fridge fixed. Then the guy comes out and I’m told by asurion, "You will receive an email because they needed to buy parts."
Again, a week past and so I call. Oh they are only fixing part of the claim after the supervisor specifically said that since the claim was approved it included everything, needless to say never once was I told that they were only fixing part of the fridge. Then the supervisor told me “Yes, a lot of miscommunication and false promises, but there’s nothing I can do because that other part we should have never told you we would fix”… Keep in mind this is after I pay a monthly fee and $99 just for them to come take a look. My theory is they tell you they will fix everything so they can collect your $99 bucks then give you the bad news later.

I am going on a year with the service and I have to say the service is very much worth it. It’s so easy to put in your claim. I used it several times to fix my kid's ipad and just recently for my husband‘s Apple Watch and they fixed it every time. They were fast and professional.

Only issue was turning of location settings on a dead phone. Eventually resolved the issue but don't approve of the threat of a $300 charge if unable to do so. The delivery of the replacement was quick as committed and the rep on the phone was awesome.

The service was great but just trying to speak to someone "live" initially was difficult and frustrating. There should be a prompt that allows to go to directly to an operator if you have questions before putting a claim in etc. Once I finally did get to an operator all went well in receiving my phone.

The claim process was effortless. Took damaged laptop to local repair shop, they sent it off the shop, where I was informed it was unrepairable. They sent me a new laptop, which my daughter likes way more than the old one. Excellent job!!!!!

Phone replacement was super fast and easy to change over to my new phone. I need to have my phone for school and now my clinical sites. If I were to have any other issues I would recommend making sure that my friends and family would have this insurance.

My back glass busted a speaker went bad. I Made a claim and had my replacement the next morning. The replacement was a bad device so it was replaced without a problem. Sending both devices back and tracking was extremely easy and convenient with the envelopes that were supplied.

They did not have a screen changing person in the area, so instead of paying about $30 for just a broken screen, I had to pay $250 for a replacement phone. It was incredibly inconvenient. On a positive note, the representatives I spoke with were kind and empathetic.

Phone screen cannot be calibrated and does not register inputs periodically. Back glass of phone is separated from the main housing.. For the cost of the warranty, there is certainly a standard for these phones to meet. Is there any way to have this corrected?

I had my phone for quite a while, maintaining insurance with Asurion the entire time. When my phone was damaged, I contacted Asurion and spoke with Chelsea. Chelsea was extremely helpful, processed my claim quickly and I paid the $189 required. When I received my replacement phone I looked it up on the internet and found that I could have purchased the same phone for considerably less money than the $189 I had to pay for the insurance claim.
I contacted Asurion again and spoke with Iesha. I explained my issue with the cost of my replacement phone through Asurion versus what I would have paid without insurance - which would have been a significant amount lower. Iesha quite rudely told me that the phone sent was the next phone up from mine and the contract clearly stated that would be what I get and I had to pay the $189. She also, very rudely, told me that the insurance was voluntary and that I needed to read the contract. I tried to tell her that I should have a reasonable expectation to not be taken advantage of. She told me that I could return the phone for a refund of the $189 but not of all the money I paid monthly for insurance. Either way I was being ripped off and Iesha could not care less. I will never buy insurance from Asurion again.

First I scheduled an appointment for someone to come to my home to fix my screen. After waiting for almost 2 hours into the appointment time frame, the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for a week later. I could not wait that long because my screen was starting not to work, due to the damage. So, then I called Asurion to cancel the repair and obtain a replacement phone.
The woman I spoke with started the replacement process, but then WOULD NOT STOP trying to sell me insurance for all my devices at home. I kept telling her "no thank you - I just want to replace my phone with my insurance". She KEPT GOING, and pushing, and it was really inappropriate. I had to get pretty assertive to end the phone call. I waited two days, but no new phone. So then I went back online, and that customer service person NEVER SENT the replacement phone. So I had to start all over again and wait another few days for a new phone. It was a horrible experience and a very major inconvenience.

I appreciate how fast your product arrived. The product is functioning however when it vibrates it makes a rattling sound. I believe the main screen is loose. When I touch the screen in a certain spot, I hear a click. But I think I can live with that.

My phone's screen was shattered. The claim process was very easy. I received my replacement the very next day! Service was very user-friendly and great! I would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you for making this whole entire process a piece of cake.

I liked how quickly the replacement iPad was received and easy to switch sim card and activate especially with an impatient autistic son who needs his iPad. I really liked how it came with a prepaid package to send back in which saved time in finding a box the correct size to stick a label on. It definitely helped with my busy lifestyle!

My son lost his phone. I called it in and paid. They quoted "tomorrow". It never arrived. They said it was delivered. A dozen calls with some helpful and some not so helpful people and 2 weeks later he got the replacement.

The screen protector on my Fold 3 was peeling off so I requested replacement. The process was simple, fast and everything worked great! I received the exact same phone and it appeared to be brand new in every way possible... it works perfectly! I'd highly recommend Asurion for coverage on their mobile phone!

I pay $17/mth since 2018 to insure my then new iPhone and still was asked to pay a $200 deductible which I find outrageous to be sent a used phone with a battery that overheats. I’ll be reporting to BBB.

After phone was stolen a replacement came really fast. It was easy to file a claim. Very glad that I had Asurion insurance on the phone. The biggest issue was getting the Apple account working again, but that was an Apple issue.

I received my new phone quickly and they even sent a return envelope which was extremely convenient. I was very pleased with the service and it was simple to do. I appreciate that very much. The phone I received is slightly different than the phone I returned, but I'm getting used to it.

I haven’t had to use this service in years, but so thankful I have it. It was fast, simple, and easy!!!! My replacement phone was sent out right away, and was exactly like my son’s old phone. We were very pleased with the replacement. Awesome service!!!!

Asurion made it very easy to have my screen repaired. I simply needed to go to the website, explain the issue with my phone and indicate which company would be fixing it. I'm so grateful I have them! If I didn't have this insurance it would've cost well over $100 to have my screen fixed.

The replacement iPhone arrived on timely manner. It came packaged well with instructions. We immediately set-up the replacement phone at a local Verizon store and everything went smoothly. To this day, there are no issues at all with the replacement phone.

It was very easy and fast, because I had a trip out of the US and was worried about getting replacement in time. So fast was important. The return was easy too and they let me know when it arrived. The replacement worked like my broken phone so no issues there.

Asurion was great. Everything was handled with easy and I had my replacement phone within a few days. The customer service agent on the phone was very pleasant and very understanding. The service rep at the Version Store in Oakdale, Ca was not only friendly but very helpful with installing my screen protector. He walked me through the process of registering the screen protector and what to do if anything happens in the future. Thank YOU!

I had to do the process a couple times, and the last phone that I am using right now has a rainbow spot in the corner. It is not an easy set up. The last representative was amazing and would recommend them...

The Asurion service was inconsistent at best. The guys in the store were helpful, but their hands were tied in a lot of ways. I started a claim online, but didn't decide to go with either the 'come to me' or 'go in store' options. I just wanted to see the difference in both price and timing. After not completing that initial claim application my info was basically stuck in limbo and causing problems/loss to future reps. I called for more info after receiving error messages on the website. The woman couldn't find a store near me after multiple tries entering in zip codes all around the area (neither in Vancouver Washington nor Portland Oregon - and this is a large metro area) so I found one myself on Google Maps while we were on the phone and she said I could go there without an appointment, walk in and get it fixed easily. It was definitely not easy.
I called to schedule an appointment anyway, just to make sure the service would be quick and painless. It was not. The soonest I could get service was by going into the store instead of the van coming to me. I called the store. They didn't have the part and it would take almost a week to get there. I called on the day it should have arrived. It arrived at the end of the day so my schedule couldn't allow me service immediately. We rescheduled for later in the week. I spent 4 hours in the store and never got my screen replaced. They had the part, but couldn't find my claim anywhere.
I called the help line. I had to file a new claim and give credit card info. The robot that answered the phone wouldn't let me talk to a human and hung up on me 3 times. Then I entered in a phone # for another device on my account (which went against what the voice prompt was telling me to do) and it finally allowed me to talk to Marsha. (I'm still be addressed incorrectly even in this automated review email. Nobody ever took the time to even get my name right from the start. It's pretty ridiculous if you think about it.) She was nice, apologetic and helpful. After taking my info she pushed through a work order to the store I was standing in. Then Harrison (who was helpful) had a bunch of issues generating a standard work order and importing the file. It kept giving him an error message that didn't make any sense, saying my work order had a duplicate phone # (which it didnt).
I called the help line again and got another woman Anetta (she was harder to work with) and I explained the situation and error message, but she wasn't really having any of that and just said I should cancel it all and start again. Something I wasn't really willing to do because I don't like giving out my CC info over the phone in the first place and had already done it once. Anyway she basically told me things that contradicted what I heard up until that point by every other Asurion team member. Only after Harrison switched it to another # on my account that had just been repaired was he allowed to proceed (thus creating a work order with a duplicate number and actually fulfilling the error message - making it true). Then he couldn't sign in to the Samsung GSPN. He tried a lot of times, did troubleshooting, made phone calls and was never able to help me. So 4 hours down the tube (and I took time off work). So I had to come back another day.
I came back on a non-work day. It took another 5 hours to get it finally fixed. I dropped it off with Braden, he was helpful. But it was another long process. He had other phones to fix and frequent visits that interrupted the service. I arrived 10min before he closed (4 hours after the start time) and it wasn't done. I hung out for another hour while he worked on it. I bought the wrong screen protector and asked him to also put it on there. He did without realizing I picked the wrong one off the wall. He was nice enough to refund me for it because he said he should've checked before install.
All in all I got it fixed, which it's perfect and I'm very happy with the end result. But, the service part was pretty horrible. The call center (3 different people) all told me three different things. The two guys I saw in the store were as helpful as they could have been, but they were really understaffed and had to troubleshoot various issues that arose out of their own programs and processes. And this was all after a bad online experience, taking time off work and waiting (in the end) about 2 weeks to get it fixed and almost 9 hours for it to be fixed while it was in the store. So honestly this experience sucked and I'd love some form of compensation from asurion for my time and energy and would REALLY LOVE if they fixed their own busted ** system so the people in the store could operate as quickly as the people in the van.
9 hours (plus the part delay) is an absolutely absurd amount of time to wait for a repair that (literally and physically) takes 20min to complete. I'm happy my phone screen has been replaced (it's perfect) and thankful for the guys in the store and the women on the phone, but seriously this sucked. Asurion coverage is still worth the price (I think and hope), but I'll probably never ever go into the store again for anything and will definitely tell everyone I know about my experience (which of course they all have multiple devices). So yeah, feel free to contact me about this. I'm also planning to post a review on Google Maps about my experience, people should know what to expect. Ps. Quit trying to sell us this home care coverage, saying "No" once should be enough.

Is a good service, that help a lot and you won't end up without a phone, this way you have service and not worry about buying a phone every time you have an accident, we know that a phone is a necessity this days.

Asurion has easy system to do claim and good service to sent device on time. Best follow up service and easy to understand. Asurion has great and cheaper mobile coverage plan. Device works great so far. No issue with device.

I have used Asurion for years with my cellphone plan and have been very happy with their quick response. I decided to add Asurion Home plan for the gaming systems and electronics in the house. I have been very pleased with the ease of making a claim and quick turnaround. Our recent claim to fix my son's PS3 turned out couldn't be fixed. They responded with a fair market price for the system.

I filed a claim on a Tuesday and had the repaired item back by the following Tuesday. The ease of use has been remarkable. For the cost and protection received, I would recommend to anyone seeking protection. Thought about dropping my coverage because I didn't need it....until I did.

Beyond happy with replacement. Came before expected! My daughter's phone was in terrible shape. Her new phone came faster than expected. Set up instructions were included and very easy to understand. Everything was included to send back and instructions on how to prep the old phone. Super easy!

Fast, easy, and great customer service. This process was extremely easy. The new screen is great and the new battery works fabulous. I like the fact that the technician comes to you and takes fixes the issue within minutes. Filing the claim was extremely easy as well. The turn around on the claim and resolution was extremely fast as well. I believe it was a week from filing the claim till the time it was fixed. I would have liked it to be sooner but since I could still use my phone and read it, it was not an issue for me.
