My overall experience surpassed my expectations. I went in with a major problem, thinking that I was going to have to pay for a whole new phone but they suggested a even better solution, they help me with getting my screen fixed. The guy in charge of fixing my screen was amazing, quick, to the point, and polite.

The technician was very professional. He explained everything he going to do. At called me when phone was repair. When got at the store he explained what he did. And explained the warranty of work. If there is problem with phone. Told us call customer service. Top-notch service.

Tech took care of my phone being cracked and screen went pitch black. He stayed in later than his shift causing him needing to push over personal plans to get my phone issue resolved and he did. He is a great person and very professional tech.

I dread dealing with phones in any way and I couldn’t believe how simple this was to set up, and then how prompt and efficient the rep was. Barely needed anything from me and was done in a few minutes. Phone is as good as new now.

Like most people I put out a lot of money for my phone service and insurance and I pay my bills on time so when I have an issue I expect to receive what I’m paying for & great customer service. However when my phone needed repair I did not get great service from the original technician that was assigned to fix my device. Despite me making an appointment days in advance he waited 1 hour before my appt and sent me a text stating he didn’t have the part in stock. WTH!! I took the day off & he waited until the 11th hour to notify me. I ended up going to a local authorized location & they did the repair in less than 1 hour. 5 stars to local authorized deal and 2 NEGATIVE stars to the lazy technician who was to arrive at my location for the repair.

I went to AT&T at 555 Broadway and had the best experience. ** took the time to describe step by step and was very informative and caring so that I knew exactly what would happen and was very attentive to my questions. He told me what time he should be done with phone and was on time. He really took the time and made sure I was satisfied with service. I am going to come back to him for any of my service repairs.

I came in with a glitch on my Androids LDS screen. The staff member was able to identify the issue immediately and propose a solution. The screen and screen protector were replaced within 2 hours. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

When I had an issue with my first replacement phone Asurion went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They had another phone at my house delivered by a representative who made sure the phone was activated properly. I am very satisfied with this service and their representative's knowledge and assistance.

My tech Nick was AWESOME!!! He set expectations and exceeded them!!!! He was the best. Nick was not only on time. He was even early which was even better and the best thing was that he got my shattered screen and frame of my phone fixed in 15 minutes.

It took 5 days plus for them to approve my claim. The worst customer service experience ever. I was hung up on. I was told that I would get a replacement and then the claim will get denied. The customer service people were not familiar with their at all.

I came in for a screen repair on 1/20/2023 and the Asurion representative at the West End location was great! Quick and easy! I would recommend getting the insurance plan on your lines! $29 for a screen repair. You can’t beat that! Thank you so much!

Very friendly staff at the Wake Forest location. I had a terrible experience at the Oberlin Rd location. Wake Forest made sure I had a great experience from the phone call until the pick up off my device pickup. I will definitely recommend this service and especially this location to friends and family!

K was the greatest and most helpful employee I have dealt with at AT&T. Fixed my problem quickly and was very nice and polite. She had all the qualities that AT&T should be striving for. She didn't make me feel dumb or talk down to me like most of their employees do. She was awesome to deal with from the moment I spoke to her on the phone in the morning till the time she fixed my screen and made my day.

Home repair service was so quick and easy! They come to your door verify your phone then repair the phone in their vehicle while you are still in the comfort of your home. Would definitely suggest this type of coverage for everyone.

I went to AT&T today due to my phone being dropped by another person completely shattering the screen and causing my phone to be unusable. I was so upset and not sure if anything could be done to fix it. So I went to att and as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by a employee with a smile and he quickly took my phone to the tech to see about fixing it.

I have been on the phone with ATT and Asurion for the past few hours and neither is taking ownership for this issue. I filled an insurance claim with Asurion and was sent a refurbished phone, upon setting up this new device I began getting spam calls, text and notifications not from SMS/Messaging and locking my phone, then having to hard reset, from what TWO reps have said it's MALWARE and I have to go to a location to have my phone repaired and pay or I can upgrade and trade in my device. This is not at all acceptable as a long time ATT customer with 4 lines, 2 ipads, 4 watches and TV/Internet services. ATT/Asurion were quick to take payments and not will to help.

The gentleman at the AT&T store in Bay Plaza Shopping center in Bronx, NY was so helpful. I called ahead and he assured the parts were available for my device. When I arrived he was ready for me and it only took about 20 minutes! He was very kind and explained everything!

My tech Larry was super professional, efficient and polite, he resolved my issue in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable. The service he provided was EXCELLENT! This is the 2nd time I've used Asurion, both times excellent coverage and fast replacement, well worth the monthly charge. 1 replacement was a faulty battery the 2nd I had filled the memory area in the phone. They replaced it with an upgraded reconditioned phone, that works just fine. I would recommend them to all phone users. Thanks for the great service.

The technician communicated quite well, letting me know he would be a little bit later within the two hour time frame I was given. Most companies show up when they show up, with no notice or empathy for the customer. Once he arrived, he came to the front door to get the iPhone that needed repair. He was so friendly and professional! He took the phone to his van to repair, which only took about 20 minutes. The phone looks perfect and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The process to determine the course of action for my damaged screen and get it fixed same day was so incredibly fast and easy. I was thoroughly expecting to be days without a phone and to go wait in line at a store. They had my Google Pixel 6 screen in stock and turned it around same day. I know that maybe doesn't always happen, but for how easy it was, I would've even waited another day. You don't think of insurance claims as a pleasant experience, but both of my interactions with Asurion have been excellent.

Broke my phone screen last night. The claim was so easy to do and the process was so quick. I had my phone back the same day within an hour! Only downside I wish more locations were available near me. Wasn’t too bad as the location I went to was near work, had it not been for that I would have really needed to go out of my way.

I don’t know what I’ll do without ASURION. They have help me and my family many many times with replacement phones. Yes there a fee but it beats paying full price on a phone. The technician showed up within the estimated time frame and was cordial and respectful. He fixed the issue timely. Technician also communicated with me throughout the morning to keep me aware of the estimated arrival time. He also took precautions by sanitizing his hands and equipment prior to handling the phone.

So I lost my phone and apply for claim. Today is my 16th day without phone. According to company’s policy it take only 24 hours. I call them every single day and they told me to fill same thing again and again. Some of the representatives are really bad. Don’t know how to deal with customers. Never ever gonna take this insurance company again and I definitely suggest my friends and family not to take this insurance. I pay for insurance almost 1 year and I am happy to buy new phone rather than wasting my time with them. Really bad experience.

Amazing great service great work! From the time I made my claim it only took 16 hours to have my phone back. My screen was cracked and they had someone out to fix the next day at my house. The price couldn't have been better because of the protection plan I had. Thank you so much for getting me back on track.

I received excellent customer service during the service process of getting my daughter’s phone repaired in the store. Camp Creek location is who I would recommend anyone to go to for their service needs. I went in late Saturday and the gentleman helped walked me through how to pull up the claim I had started and helped me finished it. And then explained how the process would work and their hours of service for me to return the next day!!! The technician Janet was very thorough and again explained each step of the process as she completed it!!! Highly recommend the Camp Creek store!

Asurion representative offered us the AT&T home protection plan and we declined and he still continued and added service without authorization. Representative refused to help us remove it, told us to call customer service to get it removed and did not even apologize.

Asurion is the best. AT&T play games with good customers. Apple's a robber. You buy this overprice defective stuff and they overcharge to get it fix. This the second I had a issue with a iPhone 13 Pro and my mom's was with AT&T when it was called Ma Bell. Wasn't no computers and all this overprice stuff and when she passed away in 2015. I took the account over, and I’ve one deal with them. But thanks for Asurion or this wouldn’t be worth dealing with!

Really enjoyed talking to the representatives they were very knowledgeable and helpful! To our needs. I’m just grateful that I purchased this warranty although it wasn’t anything we did. Phone was defected. Will continue to carry this coverage and also recommend to family and friends.

Overall the lease that I received my replacement quickly, however, was disappointed that the product and pieces was thrown in the box and not neatly place in the box cut out that protects it during transport. Also, website is extremely user friendly and even the a person who is not tech savvy could use it.

They were supposed to bring me a new phone, but they never did. I made two different appointments with the person to bring out my phone and look everything up for me and they canceled the times and I ended up having to order it and it took another four more days.

I lost my phone the same day that my husband broke his phone. We attempted to do the first claim on his phone, but we couldn't see anything on the left half of his phone screen. So we were unable to correctly type anything on his phone. So we tried to do it a few more times and didn't hear anything back. We called today and said that they wouldn't approve it because "suspicious activity" but won't tell me the details even though it was my account. Waste of money and do not recommend.

All of the employees at this location were very friendly and accommodating. The screen repair on my iPhone was estimated to take about an hour and when I returned about 75 minutes later, after hitting some shops, it was ready to go! I did purchase a screen protector from the store and they installed it for me which was great, I’m very bad at those things. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service at this location.

My experience with AT&T has been... hit and miss. But my interaction once on the Asurion side was awesome. Met with... Perry I believe his name was? Guy out of the JFK AT&T location in Fort Collins. Super super friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the process a breeze. Explained the process, set realistic expectations, and was very polite. Gave me a call when it was done, and I came to pick it up same day. Beyond happy with his service, genuinely couldn't have asked for better.

My experience at the Lakewood Mall CA location could not have gone better than it did, the customer service agent who meet me at the door and turned me over to the repair technician was very helpful. The repair technician was super professional and knowledgeable, he know he or his fellow technicians could fix my phone. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste money and energy on them! Better to buy off your insurance separately than dealing with these people! They are so slow and not helpful in replacements. Also they charge you extra on your account if you don't pay attention!

There was an authorized repair place so close to my house. The tech was so knowledgeable. I was worried about the cost and it ended up needing just a screen repair. It was beyond my expectation, turning an unpleasant situation (I was so upset when my phone broke) into a wonderful experience (phone fixed a few hours after my appointment). I don’t usually leave reviews but the guy that come out was just spectacular, he even waited for me to get home from work! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I stopped in with a cracked screen with black dots all over, I was immediately greeted and was directed towards Milton, the expert we worked with. He was able to fix my screen perfectly and he even finished it 20 minutes early, which was a compliment to how kind and welcoming Milton was. I heavily recommend this store and Milton.

The wait time for a repair was extremely long (2hours). The technicians never kept us updated nor cared of us to wait for 2 hours. They definitely need to come up with a better system for repairing phones. Please feel free to contact me either via email or cell phone. I strongly would appreciate your concerns. Just for the record it’s not the first time I’m at that location.

Upon seeking insurance coverage on a broken item it was very easy and fast. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. The return time on product was very reasonable. The only thing better would have been to have product in store for an even better experience.

Wisest thing to do when purchasing a phone. I always advice all my sons, daughters and grandkids to always buy insurance when purchasing a phone, and tell them it’s great protection for them and their money they are investing. 100% satisfied. To make the claim was easy even after I made a mistake it was easy and the staff was great at fixing the problem. Then the help for installation was AMAZING. They hand delivered and then got the phone up and running.

Have a REPLACEMENT warranty for my generator. Finally can't get someone to fix it anymore, so was told they'd be replacing it. Their "shopper" found a DuroMax for $1280 (supposedly includes delivery, install and removal of my current generator...in their universe, not mine!). That's all they'll give me, even though my contract says I should get $1500. I have 18 months left on my contract, but if I buy the DuroMax, they won't cover it. Any other replacement they WOULD cover is over $3000. Figure that out! They are SCAMMERS!

Was very easy to find the repair place, the guys were very nice and helpful. Took about 55 min to fix my screen. Was a nice experience for once when dealing with phone issues. It was nice to be able to take my phone to a place to get fixed and not have to wait to mail it in.

I had a cracked screen. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The provider came early, which was even better, and called ahead of time! They were able to complete the repair in 20 minutes. It only cost me $30! It was perfect!

I've always had Asurion insurance no matter who my service provider is, and they have always done a great job repairing or if necessary sending a new phone as quickly as possible. I am pleased with the service and the process of submitting my claim was very easy. I will definitely recommend this company for cell phone protection.

Beware of Asurion. I'm on day 6-7 of trying to get my approved "overnight" replacement. Their intermediary phone shipper forgot my name AND full address on the shipping label, and Asurion says they are “prohibited” from contacting the intermediary at all until FedEx marks the pack as unclaimed. They told me I have to "reject" the package, which is a bit hard if it doesn't list my name or address anywhere. CS person was very nice/prompt but operationally this is the worst experience I've had with a company. I couldn't even find out what the issue with the package was until I reached someone via FedEx's twitter, because Asurion confirmed TWICE that the package listed my name and correct address.

Overall amazing experience! The tech was knowledgeable and able to complete the repair quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend them for service in the future. Thank you Asurion for saving the day!

My screen on my phone broke on Christmas and I had to file a claim with AT&T to get it fixed. We took it down to ubreakitIfix in Puyallup Wa and the guy that worked there was super nice and helpful. When I explained to him I need my phone for work he got it done ASAP. They closed at 7 pm and he called me at 6:55 pm to let me know it was done and he waited around until I got down there to pick it up. My phone works like it's a brand-new phone. They are super nice and fast. Highly recommend them.

My wife had her I phone 12 pro max repaired on Saturday I had my galaxy s10+ repaired Monday. Both broken front screens. Both were repaired at our home by the most honest and nicest technician ever! Same technician did both phones and put screen protectors back on (because we had them on but the screen still broke). Both phones work flawless and the screens are clearer than we remember. 10 out of 10 service. I would highly recommend. We live in a very rural part of Tennessee so home service was amazing to have.

Our phone screen was cracked and we were just going to request a screen replacement, but we were sent a brand new phone. It arrived within 24 hours of order and driver emailed us a picture of box that had been placed on our back porch. We really appreciate the extra effort the driver put into our delivery!

Did a claim, cost 250, got a refurbished replacement. Didn't last 1 month and the screen cracked while putting a screen protector on it. Used it until screen started turning green and had to pay another 250 and get another replacement. With that being said everything else as far as filing and use of Asurion is easy to figure out and do would be 5 stars if it didn't cost me 500 in deductible in 2 months' time so close to Christmas

Generally going through insurance on any product is always a hassle and aggravating! With Asurion it was very simple, and easy to navigate! I cracked my screen on my Galaxy phone, and I was able to do a claim via the internet. It only took me 5 minutes to complete! It even gave me an option to have them come to my location to fix the phone screen, although I went to the go to location option. They gave me a list of locations near me that was able to make the fix, so I gave them a call.

Dara ** was so thorough and on time. By him delivering the device and making sure I knew it was set up properly took off so much stress and I was able to immediately operate and clear stuff I didn’t even realize was slowing it down.

I strongly recommend not purchasing this insurance for your cell phone (get it from another company). Daughter cracked lens. Asurion said they only repair cracked screens - 4 anything else, must replace phone with (formerly defective and perhaps not well care for) refurbished one for $250 (more than I paid for the new one). After paying $28 to insure 4 phones for years - cost roughly $720 since bought the phone. If you add the $250 deductible, I'm paying $970 - to repair cracked lens. Just want lens fixed! I don't want to exchange for for refurbished/used device.

Although I visited on a very busy day, the tech was able to repair my shattered iPhone screen within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and able to quickly and efficiently resolve issues. I also purchased a phone case and screen protector at this location for far less than I usually pay at Apple stores. It is great to have a qualified repair location in Kitsap County.

I received an email about replacing my iPhone battery and it gave a number to call. When I called it they were unable to help for they said they couldn’t find my account. It was so frustrating to talk with him for I kept having to repeat everything. Instead of going off your script just listen to me. Plus I think there might have been a bit of a language barrier. Anyway called ATT and 5 mins later I had an appointment.

The entire process was very easy to do with no complications, my selection was to deliver my phone to repair shop that was recommended. They already had my info. Just a few questions and repaired my phone in a few hours, phone works perfectly.

I love my home+ protection plan as it provides the perfect coverage for my electronics. I purchased a new phone and while awaiting for my case to come in the mail, I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I went online on Saturday, Dec 10 to schedule my appointment. Screen shattered and needed to file insurance claim for repair. Within 2 hours claim was filed and phone was fixed after dropping to repair guy at AT&T location. I would recommend the insurance as regular repair was $270 and insurance repair was $29.
