The steps from cracked screen to claim to repair were extremely easy and quick. The techs were knowledgeable and courteous. While I do not want to have to return, it is great to know that if I had to, that the experience was a pleasant one.

Kevin, the Asurion rep, was very knowledgeable and explained the issue about my cracked screen very well. He kept me up to date and was very punctual with the repair. Overall, submitting the claim and getting my issue resolved at a local AT&T store the same day was very easy and efficient.

The technician that assisted me was extremely helpful, kind, fast, and efficient! As soon as I walked in, he greeted me and told us what he was going to do. He took the phone and shortly after, he was all done.

I strongly recommend not purchasing this insurance for your cell phone (get it from another company). Daughter cracked lens. Asurion said they only repair cracked screens - 4 anything else, must replace phone with (formerly defective and perhaps not well care for) refurbished one for $250 (more than I paid for the new one). After paying $28 to insure 4 phones for years - cost roughly $720 since bought the phone. If you add the $250 deductible, I'm paying $970 - to repair cracked lens. Just want lens fixed! I don't want to exchange for for refurbished/used device.
Update - Get this. One of the repair shops THEY OWN said will repair lens for $89.00. Cheaper to just pay for the repair myself. Asurion refused to cover $89 - even though less for them to do that, then send me refurbished phone. Thing is they want your old phone, to resell to someone else at an inflated price. Makes absolutely no sense to pay for Asurion cell phone insurance. It's basically a scam.

Although I visited on a very busy day, the tech was able to repair my shattered iPhone screen within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and able to quickly and efficiently resolve issues. I also purchased a phone case and screen protector at this location for far less than I usually pay at Apple stores. It is great to have a qualified repair location in Kitsap County.

I did not the phone to come back in such perfect condition with even minor nicks and scratches on the housing fixed and gone. I am very impressed with the work done to repair my phone and would definitely recommend using this company again. The cost of the insurance and deductible is priceless.

This place was on top of their service and they were very polite at all times and accommodating. They said they had to order the parts and they would be there the next day but due to the holidays it took two days. They explained everything and they were always very polite so they offered me a bonus which was great. Be nice to people and they will do the same. Happy Holidays to you guys.

Customer service at the ATT store on 87th and Cottage Grove had excellent customer service response. The delivery of the phone was on point of what My representative said it would be. The gentlemen at Ubreakifix in O’Fallon off Mexico Rd. were very professional, fast, and super helpful!! I would definitely recommend taking your phone there if needed! I took it in around 2, the guy said it wouldn’t be ready till 6:30, but I received a call 2 hours later saying it was ready to be picked up!

Asurion handled our claim with a quick phone call and a referral to a local shop that fixed the broken screen on our grandson's phone in two hours. That was great since he is diabetic and monitors his blood sugar with his phone. He said his phone is working better than ever. It looks like new again.

First time walking in and service was GREAT! I didn’t catch his name but gentleman who assisted me was super nice and helped me out right away! Took my 11 Pro max to get repaired and came back in an hour and my phone was ready to go! Gentlemen even gave me more details on their insurance they offer for other devices which is awesome! My son's cellphone what grabbed from his hand and the thief ran with it. Since Dave is handicapped he cannot run to catch the kid. We have a family plan so I contacted Asurion via email, filled out papers and cell phone came in 2 days. Excellent service. Thanks so much.

I received an email about replacing my iPhone battery and it gave a number to call. When I called it they were unable to help for they said they couldn’t find my account. It was so frustrating to talk with him for I kept having to repeat everything. Instead of going off your script just listen to me. Plus I think there might have been a bit of a language barrier. Anyway called ATT and 5 mins later I had an appointment.

The entire process was very easy to do with no complications, my selection was to deliver my phone to repair shop that was recommended. They already had my info. Just a few questions and repaired my phone in a few hours, phone works perfectly.

They repaired a cracked screen through my provider's warranty program. Very professional and extremely quick process. Extremely satisfied with repair service made to my device. Only downside of overall experience was getting the sticker residue off that they placed on the back of device to identify who it belongs to. Highly recommend their services.

This is the best service plan that I have had, it truly pays for itself. The process is quick and easy and the site is user friendly. I highly recommend the services to anyone who has electronics because sooner or later you or your kids most likely will drop a phone or damage a tablet and the repair will be less hurtful in the pocket if you have this plan.

Being without a phone was stressful for me. Getting my phone repaired was quick and painless, and the place I dropped it off to repaired my phone quickly because I told them that I worked at a hospital and was on call. Ryan was super helpful. He fixed my phone screen and joked about Doja Cat for a bit. He was very knowledgeable about the phone. There was a small issue with what phone on my plan had the claim associated with it and he fixed it in a few minutes. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes.

I love my home+ protection plan as it provides the perfect coverage for my electronics. I purchased a new phone and while awaiting for my case to come in the mail, I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I went online on Saturday, Dec 10 to schedule my appointment. I selected Monday, Dec 12 and for the agent to come to my dwelling, which I prefer. Tyler sent me a message saying that he was on the way and his eta was 45 mins. He arrived about 45 minutes later. When he entered my home, he was kind and welcoming and laid out the steps for me. He asked me to unlock my phone and to turn off find my phone so he could proceed with my repair. 22 minutes later, I had a new screen! What an experience! I am ecstatic with the service provided by Tyler from UbreakIFix and the partnership with ATT and Asurion! I will definitely use again and refer my family and friends.

This was super easy to report a broken device and even easier to request a replacement. I didn’t expect to have the device for a few days and I was worried with Christmas around the corner that it would take forever! To my surprise it was here the next day. Very pleased! I dropped my phone on a busy street and was run over by several cars. The phone's display cracked from pebbles on the road. I went online and easily filed my claim. I took it to the repair shop and in less than an hour my phone was expertly repaired and I was on my way!

Visiting the mobile stores gives me tremendous anxiety, the waiting, my lack of understanding, the price, the list goes on!! However, I visited UbreakIfix about an hour before closing! The repair specialist, Chris, wasn’t sure if he would be able to fix it in such short notice but after claim approval he had the phone repaired and ready to go in about 30 minutes! He even put the new screen protector on for me!! Helpful and kind! What a great experience!!

Our teenage granddaughter had dropped and shattered her screen on her phone. We called in AT&T and got approval to have her phone repaired at Asurion. They quickly repaired her phone and it looks brand new! We met two different gentlemen at the Asurion store and both of them were exceptionally knowledgeable AND friendly!! Screen shattered and needed to file insurance claim for repair. Within 2 hours claim was filed and phone was fixed after dropping to repair guy at AT&T location. I would recommend the insurance as regular repair was $270 and insurance repair was $29.

When I accidentally damaged my phone, I expected the worst and long annoying process. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had an upgraded replacement phone a day after the accident. When I contacted Asurion for assistance, activation and setting up the new phone, it was an making hassle free experience, I called back a few more times with follow-up questions, each of the technicians were professional and patient and resolved my issues. Each person I spoke to had a positive and helpful demeanor. It was great experience considering the bad situation which was created by the accidental damage to the cellphone.

Approximately a month ago, I requested a service from Asurion asking for a new phone. Tech was supposed to meet me at my house between 5–7 PM with a new device and was going to assist me in installing it! As 7:45 PM reached, I contacted the Tech and expressed that it was late and that I would like to reschedule for the next morning. He then CANCELED my ticket to get a new phone as he agreed! Being highly frustrated, I continued to use my damaged phone until it officially broke. As WE own a professional holiday lighting installation company, this is our busiest time of the year, and now OUR LINE IS DEAD. Asurion PROMISED me the documents would be submitted ASAP and a phone sent to me OVERNIGHT. After not receiving the documents within the next three hours, I called, and the legal time closed 10 minutes before I called WITHOUT APPROVING my document!!
Now were without a phone for ANOTHER ENTIRE DAY at the peak of our season! I have absolutely 0 clue how this company stays in business with such HORRIBLE service! IT WOULD BE easier to go through ANY OTHER COMPANY than this! Forget buying phone insurance from Verizon or ANYONE that Asurion is associated with!

I have Asurion for my cell phone insurance. These Samsung fold phones start to crack at the fold. Samsung is aware of this and do nothing to correct the issue with its customers. Asurion will insure you, but if you need another phone, it'll cost you a 249 dollar deductible. That's highway robbery for a replacement phone that's refurbished. This coming from a 8.4 billion dollar company is pitiable. I wouldn't recommend Asurion for anyone, anytime, or any place.

I’ve called the claim department around 6 or so times the past month, my Samsung tv broke and it’s covered under warranty. Every time I’ve called they have told me service will get back to me, they never did. It’s been almost a month, I filed the claim in November. They keep telling me they will call me in 24-48 hours about what to do next except once again I never got a call or a email back. This is just getting frustrating and dishonest now. I have a claim number and everything.

My boys school had a break-in in the lockers whereas both phones were stolen. I made 2 claims back to back and received both phones within 3 days! There were no hassle or disagreement about the status of the phone. Just do the claim and they will honor your request. Perfect customer service!

They only fix the problem that's on the paper. I had to send back my laptop five times and 4 of them was because Asurion messed up something whilst they fixed it. I accidentally dropped my computer and the screen broke so I went to fix it. I filed the claim and it came back. Although it was not holding charge. So I had to send it back to fix that and when it came back, the audio wouldn't play. So I had to send it back again and it came back and the USB ports would not work. So I had to send it back AGAIN and it took way longer than the past.
When it came back, guess what! My keyboard did not work! This one was almost a month to receive because the keyboard was late. I decided to check it and it said the keyboard passed the diagnosis and it was functional. I decided I was not going to recover my computer until I check it myself so I had to spend 150 dollars to fix the keyboard and I am waiting for it right now. This happened in the span of 3 and a half months and I have not been able to do my work without my computer so I have to use the computer my High school class provided which is extremely slow and restricted. All in all, It seems they only fix the problem that's on the paper, but don't fix any other problem that arose from the repair.

Asurion has always been accurate in replacing phones. They are friendly, personable and knowledgeable every time I dealt with them. They follow up after you get your replacement as well so we know what to do cause I didn’t know we were supposed to return the old phone, but I call from the representative and she reminded me to return the damaged item.

We were on vacation when a fall from a table shattered my screen. My claim took about five minutes to file on the AT&T website and a repair center was identified 10 minutes away. The repair center, uBreakiFix had a new screen installed overnight (I brought it in one hour prior to closing) and I had my phone back before noon the following day. Great service.

My daughter broke her phone and I sent it in through Asurion for a new one, which I got. Two years later, she broke that phone too. I called them again and tried to get a new phone, but they said the IMEI numbers didn't match. They said to call AT&T to update the IMEI number, which I did. I called back and was still denied. Shakira said there was nothing they could do and blamed AT&T, who turned around and blamed Asurion. She ended up hanging up on me, on a call where she called AT&T to confirm information. So now I'm out hundreds of dollars that I've paid insurance fees over the last few years because they didn't update an IMEI number.

Unfortunately, this company has one of the worst customer service representatives. 1. My LG Washer and Dryer were purchased in March 2021, and I did not extend within one year, so I extended in August, 2022; which happened to be with Asurion (mistake#1). 2. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, November 28, 2022, only to be told it is the next day. No warning, no message. I took off from work for this appointment. 3. No one from Asurion was able to assist and stated, "It was not us, it is LG," and their software is not updated. What a line. 4. Not worth the money. I need to find another vendor to service this less-than-2-year-old Dryer that does not dry. It is hard to find good customer service and people who want to work.

For the most part my experience with Asurion was good. I needed my cracked screen replaced. They had a different last # for my IMEI # than what was on my phone & said it was AT&T's doing & they couldn't change it, but that they would make notes so the technician would know. I called AT&T & they had the same # as what was on my phone & that maybe Asurion used a different last digit for their technician. When Jesse arrived he found that there were no notes about the different last digit & my device was listed as a Galaxy 9 instead of a 9+. Fortunately the replacement screen worked for both 9 & 9+ & he went ahead & replaced the screen. Jesse did an excellent job, was friendly & very professional. All in all it worked out & my phone is fixed.

I don't know how Asurion could ever have an A+ rating at BBB as printed on the back of their brochure. They don't even deserve 1 star. Purchased Asurion ext warranty plan through Home Depot when I bought washer in 2020. Unfortunately I had to call for service in September 2022. So they ordered a part. The first service call repairman was very rude and did nothing accept order another part and reschedule appt. 2nd repairman replaced the two parts, did not run wash cycle to test repair. Closed the service request. 5 days later I wash a load of clothes, machine doesn’t work. Called in another repair, asurion orders another part. Repairman comes back says he doesn’t think it’s that part, orders another part and another repairman comes out. Washer still doesn’t work. They never close out these service calls because washer not fixed.
Fast forward to November 18, and 7 repair visits and 6 parts replaced and nothing has fixed the washer. They have lumped all these service calls under one claim so I will never get the washer replaced under the 4 claims for the same failure. And they ordered another part and appt again. This is a scam on the consumer and a vicious cycle of never ending parts and service calls. Home Depot should be ashamed of this product they sold their customers and must have realized their error and switched to another extended warranty provider and left their customers to pay the price. So disappointed in the dishonesty of HD and most of all Asurion. One of their techs I’ve been unfortunate to have has no customer service in him. Rude, disrespectful and hostile. Showed up at 6:30pm for appointment window of between 1 and 5. Most horrible experience I have ever had with a repair service. Asurion is not worth it.

I purchased a 4-year Asurion protection warranty with my Lenovo laptop. I bought both from Staples. Two years into my warranty, I called to file a claim because the graphics card in the computer went on the fritz. The first time I called, Asurion ran a trouble shooting exercise and told me they thought it was a software problem. I spent $100 on a computer tech to document that there is no software problem with the laptop. The problem continued so much that I had to purchase a used, backup laptop since I am a small business owner and the problem was interrupting my work.
I called Asurion back to say I wanted to file a claim, and they tried to make to go through the trouble shooting exercise again because it had been 3 weeks since I first called! I had to raise my voice to explain that I was not going to go through trouble shooting again and wanted them to proceed with the claim. They told me a UPS pick-up was scheduled and I would receive an email/text letting me know when the UPS driver was arriving. I never received notification about the driver's arrival time and was in a meeting when they came, so missed the pick up. The Asurion website says that UPS will not return again, so that was false information as well.

My Samsung S21 Max Ultra screen was totally shattered! It dropped, on its face, out of my purse onto a cement landing! I depend on my phone in my consulting business and I panicked. I recently damaged my cell phone. I went online and purchased another one thru eBay and had a problem getting it to pick up mobile networks. I went to the local VERIZON WIRELESS store to get a replacement SIM card...and the girl there told me I had device protection that I had been paying for all along. WOW! So I went home, moved all of my stuff back to the old phone, and went online to file the claim to replace my Samsung S10 Plus. Let's remember, this phone is NOT that new. It's not unsupported but it is certainly not new generation.
I begin the process. I have to download an affidavit, make a copy of my driver's license (both paper copies) and then FAX them to a phone number. I did all of this. On the questionnaire it asks when this happened. I clicked on "yesterday" but later on, it asks for the date again, and I accidentally dated it for the wrong month. I file the claim, and it was denied. I received an email about this, nonspecific denial stating information was conflicting or missing, and that I needed to call this number. I do so. Then begins a 2 hour stint on the phone, culminating in me changing my "10"/8 to "11/8" on the form and re faxing it.
She also said my license copy was a little dark and asks me to upload it instead of fax it. So I have to make a color scan of my license, and then upload both documents. This is at 330 pm. I hear nothing. Nothing the next day. The next afternoon, I call them back....Wait 20 minutes to talk to someone...who tells me my claim was denied. My date was wrong. NOTHING from the day before was in the notes. NO forms were noted. As if the 2 hour call the day before did not happen. I do as she says....and upload BOTH documents again. She calls back and spews off some rigmarole I can't even understand due to her horrible accent....At the end of it said "that will be $229.. How will you be paying today?" I am like "WHAT??" She said that was my deductible.
A refurbished S10 Plus is $199 ALL DAY LONG. A NEW one is only $250. My warranty costs us $17.49 per month. My wife and I have been Verizon customers for years and have never used this warranty. We are out of contract and could use anyone we want. Scam and fraud. Buy your own phone and forget the warranty thru Verizon. The company they use is Asurion. It is a total scam. You pay for nothing. You get nothing. Their customer service is a bad joke.
On the lighter side. my daughter has AT&T. She had to have a phone replaced only weeks earlier. It was a $2000 Z folding phone. She pays $7.49 a month for the warranty. She filed her claim online. (Dropped phone at work). Her form was completed after work that day about 3 pm. Someone from Indianapolis BROUGHT HER A NEW PHONE at 9pm and stayed to switch them over!!! That is over 2 hours away! THAT is a warranty! Verizon? A joke. If it weren't such a convoluted process, I would switch to AT&T based on that interaction ALONE.

Looking for a handyman in the Fort Myers area, I came across this company with alleged good reviews. It seems, this company does not have any handymen or technicians, they only connect the customer with handymen in the area. Due to my urgency, I made my appointment and I was assigned a technician that never knew or had his contact information. Just I received an email saying that I was scheduled for my repairs the next day. Suddenly, I received another email, saying that my appointment was rescheduled for 9 days later. I called and they said that the technician rescheduled the appointment due to availability but they assured me that he will be there that day.
One day before, I called to confirm my new appointment, and everything looks fine, even though I received an email with a reminder. Guess what? 5 minutes later I received another email rescheduling the appointment for another week. I called and the representative just said they do not have availability. I explained my urgency, but it was like talking with a machine. Very disappointed with this service and customer service.

I submitted a damaged screen claim through Asurion for my iPhone. The Asurion tech “Jordan” at my local ATT store took care of this issue with care, with, professionalism, with great attention to detail and with speed. Jordan made the experience great and I felt like he had a lot of passion for his job and for ensuring customer service was exemplary. He was very informative, respectful and showed the attention to detail needed to solve my issue. He had my repair completed in less than 2.5 hours. AT&T representatives in the store location were Awesome. Asurion phone reps I had to call were very hard to understand. I had to ask repeatedly, "What did you say?", "Can you please speak slower?" That part was difficult. Plus they (I was switched over twice) insisted I give them a 5 rating at the end of the call to make the process run smoother.

I took my phone to Asurion. It took over 6 hours to fix a screen. Somehow my SIM card came up missing. So, I had to go to an AT&T store to get another one. I’ve broken a screen before. It wasn’t this difficult to get fix and definitely wasn’t this slow.

I recently moved into the neighborhood in April 2022 and since then I’ve cracked my phone numerous of times. Going to this location isn’t only convenient but it’s also worth it. When I go there, I know I’m going to get serviced in a timely fashion. I know I’m not dealing with people who have bad attitudes. I know I’m going somewhere that makes me feel like I’m a part of their company! Today I got my phone fixed for the 3rd-4th time I believe and I didn’t even have to say anything. He remembered me! I cracked the screen on my Samsung S22 and it would not respond to touch. I went to the local AT&T store in Whitestown, IN where, after examining my phone, Corey advised the screen would need replaced. He checked our account and found we have insurance with Asurion, and helped me go online and file the claim. He then advised where the repair facility was located in West Carmel, IN. I went to store where Z found the claim (only entered an hour earlier), examined my phone, advised he could fix it and had the screen in stock. The sales person told me parts for all my appliances would be covered before I purchased the plan. After paying months of premiums I filed my first claim recently and inquired if parts were covered and was told yes by the Asurion customer service personnel. The technician showed up and said parts for my freezer drawers are not covered and the claim was denied. I was charged a service call of $106.67 for no repairs made. I spent over 1 3/4 hours in getting transferred around from department to department, getting disconnected and speaking with employees that don't have the authority to refund charges. I have cancelled my service in complete and total frustration and as usual these home insurance plans do everything they can to not pay out when you need them! Incredibly frustrating and buyer beware!

I have six insured devices. Recently I had to replace three of them over about three months. All brand new Apple devices. Damaged or stolen. Every time we received a replacement with a part that wasn’t from Apple and received error messages stating the battery was not Apple. Therefore needed to replace again. Asurion replaces new devices with third generation crap.

Had a cracked screen that needed replacing. I filed a claim through AT&T and ended up having to cancel it because the location I was assigned to did not have a replacement screen in stock for my phone. Once I was able to get the new claim confirmed, I called the Asurion store off Poplar in Memphis and they were able to get my phone fixed same day!
