They were friendly and patient with assisting me with my situation. The only thing I would have like was some type of screen protector or film cover for my screen as I brought it in to be fixed. However, I am overall happy with the service I received. They are great!

Cracked my phone screen for the first time ever. Called the same night to open a claim and went in the next day to get the screen fixed. Megan was very helpful and friendly. It took an hour to complete but everything was finished and my phone was sanitized and cleaned and I was ready to go. I am so happy that it could get done so quickly and perfectly.

My daughters phone was damaged, screen cracked and not working properly. I dropped off my device at this location per my mobile coverage listing. When I returned two hours later, it was like new again. Terra was extremely polite and kind. I would definitely recommend this place and service.

I came into AT&T with a friend because they needed their cracked screen fixed and I needed the same services. We were greeted and Al who worked on the phone asked if I needed anything and said he could get that done before they closed. It was 5:30 and they are scheduled to close at 6 pm. He fixed my screen in less than 20 min and I was grateful for the awesome customer service and quick fix. Shout out to AL!!

It is the only automative system that I trust and it works very very good. No complaints here. I feel safe with this one. Not only is it fast and safe. If you need extra help, they have extra help with alternative help. And to return your old phone if you have, it is very easy to understand and follow directions.

I would not have Asurion to do nothing different at all. The service and repair guy was amazing! The repair guy took the phone to the repair van. From there the repair of my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen took maybe 30min and cost $29.00 and change. Very easy and convenient. Thanks Asurion.

After our device fell in water we couldn’t get it to work again so we filed a claim. We got our new device in 3 days!! We live in Alaska and shopping takes a bit longer for most things, but 3 days was great. We will definitely keep this insurance on our devices!

Dropped my phone today and my screen shattered, I was devastated! Stopped by ATT to see what I could do and thankfully, with my insurance I was able to go to YouBreakIFix and had a new screen in less than an hour and it was completely covered by my insurance! I was very pleased with my experience.

My girlfriend dropped her phone and cracked its screen. After completing the claim online, we took it to the local Asurion repair center, they replaced the screen in the quoted time and it looks like new again. Would recommend Asurion to those looking for repairs.

I used a claim through T-Mobile as I pay for device protection and paid the 99 fee to replace my son's iPhone. Sent in the broken one and they claimed they didn't receive it. WHAT. I even called them and confirmed that to them I sent it back. They said I would credit they received it to my account, but that did not happen. I am charged on my BILL. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I AM LIVID!!!! COMPLAINT NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE!

From start to finish my experience was seamless. The location was easy to find. Parking was easy. I walked in and received a warm happy to see you type of greeting. Troubleshooting was quick. Was told 90 min my phone screen would be fixed. Came back to pick up my phone. Greeted by a different employee but with the same friendly manner. My phoned looked brand new with the screen replacement! Absolutely no charge for the repair. It was covered 100%! Well worth the insurance! I highly recommend the Chesterfield, MO location and their people working there!

I arrived, I was help immediately, they had my name already on their list from when I contacted them on phone. He repaired my phone in 2 hrs. They contacted me 20 minutes before he was done. When he handed my phone to me. He made sure I was satisfied. Great service, highly recommended it.

I have never had such an APPALLING experience with a company in my life! I put in the claim on December 05 2022, and it was only resolved, through much battle, on Jan 26 2023. When the claim was approved, I got an email to phone and set up the service/ pay the deductible. The number I called said it didn't deal with that, (even though that number was in the email). They put me through to another department. That department said, they do not deal with setting up the appointment either, so they put me back to the first number I called. After they did that, I was sent back to the second number again. At that point, I gave up, and decided to email them. No response. (I waited a week and also resent it). Never got any response!
The following week I managed to get through to someone using the number given in my email, and he took my deductible, and said the service place would contact me. A week went by again, they didn't contact me, so I contacted them. They said they would get back to me with a day. I waited a few days, Nothing again. I phoned them back and said I had not had a dishwasher in weeks, and that they had said they would call me, they then said they would get me a date immediately, (which they did). The day before the appointment I phoned to confirm a time, but oops they said, there is no appointment. They then set another one up for December 30th. He came, but said he couldn't fix it, he needed parts. A week later no one had called me about fixing it, so I called again. I was then told Asurion wanted photos of the dishwasher.
Another week went by, and finally the man came to take photos. Once again, no phone call back to let me know what is going on. Finally yet another week goes by, I call them, and they told me they had called asurion over and over, and asurion was not getting back to them. I then phoned Asurion myself, and they tell me they were not covering my 2021 dishwasher because it is over 20 years old. I said you have to be kidding me! It was manufactured in 2021. They said the model number was 2001. firstly, they had my model number, but couldn't even read it correctly, secondly, if you have a serial number, (which they did not go by) it would have shown the exact month and year.
I was insistent they look into it, and that the photos themselves showed a modern dishwasher, not a dishwasher that is 22 years old. They said they would contact me the next day. Once again, nothing until I emailed them, and phoned them. Finally, with NO APOLOGY from Asurion, they gave a 2 year discounted low value of my dishwasher!! In total, I spent 7 hours on calls, holding, also emailing with no responses. I would never ever use this terrible, disgusting business again!

I requested a replacement device for my Galaxy S21 Ultra that had water damage in late Nov. I got a replacement device for a Galaxy S20 instead. Upon realizing this mistake, I called back the same day to request a reshipment in early December. And here is where 3 months of back-and-forth goes by... This would require a book to explain everything that went down after the last 3 months so I'll summarize. I call in, they see the mistake and say they will ship out the right phone. I call back after no phone reshipment or answer for a few weeks, and they say that they didn't receive the previous device, even though someone else said they did. They said a different department didn't recognize it. I called after they finally recognized the phone in late December but now they say that they see the wrong device on file. They say they will make that change.
I call back a week later and they say I need to change it within my Samsung account instead. I call back and ask for help because I don't know where I need to make that change, and they end up making that change. Now they say they will ship out the new one. I call back because I've heard no response for a while, they say they can't ship it out because now my account has been closed out! Now I'm with a different company. I tell them that you need to finish my original claim before passing me off. Late-January now, and I get a letter in the mail saying I will be charged $1,365 for an overdue device. I call in and they say it's just a mistake. Well, I got charged $1365 a few days later... I call back, they refund me which took 4 days to be recognized in my bank account, making me late for my bills. Now I say that I need to continue my original claim for a reshipment. They say it's all taken care of and I will get a call back the next day.
Never got a call back 4 days later, so I call and they say that I need to send in my current phone in order to complete the reshipment. I tell them that I can't because I need a phone for work and I need to transfer my data over once I get the new phone. They blame the insurance adjusters and say they can't budge. Talked to 3 different managers. I finally give in and say that I'm done with Asurion. I'm going to keep the wrong device. I'm very glad that I have a different phone insurance company now for potential future claims. I have spent around 10 hours on the phone with them these last 3 months for this silly reshipment, ultimately to tell me this. I'm DONE. The disorganization and miscommunication has been shocking and alarming for a company that Samsung supposedly recommends. I will never use Asurion again as long as I live. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Within 3 days of reporting phone stolen, AT&T blocked phone and retrieved all my data to new phone without changing my directory or number. I received my new phone within 3 days, I am a longtime member of AT&T, I highly recommend. Get the insurance for your phone immediately, you won’t regret it. MSgt USAF RET.

I had to work with Asurion under the worst circumstances. My aunt's phone had so many viruses that it was nearly impossible to do a data transfer yet they worked with me on three separate occasions for over two hours to work through the challenges I was having with the phone. They not only quickly established that the phone was broken and offered a replacement (which came in upgrades) but also helped this tech-unsavvy niece try and get her 83 year old aunt up and running but also cares enough to go the extra distance with care because she had precious photos of her recently deceased husband in the old phone. The associates I worked with (all three of them) were outstanding in their desire to go above and beyond! I couldn’t be more pleased!

I have filed a claim for a lost device, but Asurion has sent me an RMA box with a return label requesting the return of an iPhone. However, it is not possible to return the phone as it was reported as lost in my claim. I have AT&T Mobile Coverage and Home+ Protection.

I call and done a insurance claim on my son phone and when we got to replacement phone it won't work so took it to AT&T store and the associate told me that the phone was no good!!!! I want never do another insurance claim again with AT&T. They need to make sure their replacement phones are working before sending them out to customers

My daughter broke her phone screen on Sunday. I took it to Asurion by 10:15 on Monday. Phone was fixed by Levi at Asurion by Monday at 2:00. Great prompt service. He was also a very courteous, nice man to talk and work with.

@Asurion DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Asurion tech came out for Dryer repair. Failed to repair dryer, tried to sell us more services (fix one problem first, then we'll talk) & stole our parts. Now they refuse to return parts or fix. SCAM. @SamsungUS isn't helpful. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. Check Reddit. Horror stories on buying Samsung. They will not help you if it goes badly, and it will.

I was sold a protection plan against all my tv and household electronic issues that may ever arise. My OLED 55" tv which, is only 3 years old and purchased for around $2700 started having a blue line appear in the screen. Then it became permanent. I called Asurion to set up a claim. I won't' even get into all the issues of setting up a claim. That's a whole different issue. After a week of waiting and calling I was finally told they weren't going to fix my OLED because to send a new one out was too expensive and they usually arrive damaged. Instead, they would send me a check. The first offer was $801. After I was finished laughing, I asked how I go about escalating this decision. I waited another several days then could not get back in touch with asurion's escalation dept. Every time I dialed the number given me, I was disconnected. For two days straight I could not reach them.
Finally, a very kind but talkative cust. service tech., Anothy, helped me get thru. Kelly told me their finally offer was $1001 and I could not escalate again. This was their final decision. When I purchased the program initially, I was told that if my product couldn't be found or shipped for any reason that they would upgrade me to the next model. I don't feel $1000 is fair for a 3 year old OLED tv. They also said they couldn't give me more because that was the blue book value of my particular discontinued model OLED. When I googled it, I came up with much higher numbers than 1K. This co. is a SCAM! I feel as though they pressured me into the $1K check and I will cancel my protection plan the minute I cash their check. Customers beware!!!

I had to get my front glass replaced. I made a claim at At&T and schedule a date that worked for me and they offered a fast and easy way to accomplish this, they came to my home and it only took 30 minutes which is amazing, I highly recommend the insurance on your plan!! The technician was very quick and respectful. He kept me up to date on his expected arrival the day of the appointment and finished within the approximated time frame.

Was easy and fast to have my cracked screen replaced. Phone looks brand new and works like it did. They did a great job with explaining on what was to be done and checked everything on the phone out to make sure it was all working and then did the same after the repair with the fast repair and the customer service they have. I would use them again and again if I need repairs.

Like most people I put out a lot of money for my phone service and insurance and I pay my bills on time so when I have an issue I expect to receive what I’m paying for & great customer service. However when my phone needed repair I did not get great service from the original technician that was assigned to fix my device. Despite me making an appointment days in advance he waited 1 hour before my appt and sent me a text stating he didn’t have the part in stock. WTH!! I took the day off & he waited until the 11th hour to notify me. I ended up going to a local authorized location & they did the repair in less than 1 hour. 5 stars to local authorized deal and 2 NEGATIVE stars to the lazy technician who was to arrive at my location for the repair.

I went to AT&T at 555 Broadway and had the best experience. ** took the time to describe step by step and was very informative and caring so that I knew exactly what would happen and was very attentive to my questions. I went to AT&T today due to my phone being dropped by another person completely shattering the screen and causing my phone to be unusable. I was so upset and not sure if anything could be done to fix it. So I went to att and as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by a employee with a smile and he quickly took my phone to the tech to see about fixing it.
When the tech came out and told me it could be fixed and all I needed to do was make a claim on my insurance I was so relieved. The tech helped me fill out the claim online and took care of everything. He was very professional and sweet. He assured me that my phone would be able to be fixed and just to give him a couple of hours. Both the employee and the tech truly made my day and I was so grateful for them. When I returned to the store my phone was fixed and looked like new. I give them a five stars and want them to know that they did an excellent today. I recommend the store on Lakeshore for anyone who needs help for their broken phone or maybe just want to buy a new one. The service at this store is excellent. Thank you.

I have been on the phone with ATT and Asurion for the past few hours and neither is taking ownership for this issue. I filled an insurance claim with Asurion and was sent a refurbished phone, upon setting up this new device I began getting spam calls, text and notifications not from SMS/Messaging and locking my phone, then having to hard reset, from what TWO reps have said it's MALWARE and I have to go to a location to have my phone repaired and pay or I can upgrade and trade in my device. This is not at all acceptable as a long time ATT customer with 4 lines, 2 ipads, 4 watches and TV/Internet services. ATT/Asurion were quick to take payments and not will to help.

The process to determine the course of action for my damaged screen and get it fixed same day was so incredibly fast and easy. I was thoroughly expecting to be days without a phone and to go wait in line at a store. They had my Google Pixel 6 screen in stock and turned it around same day. I call them every single day and they told me to fill same thing again and again. Some of the representatives are really bad. Don’t know how to deal with customers. I lost my phone the same day that my husband broke his phone. We attempted to do the first claim on his phone, but we couldn't see anything on the left half of his phone screen. So we were unable to correctly type anything on his phone. So we tried to do it a few more times and didn't hear anything back. We called today and said that they wouldn't approve it because "suspicious activity" but won't tell me the details even though it was my account. Waste of money and do not recommend.

My front screen was cracked. The tech guy came, picked up my phone, told me 20 or 30 minutes he’ll be done with my phone and he was right. I’m satisfied with with this service. The tech guy was nice. Made me feel confident about my phone being fixed.

My experience with AT&T has been... hit and miss. But my interaction once on the Asurion side was awesome. Met with... Perry I believe his name was? Guy out of the JFK AT&T location in Fort Collins. Super super friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the process a breeze. Explained the process, set realistic expectations, and was very polite. Gave me a call when it was done, and I came to pick it up same day. Beyond happy with his service, genuinely couldn't have asked for better.

My experience at the Lakewood Mall CA location could not have gone better than it did, the customer service agent who meet me at the door and turned me over to the repair technician was very helpful. The repair technician was super professional and knowledgeable, he know he or his fellow technicians could fix my phone. They did an awesome job and would highly recommend them and having this protection for your phone.

Please do yourself a favor and don't waste money and energy on them! Better to buy off your insurance separately than dealing with these people! They are so slow and not helpful in replacements. Also they charge you extra on your account if you don't pay attention!

There was an authorized repair place so close to my house. The tech was so knowledgeable. I was worried about the cost and it ended up needing just a screen repair. It was beyond my expectation, turning an unpleasant situation (I was so upset when my phone broke) into a wonderful experience (phone fixed a few hours after my appointment). My phone was broken at night, I was able to make an appointment on the same night. Schedule for next morning. I can’t thank you enough!!!!

I stopped in with a cracked screen with black dots all over, I was immediately greeted and was directed towards Milton, the expert we worked with. He was able to fix my screen perfectly and he even finished it 20 minutes early, which was a compliment to how kind and welcoming Milton was. I heavily recommend this store and Milton.

The wait time for a repair was extremely long (2hours). The technicians never kept us updated nor cared of us to wait for 2 hours. Wisest thing to do when purchasing a phone. I always advice all my sons, daughters and grandkids to always buy insurance when purchasing a phone, and tell them it’s great protection for them and their money they are investing. 100% satisfied. To make the claim was easy even after I made a mistake it was easy and the staff was great at fixing the problem. Then the help for installation was AMAZING. They hand delivered and then got the phone up and running.

Have a REPLACEMENT warranty for my generator. Finally can't get someone to fix it anymore, so was told they'd be replacing it. Their "shopper" found a DuroMax for $1280 (supposedly includes delivery, install and removal of my current generator...in their universe, not mine!). That's all they'll give me, even though my contract says I should get $1500. I have 18 months left on my contract, but if I buy the DuroMax, they won't cover it. Any other replacement they WOULD cover is over $3000. Figure that out! They are SCAMMERS!

Beware of Asurion. I'm on day 6-7 of trying to get my approved "overnight" replacement. Their intermediary phone shipper forgot my name AND full address on the shipping label, and Asurion says they are “prohibited” from contacting the intermediary at all until FedEx marks the pack as unclaimed. They told me I have to "reject" the package, which is a bit hard if it doesn't list my name or address anywhere. CS person was very nice/prompt but operationally this is the worst experience I've had with a company. I couldn't even find out what the issue with the package was until I reached someone via FedEx's twitter, because Asurion confirmed TWICE that the package listed my name and correct address.

My screen on my phone broke on Christmas and I had to file a claim with AT&T to get it fixed. We took it down to ubreakitIfix in Puyallup Wa and the guy that worked there was super nice and helpful. When I explained to him I need my phone for work he got it done ASAP. They closed at 7 pm and he called me at 6:55 pm to let me know it was done and he waited around until I got down there to pick it up. My phone works like it's a brand-new phone. They are super nice and fast. Highly recommend them.

My wife had her I phone 12 pro max repaired on Saturday I had my galaxy s10+ repaired Monday. Both broken front screens. Both were repaired at our home by the most honest and nicest technician ever! Same technician did both phones and put screen protectors back on (because we had them on but the screen still broke). Both phones work flawless and the screens are clearer than we remember. 10 out of 10 service. I would highly recommend. We live in a very rural part of Tennessee so home service was amazing to have.

Did a claim, cost 250, got a refurbished replacement. Didn't last 1 month and the screen cracked while putting a screen protector on it. Used it until screen started turning green and had to pay another 250 and get another replacement. With that being said everything else as far as filing and use of Asurion is easy to figure out and do would be 5 stars if it didn't cost me 500 in deductible in 2 months' time so close to Christmas

Generally going through insurance on any product is always a hassle and aggravating! With Asurion it was very simple, and easy to navigate! I cracked my screen on my Galaxy phone, and I was able to do a claim via the internet. It only took me 5 minutes to complete! It even gave me an option to have them come to my location to fix the phone screen, although I went to the go to location option. They gave me a list of locations near me that was able to make the fix, so I gave them a call.
They were able to look up quickly that I had made the claim and said I could come by anytime to drop the phone off and if it were before 5 pm they could do it same day! They said it would take 2-3 hours and they had it done in exactly that time! They sent my wife a text saying it was done as that was the number I left for them to contact me. I picked it up and that was it, cost me 40 bucks! I gotta say, the traffic on the way home was worse than the whole broken screen incident! Haha thanks again guys!
