Quick and easy. Didn’t like it at first but it finally paid off. I’ve had Asurion for years and never had to use the insurance but my daughter TV went out and the process was quick and easy. Should have new TV in two days. I would suggest anyone who like electronics the way that I do should put protection on all the devices in their home. It is definitely worth having.

This is an excellent service to have in emergencies. The only problem is trying to see and read the tiny serial numbers that they require; especially, for senior citizens with some visual challenges. When a device or appliance has to be replaced, they give you a fair selection to chose from. Top brands, equal to what has to be replaced or better. I recommend having this extended warranty by Asurion.

Asurion Protection Plan Incredibly easy process to deal with. I was skeptical when I purchased my protection plan and how wrong I was. I owe the company an apology for that. From start to finish the claim process was flawless and fast. I could not ask for anything better or faster in the process.

My experience at first was very disappointing my refrigerator is 1 yr old and the second week I had it I had to have a repair guy come out to replace a part. It was not cooling. My next issue was the cooling again. Food was not staying cold and food was ruining. I called and a tech came out, checked it out and a couple parts had to be ordered. No refrigerator for 5 days. Waiting for the parts. Once they arrived the tech came right out, installed the new parts. He was very professional and knew exactly what the issue was. It’s working great now and I’m very happy. Thank you Nicholas for your quick response getting it fixed.

The process to submit a ticket for the repair was very easy! The gentleman that repaired my stove was very professional and truly kind! He had knowledge of the product & worked hard to determine the problem and repair it. We won’t but another appliance without this warranty! We used it previously and the product could not be repaired. The refund process was seamless!

I am pleased with the prompt response that I received from Asurion. I submitted a claim on my TV. I was asked to submit pictures and in 24 hours I had a response and the claim was complete. I am most satisfied with the replacement TV. I should receive it within the week. This is the second time I have submitted a claim. My first experience was not as positive. I considered dropping the plan. But I am glad that I did not. My first claim is still unresolved. But Asurion is helping me retrieve my data.

I was treated with respect and my Maytag washer was repaired in a timely manner… If I have another appliance problem I will use this company again…. It took less than two weeks to get the parts in and to get my appliance back in working order… I’m a veteran from the Vietnam War and the repairman thank me for my service to our Country… It is so very refreshing when young people take the time to show respect and honor to us veterans…

The service technician was excellent and arrived on the day, date and time that was scheduled. He was friendly, professional, experienced and knew what he was doing! Repair done efficiently and quickly, no problems or issues once the computer was sent out. Tech at Staples was especially helpful. Hopefully, I will not needed repair again but if I do, I definitely use Asurion. They did an excellent job in doing the repair and returning my computer in a timely manner.

This is the first time we had to use our extended warranty for our washing machine and Asurion took immediate action in resolving our problem... Everyone I spoke to was just very understanding, courteous and eager to help with our problem... Everything was covered... Did not have to pay a penny for parts and labor... I had been paying for the home device protection through Verizon without me knowing, and I was going to cancel but our new TV gave out and this was a big $ saver. I recommend it to everyone now. It’s got my daughter another phone, there’s a deductible but it’s hardly anything compared to buying what broke again.

I would highly recommend this service. We've had to replace 2 TVs that would have cost a whole lot more had we not had this service. And the process is incredibly easy online. You're not trying to explain to someone who doesn't speak your language. You're not setting up service appointments. You're not doing anything but GETTING IT HANDLED - short and sweet.

The last time I had to make an Asurion claim was regarding my son's iPhone. There was a bit of a hiccup due to somehow the protection plan was registered to the wrong phone yet Asurion was able to correct the issue and help me with my claim and my son's phone was fixed that same day within an hr!!! Most definitely the most fastest experience and extremely satisfying experience ever.

We had a Electric Range that was being repaired by Norman Electronics provided by Asurion. Repair Tech who was responsible for the repair would take the new part that was sent by Asurion and tweak the old part. He's done that two times. We had also complained about another part that repaired why it was broken. Tech mentioned, "Part was delivered broken, I'll ask them to send another replacement." We had complained to Norman Electronics about the Technician. Their reply was, "Oh, He's one of our senior tech, He's been with us a long time." Then I had called Asurion and told everything that had happened in detail. They had set up repair with another repair facility, Where they'd done a great job and everything was working perfectly fine.

I called the customer service many times regarding my TV which was broken and covered by Asurion and after 2 weeks of calling and replying to their emails and completing their complicated forms, they said they would call me back within 2 days but unfortunately no one has contacted me and they just ignored me.

This is the second time I have filed a claim with Asurion. Both times were so easy to file a claim and the outcome was in my favor. They replaced a tv and now are refunding me for an Eyevac. I highly recommend this service. So worth the money to insure purchases from Amazon.

Absolutely I would recommend this service. My gaming chair had an issue after 1.5 years, I chatted on Monday, sent pictures of problem, new chair was delivered on Thursday morning. No cost to me except delivery because I didn't want to go pick it up, and I bought the warranty again.

Protection is great but the CSRs need some coaching on how to speak with customer and not be questioning whether the item purchased is the correct item be more efficient. Better understanding on how to help the person calling in and what they need help with. Like I said procession.

Easy as can be with getting something done. I was prepared to be online for an hour or so & by my amazement, 20 mins top. These folks doesn't need to change a single thing. Oh, normally I can't stand dealing was a "non-person or no verbal conversation" assistance, but in this case, I was wrong! Great experience!!

The repair portion of the claim went smoothly and we are pleased. Still waiting for food spoilage portion to be resolved. The only drawback was the selected contractor took a few weeks to complete the repair which made the availability of foods requiring refrigeration limited to what would fit in a cooler. Thank you.

I have recently moved and a power surge damaged my XBox series X. I was able to get immediate help via the online chat tab on the website. Jaiyla, the excellent online representative, helped me to change the covered address and submit my claim after a few required tech support checks. She was great and the service is speedy. 10/10

I have a cracked screen on my phone. I made an appointment. The day of the appointment the tech texted me and said he didn't have the part. We agreed to another day/time. He again texted me the day of the appointment and said he didn't have the part. We again agreed to another day/time. This time I get a voice mail that the tech is sick and to go online and make another appointment. So, I make an appointment. I get an email confirming the appointment. They never showed and never texted or called. I went online and see the appointment was changed but they never told me. Now I guess I have another appointment. This will make it the fifth half day from work I missed because of their incompetence, and I'll bet they'll still charge me the deductible.

I was dreading going through the process of returning my computer for a repair, but my conversation with both the Staples tech and the tech from Asurion was straightforward and helpful. Asurion got my computer in one day, fixed the problem, and returned it to me in 3 days. The repairs were excellent. I would recommend the service contract and the tech staff at both Asurion and Staples.

I normally do not purchase protection plans because of the bad rap about how difficult it is to file a claim. So while browsing Amazon I was surprised I had purchased the protection plan for an item that simply stopped working about a month ago so I figured well I got nothing more to lose other than time. It’s been paid for. Let me see how this goes… Most of the information was auto populated because of the link through Amazon so in just a few clicks claim was filled. I am beyond happy to the point I will definitely consider getting protection plan for future purchases!

I purchased a insurance plan on my water pump that supplies the water to my home. It failed and Asurion reimbursed me immediately for what I paid for the pump. I am very surprised at the hassle-free service. I recommend their service to anyone. This is a huge relief.

I was smart enough to get a 3-year-plan. Two years and 4 months later, my handheld vacuum is getting hot and stinks like something is burning. Debra Service Center working under the Home Depot Protection Plan took care of needed tech service on our Kitchenaid Dishwasher. The service team of Brian & Curt were professional & competent and Ms. Carolyn took pains to keep us apprised on status of our service request. Easy and worth it!!! They make it simple and worth the little bit of time it takes to submit. They send an easy shipping label to print to get your broken product returned and then you are reimbursed. I always recommend getting the insurance for your products through Asurion, they keep track of your insured products and make it easy to find through their website. Customer Service is poor in accuracy. The language barrier is a problem as well. I was told one thing 1 day, and another, another day. Glad it all worked out, overall. Customer Service, doesn't have the capability to look at all information, from one day to the next. They tell you, they are forwarding you to the correct department, and make you, start all over, with their phone system.

Purchasing this protection plan gives a peace of mind and the investment is worth. I had to send in my laptop to fix a problem and grateful to the service dept to return it working as a brand new machine with high quality work done. It's worth every purchase to obtain insurance from Asurion, I do and have great peace of mind knowing they're on the job 24/8, you will too. Great experience on a claim on the phone with Darrian, as the representative. He made the process easy and fast. He was kind, professional and patient and explained everything so I understood. Filed a claim. I started at 615pm, it was done, completely by 630pm. I have to mail in the cellphone, and they sent me a prepaid label. I am being reimbursed for the full price of the phone. Totally awesome experience. Wish I had gotten it for all our phones!

Claim was handled and money transferred within 5 days. I got a full refund for a 1year old kitchen machine purchased through Fingerhut. Fair amount of pictures and documents had to be sent in for processing, though! It is well explained and privacy and safety are cared for. Plenty of different payout options.

I was upset when this printer stopped working a few months ago for absolutely no reason. Actually, I only used the printer once that due to COVID-19 going around that delayed the projects I wanted to work on many times! I’ve tried a couple times to figure out what’s going on, but it just doesn’t work. I am so thankful I bought this insurance plan! It an Epson, a high quality name, and I assumed that I would have excellent performance. I recommend everyone get this excellent insurance on any of product covered by a Asurion!

The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He called when he was on his way. Once inside, he explained what needed to be done and afterwards he cleaned up. He also checked to see if there was anything else that needed to be fixed/replaced. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I’m glad I have this insurance.

I always buy the extra insurance on my products because you never know when they'll go bad. I've used mine already twice and recommend Asurion. It's easy to fill out the form and you get an email right away with instructions. Usually you send back the product with a prepaid label. It's easy.

This process could not have been simpler. Just selected the date the problem occurred, selected the type of problem from a list of pre-defined issues and typed a two sentence brief description. They emailed me a prepaid return label. It literally took longer to write this review than to file a claim. The plan I purchased for my PC completely covered it, no cost or fees. If you have a high dollar item I'd urge you to get a plan.

Good things to say about this company. They're very reliable. They come through on appliances and televisions when things are broken. Don't have to have a long hassle. Weight replacement parts are guaranteed I would recommend this company to anybody that needs something repaired within a 2-month time frame. It's very good company. I had a claim for a small electronic headset that was acting up after overheating on the dash of my car in extremely hot conditions. I placed a call to Asurion and they settled my claim in about 1 week. Before a claim is validated, they first make sure that the manufacturer's warranty does not cover the issue.

Purchased the extended service warranty when we purchased the washer. When we developed a leak we couldn't find or fix we called the warranty company. There was a little confusion with scheduling a time, but once that got resolved the service was completed quickly and there was no charge. This all occurred approximately 3 years after purchase.

I had a problem with my item not performing correctly, and I called In because I couldn’t correctly fix the problem all by myself. I’m very happy with the insurance company taking my product for repair. The phone communication was not hard. It took me a week and several calls that were placed on hold and left unattended to finally reach a Supervisor who did the right thing by sending an email with a copy of UPS label so I send back the remote to be repaired. Very Poor Customer Service. Could have been resolved during my first call.

Well regardless of some of the final information on my claims being inaccurate the overall process was successful. I still got problems with the information on my account since I have products doubled registered and there is no way I can customize the list to adjusted and input accurate info. But that's ok. At least my products are all registered in case of future issues and the plans are moderately affordable, so that's ok. Also the way the refunds work at least through Walmart are bit confusing and give way to misleading from employees, like yesterday when I went to Walmart use some return gifts cards they gave me for defective products and one of their employees tried to mislead me and gave me the wrong info.
I was lucky there was another employee with the correct information and that could helped me. Otherwise I would have been probably abused by the workers at Walmart. So I think they still need working on the way their refunds system works cause it is not completely clear and customers may suffer losses that way. Anyway overall my experience with the service was acceptable and satisfactory. I got the results I needed and seeked and I will continue using your service.

Very easy to submit my claim. In no time my claim was settled in one day. I never thought that it would be taken care of so soon. I will definitely suggest that anyone making a purchase should take out insurance if available. This takes the worry out of any of your merchandise that may stop working. I believed it was an exceptional service, I was extremely happy that it paid off having this home protection plan. This printer was said to be trash and could not be fixed, but Asurion fixed it. I would be happy to work with them on all my computer needs. The staff was pleasant and helpful and ready to take on the challenge. In fact I have several other items I will be bring to them to have worked on at a future time and I am sure by the way they fixed this in a timely manner I can rest assured that they will do an excellent job in fixing those items too.

I have had three service calls on my LG refrigerator. The first and last were awesome! The technician was on time, did the work properly and was very friendly. Not so much with the second technician, but life is full of disappointments. I just made sure to tell them not to send him again, and they honored that request. Highly recommend.

We have a washer/dryer one machine combo like they have in Europe. The warranty is nearly up and it stopped drying. I called Home Depot. They referred me to Asurion. The first call wanted to send a repairperson from 3 hours away when there is a local company 20 minutes away that we have used before. The phone representative said he'd call them right away. He didn't. Three days went by, I called the local company. They said they had not been called. I called the insurance company again. The same thing happened, again. The third time I called a different person said even though the service company they use is 200 miles away they have local service people who can repair warrantied products.
So indeed they sent a very qualified repair person who ironically did drive nearly 200 miles to get here. He did a fabulous job. I learned the machine, a Magic Chef, has a lint problem inside the machine where it CANNOT be cleaned and if you attempt to open the machine, you invalidate the warranty. A good lesson, I won't buy that machine again. The service repair person suggested we get a "Service Contract" with a local appliance company to maintain the unit annually. What a great idea. We've had the machine nearly 5 years and no one ever told us about this problem or the easy solution. I am grateful to the Asurion repair person! The process to actually get him here was difficult, once here, he was on time, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable!

I always protect my electronics through Asurion. The few times I've had to use my plan have been easy, quick, and straightforward. This time was no different. I bought a pair of over the ear Bluetooth headphones and the headband snapped. It took less than 5 minutes to get approval and an UPS lapel to ship the broken headphones back.

I was very surprised and happy with the manner and the time it took to repair my laptop. A little tough filing the claim through e-mail because I had made an error, but the e-mail didn't tell me what the error was. I made a phone call and spoke to a representative and the nice lady informed of the mistake I had made. After that it was easy. Laptop worked perfectly when I received it. Email communication during the repair time was great. Would definitely recommend Asurion.

I would definitely recommend getting the extended warranty on most products. I got it on my shark vacuum and 1 year later almost to the day the manufacturer's warranty ended it doesn't work. Now I'm returning it for a new one or a full refund. Not sure what they will do yet.

I love this warranty!! Me and my family are very accident prone when it comes to our products. And probably unlucky with them in general. So, getting the extended warranty's have always been an absolute must. Luckily, the warranty plans are always very affordable. I never hesitate to buy this warranty when I buy electronics.
I have unfortunately had FOUR different items need to be sent in this past 2 weeks. And I have had to use them in the past. The process for all of them have been very easy. I was reimbursed for all of them. I guess because they couldn't be fixed. I don't know. But, even the reimbursements were done fairly fast after sending my products back.

For sure worth the $3.99. I purchased a Titleist golf glove and at first though it wouldn’t be worth the $3.99 because I’ll never use it, decided to anyways and it paid off because I’m able to get a new one without having to pay the $24 price! I am extremely frustrated with the level of service I have received from Asurion. It has been three weeks since I sent my broken Samsung earbuds to them for repair or replacement. Despite making several calls to check the status of my claim, I have spent over 45 minutes each time speaking with different representatives who cannot provide me with any information. Their only response has been to keep waiting or to keep calling for updates. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. I specifically opted for the Asurion plan based on the recommendation of an AT&T representative, who assured me it was a reliable and effective product. Now it is painfully clear that this recommendation was completely false. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this entire experience..

I would advise everyone that going to purchase a electronics device - rather it’s a computer, watch or whatever to purchase a protection plan. It is worth it. Late last week, an Assurion representative created a 2nd ticket/claim for my Galaxy watch issue. The first ticket/claim was created several weeks earlier, and I sent in the watch for repair. They declared it fixed and sent it back to me. Once I received it, I examined it and noticed that it was not fixed. I called Assurion to explain this, and they told me to send it in again for repair. I explained that I didn't see the purpose since I already did that, they said that it passed all tests / was fixed, yet upon receiving it I quickly noticed that it was not fixed. Now, they want me to send it in again.
Each time I send it in I am several weeks without the item, so if they could not fix it the first time (even though they said that they did), I do not see the point of sending it in a second time. This is a waste of time and resources. There should be a better way to handle such a situation. I made a video of the issue but the company refuses to review it assess the problem. It is possible the video could be insightful. Consequently, I am not pleased with the experience.

Our printer which we bought from Staples stopped printing correctly. We could not find our receipt but Staples was able to find the date of purchase and the receipt number. With that information Once we sent the printer back to them at no cost to us Asurion was able to issue us a credit for the printer. We used the credit to buy a new printer. Asurion was easy to work with and we bought the protection for our new printer and highly recommend this protection company.

I was assured by retail workers and customer support that my claim would not be denied based on the information I told them. I continuously kept denying due to the FIRST issue I ever came to Asurion with. That issue was completely solved and paid for. Everyday was the same cycle. Get an email that Asurion denied my claim. Call customer support. Customer support refiled and assured that my claim will be accepted. Repeat the cycle the next day. This cycle kept happening until it was time for me to renew my monthly membership. What an utter waste of time and money. What a complete scam.

The phone screen started turning black and became unresponsive. I had a little trouble getting the warranty phone tech to understand I could not do any tests as the screen was totally dead. The insurance plan has a $100 deductible so the insurance covered $450 of the $550 bill. Asurion tech repair in Easton MD did a great job and I was very pleased. My phone works like new again.

Updated on 06/26/2023: Claim submitted for 43 inch TV 6/13/23. Still no resolution after multiple phone calls speaking to all levels each giving conflicting information. Every time I speak to someone they say claim pending or they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. The last straw was when I was told the claim was resubmitted because no one worked on it. Now "supervisor " states there was a new policy of buyout for the size of TV but now I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours for a decision which since Thursday and it's Monday 6/26/23 the buyout department has to looked at request. This is really not worth a warranty and I could purchase another TV but it's the principle. Never will I purchase warranty thru Asurion
Original Review: 43 inch TV purchased 2021 with purchase of extended warranty 3 years. TV picture no longer works but you hear sound. Called Asurion to submit claim after trying to submit claim online unsuccessful. When I spoke with representative 6/13/23 she states no receipt registered despite receipt scanned to Asurion when purchased 11/23/21 as instructed to save receipt in case there is a need to submit claim. After providing representative all the info on receipt and again uploading receipt that they never registered I was asked to upload receipt to a site sent in an email. On 6/14/23 received email the receipt is not clear to read so I took 3 pictures of receipt and uploaded all 3. Now I receive email stating I must mail thru UPS a 43 inch TV using the label they will send in 24 hours.
I not only paid for warranty Now I have to purchase bubble wrap and a box to fit a 43 inch TV that is now risking the TV screen breaking/cracking. When I spoke to the last claim representative before receiving this email to mail this 43 inch TV that they would send a tech to evaluate the TV. It's very frustrating to get my claim resolved but it seems they are making it so the consumer say, "I'm not doing all this" and purchase another TV but I will not do this and also warn other consumers of the hassle and run around you get when submitting a claim. Asurion which is owned by Verizon is trying to make me pay a $100 deductible for a faulty phone - Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 for a second time. The other phone only lasted one month. This would be our 4th phone. I only got insurance because the first two broke quickly. Verizon sent me to Asurion and now when trying to speak with a rep, get sent back and forth from both companies who say I need to work with the other to resolve the issue. Verizon will not exchange for a different phone because they still stock the Flip 4.
Asurion will only keep sending the same one for $100 each time because they cannot repair this piece of crap phone, and refuse to let me exchange it. I will NEVER purchase another product from Verizon or Asurion - EVER! Have been a customer for 25 years. Asurion is a rip off and a scam that Verizon banks off of. DO NOT do business with either one. I am searching now to get a buy out for my phones and switch companies. Each company blames the other for not assisting me with this issue to resolve it.

I was extremely satisfied with the whole process of filing a claim and having it handled. The most difficult part was on my end, in figuring out how to access my policy since I hadn't kept a good record of it when I purchased it. I submitted my claim with a full explanation of my issue, and within minutes, I had a resolution. I printed the return label, took the package to the nearest UPS, and less than 72 hours later, I had an e-gift card for my original purchase price. I am grateful that I purchased this insurance when I bought my printer.

Asurion first assigned the insurance to the wrong phone line after many attempts to fix it. Once we did eventually need to use it, it was an entire nightmare fully equipped with 2 hour hold times, completely different stories than what the people at Verizon told me... I was on the phone for over 4 hours after spending nearly 3 in the store all over a simple cracked screen repair. It was 3 days before I could get ahold of anyone about my repair to which they told me there were no stores in my area. There are at least 7. I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone and after 3 days of nonsense, I now have to wait another day before anything can be done.
I was reassured MANY times that it would be a quick couple day turn-around, but no... it was 6 business days. Which means that what I was told was a 2 day fix turned into nearly 2 weeks. At the end of all of this, they had the nerve to ask if I would like to add protection to any of my other devices. Refused 3 times, they kept pushing, so I finally asked if they really thought I would want to continue to work with them after this awful experience. My job is in jeopardy and they had absolutely nothing to offer - not even the bare minimum of what they were supposed to do. Very unprofessional and I will not be using them again.

Asurion did a good job. I called them, the service person was nice, and the repair people called me asap, set up an appointment and came on time to repair my appliance. The local repair people were very nice. They were professionals and replaced the part and reset the P.C board on my refrigerator,. The refrigerator is working fine. I am glad I took out the insurance policy.

This LG refrigerator had a 2018 recall. We would like a new warranty; ours ends next month. We had a service call, everything went perfect with the technician. Only problem was I couldn't get information how to renew the warranty. I am hoping Asurion will contact us or send us a renewal for our refrigerator. We want a 5 year but would take less. We did it through Home Depot.

Timely service and great attention to detail. Far superior to the home warranty company I use. My initial contact was taken care of immediately and the repair appointment was scheduled the following day. The factory repair technician let me know when he would arrive; and had all the necessary parts in his vehicle. Re the home warranty company I use - my last three repair calls resulted in a minimum of two weeks before they could find a "contractor" to show up.

Fortunately we purchased a 5 years extended warranty, this is the second time that our Samsung refrigerator had to have the ice maker replaced, not sure if is a manufacturer defect or problem with the ice maker system failing so often, I guess once our extended warranty expires we will have to pay for future ice maker replacement out of pocket, hopefully the issue was resolved and our ice maker will last longer.

Worst experience ever. Totally run around. Filed claim 2 1/2 weeks ago. I bought Bosch dishwasher 2 1/2 yrs ago with 5 yr plan. They have not showed up for appt. Actually called me and said no point in having to come twice I could just tell them prob and they would order and get back to me. Then tech they sent was horrible and could speak any English. Had to call owner on phone so he could get info or ask question then boss would tell us, we answer boss has to explain answers. Then we told brought wrong part if he had come to appt we he would have no prob but didn't show up. The told he would order new part and get back in 48 hrs.
No response when I call customer service, always same response. "We will take care of it." Then they do nothing. They have been trying to contact tech, no response. Finally told today the part was ordered but can't find. So they going to keep looking (we on 2 1_2 weeks now. You are unable to talk to management. Told they do not accept incoming call. Home Depot has even tried to help with same response. There is still no and still no contact from company. No resolution not even idea when might get tentative time frame, response. Buyer beware. This company is full of liars, except cares, unprofessional,

Very simple process, matured process and no pain claims. I had a bad experience with the manufacturer itself. But Asurion made it up for it very well. It was very easy to talk to a rep about what I needed to do to get my ice maker fixed. She made an appointment for me according to my schedule and as soon as it was possible to get a repair guy out. Since the replacement part hadn't been delivered to me yet, the repair guy came right back when I let him know the part had arrived. He replaced the part, showed me what had gone wrong and took all the packaging with him. I will be renewing the service when it is due next year!

My 3 year old just out of warranty zero turn was not working. It turned out to be more than we thought...like $800 to fix it. On a fixed income and plenty of grass to move in the heart of the spring, mow every 3 days season, I was very upset. It was 14 days out of warranty. I don't have that kind of money. When I stopped and was listening to the voicemail promptly from TSC, they mentioned Power Plus plan. Turns out I bought it and it was well worth it. 4 days later my mower was back and didn't pay a dime more! So glad I got it, it's covered for two years past the manufacturer's warranty. So glad we bought the insurance for our refrigerator- a light went out on our Whirlpool, and we discovered that these days you can’t just change the bulb like before. The whole LED unit of 8 small lights has to be replaced! Nothing is simple these days with technology, so on an expensive appliance like a refrigerator it is definitely worth it.

When a repairman is supposed to show up,,,he needs to be there.. No show. No call and no message is not a way to conduct business...,and the added expense of having to go to laundromat on top of that.... We were told we were getting a check to cover expenses of going to laundry.... Thats been over a month and that's another no show. The washer has a new part installed and so far no leaking.

My Amana washing machine wasn't cycling and my protection was due to expire in days. I called. The technician came out about 3 days later and fixed the machine in a matter of minutes. I bought my Hp Envy x360 laptop from Costco, because Costco give 2 year warranty for it, but after I used it for 1 year and 10 months, the hinge holder broken from inside of the screen, so I called them for repair, at first they sent me email to ask upload the proof to review, so I did that, but the 2nd day it was denied, the first email said missing Plan receipt, and the 2nd email said contact info not correct, so I called in, and this time they gave another reason, said the warranty only one year!!!!
So I said it is Costco 2 year warranty and argued with him, so he finally transfer me to their supervisor, and after talked to him, he said they can repair it with warranty and no need the Plan receipt, and then sent me another link to upload the pictures and receipt, so I did that, but the 2nd day I got another email said, missed photos and Plan receipt, so I wrote them to them and said mine situation no plan receipt, but till now no any result, I am really disappointed with their service, make a simple thing so complicated, it lasted 6 days, but still no any decision for how to repair it....

The repairman did a great job. I was dissatisfied by the length of time between reporting the problem and getting the repair done. Between the first person I spoke with to the actual scheduling and repair, it was nearly two weeks. This is too long for a busy household to go without something as essential as the washing machine. I was pleased the machine was still under warranty but regretted not being able to get a local repair service in a more efficient manner.

I have already mentioned to other customers in the store that I was very pleased with everything. I was always somewhat skeptical about purchasing extended warranty but am definitely not sorry I did and will definitely purchase from this company again. Great experience!!! We had an experience with the technician. His name is Paul. He did an excellent job, we also need shelves that was cracked. The next day we received our 3 shelves. I wish if we can get more extended warranty but they do not do warranty anymore for our three thousand dollars fridge because is obsolete. Can you imagine LG fridge is obsolete in 5 years. That’s the only bad experience but my insurance was great.

I purchased a 4-year protection plan for a Frigidaire dehumidifier. The unit ran well for 2+ years but then started frosting up even with normal room temperature. The coil had failed.
