Easy to use. Site is easy to navigate. Will always use insurance with this company on all purchases. It is security well worth the price. Would recommend to all. Good value for the price. Customer Service on a scale 1-10, 10 being greatest. I give score of 10. Dennis displayed great customer service and was very knowledgeable in the process to help us. Cricket uses Asurion for their warranty program. Asurion does give you choice as to what phone they send you to replace your broken phone. They send the phones that don't sell. It never matches the quality of your original phone. As a senior citizen the phone they send me has very tiny letters and keys and certainly does work for a senior citizen. The small letter makes anything difficult. The phone they send me is very smooth and easily from old hands. My just my opinion but even young people say the same thing when I hand them the phone. The small type and screen is totally inconvenient for senior citizens. Asurion should hire a senior citizen consultant to better understand what seniors need. The replacement is a terrible replacement. I have been with Cricket for a decade and got shafted by their insurance program.

Great job. Easily done. The only thing Asurion charged me 108. I did not think I had to pay anything to get this. But not bad at all. Easy to place claim and order tv. Can wait to get our new tv. It should be here soon I hope. You guys are pretty quick. Didn't expect email to arrive so quickly. The claims lady was cool too. She helped me a lot.

Technician Don ** arrived as scheduled. Very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, removed and replaced damaged parts and had the fridge up and running in no time. Great job. Asurion appliance plan is well worth the cost to ensure your appliances remain in good operating condition. I will definitely renew when current plan expires.

Filing the claim is very easy, work on MacBook Pro is yet to be done. And I will take the MacBook Pro into Ubreakifix today. My Repair on my iPhone 7 went very well and I am extremely pleased with how that glass repair was taken care of so quickly and efficiently.

Fast and easy. Just went to my Amazon shopping history. Selected my item and the warranty option was right there. Didn't have to be looking for emails or papers. Very convenient shipping label also included. It helps when you buy so many electronics. Hopefully they will respond soon. That will make it a perfect process.

Was skeptical when I signed up but they followed through on everything. It was very easy to use and the results were above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone as they do exactly what they say. I paid the $99 and they replaced my lighting bolted tv. Shipped it right to my door and they covered the shipping too.

Prompt and professional response honoring our protection plan. Within a few hours of making claim on a Saturday, a convenient appointment was scheduled. Repairman was prompt and replaced the control panel. A few days later the same issue occurred and he returned to correct a loose electrical wire. Very impressive service.

I've needed to use the Asurion protection plans for several items. Unfortunately, I've found that some of my electronic purchases don't last more than a year with normal use, so the very small price I pay for the protection plans have been well worth it. I highly recommend purchasing a plan!

My Cub Cadet lawn tractor was misbehaving, and was almost at the end of the extended warranty period. I had it repaired, while the repair shop and Asurion handled the claim. I literally had to do nothing but tell the repair shop about the warranty. The entire repair was covered, and it literally could not have been easier. Thank you, Asurion!

This has to be by far the best warranty I have ever had. They cover everything that they claim they cover. They make it so easy to file a claim and the turn around time is fantastic, a week and I had my remote back. Fixed as if it was brand new. Customer service is easy to talk to, they actually help you instead of the run around until you're so frustrated you hand up. 5 star all day.

The company that serviced me was Home Fusions. Very knowledgeable. He also was prompt and friendly. He was very patient and understanding. Robert with Home Fusion was awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I need a couple more TVs hung and I sure hope they send Robert back again. Asurion is great for having this type of program. It saves a lot of money as well as guarantees your investments.

My first time. So far so good. I will wait to get back my computer from the repair shop. The process was fairly easy not too long. The representatives were very professional when I had a little problem, then I called the customer service line. I didn't have to wait on hold too long. They knew exactly how to help me with my problem. They made it very easy since this was my first time. I would give my experience a 10. I would definitely recommend Asurion.

The online user friendly experience made it extremely easy to file a claim! It literally took less than 5 minutes. All I had to do was enter the make and model, describe my issue, claim was immediately approved, pay my deductible and select my replacement equipment. Simple, fast and convenient!

My headphone broke, I called in and they open a claim, sent me a pre-paid mailer to send it back, once they received it, they issue a check for the amount minus the taxes, I'm not sure if this is their policy or Amazon. But the process was very easy, and I will definitely buy coverage from Asurion again.

My Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop would not stay on. The rep advised me to reset the battery. There was no reset option. I sent it in. They couldn't fix it. They deposited a claim reimbursement check. I was able to purchase me a new gaming laptop. Not an Acer but a MSI gaming laptop. Overall I am happy that it wasn't where they couldn't fix it and I had to come up with all the money to purchase a new one. Thank you!

Wow! So very easy! Unlike the ** hoops I've had to jump through to return a broken product from Wayfair--this company has made the return simple and easy! No need for photos to prove I'm not filing a fraudulent claim. No need for long drawn out phone calls or emails to describe what happened to the product. I used Asurion to purchase a warranty on a small PC purchased thru AMAZON. I reached out to them, utilized their service for the 1st time today. Reason being, the PC stopped working. It actually stopped working some time ago, initially I was in communication with the manufacturer of the product, however communication stopped for some unforeseen reason. Which then put me in the 'time frame' to be able to use Asurion for resolution to the issue at hand [as the manuf. warranty had ran out a week or two ago]. To which, I then I turned to Asurion today to resolve our issue, the moment I finished answering the last of their questions, my problem had already been resolved, texts were coming with the next steps, etc. stating - refund on the way!
With the ease of the process as well as knowing I am covered after the manufacturer will no longer cover their product, I will definitely continue to use them!! As well as recommend them to friends and family for use. A big Thank you to Asurion for being so easy to use / user friendly!! Five STARS. Please continue with your good work. I was very pleased with the response I received from Asurion. It was a quick and easy process. I'm also pleased that I got the warranty insurance in the first place, I normally don't. The whole process took me about 2 minutes. I just had to upload the pictures and within a couple of hours I received the coupon to purchase another chair. I highly recommend this warranty service to anyone because it is totally worth it.

The software was very easy to use. It only took a few minutes. I only buy insurance if I think that the item will wear out. I filed for a shoulder bag because the fabric might not wear well. It was a good thing I did. After over a year the shoulder bag developed several holes on the bottom of the bag. It was normal wear and tear from using the bag all the time. I wish that whoever made the bag had added some kind of reinforced strong material to the bottom of that bag so the bottom of the bag would not have developed several holes on the bottom. It was my very favorite shoulder bag to use.

Easy process. Canopy broke so I had to find my receipt. Once I found the receipt it took about 10 minutes to process the claim. Once I processed the claim it states that I should get a check back for the item. I would definitely recommend this insurance whenever you could buy it. It’s definitely worth every penny.

This is how a warranty company should be! The two employees I interacted with (CSR on the phone and the repairman) were so friendly and professional! My initial call for service was answered immediately and the technician was very communicative via phone/text as soon as he received the order until the repair was made. Refrigerator being serviced - I had excellent service. My provider was Tri-City. They came out, repaired my refrigerator. The technician Todd went above and beyond. Excellent customer service, friendly, explained the problem and what he was doing to resolve it. Tri-City has excellent technicians. They’re very friendly and courteous. This is my first time using Asurion and I would like to say that I am overjoyed with the claims process. From the time I opened the claim to the time I was able to choose my replacement it took less than 2 days. I am now waiting for my replacement television and the whole process was very easily done via email and text messaging after I called in and spoke to a representative. For some reason when first starting the claim process I was having trouble getting the confirmation code via email or text so I don't blame Asurion for that. I kinda blame the network. But it all worked out.

Insured solar tiki lights and after a few months they did not remain on as long as advertised. Submitted claim which was very easy and received reimbursement almost immediately. Will probably use the reimbursement to buy another set of lights because I really do like them. Great service and will surely use in the future.

Was extremely happy with Asurion. Within 24 hours of receiving my computer for repairs they issued a credit towards a new computer. Very satisfied with their response. My grandson also had a positive experience. He received the entire cost of his unrepairable printer. Will definitely continue to insure with Asurion when offered on computer or printer purchases.

I've been buying Asurion for products on Amazon for at least 5 years. I've never actually had to file a claim until today. You always just assume that when you have the problem that the company that insures it's going to be there for you but that is actually not always the case. So when I had to click the button to file a claim today I didn't know what was going to happen. It literally took about 30 seconds or less and everything's taken care of. This is the way appliance insurance should work. Great job!

This Verizon Home Protect service has been a lifesaver in a lot of cases. We have had to use it for a few devices. There hasn't been a disappointment or a letdown. Overall I am very pleased and impressed with the service I received for addressing my TV problem. While it took me some time to complete the on-line claim form, once the form was accepted I received a response within 24 hrs which included a list of 5 similar or slightly better TVs to choose from. The TV is suppose to be delivered in just 2 days.

The technician the I had was very honest about what he was going to do that the other technician’s did not do. This was like the third or fourth call that I put in to get the issue resolved. I love this resource. Whenever something goes wrong with my electronics I simply submit the problem and I get a replacement. I have used this insurance now for a few years and I am very satisfied. This is amazing! So far I have replaced 3 TVs, a JBL speaker, iPad, and a laptop.

We were happy with the overall outcome, but there needs to be better communication between your customer service reps. One customer service representative didn’t know what the other one was doing and that prolong the outcome. The process was redundant and the customer service representatives continually forward and or transfer the call to someone else, that unfortunately didn’t know what they were doing. I would not at all consider this good customer service.

We bought a warranty on our refrigerator at the Home Depot. I am glad we did. We have had the Ice maker stop working and freezing up they have repaired and replaced it 4 times. Every time they responded quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend getting a warranty at Home Depot.

Great company! Asurion is great for home warranty and cell phones as well. I highly recommend the insurance. The cost is nothing compared to the value it offer. The repair time for both my cell and electronics equipment is exceptional. When I had my phone repaired it took them 2 hours to get it fixed and the product exchange for my smart TV is shorter than I have had with other products in the past, 5 to 7 business.

I purchased a stick vacuum almost 2 years ago. My vacuum stopped charging after about 20 months and they refunded my purchase price within minutes. Simple and easy process to file claim. The refund experience when something is wrong with a product is hassle-free requiring you to simply identify product type, exact brand and original purchase price excluding tax along with a brief description of the trouble in 250 characters or less along with photo of problem if possible. Prepaid return labels are sent to your email address on file for you to print. Refund credit is promptly deposited back in your Amazon account.

Removing the back panel he was very experienced and knowledgeable my fridge was not cooling and the ice maker was not performing properly now my ice maker is kicking and my fridge is cooling! One of the best technicians that had worked on my fridge! Very happy! No kick back, no pay. This is my opinion and my experience with my repair! that I witnessed with my own eyes! No incentive! Technician was very knowledgeable, explaining things I hadn’t realized about the settings. The product itself isn’t exactly intuitive. Also, another repair service evaluated, but because product not giving an error code it is still considered within specs. I think the other repair service is correct. However, I am satisfied with current evaluation, and that I have two more years left on my Asurion warranty.

The company is extremely efficient and the young lady I dealt with was very nice and on point. It would be a no-brainer to continue to use this company. I had my doubts at first how your company could insure this item but they came through with flying colors. I also like the fact that within days of my claim I received an email with my full reimbursement. The fact that you work so closely with a major sports store like Dick's is a huge plus because it allows me easy access to redeem my product.

Communication is lacking. They don’t follow up on the issue even though they tell you they are on top of it. I think they just don’t care at all. Even escalation to upper management does not improve the situation. During one of the multiple repair service appointments, the technician scratched my door frame but nothing has been done yet to address that either. So now, not only do I have a broken appliance, there’s also damage to my property. Neither of these has been resolved for the past 5 weeks.

Asia, the customer service rep, was amazing. She took her time in assisting me with my claim. She made it painless. She was very professional and polite. I had made a mistake when I filed the claim myself; therefore, the claim was denied. Asia went into the claim, found the error, closed the claim, and contacted technical support for guidance. My TV got damage and it was replace for a new one. This is an excellent insurance. This was my first time ever with a home claim. Paying for a service you expect to get what you pay for, this is the exact opposite. Paying $25 monthly for insurance and when they sent me the phone it was 2 models prior to the model I currently own. To top it off you pay $250 deductible on top of the $25 monthly charge. Well I call back and was on the phone for 31 minutes and then got hung up on, so I call back. Now I am on the phone for 37 minutes and from not being able to speak with a manager to now being passed through 3 different people and hung up on once again.
To top it off they answered the phone in a different language. The reason was because my area code is NY. I asked for the 'recorded' calls to be sent to me and they will not send them. Assuming this is to protect themselves but this is not a service I would recommend to anyone after being treated in such a way. They also would not wave the deductible on the mess up on their end for sending me the wrong phone and no apologies on assuming someone's ethnicity either based off an area code. If I could give less than one star, I would. Over $1,100 spent on this warranty company just to be hung up on more than once and treated as less than a person.

We purchase Asurion insurance when we bought an Evaporative Cooler from Home Depot. The warranty was for three years. Well a month before the warranty expiration, the cooler water pump stopped working. We called Asurion to see if we could get it repaired. The Asurion representative was very nice. He said to give him a few days to find a service provider in our area. He asked us to call back if we didn't hear from him in a few days. He also gave us a confirmation number.
We called the following week, and was told we would be reimbursed for the money we paid for the cooler either by check or a electronic gift card at the store we purchased the cooler from. We got the gift card within hours. We were thoroughly delighted. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for being treated so well and as valued customers of Asurion. We will gladly buy and use Asurion with confidence for all our future purchases of electrical appliances and recommend Asurion to our family and friends.

Great program. I would recommend buying this for all football gloves and for any other sport equipment that you think you child will be using. Kids destroy everything that they use. Two years ago, I lost my phone (actually it went down the portapotty at an event and got lost in the poop!) I reported it as lost...told them the entire story...and Asurion sent me a "new phone" which was absolutely worthless. Spent hours trying to get it to work and it never would. Reported this and they sent me another phone. This one worked. Sent the "worthless phone" back immediately. Now two years later...I get a letter saying I never returned the phone and they are going to charge me $175 in 5 days if it not returned. What? I called and you can't get to talk to anyone. I went to the asurion store and that was also useless. (They had never seen such a crazy piece of paper). I hate asurion and glad that I don't have to use them ever again.

Bought a 4 door Samsung Fridge @ Home Depot with an extended warranty from Asurion. The fridge is amazing, with a big screen and everything. But after 2 years of service, the ice maker started to fail. They sent a technician and got it fixed. But since then, the ice maker never got back to its glory. So, Asurion stepped in and refunded the cost of the Fridge entirely!! So I would say, it is definitely worth buying a coverage from Asurion.

So I have a lot of tech in my home, from smart devices to audio and video devices, very tech savvy and love my tech. Decided to get coverage and never needed it until one day an accident came along. I have a Sonos speaker (Bluetooth Speaker) on my kitchen counter, and one day some coffee spilled on it, ugh. But I didn't panic since literally (word. for. word.) on the Asurion Home+ it states "From sudden drops to coffee spills, we protect your Bluetooth speaker from the unexpected breakdown." So I went to file a claim and it turns out that I AM NOT COVERED, which is complete bull...so they decided to reject my claim when it states verbatim what I went through. I escalated to many many levels, and they all rejected the claim, completely useless. Beware, DO NOT BUY THIS COVERAGE.

My technician was excellent. She was patient with me and went step by step in helping me make sure my claim was accurate. I had been calling for 2 days trying to get my claim completed and my technician took her time and listened to me. She was the best, I wish the other technicians would have listened as this last person did. I always take Insurance whenever I can because you never know when it is going to happen and I had 3 issues and They all have been resolved fast and so stress free. They are always there to help 24h. I made a mistake while filing a claim for my TV. My TV kept turning on and off, so I filed a claim thinking that there was some physical damage to the screen. I selected the "physical damage" option and submitted the claim with a picture of my TV. After about a week, I hadn't heard back from Asurion, so I thought my submission hadn't gone through. I checked again and realized that there was no physical damage to the TV at all. The TV had turned off and wouldn't turn back on, but the screen was fine.
I refiled the claim, but it was rejected. I contacted the Review department, and they said that the screen size in their system (70 inches) didn't match my submission, which was why my claim had been rejected. They transferred me back to customer service to file another claim and correct the screen size. My second claim was also rejected because of my initial submission, in which I had mistakenly selected the "physical damage" option. I contacted Asurion and was told that, based on my first submission, they would not approve my claim. I explained that it had been a mistake, but they said that I had already signed the paperwork, so it was official and they would not accept any future submissions for the TV.
I told them that my TV wouldn't turn on and there was no physical damage, which meant that it was still covered by Asurion's policy. They said "no" because my first submission had mentioned that the TV had some physical damage. I don't think this is fair. Asurion is not allowing me to resubmit the claim with the correct reason. I spoke to representatives at all three levels of customer service, and the last thing I was told by the third-level representative was, "We are human, not robots or machines. Humans make mistakes, and humans can correct them, but Asurion is not." I am not happy with this ridiculous policy. I am not happy with Asurion at all. I would like to warn everyone to be very careful when submitting claims to Asurion. Once you submit a claim, you cannot resubmit it, even if you make a mistake.

Asurion dispatched the local LG service person, and he was able to quickly resolve the issue with our Washer Dryer combo machine. We had the same problem that this same service technician resolved once before so he was prepared to promptly vacuum out the internal lint blockage. The service was covered under the extended warranty program and the clothes are now washed and dried just like the machine was new again.

My laptop was sent in for a sound issue as well as ADH. The repair shop apparently fixed the sound (I can't test it since the problem happened randomly), but they ignored the ADH aside from some minor cosmetic work (glued part of the shell together), and listed it under "condition on receiving" rather than "complaint code" like it should have been. So now, thanks to the repair shop's incompetence, I have to send my laptop back in (losing it for another week and a half) so they can finish the repairs that should have been done the first time around.

I expected at least several email exchanges, and provide photos of the broken device, and to my surprise, as soon as I submitted the claim form I received and email with an Amazon gift card to the full value of what I paid for the unit. Quick and easy. Didn’t like it at first but it finally paid off. I’ve had Asurion for years and never had to use the insurance but my daughter TV went out and the process was quick and easy. Should have new TV in two days. I would suggest anyone who like electronics the way that I do should put protection on all the devices in their home. It is definitely worth having.

This is an excellent service to have in emergencies. The only problem is trying to see and read the tiny serial numbers that they require; especially, for senior citizens with some visual challenges. When a device or appliance has to be replaced, they give you a fair selection to chose from. Top brands, equal to what has to be replaced or better. I recommend having this extended warranty by Asurion.

My experience at first was very disappointing my refrigerator is 1 yr old and the second week I had it I had to have a repair guy come out to replace a part. It was not cooling. My next issue was the cooling again. Food was not staying cold and food was ruining. I called and a tech came out, checked it out and a couple parts had to be ordered. No refrigerator for 5 days. Waiting for the parts. Once they arrived the tech came right out, installed the new parts. He was very professional and knew exactly what the issue was. It’s working great now and I’m very happy. The process to submit a ticket for the repair was very easy! The gentleman that repaired my stove was very professional and truly kind! He had knowledge of the product & worked hard to determine the problem and repair it. We won’t but another appliance without this warranty! I am pleased with the prompt response that I received from Asurion. I submitted a claim on my TV. I was asked to submit pictures and in 24 hours I had a response and the claim was complete. I am most satisfied with the replacement TV. I should receive it within the week. This is the second time I have submitted a claim. My first experience was not as positive. I considered dropping the plan. But I am glad that I did not. My first claim is still unresolved. But Asurion is helping me retrieve my data.

The last time I had to make an Asurion claim was regarding my son's iPhone. There was a bit of a hiccup due to somehow the protection plan was registered to the wrong phone yet Asurion was able to correct the issue and help me with my claim and my son's phone was fixed that same day within an hr!!! We had a Electric Range that was being repaired by Norman Electronics provided by Asurion. Repair Tech who was responsible for the repair would take the new part that was sent by Asurion and tweak the old part. He's done that two times. We had also complained about another part that repaired why it was broken. Tech mentioned, "Part was delivered broken, I'll ask them to send another replacement." We had complained to Norman Electronics about the Technician. Their reply was, "Oh, He's one of our senior tech, He's been with us a long time." Then I had called Asurion and told everything that had happened in detail. They had set up repair with another repair facility, Where they'd done a great job and everything was working perfectly fine.

I called the customer service many times regarding my TV which was broken and covered by Asurion and after 2 weeks of calling and replying to their emails and completing their complicated forms, they said they would call me back within 2 days but unfortunately no one has contacted me and they just ignored me.

The repair portion of the claim went smoothly and we are pleased. Still waiting for food spoilage portion to be resolved. The only drawback was the selected contractor took a few weeks to complete the repair which made the availability of foods requiring refrigeration limited to what would fit in a cooler. Thank you.

I have a cracked screen on my phone. I made an appointment. The day of the appointment the tech texted me and said he didn't have the part. We agreed to another day/time. He again texted me the day of the appointment and said he didn't have the part. We again agreed to another day/time. This time I get a voice mail that the tech is sick and to go online and make another appointment. So, I make an appointment. I get an email confirming the appointment. They never showed and never texted or called. I went online and see the appointment was changed but they never told me. Now I guess I have another appointment. This will make it the fifth half day from work I missed because of their incompetence, and I'll bet they'll still charge me the deductible.

I was dreading going through the process of returning my computer for a repair, but my conversation with both the Staples tech and the tech from Asurion was straightforward and helpful. Asurion got my computer in one day, fixed the problem, and returned it to me in 3 days. The repairs were excellent. I normally do not purchase protection plans because of the bad rap about how difficult it is to file a claim. So while browsing Amazon I was surprised I had purchased the protection plan for an item that simply stopped working about a month ago so I figured well I got nothing more to lose other than time. It’s been paid for. Let me see how this goes… Most of the information was auto populated because of the link through Amazon so in just a few clicks claim was filled. They send an easy shipping label to print to get your broken product returned and then you are reimbursed. I always recommend getting the insurance for your products through Asurion, they keep track of your insured products and make it easy to find through their website.
