I have bought this protection plan several times but never filed a claim. My husband’s headset stopped working within 30 days after purchase. I filed a claim in about 5 minutes. The process was amazingly simple and fast. I will not hesitate to purchase this plan to cover future purchases.

I am so glad I added this protection plan to my order when I bought the inse cordless vacuum a couple years ago. The process of filing a claim with the company, Asurion, was extremely easy and quick to complete. I would definitely recommend this protection plan with Asurion to everyone purchasing any products that give you the option from Amazon. I am looking forward to receiving my reimbursement, so I can use it to purchase a new vacuum.

I had forgotten that we had this insurance. When I called, the customer service representative was very nice. From the first until now, I have nothing but praise. I have already chosen my replacement and am getting an upgrade. Am eagerly waiting its arrival. Keep up the great work. The insurance is definitely worth the price.

This is a great service to have. I thought they would come out and fix my television but instead they just sent me another one, Awesome. There is a $99 service fee but l$200 ess than I paid for my equipment so it's worth it I guess. It took nearly an hour to complete all the steps. It's not designed for customers who aren't computer savvy or it's quite overwhelming but I had the BEST rep ASIA to help me through it, she was awesome! I guess the plan is worth it in the end. Asurion responded within an hour of my reporting to them and their request for documentation was reasonable and I was able to send what they asked or in 15 minutes. They approved my claim within hours and my check arrived a few days later. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Thank Goodness Asurion was there to cover my end! For $5, I received my money back on a deficient product that didn't work in approximately a month after purchase. Understandably, good records of proof of purchase is necessary to complete the process. As a side note: It's unfortunate manufacturers of deficient & planet unfriendly products exist, however for those of us that cannot afford to toss out hard earned money, Asurion is there to protect us.

Great service. Came within one day of calling for appointment. Allen the technician assigned to us was great. Diagnosed problem. Gave me a fair price. Ordered part and told me it would come to house next day, Part came next day. Asurion automatically knowing I received part set up appointment next day. Technician Allan came back and now have working burner.

Their site was very straightforward and easy to use. There was nothing too complicated. I just had to validate when and what happened to my product. For me, they provided a very quick resolution. It was a very nice experience. If I were to insure another product and Asurion Protection was offered, I wouldn't hesitate to apply it.

I made my claim on December 14 and paid UPS to hurry up and send the headphones on the 15th because I needed them for gigs on that weekend and it’s now the 19th and I still haven’t received the refund to get new ones, I got the text on Sunday that says you guys are sending me an electronic check. I appreciate that I’m getting them replaced but don’t appreciate or understand why it’s taking so long. Thanks for making it right.

Service company notified and contacted us for review of issue, ordering parts, and attending for repair within a week. Service call was to rural area. Full coverage of parts and labor for repair. Will purchase Asurion extended warranty in the future.

Best service plan ever, no hassle. I have had to replace several items over the years. They have been very timely and made the returning of items easy. There were a few they did not ask me to return after viewing a picture of the product. Service plans allow you replace items and not have extra to pay unless you choose a different item with the reimbursement.

Our dishwasher stopped working in the middle of the day on Thanksgiving. I started our claim after remembering that we'd purchased the protection plan, a small detail I'd somehow forgotten... turned out to be a lifesaver! After a few steps and talking with a couple people both nationally and locally, we had a service person arrive a few weeks later (the part we needed was delayed), and the dishwasher was fixed in the space of one visit. Really happy with things all the way around! I just wish that my initial experience in purchasing the unit was as smooth, a few years back; we had been misled into thinking that Home Depot was going to supply installation as well as delivery, but that was not included, so we had to enlist another company to do that for an extra $100+. When I contacted Home Depot about this miscommunication (this was in January 2020), they did absolutely nothing, so I have been avoiding shopping at Home Depot ever since. I'm happy, at least, that this repair in 2023 has cost us nothing extra.

Handheld vacuum stopped working after being dropped accidentally during normal use. Charged the product. Maybe that’s what it needed but it still didn’t work. Went on to Amazon and remembered that I had purchased insurance. Continued with the claim process and the process was easy and response was quick. I’d recommend having insurance given it’s a small fee but it is helpful. Easy claim process and fast response and resolution.

I purchased an item at Tractor Supply, as well as an Asurion protection plan to cover it. Shortly before the expiration of that coverage I had a problem with the product. I entered a claim for the replacement value and within 4 days and with no hassles I was refunded my purchase price. I am extremely happy with their seamless support and will definitely purchase their coverage for other items I may purchase.

Very pleased. We always get warranty with our stuff and we have made 3 different claims on items we have purchased in the past and now and they always go above and beyond to help and satisfy you. Awesome company to deal with. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. If you don’t get this extended warranty you are missing out for sure. We had to have our freezer, washer, dryer, and fridge repaired or replaced or they gave refund on product if it was not fixable and it was fast and easy to get the money from them

Asurion Plans are a great way to protect your purchase in case it stops working or damaged. They made filing a claim very easy. I had an outdoor light that stopped working just after a year and Asurion refunded the entire amount very quickly so that I could replace it right away.

Initially I skeptical about adding more fees to my cellular plan but I’m glad I did. It was well worth it! With so many devices and smart TVs in my home, I took the chance and I’m glad I did. We purchase numerous remote control vehicles with four grandsons and this is a good investment. Purchased a $179.00 Christmas tree + extended warranty in 2019. Four years later when we took it out of the storage box (original packaging) the middle section failed in proper erection (the branches collapsed in a downward attitude). After I couldn't figure out how to fix it, we called Asurion. We were instructed to go explain the situation to our local Home Depot, but not to take the broken tree. We went to HD and they issued a gift card and thanked us for not returning the broken tree (they throw away truck loads of trash several times a week). We took the gift card and purchased a new Xmas tree (same price) that we like even more.

I wasn't notified if they could fix it or when they sent it back. I thought it was a scam when I got a post it on my door from UPS saying a package that had to be signed for.

Asurion provided a good experience with a very efficient process. No long waits on the phone to talk to a representative. My wait time was approximately one minute. The product I sent out for repair was returned fixed within a few days. The only issue that could have increased my level of satisfaction is if Asurion had provided a shipping box to return the item. However, the free shipping label for returns was a giant plus. I was in the third year of a 4 year plan, which was relatively inexpensive when my product failed. I highly recommend Asurion Insurance.

The tech arrived at the time scheduled and within 25 minutes diagnosed and replace the washing machine's drum clutch without any disruption of our daily household activities. We were able to wash the clothes that had been awaiting the repair. Ryan did an awesome quick job his over 20 years experience is a credit to his profession. Despite an initial glitch in the online claim system, my claim was handled by a live agent and my washing machine was repaired. I would recommend the Home Depot/Asurion warranty over the more expensive warranty offered by Whirlpool, which uses the same local repair service. I was glad I purchased the Home Depot extended warranty which cost less than the repair would have cost without a warranty.

With the help of my Staples in Kalispell Montana, this went off without a hitch. The laptop was sent, repaired and returned incredibly fast. Including weekends and Thanksgiving the turnaround time was less than a week. Pretty remarkable these days. It's refreshing to deal with a company that does what it says it will do!! Luckily, we bought a 3 yr warranty plan when we bought our small kitchen appliance from Amazon. The unit quit heating. We contacted Asurion via their website and started a claim. We received an immediate response and the matter is being handled very quickly and efficiently. They will be sending an E gift card for the purchase price within 24-72 hours..

I was in the 3rd year of my warranty when the printer stopped printing in color. I tried adding more ink and ran every cleaner in maintenance. Finally called Asurion, who handled the matter in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Purchased another printer and bought the warranty again. Best money I ever spent. I've been a customer for over 3 years and glad I purchased the coverage. I've had Samsung 50 inch TV, 17 inch laptop, Klipsch speakers replaced or repaired, it pays for itself. Just what it cost you to ship back and forth to manufacture which doesn't cover shipping but it's included they send you the boxes and labels. If not repairable the reimbursement is always fair or your upgraded to current model usually with more features. It's a win win.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Asurion. They do what they say they will do, fix it or replace it. I would highly recommend this type of coverage for any unforeseen accidents. My laptop stopped working so I took it to the store to have it repaired. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired so Asurion found the closest match to the laptop and replace it, the only cost to me was my deductible for $99.00 plus tax. I am thrilled that I bought this insurance as it gives me peace of mind knowing that if I have an accident with any of my covered devices, I can call Asurion for helpThank you Asurion for your excellent customer service.

Honestly, I’ve had nothing but absolutely terrible experiences with Asurion prior to this. Charged for devices that I have returned, claims on phones denied that were valid… Put through the wringer for services I pay for. Then I got Home Tech Protection via my AT&T phone plan, BEST $25 a month I’ve ever spent! Our main living room TV went out and instead of dropping $2k to replace it with a comparable model, I paid a $99 deductible and Best Buy will be here in a week. Not stoked that it’s taking a week, but when it’s $2k for the TV I’m getting and I only paid $100 after having this service for 3 months, I’ll wait a week for $1,825!!! Thanks for finally bringing something to the table the way it was advertised!!!

Very pleased with the way ASURION handled my claim on my TV. Small amount of confusion as to whether it was covered or not but cleared up immediately. Highly recommend ASURION for all your electronics, portable and not so portable. My claim was a 55" television which I wasn't sure if they covered it. My replacement should be here next day. Asurion protected me where Beats by Dre failed. After having the first of two pairs of Beats by Dre fail and not getting any warranty coverage, I purchased Asurion with my next pair purchased in January. Unfortunately the 2nd pair of Beats didn’t last to October. When Beats denied me again, Asurion saved the day. Needless to say while I will never purchase Beats again, I've added Asurion to every purchase I've made since.

The delay and terrible service we received was beyond compare. The service provider -Paradise Appliance - sent to fix our appliance (dishwasher) was clearly incompetent and even failed to show 4 times. The last time they snuck out without a word after working on the unit after 2.5 hours …finally telling us after 3 days they needed another part. It took Asurion almost 3 months to payout on the claim for delay in repair. Navigating the call in process and need for constant escalation review was also unreasonable and unnecessarily time consuming.

I bought my product 1 1/2 years ago - an inkjet printer. I was used to laser printers that were much faster and more suited for business. I thought I wouldn't need that anymore but discovered I did. When my printer stopped printing I took it back to Staples where I bought it to discover I had a 4 year protection plan. Within one day of submitting my claim I was told it was resolved and a check for the full price was on its way. I bought the laser printer I wanted and got a 4 year plan on it too!

I have been trying to get my Whirlpool washer fixed since September 28. It is now November 22. They have put in over $1000 worth of parts. I’ve had two different companies and when the last technician left he assured me it was fixed the next day I went to do laundry it was not fixed. I’ve been back-and-forth with two different companies at least six times I have called the assurance insurance company. I’ve been hung up on. I have been dismissed. No one can help me and I am very dissatisfied.

I was skeptical when I started the plan because the cost was minimal and I had the "too good to be true mentality". Super easy to make a claim. The only issue I have is I get a refund, gift card, to purchase a new item. The item is not the same price. It makes it hard to repurchase when the amount is not the same. The same thing happened with the return of a cell phone. The reimbursement is lower than a phone now. Just frustrating. A new, same or equal valued, product would make life easier.

After 10 days no change. So I called again. Within 10 minutes Jordan from customer service walked me through changing my email and my claim is in and a new TV is on the way. Submitting a claim was very easy to do online. Had to call customer care during the process and they were very friendly and informative. Claim was approved quickly. Paying the fee and selecting a replacement was done within minutes. The options for a replacement were good and they offered different brands. Wish they had a way to compare all the options at once instead of selecting each one separately. I just googled them individually to see which one I preferred. Warranty has paid for itself. Very worth the investment. I've used it before for these sets of lights before because they've proven to consistently malfunction. I’m sure everyone involved in trying to get my guitar amplifier fixed, worked hard, but I was left with a unsure feeling that it was going to lose translation by the time the amp got to a technician.. The CHAT part of the company seems unable to check with the PHONE operator’s notes and vice versa. Hours was spent on communication, I was doubtful on a good outcome. I was finally able to get it mostly resolved but it was not an easy experience.

The only mistake was I wasn't offered a E card to start with. Also the check did not have my complete address on it but it did get to me. However the representatives were very helpful and were able to clear up the issue for me. Also I was able on three occasions to get through almost instantly and in today's world that is something. This company made a difficult job easy. I never thought that I would have to use the warranty for my karaoke machine. I do purchase warranties from Amazon quite frequently even for my gift items. Now I feel secure. I will definitely continue to purchase, although this is my first claim ever.

Filing a claim is stupid simple. I cannot over, simplify it more than that. I explained my issue in a couple of words, I was given a choice between dropping it off, or having UPS pick it up. Let’s hope transit time is just as quick as the claim. All I have to do now is wait for the email with the shipping label and head on over to the UPS store. I believe this option to be better as I don’t have to worry about my boxing abilities.

So far with all of my products that I have had with Asurion have been handled without any problems. I have had claims for tablets with my grandchildren and they honor them without questions with them all. We all know how toddlers can be with electronics. They are extremely rough and they take a beating.

In the month of October 2023, on Directv Asurion protection Plans there are basically 3. The higher you go from Plan A to B, B includes A. And C includes A, B. On the bottom of the brochure it states what it will not cover including images what it will cover. I was told by a few different representatives C Plan will cover "Damaged" Televisions including laptops tablets screens. Nowhere does it said, "only internal damages to televisions." I filed a claim and it was denied and I spoke with a manager named Matthew who then tried to direct me to an URL site outside of Directv for more terms.
Nowhere Directv instructs its customers to go to another URL. Looking at it Prima Facia (Face Value) Television damages stated by representatives with C includes A and B (nowhere those said Internal only as well); it is my opinion, Asurion is being enriched unfairly to say their 'Interpretation' gives them exclusive rights to denied when a reasonable person, customer with good standing, is denied for repairs and/or replacement from a Billion Dollar insurance company like Asurion.

My experience with Asurion was excellent. Our product stopped working, I did troubleshooting and when that did not work, I filed a claim and was told we would receive the value of what we paid so we can replace. It was worth it to buy the coverage. Will definitely buy coverage on eligible products from now on.

I recently filed a claim through Asurion on my iPhone 15 Pro. It was immediately approved, and I had a new device the following business day. Upon further inspection, they sent me the incorrect device - an iPhone 15 Plus. How this happened was never explained to me, but I called to correct the mistake. I was instructed to return the incorrect device, which was done the same day. I was also instructed to fill out a new claim, an affidavit, and upload my photo ID to get the correct device sent. All 3 were completed the same day as well (Friday).
I did not hear from anyone by Monday, so I called to get an update. I was AGAIN asked to fill out a new claim, affidavit, and upload my ID. This time, my claim was denied because they were stating it occurred before my coverage. This is untrue, and at this point somehow my claim is working backward - had they just sent the correct device, I'd have a working phone. Instead, I was asked to fill out the paperwork and file a new claim ONCE AGAIN. I'm now 3 claims in, with a damaged phone, and am no closer to having it resolved. My claim agent said they'd follow up with an email last night - shocker, that has also not occurred. I'm not sure why I paid for insurance to have this amount of red tape, but I'd highly suggest looking elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Received a replacement phone through Asurion/Verizon. Phone was delivered to our home. The phone being replaced (due to damage) was being used at a different location. By one of my children!!! Service was cut off!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is one of my CHILDREN'S phones. The delivery person was told that the phone was not available to be activated at the time of delivery. They chose to DEACTIVATE the phone! So my child had no phone for hours...no way to contact them!! I just switched from TMOBILE to VERIZON...going back!

I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and the service, so I signed up for their electronics and appliance coverages. I've had coverages in the past and haven't been satisfied, but Asurion is a little different. They have a standard upfront fee for the service call of $99, and then all the parts are covered. I could have saved about $200 on my last issue had I already been signed up.

If what just happened is actually happening, then it's the first time in the history of ever that I'm happy with buying insurance coverage for my product. Within seconds of submitting my claim, I received a notice saying I'm getting a refund for my faulty unit. If I'm wrong, then the online community will hear about it. But if I'm right, there's no other thing to say than wow, that was easy and so far I'm very happy.

Need to upgrade on how to retrieve the paper claim form because I didn’t have a home printer and you have to go to FedEx copies building and they charge a $10 hold on your card for one piece of paper. That’s the only problem. Other than that this team was very excellent and professional, Very helpful. I can thank you on 1000 times for making me happy today but God is first LOL so thank you Jesus.

Our security camera started failing last week. We noticed that the lens are faulty because we could hardly see anything on the screen, picture and video were hazy. No matter how much we cleaned the lens, it made no difference. Thank goodness that we signed up with Asurion warranty. Filing the claim as easy as 1-2-3. Filled up questionnaire online and once I clicked SUBMIT, I got a text message right away saying that they are reimbursing us the full amount.

I have had a great experience with this service. Although some of the refurbish things are not one hundred percent and need to be replaced a second time, they replace what is broken. For a busy lifestyle, to be able to send in broken items and receive replacements without having to go somewhere is fantastic. I highly recommend.

The process was very easy and quick. The only negative is that you have to ship your laptop to them and do without it and not know whether you are getting it or a replacement back. Otherwise they were easy to talk to and they made notes and tested everything and it was shipped back within 2 weeks.

I purchased a phone through AT&T. I chose to have it delivered by an Asurion “expert” to my office and would set up my phone for me. I received a confirmation email saying that my phone would be delivered on a Friday. My delivery window was 10 AM to noon. At 12:30 no one had called so I contacted Asurion. I was told that no one would be delivering my phone that day, and that it would need to be rescheduled. The customer service rep told me he would contact me on Monday to verify my new appointment date of Tuesday between 12 PM and 2 PM. He also said a supervisor would return my call. That Sunday a supervisor called and guarantee that my phone would be delivered as scheduled.
On Monday, I received a phone call from the customer service rep guaranteeing that my phone would be delivered as scheduled as well. At 11:30 AM on Tuesday I received a text saying that someone named Dylan would be delivering my phone. I was off the day it was to be delivered but I went to my office and waited for someone to arrive. I waited 2 1/2 hours and no one showed, no one called. When I contacted customer service, they told me my phone was not going to be delivered again. I was so furious I hung up. I called back and asked when they would be able to deliver my phone and the person said he could not tell me because it needed to be returned to the AT&T warehouse before they could reschedule a delivery. That was to be the next day, Wednesday.
So I had ordered a phone with it to not be delivered as promised twice. I have little faith that someone will call me tomorrow, as promised, to reschedule a delivery. They do not allow you to go to the warehouse and pick it up yourself. They are holding my phone hostage and I’m at the mercy of this ridiculous company. I was hoping for the convenience of someone setting it up and handing me my phone ready to go and this is the treatment that I get. Never use this company to deliver your phone if you need it in a timely manner. I will tell everyone I know never to use this company. I considered purchasing insurance through them, but I refuse to give them any of my money. Avoid this company if you can!

Laptop screen was black in right hand bottom corner, and the rest of the screen was white with yellow lines. I use insurance and it was repaired and returned quickly. I would recommend to anyone that is making and expensive purchase, like a laptop, to purchase the insurance protection plan.

Warranty repair under Costco extended warranty. Service was prompt professional and courteous. Repair man came with multiple parts so repair was performed in one visit. Would highly recommend the warranty to any Costco member. Repair was for a 70” LG tv. Screen is working and hopefully lasts a few more years.

I’m happy to be able to get my MacBook Pro fixed for just a $100 deductible! That’s the best price around and I’m so relieved! Cricket uses Asurion for their warranty program. Asurion does give you choice as to what phone they send you to replace your broken phone. They send the phones that don't sell. It never matches the quality of your original phone. As a senior citizen the phone they send me has very tiny letters and keys and certainly does work for a senior citizen. The small letter makes anything difficult. The phone they send me is very smooth and easily from old hands. My just my opinion but even young people say the same thing when I hand them the phone. The small type and screen is totally inconvenient for senior citizens. Asurion should hire a senior citizen consultant to better understand what seniors need. The replacement is a terrible replacement. I have been with Cricket for a decade and got shafted by their insurance program.

Great job. Easily done. The only thing Asurion charged me 108. I did not think I had to pay anything to get this. But not bad at all. Easy to place claim and order tv. Can wait to get our new tv.
