Life saver service.. couldn't have been better. One hundred dollars for a new television is practically unheard of especially when the television is smart. The television that failed is nowhere near the caliber of the one they replaced it with. AWESOME! I have told everyone in my family about this service and most have signed up.

My experience was very quick and easy. If I can do this anyone can, very much worth the purchase. The replacement plan doesn't seem to have any flaws and I will get this plan on all the products that it is offered on. My experience with the LG technician was great, From the error code he knew exactly what was wrong and quickly fixed it, including a replacement for a bad part. I couldn't have been more pleased. I had worried about the washer-dryer not working for weeks, so I was glad that I had finally gotten the time to call Asurion to get it fixed. Very happy with the results.

Thank you for a partial reimbursement for our blue ray. It would not connecting to Netflix and stopped working. We had to buy a new one that was compatible The app was easy to use and a decision was made promptly. Thank you once again for covering our household connections.

The process for us to help get our television replaced was extremely easy. It took just fifteen minutes to have the order in and it says that shipping will be only five to seven days! First time using an extended warranty. Asurion operator was very helpful. Sent me a return label, I took my laptop to UPS and sent it off. They fixed my laptop and returned it very quickly. Glad I had the warranty as my laptop is almost 2 years old. Great customer service!

I turned the power on to my mixing board and no power, so I filed a claim with Asurion, and that was all of telling the my name, the product name, and what happened and no wait, I am being sent a prepaid Ups ship label and it was really that simple, I will get asurion on anything I buy that they offer insurance for.

This was one of the most easiest experiences I have had with replacement and repair. It took the long hours of going and finding or hunting for a TV. Loved the experience! From calling for service to actually selecting the tv was so smooth and hassle free. Had to call my son and give him the great news. I will be recommending to a family and friends.

The techs that I worked with were professional and helpful. When my problem couldn't be fixed, they walked me through the claims procedure and within a week I received my reimbursement. I purchased a stationary Eye Vac in October 2021 and purchased this extended warranty. The vacuum quit working today (a piece that holds the front on broke). I filed a claim this morning and was paid in full for the replacement; in lieu of an Amazon Gift Card. ($114.00). I filed the claim and was refunded in less than 5 minutes. I will purchase this protection again and highly recommend it for you.

My experience with Asurion has been great. My son plays football all year round 7 v 7 and tackle. Whenever my equipment has defects or punctures in the gloves submitting claims is fast and easy. I've had good interactions over the phone with customer service and the online process is simple.

Yes I would recommend a friend. This program with Verizon is definitely the best home protection program period. They have made it very simple and easy to replace your personal home products. It took less than 10 minutes to file the claim and I selected the television I wanted and it’s in the way.

Great service. Mine was unfixable. They replaced it with no problems whatsoever. Service was quick and easy. Sending me new laptop for replacement. Exceeded my expectations. My iPad screen cracked. I was leary about filing a claim thinking it wouldn’t be covered even though I have the Insurance but Asurion made it easy and simple. I filled out the claim, I was provided me a label. And within a week of dropping off the defective iPad they sent me a text asking which replacement item I wanted.

This service has saved me time and money when the unexpected electric devices decide they are done and you have to dip into savings to replace but these guys knock it out the park. Asurion was definitely worth it. It was very easy to navigate and great protection for malfunctioning tech. My smart watch started malfunctioning a year after I bought it and I am glad I got Asurion protection so I can now have a replacement at no cost. I would definitely add Asurion to any tech device I buy in the future. This is the end of my review.

We purchased a tablet for our daughter and bought the extended coverage through this company. On and off button pushed in and fell inside. I filed a claim in a matter of seconds. It was all done. No hassle. Absolutely will purchase again. I recommend everyone purchased the extended coverage. If it’s this company, outstanding service.

If you purchase electronics over $200 just get the warranty. You never know what will happen but it's 2 years and they will repair anything. You don't have to worry about getting someone to do repairs and it's as simple as clicking a link, typing what's wrong with the product and how to reproduce the issue then go to a drop off point with a box.

Very easy to submit my claim. It took less than 10 minutes and I was picking out a new TV. It might be refurbished, I didn’t read all of the fine print, but it was much less expensive and much less work than having to go out and buy a new TV. I paid the $99.00 (plus tax) fee, and I will have a new TV delivered to my home in 2 days. I actually waited a day to file my claim because I didn’t want the hassle of dealing with it, as it turns out it is very easy, fast and I got another 5 inches with the new TV!

Asurion is an amazing company that provides no hassle online claims, with a quick and easy filing process. I highly recommend them to everyone. All I had to do was click a few buttons and explain the issue, and they approved the claim. I wish all companies offered the same easy claim filing process. They were supposed to deliver same day. They did not. Now when I call to see why and what's going on they tell me it won't be delivered until tomorrow. I am furious and it is unacceptable to pay for this and then not follow thru with their end of what they promise. And of course charged me 229.00 and now 3 days without phone for the GM of a business. Absolutely furious and will be looking into a better insurance to cover this. Their service sucks.

I had to get a drone repaired and Asurion made the process very easy. The website is easy to use, they kept me updated regularly on the repair status, and returned the drone quickly in like new condition. I wouldn't think of using another service. They did exactly what they said they would do. The value is well worth the price. I give Asurion my highest possible recommendation.

This was an unexpectedly great experience. I rarely ever buy extended warranties. I've found that it's often such a pain to collect when things break that it's just not worth the time and effort. I ended up buying a warranty this time because the treadmill was fairly expensive and not from a name brand. And unfortunately, as I had worried, the treadmill stopped working after a little over a year of use. I went to submit a warranty claim, expecting hours of effort. By some miracle, however, I had a gift card for the purchase price in my inbox within about 5 minutes of starting my claim. After this experience, I will not hesitate to buy an extended warranty when I replace the treadmill. After today, I now highly recommend Asurion.

The U Break I Fix store in Henderson Stephanie Street in Las Vegas is extremely friendly and very accommodating. However I did speak to a young lady - Don’t remember her name when I was submitting a claim. She was extremely rude, short with me and made me feel as a burden with my claim. I thought it was very disrespectful and I felt awful for using the services I was paying for. Other than that I had a positive experience with everyone that helped me at the store. Thank you!

Purchased an office chair two years ago. It’s been a great chair but the lean back function failed and the chair began to lean back without a lot of pressure. The warranty process couldn’t not have been easier and within three days we had a credit for a new chair. Usually you get nothing but a run around with a warranty but this was a complete opposite. They made it so simple!! Well done.

I have used this company to cover all my appliances which I purchased from Home Depot. I found them to be reliable and easy to get help for repairs. I would recommend this company for coverage of my appliances. They covered my Kitchenaid, kitchen appliances as well as my washer and dryer by Samsung. The company is easy to call for services and they send the company which is specific for the appliance which needs repair.

It was hard trying to get through but as time went things got resolved. It's been since January 9th or 13th. The final process was February 21, 2024. I am thankful that I was placed with the correct staffing each time. So for seniors it should be less complicated and more easier to process etc.

I am SO glad I bought this insurance. Almost everything that can go wrong with a refrigerator has happened to this one. The product is a lemon but Asurion has kept it going since I bought it five years ago. I'm not happy that my coverage will run out in a few months.

Really liked Asurion. We got it for our microwave and the minute we had problems with the microwave, my husband called them. For a change somebody answered the phone!! We've had real bad experiences with several other companies. But one call was all it took and we got the check within 10 days.

When I switched to Verizon after being with AT&T for 25 years, it was time to shop around and see the best plan and valuer for my family. The additional peace of mind from the extended home warranty to other devices was a God-send. I would highly recommend Asurion’s home device protection plan for any Verizon home customer. I have always been a Fios customer and my internet speeds are blindingly fast. One small point was when I ran SpeedTest from Ookla, in Toronto at my friend's house, I was getting 600mbit/s upload/download, whereas the fastest I’ve ever seen at home with the latest FIOS router, I only get 200-300 Mbit/s. WiFi, and 985Mbit/s from Verizon router directly connected via Cat 8 Ethernet cable.

When I purchased my smart watch I decided to also purchase the 2 year protection plan. After I had the watch for one year I damaged the screen. Needless to say I was upset. Then I remembered that I had the plan. I filed a claim and my watch will be restored. It was very easy to file the claim. I would highly recommend purchasing the protection plan. Without the plan I would be out of a watch and I would have to purchase a new one. Don't be cheap, purchase the plan.

I haven't received my replacement yet but the claim filing process was really great! I even got reminder text when I hadn't totally completed the claim and picking my replacement. The replacement selection gave me 5 choices instead of making me get "stuck" with what someone decided to replace my TV with.

I Purchased a 2-year Asurion warranty for my $4000 laptop, expecting reliable protection. When my laptop needed repairs, Asurion's system incorrectly claimed it was still under Asus' warranty. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service at 866-551-5924 and 844-312-2165, calls were disconnected before I could speak to a representative. The repeated failure to connect with someone for help was super frustrating. This lack of direct communication and resolution has been highly disappointing, leaving me with a broken laptop and unfulfilled warranty service. Investing in this warranty resulted in no tangible support, and I strongly recommend considering other options before relying on Asurion's services.

Filed a claim on the Verizon Home Protect Plan with Asurion and the claim process was well laid out in the design and the information required was straightforward forward making the process very painless and pleasant and easy to perform. I am very pleased. I have not yet shipped the warranted item as I just completed the claim minutes ago.
The item which is an iPad Air with a damaged screen (which is not a Verizon account acquired item though) is covered under the Home Protect Plan Warranty I pay monthly $25 for! I do need to find out how to best prepare my data on the device for security purposes other than ensuring it is backed up to iCloud before sending the device in for the repair of the screen on the tablet!
I am very pleased so far and it was a blessing to have gotten the warranty plan that covered all electronics in the home I believe! The total upfront cost was $99.xx ($107.xx) to cover the repair whereas the cheapest quality repair through a reputable Amazon seller/servicer was going to be $170 something before tax! Being this warranty can be applied to additional items as well it has my approval at this point! $107+($25x2(for two months)) = $157.xx versus what was going to be a total of $197.xx through Amazon so this was a win for me even though warranty plans are gamble of whether having and not needing or needing and not having!

Unfortunately was clumsy upon travel and banged my case on a counter hard. Screen cracked at the top, filed a claim in seconds, postage box is on the way, hope we can get it fixed and back. So far pleased with service, sorry I had to use it. Hopefully the rest goes as smooth so I can provide an update on the claim.

From the filing the claim to receiving my computer back the experience was superb. And so quick. My computer was a one of a kind and they fixed it within a few days and returned it to me within a week. Customer service was superb. I've had Asurion Home+ for about 3 years now. I've had to replace 2 iPads and repair the keys to my Macbook. The repair shop is very convenient to my house. I just drop it off and come back in a day or 2 to pick it up. The ease of service, convenience, customer service and pricing is worth it. My transactions were very seamless. The security and peace of mind of having Asurion Home+ is definitely worth it. I highly recommend getting Asurion Home+ for your tech equipment.

Asurion switched the account holder name back and forth and gave unacceptable excuses of denying my claims. Before buying home protect program, they told me it covers all electronic devices, when I claimed in December & January - was covered, but the same item for not acceptable excuse reclaimed told me not cover. Review department was changed the denial reason left and right nonstop and ask customer to reclaim again and again. It is very obvious cheating business. When you called & talked to higher level, it is also useless. It is obviously want to take monthly premium. I already cancelled ATT Mobility with Asurion, next to cancel is Home Protect. Cheating company.

This has been the greatest protection plan that I’ve ever had for all of my home electronics! The process is simple, easy, and hassle free! So far I have had 2 of my electronics to stop operating properly and both issues were resolved as soon as I put in my claim! My television stopped working and I was able to get a brand new one scheduled to be delivered within 2 days! Awesome service!

Peter from Sat Way Inc. through Asurion went above and beyond in installing/setting up our T.V. Much appreciated. Without Peter I am not sure how we could have installed our T.V. Peter is very knowledgeable and helpful. Peter took all the safety procedures to install the T.V when we have small kids walking around.

I'm extremely satisfied with Asurion Warranty. I bought Samsung TV from Costco 3 years ago with extended warranty for $59. 3 weeks ago I couldn't turn it on. I called the Asurion. The technician came to my house and replaced the TV LCD screen 2 weeks later. It's worth it to buy extended warranty.

We've made use of our Asurion home plus warranty several times and have had a great experience. Easy to enter a claim, quick responses, and not a lot of trouble. Most recently, our TV died and while I expected a long and drawn out process of repair techs coming and going, we received an option for a replacement immediately. Very happy with everything so far!

Quick and easy. I really expected my coffee maker to last longer than this. I don't think I will invest so much in a expresso machine again. They sell more simple better milk frothers online. It is good I return it because it was getting dangerous to use. First its pressure went then it began to overheat really bad.

Asurion works really good at maintaining and upkeeping records. Just make sure everything is working before the tech leaves. I had a filter repaired and the ice machine we were told was start up in 72 hours but it didn't... Giving them a call again, but overall I am satisfied currently.

It was nice to pay for an insurance plan that actually worked and truly was zero money out-of-pocket. Our tech Francisco was so easy to work with and it was a great experience. I will most likely buy Asurion plans for any major purchase. I do moving forward. If you’re on the fence of whether or not these plans work, then take this as a recommendation.

Very easy to reach an agent via chat or phone. Every agent I spoke with was very helpful and professional. I felt they really wanted to help resolve my issue to my satisfaction - which they did. Once the claim was reviewed and approved, my reimbursement was promptly mailed.

Bought a humidifier and also bought the extended warranty from Asurion. The humidifier quit working after 1 year so they are refunding my money. I will definitely buy an extended warranty from Asurion again, great company. Very pleased how fast they got back to me on this issue. I definitely recommend this company.

Was able to quickly get the iPad replaced for my visually disabled housemate since there was damage beyond the glass screen. Extremely easy and didn't have any problems at all. Our TV stopped working and they troubleshot the problem. But with no avail it just wouldn't work. Within 3 days we will have a brand new replacement. We still will keep this insurance because of the ease and non problematic process. I plan to keep this in case anything else goes out in the future.

Our experience with Asurion and AAT Home Tech Protect was awesome from start to end. Filing the claim was so simple. We did it over the phone. Took the item to uBreakiFix. The protection plan relieves the stress of repairing your home electronics. The website is easy to file a claim. If you do have any trouble, you can contact a live person to assist as opposed to having to deal with computerized assistance. I truly appreciate that. To be completely honest I am practically computer illiterate. They made it so easy to return the product to have the screen fixed. The entire thing was done online on my phone. It was very easy even for someone with no computer skills whatsoever. They do a great job. I have insurance with them on several items I've purchased. I would absolutely recommend Asurion!

Our service representative, Michael was terrific, he kept me informed during the service visits. Troubleshooting isn't always easy, so we worked together during the Troubleshooting process which was directed by our service representative, Michael. I strongly recommend Asurion for equipment service insurance. Hopefully the issue with our LG Dryer has been corrected but if not I have Asurion Appliance Insurance which I can rely on for any further issues that may come up in the future. With all the built-in electronics in appliances these days, you need to have appliance insurance.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a service company. They deserve 5 stars as they are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The cost for the contract is very reasonable and it was only a matter of a couple days before the work was completed. In fact the technician had even to the best of his ability diagnosed the problem and had the part delivered to my house the morning of the day he was scheduled to be there. I highly recommend them.

I had amazing service with getting a replacement, it didn't take very long and I felt like my needs were valued. Customer service was amazing and my representative was nice and wanted to resolve my issue. I'm so happy to have had service at a time when I really needed it. Not everyday would you expect that something would happen to an item you have in your home but having insurance sure helps when you least expect it.

Thank goodness, I purchased the Warranty, very easy to apply starting a new claim and very responsive. Asurion was very easy to work with. The representative was professional, friendly and efficient. The technician AJ was amazing. He went through the washer completely, but when he heard how it filled, he told me, "It's not your washer; it's the pressure coming in. Before I go let me check the pressure coming into your home, please ". He actually caught a problem that would have cost us thousands of dollars. I had a really good experience. No problem. Will use them again. I have used these plans on everything I order from ear phone to sound bar for my tv's. I don't know what else to say. My ear piece stop working before the warrant ended which is good for me. I was really worried that I missed the window for the warranty. I was lucky and very pleased.

Filing a claim with Asurion is so easy! I've had Home+ coverage for 2 years. This is the 2nd time I've needed help, and Asurion knocked it out of the park both times. The 1st time I used my plan, I walked into a uBreakiFix store with my laptop. I had spilled water on it. I left my computer with Brandon and it was ready for pick-up later that day!
This time my TV stopped connecting to the wifi. When googling troubleshooting ideas, I came across an article with tips and tricks. At the end of the page it advised me to reach out to "Tech Support Pros." Further down the page was an ad for Asurion. Oh yeah - I have Asurion Home+. I filed a claim online, noting the troubleshooting steps I had executed. The claim was fast and simple. When my claim was approved, the hardest part of the process was picking out the replacement! Thank you, Asurion for your technical support and providing coverage for my technology, even after the manufacturer won't. Thanks to Asurion Home+, I know I never have to worry about tech issues.

Every time I have had a claim I'm always helped by professional, understanding people. The process in filing the claim is easy and It's not complicated. My phone was not charging. I called Asurion and they said my insurance would provide another phone for free over the phone. They came to my house with another phone and the person said there would be no charge, it was free. I got my bill with a charge of 275$. The person lied to me over the phone and the in person also lied to me. This insurance is worthless!!!

Typically, the device has a one year warranty as long as the device does not have any physical or liquid damage. Anytime a claim is filed using your insurance, there will be a deductible. I really like the playpen. It's cute and roomy for my 1yr old. The only problem was the plastic connection pieces, they cracked. It was pretty easy to file the claim using my Asurion insurance. I am very angry and furious about what has happened, I sent them my son's Oculus Quest 2, which has the black screen and not working at all! Today we received it, supposedly repaired and my son was very happy, When he turned it on, it was the same as when we had sent it for repair with the black screen! He started to cry, Seeing this I felt angry and frustrated, I called Asurion to tell them what was happening and their only response was, Send it to us again and we will repair it!

The technician was knowledgeable enough to understand the problem in a moment he looked at the screen. There was debate between me and my kids about whether the TV has a problem or not. But after comparing with our other TV, my daughter agreed that our LG TV's picture is dull, and a bit darker and bluish. So I called Asurion. The phone agent asked me to do few things, like power off, press the power button for 10 seconds etc. I knew it not gonna work and finally she assigned this for a real repair. Within 2 days a technician came and he knew right away that the it was a problem with the backlight. He had to pickup the TV and return in a week. Boom, the TV is now working like new!

I had to exit the claim area to type product information and brand information and was prompted to start from the beginning. Remarkably, I had a such a good experience with an insurance company that I'm posting about it. No kinda can't believe it myself. It was for a chair protection plan from Staples. They processed the claim within 48 hours which is a remarkably fast turn around time. I think I will use Asurion the next time I have an option at Staples.

I recently had to file a claim for a coffee maker that stopped working. This was absolutely by far the easiest claims process I have ever experienced. Called the claims number on policy to begin the process. I was sent a return label so I could return the item with no cost to me. And as soon as they received notification that the item was shipped with the return label, I received an email asking how I wanted my refund sent and within 24 hours every penny I paid for the original purchase - including shipping - was back in my account.

It is so worth buying the warranty plan from Asurion when purchasing a printer… I had a problem with my printer late 2022 and it was replaced with an E-gift card from Asurion after they checked it out once they received it from me… And then a problem happened with my new printer and apparently I found out that the printer had a malfunction error when I called and once it was shipped I received an E-gift card again immediately this time so I was able to replace my printer…As I love HP printers I bought another one which was on sale and with the 4 year warranty I purchased again I still have $3 something left in my E-gift card…I would NEVER buy any electronic equipment w/o purchasing a warranty ~ it is worth EVERY penny… Thanks Asurion for ALWAYS being there for me… Linda

Asurion is a scam. I paid for a replacement phone; now they say my claim is unable to be processed. I am without a phone and they say I cannot cancel the claim even though nothing is being done for it. I have spent 8 hours so far fighting with their website and making calls to speak to various representatives - so now they have stolen my money, and more importantly, my time. Absolutely absurd. It was a mistake to trust them with replacing my lost phone.

Dropped my 5 yr old iPad on a sharp object & broke the screen.. online estimates were 225 plus. I paid 100.00 for a new iPad. Also they gave my good understandable computer support. I have a razor phone. I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. I filed insurance claim a refurbished phone was sent. A month later I opened the phone and it cracked the screen. This is obviously a defective repair. No screen should crack when opening it. They sent a refurbished phone not properly repaired. When I called I spoke to 3 agents in the Philippines. Each one read a script verbatim. I was told to file another claim at $100 to get another refurbished phone. That their devices were only guaranteed for 7 days. I asked to speak with a supervisor in the USA. This was not an option. I received no help. What a racket this insurance is. At this rate I'll pay $1200 a year for refurbished phones. I'm very disappointed.

Got a bad ass limited edition phone replaced for free. No service charge or anything. I definitely recommend always getting the 2 year coverage if you are shopping on Backmarket. I always do and am extremely happy I finally got to use it and it worked so well.

The technician came in on time and check what was wrong with the washer and dryer. He had to order parts for both washer and dryer so then called back to install. He was very professional to call back to scheduled a time to install and got the job done. Very pleased. I am very happy we got this protection plan. This helps especially when both washer and dryer give out. It’s good to know you're covered and don’t have to know about it.

The overall experience is much better that we even expected, we thought it would be much more extensive e.g. researching options but most of the information was already provided by Asurion and made the selection process much more easier. Normally we prefer in person services but the online service provided by Asurion for repairs and replacement was extremely noteworthy and surprising because it was handled in three phases, phase 1, (submitting claims), phase 2 (the approval process by Asurion) and phase 3 (closing out the claim) for replacement. My wife and I appreciate the customer care received. Thank you!

I had a problem with a very expensive coffee machine. I was very upset when I tried to get in touch with the seller or manufacturer but got no response. The machine should have been under warranty with them. Thankfully I had bought the Asurion warranty and they are taking care of my issue. I am very glad that I bought the Asurion warranty and will be settled with them quickly.

The service people are great and very helpful. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get thru but I just wait until later to get someone. I will have to try to learn the website as this should be easier to use. Since this site has changed from Sprint to T-mobile it is not clear how to use the Website. I also didn't know really what this insurance covered as I got it when I was getting a phone from sprint. I now found out there is one for appliances and this one for things other than phones.

It took me a little time to get to where I needed to file the claim, which was a small T to a Giant. Overall, my experience was excellent, from the Verizon representative to completing the form - a few questions surrounding the issue. There were no issues with approval, and it was quick; I didn't get the run-around. My replacement choices were very good for the TV being replaced. It was that simple; I am glad I elected to enroll in the program after all; it was very beneficial to my needs. Note that there's a replacement fee involved, but it is reasonable compared to purchasing a new TV outright. Lastly, I have had this service for at least a year or more before submitting my 1st claim; therefore, I have pretty much paid for my TV in monthly fees. Yes, I recommend this service.

Because I feel comfortable that they always have an answer to the questions I ask them, I would like them to have more bilingual operators but I do feel that they are very responsible. Defrosting unit not working and after defrosting the built up ice in the freezer unit, freezer appeared to be working. When service person came, he called his supervisor and they both decided refrigerator was probably fine. He proceeded to return shelves, etc. (which we had taken out) back into the refrigerator freezer. I asked him if he couldn't troubleshoot or at least take off the back panel to check it to make sure refrigerator was working.
After back panel was removed, there was ice on the coils and he had to replace a part. Had I not persisted in asking him to check, I would have had to call in again, making for much work on my part and food we would have had to throw away. Not to mention the inconvenience of taking our frozen food to our dtr's house and a neighbor's house. I feel as an 83 yr old woman, he tried to take advantage of me thinking I would have let him go without further checking. I realize they're probably overworked, but as my mother taught me, "if you're going to do a job, do the best you can even if you don't like the job".

The only thing I’m not happy about is that there’s no place close where I can get my device fixed. I have to drive over 30 miles. Please find a store closer to me. I don’t like the fact that I have to ship my laptop out to be repaired. I wish there was a store I could just drop it off and come back and pick it up.

Great customer service, I don’t usually get a warranty but I did get it for a few items and I have never had to use it. This is the first time I’ve ever used it, and I feel like they took the issue and solved it in record time. I’ve gotten excellent service from the warranty protection I purchased from Home Depot. I upgraded all my kitchen appliances and purchased the warranty protection at a very reasonable price for five years. The service provided when I needed it has been fantastic. Everything was handled for me. From getting the best local refrigerator repair service to providing claim service if needed for any foods that was lost during the downtime. I can’t recommend this service highly enough. All it took was one phone call that Home Depot provided.

Faulty working MacBook. Asurion sent my device back to me fully charged, and it never charged again faster that. I sent it back to them only to receive a replacement that was heavily scratched up. I then choose another replace by to replace the OTHER replacement. Here we are 3 days later from selecting a replacement and I have yet to receive a tracking number. Of course the department I need to speak with is not open on weekends. Go figure. “DO BETTER.”

My space heater just stopped working and of course it was 1 month after the 1 year manufacturer warranty so I was so glad I paid the cost for the 3 year extended plan. It could easily be a 5 star rating but they left no receipt. The rep was upfront of any charges and then quietly went to work. Very good with hygiene. The room was wiped down and tech had a mask on. All the techs were overly concerned about my comfort.

I've used Asurion several times. Service is always fast and appropriate for the issue. They don't quibble over the replacement or make you feel like they think you are faking a claim. Replacement of my disabled television is beyond my expectation and I am very appreciative. However, I believe that it would have been more cost effective to simply repair the older television. I am now faced with trying to determine how to get rid of the old television. I would like any suggestions as to what to do with the other television. I believe that a repair job would be cheaper and I have no space for the old television.

Asurion did great work on evaluation of my laptop. In end it could not be repaired, but they replaced it with an equivalent model. I am happy with my choice using asurion. They have also helped me in prior cases on my electronics. We had situation a couple months ago where my son broke his tablet screen. Asurion took it in, and did a full repair.

They have done a great job in my repair to my laptop! My issue is with the warranty policy!’ When you buy a 2-4 year plan they send you to the manufacturer in year one if a issue is to happen! So they should be selling a coverage package from year 2 and on, 90% of things you buy offer a 1 year warranty anyway! So not sure what we are paying for in year 1…

The only thing keeping this from being a 100/100 is no app. That’s it. My service was fast and easy. I put what was wrong with my tv. They asked a few simple questions and they gave me the option of three different TVs and I was completely fine with that. Also a quick turnaround date to have it ship even the day after Xmas.
