I’ve only gotten done with the first part of the warranty. They’re supposed to pick up my product tomorrow. I’ll update after job finished. Hopefully the job will be quick and when I get my drone back I’ll be flying again.

This was my first time using my home protection plan with Asurion and overall the experience was great. It was fast and easy to navigate through the claim process. You guys are amazing, Asurion is too good to be true. Before I joined Asurion I was spending a lot of money replacing items that were broken or damaged. That is in the past. Asurion walks you right through the claims process. Quick and easy and their product protection is worth every penny. I do most of my shopping online and I like to protect everything I purchase. I've been using Asurion for years and they always put the customer first. If they can't fix it they try to replace it or you get your money back.. it's a no brainer.

My laptop was in bad shape. The screen was bleeding and the keys were skipping and sticking. I am pleased that Asurion replaced my Dell laptop with an Acer or a Lenovo. I decided to take the Lenovo. I picked it because it closely resembled what I had. I am thrilled with Asurion. I will tell everyone that they keep their promise.

Very responsive and great support. The sports glove that I purchased from the sporting goods store eventually wore through in a couple of spots that resulted in holes in the fingers and palm. I submitted the claim and was immediately notified that I would be reimbursed for the cost. The process was very simple and only took a few minutes. I recommend Asurion to others as this is not the first time that I have had a product wear out prematurely. I will use Asurion again for future purchases. Thank you for the quick response.

I had on mail the new policy of NOT A DEDUCTIBLE for a repair for any home tech repair.. under the home protection premium plan and when I talk to you / you told me that it wasn’t true. I really cannot even imagine what Asurion could have done better than the surprisingly great work you've done here. I will say, though, I was beginning to rethink having Asurion as another one of my monthly bills, wondering if it was even worth it. Well, I have my answer now and it is a resounding YES. That is very easy and they stood behind the warranty like they said. It was very quick and easy how to do is follow the warranty. Next time I'll bring my own package to the FedEx store instead of buying their box. Will definitely buy the warranty again for my product.

Portable Bidet Seat knob that controlled the water broke. My claim was completed in one easy, quick phone call, and it was above and beyond my expectations! I bought an Extreme power pool pump from Amazon 7/22. At that time we also purchased the 3 year warranty. The pump had an issue and stopped working 6/26/24. This warranty company reimbursed the cost of the pump almost immediately. When I purchase a new pump, I had to pay a bit more for the new one. But save $265 from the reimbursement on original pump.

My daughter cracked her screen and Asurion made replacement process so easy! I have used Asurion in the past and always seem less process!!! So thankful for this company!! Fast and easy claim service online, the claim approval was immediate and I was given several quality choices for replacement TV, the delivery was scheduled immediately at a date of my choosing. I was promised updates to delivery as well. I am very happy that I have this insurance coverage.

I received my tablet while I was on Vacation and my father had his 1st Chemo so I didn’t have time to open my replacement tablet till like 2 weeks later so obviously it was past the 3 days to notify them. There was an issue with the Tablet. Asurion reached out to the vendor Back Market and Back Market made an exception and understood my situation and allowed me to return the tablet that had a small faint scratch. I am Grateful for Asurion and Back Market!! Thankful for Both!! I Am Highly Satisfied!!!

We purchased the Asurion extended warranty plan for our LG washer and had to file a claim. The customer service process to file a claim and speak with a representative was very easy and fast. No excessive telephone prompts or computer robots to maneuver through. The service technician Tim W was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. The entire experience was easy and very pleasant.

I bought a Clyde extended warranty for an air purifier. The unit died listen two years after I purchased it. I contacted Clyde and they referred me to Asurion as the claims processor. I filed a claim with Asurion, and received a prompt response suggesting that I try to find a technician to repair the unit at their expense. I was unable to find such a technician, and after I informed Asurion of this, they sent me a check for the full purchase price of the unit. I could not be more satisfied.

After writing this review, Asurion responded a number of days later and the return process magically worked properly. The re-replacement device was received overnight and the 1800 Call Center Rep. verified the IMEI was "clean" and did all the right activation steps. I've used Asurion for years and will continue doing so, and hopefully this is a rare problem.

I've used Asurion for over 10 years, with 2 prior claims. Both of which were handled quickly and efficiently. Now a 3rd claim, is absolutely enraging after 5 weeks. Asurion sent a fraud locked phone as a replacement device for a Verizon line. I have lied to the touch tone number multiple times in order to talk to an actual person. I still don't have a replacement phone that can make or receive a cell call and have spent multiple hours on hold. And if that wasn't enough, the first rep tried to upsell me to a home electronics insurance program.

Very deceptive sales plan. Sales people tell you things are covered that are not. I was told accidental damage on tv was covered and then when you try to make a claim it is denied because it was accidental damage. Waste of money!

I purchased Asurion insurance through an AT&T promo on Feb 13. The next day, Feb 14, my wife’s phone was stolen in Las Vegas during a convention. I contacted AT&T, who directed me to Asurion. Initially, my claim was approved, and a replacement phone was shipped. However, it was delayed and then returned to Asurion by FedEx.
After calling Asurion for over an hour, they advised me to file a new claim. My account was then flagged for filing two claims within 24 hours, leading to repeated 48-hour freeze periods. Despite providing all requested information (ID photos, attestations), my claims were repeatedly rejected without clear explanations. I spent over 10 hours on the phone over 5 days, dealing with numerous agents who could not explain the denials or connect me with adjusters. Finally, an internal team revealed that the claims were denied due to the date of policy activation versus the date of the claim, despite assurances from both Asurion and AT&T that the claim was valid. I was misled into believing I was eligible for coverage, leading to significant wasted time and frustration.
According to the terms and conditions, I should be covered. There is no reason why I should be turned away after fulfilling all requirements. The handling of my case has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I demand either a replacement phone or a refund for the months I have paid for this service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel deceived and wronged by your company’s mishandling of my claims.
Being misled multiple times, put on hold for hours, and not receiving clear answers is unacceptable. I trusted Asurion to provide a safety net in times of need, and instead, I faced obstacles and poor customer service at every step. The stress and inconvenience caused have been immense. Immediate action is required to resolve this issue fairly.

The entire experience was outstanding. The service person who took my call was to date the most sincere. Professional and the most helpful person that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I stated my problem and she took care of it immediately. I feel that Asurion really listened and went over and above what was required of them. I feel like Home Depot is losing a lot in changing companies to change to a new company to cover their extended insurance policies to cover their major appliances. Very easy to return product for warranty. Quick response to get a refund which came in the form of a gift card. The product I insured were a pair of batting gloves which my son wore out. Great experience and will buy more warranties in the future. Highly recommended for baseball related equipment.

They say that purchase protection isn’t worth it but from my experience when you buy something that has a reputation for not lasting long enough, it definitely pays to have the product protected. My hose burst and I filed a claim the next day and boom, reimbursed. That’s worth it to me.

I purchased a dehumidifier at BJ's and within the warranty period it went up, I notified Asurion and gave them the information they requested and a couple pictures, within a couple days I was refunded my purchase price. I immediately ordered another dehumidifier and purchased another warranty. This is a great company to deal with and I highly recommend it.

Purchased a warranty when I bought a toaster, never thinking I would need it but glad I made that purchase! The process to register my product and to make a claim when I had an issue was very simple and a pleasant experience. Once claim was made, I printed off the return label, took it to UPS. Within 2 days I received an e-credit to spend at Walmart! Excellent service, well worth the $5.fee for the extra warranty!

The ceiling fan that I purchased a year ago, stopped working. They make the process very easy! I got an immediate response and resolution. Asurion is amazing! Best company I've dealt with in a long, long time, I insured an Amazon Basics Underseat Carry-On Rolling Travel Luggage Bag with Wheels for 48 months. The seam started separating on the handle 17 months after purchase. I signed onto the Asurion website with my amazon login, picked the product from the list that they knew I had and described the issue. I was immediately notified I was receiving a refund. I seriously expected a problem based on other extended warranties I've purchased and tried to file a claim on. This was the most satisfying extended warranty claim I've ever experienced. I'd recommend this company to everyone and will definitely use them whenever I can. Best extended warranty ever.

I was very satisfied with the experience and help Jorge provided when I took my old printer to him. He filled out all the necessary paperwork and even mailed the old printer back to Epson for me. He called another store to find a new replacement and called me when it was in the store so I could go pick it up. It was easy!

The technician that came to our house was courteous, professional and resolved our issues. He had to order some parts, however, it took less than 2 weeks (like he stated). My experience with Asurion was entirely positive. My nephew’s computer, which was under warranty, had a defective motherboard. Asurion covered the cost of returning his nonfunctional computer and promptly shipped back a brand new computer that is exactly like the one that was no longer working. His new computer is working beautifully.

It was very quick and easy, I hadn't had a problem and this was my first time using it. I am very happy, it was quick and painless, I'm glad I took out the insurance, you never know what might happen. Yet a plan, it's always a good idea. The refund was very prompt, as soon as the returned to UPS was confirmed I received an email gift refund! The only hangup I had was trying to get the email instructions from UPS to work! I suggest when you purchase a replacement that you keep the original packaging it saves a lot of searching if you have to return the product. I love my Keurig and wouldn’t be without it and the hassle free extended warranty on the product is very much worth it.

I always purchase the protection plan when I buy the Tool Science Hot Air Brush. The extended warranty is well worth the price. I have used it several times and they are always easy to file a claim with and respond quickly with reimbursement for the product. This time when I filed a claim, UPS brought the mailing label to my house. I had it packaged and ready to return. I placed the label on the package and the UPS guy took it. That saved me taking it to the UPS store and really made the return process very easy.

The service company was top rate. They diagnosed right on the button and did a great job repairing. It was a duo father and son, which was great. The washer and dryer is running better than brand new. No more squeaky noise and no more problems with the washing machine, very pleased and would not hesitate to continue with extended service also.

Easy to use plan. Just needed to go to my Amazon purchase, and follow directions from there. I would recommend that if you are offered this plan on an item that might fail that you purchase the plan. I purchased a three year plan and into the third year I needed to use it. It's nice to know that I will be able to repurchase the product that I need to use my ceramic kiln successfully.

I love this programs is worth every dollar! Highly recommend. I have kids with disabilities and they break or tamper electronics, this programs has been my savior. Bought a Shinco dehumidifier last year along with an Asurion plan. Glad I did. The unit stopped working. The process to file an Asurion claim was very easy. I was expecting a long claim process. Not with Asurion. All it took was to enter where I bought the product, my contact information, the product details and an explanation of the problem. In this case was the compressor stopped working. The Asurion website processed the claim immediately. Got a text message with a gift card reimbursing me for the purchase in a matter of seconds. Excellent experience.

It was easy and very fast. They solved my problem right away. I’m truly grateful that I they were able to replace my broken beats. If I didn’t have this I would’ve have paid 200 something dollars while here they help me. I was able to get new AirPods that usually cost a good 300 dollars.

They are excellent in getting the item covered. I highly recommend this insurance. You need to be able to use software. The use of office and Adobe is needed. They do give an alternative to go manual. So in short you can fax the signed form. The serial may be very small on the edge of the item use your phone and blow it up on your screen.

Yes all very good. Will let my friends and family know to to apply for the protection plan because you never know when you're going to need it. The process was fairly easy. If possible there should be a section in the applying process of seeing the product first hand so customers know what they're going to be getting in return to eliminate lead time. Customers want the replacements quick.

Great warranty and I generally never buy them. Very glad I did. Vacuum is great too but stopped working after a year. I’ll probably buy it again though because I loved it. I would absolutely refer this company to a friend or family. There was a little confusion and I had to give information more than once but I'm pretty certain it was my fault. I'm not one to buy an extra warranty and I did this time and it was a lot easier than I had thought it would be. All the people I talk to at Asurion were very pleasant and accommodating.

Had some karaoke singers get aggressive and take two microphones off the stage (which is not allowed) only to drop and break them. The process of replacing them was easy and quick. Would give them ZERO stars if I could. Purchased a policy to provide extended coverage on an Easton Ghost softball bat and when it came time to file a claim, we were told that only cracks to the outer paint were covered and not an actual crack to the bat. Dick's Sporting Goods should not offer these policies if they don't actually cover the product for the reason you buy them. Feel completely swindled.

For this request we had to connect directly with an agent, and the process was smooth, quick, and accurate. We are very thankful for her help as our claim was handled efficiently. I have had this service for about two years and have been extremely satisfied with the ease and promptness of their service. The claim process took about 5 minutes, and was completely hassle free. I sent in an iPad with a damaged charging port, short after receiving my product they sent me a link for a replacement.

Total scam. I've been paying $45 a month for years to protect for devices, which said it would cover damage and replace a device the same day. They told me today that it only covers my phone and one device and I'd have to mail my iPad Pro in for repair.

Absolutely a joke of a company. We pay $14 to Verizon each month for Asurion. My Moto Stylus screen cracked so I filed a claim with Asurion. They told me that they couldn't replace my screen (this is why we pay for this service) and that I would have to buy a refurbished phone for a $99 deductible... What???? I just wanted my screen replaced for free, the reason we pay $14 per month. What a joke. Do not use this company!!!

The process to file a claim was excellent. The steps were crystal clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this product warranty. I’ve never purchased a warranty before and it has cost me a lot to replace items that stop working a few months after the manufacturer warranty expires. I’m so glad I have this service!!! 2 years in a row I had broke my $1700 tablet. Very easy claim procedure and WORTH the small monthly fee. With 5 clumsy kids, this is a must for me. So far I’ve paid a 25$ month, so this has paid for itself many times over. Literally don’t get caught without any kind of insurance in my opinion. If you have any expensive electronics in your home I’d get it. Surges, fire and among many other things can hit your wallet hard, even after dealing with a traumatic event.

Power washer was used maybe 3 times since purchase, Dec, 2022. Upon using today (April 27, 2024) worked fine then began spraying out elbow connector between washer body & output hose. We had a vibration problem on the ice maker side of the door and thinking it might be the ice maker but the technician immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it in minutes. Literally a scam.. Paid probably somewhere between $300-400 over the course of 2 years, tried to get a less crappy phone that is literally $100 new, they send me the same phone with the same problems after I asked them not to, didn't bother to send a key to get the SIM card out so I had to venture to get one, spent over a week trying to get it to work, by the time I got back to them through their convoluted process my time to deny their stupid phone they sent me was over, now I am likely to get charged $100 for a phone that cost $100 in the first place, every single person I try to talk to has been incredibly rude about the whole ordeal, somehow this is "insurance" when I could have just saved my $300-400 in the first place and gotten and gotten any phone I wanted..

When my computer failed (there were 8 months left on the warranty) I contacted the merchant which contacted Asurion. I was told by Asurion - by management direction- to take back my item from UBREAKIFIX. They said to then make a claim with them. I got it back and now they said they won’t allow the claim and UBREAKIFIX won't fix it because I took it back. They are affiliated and scamming people left and right. Avoid this scam.

This is by far the worst customer service and insurance company I have ever dealt with. I was paying $50 per month for over a year to insure my cell phones with At&t. One of my devices had a cracked screen, and I tried to get it fixed. To my surprise, Asurion is by far the worst when it comes to insurance services. Asurion was not able to get the phone fixed, and I had to pay $220 out of pocket to have the phone fixed. I went back and forth with them for 3 days, while my phone was already at the Asurion repair store just waiting for a claim.
Contacted their customer service so many times, that I think I called everywhere in the world (Colombia, etc, etc) without anyone being able to help. It was so bad the store manager was embarrassed about the situation. Please don't waste your money on Asurion, they do not back their claims. Now I'm out $600, Plus $220 just to get a broken screen repaired, and Asurion is just laughing for not being able to get anything done. I cancel my service with them immediately, but like I said, they already took my money. Instead, you should put $25 a month aside just in case your phone breaks. You are better off being your own insurance.

My TV stopped working out of the blue. I contacted Asurion, followed the steps and done! I suggest you take the best pictures you can and to follow the exact and simple instructions available-I could not take a full picture of the back of my TV and I, unintentionally, delayed the process for a few days-once I complied with the requirements it took hours for them to deliberate that my claim was valid. I am getting a replacement in a few days! I am glad I made the decision to insure with Asurion! This is not a paid review. I like to give credit where it’s due!

I bought 10 tablets from Amazon and purchased Asurion protection. Their customer service reps are very nice but trying to get a claim through has become harder and harder. I've had to return items 9 times. The first couple of times I had no problems. Each time got more and more difficult to get through the process. Every time they added a new form or something else to follow up on. Had to get a manager involved at one point. Getting a live person on the phone is difficult and their automated portal often doesn't work. Be prepared to spend several hours to get the claim processed, approved, UPS pickup, and reimbursed. You'll have to follow up on every step to push it through.

This warranty might be okay for small electronics, but save your money if it is offered for appliances. This warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. My wife and I spent upwards of 700 dollars for a 5 year warranty on our fridge. We have been without a working fridge for almost a month at this point. Asurion has refused to replace the appliance and has insisted on fixing it, however the last “fix” lasted 5 days. Avoid Asurion at all costs, don’t pay extra for a warranty that isn’t going to do anything in the long run.

This is by far the worst customer service and insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for 4 days now going back and forth with these people regarding my replacement phone. I have been charged for "same day delivery" which never happened ($50) and then got an email at midnight saying it's on "back order." The next day I called and after speaking with someone they assured me that the phone will be there next day without question. Today is day 4 and there is not even a tracking number created for the phone. Now they have cancelled my order as per my last phone call. Now my only option is to go and buy a new phone for $1300. This company is useless and I am cancelling this service.

I absolutely love this vacuum and I accidentally emptied the filter with the container. I didn’t realize it until my next use and I was so upset I ordered another vacuum and then I realized I had the insurance on my vacuum. I have rarely purchased protection plans or additional insurance in the past, but Amazon Prime & Asurion's protection plan have proven to me the value of their product & quality of their service. I purchased a PCP air compressor two years ago, along with a 3 year protection plan that I had to use recently due to the pump failing from overheating. You never want to have to use insurance, but it sure is helpful when you need it.

I have had to rely on Asurion's services on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, the products I purchased were not as dependable as Asurion's service. Asurion has provided me with refunds for items ranging from earbuds to air fryers, and the claims process has always been quick and hassle-free. As a result, I now make sure to get Asurion coverage whenever I buy any appliances or electronics.

I’ve used the protection plan on two different purchases. Both items had been purchased prior to without the protection plan and had to be repurchased because they stopped working. I really liked this items when they worked so decided to get the protection plan the second time around. I’m so glad I did because when I had to file a claim for the items everything went smoothly and I was reimbursed for both items. I will definitely be getting the protection plan on future purchases.

The Verizon home device program is excellent and user friendly. You are assisted step by step with a highly qualified service assistant. This insurance cost is only $25 monthly which is well worth the money. The plan covers smart devices and gaming consoles for a small deductible. Larger items such as a Smart TV is shipped to the home and smaller items can be taken to the repair store or also shipped to a repair center so the repair work can be completed.

I was having trouble getting fixed my daughter's Apple Mac P cause it had gotten cracked from the screen. I took it to Best Buy where we purchased it but they told us that they would charged us $500 to $800 to get it fixed so it would basically cost me the price I got for. So I got Asurion home appliances insurance and they sure did help me fast and the process is really easy and fast and safe. Surely recommend Asurion home and appliances insurance.

The process to get my problem resolved was a very simple. Woke up this morning and tried turning tv on and it wouldn’t come on. I tried a few different things to get it to come on, but it never did. I paid $400 for a 4 year warranty and this is why you should too!!! My Surface ProX screen was cracked, there was phantom touch using the pen sometimes, and the keyboard did not connect. But connected to my friend's Surface Pro 8. My Surface was also not able to detect his keyboard as well. This is the standard Surface Pro Keyboard with the hidden pen slot.
I asked for a fix in December 2023, and (after calls and confirmations) they sent me a box (with padding) in March 2024 to send my Surface to their facility. In the box, there was a form to fill which asked for my password to access the device for proper debugging. I backed up my Surface, factory reset it, and shipped it. The box made it 100% more simple. After I shipped it, I realized a few days later that I forgot to include the paper they wanted me to fill out. I trusted they would know the problems I listed in the phone call....
FORTUNATELY -> They not only fixed the keyboard connection (works great), but they also UPGRADED my pen to a SLIM2, bought me a NEW keyboard, AND fixed the cracked screen. I have been testing it for a few days now before writing this review, it's great!!!! I bought a 4 year contract with Asurion. THANK GOODNESS! After 3 and 1/2 years later, my keyboard connection was damaged (just happened all of a sudden). Remember - AFTER THREE AND A HALF YEARS (of daily use), Asurion's accidental damage warranty did its job. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU ASURION!!!!

I filed a claim with them for a stereo system with a turntable. I even sent them video of the item not working properly and it has been three months and they have not responded to anything that I have sent them or issued me any kind of a refund or credit for the warranty that I paid for. I’ve sent them photographs of the front and back of the item, invoice information, the SKU of the item the serial number of the item again video of it not working properly and still they are unresponsive and every time you call in you get a different representative and neither of them know what the other one is doing. I finally had to reach out to supervisors to get some sort of response and still there is absolutely nothing.
I will never buy a warranty from this company again and I highly recommend that you don’t either. Especially with something purchased from Amazon because after a period of time, Amazon will push you back on Asurion, the company Asurion will push you back on the manufacturer, the manufacturer will push you back on Amazon who then pushes you back onto the extended warranty company Asurion who does nothing. You have to jump through loops and hoops again and again. I am extremely upset and frustrated. You pay for the service and there is none.

Jamie was a total pro. He was very helpful. He knew his systems and made it super easy to file my claim. He was pleasant and helped my line up with a lock store to drop off my computer to be repaired. Access into insurance system is very easy also. I was already distressed, because of being out my very important piece of equipment. This took some of the pressure off of maiden life easier. I’m glad I had a Home protection plan from Verizon. Also, very much hope buffer financial burden of having equipment repaired.

Filing a claim is a WASTE OF TIME, every claim I filed was denied, JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY and SKIP this SCAMB Insurance coverage, in my opinion you would better off putting the monthly fee in a shoe box every month and use it when you need it, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM in my opinion.

The Asurion reps I was in contact with were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me connected to a local authorized service center. They were quick to resolve our claim when repairs did not work and we needed the full refund of what we paid for the appliance. My only recommendation would be for Asurion to stay in closer contact with the service center as I did have to cover the gap with a few calls to get both on the same page.

I’m so glad I purchased the whole home addition to my VZW device protection plan. It’s already paid for itself. I could not believe how easy and hassle free my claims experience has been this far. I used to use apple care + theft/loss and after them taking two months to repair my phone I chose VZW/Asurion device and whole home protection. The two aren’t even comparable. In the end I’m happy I switched and I feel as if it’s worth twice the cost they charge for this. If you have any tech at all and you don’t have this I’m sorry to say this but you’re just not very smart. Lol!!

I just got this vacuum and my kid's bunny got out and chewed the cord. I was dreading having to buy another vacuum. Luckily I had gotten the protection plan for this one after the last one I had died without a protection plan in place. It was easy peasy to file a claim and they did not ask for me to send it back which is helpful. The only thing I think could be better is having the money put on a gift card or deposited back into the purchasing account. I have to wait for a check in the mail instead of an instant refund.

I did the unthinkable and spilled a cup of water on my laptop. Was glad I had this service. Quick and easy claim process. No packing needed, just drop-off at UPS. Received an update the next day when it was received at repair center and a day later my laptop was deemed irreparable and I received awesome options for a replacement. Waiting on my new laptop to get here now so I can set it up and start playing again!

This is the worst insurance company in Canada; please don’t waste your money. I bought the laptop from Costco, and my computer has some issues. Then I went to them for repairs. They broke the computer, and they told me the shipping time happened, now we can’t do anything. I sent the email, but they're no reply.

This Asurion home protection plan is worth every bit. My TV was on the blink, powering off after turn on and only a year old. David assisted me first, I was unprepared, I needed to be with the TV to provide brand, model and S/N. David notated the account. Later in the evening Angel submitted my claim. Both of these reps were very knowledgeable and made my experience worth recommending to friends!

I always buy insurance for my purchases regardless of items bought. It’s always a good idea whenever needed. 10% of my overall purchases has gone wrong over times. Luckily, the insurance kicked in and I recovered my losses and then some. Asurion is a great and reputable company. I highly recommended. Well…. The customer service rep was very helpful. Actually both reps were helpful as I had to call in twice, second time really for question and we ended up filing a claim. I purchased this protection plan through AT&T and when I needed a repair or replacement they were very prompt on working on it, took care of it fast and the process was easy. I definitely recommend this to anybody who would like to have their electronics cover.. Great service.! A while back my phone screen broke, and once I called them, they ask me if we could meet and ask to where they should go, once they were there they texted me to make sure I was in that area and if so that they would change the screen at the parking lot. This protection plan was a very good idea. Whoever came up with this needs patted on the back. It's just awesome. Anything that breaks in your house you can get it fixed for a little bit of nothing and get a brand new of it. It helps you out so much in the long run. I love it. I've been using them for about a year now and they haven't done me wrong yet. When I shipped my last shipment in they got back with me lickety split. They know what they're doing. I love how fast, helpful they were by email. If I had called in it would have taken probably longer. But I was able to get the help, response time was hours after I inquired. We needed to have something returned/refunded or fixed and they did a great job staying in touch until long after it was sent to them.

I purchased some football gloves for my nine-year-old son at Dick’s Sporting Goods and purchased the service plan. When the gloves develops holes in them, I used my warranty and was pleasantly surprised to determine. I qualified for a replacement which was fulfilled with a gift card. The process for Asurion was very easy to follow. I will continue to purchase these warranties as I think they are good value.

My printer was not working and when I called Asurion for help, the technician checked everything he could to resolve my problem to no avail. This then led to filing a claim, with help. The printer was packed to be shipped to Asurion and picked up at my home. When printer reached Asurion, I received an email that a refund check in the amount of the price of the printer was on the way. In about five days the check was received. The entire process was easy and a breeze.

This is the worse company, not sure is only their fault or Verizon! Lost my Apple Watch and called Verizon to make a claim and they transferred me to Asurion and I gave all the information. First they said I was not covered and hung up so I called Verizon again and they said I was covered then they transfered again to Asurion but the representative stay on the call so I gave all the information they need and I was told that I will receive an e mail from Asurion letting me know the status of my claim, waited a week and called Verizon back and everything was done again and I found out that a claim was never done but this time they assured me that it was done and I will get an email which I did couple days after saying that it was in back order but they will let me know soon when it is available, waited another week (now 3 weeks without it ).
Called Asurion today and I was told that my claim was not processed because I need a copy of my is and I did it now it will take 24 h to be confirmed so I asked the girl to transfer me to someone that could help she hung up the phone. Piece of crap company along with Verizon. Now I still have no idea when I will receive the watch. Soon this is over I will cancel the insurance and also go back to t mobile. I tought it was bad but I didn’t know how bad Verizon is.

I am very pleased with the timely response and approval when my daughter's TV picture went out all of a sudden. The approval was next day and I was given 5 reasonable replacement options for the defective TV. My TV stopped working as it turned on/off by itself every 3 seconds. I couldn’t control it and not could I press any buttons to stop it. I called Asurion and they solved the issue pretty quick without any run-arounds or any unnecessary hassle. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE as warranty and/or protection services are usually hard to deal with.

They made the whole process so easy - I didn't have to jump through hoops or wait an eternity to get my dishwasher fixed! I called and reported the problem, they checked my warranty and set up the service appointment for just 2 days later - an unexpectedly positive experience. :)
