TriNet has been a great partner in helping our company navigate the ever-changing landscape of human resources. From payroll administration to employee relations, benefits management, and compliance support, their guidance has been consistently reliable and responsive. One of the most valuable aspects of working with TriNet has been having dedicated account representatives for payroll, benefits, and human resources. Each specialist brings a deep understanding of their respective area and takes the time to truly understand our company’s unique needs, priorities, and challenges.

A solid PEO that provides a variety of services and options to support your team. Good technology. Decent service. There are some incredible service team members, but it can be a challenge to get timely responses for tax issues and leave paperwork. Be aware of additional fees that could be added to support "technology upgrades."

TriNet offers a full service HR/Benefit/Payroll platform that is highly recommended for any startup. I would highly recommend it to the startups that are growing fast and have minimal HR support to incorporate all areas. TriNet makes the process simple and easy.

Trinet has good resources and reports to use as needed, having everything in one spot is very helpful. The guidance they give us or reports as need helps us to make decisions what is best for our company and employees. There are so much to use on this site and benefits such as the marketplace for discounts, etc.

TriNet has been an invaluable partner as a small, multi-state nonprofit. I'm an HRDOO, and I lean on TriNet for ongoing compliance and labor law updates and expertise on a variety of questions I field. Their chat function is very helpful, and their teams are knowledgeable across all HR functions we've navigated. The Wing community space and their newsletters are very beneficial and efficient; they're one of few newsletters that I find entirely insightful, informative, and worth my time reading week. There have been times where I've had to correct information (e.g., a leave plan entered incorrectly or clarifying information provided that doesn't match elsewhere), but that's been far and few between compared to how often they've stepped in as a resource and partner to me as an HRDOO.

It's nice to be part of a PEO for the insurance benefits and some compliance assistance because we're a very small but national company, but they're really built for cookie-cutter businesses. For example, we have a weird leave plan based on a CBA, but TriNet only offers a small handful of standard plans (e.g. accrual based on hours worked, accrual based on pay period, and front-loading paid leave) that cannot be customized for quirky structures like ours, where we basically accrue leave twice a year on Jan. 1 and July 1, which Trinet cannot handle. Nor is it easy to set up one-off changes. Say, if someone negotiates for more PTO in lieu of a salary increase, it's a whole big deal that has to be set up and figured out through Trinet and it becomes very complicated and time consuming).

TriNet has been the best payroll platform that I've experienced. The dedication from our account manager, Anthony **, in answering every single question or directing us to the right team to get the answers is fantastic. We know we can always rely on him for help. The platform is so user friendly. There are constant emails, trainings, videos, broadcasts, platforms, etc. that make you feel like you're not alone.

We've been really happy with TriNet since we signed up in 2022. We are a small nonprofit and they make managing benefits, timesheets, payroll, and all the legal things very smooth. We're able to get a quick responses to customer service chats when needed.

We implemented TriNet two years ago and have been happy with the services, availability and engagement all around. We are still unlocking and learning many new features of the system/platform which has been resourceful - It is also very helpful having a support team 24/7 for any immediate questions that need answers.

TriNet is very helpful for small businesses that have limited HR staff and services. Among the services are payroll and expense management. The platform is reasonably (but not completely) user friendly. And fees are competitive. Downside? TriNet is CASE dependent. Everything is creating a case online and waiting for a response. Verbal communication and live customer service is my preference, and it is difficult to get it with TriNet.

I am always so impressed with the customer service team at TriNet! They are always prompt in responding and are patient, kind, and take the time to make sure everything is handled perfectly. It is refreshing to encounter a team that truly values their customers and delivers with such professionalism!

TriNet has been a huge support for our organization. They remove so much of the day-to-day HR administrative work, allowing leaders to focus on strategy and culture. When we have questions, TriNet is very responsive with answers and support, and I find myself wishing we'd embraced the PEO model years ago.

TriNet's implementation team supported us through the entire process of transitioning our payroll, benefits and retirement. They have a user-friendly platform and robust reporting/analytics. Their customer service is exceptionally good, from sales to your personal payroll contact.

TriNet enhances our business in many ways. Our company can access better and more affordable employee benefit packages through TriNet. And has access to an incredible amount of up-to-date federal, state, and local regulations which help improve compliance and mitigate risk. The representatives assigned to our company are knowledgeable and responsive. Our company joined TriNet in 2017 and they provided information and direction as we navigated through the pandemic, company growth, and internal changes.

TriNet is reliable, professional, and an exceptional platform we are very happy with as HR Admin and Employees. We appreciate how dedicated the team is, how dependable the platform and staff are across all forms of communications (chat, email, phone, etc.).

We've been TriNet users for just over two years now. The service excels as a payroll provider/processor, as a database for employee information and communication, and for increasing our ability as a smaller organization to offer many options for health insurance, additional insurance (life, pet, etc.), and retirement savings plans. We had hoped to see greater savings on our health insurance premiums, though it's unclear how much of that is Trinet's control vs the broader insurance marketplace. So it's a great tool if you're looking to diversify your benefit plans, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend to anyone looking for the cheapest option out there.

I've been a trusted advisor on the TriNet platform for years and I must say that I've had a very rewarding experience and can't even think of any improvements for now. The platform is very user friendly and I receive quick and helpful responses when I reach out to enquire about anything that confuses me. I would definitely recommend Trinet to family and friends as it's made my life so much easier.

TriNet provides convenience, ease of use, great learning/training resources, and fantastic customer service for almost all HR needs. They have shown continual investment in offering more tools (even make them fun, e.g. The Wing challenges), articles, & newsletters to help fill in any knowledge gap. Mistakes do occur, but rarely; the TriNet teams mostly responded in a timely manner. The one-star deduction was for having a serious issue not being resolved promptly or adequately in the past; I had to follow up too many times and the same problem continued to happen for another long while.

Trinet is a great partner for a small to medium-sized company. They make it easier to operate and stay compliant with a workforce in multiple states. It is also nice that we are able to offer benefits as if we were a much larger organization, as we are able to be part of their plans. I appreciate having them as a resource for our business.

Trinet has been a pleasure to have as our PEO. They are quick to address issues, have an excellent portal with easy-to-access information, work hard to educate you on policies and platform, and provide great access to benefits and prices that would be inaccessible for us as a SMB.

TriNet has a really strong support team. Whenever there were any questions or issues the team would respond very quickly and thoroughly. The transition to TriNet was smooth and the team was great being hands on. The support team is also very friendly and keep in contact after being up and running on the platform.

New recommendations to use for next year's tax preparation is very useful, the platform is really helping us to manage and be more cautious in handling the tax preparation to comply with the coming year State rules and regulations. This will be more helpful if samples or a video will be provided.

Honestly, switching to a PEO, TriNet, a year and half ago was one of the best operational decisions we've made. As a fast-growing company, HR complexity was starting to slow us down, but TriNet streamlined everything and gave us access to resources we simply couldn't get otherwise. Industry-Specific Support - The biggest relief for us was the quality of their industry-specific support. We operate in a highly regulated healthcare sector, and finding generic HR vendors who truly understand our compliance headaches was impossible. TriNet's experts aren't just reciting handbooks; they actually understand the nuances of our space. Whether it’s specific CA state employment laws or weird compensation requirements, they are proactive in flagging potential issues and giving us guidance that keeps us out of trouble. It feels like having a dedicated compliance VP without the massive salary.

Overall a great company to guide you in your HR needs. There's some generic forms and handbooks available but you will need to use their tools to build your own policies. However, they are partnered with an HR law firm that can review your policies and handbooks to make sure they fit with HR best practices and conform to state laws.

I have worked with TriNet in my previous company and was happy to hear that my new company also uses Trinet. Previously, I had a dedicated team (not Connect360) and was worried that I would not get the same amount of attention/dedicated service that I was used to. However, that has not been the case! Additionally, the creation of The Wing has been super helpful. TriNet makes it interesting and fun to learn more about what is offered and available as resources on the site. Thank you!

TriNet is an easy to use tool for payroll and all HR needs. Completing payroll entries for multiple employees is fast and easy! No worries about filing payroll taxes in multiple states or needing to know the rules about final paychecks when letting an employee go. Their legal department will keep in compliance.

TriNet offers so many HR Solutions at a level that as a small company we could never afford to have. We would need too many heads and experts to cover what Trinet offers us. They are my go-to people. And it is thanks to Trinet that we can offer our employees great benefits at a decent price (impossibly expensive for us to afford otherwise). Thank you!

TriNet has been a great platform for managing our HR and benefits programs. The system is user-friendly and intuitive, making day-to-day administration much easier. Since moving to TriNet, we’ve been able to offer a wider range of high-quality benefit options to our employees—something we couldn’t do before. It’s really transformed the way we manage HR processes and helped streamline everything from onboarding to payroll to benefits enrollment.

I have had a pleasant experience with TriNet in the 2+ years I have been using them. The chat feature has been helpful many times, and I like that you can go back and look at past cases to see how problems were solved in case something similar happens again. I also really enjoy The Wing community. Being an HR department of one, it really helps me feel less alone in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources...Not to mention the rewards! I've treated myself to several Amazon gift cards with the points I was rewarded for completing challenges and participating in discussions. I have learned so much through The Wing and really think it has made me a better HR representative.

TriNet has a lot to offer and has been very helpful. We use Trinet as our PEO (Professional Employer Organization), which means they handle our payroll, benefits, compliance, reporting, etc. For the most part, I am able to easily find what I am looking for and complete tasks on my own. However, the platform isn't the most intuitive and when I can't find something, I have to reach out to customer service for assistance. If I use the chat feature, the resolution is pretty quick, but if I have to create a ticket, it can take up to 2 days for an answer, which is often too great of a turnaround. I also often get questions from employees who are looking for something in Trinet and just can't seem to find it... Again pointing to the lack of intuitiveness.

Overall TriNet is not bad, however the conversion process from our previous PEO was challenging to say the least. Some of the platform is cumbersome. As an example the timekeeping system is not integrated with the payroll system. If you have any problems with either of the programs you have to reach out to two different people. Neither can answer questions on the other one's program. Our HR representative was going to get back to me on a question I had concerning drug screening. Three months later I have not received any communications from her. After the conversion I was told to fill out a survey concerning my overall satisfaction with Trinet. I gave low scores in some areas. This led to a meeting online with several individuals who would address my concerns investigate situations that happened and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. There is no follow up.

Our experience with TriNet has been excellent. The training resources are thorough and easy to follow, helping our team get up to speed quickly. The customer service via their chat platform is also outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

TriNet offers a team of knowledgeable staff ready to help guide us through all phases of the employee life cycle. Their availability is phenomenal! Employees have found their platform easy to navigate and the benefits are accommodating for our nationwide workforce.

No other PEO companies provide such a comprehensive solution package (HR, accounting/payroll, compliance, recruitment, benefits, and financial reports and analytics).

Trinet PEO covers many different functions of HR as a one-stop platform for personnel management, payroll, L&D, and paid time off processing for our team. It's an effective tool to manage a lean HR team and focus on business performance, and they continually provide add-ons like free trainings and webinars that covers content that supports the HR function and business success.

My experience with TriNet has been quite extensive. TriNet is there for me whenever I have a simple question or I need a shoulder to lean on for the more complicated inquiries. We have been with Trinet for two years now and have had a good experience. We have been especially pleased with the user platform and the high level of communication from Trinet. The renewal process each year is easy and straightforward. The staff has been easy to work with as well.

We are a small business and many aspects of partnering with TriNet have been extremely valuable. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, having a mobile app is very convenient, and getting access to a wide variety of benefits at very fair prices is a huge win for a company of our size who otherwise would not be eligible for such low prices with a small headcount. TriNet also has chat available 24/7 for quick answers, though for more detailed questions I do find that the chat doesn't always have the answer. However, they're quick to create a case and find a resolution quickly if possible!

I highly recommend TriNet for an HR platform! With employees coast to coast, it helps keep everything organized and compliant in one place. It makes it easier to manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and important updates while helping us stay on top of all the different state requirements.

There is a whole website experience with tips, articles, forums connecting other users, every question you have is answered or will get answered there. I never feel like I’m lost, it’s a great place to go and get answers quickly and easily. Definitely would recommend.
