I started this journey skeptical and scared. Since talking with Robert and learning about what him and his team see in this new idea, my skepticism has turned into hope, and my fear into determination. Thank you for considering my new product.

It took me a month or so to get started with my project, but I enjoyed speaking to Carla. She is well-versed in her job. I'm looking forward to see what happens re: my project.

I am happy with my experience thus far. I understand that Davison is not responsible for the outcome of my invention but have high hopes of it going far. Jason ** has guided me through this process with his patience, knowledge, and encouragement which gave me the motivation to pursue my idea further.

I love the way Davidson's team find the creativity and energy; and inspiration to develop every "as seen on Tv" item. Their marketing and design strategies are off the roof. I delight in the new item named as the bike board. A cross between a bike and a skate board. It's absolutely fun and a great to get around safely. I used my children's money as an investment to an idea and yet my idea did not go through. They showed me no plans of invention yet retains they were doing all this. Then they wanted another up to another $5000 and I was very angry and depressed. I thought I would have extra money from the invention for the future of my children and myself, yet demanded extra money and wouldn't contact me. And I had to contact them over and over again, costing me more money to ring them, sooo...bloody unfair. :( I now am short of $800.00. I am only a disabled mother, yet have been scammed. Beware everyone else. I don't believe in this anymore. Shame on them...! All they did was be rude and not answer me honestly and told me it would only cost this much as bonus and royalty pay the rest.

I am looking forward to work alongside your great team. Janine ** is such a wonderful communicator to inform me what to expect walking me step by step at the same time encouraging my inventive idea to have a Band-Aid to be able to wear my sandals with a toe shaped Band-Aid to be able to dress it up with my nail polish hoping to look more like a toe nail instead of a ugly brown Band-Aid and my sister or neighbor asking me what happened to your toe. I am on set income and remove my ingrown toenails on my own instead of paying $85.00 each visit to remove the ingrown toe nails and even with the doctor doing them same old problem - I have brown Ban-Aids on my toes. Either way I end up with Band-Aids. I hate wear socks in the summer or nylons with my sandals and that is why I need a Band-Aid shaped like a toenail to be able to put nail polish on it.

My experience with you guys is great. You answer all my questions, and provide me with excellent answers. I can't wait to get everything moving forward and see the final product. Thank you again for finding an interest in my idea. It means a lot to me and my family.

We have been working with Jason on our project, and have had a wonderful experience this far. We have had all of our questions and concerns answered.

My experience went very well, unfortunately I had some issues to deal with at home which prevented me from putting up all of the seed funding but I am in the process of working that out. I am looking forward to completing the project however.

Carla has been so supportive about my invention. I finally think that it will finally come true. My Garden Aid will become an item in the store or catalogs and people will be able to buy it and make their lives pain free while working in the garden.

I am pleased with the way the first few steps have gone. My submission of my idea was accepted (I figured everybody's was). A 15 minute phone appointment was made for me to speak to the director of new products. Over 1 hour later and a few more days of scheduled talks, I was relieved about my concerns and have went forward with pre-development phase. I am excited about the future and feel I have made the best choice in choosing Davison to help get my invention to the market place.

I would like to request the invent information guide to very arm my decision of showing my idea to a company because this is my first time to do that. And I guess you can agree with me in this kind of situation, for the new people to know the rules and make the best decision. Am very interested to show my idea to a company.

I'm shocked no one has called to see why I haven't signed the online contract. At that expected call, I was going to request the full $195.00 be refunded to my Visa debit card as no Service was provided. I did actually read the contract and do not wish to go any further with your company.

I'm going through thing in my life so lying to me saying something is 100 dollars but you jack it up to 700 makes me feel like I'm being scammed. I am anxious about going forward with working with the company. Although I have just started with you, I am worried about being scammed. I have read more negative reviews than positive and am worried my family will suffer for my investments.

I stumbled onto Davison as a pop-up and inquired. I had tried other avenues but kind of gave up years ago after an automobile accident and other family health problems consumed much of our time. Davison response was good and I was re-energized. However I am still time restrained and scrambling to get things organized on my end. This has frustrated ** (me too).

I have a patented product. I contracted with Davison to build a mold for my product. Once Davison received the $10,000.00 I gave them to build my product. I never once heard from them. Your along for the ride, and you get nothing for your money. They never once communicated with me about my product during design. (I know what I want, and I paid for it) They "brainstormed" to come up with what they presented to me. It obviously did not resemble units I have built and sold already myself. They TOTALLY missed the concept and have no knowledge of my industry. Davison will take your money and you will receive nothing. It is a PONZI SCHEME. I'm looking for other people who have a similar story with Davison. Please contact me @ **.

They fail to be honest with the client. I asked what were the risks of investing my ** amount of dollars toward a "pre-development phase". The vice president told me he did not know. After a little bit of research, I discovered that less than 1% of ideas make a profit. ** this.

So far, all is well.

Overall I would give the experience a 10+. Like all business transactions there is a fly in the ointment at some point. The only fly was on my side of the fence which the Davison team got me back on track with very little problems. Yeah your team!!!

I feel this could help so many people, who's in the hospitals that are too large for a regular tub & has to be rolled into a hospital shower (& case in point, this just happened to a very, very large lady). 6-7-15 they found a wheelchair for her, you know that someone else got wet. I'm handicapped, I know firsthand how hard it is to need to wash my hair, my back, my legs, etc. I just can't stand to do these things, people that have insurance or on assistant living, like Section 8 (they rent). All they have to do is put in a request for wider tub & it gets done. Then you have many nursing homes, many medical supply co. Hobbs Medical, Home Street Medical. Davison started off telling me for 700 dollars they could get me a patent on my idea. Then when played told me an additional sum of 11,700 would cover all the costs generally required, such as finding the right company to manufacture, promote, build prototype and market my Idea. All I ever received was a virtual rendering. When finally paid they started telling me now we need to do a video and want more money. I am livid.

The customer service I have is excellent, and I feel confident with the treatment.

I gave them an idea to make an arm patch case to hold your iPhone when you're running with wireless headphones to put around your ears around the time iPhone came out. I can't remember the female's name but basically I would have to put 1000 dollars down and that it was going to be a big hit. I didn't have 1000 down or money to patent the idea. She said it would be confidential she wouldn't tell no one about my idea. She will call me back when I was ready.

I brought an idea to this company and paid the initial fee of $800.00 and started going through the process to find out I had to pay another fee for the rest of the invention to be done. I started making payments and they gave me a folder with papers and a DVD. It took me about 16 months to complete my payments. When I was done paying my invention went nowhere. I have asked for the prototype and still haven't received after years. The guy ** that I worked with went somewhere else and I had felt as if he stole my invention and had disappeared and I was left out to dry. They did send me some cool CAD 3d drawings. I still never got patent and that was part of the deal. Something better happen soon.

After weeks of speaking to ** regarding the design and intentions of my invention, I went into agreement that they would design create presentation materials to be designed by them for me, this included a product sample, orientation product drawing and or CAD, circuit design assembly, a machine product sample, and a prepared products sample that will have a professional appearance concluding with products sample assembly with photography for documenting. They would also take care of packaging and would she have a package sample to show me for my final approval. This would lead me to a product sample finalization and the product the package be placed together for a creative final product sample.

I have only paid the initial $796 or so Davison charges to do supposed initial investigations to see if my idea is unique they say. Now I am sitting awaiting a call in about an hour from Davison to arrange my first payment toward $5850 USD which will make my prototype, this only bases on the title of my invention. I have been wondering how they planned to proceed without even a single drawing from me. They have been planning to deliver a supposed invention prototype to me. Then present it to my Targeted Company. I mean I have been wondering how they planned to proceed with only the Title of my invention. They have nothing more.

I came across website to enter my invention. So, I did. Davison calls me and promised my idea would be a hit. I haven't sent any money or signed anything at this time. I looked up my idea and it was invented in 2009.

I have already paid $745 for the predevelopment stage. Now I am being contacted on daily basis to pay the $5850 for the second stage. Reading about everyone's experience here kind of pushed me to go ahead and review the docs I have received from them. And found everything that was said in the other comments to be true. Another thing that caught my attention was the targeted company for my invention, guess what??? The targeted company has nothing to do with my invention since my invention is in technology and this targeted company was a dead radio website that with two buttons one takes to a sports link and the other one takes to an error page. I'm glad I found out about before I sent out the money. The only thing I need is my money back even it’s small comparing to the amount that so many people have paid. If there's any lawsuit I'm in.

I found Davison in an email ad, I had been thinking about my idea I had came up with a few years ago, and never did anything with it. So I contacted Davison online, and 3 days later a representative contacted me by phone, and told me my idea was a great one, THIS I KNOW. We spoke about my idea, and why I wanted Davison to help me with it. Long story short, the guy told me, their fee is 795.00, and if I didn't have it all upfront, I could make payments. Well being excited I agreed, paid the money, but this was after a few days of thinking about it, and speaking with the guy; which I won't mention any names. But, I am very unhappy with the games they have played with everyone on this page, and I'm so sorry this has happen to you all. Maybe we all can be strong and take action!
