They from the start tell you how your idea sounds great and (salesperson) would love to have this product. But when you pay their upfront payment (for me was $5,600+) they never get back to you. They tell you they will try to sell to a company, make it sound like they will sell idea, but then never call. For over 1 1/2 years I waited (Patiently). No call. I call them. They said "Company not interested," so I said "Why you not trying elsewhere?" They said "Will cost extra money." I told them "Last person I talk to said they would try other companies." She said (licensing department) that person no longer works there. I know I can't get my money back. I want others to know that this company is a total scam.

AWESOME! Can't wait to see what comes next. The ball is still in your court.

As for my product (The Mountain Cane), it is being noticed finally outside my small circle. I do not know if my cane is or has been on the market before. I just know some very important people (doctors, physical therapist) have noticed my cane and were very impressed with it - seven so far.

My conversation with Mike ** has been extremely informative in explaining everything to me on how the company works. I feel as though I known Mike for quite some time. I am putting all of my trust into this company. After having many bad experiences and have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars with other companies, I feel like I am finally on my way. My new theme is "LET'S GET STARTED!!"

I know nothing about your company but submitted an idea to you based on a commercial seen on Internet. The person I have dealt with (Dixie **) has been very personable and easy to talk with and has explained your operation in an easily understandable dialog along with videos emailed to me. I've had this idea for several years but did not know how to proceed with it. Your company appears to be the answer. The odor eliminator consists of a flat nozzle approximately 1/2" high flattened on each end & with holes that toilet seat bolts would go through to hold it in place. The nozzle would have a hose attachment to accommodate a hose leading to a small exhaust fan, maybe the size of a hair dryer fan, then a hose to an exhaust outlet through an outside wall. Mounted directly behind the toilet seat it would trap odors before they could be pulled into the room by an ineffective ceiling exhaust fan.

I retained Davison’s services back in 2011 to create a prototype to an invention idea I had. Everything was great and flowed smoothly as they did a pretty good job feeding me with a system of bs for 3 years. During that time Davison claimed to be researching ANY products similar to and will disclose this in their research. Meanwhile they were creating a prototype made by the products they researched. Davison packaged someone else's product that was already on market and sent it to me as my own prototype! Not once but they did this twice. Both times we were waiting for our prototype. For over 4 months they fed us with bs that they were making a invention not in market. My prototype sent to me is an identical product to two different products on market.

Rick ** has been informative, insightful, trustworthy and helpful in my pursuit of creating value for my unique idea.

Greg made me feel like my idea for baby’s nipple and clip to glow in dark is a good idea wish I had 1 now. It is important for the both to glow in dark. The clip clips to nipple and bib are clothes. He also made me feel like it will really work and sell when he finds right place to put in the right store.

As to whether my idea ever gets on the shelves, I cannot fault Davison. They are true professionals and know their business. Streamlined procedures and great customer interaction rates them at 5 stars. If you've got an idea, these guys can make it a reality where you, on your own, will fail.

The follow-up and belief in the tongue cleaner has been sensational. The professionalism of Mr. ** is second-to-none. I explained that: I am going through a divorce right now because my wife no longer believes in me. I am hoping and praying that this invention, with your help, will be a success. And he assured me that Davison will do everything in its power to try and make it happen. The product has an enormous target audience (Everybody that brushes their teeth) so it just has to be created right which is what Davison is known for. I'm please to have Mark ** work with me on my idea. If I have any questions for him he pretty well knows the answer, so that's great in itself. We'll have to see how this pans out. I made three payments of $25 via debit card and another $25 was withdrawn out of my account without my permission. I was making small payments purposely so that I could find out more about the company and their integrity before I invested any larger amounts. The rep that I had talked with did not communicate with me. I did not get a conference call or any explanation about my idea and how they would help me with it.

I was told by Ted ** Jr. if I gave him and his company a total of $795.00 they would get my invention to a manufacturing company and that I would start receiving 90% royalties and that Davison would get to keep the other 10%. I was told that was all the money that I would have to pay on the phone and then a day later Ted ** sent a letter asking for thousands of dollars more, so I put a dispute into my card company right away and it has been almost three months with no money returned to me. These people will pay and also be charged with mail fraud. If I have to stand outside of their building and picket as long as it takes, I will and I am sure there will be many followers whom you have scammed out of their life savings.

Marketing and development would be expensive and labor intensive. I would have to redo and significantly upgrade the original for professional draftsmen and programmers to work up a commercially viable product. The real problem with going ahead with this is I don't begin to have the capital to invest. The opportunity was enticing and your representative was a pleasure to talk to.

This product that I am bringing forward is something that I was thinking about since 2005 when I used to ride on community buses, Metro buses or Metro train. Last year I heard a voice telling me to perform my idea now. Quickly I contacted Davison invent and I got Mr. Daniel ** on my behalf for any help that we started this week and I am very glad that what we are working on new is a great business that will change many people's lives including me. I am also glad about Mr. Daniel ** who is always nice to me and teaching me the way to come out of this idea. I was somewhat surprised at the speed of the response from Davison. I was again very surprised when Mr. Davison requested a conference call with me regarding my idea. In my previous job, we did something similar only when we were sure that we will be retaining that particular company to represent our company. We had a conference almost every day until we went live. So I believe that Mr. Davison was telling me in short that we believe your idea have a chance, and I appreciated that. I have not really discussed the idea with many of Mr. Davison's team. I did receive an email from Laura indicating that we need to move the product idea forward. So I was expecting a call so we could discuss next steps. In the meantime, I am looking forward to working with the Davison's team as it relates to my idea for a product.

I'm no longer interested in Marketing my invention idea with Davison. Mr. ** knows why. Please Cancel my contract immediately. Please tell me what I must do to expedite my request for the third time?

I send Davison my idea around one year back. Promise was to build a sample within less than 16 weeks if all fees are paid in advance $ 11,500. They changed my idea which is an electronic device to flash memory card then to mobile casing, which are far from my main idea. I tried to reach the owner of the company "George Davison" over e-mail but with no luck. Even I am not able to call him. They want me to sign and agree on something has nothing to do with my idea, and of course I am refusing.

Very excited, and hopefully I can bring my idea to everyone. Inventionland is helping me find the path to success. Whether I fail today, tomorrow will be successful. Thank you, good company to work through. Be prepared to believe in your idea, and investment in it.

I contacted Davison and within a few days I received a phone call and the idea started rolling, Danielle has kept on top of contacting me, but was not pushy; let me do things on my time. When I returned phone calls she was right there for me, answering questions and helping me along. I was to understand that not all ideas or items go to market but the company will do everything they can to ensure it goes out. I am very pleased with Davison and will use them for any future ideas I may have.

I have been working with a Mr. Mark ** and he has help me a lot on how to submit my idea. And gave me a lot of information on how to submit a proper proposal. I highly commend him on his outstanding efforts and he taking the time to explain everything to me and thank you.

So far they take my money and I get little results. Want this on the market. If Mr. Davison remembers, this is a Commercial Charcoal Vending Machine. I do have a patent.

Do you know who you are dealing with when you send your idea to Davison Invention Company? It's all done over the phone. You don't see any one. It could be someone sat at home. The paperwork they send you, you can do it yourself. What's stopping them altering your idea and sending your idea back to you saying it won't work and then they use someone else and put their name on it and pinch your idea? It very easily done. So be wise before you send any money to this firm. They have been done before for this scam, Dennis, Manchester UK across the pond. Good luck. I have lost over $15000 dollars.

I was very surprised and pleased that I got a response from Davison, and when I talked to Alex he made feel good that I made the attempt to reach out to share an idea that I feel important to the safety of an infant but to be safer for the adult controlling the infant seat. Too many infants could sustain injuries that could affect their future development, so for Davison to want to look at this project, it has me excited to move forward with all involved.

All started out fine - great service from the development team. Ended up spending the better part of $56,000 over 3 years for four prototypes and provisional patents. When I got to licensing it went pear shaped. They appear to have only a small amount of companies that will work with them. My inventions ended up getting presented (for another fee) to companies that were in a totally different industry. I think they had a very poor understanding of the market that needed targeting. Would not give me answers to the questions I had about how the inventions are presented. Would forget to return calls up to 6 months on one occasion! When you try to talk to someone higher up in management they fob you off. Departments are ring fenced so you cannot go back to find a better way forward. I am not bitter with inventing, just a very unprofessional company.

I have never done this before, and will proceed as I see fit, but if you know of a better way for me to go I will listen to you. Now that I am with Davison, I believe I am really doing well. Maybe I can not get to the telephone because of the time difference, but I feel really good putting my thoughts into words.

At first it was a little phone tag going on. Either I didn't get to the phone in time, or Mr. ** was away from his desk. Well when we finally got the chance to speak with one another, I believe it went fairly well. Initial telephone call regarding pet and child starter. When contacted I was not able to hear. I did inform the caller. She seemed to have an issue or it was perception. Reason not because I was having an issue hearing. So I wish to be fair regarding this matter. Other than this everything so far has been fine.

I was really pleased to have agent Jack ** on the phone the other day and I was really surprised with his patience as he explained to me the necessary steps I needed to take to publish my idea. I'm very new to all of this and we have been communicated back and forth for the past week and now I can fairly say I have a clue of what is needed to reach the next step.

I am a disabled person who has to pay out my fees to get the process started and since I paid a deposit I haven't spoken to a single person by phone or via email. It makes me feel like you guys got a payment and are gone.

Started pushing me on a payment, which was fine. But I told him after about 10:30 am, which was after our 10:00 am conference call, that I would get back to him ASAP on how I was going to pay Davison the $795.00. And then, not even 2 hours later he calls me and wants to know if I have money yet? I was seriously pissed off. I told him I have Parkinson's disease and things may take longer for me to get things done. But he kept up his rudeness and I've decided to go elsewhere.

Matt has done a good job keeping in contact with me, even I missed one of his calls because I was straight out of nightshift and passed out.

My experience in the "baby" stages of my idea have been great. Not only do they have great questions to help them see my vision and they have listened to my input on what it is and why I think it's a good product for them to try and help me develop. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there and I also know if I have another great idea I will come back and use their services again.

When I first called I was uneasy about the whole thing because when I initially began my search I saw nothing but articles of people getting scammed. I thought for sure I blew it, but Tonette was very patient and stuck with me. So I am eternally grateful to everyone there at Davison.
