The rep for the company which has been guiding me Mr. Brad **, does an excellent job and is always there if ever I need advice, and when he schedules an appointment by phone, I sometimes forget and he is very forgiving when it comes to understanding listening to my excuses. Anyway I hope this project works out for both of us and helping the other guy so to speak. It is so simple. I'm surprised no one has marketed the idea.

Daniel has been wonderful walking through all aspects explaining to me and helping me with the process.

I have spoken with Nathan on several occasions, trying to get my invention up and moving. So far we have worked out some issues and are still in the process of getting all the i's dotted and the t's crossed. It has been a pleasant experience thus far. As it stands right now Davison is a very fair company. When I got started with them I had no idea what was going to happen to my idea. But when someone finally got back with me, they were so nice. There was a small fee before they could get started. I did not have it all at one time so we made a deal so I would be able to get my idea off the ground floor. I think there are no better people than the crew at Davison's company. They really want to see if you can fly.

When I first expressed my idea, I thought nothing of it. When I started receiving emails and phone calls about my idea, I thought, maybe my idea was better than I thought. So when the Director of new products kept calling me and emailing me. I started to think, "what did I do". She was very persistent, very encouraging and very nice. She made me feel like I had the best idea in the world. My idea is in the process of being designed right now and I'm Very excited about that. I really want to thank LaShun ** the Director of new products at Davison for giving me this opportunity to express my idea. She once asked me, what keeps me going, what motivates me, what drives me.

Beware. They took my $7000 and I got nothing out of them and they never got to see the product sample and now no reply and their lines are all on message system. Can't get through anyone.

Due to some miscommunication, it was assumed that I was not serious about moving forward. It was a little irritating. We resolved the issue and are now moving forward.

So far so good.

Cindy and I are just getting started! I have choppers in my stomach. You would think that after what I've been thru this would not bother me! I am sweating now!

I was very skeptical because of scams however, I have developed trust throughout the pre-development process. Good work!

I had no idea of what to do with my invention. I happened to see Davison on my computer and did a little research on them. The BBB approves Davison. I called and have had the highest thrill of my life! Davison actually wants my idea! Ashley ** is an excellent guide who is very thorough in her explanations and she is holding my hand through all this excitement! I wouldn't have had this process done any other way! Thank you!

I had this idea of mine for a few years. Never did anything with it. Thought I would give a chance. But after starting with Davison I'm realizing that this could get expensive. The returns could be excellent but being on social security and only working two days a week I could possibly abandoned the idea. That would be a heart-breaker. But Mike ** the director I spoke to was very helpful. I guess we'll see.

I am happy to have this opportunity to give my feedback to Davison. I am going through some very difficult times and I have found that not everyone empathizes with my circumstances. It is very easy for us to have many opinions and solutions to someone else's difficulties though we have never experienced the circumstances they are experiencing. Many times we do more harm to people by the things we say and suggest because of our misunderstandings. I have not been able to work for four and a half years, and I have had all kinds of opinions good and bad. I know that there are people who would find it ideal to live without anything relying only on the compassion and help of others. I do not understand anyone wanting to live a life of not being able to even buy a deodorant.

I found everyone at Davison very professional. Jeffrey went over everything and made sure I understood the process. Jeffrey took time to explain and answer every question I had. I wish I got in touch with Davison earlier. I am looking forward to getting my idea off the ground. Thank you again.

So far my experience has been great. There is nothing I can complain on or about.

Having only been in contact with Davison for a relatively short period of time, I am happy that they have been keeping in touch with me. I was obviously nervous about passing on details but they have certainly reassured me that confidence from both sides is definitely one of the 1st hurdles that should be overcome. We have certainly achieved that, the fact that they say they will call and then they actually do is a big plus for me. Also the fact that they are dealing with me on an International basis (at this moment) also assures me that they are putting in a bit of effort on me.

My first contact with Davison was exciting and I was pleased with the patience exhibited by them as I was on vacation. When we were able to discuss my venture the individual I talked with was very encouraging. We arranged for a follow-up telcon for the next Monday. It was about three weeks later I received a telephone call from a different individual who said the person I originally communicated with was no longer with the company. 3 weeks?

It's really too soon to be able to rate the company as we haven't been with you that long. So far Mr. ** has been a big help on explaining things to us but really can't rate at this time.

The experience wasn't bad but when I was unable to continue I started to get ignored no matter what. I asked for refund due to the financial issues I was having and I never heard nothing back. I kept emailing, calling and leaving messages left and right and got nothing back. After a few months I ended up stopping.

Mrs. Janine ** has been very helpful and patient while giving me time to get the funds for pre-development. She has been very attentive to my calls and prompt on returning my calls whenever I had questions. I can honestly say that so far this has been a GREAT business relationship/experience. I cannot wait to see the product when it's developed and I have FAITH that everything will continue in the manner in which we began. PLEASE give her recognition for her hard work. I had spoken to a nice gentleman, who had held the position previously, a couple of times but our phone calls dwindled to zero. I couldn't believe that when Jermaine contacted me I had just been thinking about getting my project back in the works! And I think we had a real connection. I think he might agree. We get along great & I enjoy our monthly "touch base" calls. He's never pushed me for money because he understands my current health and financial situation. And when I mentioned it to him he said, "I didn't ask you for any", and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. In any case, I am very serious and passionate about my invention, and I think it's an excellent idea so I want to reach fruition as soon as is humanly (a human with severe fibromyalgia) possible. I am working with Nick ** and he seems very capable and competent as far as getting my idea started in the right direction. We have had a few communication mishaps in the beginning but I think we're on track now with our plan to move forward. I have been paying a little at a time to get my idea to the development stage because I am pretty low income. I do feel that my idea can become very profitable if put in the right places to sell. I have sold some Mini-B's at craft fairs and have given them to relatives for baby shower gifts and they have always gone over quite well. With the new improvements I feel they will be even better if we can get them into some big stores like "Babies R Us", Wal-Mart, Meijer and Costco. My hope is to have the rest of the pre-development money by November and then really get manufacturing. I am staying in contact with Nick and he has been very helpful to me as well.

I really can't say much at this time. I haven't finished paying for it yet. To be TOTALLY honest, I didn't think I would have to pay anything initially, but when I found out how much I did have to pay, I thought it was too much, but I decided to move forward anyway. I hope if it doesn't work, I get my money back.

Some of your Associates make me feel I'm not even serious about my invention due to the fact I have not finished paying the beginning stages of payment. Give me a break. Times are hard for me to try and pay it off... And the amount of money it takes to produce a product seems way out in left field. I mean come on. $10,000 to $16,000 just to get it on the market... I have seen your company get suited at one point owing customers more than they were paying to get it in stores. I WANT MY $50 DOLLARS BACK.

Took my $50 when I could not get the rest of the money that your company wanted... Would not refund my measly $50. There was no services done for me at all. I hope that you profited with my money. Now I will post this on my Facebook page.

So far I've had a pretty good experience with Davison. I'm still in the beginning stages, so we'll see how the rest of this transition takes place. My director has been very understanding with my product descriptions and financial reasonings, as well as an excellent listener.

After 31 years I finally decided to trust a company with my Idea. I was on the internet and saw INVENTIONLAND as I surfed. I went back to the article Mr. Davison's name Stuck in my head because Harley Davidson (not so much the same spelling) But the name is a trigger to me because of Motorcycles. Long story short so far I am very trusting in working with the best in the Business. Alvin ** gave me the motive to pursue my idea. I have been with the team long enough to feel comfortable with the guidance, In the right direction And all legal matters. Thank you for believing in me!

I just cannot believe that this company has given me an opportunity to have professionals look at my idea! I am not able to pay the entire fee at one time, so they are allowing me to pay over three months. Thank you so much for being there for the little man, Davison! Thank you Justin **!

An inventor company can really envision a new inventor idea that will generate money and impact present and future. People should help with start up by Davison Scholarship Fund to help their clients. Since I have not started the second step I really cannot rate my experience, however, I am very pleased with the first step.

Sadly it still came down to money. I couldn't make the payments, so I had to call it off. I know it takes money to make money, but I feel like I had a real winner. I know it wasn't the most original idea, but I think it would have been extremely helpful. Remote controls and game controllers with a charging stand already exist, I just wanted to add a find controller button to them so they wouldn't be lost as often. I think it would have been a good seller, but I didn't have the $700 to put into it. Now that I know there's a $700 fee to ideas into reality, I haven't really given anything else a whole lot of thought. It probably would have been a great experience, even if it didn't sell much.

I am not sure how much I still owe before the next step takes place but I am still looking forward to moving this project forward.

I love the fact that they make it possible for anyone to pursue a dream. The experience alone is amazing. I would recommend the Davison idea group to anyone that has the dream and wants to make it a reality. Not to forget that the service at Davison is second to none when it comes to establishing relationships with their clients. #brainstormed

I enjoyed talking with the experts I presented my idea to. He showed interest and professionalism when he contacted me each time. It was unfortunate to hear that he no longer works there but his predecessor Ashley also was pleasant to work with as well! Unfortunately, I was unable to stay current paying off my fees for my idea due to financial and health issues I endured! If I am able to continue in the near future to pick up where I left off I would love to do that! My health conditions is improving which will allow me to better my financial crisis as well! I am looking forward to working with this great company again one day! This is a very good company and I strongly believe in Davison! Thank you for allowing me to share!

I wish I had known how much this was really going to cost. I thought $795 was fair. However, being retired, the new cost to proceed is high. If I choose not to proceed, is there a refund?

I found both the customer service & management contact very good. Due to severe illness I have not been able to maintain my signed agreement with Davison, but they maintained contact with me. I hope that this will continue until I'm able to complete my project can be revived & be well represented as both Davison & myself can realize as expected.

We never got the chance to work together, and I was never returned my $100.00 deposit which I was promised, so I am very unhappy with you. If you folks refund me my money then we'll talk.

I am happy that Davison kept in touch once or twice a year since I submitted idea without being a pest. I am happy that I am allowed to make payments on the fee without interest charges. I am happy with the respect with which I have been treated since I began working with Davison. And I am happy with the apparent honesty that has answered all my questions.

The costs you require initially are far too high.

When I first started with the company many years ago, I was constantly disrespected. The supervisor took over and then started ignoring my messages. I simply just want my money back. I will never try this again.

Well everything was going well till I had a brain bleed and with all the rehab time I needed I could not move forward with my primary new item I was interested in inventing.. So I send word to Davison, explained my situation and asked to be reimbursed. Your company denied me and kept my money. I will never ever promote your company or use your company as a non-feeling, not considering my situation... you're all about the greed and money and do not care about the consumers at all.

I truly appreciate all you do for your clients to bring their ideas into reality. Big thank you!

Davison Company is great because they are willing to work with you on your idea anytime you are available and they stay in contact with you about your idea. Before I put my pre-development payments on hold temporarily because of financial situations, I was communicating with Davison Company on a daily basis about my idea. I still am going to continue my Idea with Davison Company. I recommend anyone who has a Idea they want to invent should work with Davison Company.

You all are not organized at all, and I have been asking for 2+ years to cancel everything about my submission and have been ignored. I am saying again, "cancel everything and don't use my idea or I will be forced to seek legal counsel". No stars!

I gave a down payment and got very ill. Your company wanted more money from me and then said it would even cost me more to produce the said product or products. Then I was told I would encounter multiple money investments to package label produce market on and on and on. This was a viper draw from the start. So now there's this email and you. Smart move, nope I feel you're a total vampire business and I use that as a base to start from.

My experience was great, I started paying for getting my invention started but unfortunately I lost my job May of 2011 and have never recovered financially. But the staff was great and encouraging as could be! Now I'm retired and can't even think of getting it started again.

In my opinion, I had a rough time being convinced that I had a great invention going, no one believed in my idea. Then one day on the internet, I saw Davison Invention. Still being afraid, I went and found my old drawing and started talking to a couple of people. At the time I wasn't working and was given up on. Then I met or spoke with Mr. Dan **. I have to say, it was rough getting me started but he did not stop nor gave up on me. Thank you Dan for believing in me. I will never forget how you helped me to not be afraid and not to let my dream die. Right now I am feeling a little emotional and have to pause. Hope to be meeting you all soon. Never stop believing and keep on pushing forward in helping people's dream come true.

While apprehensive about Davison I have faith in Nathan enough to move forward with our concept. Nathan's knowledge of the process and enthusiasm inspires a sense of trust.

This place is a total scam! Besides the two lawsuits they have under their belt for being deceptive, they also have a super low track record of less than 1% of anyone's invention idea making it to store shelves. Their current president is a former client of theirs. That should tell you the royalty checks are not really rolling in for him. They also do not pay their employees and take ten percent out of their bonus checks with no explanation whatsoever. Please take your idea elsewhere besides Davison.

Started out great. Lots of calls to get the pre-development started. Went on for a couple of weeks. They build your confidence up so you feel positive enough to sign their contract. There are a few red flags I missed. One, a fee based services. Meaning they are out for your money only. I paid a retainer fee 100.00 out of the 795 request to get started. When asked what the money was for, their reply was you have to bait the hook so you can catch a fish. Second red flag, they expect to get paid for nothing. I put this fee on a atm card then the calls stopped, so I canceled my card to protect myself. I read on here that another person did the same thing and they keep digging in their account. Don't give them any atm or credit card information. On the red flag is they were sued by the federal trade commission, and a fat f from better business Bureau. It's a shame. Beware. Stay clear of these crooks. They only took me for a hundred bucks cheap lesson.

Like a dream come true. I wish I had found them 15 years ago. I am an industrial designer military. My sisters hated me because I worked on control panel for under sea launched intercontinental missile with Sperry Univac. I changed to sporting goods and got a job as new product development designer, and received 4 patents. Nate is a gem. He helped me schedule payments I can afford. Looking forward to applying for a satellite online positions. I only get 285.00 per hour.

I have been talking about my idea for about a month now with Joshua **. I know that this process takes some time and I appreciate all the time and patience that I have received from Mr **. Thank you.

My review is short because I am in the preliminary stages. However my experience at this time, has been positive. Only one minor negative. Consumers should be told upfront about the option of opting out of the deal within three days. And it should not include the weekend days. I know this is legal and common practice but for a thriving, well known company to do this seems a bit unfair. However perhaps I missed that info in my conversation with the representative of the company.

So far my experience with Davison has been wonderful. Some questions that I have pertaining to the processing fee is after paying the 100.00 retainer fee. How much time do we have to pay the rest of the fee? How long does the whole process with a Patent take? If everything with my invention works out right this will be the start to a new beginning. I have been speaking with Chris on several occasions to discuss my invention. Chris has been prompt, polite, knowledgeable in the field, and explained in some detail as to what, how the process moves along. Chris has made the process simple to understand.

When I first reached out to Davison and we talked $795. I explained that due to financial hardship, I could not come up with that money all at once. Your rep said, "No problem don't worry about that. If a woman on disability can get her invention launched, you can too." I gave you a check for $100 and could do probably that same monthly.

Yesterday (8-3-15) morning I received a call from ** (VP for new inventions) concerning my proposed invention. He informed me that my original project manager was no longer with the company (**). He stated that he would be handling the project now. After discussing the project, ** stated that he would be contacting me by email with more details. I told him that I would be forwarding all the emails that I had originally sent to ** to him including a photo of the proposed item. As of this morning (8-4-15) I have not received that email from **. That is very disappointing indeed. First ** promised to contact me and now ** has failed to contact me. This makes me very suspicious. What is going on? Perhaps I should contact another company of this type. Awaiting your response.

So far it's been really good. Extremely nice and helpful people. Looking forward to putting some cash in both of our pockets.

My idea is to invent and market a squeegee for cleaning curved glass surfaces whether on RV, buses, cars, trains, trucks or buildings. I have not seen any for sale in various retail outlets. I contacted Davison via e-mail with this idea and they have been very receptive to the idea. I assume they are being honest with me. My contact with Davison has been Don **. He has been an absolute jewel. Very courteous, friendly, personal, and of course very business oriented. A pleasure to deal with. I hope my idea works and is manufactured and marketed. I feel very pleased and secure having Davison my partner.

Michael ** contacted me upon submission of my idea. He briefly gave me a summary of the company and what to expect. He answered my questions, encouraged me to watch the videos (which I did) and then did a follow-up call the same day. Overall, my experience was A+ and I am looking forward with collaborating with Inventionland.

In 2007 I started with Davison & was all happy like all the new people sending in reviews but it's 2015 & two failed projects were sent to me & it's been months & I still have not seen the third one. I spent over 20,000.00 on this company & now no one emails me back & if I do get to talk to Autumn I want to cry because she never has good news. Yes in the beginning dealing with Eric ** about my invention he made me cry happy tears with all the positive feedback. But as usual my Mother was right - she read the paperwork over & over & circled things she knew didn't sound right but I didn't listen. I trusted this company & now I'm sorry! I want my money back!!

Up to this point I am satisfied and hope that the project has the potential to become something more than just an idea. I look forward to seeing progress and hope that I can aid in any way the undertaking of my idea.
