As of 09/14/2018, I just completed my pre development payment for my idea, and nothing could be more of a satisfaction knowing that I'm working with a prestigious company (Davision InventionLand) who's working my idea into reality. I wanna take this time to thank you all for working with me... and of course, working with my payment ability.

We opened an account & due to finances we dropped the process. Recently Janine ** called us when finding the deposit we had on file and explained we could complete the required amount by making partial payments to get the account active. We have been able to do that and are looking forward to hearing the results of your search about our idea.

To be blunt this company is a total scam. Take your money. Do nothing or very little. Manufactured my own product. Gave them to them. Paid $6000 and received a terrible photo and a 3 line presentation which they sent to one company. That's it. They then tell me that every time they reach out to another company it's another $300. This for them emailing this terrible photo along with 3 lines. They don't do anything else. They sit and wait for some fish to bite the hook. How's that going possibly happen when the bait sucks. Sorry. They use words like executive summary to describe what I got. Really. It's more like an executive rip off. Here I am waiting for the rest of the presentation package. They told me, "Oh no. That's going to cost you another boatload of money."

This was horrible so far. I am lost, paid everything up to date and I am STILL waiting for someone to push this idea which I already have buyers for! I sacrificed to pay everything they required and I am being treated like I don't matter. Once monthly follow up calls? Please. And I'm being told they won't even do that if manufacturer didn't update them. Excuse me? Yeah, $10,000 later.

My overall opinion of Davison Inventions is that the personnel are courteous and attentive to customers' needs from inception throughout the entire process and I thank you all. I wouldn't have known where, what, or who to contact concerning my Invention if it weren't for the good people at Davison Inventions.

So far my experience has been fun and I am learning a lot in the process. Mark has made this very easy and makes me use my mind! He is very supportive in my project which helps me to take this another step further.

Anthony has been working with me very professionally and is supportive of my ideas. I feel blessed to be working with some of the greatest people who must be working with some of the greatest minds. Thank you for all your time and patience with making the world a better place. I look forward to our future engagements. Thanks again.

I’ve just begun with the Davison (family) this is what it feels like to me and feel very welcomed. I trust and believe that I will be treated fairly and just like family. I hate I waited so long to contact them but better late than never. I hope and pray that we can fix this problem most people are having. When I first thought about initiating the first move to launching my idea, I had no idea where to start. Brian ** at Davison worked with me step by step leading me to the pre-development stage. Thanks Brian and the whole Davison team!

I made the mistake of clicking and submitting a crazy idea for an invention to get a FREE gift from those survey sites. Davison called me to move forward on this idea. After getting in depth with this idea, I thought I might have something. Davison moved forward with it. They asked for money to get it started. I gave them money. Then they came back asking for more money after getting patent and licensing. I gave it. Then after receiving the report, I was asked for more money. I asked when does it end with ME giving money when I haven't made a dime.

Dog leg protector - Protecting the dogs leg, but also allowing the wound to heal. It’s been a pleasure speaking to Angelo and Jason! Looking forward to working with them on this project. This project will help all types of dogs and cats. Also, won’t make the animal afraid to have it on.

Davison is really straightforward and Adam is very informative, and attentive. This is going to be a very unique experience for me and my loved ones. Thank you for taking the time out to believe in me and my new invention.

Easy process and trustworthy people. I would recommend to anybody interested in getting there idea out. They were professional and a joy to work with and I am excited I chose Davidson. I look forward to working with them on this invention and plan on using them for the other inventions I would like to get to big companies.

Mr. ** is a wonderful man and he really cares about people. He has been with me since the very start and it's been a wild ride but it's coming to an end, and I really wanted to thank him for everything he's done. Then there's Mr. ** he helped me with some papers that I had to send off. So everyone I talk to is great and all very helpful.

Didn’t feel comfortable at first but now after talking with Jason a couple of times and looking at video and some of my own investigating it made me feel more comfortable and now I feel I have made the right choice.

The experience this far has been a breeze. Jarred is absolutely fantastic. Jarred has been the best with guidance throughout this process. And if I may say. I know that I have made the correct decision to go with Davison. I'm looking forward to more progress in the future. As we go through the process I feel extremely comfortable. This is all new to me. I presented my idea & They are very Helpful in all the right Phases of getting the ball rounding. They asked the right Questions and told me about the Company and its Owner. I was told what an Awesome Company it is and how Companies look forward to see any new Products they are working on. I am so Happy to be working with such a Great Company. Thank you very much.

So far I have sent in my idea, had it reviewed. Paid the fees required to move forward with my idea. I hope to see my invention on shelves one day, but regardless. Hands down excellent experience so far...

Mark ** was very helpful when I started this journey. Then I was handed off to David **. He was Awesome and helped me know all the facts before I decided to move forward. He did not pressure me which helped me make an educated decision.

So far Chad has been great! It is early days for me. We have met over the phone three times and each time has been very clear and the calls have arrived right on time. As I am in Australia, Chad has been flexible with when he called and has also considered my weekends etc. The process seems straightforward so far. I am hoping to continue my work with Davison and to take this product to the public. Very exciting!

Do not trust Davison. I have paid them over $10,000 for my idea along with the patent. They showed my idea to 1 company. They were helpful and communicated with me up until they got my money. Then I was strung along for months, being patient I waited. Finally they told me that my idea was not going to be accepted by the 1 company that it was presented. They then wanted me to pay another $375 to show it to another company. I ask them to send me a prototype. OMG!!! It's trash!!! I am so upset. I am looking into a class action suit. Please contact me if you wish to join. This company promises false hope and simply steals your money.

I was skeptical at first, my husband laughed at my ideas. Lindsey has been my rock! She has helped me through the whole process. I have submitted 2 inventions and just started an app. Davison’s team has been great, they helped me perfect my ideas and make them into a success. I will update my review after my app is finished!!

So far so good, very informed, easy to talk with. Looking forward to our next meeting. This is very exciting to work a idea with a super company that can take on a project and transform it into a vision and a product for use in our great country and even overseas. Good information is provided. The explanations were clear. The system of having an overview, then going step by step is very helpful. Best of all, the Davison people I've talked with are always willing to take time and answer questions.

Years of accumulating ideas to make people's daily life easier, I just joined the Davison with one of my fantastic ideas... :-) My first contact and the only one so far was With Janine **. She walked me through the process very professionally. Now the idea is in the R&D stage, and I am excited to see the development taking place and to see the final product.

I never heard of Davison before and this is a great opportunity for me to get my product out there. So far the experience is good. A little shady on the money portion of it. I really do not know how much it is going to cost. How long until I get the money coming back in to pay for what I invested in?

The team at Davison has been with me every step of the way to make my vision come to life! I'm so happy I found them to help make my dreams become reality. The process takes longer than I had hoped. But much of the delay was due to me. I am looking forward to a prototype being made, talking with some companies, and hopefully seeing my product on retail store shelves. Ed ** has been very good and patient with me. I appreciate that.

Having paid the initial pre-development fee, I have been satisfied with Davison’s follow-up. Any doubts I have so far relate to the potential success of my idea. I hope that the proposal I receive from Davison will settle those doubts.

So far so good. I have been well informed. I hope it’s a successful partnership and get a licence. Davison representative has been timely with follow-ups and interested in my idea. I would recommend Davison to a friend if they have any creative ideas they would like to the for the front. The Davison representative even encourages some ideas that help with the important of my App and how my App can help more than the focused audience.

David ** was assigned to me back in 2016, I think it was, when I first sent in my invention idea. Somewhere between then and now, I managed to scrape up a very small down payment. The other day, my husband finally got a long-awaited workmen's comp settlement, so we were able to pay the rest of the down payment. He was sure a happy camper! So am I!

I have never been in this position of having an idea let alone knowing how or where to go in moving an idea forward. Davison has been everything I could hope to expect, they are very professional, friendly, make me feel comfortable in the company, and motivated to continue forward with Davison. I couldn't imagine a better CO. to be involved with, and moving forward my ideas with.

I have had the greatest experience working with Mark ** on my app idea! He is so educational, giving me examples of what Davison has done before and what is being done for me. I really would recommend Davison to anybody.

I appreciate every extra mile Larry ** walked to keep me as a client. I felt he truly believed in me and went the distance to prove. I originally submitted my idea in 2008 but left and didn't return until 2014, that's when Larry got involved with my product and for over 4 years has been a rock when I was a roiling sea. If I have any complaint it's that I feel my portfolio was less than I was made to think it would be. I was expecting more info on my personal product but received mostly information about other similar products. But Larry has kept me motivated thus far so I will stand solid with him and Davison until my product idea is a reality.

I'm very happy so far. I'm excited about the possibilities of my invention and never could have thought about doing this on my own. Everything has been very wonderful so far and look forward to the next steps. A few things that may help your process improve are: 1. Include an payment option in the process of your current contract process. Taking credit cards by phone is always a higher charge to you as a company than transacting via the web. Authorize.net is a good processor and you can save money and streamline your process by including a form during the contract process where it asks you to click your option for payment. 2. Include an image drop-box at the end of your online contract process. This will enable a new inventor to easily upload images of drawings or prototypes for their ideas.

I just got off the phone with the biggest salesman in Davison about how I needed to pay over $30,000 for an app that we agreed to develop. Not only did they offer me the world to pay the unían fee of $800 but they don’t tell you at the beggining that you will have to pay over $30000 and if you can’t they can do monthly payments but nothing will be done till you pay everything. If you are a single parent like I am and are trying to help your child with his idea but can’t offer $30000, don’t call Davison 'cause all they will do is sell you a dream and take your hard earn money. Now I have to give my son the bad news about his dream because Davison only thinks about profit and not people. Worst scam I’ve ever been involved with and worst of all my son will hate all big companies and feel like they all lie. Don’t be fooled like we did, ask up front what the total cost will be so you don’t get a crappy salesmen like Mr. **. Beware of this guy.

We are still at the early stages at the moment but so far I am happy the way things are going. Larry ** is very helpful and is keeping in constant contact with me letting me know all about the progress being made with my product.

My experience so far is I am very pleased with the help I am getting. Very helpful and very detailed with the help I am getting with my product. Every step is the way anyone would want their idea created. Thank you very much.

I was hesitant at first, but I felt the associate Jerry ** really knew what he was doing and made the first few steps for me very easy! I live in the west coast and Mr. ** one the other side! Jerry waited late in his office just to make sure my documents were accurate and completed. I really feel he has my best interests at hand! Whether my idea goes through or not I can say the process was fun! I would highly recommend Davison to family and friends.

I barely started this process but I have a feeling it's going to be a long and prosperous relationship. After this project takes off I'm going to submit a new one. And then another and another. I got tons of ideas but the next one's really good.

While I am satisfied - to date - with my experience with Davison, I am anxiously awaiting the information folder being prepared by Davison regarding the work done so far to move my idea forward. The uncertainty though is to know whether this idea has merit to move to the next steps that will bring it to market. All the feedback I have been given is "good news" so far, but is that news reliable?

Today, on my calendar was a reminder that I was going to hear from Chad, DNA necklace... supposed telephone call at 10:45 AM... It's now, 1:19 PM. I didn't take a call for work today, a week of work opportunity, if called, exists to the two-month school (no income) layoff for substitutes. No word means no problem?

Davison has been great to work with so far. I've had numerous questions that I've asked over many calls and I always get immediate answers. I really appreciate asking them to give me a call at a time and they doing so punctually, very encouraging.

For the past 3 months in which I have been working with them on my idea has been brilliant. Stress free and no rush payments. It's all done on my rate and when I can pay. Jamie ** (Research Director) was a pleasure to talk to and was always there if I had a question and made the experience enjoyable. I am so glad I chose to work with you guys because I was dubious about presenting my idea to any company. And I chose the best. Looking forward to bringing my idea to life!

I decided to research the company after I heard that they were a big scam. That is exactly what I did. I found out that the company fed me a line of bull all the way through the 3rd stage, and that the work they supposedly had done for me was fraudulent. I emailed Matt **, the person I was working with, and he never answered back. I just tried to email him again and his email is no longer valid. I paid a total of $1800.00 to Davison, and they fed me full of bull. All of it is a lie. Do not get suckered like I did and pay a bunch of money for a bunch of bogus paperwork.

I have been testing my invention for over a year. I am sure of my idea. Upon bringing it to your company and Mr. David ** has made my experience a positive and reassuring one, he has been walking me through each step. There is open communication. He has made me feel comfortable about submitting my idea to Davison inventions. We are not done yet. We only just begun. I cannot wait to see what is ahead of us. I am positive that we will have a good relationship moving forward.

I canceled my contract with my guy Mike **. So I know I should at least get a partial refund if nothing else. I would appreciate the contract agreement kept in good respect and for y'all to honor your word to me. Thanks.

They showed concern about your idea. Explain how they are going to help you get your idea process. The cost is affordable. They are so friendly with you. The person who works with you are polite. I enjoy working with Davison. Recommend them to friends and family.

I would love to see this project move forward as well! I have always had ideas coming to me, but this is the first time I've been able to actually bring my idea this far!

Bicycle toy for the spokes in the wheels to sound like a motorcycle. Everyone has been polite. We like it so far. We're happy to try this out and we know kids will love it. The videos are awesome to watch others succeed.

It takes very long time to bring our ideas into practice. It would be nice if you work fast, longer time depress client, keep us updated, meeting every two weeks is good idea. I have had many ideas for useful inventions in my 53 years. Some of which I shared with others only to have them harm my faith in mankind by taking my idea and making it their own. So, when my daughter sent contact info to me for Davison Design and Development, I was reluctant. However, I went ahead with making the call. Mike hooked me up with Rebekkah ** and we have stayed in close contact. She has been extremely helpful and she keeps me updated on our progress of my invention idea. I find it very easy to talk with Rebekkah. Some days I believe that she works for me more than Davison. Lol! She talks to me as if we have been good friends for many years. I could not have come this far without her. Thank you Mr. **! And thank you Rebekkah. I would be lost without you.

My experience with Davison has been awesome. A first impression is definitely a lasting one and Ms. Patty ** had me at hello. She was enthused about my product, she listened and she informed me of everything I will need to know moving forward. I just want to thank your company for trusting my idea and believing in me.

I've just gotten started working with the Davison Company, in particular working with John **. John has been courteous and professional up to this point. Things are getting moving, I'm still a bit skeptical of this entire process so I'm easing into it with my fingers crossed hoping I don't end up as one of the many disgruntled persons that I seem to see writing complaints. My case manager has been wonderful! She keeps me updated on everything that is happening, makes sure I am aware of possible issues, and is encouraging as well as positive reinforcements. I have yet to work with others at this company. But I am looking forward to the whole process.

The fact that I didn't completely comprehend that additional funding would be necessary kinda put a damper on moving forward. But I can still move forward with this project, just slower. I was hoping to have gone into production in order to be ready for Xmas time.

The nicest person you will ever talk to and she shares the excitement with me which I think is great. She explained how the process works in great detail and I am so excited now that I can see how it all works and I am able to start with confidence.

It appears that my contact, a director of new products, John **, is interested in my success. However I am not naive and understand that if my idea is successful Davison will profit too. I can only hope for the best, knowing that only a small percentage of inventions are successfully marketed.

Davison has been awesome up til this point in the process! They have been very clear and helpful through this exciting time. Donald has done a great job at walking me through the process and I cannot wait til we hit the market!

So far the process is evolving, from an idea in my head to an APP idea on paper. Lots of work ahead, so I hope that's going to be also challenging, is making this successful for all mobile users, and drivers which are going to be our customers.

I can’t complain with what I have already experienced. My idea is barely getting started... all the info given to me is pretty straightforward so far. Nathan has called every time. He says he will. I hope I made the right choice in company to launch my idea and I hope they answer all my questions.

Misleading, Dissatisfied and a waste of money. They wanted a lot of money to get my invention marketed while stating not guaranteed to get a successful outcome. Overall people, seek legal advice first, before being naive like I was and basically donating to deep pocket crooks. I did not give any more money once I found out that investing more money that there was no guarantee in return to any potential profit.

I would most definitely recommend this company to people who has inventing dreams as I do. This is a blessing to me and I'm so thankful they gave me a chance and believed in me. They don't just give you a chance they push you to believe in yourself and for that I will forever be grateful for them.

Milk Teeth Souvenir Project - So far my experience is great and making me more excited about seeing the final outcome. I have to admit that the project assigned to my project gave me more confidence in Davison. Bear in mind that we still have more to go.

Low watt distribution - This system uses a WiFi based platform to supply power to any devices that is compatible to the system by using a similar password to access the service just like how we access the internet at your home. Also the frequency should be adjustable depending on the size of the item or how much power it needs.

It has been awesome working with Davison. Everyone has been very positive in moving things forward to bring my idea to life. I have enjoyed thus far working with Patty and her team. She has been very inspiring to me. She has made me feel so special and very much a part of the team.

My experience has been two part, one education about the process for me and how the partnership can work and two friendship. I haven't had contact with the other members of Davison but through Mike, I feel I know them as acquaintances. Needless to say after that statement my Davison experience has been great and well supported with a goal of getting my product to market. I would highly recommend this company for all inventors that don't have the knowledge to get their idea to the world.

Davison reached out and called me in my cell phone last summer in 2017 and asked me if I had any ideas for inventions. After that moment I started to have idea after idea and submitted the ideas to Davison to see if we can come up with a new product that would sell. The first product was called Mototubes I designed. They are intertube sleds for kids and families. The second one we are working on is PDA Police Force iPads. An overall scheduling and iPad with the police force database on it as well as other apps installed in it that the police use. For example it will have a thumbprint decoder on the bottom right corner to identify anyone with fake ids etc.

I feel this company is a great company to work with and they also stay on top of all information and make sure that they have the most up to date information at all times. They are very thorough and keep the greatest communication with the customer so that if there is any changes or updates occur they will know.

I spoke with Jason and John. I must say they both provided me with not only satisfactory but amazing customer service. They’re easy to talk to and they’re approachable. I’m glad they took care of me when I needed all of my questions answered and doubts cleared. I hope my journey with Davison continues to be one of growth and success! Thanks.

I never expected to submit my idea. It was only by chance that I even found Davison. I'm sure there are thousands of people like me that had some idea but with no way to start the kind of work that Davison does for their clients. I was surprised to hear back from them. When I got the call I thought to myself wow I can do this and they want to help me get started, they want me to succeed. So far I am still in the very early stages of this process but I have had their support from the very first phone call. You will never know until you try and Davison should be where you start. They want you to succeed.

In November 2016 I paid Davison $5,800 to get my product in front of US manufacturers. Initially service seemed to be VERY good. They identified a company who unfortunately would not sign a confidentiality agreement. As such I chose not to go with them. Since then I have not heard a word from Davison and neither will they respond to my emails or phone calls. In short, they have taken my money and run. I believe Davison are a scam. They talk a good talk but that's about how far it goes. I would recommend staying away from this company and not paying them a penny as you are unlikely to see anything in return.

The experience with Davison has been a pleasant one. The staff are very accommodating in all your concerns, needs, and questions. I currently have two products with them. I'm currently trying to placed these products out in the market. Most definitely more will followed in the near future.

Alarming Handbag Patent - My patent idea rested in Davison's hands/desk since 2008, before it was noticed and came to their attention that it could be feasible. I read somewhere, and understand, that: "our biggest failure is - by not trying". God bless all those who have good ideas.

So far I have had a great experience working with Davison. The PM I am working with directly has been very informative and helpful with my invention. They are also very prompt with calling at scheduled times and work around my schedule when needed. Thank you.

My app is not up and running yet, but so far the service I have received and the aide and encouragement has been nothing less than flawless. Joseph ** really knows what he is doing. If not for him I may not have continued to push forward with this project.

Ocwen and its representatives have been very helpful and understanding when things are rough with us and have done everything and met most of our expectations each time we request any.

I am very displeased with Davison. It cost me $16,000 and took over one year to get a prototype and patent. The people I work with at Davison will not return my calls. All communication is on their schedule. No one will listen to my input. I sent multiple drawings, pictures and videos illustrating what I was trying to accomplish and after a year it wasn't close to what I had envisioned, they did finally relent and offered to take the prototype they had envisioned and a drawing of what it was actually supposed to look like, or so they told me. It is a specialized piece of equipment, intended for a specialized market and suppliers that deal with these type of devices.

I love Davison. They are very efficient knowledgeable with my idea. I would love to have them assist me with future ideas. I feel I'm with the right team. They can most definitely bring me forward. I see many of brilliant products that can be effective in our daily lives. What had impressed me was the man that came up with the idea of delaying the windshield wiper, then they made a movie about him. Very motivating.

Davidson Invention land is a scam - $5,800 dollars later and they have changed my invention so many times and sold me a price of paper. All the reviews are people in progress none completed. They send YouTube videos to get you to keep sending money and you will keep sending it till your broke and get nothing. Scam and they only want your money.

My experience has been awesome. The way they help you understand steps and what the next step in your invention. l Iike the way you get calls from the company and you can call them you need about your invention. And you all way get a callback. It's has been a wonderful day for. And I am so happy I call them for help with my invention. I want to thank them being with and help to make my invention come alive.

The experience that I am having with Davison is wonderful. Rachel is great. She has been available to answer all my question faster than in a timely fashion. She is always prompt when following up with me when we have an appointment set. I look forward to the rest of the process.
