    The product is very easy to use. It allows me a lot of flexibility. If I need help the staff is great and can walk me through any changes. The reporting tools are easy to use and meet my requirement. I do wish that ADP would add the tool to work with the NYS Insurance Fund.

    It's very simple and easy to run payroll every month... Everything is streamlined and all necessary IRS filings are taken care of. Makes my accountant's job so much easier. All reports can be obtained at any time without going through our accountant.

    Very dissatisfied employee. I am a employee so my work uses ADP. I have nothing but problems. This company uses my old mailing address to mail my card and checks if last not back enough they close my account without authorization and mess up my paycheck. Every time I have an issue it take several phone calls to get anything done. If you ask for a supervisor or keep you on hold and not return. I have no choice to use this company because my employer has chosen them.

    I work for Bob Evans and they use ADP as payroll company. Well I have a personal bank account and still trying to get direct deposit for my pay to my bank account so I called customer service for ADP. They looked on my account. Said I had filled everything out right for the transfer but every payday it never makes it to my bank account. So I called back and was told again that it was filled out correctly and should work. I did see a button on there to transfer funds to my bank account but when I click it it says wait 2 to 5 days for transfer. Well after 2 weeks who wants to wait another 5 days. Ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to an enemy.

    Incorrectly deducted online commuter benefits from my paycheck. They deducted 420 in one month even though the limit I could use is 260. Even after I left the company and could no longer use the online commuter benefit, my last paycheck had 130 deducted. I have a total of 390 balance that I've called multiple times to refund. I'm forwarded to one life advisor with no one who seem to know what to do. And there is rarely any follow up on issues.

    Our company has used ADP for 7 years and I have never had a good experience dealing with them. Their website would not allow me to access healthcare options and when I call, the automated system rarely works at all. Then I get transferred to India, where the phone reps can never answer any question, and if they do it is always erroneous information.

    It is a huge deal to switch payroll providers. We had several people come out and give us quotes and presentations. We finally decided to switch from Paychecks to ADP in November 2018. One of the worst decisions we have ever made. Please do not use ADP and make the same mistake we did. Please read on to see just some of the issues we had. We do payroll every 2 weeks for approx. 60 people. As of April 10, 2019 we have yet to have a payroll be processed correctly. Adp paid out a bereavement pay to an employee at 2 times wages. They deleted the PTO balances and didn't pay the PTO time out to employees. They debited our account 2 times for the same payroll. They didn't process the 401k upload to our provider. They paid a new employee 2 weeks when the time card system clearly showed only 40 hours worked.

    They processed the federal withholding's for our quarterly commissioned employees over a 2 week period making the withholding's exorbitant and after it was "fixed" they only could process it over 9 weeks and not the entire quarter of 12 weeks. They missed paying out overtime when it was clearly over 40 hours. They calculated the employer match on the 401k for only half of the employees. The list could go on and on and on. We were patient thinking that these were implementation issues but this is way beyond implementation issues. This is a company who just cannot process payroll. I highly advise you to steer away from ADP so you don't make the same mistake we did. I wish we could have received some honest feedback before we made this huge mistake.

    We thank Consumer Affairs and Mr. Willden for bringing our client’s concerns to our attention.
    Turbo Resources Intl’s Controller attended the Pro Summit in Las Vegas, paid in full by ADP. Since then they have been learning a lot on how to use their ADP platform, find solutions to any issues and utilize the various functions the system has to offer. During ADP’s onsite visit, we did an Optimization with our client contacts. We showed them best practice and how to use the Bridge. With the help of the Pro Summit and our WFN Optimization, their case count has decreased by 25% in the last 90 days.

    There has been a lot of progress in building this relationship back up. Our client is now exploring getting new products and services with ADP like the HR module with the Onboarding function.

    Our company has had on on-going issue regarding Unemployment Tax filings for 3 separate quarter filings dating back to 2015. It is almost impossible to receive any communication updates from the tax department. My emails and phone messages are not returned. It has gotten to the point that the state is now fining our company quarterly for the missing quarterly tax filings. Additionally the state also put a garnishment on our taxes with IRS because of this. ADP has admitted responsibility in the matter, but does not appear to be doing anything to resolve the issue.

    My company has been using ADP total source for payroll and healthcare benefits for 9 years. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Automated system that you dial in to very rarely works properly. You then can transferred to India, where no one can help you, or if they do give you an answer, it is always incorrect. The website that you use to log in to never has correct information either. Do not know why any employer would sign up with this group of misfits...

    I've found ADP to provide accurate, easy payroll and tax processing for our small corporation. Updates to our state or federal information (e.g., SUI) are simple to enter as are unusual payroll occurrences. We have a lot of contractors who are temporary from one month to another and it's easy to add/drop them from monthly payroll. Telephone support when needed is available and super helpful.

    My former employer submitted a form on 3/29/19 authorizing a partial distribution. On April 5th I called ADP to check on the status of the distribution, wanting to know when I would get it. The customer service agent first told me the check had been mailed to me and then she told me that it in fact had not been mailed to me, and that there was a problem with the distribution. So instead of getting my money, the agent had to escalate the issue to some higher ups. But of course, the agent can’t connect you to the people who are investigating the issue.

    Then I called again on 4/8 to see when I would get the check, and again, they told me that the problem is still being investigated and that there was no one I could speak to about the investigation other than a customer service agent, who conveniently cannot tell you anything about the status of the investigation or connect you to the people investigating the issue, nor can they speak to the people investigating the issue. I really need that money for a family emergency and ADP refuses to tell me what is going on. I have no other choice but to get a lawyer involved.

    What a joke! I spent 10 minutes trying to log in to no avail. I'm not sure why my boss uses this company as I could do a better job then ADP. Their automated assistant does everything they can to try to prevent you talking to a real person... Oh wait, as an employee you CAN'T talk to a real person or live chat. How many hours should I spend trying to log in? Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

    My first check was supposed to be mailed out on 3-27-19. It is currently 04-06-19 almost time for my next payday which is every two weeks. I contacted my employer. They say it was mailed out on that Wednesday. Well I called my post office. They said they probably didn't mail my check. That I was supposed to get it on the 2nd of April. Well guess what?     Our company transitioned our in house payroll to ADP with the hopes that it would save us time and resources. Boy, were we wrong, after 25 years of doing payroll on various payroll systems, ADP's system is not user friendly and much more complicated than it needs to be. It's obvious there are major infrastructure problems. After 3 months of working with ADP in our implementation, there are still many loose ends and I still can't get anyone to tell me when my taxes are being paid and have seen no payroll tax reporting.

    The customer service reps say they will get back with you and don't, the supervisor does very little to help and I am frustrated to the core with working with incompetent people. I have asked numerous times for someone to provide me contact details to an Upper Management person to discuss my concerns to no avail. Buyer beware.... You will be hammered to give a good review of your implementation process and once you do, you will regret it because that's when the communication and help stops from ADP.

    I logged in today as I needed physical copies of my pay stubs. Why on earth is there a new layout? It won't print on 1 sheet and also doesn't have my name on the printout. This is so inconvenient when needing proper proof of income. Even the computer screen doesn't show my full name as it should. Why mess with a layout that had no issues?. This was very disappointing to deal with. So now I have to bother my employer for proper income verification when I never had to before. Please go back to the old format that will print on 1 page that actually includes my name. The printout I had looked as if I simply typed a list of dates and pay amounts using Word on my own. No proof that it's my income at all. Completely wasted my time for what I needed physical copies for.

    Thank you for sharing your experiences. When printing a pay statement, be sure you are using IE 11, Chrome 30 or higher, Firefox 27, or on MAC Safari 7. It's important to launch the document to a PDF before printing as well. If you continue to have trouble, connecting with your employer is the right course of action.     We switched to ADP in mid-November. I was hesitant to switch mid quarter, near year-end, but was assured it wouldn't be a problem, and there was a special rate for November. It has been a nightmare since Jan 1. The 4th quarter reports are incorrect. The W-2 issued for our single employee (me) is wrong. At set-up, we established that I am not subject to Federal Unemployment Tax (spouse of sole proprietor). ADP filed a FUTA and deducted the tax from our payroll account.

    The very worst thing is that no one answers my emails any longer. I don't know the status, I don't know why it takes so long to resolve the issue. I have been following up since mid-January on this. My first communication to ADP regarding the quarterly reports was Jan 15th. On April 4th, nothing is resolved, and no communication from ADP other than the one on March 11th saying it would take 8 - 10 weeks. March 15th was 8 weeks, and we are now passing 10 weeks. 11 days from April 15th, and I have no W-2, and still waiting for 4th quarter reports to be fixed. And still waiting for the FUTA to be returned. Unacceptable.

    If you get the ADP card, cancel it, and go with another company. My ADP card has been compromised THREE times since I've had it. Customer service has been of VERY little help. Someone had a new card mailed to them in a state I've never lived in. This is a SERIOUS breach of security on the part of ADP. The most recent event happened TODAY (04/03/19). Someone took a substantial amount from my card. ADP rep BARELY spoke any English, and said they (ADP) would cancel my current card, and send me a new one. (7-10 days) The funds won't be returned, until they (ADP) does an "investigation" That could take 2 weeks. I have bills due, and 2 weeks is NOT OK. Maybe I should contact the Attorney General's Office.

    Last week when running payroll, my husband noticed that the dept code for one of our employees was incorrect. It was set to "1-North". However, the employee was scheduled to be in the south branch. So, Jim changed the dept to "1-South". He saved it and checked it when viewing payroll. He also took a screen print to show that it was set to the south branch.

    However, on Friday when the checks came, this guy (Richard **) check was not with the others. This was a major hassle and took me over an hour on the phone with your service reps. One issue was the single check was left at an empty building where no one was working. The second issue was the guy needed his check Friday.

    The third issue was ADP voided the check, but because it was left at an empty building they recommended we stop payment on the check which cost us money. At the end of is all, the rep issued another check that was delivered to the correct location on Monday. The rep also said that we would be credited for that entire payroll because of the issues. The reps I spoke to did a very good job of explaining things to me. They kept calm and were very professional. However, the experience left my husband very angry. I am hoping that we will receive that credit which will offset the cost of stopping payment on the check. Thanks!

We are unique in that as a business there are actually two separate businesses.     I received a call from Ellen that our bank rejected an ADP debit. I was unaware that this happened. She sounded indifferent and just spouted company policy. I researched the situation and found it was caused by ADP since it was an unexpected charge in the payroll account which is kept on an imprest basis, i.e., a minimum balance is maintain and is funded biweekly to cover payroll. I told her we were a customer of ADP for over 19 years. She was unphased. The woman needs to be trained that not all NSF situations are the same. We are not deadbeats. In fact, we have two other payroll entities that we added last year, .Co. Codes ** & **. Fortunately, when I called back I spoke with a lady named Angel who was much more reasonable and sympathetic with the situation and a resolution was worked out more amicably so that a continuing working relationship would be possible.

    When I processed payroll, there was one person that was not processed. ADP staff worked with me and explained that the taxes would be taken out and the amount of payroll check to the employee needed to be issued in the correct amount. It was very simple and easy. No headache over it. Did not take long, actually, it was handled and I was off the phone in the normal amount of time payroll normally takes. The one request I would have is that the employees speak better English. At times it is very hard to understand what they are saying. I do not want to offend anyone by constantly saying excuse me I did not hear what you were saying. I heard it, I just could not understand them.

    Rates to process payroll for 5 employees is extremely high! I have been reviewing other options because spending that much bi-weekly for 5 employees is too expensive. I have gotten quotes that are offering to handle everything ADP does for Dean Miller Broadcasting Corp. and it is half the cost monthly. I do not want to leave ADP, however, the cost is definitely an issue and at half the price it would not be wise not to consider it. I know it has been like 4 years ago that our account was reviewed and our cost was dropped. Could you please have someone review our account again and have them email me to discuss how to lower these fees **. Thank you.

    Our company started using ADP about 5 months ago and in 25 years of doing payroll this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. The implementation was grossly sloppy and it took 2 months just to get all the crucial problems with the set up fixed. Now all these months later I'm still having problems with their errors. Even after notifying them numerous times they still keep reporting our unemployment taxes with the wrong account number! I have never seen a less knowledgeable staff. It has felt like I was training their employees the entire time! Utterly ridiculous! I'm so sorry we changed to ADP and I would never recommend them to other companies.

    There have been numerous incidents over the past 8 months during which we've had ADP when I've been frustrated because you simply cannot get anyone to respond to an email and if you do, they refer you to the customer service line where you are helped and you believe your problem has been fixed, only to find out absolutely nothing was done - every time. But my most recent problem is a serious one and I cannot even get the District Manager to phone me back or email me back. He simply ignores me like he always has.

    One of my employee's W-2 is incorrect and I've notified them twice and each time they tell me a corrected one will be received within 7 days. It has never happened and my employee is still unable to file her taxes. Also, they have told me so many different places to call in regards to an out of state employee that it is ridiculous - I've literally spent days on the phone and still I get the same notice from them daily. It's getting pretty worrisome that people like this are handling our money.

    I worked for a large utility corporation that has ADP as a vendor supporting payroll and related benefits support matters. That means the company already pays ADP on a regular bases. Today, the HR from the utility company told me to contact ADP 800 number and told me to tell ADP to cancel the check and reissue another check to me because I never received a check.

    The first ADP rep, Anna, picked up my call. I told her what happened and told her exactly HR instructions. Anna instead of following the utility HR instructions, she looked into my account and said she cannot see a check was sent out. I reiterated to her that HR said the check was sent out and then told her I can forward the HR email from early this morning. She said that she will open a case and that the case has to route back to the utility company HR for approval. Then I told her that I like to forward her the HR email and asked her the case # because HR emailed me asking the case #. Anna then started typing and then she told me she looked up where I should call the department where I worked to find my check in the utility company.

    I reiterated that I no longer work there, I retired. Also I repeated again that HR told me to tell her to cancel check and reissue. Anna continued typing and never once said that she will cancel the check and re-issue and will send for approval. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor. She insisted that there is no supervisor that I can speak to. I told her this is not a resolution she was providing and instead she is telling me to look for my check when I have no physical place inside the utility company that I can go to look. Then I told her that I will call again and ask someone else to let me talk to a supervisor.

    I called back and spoke to another ADP rep. She was helping then she said she read Anna's notes, and suddenly, I was cut off. I called again and spoke to another ADP rep, she started to help and then again she said she reading Anna's notes, immediately, she started raising her voice and told me that I do not listen to ADP rep and insisted that is me causing this case. This is a very simple issue and I just following instructions to tell ADP what they need to do!

    Each time I called I provided them my credential. I had a similar issue couple of years ago and ADP customer service, made me go around and around. I called and called for three months asking to stop taking money out of my paycheck. No resolutions for proper support from ADP customer support. So now, I am thinking I will never see my check again.

    Hello, I would like to complain in order to find a resolution to our issues and have someone from the Company give me a call. I have 2 open cases that have been open for a week and I cannot receive a response. Additionally, every time I call I am transferred to another department because the current department cannot answer my questions. The representatives are great people and try to help where they can. Our company is multi-state and I cannot seem to find a representative that is well trained in local jurisdictions.

    Because their response time is so slow, as well as the filings of our quarterly state returns, states keep terminating our account. By the time I activate our state account and ADP files a return, the account is terminated again because ADP was too slow in their submitting the returns. What is the solution?! My calls usually result in 2 to 3 call backs just to get something working correctly. We also have a designated account representative and it takes us 3 to 4 emails just to get him to contact us back. We deserve much better care with the amount of money we pay them.

    All is find until you need help to resolve an issue with the 401 and I can't access the account, I can't talk to anyone live and the chat is useless as it does not help to answer your specific challenges you and the the solution - I followed step by step and it still does not work! automation is great and if you go through certain steps there should be a live person available - great for big companies but for smaller ones I don't recommend.

We have had the worst implementation experience and the customer service to rectify all ADP’s errors is horrendous. I honestly don’t believe the managers in implementation have escalated any of my requests, because of the consequences they would face for significant errors along the way.

    Since joining ADP I have had a good experience with each team member. However, my concerned is with the Human Resource department. Numerous of times, I have reached out to HR to discuss certain employee issue, like written warning, how to terminate an employee, etc. But every time I needed more information on a certain matter I would contact HR and would get different representatives, given me different suggestions on how I should resolved a matter. But to give them credit, each representative would asks me what state that my business is located and would reflect on the state laws in my region.

    However the advice on how I should carry out a written warning, or termination would be different from each representative. Instead of ADP HR being a call center, each representative should be held responsible for various accounts with different employers. For example, if there is thirty HR representative working in a call center, each person should be assigned 10 clients. So when an employer need HR advice they can speak with their HR representative directly, not randomly or different agents giving different suggestions.

    For a small business owner this is a convenient service. I think it's a little overpriced, however, and to add insult to injury, users get charged whether they run a payroll each month or not. Small businesses with an owner-operator as the sole employee do not necessarily run payroll every month as it can be feast or famine during year-end and tax time in terms of accounts receivable. I also find ADP's online platform rather confusing for certain purposes. It's not necessarily intuitive.

    We have tried to get information on why our charges are so high with managing the 401k account. It took weeks to have the account rep to get back to us and only when we threatened to call upper management did we get an email. No district manager called even though the account rep said they would. We never should have switched our plan from State Farm. To be honest, this has been the most disappointing experience in dealing with financial matters ever. It is as painful as the IRS!! I would never recommend ADP for 401k and I will not work to switch our payroll service. I realize we are very small, but ADP doesn't care or have any empathy when solving problems. All we got was, that's the way we charge and there is nothing we can do about it.

It takes several days to receive a response from my dedicated rep to a question or request. Sometimes I have to follow up several times over the course of a couple weeks before I get the answer I need.

    The transition experience has been horrible. Information from the prior payroll company had to be sent multiple times. The last payroll was sent on 10/18/18 but was not included in the W-2s, and ADP blames it on me and told me it would take 6-8 weeks to correct!     I very much appreciate the products and service provided by ADP. Both are world class. The only turn off for me is the intense, high pressure sales effort for new products and products I don't yet use. One example of this is the effort to get me to switch to ADP as my workmans' compensation insurance agent. I did give ADP a change and they were nowhere near competitive. But ADP still calls me or writes to me at least weekly about this up to the date when my renewal is effective.

    Workforce Now itself is amazing. However, expect to have no response from the service team, let alone sense of urgency. Their customer service line normally has a 30 minute wait and then cross your fingers to get assigned to someone who has served a similar client to you, otherwise you'll be back to the starting point. There's no one to contact directly for support and the majority of the time despite having your "own and designated service reps", your requests go to random people who might or might not get them solved. In an example, I´ve been on hold on the service line for over 1 hour with the person who responded to the call not knowing how to solve the issue and putting me on hold all the time until I hung up.

    I am the CFO & COO of an educational services firm with fluctuating payroll, but I am very tech savvy, and ADP had some solid options for me to consider. I was at Paychex and they got too costly and services didn't warrant that premium vs. ADP. Sales team at ADP knew my needs before I even asked based on a quick survey call and provided me with a no pressure proposal and let me make the decision. My experience with ADP has been fantastic. Every client has their own story, and this is mine. It will take a strong force to pull me away from ADP. We have a strong relationship where my sales rep knows me now personally and what I need and look for in ADP. This is invaluable and something other firms miss as after the sale is closed as the contact drops after 90 days.

    I have been with ADP over a year and I chat with my original sales rep every quarter. The goal is for small business owners to network with their vendors (big or small) and create mutually beneficial relationships, this is when all parties win!! I refer prospects all the time and should they utilize ADPs services I benefit, ADP benefits and my referral benefits. Mainly due to cost effective services with easy user interfaces for small business and I receive referral credits such as up to one year of free payroll or $2,500 credit max. All I can say is ADP has been good to me and should others do their homework and know their own needs 100% then ADP will be good to you as well. ADP is in a highly competitive space, especially with more cloud based startups, but experience and longevity outweigh the newest fad for tech as ADP has been around for many ups and downs and stills remains at the top of the industry. Something to be said for the latter.

    My payroll rep is a nice guy, though he is not often available when I call. He does respond to my emails usually within 24 hours which I believe is reasonable. It's just when I call in I would like to be able to speak with him instead of another rep. ADP did make a rather egregious mistake on my account. They fixed it but took about a week to refund me roughly $85,000. Not the end of the world, but would have like to have that money back sooner. They did help me in a great way when I had to move a 2018 payroll into 2019 which I imagine was a rather manual process. All in all, I do like to have them on my side, but wish they would respond to inquiries quicker.

    I work for a bank that uses ADP as its payroll provider. I have have numerous very simple issues since being hired by this bank in November - mostly related to not getting paid on time. Every one of these issues that I've had could've been resolved in about 5 seconds if they would just pick up the phone and answer, instead of sending us straight to voicemail. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for this company to not be able to answer incoming phone calls.

    I made a small mistake with putting my direct deposit info (missed a leading zero on my bank account #), so now I have to wait 4 days to get paid, ENTIRELY because ADP refuses to deal with incoming phone calls. This issue would have taken seconds to resolve if they'd answered my phone call this morning. I realize you guys get busy, but you still need to answer the phones.

    03/21 UPDATE:

    ADP has confirmed with our client that the phone number Kyle was calling was not an ADP phone number. It's actually a phone number for his employer's Payroll Department. Kyle is not authorized to contact ADP for this type of request. He must work with his company’s Payroll Department.

    The computer model for generating accurate data for payroll is great. However, every time I have to call customer service I cringe. It is greatly understaffed. Always requiring a wait of 15 minutes and often more. When I do get someone on the line it is always a foreign born person whom I can scarcely understand. It is absolutely maddening. Often it takes overly long to get the simplest thing done. It once took me an hour to get my password changed, I was on vacation. You really should be a customer in your own system with the damn voice mail options. The whole process is terrible and nauseating. I can't say anything bad enough about it. It is really too bad because the actual payroll system is quite good and the people who helped me set up the payroll when I formed my corporation were really smart.

    I am disappointed with the fact that I could not speak with HR only if I update my package for $35 more per payroll (twice a month). This is quite outrageous to get this info, always thought highly of ADP but simple question will cost me 840 per year? No need for all the "benefits" just wanted one answer, which I ended up researching online with State Board. This was bad customer service and I was bitter & disappointed.     When starting up I was assured things were in order and everything was going where it needed to and payroll was being run smoothly. At the end of the year I was told that zero taxes were being pulled for the company and nothing was filed to appropriate agencies. No W2's for my employees. I needed to approve a large amount of funds to be debited from my account that day and told to consult a CPA (at my expense) in order to get W2's, that ADP doesn't do that and cannot help me figure out how and what to do next. The whole reason I went with ADP was to file the taxes and generate the W2's!! It is now March and everything is still up in the air. I can't file taxes for the company until this is resolved. Shocked and waiting in limbo. The IRS is unforgiving and I'm sure penalties will follow. So disappointed.

    It's more up little down that explains my relationship with ADP. Our relationship goes back to when the company main office was on Route 3 in Clifton. ADP have the sources and the complete package to beat similar companies in the market but also have some problems when changes needed to be done but overall they are the best company doing payroll and handling payroll taxes. I have a great experience dealing with customer support and I am lucky they assign me a nice person taken my data every two weeks. The reason I never give the max points myself included is there always room to improve. As far as recommending the company to everyone there is no questions. Yes there might be other companies offers less cost but I always believe you pay for the product you get as long as it's reasonable.

    In general we are happy with RUN; it has made handling payroll very easy and quick. I wish we could change the frequency of the pay so she gets paid once a month, at the beginning of the month, for the next month but by the weeks in a given month. If the first day of the month falls on a Monday, and there are 4 weeks to the month but 3 extra days at the end, she gets 4 weeks pay for the month and the extra three days are paid on the next pay. I was told if someone gets paid for the month, ADP can only paid the first through the last day of the month. Too complicated in some cases, like ours! We went with a payroll company so it would be easier, not more difficult. I believe I am charged much to run pay for the one employee I have. Updated 03/11/2019

    I have no incentive to keep using ADP. It's expensive to run pay for 1 person.

    This process began Jan 25. Jan 31 I submitted documentation our daughter had gained health insurance through her employer. The ADP site showed the document was accepted. Feb 22 I phone the benefits hotline. Rahul tells me in 3-5 business days I should hear something. Feb 24 I get an e-mail that an email response will come in 24 hours. Feb 27 Jordan phones me and says in 3-5 business days someone should be phoning me to let me know our daughter has been removed from coverage. Feb 28 a Service Ticket is put in with the Company HR Corporate Service Desk. March 1 I get an e-mail stating: “Hi Bruce, We are contacting ADP and will circle back as soon as we have more info.” I would be unemployed if my performance was like ADP's.

    This company is garbage, I’ve been trying to get my registration code for my ADP app from last year when my work company changed to them! I’ve been getting the runaround for weeks, when you do talk to them, it’s always the same line "someone will reach out to you via email in 1-2 business days, or someone will call you in 5 business days or call back the next day." I’m so frustrated with this company lousy customer service, y’all suck!!! Please run from this company. They are terrible!!! Wish I could give them negative stars. That’s how bad it is!

    Every time I call the customer service I get the same answers. I’ve contacted Apple and they tell me there is no issue on their end. My card is declined every time I try and use Apple Pay. I have money in my account. I’ve called ADP over this issues at least 20 times and they never can tell me the issue. It’s always the same answer. In fact a couple of them have been very very rude!!!

    Our previous payroll company stopped offering payroll services and transferred all their accounts to ADP. Since the switch, we have had non-stop frustration. ADP provides the absolute minimal amount of service. If you have any question at all when running payroll you have to call their 1-800 number, the wait could be anywhere from 1 to 45 minutes, and then the person who answers might be able to help, but there is a good chance they can't assist either. We have had multiple payroll errors caused by ADP, including an employee being underpaid by $900 and one being overpaid by $1,000. But the absolute WORST part about ADP is the non-stop sales calls! Once they have your contact information, you will be inundated with ADP people calling to add other HR services. But trust me, once you try their payroll service you wouldn't dream of using them for anything else. They are TERRIBLE.

    If I could select zero stars I would!! I have an ongoing wage garnishment from years ago, always the same. 35/wk, 70 biweekly. Switched employers and order was sent to ADP TotalSource. They did not follow the court order, but instead decided to deduct 35% of my disposable income, roughly over 400.00 each pay period. Numerous emails and phone calls to them did nothing. They refuse to understand that this is not a NEW order, only a new employer. I am forced to seek legal counsel to stop this.

    I have been trying to get an issue resolved with my employee ROE's for over a month!!! I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I have spoken to managers and countless staff two or three times a week, each person I speak with is "very sorry" and says they will fix it and email me when it is completed. A day or two go by so I call back and ask about my claim and they tell me "another department is handling it and it looks like work is in progress. We will notify you when this is fixed".

    I call back again after two days and now I'm being told that it could take up to 10 days to resolve the issue because standard response time is 7 - 10 business days. I waited 12 days then called and the person that I spoke with told me he doesn't know what's going on but nothing has been done with my claim and it's just sitting there. His reason was "because you requested a lot of ROE's at once and they have a lot of errors. It's a lot of work to do and seems like no one may have wanted to do it". He assured me he would fix the issue right away, about 3 or 4 days later I receive an email saying my request was completed.

    Now my account was at a stage where I can fill out ROE's and direct file them which is what I thought my account could already do since this was something I agreed to when I opened my account with ADP but I was told someone set up my account incorrectly and I was not signed up for direct filling. I could go on and on but I'm not going to. Long story short almost every rep I have spoken to about this issue has given me a different response and I have still not received ROE's for my employees. Also just realized a couple days ago on my employee's paystubs if they get their vacation pay paid out, for some reason, it's not reflecting that on their pay stubs. You'd think that is the most basic of things ADP's software could do but I was told this is a "back end coding error" and someone will get back to me. Hahaha!!

    I worked for a company that used ADP for their payroll. I worked through September 1, 2018. As of February 26, 2019 I have not received my W2 form. There is no way to contact ADP and any attempts to ask about my w2 end with an automated response that I have to contact the employer. The employer has told me that since they are no longer with ADP they have to pay a separate fee to have them sent. Since I cannot talk to ADP I do not know true this is. The W2 is a legally required document that is to be sent by January 31st. The relationship between ADP and those it contracts with to provide services should not allow ADP to withhold sending a W2.

    My experience with ADP has been beyond frustrating. I have had fraudulent transactions on my account consecutive times. I have called to complain, having to change my card multiple times and still no safety guaranteed. Customer Service is not helpful at all, I've had to wait over two weeks to get my new card unless I pay an extra fee for faster delivery when I shouldn't have to. I would never recommend anyone to get an ADP Aline card.

    My company uses ADP for payroll cards, and the customer service that I received with an issue I've had is TERRIBLE! I contacted them the 1st time and was informed I needed to contact the merchant which I did. On my 2nd call to them with the information from the merchant I was then given the runaround. The 1st lady was unable to give me any information and when I asked for her name, she sent me back to automated system and I had to start the process OVER AGAIN. The 2nd wasn't any more help, she continued to read from her script with the same response no matter the question, so I requested to speak with a supervisor. She appeared not to have the information I needed either, but told me to have the merchant contact them by email. I then contacted the merchant again and they sent the email while I was talking to them.

    I called to follow up the next day and it was as bad as the previous calls. I informed the gentleman I wanted to do a follow up to be sure they received the email, his response several times over and over was that I needed to send an email and continued to give me the email address no matter what I asked. So I requested ANOTHER supervisor. This wasn't any better! She began to ask for a number that I was suppose to receive from the merchant which I wasn't informed of on my 2nd call, I continued to inform her all I wanted to do was follow up on the email, she tried to give me email address again as well. FINALLY after 15 of runaround she tells me she has to email the department that my email is addressed to, to see if they received it. Which was the reason for my call to begin with.

    I've had funds pending from this issue since then, the merchant informed me they would automatically drop on their end after 14 days, we've passed that and still NO RESOLUTION. I spoke with someone else who also sent me back to the automated system after I requested a supervisor because she was rude and not wanting to answer any of my questions. And now they are telling me it's a 30 day hold on their end! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! There is a language barrier when dealing with them, and they are very rude and have no idea of how to assist you, all they're able to do is read from a script. The one star rating is only because I had to pick something and the last last supervisor I actually spoke with, actually gave me ALL of the information that ALL of the others, including supervisors, couldn't.

    I had a garnishment that ADP was supposed to remove in April of 2017. ADP did not remove the IRS ordered garnishment until February 2019 which they claimed was due to a glitch. I am not able to close on my house because ADP is refusing to give myself or my lender a letter stating that the garnishment is stopped. They are trying to give me a so called stop letter that they produced that does not even have the correct amount that they were deducting. I do not understand why they are refusing to fix something that they are clearly at blame for. I would like to give them a negative star but I am unable to do that. I would like other people to know that refuse to give any handwritten or typed letters to anyone even if they are at fault. I guess that is just how they do so called business.

    I had fraudulent use on my card. My card was stolen, pin changed, and used by someone else. I immediately called the number provided as soon as I was aware of the situation. I made a report to 3 different people who barely spoke English. I had to email them answering some questions and explaining exactly what had happened. After that I received an email back, thanking me for my report, telling me to call on a certain day and time for the result. I did that and received no solution. This was 12 days after I made the report mind you. Plus in the report they did have they failed to include an almost $500 withdrawal. That withdraw was the majority of the money reported stolen. So they started another incident report with the transaction that they failed to include in the first report. Even though the transaction was written in the report I had to send originally.

    It's now been 16 days since I called and I have yet to have any money returned to me. I am broke. I have bills to pay and these people could care less. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY!!! I had to borrow money from my mom just to eat. I work hard in the medical field for my money. These people are supposed to protect my money. Their customer service department is rude and disrespectful. In my experience so far, not one person has done anything to assist me with returning my stolen money in over a half of a month.

    Is human resources the reason for your only contact method by phone? If so, where can clients, employees leave feedbacks, comments, complaints if even your live chat of frequently asked questions could not helped me.     During launch and the 3 months after, everything was great. The software itself works well and we are able to process payroll very easily. We also had a go-to rep that helped us when questions or concerns came up. However, after the implementation window, you just get dropped off and no one will email you anymore. Even when I reach out to them, they direct me to call the service line (and are usually pretty rude about it). You always have to call their customer service number. Ok, fine.

    But the customer service line is some of the worst service I've ever experienced! We've had MANY headaches with their customer service. Their email contact is VERY slow (like two months to resolve something). It sounds like their customer service department is so slammed with phone inquiries that they can't keep up with the phones, let alone answer emails. I would much rather have a personal rep or assigned contact for our account. I had no idea we would just be dropped into the giant pool to be managed by a bunch of overworked employees. These days, service is everything. We feel like we very overpromised and underdelivered by the sales team on what we would get getting.

    We signed up with ADP in August of 2018. We were promised a platform launch to all of our staff, time and attendance, payroll services, HR services, and much more. We have been working with the team actively to get all this set up. To date we still do not have the platform set up for our employees, the handbook has never been done, the time and attendance is still not set up, we have not received any HR services, and on the payroll side they have everything so screwed up we were being taxed on things that were not taxable.

    We have repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages to multiple staff members trying to get this resolved. Every time we are told "We are on it" and nothing happens. I follow up and I'm promised again that this will get resolved and yet nothing happens. We have paid for a service we have never received. I feel we have given this company over six months to get everything set up and done with no resolution in sight. So we called to cancel the services, and we were strong armed being told we would be responsible for paying the full amount of the 8 months remaining on the contract. I was in shock.

    You can clearly see by looking at our account we have not received any of the services promised yet we have paid for them. You can also see the multiple emails and calls I have made trying to get these issues resolved. We just spent 2 weeks trying to clean up a taxes issue that you guys caused. I am gravely disappointed that we were never taken care of and our account set up properly and working, that when we finally throw in the towel your reaction is to strong arm us into staying, and that at the end of the day you would take advantage of a small business.

    I have been with ADP for several years. Recently I was having some issues that required me to call for assistance. I am not extremely against overseas call centers for certain things. Payroll is not one. First issue I had the overseas representative did not have a clue what I was talking about and would not escalate. I am assuming they get punished for escalating. I finally asked for someone in the USA and the rep became agitated and disconnected the call. I called again and got another rep overseas and asked for someone in the USA and the person put me on infinite hold and suspended my payroll. I finally went online and also emailed anyone with ADP I could find. After two days I got someone in the USA and Everything was fixed in 30 minutes.

    My payroll was delayed and 2 employees quit (payroll was 2 days late to my employees). I was assured this would never happen again although I was told all calls will be sent overseas and it is ADP company policy. I said it was terrible that I had to talk to someone overseas for payroll issues. Five month later I had to call about another issue I needed corrected. As soon as I got the rep I said I want to speak to someone in USA and I was told "No." The rep said I was required to speak to her first. I became upset and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told all supervisors were busy.

    I was told a supervisor would call me back and the overseas rep suspended my payroll due to an unresolved issue. If you run a business DO NOT USE ADP! I have parted ways with ADP and switched to Paychex. Paychex is an all USA based company. I also saved a little bit of money. I know many people take reviews with a grain of salt... So I challenge you to Call and ask where their call center is based and ask how you bypass the overseas center.

    I am divorced and get my support check out of my ex's pay from ADP. I have not received my check this time and ADP has no one I can talk to to find out if it has been sent out.     I recently made a purchase with my Aline ADP card. I had to get a refund and the company said they refunded the money immediately after the cancellation but the money did not go back on my card. I called ADP and they told me it would take 30 days for me to get my money back, which is ridiculous because usually it takes 3-5 business days and now it is going on two weeks. I actually like keeping my money from my job on this particular card but now I may have to sign up for direct deposit.

    We "upgraded" to Workforce Now almost a year ago. The implementation was basically non-existent, and our account was set up incorrectly. Our experience has been very similar to what many reviewers have described - endless, lengthy phone calls in attempts to get resolution for multiple issues that occur on a regular basis. We thought we would get assistance in correcting the setup and resolving outstanding issues when we were assigned a new account rep. However, his main objective has been to try to sell us additional services instead of resolving the existing problems. At this point, we are looking at other payroll companies because starting over seems to be a less painful process than dealing with ADP and its horrible customer service.

    On Feb the 8th 2019 they deducted the correct amount of child support, it's been 2 weeks however and they still have not dispersed it to the State. When I called ADP, I was told someone had not uploaded the garnishment file correctly and that that was the reason it was on hold. I was told however it would be released that same day. It's been 24 hrs and they have still not given the money to the state. I am already starting to get threats by the child support office if it takes any longer and could be facing felony charges over this if not fixed soon. I will be filing a formal complaint against ADP as well as my HR dept for being this irresponsible. I will also file a report with the BBB.

    This is a debit card issued by ADP to have direct deposit funds loaded onto. I've had a couple hiccups with the card over the past couple years, but never a rejected deposit until yesterday! First, I had several online bill payments being rejected and couldn't figure out why because there were more than enough funds in the account to cover the payment. After about 8 tries to make this payment, it finally went through. I was thinking the glitch may be happening on the receiver's system (although it's never happened with them before)...

    I also had a direct deposit scheduled for the same day (2/15/19). On the morning of 2/16/19 I received notice from the sender that the deposit was rejected by ADP and sent back to them! And because this is a holiday weekend, the deposit will not be retried until next Tuesday! When I called ADP, their representatives keep telling me that they have no record of the deposit being rejected, nor the declined transactions. Everything is coming up cherries in their system. I don't know which is worse - them having issues with their system that would cause inexplicably rejected transactions, or the fact that they don't know what the issue is or are unwilling to admit that there is a problem with their system!

    They tried to tell me that the problem must be with the sender! If it were the sender, that doesn't explain the several declined transactions on the same day when funds were available to cover it. Two different transaction types from different institutions were rejected by them, but they don't even have any record of those transactions being attempted! That makes me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! This is BANKING, and as much as I understand that system glitches and hiccups can happen... I do expect the BANK to have accurate records of what's happening with customers' accounts. Because, after all, the problem can't be fixed if "there is no problem"!

    So here's a banking institution, rejecting transactions and deposits, but saying their system does not reflect that they did so, and they have no idea why that is happening. This is certainly not a banking institution that can be trusted with my income! No one wants to find out on payday that their bank rejected their direct deposit AND have no idea why they rejected it AND denies that they did so! Despite the facts that (1) no one else had any issue with their direct deposit (at different banks) (2) your employer informing you that the funds were returned to them, and (3) they also rejected several payments on that same day (also no record of it in their system) according to ADP, everything is roses on their end... the problem must be with the other institutions. UNACCEPTABLE!

    Our company payroll was called in on a Tuesday but not preceded until Friday due to an error on ADP’s part. It was then sent out for delivery by an unarmed courier who ADP would only say was not FedEx or UPS. The courier left our payroll on the doorstep, outside in an industrial park. Even though we gave instructions for the courier to put the package in our mailbox drop. The package was never found so either they never delivered it or it was stolen. We had to call our bank and have our corporate account changed due to stolen checks. This was expensive and inconvenient, as we had to have checks reprinted etc. and all direct deposit customers and vendors had to be contacted to change the banking info. I can’t believe a payroll company would be so irresponsible.

    I have tried to contact ADP to no avail to report a FAKE w2 submitted by a Large Indian IT company. The payroll data submitted is false. I have also tried to contact this company and no one answers the phone in any department! You can't find any HR, Payroll or anyone. They use false numbers. The problem I have is that ADP does not verify information submitted and does not provide a way to remedy. SO this is clearly Identity Theft, and Conversion of SSN number and reporting to Federal and State Wage offices.

    I've now spent countless hours trying to get my resume and profile in for two different jobs advertised by other companies who subscribe to this service. Each time on two different nights/evenings I get everything in all the way down to the last bit of information and all I get after hours of labor to get it perfect is a "The Circle Of Death" with a green circle that stays on the screen after hitting submit!

    After checking the next day still has the green rotating circle going round and round, and no I am a IT Tech so I have checked everything as far as other possibilities for this cause. I've got 200 megs of ISP download here and no other issues reaching anything else. I tried to re-do the 1st one that failed yesterday and now the job has closed and is not advertised anymore. The one that is hung up now is still advertised but it will not complete!

    The next job I see using this ADP system for applying I will pass on it immediately! This really sucks and there is no way to reach the HR departments because nothing is listed and one cannot call them. The last company I worked for had this horrid service with their payroll and even they dropped it because of terrible no response service! Don't bother replying with "I'm sorry to hear" either, just wasted blow!

    I work for a large company that uses ADP's services so that our employees can have access to their paystubs, accruals, W2's, etc. The website/app has always been sort of a pain but since the company made changes back in November nearly all of our employee's ADP accounts are locked and ADP has only granted one person in the whole company access to unlocking the accounts. This has been a nightmare since November as I constantly have employees ask me to help them unlock their accounts or get access to their own pay info and I cannot help them. Our accounting department is overwhelmed and far, far behind in unlocking accounts. If I ask for an account to be unlocked it generally takes 3-4 weeks for that employee to finally get access. ADP has a good product but it is executed terribly and is not helpful for large companies. Use another service if possible.

    An ADP representative got in touch with me very quickly once my original review posted. It took about 4-5 calls with several representatives here in the US to reverse the disaster, and about 2 weeks later I received a new check. I consider my issue resolved, thanks, in big part, to this website that elicited a swift response from ADP. The service representatives assigned to resolve my issue were competent, stayed on top of this issue and kept me informed until it was resolved to my satisfaction.

    Original Review: Feb. 11, 2019

    I called ADP Retirement Service to liquidate my 401(k) account that I had with a former employer, whose employ I left 7 years ago. I was connected to a call center in India. I now know that I should have demanded to be transferred to the US office. The call center processed my request for partial cash distribution and partial IRA rollover and told me the checks will be mailed out to me on February 4, 2019. I was not offered a choice of a mail delivery carrier, nor was I informed that if I wanted to choose my own % IRS tax withholding, my best choice would be to roll over the entire liquidated account into a personal IRA. Instead, I was told it was mandatory 20% IRS withholding on cash distribution.

    The checks were ostensibly mailed on February 4. By February 8 I have not received them and when I called customer service to trace the checks, I was told they were mailed by regular mail and there was no way to trace them. In addition, my address that I updated on the ADP online account portal, reverted to an old address that I have left 5 years ago. They explained it by saying that it reverted to the old invalid address because my former employer ran the payroll and it had overridden the update that I entered into my account information manually on February 1. At that point I demanded to speak to the US office. They convinced me to wait 2 more days for the checks to show up in the mail.

    Today is February 11, 2019 and the checks have not shown up. I had to call the US based customer service and issue stop payment on the checks, which I now consider missing or stolen. Here is a kicker: the only choice that they give a payee, but only if they insist on being able to track the mailing is to get the check either by (1) untraceable US regular mail or (2) to provide ADP with your own personal FedEx or UPS account number so they can send the check at your expense, and then you get tracking information. I was not given this choice when I called to ask for distribution. Does ADP not know about US PRIORITY MAIL, which allows tracking for $7.00?

    Here is my advice to every potential payee, who wants to receive a distribution from their 401(k) managed by ADP: 1. Do not take a cash distribution, roll everything into a personal IRA. This way, if a check is stolen, it's impossible to cash. 2. Demand the check be mailed in a way that can be tracked. Above all, assume that you are dealing with individuals with no common sense, who will not divulge any information that could possibly offer any safety protection for your money in real world.

    At this point, I would laugh at the security theater that is ADP online portal or ADP call-in customer service, that asked me to provide all kinds of personal information, ostensibly, for safety reason, but sees no problem with mailing the entire cash proceeds of my retirement account by untraceable regular mail if I was not near apoplectic over this astonishing degree of incompetence by an organization that is entrusted with employee retirement funds.

    Unfortunately I couldn't open a checking account but after this I found out that if we have direct deposit we could have our money early typically Friday or Monday. I checked and my account said it had a pending deposit, Monday morning came and still no money. So I talked to my payroll and corporate and they told me it was on ADP, everything was clear on their end. So I called they told me what I already knew and I kept explaining yet Archie (**) and coworker (**) weren't any help and didn't care.

    I called corporate to see why the same company I wasn't getting my money early like the rest, I spoke to Brian and got the same reaction, I became upset. He hung up, I called again and he kept putting me on hold till he finally answered, told me he already put a message for his manager and refused to give me someone that I could speak with to fix this problem. Glad to know it's okay to screw around when you hold people's money. This company doesn't deserve a star but unfortunately it wouldn't let me submit if I didn't.

    I need help!! I accidentally canceled my account on the ADP app. I was only meaning to cancel my card as I had got a new one in the mail. It did not say cancel account but cancel card. Then to come to find out when I called to activate the new card they said I canceled my account. It is currently under "pending account closure". I have my pay checks going to my card as well as my taxes which I'm facing great problems if it isn't fixed! ADP has not helped me as I called and talked to 2 supervisors.     This is the worst card service ever. They take almost 2 weeks to send anything out. And if you want it early there’s a fee 15-25. The customer service reps don’t know how to help or even give clear directions if I call or know I’ll be calling back about 10 more times. All of the websites are miss and hit mostly miss. It’s so confusing and my blood is boiling as I wait a week to access my money because of their mistake. I hate ADP and once I get my money I’m switching over.

    I have used the ADP payroll service for a number of years and the experience has generally been very good. I recently began offering health insurance to my employees and chose ADP to manage the process. It has been a resounding failure. We clearly stated what % of health, dental and vision insurance was owed by the employer and what % by the employee. In addition we clearly stated that dependents would not be covered by the business.

    They cannot seem to understand the concept. Even after going over the numbers for each employee, mistakes are routinely made. The process of adding new employees to the health insurance policies has never gone well. Every payroll is another adventure. I was contacted by ADP this week to see if I wanted to use their services for workers' compensation. I couldn't stop laughing. My current workers' comp company has never caused me any grief. I would never add additional services and run the risk of additional grief.

    I have the ADP Aline Select card through my employer as my pay card. It had easily the worst features of any card of this type I have ever used. Any ATM that ADP lists as "in network" is not actually in their network... I have yet to find one that is. Which means any time I want to get cash out of an ATM, it charges me a large fee to do so. In addition, good luck using it to purchase things online or internationally. I was attempting to make a legitimate international purchase online and the transaction was declined. I called ADP Customer Service who connected me to their fraud department. They verified the transaction I was trying to make and I told them, "Yes, that's correct, please allow it." All they said was, "Okay thank you for calling."

    So imagine my frustration when the transaction still declined. I called back and got the same woman who then got apparently got frustrated and specifically told me that ADP DOES NOT allow international or online purchases with the Aline card... which is the dumbest fluffing thing I have ever heard. What kind of card provider doesn't allow internet or international transactions? I will be setting up a new payment option with my employer immediately, transferring all money off of my Aline card and canceling my account. I do not have a single good thing to say about this company or this card. What the hell kind of card company tells you how you CAN'T spend your money? Would not recommend, at all, to anyone, for any reason. You're better off stuffing all your savings up your own ** for safe keeping.

    I think 1 star is way too high of a rating for this company. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. They will take money from your account that they're not supposed to be taken. And if you can get to talk to someone about it. They will lie to you. I had to terminate my account twice. They was charging me payroll processing for months after I quit using it. And refuse to refund my money.

    We have been using ADP for two years through our employer with no issues. Last May, I increased my additional state withholding from $5 to $10. As soon as I did, they only withheld the $10.00 from my paycheck. I may now owe state taxes due this error. I have contacted our HR and they say that all my information from my W4 matches what is entered into ADP. I wish we had another option for payroll.

    ADP sent me an IRS levy notice dated 12/21/18 the day before the govt shut down. They took nearly my entire check leaving me with $300 to live off of in January (my Los Angeles rent is 2k). They refuse to refund me even though I got a release of wage levy from the IRS when they reopened last week. They wouldn't even hold the funds long enough for me to contact the IRS even though they said they would numerous times when I called them in January.

    One of the worst customer supports I've ever had. Can't even login to my account, even then I log it it keeps crashing. Support asks me for my Social every time they connect me with other department and aren't trained enough to provide me with alternative methods of identification, keep asking for my SSN. Site aren't working, support aren't working, 3+ hour calls.

    I contacted ADP customer service a total of 4 times trying to get the steps needed for my card to work with Apple Pay Cash to send money to my daughter. I kept being put on hold and they would come back saying there was no restrictions on my card. Then they said it could be a fraud concern that I needed to put in my cvv number when I set it up but there is no place in the process to input the cvv. Then they blamed Apple for the declined payments, After talking with Apple they reviewed everything on my phone and said everything was good on my end and that it was the bank who declines. Apple cannot decline.

    After a couple of hours of getting blown off I called and wanted to speak with a supervisor. After approx 15 minutes I got to speak with a supervisor and found out that I could only add money to the card not send it out which makes no sense. In an article from 2016 you stated you were set up with Apple and needed to be on top of the new banking trends. What happened?

    Their ALINE cards take TOO long to come in the mail and when you ask is there a way to withdraw a small amount to pay a bill since it's taking too long they offer to mail out checks that could take JUST AS LONG. They're not looking out for their customers at all so RUN from this business and NEVER look back.

    Login fails requiring frequent password resets needed for no apparent reason (especially bad on mobile devices). Once logged on I can't access my information. There is no menu accessible anymore, it's gone. One of the worst web builds out there. There is no customer service access for issues outside the menu driven ADP choices and no person to person interaction available to resolve issues or ask questions my company can't answer.

    We went 'all in' with ADP over 2 years ago and are still not completely implemented correct. ADP made choices for us, that in fact were not in our best interest during implementation. Once you are 'done' with the implementation process, you are handed an 855 phone number to call for support. Many of people there on inept and unable to help. In our experience they have rush to solve problems in a 'place a band aid on it' kind of way...and get you off the phone as fast as possible. Their solutions have created more problems in some cases.

    After they create problems, you would expect they would actually work more diligently to fix the problem, but in fact you were left to clean up the pieces for over 2 months. In other cases you are told that 'it was a glitch' or 'this just happens'. We on a bi-weekly pay cycle and I would estimate that we have had roughly 10 pay cycle process without an errors or need for support to help fix a problem. I would not recommend ADP to anyone, because you will never feel like you are a valued customer.

    I was a former client of ADP TotalSource who handled our company's pay processing and benefits. There was an over deduction from my paychecks, a simple error. 2 months later and after countless phone calls, promises, and the run around I still have not been reimbursed from ADP. It was a small amount but they stole from me. Shameful.

    Called ADP 2x about my problems with the ADP wage garnishment site. The lady in which I got the same one both call was rude, acted like I was interrupting her day and got aggravated when I told her that the site wasn't working. She blamed me and said I was doing something wrong 'cause she could log in the site. Ok I tried it again - no go. I got so upset I finally just got off the phone with her. Called a third time, got a lady that was really nice (I'd give her and her alone 5 stars) and she helped me get logged in. Now I can't get the payment information on the site just the court order. Being the custodial parent I should be allowed to see payment information.

    On top of that it takes 2x longer to get child support payments from ADP. A payment from 1/4 I finally received on 1/15 and a payment from 1/11 still no payment as of 1/21. What's up with this? His payments in 3 yrs have never done this. He is always been on time and I know his wages are being garnished because we speak to each other often. So before people start to judge just so you know him paying child support was his own idea not mine. I don't want the attorney general to come after him for y'all's slow processing either. So before you tell me to call customer service and I get nowhere with them please tell me what to do to be able to get payment history as a custodial parent and why y'all's payments are garnished on time but so slow to get to the attorney general? But please before you do this get people on the line that care about their jobs and can speak English and not sound like they have a mouth full of food or gum.

    We have been with ADP for about a month, since they couldn't get our payroll right within a four week pay cycle, we canceled. It is now a month after our formal cancelation and we are still disputing weekly payroll charges, and requesting reimbursements. Customer Service reps are all friendly, but not knowledgeable enough to answer all your questions so you wait a minimum of 20 minutes to be transferred to another rep, explain the entire issue, to again be transferred to another. Expect to speak to at least 3+ representatives and hopefully get the answer you called about. They promise you a personal rep - not true! I had to learn the system, run my first payroll myself. Our assigned rep sent me an email to tell me to please email, he is too busy to answer any calls, so email will be the best contact. To date - no response to any email. And in case you can't believe this type of customer service - I have every correspondence saved and can share.

    I ordered a card 2 weeks ago to replace the one that I have that is currently not working. I have no access to any of my cash. They told me 7 to 10 business days and they keep giving me a runaround. Now when I call them they tell me wait another day. Wait another day or they try to offer me express delivery saying 3 to 5 days and I will have it but I will also lose access to the money that's on my card now that I have which I can't even access the cash. I have to swipe the card 50 times at the damn cash register to get it to work then they want to try and charge me $25 to send me a new card express delivery because of their issues. I will never deal with this company again. This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and I will never recommend anybody to get their card. Their customer service sucks.

    After going through a bunch of tests and spending around 3k in preparation for Bariatric surgery I now cannot have the procedure. When ADP took over the handling of our health insurance they decided to not include Bariatric benefits. As a result I now have to travel out of the country and spend a lot more. I am also 3k short on money because the tests that I had are no longer of any use.

    I'm sorry to hear of your situation and hope it works out for you in the end.

    ADP doesn't typically set health insurance policies for our clients. That decision is usually with the carrier or the employer (our client). So while I don't doubt that policies changed when your company switched, it is unlikely that ADP was responsible or that we can make changes to your benefit.

    However, I would be happy to have someone look into this for you. More than likely (unless your employer uses ADP's HRO offering) we would need to communicate to your company's HR or Payroll Contact and ask them to reach out to you.

    ADP salesperson promised us accurate and timely payroll, great service, and through their insurance services department, he guaranteed competitive workers comp rates on pay-by-pay system. None of these proved to be the case. Their sales practices are deceptive at best, and their operations team lacks training and experience. We terminated them as quickly as we could and changed to another payroll company. The new company has 100% perfect payroll for over a year, and our worker's comp premiums are half of what ADP did to us.
