    The reason we have ADP is not to worry about our payroll. With ADP everything is seamless and online. Most importantly, great customer service. Whenever we have an issue, they are professional and most importantly resolve our issue expediently.

    Very easy to calculate, change, add or delete employees. If I have questions that need answered, the staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing I wish that could be changed is the payroll charge for when payroll is not needed for a particular month. Thanks.

    We get late tax filing notices from the state routinely. ADP says don’t worry. Then we get penalties. ADP says don’t worry. But this keeps happening. Plus our charges for payroll up 15%??? Not a great service.

    Great company, experience with enrollment agent a few years back was great, every time I call I rarely have problems reaching the appropriate person although they are so big, experience with insurance carrier they attached to payroll is excellent as well.

    ADP handles our payroll, workers compensation and 401(k). Having all 3 with one company makes my life as an administrator so much easier! Every time I have called their customer service has always been on point. They answer my questions or have found someone who can help resolve my issue.

    I have been very satisfied with the payroll services. I have had difficulties reaching the health insurance person earlier though my last attempt proved much better. I was able to speak with the concerned person who took prompt action and took care of my needs. I am hoping that I will continue to receive the same level of prompt service in the future as well.

    Anytime I have had an issue with something with ADP it is fixed immediately. They are a great company to use for our small business payroll and they are very accommodating. Website is very easy to navigate and we are always up-to-date with all of our federal and state posters that need to be hung in our office.

    ADP makes it very easy to complete the bi-weekly payroll for our company. The ADP RUN webpage is very helpful and has a lot of great resources and reports. It's easy to find past information regarding employees previous pay periods, etc. ADP makes getting payroll done a breeze.

    They are the most incompetent careless company. I spent hours on the phone with the reps who don't seem to care about resolving the issues and I am still trying to clean up the mess created by their mistakes. I have to talk to different reps every single time I call and they don't have a follow-up. Got fined by the state because of their lack of care and delay. They also try to push products/services on you and waste time talking about it. Does ADP require their employees to be incompetent and careless? It's clearly evident that ADP does NOT care about customer care. I'm sick and tired of trying to resolve issues because of ADP's mistakes. If I could, I would give them ZERO star rating.

    I became an ADP customer about 2 months ago when Wells Fargo sold their payroll division to ADP. Since onboarding with ADP, the process has been painful. There seems to be endless disconnects with the various people I am working within the company. I needed a customer CSV file to import my 401K withholding and employer contributions to my 401K company. This took over 1 month to get. I also requested a fairly basic custom report which shows each employee's PTO balances which are sent to each manager within my company.

    As of today I have been with ADP for about 2 months and I still do not have this report. Every time I try to get ahold of someone within ADP, I am typically met with out of the office replies or my emails seem to be ignored. I have requested a manager or supervisor to review our account and assist with the onboarding that I feel is going very poorly. Brian ** is now cc'd on all my emails but the results seem to be the same and he has not replied to or added any additional value.

    My company operates in 20+ states and I need a full service payroll company but I fully regret onboarding with ADP and not reviewing the other options in the marketplace. I was not able to get the Quickbooks import file set up until I used the ADP for 1 1/2 months. There has not been one aspect of the setup process which has been smooth and pleasant. The ADP system appears to be outdated and not user-friendly but this is something I could get over if the support was available. Thus far I would not recommend this to anyone.

    We made the switch back to ADP after Wells Fargo discontinued their payroll services. We were assured it would be a smooth transition. We have had one problem after another with our first 3 payroll periods with ADP. I have called and emailed, repeatedly, both reps who helped set us up; they have yet to respond to my requested. My last phone message was a desperate plea for help. Yesterday, I received a phone call "wanting to get your business back". When I responded that we were currently an unsatisfied customer, I was told "thank you. I'll update the record".

    Technical support for payroll has been insanely frustrating as the technical support staff doesn't escalate the case/ticket when they recognize that they don't have the skills to fix the problem. Instead they waste your time going on a wild goose-chase. I would not recommend this software to anyone unless they are an extremely small business not needing anything other than the basics. Trying to get ADP to accommodate our business with 403(b) company match successfully has been an absolute nightmare.

    Very disappointed with ADP's handling of my RT6 quarterly report. It was filed late and for the incorrect amount. Florida Dept. of Revenue fined me and there is a possibility my tax rate could go up because of the late filing. It was difficult to get someone to respond with my concerns and I spent a-lot of time addressing this issue.

    This company is a joke. They sell you this great product and then there is a bait and switch when you actually purchase the product. Brittany and her boss Heather have terrible response times, and blatantly disregard concerns of business owners. The company is so poorly run that we had to switch to a different payroll provider. Without any notice they also cancelled all of our ZipRecruiter accounts leaving all of my resumes lost. Any business owner knows how devastating this can be when you are actively trying to grow your business. I have now been on hold for 2 hours and essentially have been told tough luck. DO NOT WASTE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME ON THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

    We are a small business and we hired ADP to do our payroll for 2 employees. When they sent us our W2 forms for the tax year of 2018 they had one of the employee's social security number wrong. I called and made them aware of this error and I double checked the W4 forms we submitted to them when we first hired them. All numbers were correct. Having the wrong social security number on a W2 tax form is a serious mistake. They reissued the W2 with the correct Social Security number and then they charged us for correcting their own mistake and debited our account without our permission to do so.

    When I called ADP to try and clear up this matter, the manager that I spoke with, Brandon **, said that he could not help me because it was not his job. He transferred me to client services which could not help me either. I do not and will not ever recommend this company to anyone. Whenever I would call to ask a question, I had to wait on hold for over an hour sometimes just to talk to someone who didn't know anything and couldn't help me.

    1). After the sales rep exited two years ago I got dropped like a hot potato. 2). I brought to the attention of Genesis ** an issue of an error in reporting. She said she was forwarding the issue to the Tax Department. I did not hear anything for quite a while, so I followed up. She no longer works for you and did not pass my need to some else in your organization to whom I could communicate with.

    We have been extremely pleased with the ADP service and the Human Resource services. My biggest complaint is continuing to get sales calls after we've already subscribed to the service - and continue to receive these sales calls; then try to discuss the product with the salesperson and they are nonresponsive.

    Very user friendly. Anyone could use this service. I love how they calculate everything for me. It reduces a lot of stress as a small business owner. However, when you need answers to a question it’s a transfer game and you’ll be lucky to get the right answer. I had one personal representative for a moment. Since then I have never had anyone else call to check on us. Or have a direct phone number I can make contact with. It’s always a customer service thing.

    ADP has been our company's payroll company for years. I cancelled my health ins since May to be terminated on June first. After cancellation of the policy they continued not only to take out the amount they were used to take out but they doubled it. I have called several times regarding a refund and have had no success. It is now July 19th and I still have not received my refund.

    This is the absolute worst ** company ever. I was forced into their card for workers pay. Anyways - It didn't let me create a username, so I didn't remember it. I have gone on both their website and app to the "forgot username" page, entered in my card number, social, name, etc. All for it to say "user not found". Needless to say, worst ** experience of my ** life. Would love to get my username back or just terminate the stupid card and switch my payroll over to my already existing Bank of America account (NO COMPLAINTS AND BOA).

    We have worked with ADP Payroll and almost all its other services for 6 years. We have had fairly good service. The tax department has screwed up three times in filing during this time, but they fixed things in time. I think ADP is having issues now and we are going to have to move on. We had an error on our part, and ADP did not notify us of the problem - just froze our payroll. We jumped through every hoop they required, but they would not unfreeze our payroll for an additional two days. Managers were unavailable to talk with me, clerks were rude and dismissive and we could get zero help.

    I had not experienced this with ADP before. I am so surprised and disappointed. At this hour, I still have no assurance that my employees will receive their direct deposits tomorrow. I see online that there are many complaints about ADP now and problems with reliability. I cannot afford to work with a company that behaves in an unpredictable manner with our payroll, SO on to another company as soon as possible. I hate to leave them, but they have really changed.

    My husband's company switched to ADP May 1,2019. The first check of that month, they took out the right amount of child support, but has somehow lost the payment! The child support office, has never received it! The money was taken from my husband's paycheck, did not go to where it was supposed to. It's on ADP, but he is the one who has to deal with the repercussions of it! ADP says have child support office call them. Child support never calls anyone! It's a runaround, very unprofessional! Think it they have 7.9% of people that pay child support and they take 1 paycheck from each of them. They lining their pockets!! Gonna have to call an Attorney... sad. Only gave 1 star cuz I had to, they deserve a -5.

    Someone easily stole money from my card while the card itself was in a safe place. No I never shared my info with another human being. I stay in Texas and the withdraw was in California. The proof is there. Where is my money back? Or did ADP corporate have a play in this as well? Not sure how my information can easily be copied. My rent is due in 2 days. My estimated time of getting any kind of information around 80 to 90 days. Do not use this company!!!! *** Will not compensate a dime even if you have been a long term customer. If any can help to get some any type of information.

    I have never had a negative experience when it comes to ADP. Any time I have an issue or a question, I call the customer service line and it is always a good experience. The wait time is never very long, and if you are put on hold, they get back to you fairly quickly. They are also very helpful and always have an answer, and they send a follow up email to make sure that everything was taken care of. Overall ADP it a wonderful payroll service!

    I called ADP to try to figure out why my benefits were blocked off and a woman named Priya picked up and she was extremely rude. I understand English isn't her first language but when she couldn't understand what I was saying and I tried explaining it to her she kept interrupting me and then told me to calm down. I'm the customer - don't tell me to calm down. Collect yourself. Her only job is good customer service and she failed miserably at it. Kept putting me on hold every 1-2 minutes and when I asked for a supervisor because she clearly didn't know what she was doing and had to go look something up every 1-2 minutes she wouldn't put the supervisor on. Such terrible experience. I will be giving my company this feedback as well because they pay plenty of money to take our business to them.

    I switched to ADP for payroll a little over a year ago and am very pleased with how simple the program is to use. I love that I don't have to calculate taxes and government deductions, and that I don't have to worry about mistakes as ADP takes full responsibility for corrections. It has made our small business much more professional.

    Payroll is a tough part of running a company- Many different aspects to it and choosing ADP has helped my business well by making the website easy to use and work with to complete my payroll needs. Calling customer service may experience long wait times during certain times of the month, but they also call back within the suggested time which is fine with me.     I have had a great experience with ADP: ease of use, service, performance—all of it was top notch. If I had to voice one criticism, it would be the service charge assessed to the account even if payroll is not issued. Maybe an exception for single employee businesses or something????

    Happy with ADP until I need to contact them for anything. I can count on being on the phone 20 minutes to 30 minutes every time I need to talk with someone. My account managers usually cannot help with my issues and refer me to call the main office. I don't believe this is them being lazy but restrictions on what they can do and not do. Recently I had a tax problem with the state and I want to say Sabin ** went way above the call of duty to help me. It was a pleasure working with her. Sabin stuck with it till we had a solution.

    So the company that I work for issues these cards to us and they load our per diem on them, so therefore they’re pretty important for us when we work out of town. Today I had a fraudulent charge on my card of $180 in a town that’s 4 hours away from where I am and when I called to try to get it taken care of, they told me to call the merchant or wait 10 days for the charge to fully go through. This is pure laziness on their part.

    I got an ADP card through work because forgot my routing number for my bank. I live off week to week paychecks but today I have to walk 5 miles to borrow money for gas to make it to work because ADP didn't put my money on the card even though the employer sent it. What a joke. I'm immediately switching to my bank. At least then I know I can depend on my money to be there. Bet they wouldn't act like that was ok if you owed them money.

    First I would like to thank you for your service. We been with you guys for many and many years and this is the first time I have a very bad experience with ADP over the phone. We was talking to Mriutech ** (**). We always process payroll over the website and we had to process the payroll over the phone for a few weeks. It took me over an hour to submit the payroll and they left me for 25 min on hold. They said that you are not authorize to submit the payroll and I did submit it for the past 4 weeks.     Please save yourself time and money and don't sign up for ADP resource. Way overpriced and they give you a college kid with zero real world business experience that is supposed to help you with HR. The representative will just google your question because he does not know the answer himself. They exaggerate how they will be there for your business and will assist with all your HR needs. The ADP rep. responded late to most of my questions.

    On many occasions I had to follow up with reminders because he never called me back. For the amount of money you are paying their services for a fractions of the price. They will work hard to sell you and call you and follow up till you sign up. Once you sign up you see how flimsy the service is and how much they exaggerated about how they will come to your business on a weekly basis. Once you're with them they will never show up and miss schedule phone meeting. The salespeople are very misleading. ADP filed my payroll taxes incorrectly which is costing me more time and money. They are so many competing services that you can use other than ADP.

    My man's company pays through ADP, his card was lost 34 days ago. He was sent a check in a welcome packet that could be verified. After calling to verify the check & going to the correct bank, he left without his money. They told him a replacement card would come in 7-10 days. It has not arrived. There are supposedly ATMs where he can access his money with his phone. They won’t allow him to do that either because that isn’t his bank. It has been 8 work weeks, (4 checks) since we’ve had any money & we have two children to feed & rent coming up & no one will do anything about it. They just give us the runaround. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

    We are a small business and have been using ADP payroll for the last 4 years. We have a full-service plan with them. Their customer service is prompt and helps out things in a nice manner. Initially, when we started with them 4 years ago, they were handling correctly (both payroll and filing the taxes to State and Federal). But, for the last 2 years, we are having a lot of problems and jeopardizing our business as good standing. Almost every month since 1-year receiving letters from different states or Federal for not properly filing the taxes almost every month. Their tax team is horrible. Our local ADP rep changed, the new rep is good, but, they have no control over what the ADP tax team does or does not do. We are monthly payroll, pretty easy process, they deduct the money every (employer and employee taxes) every month, but, they are not properly filing the taxes to the States and Federal agencies.

    Lot of states since last year sent for collections because of irresponsible acts of ADP tax team. When we have letters from State or Federal agencies for not filing taxes (we are receiving letters from the State/Federal is because they are not filing promptly), we have to call their customer service and submit the letters to ADP over email or through online. Just recently, 2 months ago (to be precise April 2nd, 2019), we had received 3 notices for not filing Q3 and Q4 taxes from a State agency and shared the notices to them (back in Feb, Mar and Apr 2019). They said they will handle and file it properly, but, every after 2 months, they have still not filed to that State. The State sent out another letter and State person called me, said that they will send it to collections if it is not filed ASAP. This is one example, but, like this, there are 2 other States, sent notices multiple times and still those notices are not being properly filed.

    Additionally, for these late notices, per ADP agreement it is their promise to file timely and promptly (we have found out after 4 years it is just a sales pitch), otherwise, they will absorb all the late fees. However, till date, all the late fees are deducted from our bank account for each late filings they did (due to their negligence). Unfortunately, we cannot talk to the ADP tax team directly to escalate and no one cares about our notices. We have called our local ADP rep, he says, he has no control over that. Now we have nowhere else to go to escalate the issues that we are facing. Now, we have decided enough is enough and we are planning to move over to the competitor. Please do not waste your time with them.

    Really good about doing last-minute payroll for my very small company. Always comes through. Very good response this year when I had misfiled one of my year-end reports. My only substantial beef was a few years ago when someone I contacted in the insurance area regarding an error in computation of my Pay-by-Pay payment for Worker's Comp premium. The rep was uncooperative and unpleasant, and not at all forthcoming with information. The type of error I called about appears to have disappeared from the system, and the specific employee, I hope, is working somewhere else now.

    Do not even contemplate using this company!! I hired them to handle my 1 person payroll. They set me up under two different companies and embezzled from me every two weeks. They lied to me and bullied me!!! I had to have an auditor recreate my entire year. They said they would pay for the audit but did not. I told them to never access my bank account and they continued to go in and take money that wasn't theirs!! I fired them and they continued to access my account for payroll.

    They are thieves!!! I literally paid this company to steal from me!!!

    In late April I got a letter asking what to do about my retirement. The very next day I filled out and mailed the letter back explaining what to do with it and in the letter it stated that I had until June 6th. The 6th came and went, I tried several times to call to find out if there was some kind of problem and kept getting hung up on. I went to the website and logged on and re submitted with success. On the 17th of June I called and finally talked to a human. They went through the process and told me that they would pay the remaining part of my loan and the remaining amount would be sent to me in 7-10 days.

    Over a week later I called back and was told that my retirement had been sent to another bank because I never contacted ADP which I had many times. Not only that there would be yet another fee taken out of my money because you made a mistake, well several actually and leave me holding the ball. The guy on the phone was very rude and interrupted me when I was trying to speak. I was so angry I finally just hung up on him. Absolutely ridiculous. Worse company I have ever worked with.

    For the first two years with ADP I had what I considered extremely high Workers Comp payments given I have one employee. It was $2,100 for a part-time employee making $18,000 a year. This year Nicholas ** of ADP listened to my complaint, researched and came up with a $718 a year policy. I am thrilled to finally be paying a fair rate. I am also grateful for Nicholas' help. He was very professional and empathetic in all our conversations and emails. I know compared to most ADP clients I am a very tiny fish, but I felt he was giving me excellent service and consideration of the sort a major company would expect.     Being a former enrolled agent to appreciate how the payroll routine can waste time and resources. Being a corp need to delegate so not distracted. Now when ready can do a payroll in less than 5 minutes. Appreciate the additional Simple IRA option. Hopefully ADP will be able to "bundle" payroll and simple IRA so less cost. The one man business discount as a workaround to bundling "unrelated" services makes it doable.

    Since I started doing payroll with ADP it is quick and easy. I receive messages that my payroll has been accepted, submitted and on the way. With an estimated time that I should receive it. The other tools I've used, make getting things done efficiently ie: making an employee handbook helped me out tremendously!

    I worked for a company in 2017 who used ADP to pay employees. I no longer work there but ADP said that my new employer can easily use my Info to direct deposit. Last week my funds were not available, I was told that the account number I had was not right. Mind you it was the same lady that gave me the wrong account number who told me my current employer could direct deposit my checks into my ADP account even though they do not use the system. So after numerous calls and being hung up on I was given the correct account number. I could not wait another 5 days for the check I was supposed to get that day because I have 3 kids, and didn’t have a speck of food in my home. I was counting on the check to feed my family and buy diapers, so luckily my boss just gave me the cash then and there.

    So my employer updated the correct account number and did payroll on 6/10. The payroll program she uses emailed me today saying the money should be in my account tomorrow (6/14). Now this is the SAME thing that happened last week. So I went on my ADP account to check for my pending deposit and what do ya know?! It’s not there. If I don’t get paid tomorrow I expect ADP TO somehow get that money into my account tomorrow because my lights are going to be shut off all weekend if not. My login username is **. You need to somehow get a hold of me before 11am tomorrow. I have till then to pay it. And if it doesn’t show up in my account I’m canceling all together. I already have too much stress and anxiety on my plate.

    I can't understand why the ADP Aline card switched. This is a disaster. Never had problems. My entire paycheck was not deposited. Customer service lie after lie. My employer gets on the phone with tracking confirmation and acct and routing number to track the paycheck deposited and no one knows what happened. How can a paycheck get misplaced?

    We switched from doing payroll split between our in-house bookkeeper and our CPA firm to ADP's "Run" payroll platform. Setup couldn't have been easier. Our bookkeeper claims a 90% time savings processing payroll, and the platform's price tag is less than half our CPA's charges. The support staff is lightning fast. They're there when we need them. On a few occasions when it was best to talk specifically to our assigned setup agent, and they were already on a call, we had a call-back in under a half-hour. Along with the time and cost savings, our employees are thrilled with new features (for us) such as direct deposit, and an online portal. I'd recommend ADP to companies of any size.

    In the beginning of May I noticed a fraudulent charge pending on my account. Called in and reported. Agent locked my card and ordered a replacement. I had to call back to talk to the Dispute Department. Called back 4 times. I was hung up on after holding for 3 hours each time. Chatted through the site. Someone called and supposedly left a voicemail. No they didn't.

    Fast forward 2 weeks with my locked account and new card. More fraud. More calls. More 3 hours of wasted time and being hung up on. Today is the last day I have to do this. I have all my call logs together and with this last record of my wasted 3 hours and disconnected call I can now file a case in small claims court and I am thrilled. I don't have to wait around listening to terrible music. The Judge will make an appointment. I show up and done. It's not a lot of money but it's my money. This is hands down the most frustrating, horrible and incompetent organization I have had the displeasure to deal with.

    March 25, 2019 a garnishment order was received by employer, ADP received the order on May 2, 2019. On May 30th ADP gave us a confirmation number that a payment was sent. AS of June 10th, no payment received. I was told by an ADP rep, Tony, that a payment was just sent in on June 7th of $13x.xx (not close to a full payment) and due to a "technical issue" no payment was issued on or before May 30th as we were told. This is CRIMINAL!!!

    I was very disappointed that I had to wait 15 minutes on my phone to speak to a representative and had to constantly press one to hold or the other option was to press 2 and leave a detailed message. After waiting for the 15 minutes I spoke with a young lady. Was unable to get her name due to she hung up before I could ask. Very unprofessional customer service. I will not recommend this company, I believe when you speak with people that has problems or concerns it should be handled in a professionally way, even if she was unable to help me with my situation, she could've directed me to the place or people I needed to speak with. She basically said, "It's not our fault," which is your company because she is representing your company. I wasn't trying to point fingers, I was just trying to find out what needed to be done with someone not receiving their funds. I'm sure if the tables were turned she would be worried about her funds too.

    I had fraudulent activity on my card on May 16th. Almost 300 dollars was used in 4 different transaction in California. I am from MN and I have never been to California. When I called to request a new card and speak to someone about the fraud charges, the girl was helpful. She said for a small fee they would have a new card sent immediately or I could wait for 2 weeks. I paid for the expedited shipping. Then she transferred me to the dispute department. No one answered. I waited on hold for 34 minutes. I called back. Got the direct number for the dispute dept. It kept hanging up after 4 rings. Thinking maybe they run on eastern time I left it alone and tried to call back earlier the next day. Collective hold time for the day over 3 hours, no answer.

    I have been trying for almost 3 weeks now and no answer. I have called and been transferred to numerous people who all transfer me to A DEPT THAT NEVER ANSWERS! Today a supervisor told me that he would check back in 5 mins to make sure someone answered. That was 48 mins ago. Today I have spend over 3 hours on hold. Collectively over 3 weeks I have spent over 15 hours with NO FREAKING ANSWER! Not to mention when I called today because I still haven't received my new card, they never put through the order for the new card. So now I leave for vacation tomorrow with no card and no money. YOUR CS SUCKS!

    A nightmare!!!! Wage garnishment division does not know how properly process paperwork. I had paperwork submitted numerous times and when I gave a followup call to check status they cannot find any evidence of paperwork. Customer service agents are rude and very unhelpful. I have asked to speak to onsite supervisor and agents refuse to connect me. They are more interested in getting me off the phone. To date problem is unresolved.

    We have been trying to dispute transactions that were made in another state since May 24 2019 on my son's ADP card. He has been put on hold and left there for hours with no one answering his call. Today he was on hold for over an hour and then the call was disconnected. We called from another phone only to get the same response, which was NO RESPONSE. This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. The worst I have ever experienced. I selected one star because “no star” was not an option.

    Some weeks ago I've learned someone fraudulently took money off my card. I was told that a car will come in the mail 3 to 7 business days. On the 8th day I called, explain to them I had no card, they explain to me in their notes they had I one receiver for my employer. I spoke with my employer, they explain also corporate office that they misinformed me. They do not hand out a second ADP card.

    I called them to inform them of this information. They said it will be 7 days. I asked them to overnight it on a Wednesday, yet it's Friday and I still have not received my card. I also had to dispute the charges, call my account, they say paperwork I should get in 3 to 7 business days, yet it's the 8th day with no paperwork in the mail. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor I'm on hold for over 30 minutes and getting the runaround. This is a horrible card to have. You should just get a bank account. Also it's very hard to understand the representative. They talk very fast to try to hurry up and get you off the phone. They are no help. If I could give no stars I would.

    I’ve had this card for years. Never had any problems until recently when my card was compromised on May 26, 2019. On May 26th I saw a transaction that was not mine. I do not live nowhere near where the transaction took place. So I called customer service and sat on hold for TWO HOURS. But was disconnected as soon as someone picked up. I called again Monday where I was then transferred to a different department and sat another HOUR on hold before speaking to someone. When I finally got though, they advised to call back Tuesday since the dispute Department was closed. I have been on hold everyday since without any luck getting through. As soon as this issue is fixed I plan to close my account and will advise my company to do so as well. Terrible service!

There was fraud charges on my card FIVE months ago, I have called about 30 times since then and get lied to by customer service reps every time I call.     We've changed from Paychex to ADP in Oct 2018 and it has been a nightmare!! Payroll and 401k Dept do not communicate with each other, pointing fingers at the other person so you get the runaround and ultimately nothing gets resolved. The blackout period is still incorrect and no one has reached out to us. Try to get sales rep and manager involved and they all send an email to call client services because "they do it best". Note to ADP: Messing with people's wages (hard earned money) and their 401k retirement money is no laughing matter!! Take time out to train your back office employees! Update your process because it's not working. Rush to bring in new customers for meet quotas then leave them hanging is bad business!!!

    I have not been able to find or access any of my money since the Wisely switch. My account was closed and my card made invalid without a single attempt to notify me about it. Because I no longer have an account or valid card number, there is no phone menu with either company that I can get through to speak to a human. I essentially don't exist as a customer and my money has disappeared. I have tried so many times to reach a person, and I've sent emails. This has caused me a lot of problems, and I'm no closer to a solution.

    To whom it may concern, When I started my new business, my accountant convinced me to use ADP for my payroll service, even though I had a lot of problems with them before with my other business, and had to switch providers because of it. At the outset, ADP made a big mistake. My accountant had partially filled out a form to get started with ADP but had not put in my EDD number etc. In an effort to make his quick commission, the sales rep completed the form using the wrong EDD number from an old business that I sold. It has been more than two years that I've been trying to get the issue sorted out. ADP promised to help. Now they will not even return my emails. I am now in collections and have my bank account frozen by EDD because of ADP. Needless to say, I cannot recommend that anyone use this service.

    ADP took money off card and won't put it back. Call after call Still no money on card. How can you take money off card and not put it back? Very unprofessional. I work hard for my money. Customer service had me on hold. Still no money. Talk to supervisor. Still no money. Very upset.

    On March 25th I turned in new child support paperwork for a reduction. After 2 weeks no change. Gave it another week no change. Was finally able to get to my HR on April 18 who submitted an email asking why the new order hadn’t taken effect yet no response. 2 weeks later he submitted another email and was told they (ADP) would look into it. It is now May 28th and as of my last check still no change. That’s 9 WEEKS and thanks to ADP I’m out $351 and apparently I have no way of getting any of this back. And their website and customer service phone # they just give you the run around. Very frustrating poor service.

    It is now May 24th and I still go without my w2 statements from ADP. I have been contacting ADP for months with zero resolution. It seems ADP has locked me out of their whole system. When I attempt to login to ipay as instructed it will not give me any access. ADP reset my password numerous times and still no access. You can see the screenshots and email thread I have had with ADP.

    After ADP became responsive to my request, we tried to reset it numerous times with no luck. They requested screen shot after screen shot which I provided and still no luck. I requested that ADP mail me my w2 and they said only if I send them more screen shots of my ipay account not working. I find that a little distasteful and a I think it may be illegal.

    After CC’ my attorney ADP eventually said they would mail it. I replied back to ADP and asked which address they have. They responded back with my old address ** which I have changed with ADP half a dozen times in the past year. I told them my correct address again and still no w2. I also requested time after time a letter or something I can give to the IRS to explain that this is not my fault and I shouldn’t be held liable for filing my taxes late. I will incur many fines, penalties and interest from this as I have numerous business taxes to file with my personal.

    Going through this immense legal battle with ADP has caused me a lot of financial problems. Over 50,000 in attorney fees alone. Not having my w2 is stopping me from getting any sort of financing I need to continue on with my legal battle and provide for my family. ADP should be held responsible for this. They are downright withholding my tax statements and causing me irrefutable harm and damage. I am on the verge of losing my home due to this.

    I never had a problem with ADP. Every time I called, call was picked up within minutes. Yesterday, I got a text notification on my phone that my account was low. I thought there is no way, as I just got paid the day before. Went onto the Wisely app. Three high transactions in a short period in Brooklyn, which wiped out every cent of my account. I live in south Jersey. I called the number of the app, was on hold for an hour before someone picked up. Then was told the disputes center was closed until Monday, to call back then. What company doesn’t help customers with fraud right away. Now I have to call back two days later after three fraudulent charges to try to get them to fight it.

    Horrible company. Keeps you on hold for hours and then hangs up so you have to call back. Money was taken from my account from a different state and they blamed me for it happening instead of explaining any other way it could have happened. I said I must of gave my numbers out or told someone my PIN or made an online purchase. Nope nope and nope. Customer service was horrible and inexperienced. If you call to talk about getting something done, expect it to take hours.

    Worst experience ever. Just how does a customer service manager hang up on customer after being on hold for 20 minutes? Her comments were very rude and she offered no assistance or bothered to refer me to someone else. So I call our sales rep with ADP on his cellphone, the number on his business card, his voicemail is full and of course it hangs up on me. WOW. Find a different company to use, ADP just doesn’t care.

    If you are looking to ADP to run your 401K plan my advice to you is to RUN as fast as you can away. They are quite simply HORRIBLE. Here is my experience: I work for a small company. We have ADP run our payroll and they do a good job with that. ADP then put the hard sell on to have our small company use their 401K services as well. My employer, thinking they were doing the right thing set up a company 401K plan with ADP including a modest employee match. For the first several months everything was fine. Then starting in June of 2018 and continuing ever since, I was charged OVER $400 in fees EVERY month (OVER $4600 to date) out of my individual account. Once I discovered this I brought it up to my plan administrator and they tried to contact ADP to work through the issue. After literally months of run-arounds, non-answers and escalations with little response, the issue was not resolved.

    Tired of losing money every single month on what is supposed to be a retirement savings plan, I then decided that I just needed to pull all of my funds out of my account and transfer it to an IRA. I've passed the 59 1/2 years old age threshold so I can do that any time I want. I research the ADP website and it tells me I have to fill out a form to request the distribution of funds. I fill out the form an have my administrator send the form to ADP as instructed. A few days later I get an email from ADP saying my request for withdrawal of funds was received and that the disbursement of funds would be processed within 7-10 business days. (The ADP website actually said it should only be within 4 business days, but whatever.) That was April 25th.

    Today is May 22nd and I received a voicemail saying basically the fees are my problem and that I can't withdraw my funds while I'm an active employee. This quite frankly infuriated me. I've been charged another months worth of "fees" and the market took a significant dip in the meantime, so my account is now appreciably smaller than when my original request was made and for some reason I STILL haven't had my funds withdrawn. (Again this is nearly a MONTH after ADP sent me the e-mail saying the funds WOULD be distributed within 7-10 days). Finally through sheer disgust I call the number left me on the voicemail mentioned above. I explained to the person I was talking to that I didn't want to shoot the messenger but that I was quite thoroughly disgusted by everything I had dealt with.

    The person on the phone (and shame on me for not getting his name, because he was great) was just as confused as I was regarding the messages I was receiving and he processed my request while we talked. We'll see if that turns into reality, but I'm cautiously optimistic because this guy seemed to know what he was doing. In the meantime I talked to a couple of financial planners that I know to talk about what I've experienced and my disgust with my situation. In both cases before I ever mentioned who our 401K adminstrator is, they said, "Let me guess.....ADP??" That alone should tell you. STAY AWAY!!!!

    ADP's Wisely Pay is a complete and total mess. Ever since the transition from Aline on April 30th (which I have used since 2015) it has been nothing but a headache. There was nothing wrong with Aline and I never had any issue with accessing my money until now. Where do I begin? Well for starters my initial Aline card, that I reported lost 6 months ago and got a replacement a week after, for reasons unknown to me but God, all my direct deposits and being funded to my lost card and not my replacement card. I have to call customer service EVERY pay day to have them transfer my funds to my other card, that's if, IF, I can get ahold of anyone which is damn near impossible.

    As of the time that I'm writing this I still have not access to my money and still cannot get ahold of customer service. Why am I going through this? Why is my money being deposited to a card reported LOST and nonactive instead of my replacement? I can't even transfer the funds because of that very fact...the card isn't active. I never had that issue with any funds being deposited to my account with Aline because it was being deposited to my ACCOUNT and not my CARD. I can't buy food, pay bills, rent, fuel, medicine for my son...NOTHING. Absolutely nothing! I've had to borrow money from friends and family just to get by. And does ADP or Wisely care about the issue? Pfft, like hell they don't. Since 6am Tuesday morning I put in 8 hrs (an entire work shift) worth of waiting on the phone and still haven't spoke to anyone.

    This is complete and utter nonsense and I will be switching financial institutions once I figure out how to get my damn money. I do not recommend their services to anyone, not employers nor consumers. Read the reviews, it's everywhere. The Wisely app barely has a 2 star rating. I wouldn't wish what I'm going through right now on my worst enemy, I would at least want them to have some sort of living.

    This is the absolute worst company to deal with. They are very willing to sign you up through sales but once the account is active there is no way for the employees to get help. There is no 800-number and the system is continually throwing employees out of the system saying that they are invalid. I feel that this site is a security risk. I would not use this site for your business. You are putting in sensitive information including Social Security numbers and you do you not have a way to verify that you are in the system and where your information has gone. This is a security breach!

    They called to schedule a sales call. I never agreed to a date and they put something up on my calendar then were angry at me when I tried to decline it. Then came an aggressive round of extremely rude and aggressive phone calls from one salesman. I repeatedly asked them to stop contacting me but he would contact me multiple times per week. It was all very bizarre and off putting. I was never going to buy the product they were selling. Now I have an alternative lined up that I just need to configure.

    I didn't have time and was under a lot of pressure and ADP made my life measurably worse and the sales calls had a negative impact on my business. We have been trying to get Fidelty SIMPLE IRA deductions set up but apparently ADP is not equipped to handle this sort of complex transaction or something. I am still angry from those calls sales calls earlier in the year but I'm shocked that ADP can't even do a simple task of handling Fidelity Simple IRA deductions.

    There is nothing ADP offers me that I can't get anywhere else for cheaper. The customer service sucks. The salesman suck. The technical help sucks. The entire experience with the company sucks. As soon as I have time, I'm switching payroll companies. I have absolutely no time these days and ADP makes my life significantly worse by not performing a simple task and trying to monopolize all of my time for sales calls for products that I have no intention of buying.

    I’ve had this card not quite a year. Never had any problems until recently when my card was compromised on May 17 2019. Was sent an email that fraudulent activity was taking place and if I did not reply they would stop all transactions. On May 18th I saw two transactions that were not mine. We do not even have those businesses here in our state- I called customer service and sat on hold for TWO HOURS before speaking to anyone. Was then transferred to a different department and sat another HOUR on hold before speaking to someone. Was told they would contact me.

    I called back on May 21st and sat on hold for 45 min until speaking to someone. Was told they couldn’t help and have a direct number to the dispute department. I waited on hold for 30 min to only have the person hang up on me when I asked her to repeat and slow down on what she was telling me. You have to be the biggest joke for card services there is. I was told the reason I was on hold for so long was due to all the incoming calls from fraudulent activity on people’s cards. Absolutely disgusted with this service.

    Yesterday someone charged $100 to my card at a Target in a state halfway across the country from me. After a $100 charge was denied because I had less money than that left they proceeded to charge smaller charges until I had no money left. I called customer service and after an hour was given the claims dispute line and told I would have to wait until Monday to call. Two times I have been on hold for a customer service representative for over two hours today, they come on, say, "No one is responding" and hang up within 10 seconds. I have yet to speak to a human being today. I would like my money back and to resolve this issue. Why can’t I send an email. This is beyond pathetic.

    They have no SMS notification to inform you of fraudulent activity. When I called the dispute hotline concerning 3 or 400 dollars ADP has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. If by some lucky miracle you do get someone be prepared for holds out this world and no resolution. My true difficulty is that bills are due and who doesn't want to feel their financial institution back and support them the way the customers feed support their paychecks.

    I submitted a rollover request to move my ADP 401K funds to Fidelity. ADP deducted the $55 distribution fee. A short time later distributions were posted and I rolled these funds out as well but was subject to a second $55 distribution fee. Contacted ADP but they will not refund the second fee nor provide a physical address so I can file a complaint with the US Department of Labor. Do not recommend doing business with this company.

    I closed my office and they had forwarding address and email. They sent the W2 form to the forwarding address but when it came to the bill for W2s, they failed to send the bill to my email or forwarding address. Since the office was closed the email of that office was discontinued. They kept sending the invoice and email to the closed office and finally I received a notice from collection agency for $85. They are very unorganized. They are big and very unorganized. I paid my bill with interest and it didn't go on my credit report. But I thought it was very unprofessional to do that when they had my forwarding address.

    My complaint is on the ADP APP. I have provided many days of documentation to my employer about the clock in/out times either being accepted or it goes to the previous minute. How can you clock in at 5 pm and 25 minutes and 20 seconds and as the "thinking process" is being done in about 3 seconds, your time is accepted at 5 pm and 24 minutes! Why does it go backwards??? It should be clocking me in at 5 pm and 25 minutes. Then on your 30 minute break which must be precise, you get the same problem thus showing you took 29 minutes. I clock in watching the seconds to ensure I really am clocking in/out at the specific time needed.

    And many times to use the app, I sign in once, the screen needed to continue shows up and I am logged out. THREE times I have had to log in to continue the process to clock in. And many times I get server not found or we are having issues try again. As a truck driver who drives locally, this is a huge problem. I do not like ADP. Too many problems with it.

    I’ve had the ADP card for about 4 years now. I thought it was very convenient until recently. In the beginning of April 2019 my card would decline for no reason (this happened about 6 times in a matter of three days), whenever I called for imformation on the issue all they would tell me was that “there was nothing wrong with the card and I should try the transaction again in 5 minutes”. Then my card got compromised April 28th 2019 and I called to get the issue handled. The customer service representative cancled my old card but never transferred me to the disputes department.

    I’ve since called upwards of 6 times to get the issue handled and been put on hold for 30 minutes at the least up to an hour and 40 minutes if not longer. I still haven’t gotten the issue handled, it’s now May 11th. I’m concerned that I’ll never be refunded the money stolen from me. I’m tired of dealing with customer service representatives who don’t seem to know what they’re doing and I’m tired of being put on hold and having nobody pick up the other end. Even when you leave your name and number with someone they never call you back. The service is entirely dissatisfying and as soon as I can get my disputes situated I will be switching to a different company entirely because this is ridiculous.

    I’ve been using ADP payroll services through work for 3 years. I received an alert of an unauthorized charge that I certainly didn’t make. Actually I had just started a 5K I do with my family every year!! I literally finished the race still on hold. I was put on hold a for 1:18:22 the FIRST time. Next thing I hear is call ended. This happened again after being on hold 48 mins. Finally I spoke with someone. Was told that the transaction would be disputed and I had to wait until May 9, 2019. I was told by the lady who was extremely kind by the way that I didn’t have to worry.

    I’d get my money back but nothing could be done until May 9. Today is May 9. I called the number I was given and this is where I start to get really upset. She said that she needed to mail me some forms to fill out and mail them back to her. I’m thinking we’ll that's no problem. Then I realize she said it could take up to 45 days to receive MY money. She also said I could see it as early as 3-5 days which we all know it will take 3 days to get forms from them!!

    I don’t understand why I’m being penalized for working my ** off to provide for my son. I am a single mom. When I asked why it would take so long I was told it was because there was an investigation since this is fraud. I don’t care if they investigate from now till kingdom come. The fraudulent charge was denied, I reported this incident as quickly as I possibly could (in the middle of a 5K for goodness sake. I under there’s a procedure involved.

    What I simply can’t and won’t accept is what seems like equally fraudulent behavior in behalf of ADP. When you have responsibilities and bills due and have been a productive adult and put in a hard days work to earn a honest living only to be told you can’t have your money. It’s so disheartening. I truly have no idea where to go from here. And if this continues I won’t even be able to go to work because I can’t afford the gas.

    I have been using ADP for almost 8 year now and there are are many reasons I have stayed with them. The response to entered data is instant, reports are instant, there are multiple options for deductions in the payroll to customize it to fit my business. I am also able to enter data fairly late in the day and still make direct deposits into the employee accounts the next day. I have never had any negative experience with them. They also matched the competition's fees so I have received superior service without paying extra for it. I am a happy customer.

    Clay County Savings Bank has been with ADP as long as I have worked here, which will be 23 years when I retire in about a year & a half. We have gone through many changes in recording employee's time and I have loved every improvement. We are now using the Web Clock and employees are pretty faithful. The newest feature, for us, is Time Off and that is really popular. We do not use all your products, but I love the ones we do use. I am happy with Customer Service, my questions' answers are easy to understand and are answered the first time. The webinars are very helpful as well.

    We use ADP Run for our company payroll. We run our business on Quickbooks so after processing payroll we run a GL report which then gets loaded into Quickbooks. With no notice, warning or training, ADP decided to change the GL structure and menu paths. Now when I run payroll and attempt to create the GL files for upload in Quickbooks I get error messages. Went through hold hell trying to get it resolved. They lied to me about hold times and problem resolution. Now I'm waiting on a call back. Who has time for this!?!? I will be switching from ADP. Let this be a warning to others who are thinking of using them. Terrible company and terrible service.

    This past Friday May 3, 2019, we had several employees whose funds were not available to them when they should have been. This issue seemed to be site-wide with ADP. We spend nearly 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with someone about the issue. There was no announcement sent acknowledging this issue until hours had past and we had already spoken with a representative 2 hours later who informed us funds would be available in the next few hours and to advise employees to wait and check their accounts at that time. I am currently having issues with employees' funds being available to them still, seems to be associated with this update as well, so far have spent OVER 30 minutes trying to get some information about this while our employees are unable to pay their bills.

    Update: I spoke with a representative after 35 minutes of holding only to be told that my employee needed to call Wisely Pay card services (which I started this conversation by telling her the employee has done this). I asked her to verify that she is not seeing errors on this employees account and she essentially informed me that this is not her job to do this and that the employee needs to call Wisely Pay again. She DID check the account and confirm there were no errors after making sure I knew this was not her job. I called the main line for support and selected the options to speak to someone in client card services about this issue.

    VERY poor customer service. If I could give fewer than one star then I would. We have had multiple issues with ADP and will be looking for an alternative company to use simply because when issues occur they cannot be bothered to help, even if the issues are with their system. Would not recommend others to use this company unless you do not care to get support for payroll issues.

    Updated on 06/04/2019: On 5 different occasions, my ADP card was compromised. All of these came from a place in VA, a place I have NEVER been. I have the details, such as the addresses, and dates. ADP could not, or WOULD not tell me how this could have happened. The only conclusion I can reach at this point, is that it may be an internal security issue at ADP, and that someone there may be involved in a possible fraud situation. I have all the addresses, should ADP wish to take action, and report this. If not, I will reach out to the fraud prevention dept. in my area. I don't know how else to handle this.

    Original Review: Once again, ADP via a telephone call from a person (s) that were not properly identified, ordered a new card, and the ADP representative complied. They (ADP) did NOT ask for a password, that I had previously set up on my account to prevent this from happening. This is the 4th time in less than a year that this has happened. Every time it does, ADP has to cancel my current card, and send a new one. That means countless hours on the computer changing all of my accounts to the new card. At this point, I'm wondering if a lawsuit would be in order. I think it is reasonable that I ask for some type of monetary settlement to make up for all of the time I've spent upgrading all of my accounts, in addition to many sleepless nights worrying about my funds.

    I have already written a complaint but based on the situation one voice is never enough. My boyfriend works for a company that uses ADP and the company messed up on his profile that was sent to ADP. They wanted documents to prove who he was. Sent them in and we have been calling for the last 4 days to get the money released and no one seems to know what’s happening - holding his hard earned money hostage and when we call ask for a supervisor we’re put on hold for hours! Who’s running this place? Being a supervisor in the banking industry myself we take customer calls within 2 min of a customer asking for a supervisor, so what’s the issue where they can’t take ours? It’s ridiculous and disgusting how we have been treated and he still can’t access his money! Also one star only because I can’t choose 0!

    I followed the steps to deposit a check and made it through the entire process on the app. I was specifically told I was "approved" and all I needed to do was VOID the check and take a photo of it. After I did so, I was told the deposit was NOT approved Well, now I have a voided check and their customer service is closed. I can't deposit this check anywhere else now that's its voided so I'm stuck either paying an egregious fee to get my funds quickly, waiting weeks for approval or waiting for another check to be issued. I feel like I've been tricked into having to get my check deposited through this service and it is extremely deceptive business practice. If I don't receive a positive response from this company, I will be reporting them to the Minnesota Attorney General, the BBB and every Federal regulatory banking authority I can think of.

    The user interface for employees is horrible. It takes 5 or 6 steps to enter each charge number and I have to repeat that process every 2 weeks. I work multiple charge numbers so this is a very time consuming process. Most typical PC controls do not work, such as a double click or the arrow keys. Maybe this application works for the payroll department but for employees it could not be worse.

    I received a notice in the mail stating they were changing to Wisely Pay and that I didnt really need to do anything even my direct deposit would still be the same no need to call my employer. Well I wake up today head to gas station to get gas and my check didnt get deposited. Frantically call my job and HR and no problem on their end. Call wisely pay I was on hold for one hour and 38 minutes, finally talked to someone and she said it was because my name was in different formats that I needed to call HR and tell them to fix it because the system isnt recognizing it.

    So I call HR again and then I call my corporate office to find out that my name is spelled correctly and in the same exact format as on my account AND that the problem is with Wisely Pay not my job. So I am currently waiting for the problem to get fixed, I may or may not get paid today. Thanks Wisely for the encouragement that everything would be the same when it came to my account and direct deposit.

    I would love to use their online services to see anything related to my pay and history, but I can never log in. Once you're stuck in this cycle of not being able to log in, they provide 0 help and you're basically done. Good luck if you need to reset your password, they are about as helpful with that as a brick wall.

They should be able to to help you troubleshoot and would know who to contact at ADP if they're not able to resolve the login issue directly.

    If you're unable to resolve this with your employer, I can reach out to the Account Manager for your employer's account, who would typically still need to reach out to your employer's Payroll or H.R. Specialist/Manager to coordinate assistance.     I still have my old payroll card from my previous employer who issued their pay cards through ADP. On 4/29 they switched the system the card is on and during this switch over $400 just disappears! It's now 5/1 and I have been calling for days and I still do not have my money back. I have bills that are due and I am now getting late fees charged because my bills were not paid on time. Not only has my money disappeared but this is actually costing me more money! $125 in late fees on top of my bills. I want this fixed now.

    I have been forced to deal with the ADP Total Pay Card for over 12 years. During those twelve years there has been numerous issues with ADP Total Pay Card. I travel 40 plus weeks a year. The per diem for travel is put on the card. When there is a discrepancy, they send you to a foreign country where communication is lost. I have complained to my company several times.

    This time is the straw that broke the camel's back. Either my company finds an alternative to this madness for it's 500 plus traveling Team Members or I am done. The issue is even more extreme. Red Roof Inn denied my card. ADP Total Pay Card took the amount off my card. Red Roof Inn sent a fax saying it was denied with the confirmation Number. ADP Total Pay Card, whose supervisor told me that an additional $35 was added because Red Roof Inn process the debit card as a credit card, will not honor the affidavit because of a change that ADP Total Pay Card made. Total insanity. I'm done.

    We have been with ADP since 2015. In September of 2018, we received a notice from our State Unemployment office stating they were charging us with a late payment fee. We uploaded it to ADP, they paid it and we thought that was the end of it. In February of 2019, we received another notice from our state unemployment office, stating we owed them several hundred dollars for short paying 3rd and 4th Q of 2018. We uploaded it to ADP as well. In the meantime we called the state unemployment office and were told that they couldn't give us any information because ADP was the Admin on our account. They did tell us that our state unemployment rates had changed each year (as happens in our state), and it "appeared" that ADP had been filing with the same rate as 2015.

    They sent us a copy of our 2019 tax rate which we uploaded to ADP. At about the same time. ADP informs us that we owe the money for the 3rd & 4th Q of 2018, with no explanation as to why. Then, on the date they were to debit our bank account for that amount, they tried to sneak through almost $500 more! We stopped payment on the additional amount and requested from several people at ADP an explanation. Instead of calling us, or emailing us, they emailed among themselves and cc'd us. Never once was it mentioned what the mistake was, how it happened or the right way to handle this, it was just "yes we've researched it and they owe it". We were the ones to figure out what happened.

    While we are trying to resolve this, they suspended our account, then we were able to get it reactivated. The following week when I was processing payroll there was a message on RUNADP that they were stopping our paperless payroll and that checks would be issued. I called and was transferred twice, and then assured by the person I spoke with that I was misunderstanding the message and that our payroll would be direct deposited. The next morning I receive an email stating paper checks were processed and out for delivery.

    The next week they TERMINATED us without any sort of notice. When I went in to process payroll, it kept giving us an error message. When we called to find out what was going on with the website we were told that our account had been terminated and until we paid the $500, they really couldn't answer any questions. Sounds like blackmail. And while they did email us copies of payroll records, we have no idea if they are going to file partial reports for 2nd Q or not or if they have submitted any of the tax withholding they have withdrawn from our account since April 1st.

    It has left us in a bind trying to set up payroll with any other payroll service including QuickBooks, because we don't really know what they are doing and they won't respond. I have never seen such an unprofessional company in my whole life. We are trying to get our state unemployment to remove them as our Admin, and will have to look into what other options we have to get the answers we need. Why they couldn't just say they were sorry and work with us on this is beyond me. I wouldn't refer them to an enemy.

    If you call with a question, it takes them 30 minutes to pull up your account. Even then, they still have no idea what they are doing. I emailed and called and said they would get in touch with me with a response. No callback, no email. They have messed up my pay multiple times and can't give answers. They approved my maternity leave but when I call they said they didn't have a record of my leave of absence. Not sure how they are still in business.

    I never leave bad reviews because I am the one that works in Customer Service as well. The year is 2019, and back in 2014 I worked for a company that paid me through ADP. Since then, I don't know why but I keep getting email notifications about my ADP statements. On their website I'd prefer to email them about this issue, rather than call them. Their "support chat" doesn't even help as I want to CHAT not select topics through a drop-down text box. Anyway, I ended up calling and I can't remember her name, maybe it started with an E or something? I don't know, but every time I tried to speak, she kept cutting me off and it was rude.

    I asked to close my account or what we could do about it and she of course asked for my former Employer name, which of course is no problem and as I gave it to her I spelled it out for her, not as in she's stupid, but sometimes people may think things are spelled a different way?? Idk. So she cut me off from that then asks my name right away and I told her my name and spelled my last name.

    She said my account is closed but I said that I still got emails from you guys because if I did attempt to try to close my account then it was maybe about 2 years ago. And she asked if the email was from us which I said yes. And she goes, "I assure you you won't get an email from us because the account is closed." But I'm just annoyed because if I have closed my account before, then WHY am I STILL getting email notifications? She didn't help, she wasn't empathetic, she felt like she had somewhere better to be which if you don't like your job, leave. Worst experience I've ever had trying to call Customer Service from any company.

    ADP did an "upgrade" to the system. I have had multiple technical issues since the update. If troubleshooting was involved, they failed. Go back to the old system. I had no issues with it. I gave feedback several weeks ago and no one has acknowledged that I exist.

    Called to request a copy of my W-2. I tried to order it through the automated system but was kicked to a rep as the transaction was completing. The obscenely incompetent rep charged me $25 for expedited shipping, telling me my total AFTER she'd put the order through. I authorized $7 for the duplicate, but they charged me for the expedited shipping without my consent. I asked to speak to a manager who explained it should have been $7 and tried to cancel it, but said it was impossible. He said he'd escalate the situation to push a refund and would be done within a few days. Was in contact once over email before they blew me off.

    So yes, I was charged $32 for a paper copy of my W-2 because the rep was incompetent and there's no system in place to account for that. It's sickening that corporations have no need for accountability anymore. There are so many more details that go into this experience, but it's not worth my time, so I'll leave it at ADP being an all-around disgrace whose higher-ups should be ashamed for their business practices.

    My past paychecks bear wrong address. I am an immigrant to travel to India and get my visa stamped. I have to produce 6 pay stubs. The recent one bears the correct address. The past pay stubs does not have the correct City Name. I need at least past 6 pay stubs to show correct city name. My HR says they could not help. Tried to contact 8442275237 and could not not get help. They say, "Contact your HR." I tried to chat through self service boat, and there is no provision to make this request. Can you have some human from ADP respond to this message? I need to travel next week and I have only one pay stub bearing correct address, even though I joined the current employer in Oct 2018. Even my W2 bears the wrong address.

    The hotel I work for uses ADP payroll. In the past 5 years, I have NEVER had an issue - except for paychecks not arriving until the afternoon of our payday a few times. Today, my hotel & EVERY ONE of my colleagues, myself included, did not receive our paycheck or direct deposit. We were told the mistake was made by ADP & not within my company's payroll dept. However, 5 other hotel properties owned by my company's owners did not receive their paychecks either, and they use ADP as well. Can someone PLEASE respond & let me know if ADP is having an issue or if the mistake is elsewhere. Thank you.

    My first issue with this company is their customer service. When will companies learn to hire people THAT SPEAK ENGLISH instead of these cheap outsourced call centers that can't speak a lick of anything but Indian? I have nothing against Indians or non English speaking people. I actually come from a non English speaking family. My dad was born in the US but my mom was born in Vienna, Austria. Only her, my oma and my opa speak English at least partly. The rest of my family only speak Austrian and German. But when you're dealing with my money something that I need to survive in this world then I should be dealing with someone who understands me and vice versa, because someone's money and livelihood isn't something to be played around with.

    A few months ago I ended up misplacing my Aline card at work and lost it, after I got off I called customer service to get it shut off and to get a replacement. Well long story short the person I talked to didn't understand a word I said. He kept asking me to repeat my address and because of that he ended up putting the wrong address in for my replacement card to be mailed to, thank God I was able to correct his mistake on the app. Even now I'm having an issue but terrified to call their customer service in fear that they'll mess things up even more because they won't understand me and I won't understand them plus it's annoying as hell trying to explain an important issue to someone just for them to not understand you, it's like talking to a brick wall.

    My second issue is with their app, freezes up a lot and cuts off pages and it's impossible to scroll up or down to see all of it. It's hard to describe in words but it's basically when you're on a page and a window pops up but when you try to scroll on the popped up window it'll control the page in the back and the pop up will just stay frozen. The funny thing is they're constantly "updating" the app but it's always the same. Also I've always had problems with their website, I've never successfully been able to get on it, I have all my login info and it's always been correct but every time I tried to login on their website after entering my info it keeps getting stuck on that verify bs and then would freeze up and do what happens on the app where it won't let you control the pop up window.

    My third issue is with their VERY slow delivery of replacement cards. The first time I had to get one is when I lost my card. It was supposed to take 7-10 days but instead took over two weeks. My second time which is going on now, they randomly closed my card without telling me why. The only thing I can think of is maybe because I didn't use it for a week or so, I was setting up to get my tax refund deposited onto my account and for some reason after I set it up I got an email saying they were sending me a replacement card and that it would take 7-10 days, keep in mind it's been two weeks again and still no card. I'm not sure how ADP and their customer service uses their money but waiting 2 weeks+ to get a card and not being able to use any of your money in the meantime is cruel.

    My tax refund was deposited a few days ago and I need the money to take my cat to the vet and to pay bills but I can't even touch it. And the worst part is they don't even offer an option to have it mailed to you quicker (that's what I was told by a customer service rep a few months ago anyways) but then again when they just randomly shut someone's card off without telling them and keep them from their money you can't exactly ask to get it quicker.

    All in all this company is just your standard basic company. Not good but not God awful either. But then again that might change if I have more issues. Once I get my card (this century if I'm lucky) I'll spend what I have on it then I'm closing my account. I got this card from my job, my normal bank is a pain in the butt so I decided just to use the Aline card from work instead. Like I said it's okay but not worth it if you're having your main income put on it or it's money you need because you'll end up like me, just seeing it not being able to touch and having to go weeks without things you need.

    At least with a normal bank you can still get money out, you can set up payments directly with your bank routing info but with the ADP card everything relies on that card, sure you can get a check but that'll take even longer than waiting for a card because you have to order the form, wait for it, fill it out, send it back to them, then have to wait to get the check. Just one big pain in the butt and not worth it.

They told me talk to my work so I did and my job says they sent it out and I can see that they did on my job log in info so if you can resolve this problem that would be greatly appreciated!     I decided to hire ADP back in December because I had gotten to know Anthony (a salesperson for ADP) over the previous year. From the moment I received the contract, I should have known that this was a bad move. Since that day, here is what has happened: The proposal I received offered 4 months of free payroll within the first year. The contract, offered only 3 months - the excuse - "I didn't realize the promotion expired". Really? And you are in sales?

    They couldn't get their act together quick enough to get the first payroll done so we did it outside of ADP and they were going to handle the taxes. This was January 8th payroll. 35 Emails, 6 people and 8 weeks later, it was finally paid on March 21st. I got hit with penalties and fines by the agencies and ADP sent me a form letter saying it was my fault because the filing period changed. It has been the same way for 7 years, monthly. (State)

    They promised that I would get detailed billing in Quickbooks. 5 phone calls, 4.5 hours later, they can't do it. They can't do anything they promised as it relates to storing info in Quickbooks. It is now April 23rd and I found out they never paid the taxes for February and then March. They have not responded as to why. They charged me 4 payroll fees in March. There were 3 payroll periods. I literally could go on but at this point, all I have to say is go elsewhere and fast. They don't respond to emails or phone calls and are completely awful at what they are supposed to be doing.

    I had fraud on my ADP card, and when I called customer service they issued a new card and then said I need to contact them back in seven days to get "refunded". It seemed like they were trying to get me off the phone without actually providing any real support. I also asked the fraud department to read off the transactions so I could make sure there wasn't any more, but they didn't do that for me.
