I really like the card. I worked at Dunkin Donuts for 2 years and loved how easily this card worked. It made it easy for banking and getting my checks. I also love love love the app. It has helped me so much when needed. The app was also very easy to work with and easy to understand.

Never had any issues with ADP!!!. I've taken it from employer to employer. They are very helpful when I needed new cards or help with activation. Customer care always seem to be available when needed.

I love it everything I need and nothing I don't. I do wish I could cash checks though. It's easy to use. Very easily accessible and I like that I can use my fingerprint to log in. Makes it that much more convenient.

Overall experience has been A1, everywhere from customer service and technical support, I would recommend this product to any & everyone. This product reaches both the standard of the way pay cards are set up & the way support is matched with the consumer.

I am happy with the card. I do wish that all the cards on the account have access to the money equally. The access is easy to get to through 5/3rd ATMs. It is also quite handy to have my paycheck direct deposited to the account.

I rather use the app to check everything that's going on with my card transactions. The app is very user friendly.. Easy to move around in the app.. Find what you need right away.. Easy menu to find things.

I have been using ADP for over six years and it has been a great experience since day one. They are always finding new ways to keep the customer service amazing! The app is also excellent! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ADP, and highly recommend it.

I have been using ADP for years and have not had any problems whatsoever. I have used my card to receive paychecks. Not only that I have received my tax refund on my card as well. I love how I receive an email before my money is loaded.

I been using ADP and it's very easy to navigate. I get text alerts with every transaction. Never had a problem. Never had a problem with it. Will continue to use it. Very secure. Never have worry about app crashes.

I have used several banking services since I began working. Working minimum wage with bills definitely wasn't easy, especially when I would get hit with a $35 fee for overdrafts. The Wisely Card has made receiving my income much more convenient.

I have never had any problems with my pay card. And the security is great! I am able to pay anywhere I like to go. I also like that I can attach other cards to my account. And I can add other people to my account too.

I don't have any issues using the ADP website or the debit card. The website is very similar to my regular banking site. My paycheck is deposited into my account every payday. ADP also has direct deposit for tax returns.

I have been a member of the ADP, Wisely card services since January 2020. Very courteous and helpful staff each and every time I have needed their assistance. Even now that I am unemployed I still continue to use their services.

When my card was lost I called the ADP customer service line. The customer service representative was very helpful and I received a new card in 7 day’s. I’ve never had problems using my card. Great!!!

I love the service that this institution provides as well as the ease of the app. I always know days in advance that my payment is coming and within the app everything is easy to understand and navigate. I have other banking apps and sometimes those are slow to respond or are just flat out not easy to deal with. I definitely recommend using ADP as well as the app.

I've had zero issues since using ADP and absolutely love the service. Streamlined and easy to use. The Wisely app is also super easy to use and straightforward. Im confident that my data is safe with ADP.

The money, I spend is always accurate and accounted for... The app and weekly text message are great.. I would highly recommend ADP and also easy to load cash, for a small fee, it's worth it, I had my income tax check loaded on to my card.

I love my Wisely card. The app is so easy to use and get around you are able to find all the information about your money very simply. I love how that there is an app for the card and that Monday your balance is texted to you or email whatever you choose.

No problems with using my ADP card or account over last several years. It helped me stay informed about business. All extra ideas were for great to keep track of different projects. Also kept access to sick and vacation days too.

I like how I get paid two days in advance the all the rest of my coworkers. It helps when it's there on my Friday at work. And everyone else is still waiting. It has help me greatly because it works with all online transactions.

I love the fact that I receive my paycheck 1-2 days early. I do have a problem with receiving transfers 24 hours later for example such as PayPal transfers. Other than that, I love Wisely pay card!!!!

I love the ease of using the app. The card is accepted everywhere I shop and it’s safer to use for payments. I only load it with a small amount each week in case it gets hacked. It’s a wonderful card. I’m glad my employer went to the card instead of paper checks.

Very good experience. So fast and easy. I can handle all of my work related items through the app and also my card status. Love how fast and easy everything was to set up as well. Would recommend ADP to everyone.

Love how I can use my ADP card as a normal debit card for purchases and bill pay. My credit card tips from the prior day are deposited in a timely manner and I like how you can actually add funds to your card if needed at participating retails.

This is a great product. Wisely is easy to use and to navigator. I love the app that is easy to use also. I like how all my information about my money is in one easy to use place. I like how it can text you your balance each Monday.

I really like the early payroll feature in the app. My way to the app it works wonderful. I like that. I added a card for my family member which has her name on it. So far I’m very satisfied with the ADP and MyWisely! Thank you????

I am very happy with my Wisely Pay card experiences. The app has been great and easy to use. I love the receive your pay early feature. I also love that you are given a routing and account number so that you can use a checking account option for certain situations.

So easy to use and great service. Always so helpful. When I call in due to an issue it is normally resolved very quickly and before the end of the call. Reps are always willing to help and do not make you feel like a burden.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with ADP. It’s always on time and I’ve never had a problem using my card. When there is something wrong all I have to do is call customer service and they will take care of it with no problem.

In all honesty, I was entirely new to handling a bank account along with a debit card when I got my Wisely pay card. However, my experience with Wisely was extremely smooth and easy. I never had any issues, and everything was clear. For that, I'm extremely grateful.

When I have called in to get help from one of the representatives they have always been very kind people. Always have an answer to my question and just a very enlightening tone to their voice. My experience with them has been amazing.

I love ADP because there's not a huge monthly fee and it shows you what you have available at all times. I do think that there should be a way to see if you have any pending direct deposits. But overall I'm happy.

I can use my card for everything, it's easy to find my balance, I can shop on the web, I like the notifications I receive when my balance is low or when I'm about to get a deposit, ADP team keep me well informed!

I like this card. I have had it for a long time. It has been helpful really like the new saving feature. Also like the way that it offers to get paid earlier. App works good and also like that I can get savings update to help me save.

It is an awesome card. There are low fees at most atms and no fees at many. I get my paycheck loaded up every week a day early. I also get other deposits right away. I have had my card for two years!!

I just love how all my needs are easy to navigate. Everything has always been accurate for me. I like the easy bank transfer function. So convenient. I like to see the balance decrease immediately after a transaction. There's never doubt of what my funds are.

I have had a good experience using the wisely ADP payroll debit card. I use it to pay all my bills online. I enjoy using the mobile app to keep track of all my purchases. ATM locations are always nearby and that's always a plus.

I have been using the card for about a year, now I like it cause your paycheck is a day early. The only thing I don't understand is when you are at a store and you make a purchase. And try and swipe again.

Easy to use, easy to save money. I also like that I can link it with Apple Pay so sometimes I don’t even have to actually pull the physical card out most of the time and the response is very quick if you have notifications on.

From a Small business owner I would like to warn other new entrepreneurs to avoid this company. Their advice for me as a self employed and Sole proprietor of my business in Connecticut, was to place myself on payroll and pay CT's labor taxes. This went on for 2 and a half years until I moved out of the state on 12/31/2019 and had to close my business. Now, during this pandemic I find myself unemployed, so as I tried to collect unemployment which was the only reason I was told to pay that to begin with, Connecticut tells me that they do not see a sole proprietor as also an employee, and that I did NOT have to pay payroll or CT labor taxes for all that time. Furthermore, ADP was supposed to do my quarterly filings for the year 2019 which they only did the first quarter. I got charged late fees from CT for not filing and in one occasion had my account garnished.

My experience has been great. I appreciate notifications of low balance. I like that I can lock my card to prevent it from being used if I were to lose it. I can use it almost anywhere when out of town.

I never had any problems with my card. I used it daily for purchases like gas and groceries. There were a lot of atm’s that were free. I would recommend This card to other people. Like I said I had no issues or hidden fees.

The card is very convenient, as well as all the services offered. I like that it is a direct payment. The fees are very reasonable, unlike some other cards I have previously used. Overall, Wisely is great! Thanks!

I have been dealing with ADP for more than 5 years now, and my experience has always been a positive one. Any issues I have had were always handled promptly and the customer service was great. I am very pleased with the app.

This sucks, keeping waking me up at 3:20 a.m. and I'm going to hunt you down. Get ready for your statement. What the hell is wrong with you? Don't you want to receive texts that wake you up in the middle of the night.

I first signed up with ADP a few years ago with my employer. It was convenient to see my check stubs and easy to access the site. I really like my Wisely card too. I have 10% of my paycheck automatically loaded onto it, easy and safe.

For Wisely I informed all the time. I really love the Wisely card. I can direct deposit my other stuff I have so I can have only two cards to deal with.. So this means a lot to a person aways on the go.

I like my card! Works everywhere I go, and if I change states, just need to let them know... A phone call away from freedom! Also recognized at all the ATM machines! Low fees, if any! A walk in the park!

I love the card and especially the application... It allows me to make transfers and cash check just from my phone. I’m always up to date with the daily text alert notifications. They notify me of my balance and any pending withdrawals or deposit.

It’s all very easy to use and my paychecks come early thanks to Wisely. It’s a fantastic app. I always get sent balance texts and transferring money is easy even if I have to find an atm they are all over the place.

Had some issues using my card in Europe in 2019. One call fixed the problem and I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying! Customer service has always been more than willing to go above and beyond to help with any problems.

I love the graph of my expenses that this app automatically generates. The option to transfer money towards "Future" is awesome! If for any reason I need to withdrawal from my "Future" stash I can do so almost instantly through the app.

Life is so much easier with my ADP card. It’s convenient and accepted everywhere. It is also very easy to check my balance and transactions and deposits. I also love that every time I use my card my phone is alerted; which is especially important when my daughter takes my card to the grocery store!!

I love my Wisely card. It is way better than a actual bank card. There are no overdraft fees and charges. I also like it because I can transfer money to other accounts if I need to and also I love the early payment.

The new feature of getting paid 2 days earlier is really convenient these days and also easy when I go to bank to withdraw money, the app is very easy and friendly. I think you should offer checks to write against account to make bill payments would be a nice feature.

I used ADP when I didn’t have a debit card yet and now that I do.. It worked way better than my bank app does. ADP shows the day I got paid, how much I got and how much tax was taken out and even shows the tips I made. The app can be great for budgeting too.

I’ve had this card since I first started my job and loved it ever since!! They have great customer service and always are here to help. I’ve never had a problem banking with Wisely. It’s an awesome way to bank!!

I like the use of my ADP card. Especially Now that we can receive direct deposits up to 2 days faster. Whenever I have an issue with a unauthorized charges ADP investigate, protect my identity and my account.

ADP Wisely card is awesome. I've never had any issues and if they detect fraud they will call you immediately and the deposit show 24 hours before it hits your account and give you texts of what's in your account daily and as you spend.

I got this card when I started a new job and didn't have a bank account. Before my second paycheck, I opened a new account so I called ADP customer service to close the account or so I thought. I asked the guy what I needed to do to close the account and he said he'll do it. I even asked him if my check will go on the card and he assured me that it will not. I was hoping to get direct deposit for my Chase account I just opened. Well payday comes and no check. I asked my boss if it could've went on the card, she said no, there was no pay stub there. So I wait a week emailing payroll and they finally tell me it went to the card. I call ADP to get my money, the guy says all I need is a convenience check that comes with it to be autorized.

They took my 401k money and charged me 1500.00 cancellation fee, then I signed contract not to garnish my account and they illegally charged me over 3000.00 in fees. And still tried garnishing my account.

Payments always on time, never have a problem using my debit card at any store. No issues since I started using my ADP debit card at all. I can honestly say it was a smooth transition from using a Green Dot card.

The card works as expected and really like the additional benefits of getting paycheck a day early and the option to use it with Samsung pay on my phone. Those options are really beneficial and I use daily.

It's great. I use it all the time and I don't see how it can be any better. Really easy to manage my money and see how I'm spending it. Also a easy way to see how I can't cut some spending on random things.

I have had no issues with my card - it works everywhere visa is accepted - I can even withdraw cash if needed from account. The app is just as easy to use and never had a problem either. Old card expired and when new card was activated all info updated without any issues - great service.

Never had any problems with my card and the ADP app Is super convenient to check card balances and transactions. Even if you misplaced your card they give you back up checks just In case you need to get the money off of your card.

I really like using ADP. I love how when you use it it sends you a text to let you know that your card has been used. Also how you can get online and check your statement. What I really like is that it has a rainy day fund you can use at no extra cost.

I love Wisely by ADP. It has been the easiest pay card I have had. I was just talking to a few of my friends into turning their businesses over to it instead of using Walmart’s prepaid cards, and we are currently looking at it together.

The Wisley app and card from ADP are easy to get and easy to use. Better than trying to set up a bank account for a job. It came in a week and it was already set up with my jobs ADP account so pretty much done for you.

I have had good experiences only with the app & my banking experiences with Wisely. I would like if I had more options to withdraw from ATMs because it doesnt seem to be a possibility. I also cant get cash back more than once sometimes. Otherwise no serious issues.

I enjoy my ADP card and I have never had any problems with it. They have even locked my card when there was odd charges on it that were fraudulent charges which I thought was incredible. The offer to get paid 2 days early is very helpful also.

I love the card other than I can't use it for ach debit payments. I would like to have automatic payments come out of my account. Instead I have to have a different bank account and transfer money into it in order to pay my bills.

Usually I get my money on check but I didn’t really mind the card. Actually it helped me out and now I’m actually grateful for the card I have. I have other cards but when it comes to last resort the card really helps out.

Awesome great service. Able to get direct deposit 2 days early. Able to use almost just like an actual bank account. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only concern would be that some online purchases for some app sites such as Sonic Drive In aren’t allowed with Wisely card. Other than that thanks!

It was a good card to have one of my favorites. I liked the rainy day feature to help save money and it’s convenient that it sends notifications on balance. It’s easy to use especially since you can connect it to Apple Pay.

My entire experience has been perfect. I've had my account for about 4 years and they have always been on it whenever they feel that there are suspicious transactions. They contact me and I like the fact that they are looking after my finances the way they do.

We used ADP for our payroll services for several years without a problem. Then they closed their Perth office and the customer service became terrible. We changed payroll provider in the last financial year and dealing with them now to tie up the last financial year (where we still used them for the first few months) they have been rude and unresponsive & unable to explain errors that have occurred. I would definitely not recommend them.

I found the Wisely APP easy to use both navigation-wise and with overall functionality. No performance lags or downtime experienced either accessing my account via the Desktop or Mobile versions. 5 Stars!

On the July 1st payroll, ADP takes over seventeen thousand dollars more than what was our normal bi-weekly payroll. Instead of doing everything possible to refund the money to my account, the rank and file personnel have to escalate the problem to their supervisors since "It's a lot of money and we're not authorized". So of course they've got 2 days to correct their error, which should be enough time, but the long weekend arrives and I still am out 17+K so I'm pretty much forced into floating a no interest loan to ADP until their supervisor comes back from his/her long weekend. Not a bad business plan...

I have had ongoing problems with ADP to the point where I am baffled that they are still in business. I only have a few employees but it has been agonizing trying to get ADP straightened out. I have had at least three 5 hour calls with them and this is around their issues not mine. I signed up in April and have yet to get it straightened out. It began with them telling me it didn’t matter that I was an S Corp and my HSA account would be the same as my employees.

Excellent service. My pay comes days before. And the app is very user friendly. I highly recommend getting this card. You won't be disappointed. There are lots of options for notifications. They keep me update on all transactions.

I terminated my contract with ADP in writing - had several conversations, in writing with a rep there who confirmed. Found out they took funds from my bank account - advised them immediately - spend the entire day with various reps since 9AM in an effort to resolve. Informed I have to sign a letter indemnifying them from legal action before they can reverse the withdrawal. I asked to speak to supervisor several times - told not possible. They basically are extorting me to sign this letter in order to get my own money back which they have taken from my bank account after the termination!

I am very pleased with my Wisely pay card. I do wish the reload fees were less but overall no complaints. Card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. You can also get your direct deposit from any source loaded on the card.

Does exactly what I need it to. I set a regular payroll amount into the Wisely Card, and I let it build up to use for purchases while on vacation. It gives me a separate budget, and an easily separated card if it is lost or stolen.

I love ADP. Always efficient and customer service is great every time. Haven’t had adp for long but I would definitely recommend to anybody. It’s not a time customer service hasn’t helped me when I had a problem.

As far, the communications sent out in form of emails have been more than helpful in understanding the business model. I personally appreciate the offer to receive paychecks 2 days earlier from payday.

Wisely card. Great card, always paid on time and no problems whatsoever! I like how you. Can receive text notifications about your balance and how you receive a notification for every deposit! It’s also super easy to save money with the rainy day fund!

ADP card. I really like the new features to the website that the original did not have. I like that I can transfer money from the card to another account. I also like the fact I receive my ssd check early while the old system I would get a text saying the money was there but still had to wait till the next Wed before it was in my account.

The card has many options that are convenient and easy to use. The early deposit option is like no other card I have used. This allows me to use my money earlier than I could before. There are many free A.T.M.s near me that do not charge a user fee.

Easy access to card information via website. Customer service agents, contacted via phone, are very helpful and resolve issues quickly. The option to receive pay check direct deposits up to 2 days early is a great feature. Excellent experience across the board.

I received this card through an employer several years ago. And although I have other banking options, I still use ADP because they have been reliable and secure. No extra fees and Customer Care is also great.

Had my ADP card over a year. It's very convenient and also reliable direct deposit from my employer. Reloadable is easy and also fast with deposit. Love the idea of text message letting me know when my funds were deposit and available balance as well as low balance. I would recommend this card to family and also friends and it also comes with different benefits use of the card. Love the idea of my full name on front of card as well and how easy it is to set up and active.

Handled all my inquiries about someone using my card and settled each of my problems. I had to have a new card sent to my house and my account frozen. The card came within a week and was ready for use in matter of seconds.

Overall I haven't had any issues or complaints with ADP. A very user-friendly app and card. I'm no longer with the employer that issued the card yet I'm very much contemplating keeping the card for future employment.

I like my pay card and Wisely. The text and email updates are great! Also like getting paid a day early, and the app is extremely easy to use. It's nice to able to see my balance daily and many places take my Wisely card.

This card holder is very worth it because it’s very flexible when getting my pay deposit and very easy app to track and see my transactions when it comes to keep track of my spendings. I’m very satisfy with this card holder.

Using the app is super easy and the facial recognition is awesome. Only had one issue but it was solved by their staff. Dealing with the staff was pleasant and they are very professional. I recommend everyone use this.

The card usuals is really easy and great so far. Best card experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this card service to all. So far no complaints at all. Really enjoying my card and experience!

The Wisely card and app are conventional and the app is easy to work. The only complaint I have is that it is very difficult to load cash to the card. It can only be done at certain places rather at an ATM.

I love my Wisely card. They are always friendly and very helpful. They are quick to fix any problems and issues I might be having. Direct deposit is great as well. I also love the fact they have an app which makes it convenient as well.

I have been using ADP services for about 5 years now and I must say it has a great experience without any issue since day one! The internet tool is easy to understand and access. My card services are excepted everywhere and, other than certain ATMs, without fee which is really great! Customer service has been easy to contact and very professional as well and that is very important to me! Keep up the great work!

I am very satisfied.... I can ask for anything more than what I’m getting. Very happy. This is the only card I use and I wouldn’t change that. I love it’s Works in PNC Bank. Overall happy card holder.

I love how easy the ADP app is to navigate. I can easily locate my weekly paycheck stubs, set my account to notify me of multiple different account updates via text, email, push notification, etc without having to get a notification for every possible update. You simply personalize the app to fit your specific needs; it's awesome!

Been able to carry this card with me for 3 jobs. Always good customer service. I've lost my card 2 different times and it was quickly canceled and a new one was in my possession within a few days. Never had to worry about where my money was or who was using it.

I've been completely satisfied with my pay card. The weekly updates showing my balance has been great with helping me keep up with my account and knowing how much I have in my account. The app is easy to use as well!

When my card was Aline then switched to Wisely there were no problems. I was able to use my card for purchases as before, in the States as well as overseas. If I needed to transfer money or to send money I know I can trust the transaction with no worries.

My ADP experience had been amazing. It is easy and convenient. My Wisely card is great to use. I never have to worry about security of the card. I love the turn off feature! The iPhone app is amazing. You can manage your card all in one easy place.

Great card and app! I didn’t have any problems with it. I loved being able to get at least one withdrawal without any fees. I also never had any problems with making transactions. The app was also great! I was able to see my paychecks and have access to them through the app.

ADP is a nice bank figure. The app is very laid out. Customer service can be helped but I love how it pays faster than most banks. Your tax stubs comes faster and it's very easy to read. The updated are wonderful on it for the app.

I use this card for mostly my pay at work, but this comes in handy. Keeps track of everything I spend, has really great breakdowns of where things are spent every month. The pie charts they use for your pay stub breakdown show where your money is going. Just an overall great product to have.

I love the convenience of ADP. It has some old infomercial that I can always go back to in the future. I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for something great. You will not be disappointed.

I am very happy with the ADP app. I can find what I want without a lot of hassle. The ease of going to different sections of the dashboard are a plus. I would recommend it to keep up with your finances.

I find that my Wisely Card is quite well managed and is very adaptive to my needs. I especially like the ability to punch monies into a saving program. I'm glad that we had the switch to this new format.

Never have an issue. Cards easy to use. People are always very nice when if you have to call for anything. Money is always on time. Very convenient being able to login and see balances and get any papers needed.

I had problems transferring my old to this card cause my employer was under APD before they switch to this company. It took a couple business days to figure out why I wasn’t receiving my paycheck but once they cleared up my issue, I haven’t had a problem with it since.

I've had pretty good experience with ADP, I love it and I recommend it to anybody who wants a good checking account with the ability to track what you spend and save when you need. It's easy to move money.

I have only had one or two issues and customer service was always nice and informative. My money is always deposited when it’s supposed to and I’ve always been able to check my balance as needed on the app and now I get paid 1 day earlier. Thanks to the new early direct deposit feature!

This app allows users to view their pay stub and breakdown and view specific information related to how they are paid and I personally have really enjoyed the app and using it for work. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to see how it improves.

ADP is a great card service. You can add money without any issues. It can be used anywhere a normal debit card can be used. All the features of a bank card but you don't have to worry about over drafting.

I’ve never felt more close to my money like now, I get messages and fraud calls if too many unfamiliar transactions are being made, I can keep track of my money by simply logging in to my phone. Love this.

I love the app a lot and it’s honestly a great app to use, giving a option to move money into a savings and I enjoy the 2 day early direct deposit. Wisely is honestly great and I have zero complaints about it.

I will continue to use my ADP Wisely card. Due to the fact that whenever I use it I never have a problem. I had an issue a year ago with someone else used it. When that happened I received a message from ADP stating that if it wasn't me then they were going to stop and block my card. They did and sent me another card. Thank you for the great work.

I've never had any issues with the website or the card. The website is easy to navigate and has the important stuff upfront and easy to find. I like how they keep a graph of how I use my money and how accessible anything I need is.

Great Account, I’ve had it from Job to Job over 2 Years. I love my ADP account it helped organize my pay stubs with the job who originally assigned me the card. The app has been very useful with showing me where I can withdraw cash and the locations along with where I can upload cash. 10/10. :)

The ADP app is very simple to use. It’s gave me access to me hours worked, pay, and statements. Plus, other things like time off. This app is very useful and I’d recommend it to anyone that has the chance to use it.

Love the app. So easily to use and to understand and when I call customer so fast to answer as well and to help me out with what I need. Grateful with the new Wisely card and the app – just love it. No hassle at all.

Always enjoy looking at the breakdowns of the pay stubs and the graph chart to see the percentage of the income and where it actually goes. I have used this application to move things around and to show others that they can use even without having a bank account with the big financial institutions.

I have had a pleasant experience with Adp. I can load my card easily, pay bills, and use the card everywhere I need to. All of my tax and paycheck information is in one place, which is highly convenient. The app did crash a couple of months ago, but the next update fixed the issue I was having.

My biggest negative with ADP is paying double ATM fees. While some accounts reimburse your ATM charges, ADP charges you in addition to them. That alone is a reason I will eventually which to another type of account.
