I often have to follow up on issues multiple times before getting a response, or the appropriate answer. I called last week to solve a payroll issue. It turns out that it wasn't solved correctly, which meant I was on the phone for 90 minutes and three different representatives in the middle of payroll processing. I also submitted a year-end request in September, and was assured that my request could be completed in 2021. I responded to the service request multiple times looking for an update, and have not been satisfied with the response, and don't believe I'm being adequately helped. The individuals I speak to are kind and courteous, but it seems like there aren't enough representatives to provide satisfactory customer service to everyone who reaches out. I know there are labor shortages worldwide, so I am sympathetic, but I also have a job to do. Thank you for your time.

ADP is very complicated to use, even as someone with quite a bit of payroll experience. For ex. I ran payroll today and have no idea to tell if it will make it to my employee on time or not. Also, I just noticed something that says taxes that are my responsibility. Are you paying them as I was told?

The system is so great and so horrible at the same time. Random stuff works and doesn't work. Vacation accruals stop working for no reason. ADP representatives have no understanding of the other systems that tie into each other - payroll doesn't know what will affect timekeeping, that we have to call multiple times because a fix of one issue causes another issue. Our employees have to re-approve their time whenever we approve their vacation request. If they have approved it and we approve it, it shouldn't un-approve it. It should only un-approve it if we don't approve it.

My customer service exec, Robin ** is tremendously helpful in resolving any and all issues I come up against. She is willing to go above and beyond in whatever the issue is. She works with other teams to resolve issues which is at times challenging. I highly recommend her.

I have been on both sides of ADP, one as a user and one as a programmer/tech analyst for ADP. The software is great to use and easy to understand. Yes, lots of updates are happening as they are still trying to completely update all the different screens, and seeing and reading about what update took place over the weekend can be a bit much at times, but overall LOVE this product!

I'm a new master admin user for our company account and I have tried to get support from ADP but have been unable to connect with the right source. It's very frustrating to fumble through the software teaching myself by my mistakes. An ADP contact to help support me would be very appreciated!

We've had 5 diff acct mgrs over past 12 mos making it very difficult to resolve open tickets. 1 ADP ticket error resulted in a $12K+ impound of improperly overpaid taxes, a promissory note and ticket still open.

ADP is a powerful tool. It is very frustrating as a practitioner to have things change in ADP with no warning or notification. For example - the Performance Review template change this year at some point with no clear communication sent to practitioners. We were ready to launch our annual review process when we noticed the screens and process flow are different from the previous year. These are not bad changes, it is just difficult to effectively advise our management teams on processes when the details have changed.

The vaccination tracking tool is a great addition to ADP. There needs to be a way for information to be input into the tool either online or by a practitioner directly. Many employees are not mobile-savvy and/or are frustrated by being forced to download a new app. It would also be preferred to have the upload proof functionality separate from the show proof of last negative test requirement.

Almost no personal training. ADP is one of the most complex systems on the market today and ADP expects people to watch videos on how to operate in the system. Why wouldn't ADP be willing to spend time and resources to make sure their clients are fully comfortable using the platform, instead of their "hurry up and implement so we can bill them" mentality?

ADP requests we go through Client Support, I never receive a phone call that issue has been resolved. Recently had a request deleted from the support system, and no one seems to know what happened? I really prefer to speak with someone versus entering a request. Poor system.

Love the ADP products, however, their overall customer service needs improvement. When we need assistance we want to talk to a product "expert." It's frustrating to work with an inexperienced expert when we are in a time constraint. Even more frustrating when the expert doesn't fully listen to the issue and "jumps to conclusion" sending us down the rabbit hole FOR HOURS!

I highly recommend ADP invests more into their people as I can only assume turnover is the reason why we frequently end up talking to new CSRs. My favorite was last December... the CSR actually told me he was a former used car salesman who started at ADP less than 3 months earlier. He couldn't get a higher skilled CSR or manager to help us because they were short-staffed.

A little bit of me dies inside when I find out an employer I am interviewing with uses ADP. After 10 years, I have a love hate relationship with this company. If you get an account manager, hopefully you get a good one that is responsive. The programmers like to make changes for the sake of change. Recently they made some changes that require more menu clicks for some reason. They don't consult actual admins to discuss making the system better. On Monday, you never know if the website is going to work. It is frequently down after weekend maintenance. This is very problematic since payroll is time sensitive.

The recruitment software is missing many features that a typical ATS would have. If an applicant fails a knockout questions, their system can't send that person an email. You are also limited in how you can customize your career page. And the career page does not have filters or the ability for applicants to search jobs by zip code. I really can't recommend this service provider.

I would say my experience is between 3.5 and 4 stars. There are constant updates and changes that don't always make things easier or create less clicks. Once I have certain things figured out they get updated again and I need to refigure my process out. For example, time off page has changed. Instead of it being one page with one submit click it's know 2 pages and few more clicks. Explaining this to our employees is not the easiest either when we don't have an understanding on why it changed. Anytime there are updates there are bugs that need worked out and in that downtime the Admins are hammered with questions about why this part in ADP isn't working and so on. When I call to get help they are always very helpful and can generally answer my question fairly quickly. Overall the website is intuitive and it tracks information that I require well. I try not to call and figure the system out on my own, but I do wish there wouldn't be as many changes.

I feel customer service within ADP is lacking. Our customer representative rarely responds to emails unless her manager is copied. I have to call several times and talk to others just to get an answer.

ADP needs to look into McLeod software and take some helpful hints from them. I honestly believe that ADP is hard to manage, for instance, hired a new person with a future hire date. Why can't I just search for them like a normal employee? Instead I have to go around the moon it seems because I'm not used to having employees with future hire dates to locate. Never did find them.... I gave up and waited the couple of days so I could go in and update their tax information.

When I search for someone, I have to do first name first.... but if I'm terming someone, you have to search for last name first. I wish it was uniform across the board. In McLeod software you can hit the letter "T" in a date box and it will put today's date! I just run into a lot of things that I believe could be done easier/better. But I'm not a computer programmer. Just had past experience with McLeod software and it just spoiled me :).

I have worked with ADP for many years, and I can say that the ADP WorkForceNow product is one of their best. They are really making a lot of improvements to add self-service tools and customers can fix issues on their own. The payroll processing is very fast and reliable. The benefits is probably their best module. I appreciate the chat features to answer quick questions but I can also call in if needed. I have a great account manager who is always there to help me when I have a question or I'm stuck. As I do see a lot of improvement there is still room to grow. For example, internal communication still seems to be a mess when trying to talk to someone about adding a new feature or service. Overall I enjoy the tool and find it a powerful and useful tool to make my job easier. I look forward to new updates and built-in automation in the future.

I have enjoyed working with ADP because we needed an organized way to keep track of people as well as run payroll more efficiently. As we grew, it helped us meet a need. Onboarding new employees has been a change for us and helped streamline the process for new people.

Our implementation manager was incompetent, and the team was not very good except for 2 people (each segment has a separate instructor). Our current account manager has horrible customer service: days later responses to an urgent question (even marked urgent), weeks later responses to non-urgent questions (though by that time they become urgent), closing requests before they are done/not waiting for any follow up questions. Plus, since our initiation was so bad, we have frequent glitches that need fixes. The software itself is not bad, but the service has been very poor to the point where we have been looking for a change for months.

Overall I am pleased with my experience with ADP. I do wish there was more management function with the mobile app. I am a practitioner. I sometimes find that there are many steps to get to certain things. Reporting is great. More ability on a mobile level would be great!

ADP has options for all of your business needs. When the system is all set up correctly and functioning, it's a powerful tool. Service is not always knowledgeable as various services are almost like stand alone products rather than fully integrated. They are also not available 24/7 which can leave you unmoored upon deadlines. They are also pricey, but it's worth it if all of your systems function properly.

It would be convenient and efficient if all the modules of ADP would integrate with each other. For example, the location field does not integrate with GeoLocation field in Time and Attendance. This is very inconvenient and inefficient. Additionally, your profile does not integrate with the talent module. When you went to single sign-on (even for practitioners), we are not able to apply for a job using our personal information. These asks for integration are not revolutionary, they are merely to enhance UI and UX. Not very difficult though. Other than lack of integration, it is a solid database system.

I love using WFN and service reps I speak to are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. WFN isn't perfect, it still needs improvement (I've provided Product Feedback) but overall, it's good to use.

Other than my Payroll Rep the service I have received across the board in the past weeks is lacking. We are all understaffed, but SR's are being ignored. I have multiple requests for updates with no response, anything is better than radio silence.

Only Firefox will upload all WFN screens. Chrome is no longer working properly. That is crazy. I was locked out of time & attendance interface for no apparent reason, 1 hour to fix by back-end team. No one ever answers the phone, always goes to voice mail.

As a long time System Admin of ADP, with my current company as well as 2 past employers, the customer service is outstanding! Our assigned Payroll Account Manager is responsive, knowledgeable, and very supportive while always using the proper level of communication depending on who she is working with. If the issue is not in her realm of expertise, she will quickly point you in the right direction and make sure you get the issue resolved. ADP can't do everything as all systems have limitations. But they are constantly working to upgrade and improve the software and various options to accommodate the ever changing world of technology. Thank you to my PAM and everyone at ADP! While looking over my review for payroll I notice one of my employees didn't have a 401K deduction. I was on the phone for over an hour. This issue is still not resolved. I was told it has to be check on the back end.

Every little thing we have to call ADP to set up or do for us. We can't do it ourselves. Then when we call, the rep sets it up wrong or doesn't know what to do. It creates more headaches than needed. The site is not easy to navigate at all. It's not intuitive. Too many clicks. Not customizable.

Although we don't use ADP for all of our needs, we are able to successfully accomplish successful payroll processing on a biweekly basis. Easy integration for the importing of hours. Interface between benefits & payroll is good.

System still moves slow when you are accessing certain sections within ADP. This usually occurs on Monday mornings and around lunch time. I am not sure if the system does an update on the back end, however this is when I experience the worst of it.

Our account managers are wonderful when we are able to get ahold of them. But it is very difficult to get a response and when I call the helpline for immediate assistance, they tell me to contact our account manager. Which can be very frustrating.

ADP is a good payroll system that's always updating. Sometimes the updates are changing so much we have to update some of our rules to some of our HR functions. I wish it would be user friendly where we don't have to reach out to a rep to set up some of the functions.

I have not received outstanding customer service support from ADP when in need. I do believe the representatives are knowledgeable, but the wait time, or having to call back several times to be waited on, are not satisfactory.

I like being able to see my employees and if their paperwork is completed. With the changes our company has made this is wonderful. I am able to see my information and print it off when needed. I do not have to keep track of paper checks.

The new Time off entry system for Managers is not an improvement. Feels much more cumbersome than the old version. Will probably get used to it over time. It's the first upgrade that at the start I'm not happy using. Overall the current version is still an excellent tool. I am more than happy with the reporting features. Tracking employees is so much easier with ADP.

My experience with ADP over the years has been mediocre. I have found that if I don't keep up on the issues that we have they float away in ADP land and are never taken care of. I give the customer service 3/5. I feel the same way about most of their updates. The updates always mess up other areas of the website and we have to fix it.

My wish list: access to more than one page at a time, a quick link from a hire to their applicable application, option to remove the pay card advertisement on the homepage, and a more thorough LOA tracking option. (We use an entirely different program.) I really wish the updated home page would return that debuted a few updates ago and never returned. I love the changes to recruitment lately, especially the new dashboard, updated offer letters and requisition options. Ultimately, ADP has a lot to offer, but sometimes changes are too frequent and unnecessary. There is something to be said for improvement, but constant change can sometimes hinder efficiency. Thank you for all you do to better our experience.

My biggest complaint with ADP is the lack of Customer Service that is typically provided whenever I have an issue. I think the product is comparable to what the competitors have out there...I've used Paychex and Paylocity in the past, but the issue is long wait times and issues not being resolved. I feel ADP keeps changing their product rather than focus on perfecting what they have and ensuring that the person on the other end of the call has the knowledge to help. This is my biggest frustration...I only call ADP if I absolutely have to, and luckily I use the Bridge (best support in ADP, sadly it's other clients that typically help me). There have been times when I've been given incorrect information and I've had to point that out. I think Customer Service is where ADP needs to focus their energy on at this point in time.

The onboarding process and the performance evaluation process is quite complicated and is not user friendly. If there were step-by-step instructions on the onboarding process, that would be great. I haven't seen that on the Bridge.

Over the years I have found getting help from ADP is getting worse and worse. I am either on hold for over an hour or I reach a human voice who does not speak very good english or who does not have knowledge of the ADP system. To get any assistance would require my company making an upgrade that is too costly at this time. All training on new systems that we purchase is completed too fast and without much follow up. Each year I become more frustrated with ADP customer service. I feel that my company size does not matter to ADP at all.

I was late getting the correct information to them regarding my wife getting benefits with her company...and now they say I have to pay for the rest of the month. If I quit I wouldn't..not sure how this thievery is legal.

I cashed in my company 401k they say they sent out the check. 20 days later nothing, when I look at the info they left out the apartment number partial address. Post office said it was returned back to ADP. I have emailed with no response and called many times to get a message, "Sorry we can't help you." WTF adp. Looks like I won't see. Complete **.

My complaint is regarding the myWisely pay card services. I have used their services for years and they never issued a permanent card for my account. I have until recently gotten a permanent card that finally showed my actual name only after I called them about it. I finally get the card and realize that my name still shows as my maiden name even though I’ve been married over 2 years. For whatever reason that stopped accepting my direct deposit out of nowhere and I didn’t notice until the day I did not get my direct deposit.

Called in and was informed that my employer was depositing my checks under my married last name instead of the name on myWisely account (this has been this way for years and never had a problem). One of my main issues is every time I've called, the reps has disconnected the line in blatantly disrespect after sometimes holding for over an hour. They talk to you extremely rude then disconnect the line as a result. This has happened the last 3 days. Today it happened again (7/16/2021). As well as the prior 2 days. It’s almost 100% of time after you request a supervisor.

The main reason for my calling is because I’ve uploaded the needed docs to have my name change. I have attached my ss card and driver's license which BOTH shows my new name. They have failed to update the name. I am now going into the weekend without my direct deposits because Wisely has failed to update my name which shows to take 24-48 hours. After several calls to them and most being disconnected. They ask me to send my marriage certificate (even though my government documents have been attached that shows my name). I attached this info 3x and they have returned that my marriage license was blurry. How is it that my social security and state driver's license reflecting my name does not suffice enough to change my name on my account?

Not only that, your reps are extremely disrespectful to the customers and intentionally disconnecting the line on us is a huge slap to the face. If this is happening to the customers how can we trust you with our finances. They could be stealing our personal information out of anger and spite to the customers. I do not trust your company anymore and seems your sole purpose is to inconvenience the customers. In the midst of everything going on today, you have made the customer experience the worse.

I will not continue to use your service and have cancelled my direct deposit. I am owed an apology for the way you have been handling my calls and your company should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to continue. I’m 100% sure this is happening with multiple customers. You’re clearly not reviewing the calls of your agents, because if you were you would know how your customers are being treated by your agents. And if you do know, and have yet to do anything about it, then shame on you!

ADP has contacted me multiple times over the past few years to try to get my business. Finally after some frustrations with my previous payroll company I decided to make the switch. The implementation was a nightmare. Information was not mapped correctly and the "Implementation specialist" really does not know the system well. Every payroll we processed brought another issue. There is also information that they did not bring over properly from the previous payroll provider (out of pure 100% laziness) and now I am in a position where there is information that I need that I have no way of getting. Don't expect anything that the sales rep tells you to be true as far as ease and professionalism of the implementation process. It is worth less than nothing.

When I asked the Implementation "Specialist" to load the information that was missing she sent me a blank excel template expecting me to manually enter 281 employees' information. Besides for the fact that I am not the implementation specialist here I no longer had that information. That information should have been carried over before the previous payroll provider's account was closed. The time clocks came with very limited instruction with some of the instructions in Chinese. I needed to figure out how to install the clock on my own and write my own instructions for my managers. Just stay away. It's a no brainer. I am killing myself that I actually paid money for this headache.

My company has been using ADP for some time now. I used to get paper checks but that is no longer available so I was sent a WISLEY card to get paid on. I had used and trusted this card for almost 2 years. A month ago my card was cloned and my money was drained from my account. I called the fraud number on the back of the card and filled out the paperwork they asked me for. They are denying my claim to receive my money back an'd wont even give me a reason why. ADP Wisely sent me a card for my paychecks that was not SECURE! Now I am left holding the empty bag. I'm ruined because of this company. Somebody help.

This is the worst payroll service on the face of the planet. Constantly messing up L&I rates. Don't trust the quarterly reports as they can't add. They can't even fill out the reports correctly. You need to constantly recheck their work, so I mean if getting audited is a favorite pass time, sign right up. Trying to talk to anyone about the issues is like talking to a piece of cheese. So in short, RUN...RUN FAST.

ADP purchased our previous payroll company in mid 2020. They did not carry over the records from the previous company. I'm at 4 weeks now and the issue is still not resolved, placing me in a non-compliance position for filling. I've done the online requests, chat requests, phone request, etc. I've spent hours waiting on hold online and on the phone. I literally sent them a ledger on how to correct their errors and their correction was wrong again. Worst performing company that I've dealt with in a long time. Ironically, we left ADP because of their poor performance and then they bought the company we used after leaving them. Which also ironically is the part that can't get right. Here's a thought, when you purchase another company maybe you figure out how to transfer the data correctly first. I would warn any company to stay far away from ADP. Unless you like endless hold times and negligent work product.

Updated on 03/12/2021: Last week 4 thousand dollars was stolen from my husband's account. We reported it right away and asked for the card to be turned off. We filled a police report and forwarded all information to detective. We did everything we could do on our end. ADP has shown no empathy or competency whatsoever. We are being treated like criminals when we are victims. The dispute was closed because ADP reasoned that they checked the ledger at the ATM and the balance was on point meaning that money had to be dispersed. Guess what!? They checked the wrong ATM. WRONG ATM. WRONG COUNTY. What a thorough investigation right? No wonder the balance was on point. You are investigating the wrong ATM. The paperwork sent to us regarding the next two claims in which 2 more thousand dollars was withdrawn was full of errors, top to bottom. Wrong dates wrong amounts etc. It is very clear no such investigation was conducted.

We lost our entire tax return. ADP closed our account as if we are the problem. They closed my husband's account so that now we cannot receive our tax return nor can my husband receive his pay check. We have nothing. I have emailed and called over and over again and each time I get hung up on. This is not good business. I would like upper management to get involved and reprimand the person who dismissed our claims as they failed to do their job. Come on ADP do the right thing. It's just a little leg work and just a little bit of compassion and moral to do the right thing. It's your job. This doesn't affect you all at all but you have devastated my family. I don't want to have to write bad reviews I don't want to file complaint with the state. I don't want to fight for our money back. Please. We can't take no more. Upper management please respond.

Original review: What a shame. 1800 dollars was taken from my account after attempt to withdraw at Wells Fargo atm even though NO MONEY WAS DISBURSED nor a receipt. ADP failed to take dispute seriously and unwilling to investigate nor refund money. Days later a total of 2000 was withdrawn from my account in an entirely different county in which I never ever have made any financial transaction let alone even go to. ADP failed to recognize nor block fraudulent activity. When I reported it they seemed to care less. Within just a few days almost 4 thousand dollars was withdrawn from my account and I don't have one penny of it. Nearly my entire tax refund I worked so hard for. ADP is a scam. I'm on the verge of homelessness with 3 kids and a disabled wife. I have nothing to offer them and no way of providing. Shame on ADP.

VISIT BBB AND READ REVIEWS. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE REGARDING FRAUD AND FAILURE TO ADDRESS ISSUE APPROPRIATELY. I offered to call police and make a police report, I offered to track down random ATMs to access video footage of the crimes but they told me it wasn't necessary. They don't care. I'm considering calling the news and contacting an attorney to look into a class action law suit. This is an ongoing issue with them. Shame on you ADP. My family had plans to use that money to move as we are currently being evicted (owner passed away and family inherited property and wants to sell in the midst of pandemic and housing crisis) what will we do now? A drop in the bucket to ADP but devastating for my children who are preparing to pack their things up in storage and live out of our car.

I need to get in touch with ADP because of a payroll error. I will have to wait 4 hours for a reply. How can this be customer service for something as critical as payroll? This is totally unacceptable. There are laws about making payroll errors. I think that by law there should be some responsibilities that a payroll company has to adhere to. This is a failing grade in my book.

Updated on 03/03/2021: After telling ADP my former employer no longer uses ADP and can't get me the info I need ADP tells me to contact that same employer that already said they can't help. It's ridiculous, frustrating, and so it goes on and on.

Original: I have tried repeatedly to contact either HR or Accounting to get very important information and all I got is nothing. No return calls, email, absolutely no help! I am going to lose my disability because I can't get anyone to contact me.

I have used ADP to process payroll for my medical practice since its inception in 2014. We were informed in December by the State of Pennsylvania that we have not paid Employee Payroll Taxes since that time. It is clear the taxes have been deducted from my payroll account. While I am a reasonable person and understand that mistakes occur, it has been an absolute nightmare getting ADP to correct the error. ADP's mistake has resulted in the State placing a lien on my practice, and I have spent countless hours attempting to contact someone at ADP who will take this seriously. I have been given misinformation, empty promises and it has been made abundantly clear that ADP does not value its small business customers. The lien is preventing a transaction that is vital to the financial health of my practice. As if being a medical practitioner during Covid isn't hard enough, I have to deal with this nonsense. Absolutely unconscionable.

We have had nothing but problems with ADP since they acquired the payroll service from Wells Fargo. This is a very long list of events and as of this date still has not been resolved. I would like to start out that I have been running businesses for over 20 years and not once ever had a problem with a payroll service including Wells Fargo since they started after the acquisition of Wachovia.

Customer support is atrocious. ADP is unresponsive to issues and problems caused on their end. They will continue to reassign you to someone else, yet in the end stop responding all together. ADP Failed at inputting the correct EIN, Bank account information, SS numbers and has refused to fix these issues despite us showing good faith for the last 12 months. I am not sure how ADP has such high reviews, since I was able to find a plethora of other complaints just like mine.

The Wisely card is awesome, but ADP overall makes a lot of mistakes and it is very hard to reach their customer service. I would recommend using the Wisely card if your company uses ADP, but if you are looking for a payroll company, I would not recommend ADP.

This company set up our payroll with an incorrect company name. They could not fill in the blanks for our employees correctly. Our employees never got paid. They have no customer service. Finally a man named Gus, in India was able to unwind us from their clutches. ADP kept our sign up fees and never paid our employees. You would be better off getting a payroll company in India. Watch it...There is no customer service.

I've had my Wisely Pay card since October of 2020 and the only good thing about it is that I get paid one day early. I can't even use my card for services like Hello Fresh and Afterpay and other services. You are better off getting a checking account at a regular bank.

I love the ADP app. It is easy to navigate and gives me immediate access to all my docs when I need them. I love that I will never lose a W-2 because I can always go on my ADP app and just download it again.

Your payroll website is easy to navigate AND get the necessary documents, like tax info and pay stubs, when needed.. I mostly like that I can access and/or print records that are more than 1 year old.

ADP is great! I’ve never had any problems with them. It is an easy way to get my pay check. My money is always available on pay day. I can always easily check my wisely balance with the app on my phone. Highly recommend!

Best decision I made, always on time no issues at all, got my pay 2 days before I got pay. Also customer services are always there to help. I remember I lost my card and I report it the same day then I receive it 2 days later. That was so fast.

Having a wisely card has become very convenient. I’m able to get my pay a day ahead, so I’m able to pay bills in time or go grocery shopping early than rather than waiting till payday. Thank you. I love it!!

I have NO issues. There is nothing that should be changed. All is working out very well for all card holders, mainly me. I really like the future option. This option allows me to easily and quickly put money away for a rainy day.

I have had my account for several years through my employer and I have to say that It has been working out really well. I'm able to get my direct deposit up to two day earlier if needed but I have not used that feature. I do wish there were more ways to make deposits to the account maybe something through the app like other banks have. I like the option of the online statements to cut down on paper and customer services has ALWAYS been very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Overall I'm very happy with my account!

This is an excellent card to have. You have so many options such as saving money in a piggy bank, make transfers with other bank accounts, you can view your paystub in the app. Love this card and highly recommend it!!

Very happy with card. Easy to load if I need to put loose money pay my bills and get my pay checks direct deposited. I like that I can view my balance and purchases. Get text alerts when something is purchased. All around I am really satisfied.

Since I have been using this card, I have not had any problems and being able to get paid early is really awesome. Only thing that should be improved is being able to use Apple Pay because it is quite difficult to use it and have it connected to my wallet on my phone.

Very helpful when my card was stolen and I reported, I still need to get a response from the email I sent... When I received the letter at home... hopefully I get my money back.. Worse time to experience stolen identity.

ADP notifications are really helpful and very swift. I’m always notified when my deposits are in my account and also a day before they deposit into my account. The app is also very helpful because I prefer to not have to call in.

Wisely pay card has worked very well for me. No delay in pay instead you get your pay a day in advance. Never had any issues with my deposits. First time using this card when I started my nursing job in 2019.

ADP has been extremely useful for me personally, not having to open a bank account until well after I received my card. The functions provided such as transfers and 2 day early deposit work every paycheck, and are often times faster than expected. I will continue using my card until I no longer work at my current location.

I've had a great experience so far with ADP. I always get paid on time never have problems with my deposits and sometimes I even get them early. My only issue is the password expires and I have memory loss so it's hard to remember multiple passwords.

I love how easy this card and app are to use. I take a small portion of each one of my checks and have it automatically deducted to save for Christmas each year. Definitely love it and appreciate the flexibility that it offers me. Adjustments from deductions are easily changed pay check to pay check if needed! Thanks Wisely!!!!

I think I've had ADP for 5-6 years. Best banking option I've ever had. It doesn't connect with all services as the card is recognized as prepaid but I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is always helpful and the application is very innovative and I love it. Very positive experience. Even as my income grows I will continue to bank with adp. Keep up the great work.

I like using the app to do my banking online. I sometimes get my paycheck early from having direct deposit on my account. But it could be better if we could change the employer on the card and on the account.

I've never experienced this with any cardholder but Wisely. My card was hacked and all the money on my card was taken. I filed a dispute on Oct. 10. They told me 45-90 days.. Most places only make you wait 10 days. I don't feel like I should have to wait that long. When it wasn't my fault I just used the card at an atm then bam, hacked. I have a life to maintain. I'm not rich. I have kids and Bills that I'm way behind on now and was recently involved in a car accident so I haven't been able to work for a while.. Honestly I just want my refund so I can cancel that card. I'll NEVER use or recommend this card service to anyone.

We have used ADP for 4 years now, and they are not helpful in dealing with special tax circumstances or credits. We are a small business and felt all they wanted was to make money, without concern for helping the us when we needed it. They would pass the buck to someone else in the company, and let any concerns or problems fall through the cracks. We never really had an advocate in the company.

We finally cancelled services with them. In calling the IRS in 12/2020 to check on Q2 2020 filing (filed in 7/2020) and Q4 2019 amendment filing (also filed 7/2020), we discovered they had no record of either of these! After calling ADP, they told me the filing was rejected by the IRS, and ADP never made any attempt at notifying us or sending in the corrections back in to the IRS. This has cost our company numerous hours on the phone, thousands of dollars not received in tax credits, and much emotional stress, to put it lightly. I would NEVER recommend ADP to anyone else, and I urge anyone to look into smaller companies that will actually help their customers to resolve these matters. Thanks.

Been a member through my employer over 2 years. Today been on hold over 20 min. Keep getting automated return calls that hang up on me. Disputing a transaction- canceled a card and destroyed card that was misused on 11/9/11. Called back 11/14 only to have them ask for the card number that I was told to destroy upon explaining to agent I was told to destroy. Agent hung up in my ear after being on hold for 45 mins. Now I have to wait another 30 for a return call. Employers if you value YOUR employee DON'T CHOSE THIS COMPANY. Will be getting my job to change deposit to my WELL KNOWN WELLS FARGO CARD. THIS CARD WAS CONVENIENCE. NOW IT'S A PAIN.

If you want a payroll service that puts volume and the convenience of the corporation first and the customer last, this is the place for you. Your representative - get this - isn't allowed to email you. If you want to contact them YOU have to call THEM, for even the simplest question. I sat waiting on hold for my mine for 9 and a half minutes, the extension was answered by someone who wasn't the person I was calling, and they put me on hold again. Then she came back on the line to tell me she didn't have the correct extension number for my rep, had no access to it, and couldn't help me at all. And that was it. Sorry sucker. That's just one example of many. There is a 'service request' feature on my profile, which is supposed to allow me to contact my rep in writing. Except it doesn't work. Very helpful.

The only person who has been easy to reach is the sales guy who sold me the ADP services. Much like Spectrum, once they have you, you do as they say, or you're out of luck. Use a small local company instead!!!! (Interesting that this huge national company doesn't appear on Yelp. I added them, but they still don't come up in the search. Try searching 'ADP, Roseland, NJ' you'll find nothing. My review only appears on my profile. This is apparently a company big enough to manipulate Yelp. Avoid them at all costs.)

They locked my card for no reason. I waited on the phone for over an hour to find out the dept. I needed to speak with was closed. I'm very sick and needed to be at a doctors appt. 2 hours away from where I live and was unable due to my account being locked for no reason. This isn't an isolated incident. It's been happening more and more. Be safe, take your money elsewhere.

I was asked to give a review and I would receive a $25 Amazon gift card. Over 30 days ago. A lie. If I didn’t receive it within 30 days to email them. Again a lie. It’s a scam. Don’t do a review, let alone a good one. The actual ADP card is good but the email survey is a scam.

I love this card. Has had it for more than 7 years. Lets you take to any job and I also now get paid early. Takes a lil longer than usual but it’s always the day before. Wish I got paid on Wednesday instead of Thursday but I love the card.

I like that I can use it for different jobs and income. My check is usually there pretty fast and before others. I like how there is also no hidden fees for just using the card. Ten out of ten would recommend.

Great app! Easy to use, great features. Easy to manage money. I downloaded the app because I love being able to access my funds, balance and transaction history almost instantly. Download this app. You will not regret it!

Wisely provides a simple enough and decent pay card service. I am pleased with Simplicity of use and the fact that it is accepted by anyone who accepts Visa. The only thing I would change is some of the fees seem a tad exorbitant. It would also be nice to have an ATM locator where I could find ATMs without fees.

I love using the Wisely app to check my balance, do transactions & look at previous purchases. It is very easy to use & I continue to be impressed. The customer service is also very helpful unlike other prepaid card CS. I am also very pleased with the early direct deposit! It’s incredibly helpful, I am very satisfied with wisely!

Reliable friendly service. Mobile card service and my direct deposit is available 2 days early. I'm able to manage multiple cards under my single account which comes in clutch for saving and managing..

Real time transactions so I know my balance at all times unlike banks where transactions only get updated once a day... Also great customer service. If you ever have a problem they assist you quickly and get the problems resolved.

Works as intended and I am satisfied with it. My experience with ADP was good because I could check the app and find out how much I was paid with little to no trouble. The app would also give me monthly reports on how much I was paid and how much I spent.

I've had good experience with my ADP card and Wisely. My funds always show up in a timely manner and I like feature of text alerts every time that you spend money with your card. I also like that you can view your tax information, W-2, and gross income on the app easily.

I received a collection notice stating that VA state tax returns were not filed. I called the state tax agency they said the reports weren't filed. Upon contacting ADP they gave a bizarre answer telling me to pay an amount more than what was shown on the collection form to the Federal government, claiming there were insufficient funds. The money was taken out by ADP, it cleared the bank with no charge back - that was in April 2019. I have ample proof. I've asked to have this elevated because I think the person emailing me from ADP is totally clueless. State withholding is sent to the state, not the Federal government. ADP should pay the no filing fees since they were responsible for filing. I'm still waiting to hear back on who at ADP can help get this nonsense resolved. I do not recommend small businesses use ADP, there has to be a better payroll system out there.

One is the best things about having my account with this company is the flexibility I have. I'm very lucky to have many free ATMs available. And no monthly charge to my account for using those machines.

Fast reliable service. I have never had an issue with my card deposits. I can turn my card off and on. Get text and email alerts when transactions are made. I have had an overall great experience using ADP.

The money I receive is deposited directly into my account...and when it does I receive an email notification. The card simply works effortlessly...What could be better? The money I am paid also shows up quickly.

The app leaves a lot to be desired. It’s improved a lot in the past few months but it doesn’t list all transactions and I haven’t been able to discern a reason, nor has customer service been able to answer. Speaking of customer service I’d be a lot more confident about this product if you used call centers in the US.

I got the card from my old employer and I didn't think it was going to be that good but have been very happy with the results. The only thing that I had a problem with was being told that I had to pay $30 to get a replacement card overnight but I just went with the regular deal that took a week but ended up I never needed to use it so at least I have one just in case I lose the card I have now. But overall I am very happy with the services and the app. The app is easy to use and I know what is going on with my account when I use my Wisely card.

For almost 2 years, I've used Wisely Pay Card. It's simple to use. I get paid and the money is on the card and ready to spend. It's easy to use everywhere I've shopped. It's free for me to track my paycheck and any spending expenses made with the card. I recommend the Wisely ADP Pay Card to anyone; it works well for me. I get all of the benefits of ADP for my paycheck and it's all neatly available for me to access what categories I'm spending. It's easy to use and I don't have to have a bank account to get paid and I use it like a debit/credit card (without typical monthly bank fees)!

I really like the card. I worked at Dunkin Donuts for 2 years and loved how easily this card worked. It made it easy for banking and getting my checks. I also love love love the app. It has helped me so much when needed. The app was also very easy to work with and easy to understand.

I am happy with the card. I do wish that all the cards on the account have access to the money equally. The access is easy to get to through 5/3rd ATMs. It is also quite handy to have my paycheck direct deposited to the account.

I love it everything I need and nothing I don't. I do wish I could cash checks though. It's easy to use. Very easily accessible and I like that I can use my fingerprint to log in. Makes it that much more convenient.

Never had any issues with ADP!!!. I've taken it from employer to employer. They are very helpful when I needed new cards or help with activation. Customer care always seem to be available when needed.

I been using ADP and it's very easy to navigate. I get text alerts with every transaction. Never had a problem. Never had a problem with it. Will continue to use it. Very secure. Never have worry about app crashes.

I have been using ADP for years and have not had any problems whatsoever. I have used my card to receive paychecks. Not only that I have received my tax refund on my card as well. I love how I receive an email before my money is loaded.

I have used several banking services since I began working. Working minimum wage with bills definitely wasn't easy, especially when I would get hit with a $35 fee for overdrafts. The Wisely Card has made receiving my income much more convenient.

I don't have any issues using the ADP website or the debit card. The website is very similar to my regular banking site. My paycheck is deposited into my account every payday. ADP also has direct deposit for tax returns.

I have never had any problems with my pay card. And the security is great! I am able to pay anywhere I like to go. I also like that I can attach other cards to my account. And I can add other people to my account too.
