Ship a Car Direct takes the stress out of shipping a car. I have used them three times and have had no problems. They are there to make sure the transporting of your car is done in a timely and efficient manner. Would use them again for sure.

I had Ship A Car Direct transport a Chevrolet small pickup truck. The owner of the vehicle has homes in both Tennessee and Florida and he wanted the vehicle down there, which was 500 miles away. I filled something online and I had a dozen different companies that emailed and called me but I really only looked at three as far as making a decision. I never shipped a car before so I based my decision on reviews and when I called Ship A Car Direct and talked to somebody, he was really helpful. I was okay with both the driver and the equipment he was using when he picked the truck up. I was happy with that and he delivered it like he said he would.

We contacted Ship a Car Direct to have our car shipped since we were moving and they gave us a good price. The rep was also helpful and got back to us promptly. The guy picked the car up the day that I wanted it to be picked up and he dropped it off the very next day. It was extremely fast and it exceeded my expectations. It was a really positive experience.

We really appreciate Renee's help in picking up an order to ship our two cars quickly when another carrier failed to show up. She gave us a competitive quote, found a driver, and Levan even showed up that night! He delivered the cars a day early and they were in great shape - a little dirty, but we expected that. I was moving and I had to ship two personal vehicles. My broker told me that Ship a Car Direct wanted to accept my job and I agreed. It took three days to complete the actual transport from beginning to end and I had very good interactions with both the driver and the people at Ship a Car Direct.

I recently moved a car, a Ford Escape, from Arizona to New Jersey using Ship a Car Direct. I have used them before. Everything was done online. I spoke to the reps once to confirm the dates or the time and everything went well. I used the free quote calculator and the actual amount was right on. The driver called the night before and we arranged the time. He was there within an hour or so of the time and everything went well. They delivered and I was very satisfied.

I would definitely use this company again to help with the transport of my vehicle. David ** was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to answer all and any questions I may have had. He returned my calls and answered my emails in a prompt manner. I always felt like I had an advocate in dealing with the transport carrier as it pertained to pick up and delivery information.

My wife had Ship a Car Direct deliver our joint personal vehicle which we bought when I was in Oregon. I enlisted and got stationed at Fort Worth so she’s moving to North Carolina to be where I’m stationed at. Their customer service was good. I called them when I was trying to figure out when the car was going to be picked up and dropped off and they knew everything and directed me to the driver who was a super cool guy. He was nice, had everything we needed and got there three days earlier. Overall, it was fast, simple and a good experience. All you gotta do is make sure they get it.

I was moving from Puerto Rico to Houston and I didn’t want to drive my Mazda 6 all the way from Fort Lauderdale to Houston. I had a good experience with Ship a Car Direct. I got a referral from one of my friends. He used Ship a Car Direct earlier so I did go by that. I used them when I relocated from one state to another. I went online and took the quote then I got the confirmation email. I got a pricing before my transport. What I was quoted was actually just that amount only, so I was good with the quote. The only thing was that my driver got assigned at the very last moment. He was assigned on Friday and my flight was on Saturday.

I went online, requested a quote and they sent a figure back to me via email. The communication was very good and their rep responded to all and any of my questions. During the delivery, I had to call the company to get the driver to call me to give me a timeframe. The driver finally called and gave me a two-hour heads up saying that he was going to be here. He made my expectations about the timeframe of the delivery happen but it came down to the last minute. I was moving away from that house that day and I got a notice on that day that they're picking up the car. The car's condition was good upon arrival and I would recommend Ship a Car Direct.

I have to admit Ship a Car Direct asked more than the average quotes I received after filing my request on a quote website. Actually, Ship a Car Direct didn't contact me at that time. But after the first shipping company bailed me, I called them and got shipping arrangement on the same day. The driver is responsible too. Called and messaged to make sure the address and contacted me when he couldn't get in touch with the buyer. (I sold my car when I moved to another state and shipped the car to the buyer as it's an EV.) Then I got a couple emails from their insurance department telling me to take pictures and then I was contacted by the actual shipping company.

When they gave me their information, the other people were unresponsive and they didn’t call me. I gave Matt a range of dates to have my cars picked up. He was in regular contact with me from the time I placed my order until he called me to tell me he found a carrier. Matt advised me up front they would change my credit card a percentage of the fee when he found a carrier and I would pay the carrier with a certified check for the balance upon delivery. That was exactly what happened. The carrier picked my cars up in Pennsylvania when he said he would be there and delivered them to my new home in Texas a day early. I am so friggin’ happy with Ship a Car Direct. I got my dream car and had to ship it. I was so scared something would happen to it. Customer service was super communicative. When I asked for my assigned carrier’s insurance info, they provided it within minutes!! They left all the decisions up to me, once we found a carrier I was comfortable with, I had my car within days. When Stefan was unavailable they had a 24/7 hotline that was just as helpful. They also offer that if something happens to your vehicle and the carrier dishonestly doesn’t take responsibility, Ship a Car Direct will take care of it. I’m not sure what the limitations are. Thankfully I didn’t have to deal with that, as my car didnt even get dirty, traveling from MD to Miami.

Shipping of 1969 Firebird - I have transported multiple cars over the years, and this was the best experience I have had. We were kept informed, and the company had an app so we could document the condition of the car prior to shipping. The individual that picked the car up was helpful and careful with vehicle loading. At arrival he called the night before, and delivered the car at the predicted time and date. Really a very good experience.

We decided to look into shipping a car and oh my goodness - we were bombarded with aggressive emails from companies promising the moon and saying horrible things about other companies. My son was moving to Phoenix and we wanted to ship the Ford F-150 truck there. I went online and Ship a Car Direct was the one that came up and had a good quote, so I took them. The reviews were all really good so I was happy. Their reps were really good, on top of things and easy to talk to. They sent me emails often letting me know that they're trying to get someone to take the car and all that. The pick-up was just down the street from our home which worked out great. The driver was really, really nice. He went out of his way and we checked over the car. He was great. If we needed anything, we could call him directly. And then, from my son's end, since he has started a new job, the driver didn’t want him to leave work so he came and got my son and then brought him back. It worked out and he couldn’t have been more gracious.

The contract took longer to fill than either one of us thought it would but Kosta kept on it and even lower his commission to give more incentive for a carrier to pick it up. I lived in Arizona and I was spending four months back East, so I shipped my car out with Ship a Car Direct and have it here. They said they vetted the actual shippers rather than just getting anybody and everybody was wonderful. My expectations were met for what I was told. It's a good company. They only use top-of-the-line drivers so they're not just going to get anybody to go get your car. And he kept up with me and we worked together on getting the car dropped off. He let me know what was going on and when he would be there so I was able to arrange for my mom to take the car.

They provided me lot of information and they were helpful. I asked the one I called about how long my shipping was going to take, and he told me seven days but my car arrived in six. Also, the quote price was the same as far as what I paid at the end, though it was still too much. The driver was familiar with the place where I needed my car at, and he told me where to pick it up. The car was a bit dirty, but it was all good. They did a great job.

I bought a car and didn't want to drive it back through the snow. I was considering Ship a Car Direct and one other company but I had a question and the woman I was dealing with from Ship a Car was quick to respond to either emails or phone calls. The quote was also good because my service was there when I was up there buying the car and they were quick to respond on when the transport company was going to be there. The distance was about from Chicago to Atlanta and we started on a Saturday and they got it to me Sunday afternoon. They were great.

After going through the whole process a week later after even calling to confirm with the main office... Scott their rep and the actual shipper they dispatched... When I called the driver a day before they didn't even know about the car. The company is incompetent and very hard to reach. In fact I could not get any help from my rep. They left me in very bad situation. Also LIED. Said could not dispatch over the weekend. I called another company and they dispatch 24/7. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. P.S. The quote they provided was a little high, but they were able to quickly get someone to transport the vehicle. Plus the cost was very acceptable. They were very present in the beginning and then things started to happen, so I didn’t need them for anything. They were there if I needed them because there were a few questions I had, but they're hands-off. Also, I was kept informed by the driver several times the day before up to the morning of when he was there, so it worked out well. They were extremely responsive and everything was done as agreed.

I looked at the reviews for five shipping companies and most read the negative reviews to try to understand if things do go wrong and what's going to go wrong. I went with Ship a Car Direct and it was a very painless setup. The move was from Massachusetts to Illinois and there was a big snowstorm in Massachusetts on the day that we were trying to schedule the pickup, which was entirely understandable that they couldn’t come that day. But they were very good at communicating and staying with it and they were fairly tenacious until they found someone who would do the pickup. He put me in touch with the actual trucker, and then they arranged a date. Then the guy showed up, picked up the car and then delivered it aroiund three days later.

The shipping was arranged from Bakersfield, CA to Madison, WI. It was hard to find a shipper right in the middle of Christmas/New Year's holidays - so plan far ahead and avoid long holidays :-)! They were accommodating my needs in terms of delivery date that were normally extended to a couple of days beyond the set goal. And so, there was enough time for me to be able to arrange the house and to be there to have the vehicles picked up.
