Very satisfied with the service that I have received over the years that I have been doing business with them. Only once was my auto picked up too early but delivery date is important to us as we have only one auto. Car was always delivered in good shape. I would strongly recommend.

I shipped my Honda Civic from California to Georgia in early September '14. I was given carrier details after paying initial booking amount and the truck driver arrived on the same date and time as promised. Similarly the car was delivered on the same date as told to me by truck driver. The car was minorly dirty but was clean. Highly recommended.

I would like to commend Matt for giving me the excellent service that Ship A Car Direct is known for. I ship my car routinely twice a year and can truly rely on Matt's expertise in the shipping environment. Concerning damage occurred on my most recent transport and Matt quickly stood up to start the recertification process. The work has not yet been complete; however, I have the greatest confidence that Matt as well as Ship A Car Direct will remain in contact until the repairs are complete. Overall Experience
Being active-duty military I am familiar with shipping vehicles overseas using a commercial contract carrier, which normally involves driving the vehicle to a regional transportation center for shipment. Working with Ship a Car Direct and the transporter was a much easier process! The transport prices beat the competition, I received a military discount, and the vehicle was delivered as promised.
After I received the transporter contact information, the driver and I communicated several times by phone to arrange vehicle pickup. The driver knew his business, quickly did the vehicle inspection, filled out the bill of lading, and answered all my questions. I confirmed that he would accept a cashiers check as final payment when the vehicle was delivered to my daughter in Virginia.
Several areas to improve upon:
1. It would have been appreciated if the transporter would have have made contact with my daughter the day before vehicle delivery. We had a rough idea when to expect the vehicle, but a little advance warning always helps. As it worked out, the driver called my daughter 20 minutes prior to delivery while she was at work. Fortunately, she was able to go on break and take delivery.
2. Its advertised that final payment can be made in cash, cashiers check or money order. Even though my daughter paid with a cashiers check, the driver initially pushed for cash. I certainly understand that cash is easier for the driver, but don't put the customer in an awkward situation if it can be avoided. If cash is the preferred method of final payment it should be made clear at the beginning.
Even with these minor, suggested improvements - I am a very satisfied customer!
