I used Ship a Car Direct to bring my car up from Boca Raton, Fl to Lawrence, NY. The value was well worth the money. The customer service was terrific. My car was delivered when it said it would be. I was very pleased.

I called up and spoke to a fellow, and he gave me the quote right over the phone. The customer service representatives were very helpful too. They explained everything. The car was picked up very near the place I lived and they brought it very close to where I ended up. So everything worked out really good. The final cost was pretty much the same with the quote and the car arrived unscathed. Everything was wonderful. Ship a Car Direct did right by me and I would tell others to call Ship a Car Direct and see if the company can help them.

I've moved from Philadelphia to Dallas and the quote Ship a Car Direct gave me was good although at the end there were some additional charges. The delivery was timely but the truck guy charged $50 extra. They said it was an agreement between Ship a Car and the truck. The drivers tried to come late in the evening and they took the opportunity to charge the extra coming one day early. But they turned up almost at the same scheduled date so the transport service sometimes take a little bit advantage and charging a bit of extra money once the deal is confirmed.
