We live in California and purchased a car here. We have a daughter attending law school in Indiana so we had it shipped to her there. We attempted to ship with another car shipper, but didn't feel comfortable with their service. So after doing some more research on Google, we found that Ship a Car Direct ranked highly. We were on a tight schedule to get the car over there. It was a brand new car and had less than 10 miles on it, so we were concerned about the safety and the condition of the car, driving from here all the way to Indiana. Ship a Car Direct assured us that it would get there in close to the same condition as possible and they would be able to get the car over there within a week's time, which was in line with our scheduling needs at a competitive price. So they really hit the quality of service, schedule, and price on the head for us that made it an easy decision. If we ever have a need to ship a car, we would go back to them without question.

They had good videos on their website, were prompt getting back to me to answer my questions and took the time to really explain the process. I got a receipt of a quote which seemed reasonable. Customer service representative kept in constant contact with me through email and phone and were able to tell me where the vehicle was during the transit. We were able to change the pickup on the fly to make it more convenient for me and the drivers were able to accommodate that. I couldn't be happier. Great company to work with!! Pick up was on time in Missouri and delivery was early which saved me money having to get a rental. My car was there once I stepped off the plane in Seattle! The customer service rep was very friendly and answered all my questions! Would use them again!!

I've had Ship a Car Direct move my car from Boulder, Colorado to the Virgin Islands before, and everything went smoothly, so I chose them again. They gave me a quotation that was fair although I had to wait longer than I had hoped. I had given them a final date of Sunday, May 1st, but they didn't come until that Thursday. Ship a Car Direct had pretty good ratings online so we chose them when we had the car shipped from California to Philadelphia. I spoke with somebody when we got a quote. They followed up a couple of times. I eventually took over the lease on the car and had it shipped. Everything was pretty smooth. Between speaking with the driver and speaking with whoever it was at their office, everything was good. I would recommend them.

I was moving to Florida and I’m very glad I chose Ship a Car Direct. I had problems with closing of the house we’re buying in Florida and problems with closing of my house in Indiana. My original plan was to leave the car in Fort Lane but then I got a cash offer on my home in Fort Lane. So I had to take the cash off and had to leave with the car. Also, pretty much everyone had a really nice thing to say about their experience with them. They were wonderful. I talked to a guy named David for a few months before actually following through with the car transfer from the West Coast to the East Coast and he guided me through it. He was very good at contacting me whenever I needed any clarification on things and ensuring that I felt comfortable with every step of the process. He was also very good at dealing with my parents because they were the ones who had the car on the West Coast and making sure that they felt comfortable with the drop-off and everything as well.

The vehicle was picked up and delivered on the suggested date and transportation was provided by Kiani Transport who was excellent. If and when I will need this service again I'm not sure but Ship-A-Car-Direct will be my first call!
