It can be a hassle sometimes going through all the quotes but it has been very easy working with them. I make a phone call and the rep sends me the quote immediately. I accept the quote and send it back and if I ever have any questions, I call them. They immediately contact me with the carrier information on who has it and when it's about to be delivered. It's very direct and they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee if there are any issues.

I needed to get my car across the country when I moved and Ship a Car Direct's quote was cheaper. They also got good reviews compared to other companies. Aside from providing a competitive price, they also got my car across the country safe and sound.

I was anticipating a few setbacks with the entire process. For my delightful surprise, all happened just as it had been explained to me by Matt over the phone and as described on the videos. I didn't get to the app on time for the pickup of my vehicle, so can't comment on that, but as far as keeping promises and accuracy of schedule I couldn't be more satisfied. So we came back as we were moving from Seattle to Los Angeles. It was an easy decision after that previous experience. Their online quote calculator was great as well and I was happy and surprised at the rates because it was a lot more expensive to ship from Atlanta to Seattle. 2002 Saturn transported to CA. The entire experience was positive. We were refunded our charge when the contract was suspended. On reinitiating the plan, the pick up went smoothly and we are thankful the car arrived unscathed. The trucker additionally allowed me to pack some items in the boot, which made my son happy!

One of my friends had used Ship a Car and he told me it was good so I also tried it. I gave my details to Ship a Car and then I got the email with their details. The only issue was that I had been told that the delivery would be door to door but instead, I had to go two miles for the car. Also, the charges were a little higher so it might be better if it's reduced a little. But the service delivered was good and timely. Ship a Car told me it would be done in five days and it was.

My sister had gotten a car through my stepdad's name when she graduated high school. She decided to get married and move to Colorado where her husband is stationed. I ran through a couple of other companies and Ship a Car was more responsive and tried to follow-up rapidly. Before purchasing the car, I called them up to say I'm looking for a certain cost and they were able to give me a figure around the estimate. After I purchased the car, I put in an order and it took about a week to get someone to pick up my car. Since I was getting a close one, they took calls back and forth to find a dealer because they're going to find a pilot. Then they asked me to raise the price because someone might take it at a higher price since I wanted my car earlier. They even gave me a discount and they said they'd split the increase. So, I increased my initial estimate from $1400 to $1500 and I got someone who picked up the car and got it delivered here. It was delivered in four days.

Ship a Car Direct is an intermediary. They find people who ship with their own vehicles or other companies so the biggest problem was finding somebody to actually do the shipping. It wasn’t clear to me, although I figured it out fairly quickly. Another problem was trying to coordinate the pickup with the driver where they didn’t know when the driver would be available. It was very awkward and not seamless. But once the driver picked up the car and came and I was able to communicate directly with him, it worked fine but it took a week. But I live in a less traveled route so I can understand the issue.

I found Ship a Car Direct and they had an A-plus rating on Better Business Bureau so I took them. Their online quote was all right and fair. Also, the customer service representatives were very courteous. If I wrote them, they will call me back or email me right away. It's excellent and I had no problems. I enjoyed the service that they provided and it was pretty easy and quick.

Back in March, I was moving and read information about Ship A Car Direct. It seemed like they were legit and could get it done. Ship a Car Direct is one of the largest in the amount of work they do, but I haven’t done that a lot in my life. I've shipped three cars over the last decades and I decided to take the first one and the one that makes the most sense. The quote was okay. It was higher than one other company, but lower than another. I did chat with them and they managed to reduce it to meet the quote so I ended up getting it for the same price. I stayed with them mostly because I've started with them first and I've gotten the first quote from them. They seemed to be the ones that could pick up the car the quickest and make sure that it would get there in about four days. The other companies were a little bit more hesitant about when they’d actually picked up the car.

I called three different companies and I think Ship a Car was the best price. It was $1,350 for my car for that distance and I have a giant SUV, I thought it was a fair price. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the people I encountered throughout the process of vetting this company (I am still receiving spam and cold calls from other companies even though my deadline has long since passed) and would use them again in the future if the situation were to arise. The driver that transported my vehicle was responsive and aware of my front end timeline. He was on time and professional. I'm not one for doing business on-line, or with people I do not know, but this experience was trouble free.

My husband recently retired and we've moved to Albuquerque. I asked for a pick up on May 1st. When talking with dispatch it really didn't sound like the pick up was going to happen on the 1st. I had built an extra day into my plans, knowing that things don't always work out in matters like this. I did let them know that I would be leaving town at 6pm on the 2nd to go to the airport. I felt very comfortable that they would make it happen. Driver called an hour before pick up, we used Wal-Mart's parking lot, less than 2 miles from home. Car was picked up at 12:30.

I was moving across the country. I talked to a few companies but Ship a Car Direct's customer service was better and took their time to really answer my questions and didn’t rush me in any way. The rep that I talked to said everything completely what the fine print said and didn’t contradict himself unlike the other company, they said something else which contradicted what was in their fine print. In addition, Ship a Car Direct had their dock number on their website which is what I was looking for. Also, they're more affordable than the other car shipping companies. The rep also gave me a direct line number and so with every step and every process, he always kept in contact with me, and if I had any questions, I would call his direct line so I felt comfortable. I received my vehicle in five days, which would have been a day earlier if it wasn't for the snowstorm. Overall, they had an excellent, efficient service and I was very pleased with it.

The car was picked up on the date suggested, and delivered 10 days later, which was OK. But the agreed amount was changed after the car was picked up. The claim was that the car was a different model than initially agreed. $100 extra was added to the cost even though in my opinion the car was as advertised. The car was in good shape when delivered, so all in all it was OK.

Took advantage of Ship a Car Direct's free quote and it was good but we had to increase the price. The transport organizer was trying to farm out the job, but we weren't getting any bites and was getting very close to the date that I had to move, so we increased the bid by $50. We split the cost and then the next day somebody agreed to the job. The carrier driver was very nice and stayed in contact with me. Everything was seamless.

Picked the car on the scheduled day as per my requirement. Delay was not an option for me as I was flying the next day. They shared the contact numbers to find the exact status of transport (It's not updated by default to you). The initial estimate of delivery was 10 days after but it took 15 days. They allowed to change the delivery address which was 30 miles farther from the initial address. The driver called a day before to update on delivery and asked for the time. Just inspected the car and started driving. Finally it was a good service though there can be improvements in time estimation and maintaining it.
