Got Ship a Car Direct to transport a vehicle for me and my one complaint was the bad communication. There was a range of dates when they were supposed to pick the vehicle up but I never heard from them other than the date could be anytime. There was no communication that the organization they subcontracted to were on their way until about two hours before they showed up. I had people who were gonna be helping me get the vehicle picked up and they were in limbo for three days, waiting to figure out when it was gonna be. Apart from that, they did a good job. It was really cold but they were able to put the vehicle out and get it in the garage.

The quote I got for sending the vehicles was reasonable. If I had any questions at all, it was real easy to get a hold of customer service and they had the answer that I needed for my questions. With the vehicle I had shipped open, there was a little bit of a language barrier with the gentlemen in trying to get things coordinated. It wasn’t hard but to get it coordinated with drop-off, I had to ask a few questions and try to get them to come as close as they can to the residence to drop the car off. All that worked out in the end and everything else went great. I was definitely pleased with both the enclosed and the transfer outside the open air. Both went well.

Their pricing was competitive and we were willing to pay extra to get something from Pennsylvania to Florida to make sure it arrived here in good condition.

Communication and honesty were definitely there, which for me, was the biggest thing because I've had vehicles transported before and there were days I was promised and they were never delivered, and in this situation, everything was as said. That was very important.

She was very rude on this call and snarky that I shouldn't expect to be helped on my timeline. She offered no more assistance and hung up very rudely.

They told me that the actual shipper would contact me as opposed to them but they would still be available to answer questions.

I placed the order on a Friday and the carrier was able to pick up the next day, and then I got the car on Monday. The only thing was initially they chose a carrier and I was contacting that carrier but then later I found out that wasn't the carrier and they chose a different carrier.
