The guy came here and took my windshield out. After about 30 min then came to door and said, "Sorry I can't put the new one in 'cause who ever put the windshield in before cut something," and they couldn't be responsible, well that's fine but put my damn windshield back in! He claims he can't do that so now I have to pay for it to be towed and pay a shop to fix the little spot that needs welding then have glass put back in!!!! Then his boss came out to look at it, my husband showed him that it just needed a small tiny weld, the guy took a screwdriver and bent the metal forward and back and made it bigger, then he left! Never ever again with this company!!!!

Do not use this company. I used Safelite on March 15 2025. Shawn came to my house to replace my windshield. While he was here my C.D. case that was attached to my driver side visor went missing. I called Shawn when I noticed it was missing and asked him what happened to it. He replied with there was never a c.d case there. I informed him it was there 45 min before he arrived to my house, when I drove my car. I asked him to please check around him company vehicle and look for it to see if maybe he moved out and didn't remember. He informed me I was a liar and there was never a case there. I Informed him there was a CD case it had between 10 and 12 Cd's in it, along with personal information of mine as well as money. He continued to tell me that I was lying and that it was never in my car. He then told me that somebody must have broken to my car in between me parking my car and him working on it.

I then informed him that I highly doubt somebody broke into my car just to steal my CD case, And not the battery packs or cell phone chargers that were laying there. I personally sewed that cd case. It's been in my car since 2019 when I bought the car because it blocks the sun from blinding me while I drive. It's very frustrating that you trust a company to come fix your vehicle and while at your house they steal from you. All I want is my cd case back with my stuff in it. His actions has also made me regret giving him a tip as well as telling him what a great job.

Everything was great until I got there. Nifty online scheduling and filing an insurance claim. Lots of text communication with updates. So far so good. Then I got there 20 min early for a 3:00 apt. At 3:00 a young girl brought her car in I noticed they took her car back right away. At 3:20 the crew look like they were nowhere near finishing the cars in the bays. I had now been there 45 minutes. I asked why someone who came in after me with the same time appointment got in first. An excuse was offered. The employees are at the mercy of the unrealistic expectation set by the online scheduling tool. And it shows by their apathy. Went somewhere else my experience there was smooth on time and effective.

I tried online and all they gave me was to schedule an appointment. I couldn't get ahold of a real person to see how much the window would cost. So, I am going to another glass company.

Worst Ever! Got to Union City facility at 8:30 and the excuses started - might take 3-5 hours, might not have the right windshield (even though I scheduled well in advance and even gave my VIN for car). I said I’d just wait and work in waiting area. While there I heard 2-3 warranty claims (leaking windshields, blemishes/defective glass), common response from Saflite was either an excuse or apology. After 5 hours of waiting and NO UPDATE I asked how it was going and told it would be a bit longer - I had an appointment I had to get to, and finally found out THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED THE REPAIR! What a JOKE! STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS - A DISORGANIZED MESS!

Oh my God, this was the worst experience of my life. I had minor damage on my windshield that could have been repaired. However, Safelite decided to replace the windshield, and that's when the nightmare began. Today, after having two windshields replaced, three visits to the shop, and more than $50 spent on Uber, my windshield is still malfunctioning. It's not original, and the security features don't work - they couldn't be calibrated. I tried to contact Safelite and Farmers several times to request a new windshield installation at Honda, but I was either put on hold or the call was abruptly terminated. Shame on you. I'll make sure my frustration and disappointment will be shared online

I had my windshield repaired by a Safelite technician. The repair was horrible. In the past I had repairs done and they were very good and the only residual was a small gray dot on the windshield. This time a technician came and supposedly repaired the crack but it didn’t look like it was repaired at all. The worst part is the technician placed their coat on the hood of my car and scratched the hood.

I complained to my insurance company and even wrote to Safelite to some district manager. However, they refused to do anything about it. I would encourage others to be careful and explore other options prior to moving forward with a repair with Safelite. I ended up having to have the entire windshield replaced because of the crappy Technician. What’s most concerning is that my paint was damaged because of the technicians coat being laid on the hood and they would not do a thing about reimbursing me for the cost that I incurred to repair. This bad business!

The ice and snow melted to reveal a 12” long crack in my windshield. Jumped on GEICO to file a glass claim. Geico then promotes Safelite as a super easy and convenient solution that can be initiated directly from the claim page. The opportunity to have this done at my home rather than drive an hour away into St. Louis to my dealership (closest Mini dealer) sounded fine. I have never had a bad experience with Geico so I believed this would be another satisfactory outcome. Nope. Safelite staff have been very polite, but…after three trips to my home and installation of two different windshields they cannot get the camera recalibrated.

The last tech informed me that all I would need to do is take it to the dealership and provide the claim number to get it fixed. I called Geico as I am skeptical. Long story short - yes I have to take it to dealership, but I pay the bill, then submit it for reimbursement. I have wasted 94 minutes on the phone and three days of hanging around the house. This will soon be a three month journey. Safelite got my deductible on first appointment. Had I gone to the dealership as I normally would have it would have been done and I wouldn’t be paying upfront then waiting for reimbursement. I will not make this mistake again.

I'm told that since I did not physically go to their location or speak with them- I voided the warranty. I replied that I had immediately called and left 2 messages. I was then told the number was a non working number (then how did they know to call me). I read the invoice receipt that listed the number I called. Their technician called me and said that the repair had resulted in the glass cracking and that I would not be charged the $203.47 for the repair work. I posted a comment on their website and got this response: "We're sorry to hear what happened. Repairs are an attempt to reinforce the structural integrity of a damaged piece of glass. Due to the existing damage compromising the glass, we're not able to determine how the glass will respond to the repair attempt." The chips were no larger than what they show in their TV ads. We contacted Safelite last weekend after our van was broken into. We provided all of the information for the vehicle, the window that was broken, etc. The technician showed up at our house around when we expected but shortly afterwards informed us that it was a "two person job that needed to be done in the shop." Frustrating, as we were not able to get it into the shop until Saturday and this was Tuesday. We scheduled an appointment at the shop in West Olympia and requested OEM glass be installed (again).

When we arrived on Saturday morning for our appointment, the front office person was unable to find us in the system. She was very difficult to work with. When she looked us up by our number (she was "unable to find our phone number") she informed us that she had cancelled our appointment. She claims that she attempted to contact us but the calls went t a "number is no longer in service" message and hung up. She cancelled our order for the OEM glass and had no glass on site for us. We are now scheduled to be back in Wednesday afternoon and will only be receiving aftermarket glass.

We are incredibly upset and frustrated that our appointment was canceled for no real reason. It is even more upsetting that we have had to extent our rental car by a week now at this point. Safelite needs to investigate this issue and determine an appropriate corrective action. It is completely unacceptable. We are considering legal action or mediation to be made whole for our extended losses and inconvenience due to the incompetence and lack of care from Safelite employees at the West Olympia branch.

This review is less about their competency than their integrity. They came out to change a windshield and did it but could not calibrate it completely. I noticed later that I had a leak because it was not sealed at the windshield camera. This ruined the camera and they took responsibility. When the camera was reinstalled they still could not finish the calibration. They asked me to take it to the dealership to get it calibrated and they would pay for it. I did as they asked and now they are refusing to pay for it as promised. It has now been over six months and they continue to give excuses to not pay me the over $400 they owe me. The last excuse was saying that they do not reimburse jobs on the insurance company that I have, but I did not use the insurance company for this job and paid out of pocket. The branch has had a manager turn over and they do not want to pay me. I feel let down and duped by Safelite and will not use them again.

The store manager did not hear my problem, due to damage of the latch-actuator from residual broken glass as would qualify this as poor workmanship. Our hatch/latch cavity should have been 100% clear/clean from broken glass as this clean-up was attempted by your Tech, but did not remove all broken glass with the tools on-site. Doing a complete job, would not have led to broken glass clogging the actuator, thus causing the unit to fail and an out of pocket expense of $900.00. https://www.safelite.com/national-lifetime-warranty

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Safelite was a complete nightmare. The short version: They damaged the forward camera on my BMW M5 while replacing the windshield. The repair cost me $2,007 ($1,347 for the camera + $660 in labor). Key issues: 1. After replacing the windshield, they couldn't reconnect the camera to the car's computer. 2. I had to return 3 times, spending 10 hours in their waiting room. 3. They ultimately couldn't fix it and told me to go to the dealer.

    4. When confronted, the manager (Ally) denied responsibility and forced me to sign a safety waiver before returning my keys. 5. BMW of Annapolis found the camera connection had been damaged beyond repair. 6. Safelite refused to reimburse me for the repairs, despite clear evidence the damage occurred during their windshield replacement. 7. The car's computer log shows the fault appeared when Safelite first changed the windshield. 8. I tried contacting the Safelite District Manager (Markus **) but received no response after a week. Now I'm forced to report them to the Better Business Bureau and sue in small claims court. This has been my worst service experience in 15 years. I strongly advise against using Safelite.

It's INCONCEIVABLE how poorly executed this experience is. I called three local places but nobody speaks English so I decided to try this national chain I've heard the commercial for years. The people who answer the phone and the phone script is so awful and lacks complete logic.

    1. Hi. Do you want a quote? Um no. I want an appointment.
    2. Are you using insurance? No I'm paying cash. This really throws them into a tailspin as if nobody ever does this.
    3. What is your year, make model. Blah Blah. Ok I'm sending you to this other department.

    4. New department. Repeat all same info.

I called three times hoping to find someone who had more intelligence than the previous three. I got an ok man. I booked. Two days later, I never received an email confirmation, which I thought was odd. So I called to ask if I SHOULD HAVE. The woman said, "No. We don't normally do that. Let me check on that." So I said, "Well if you don't normally do that, then what are you checking on?" She replied, that she thought I said I was receiving NUMEROUS emails. They are the lowest IQ humans one can find to answer the phone. I cancelled. So many red flags then I came here to check the reviews. I'll pay more money at the dealership for peace of mind and sanity.

Safelite caused damage to my vehicle and is now refusing to fix it. The first mistake I made was calling Safelite. When they replaced my glass, they caused damage to the 'Rain Light Condensation Sensor' a $700 repair. After Safelite replaced my glass, I immediately began receiving fault notices from the vehicle (a 2022 BMW) saying there was a problem with the sensor. My second mistake was assuming this error message could easily be resolved with a simple software reset from the BMW dealership service shop and since I had an appointment already scheduled with BMW for routine maintenance, I figured I'd just take care of everything all at once.

After BMW inspected my vehicle, they told me the rain sensor was damaged and asked if I had had new glass recently installed. BMW said they see this often and that they were, and I quote, "1,000% sure this damaged was caused by Safelite." The BMW service rep made this comment with me and the Safelite representative (Charles) on the phone. I had to get Charles from Safelite on the phone myself and merge him in with the BMW rep because Charles couldn't seem to reach the BMW rep on his own. The third mistake I made was hoping Safelite would be responsive. I had called Safelite on a Friday to notify them of the damaged they caused to my car but wasn't able to reach anyone and had to leave a message. The weekend came and went without a call back which I understand but when Monday morning came and went without a call, I began calling Safelite again.

I finally received a call back from Charles at Safelite Monday afternoon and gave him the BMW rep's contact information. Charles was going to contact BMW and then get back to me. It was my BMW rep that contacted me close to 5PM saying he hadn't heard from Safelite. I then called Safelite again, got Charles on the phone and then patched the BMW rep into the call. This is when the BMW rep said he was 1000% certain the damaged occurred when the windshield was replaced. Charles from Safelite said he was going to look into it and get back to me. The fourth mistake I made was figuring Safelite would stand behind their work and certainly would do something, anything to repair the damage they caused, right? Wrong.

The next day I spoke with "Mike" from Safelite who told me Safelite would not do anything to remedy the situation or the damage they caused. Mike pointed out that I was outside the 30 days I had to notify them of any damage. Mike also said that the dealerships often say that damage such as this was caused by them and that they (Safelite) have no way of knowing what else may have happened to the vehicle. In that brief statement he cast aspersions on both BMW and me as being untruthful, as if this was maybe a conspiracy against Safelite. I offered to bring the vehicle to a different shop or to them, but Mike refused both pointing out I was outside the 30 days to report any damage. I called the national customer service number for Safelite as well and they said they are not able to help me either. They said they could not override the local shop.

Listen folks, don't bring your vehicle to Safelite unless you want them to damage it, give you the runaround then leave you with a broken car. This was a mistake I will never make again, and I strongly recommend you don't either.

I had a crack on the road. I scheduled a replacement through my insurance. Safelite showed up, did the replacement. Less than a month, I had the same thing occurred and I had to schedule another replacement now through Safelite. They did the replacement with dirt all over my dashboard and stain on the side panel supporting the glass. I had to clean myself but I can't remove the stain. I had a small impact size of a grain of sand while checking my wipers, the 4th day of the replacement and I thought that it is not a big of a deal, but it quickly extended that I question the quality of the glass. I did a warranty check up appointment, the tech guy came and said that I have to pay for a whole new glass for them to replace it again. The only thing, I received are "Sorry, ...." from the tech guy and customer service. Please read this and do your research well before working with them. I made that mistake.

They did not honor warranty. First experience with them, their repair to first windshield chip did not hold and had to pay to replace a new windshield. Second windshield cracked in the heat right down the center, waited two and a half months to get glass in, and then they find an imperfection along the crack two and a half months after it started cracking, and call it an impact, so no warranty. Very dishonest, in my opinion. Curious if others have had similar experiences? Wondering if it is a more widespread problem. Feel free to reply if you had similar experiences.

Then on Thursday the day before my appointment to get the window replaced they call again and tell us it would be almost $1700. After not getting anywhere with them we call corporate again and was told they would handle it and we should just have to pay the quoted price. Dear Safelite AutoGlass, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding a windshield replacement on my Kia Telluride in April 2022. In August 2024, while returning from a trip to Tulsa, my wife and I encountered a significant issue when the rearview mirror detached from the windshield while attempting to adjust it, causing damage to the glass.

Despite my efforts to reattach the mirror, it would not stay in place, requiring us to disconnect the cord to prevent further damage. I promptly scheduled a warranty repair with Safelite, the original installer of both the windshield and the mirror. However, upon arrival at the service center, I was informed that the mirror had been mounted using a substance not employed by Safelite. Based on this, Safelite refused to honor the warranty repair.

The manager suggested that another party might have been involved, despite my firm assurance that only Safelite had performed the installation. This insinuation was both disappointing and frustrating, as no other vendor has worked on my vehicle. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. Safelite’s refusal to stand behind its work and the implication that I was being dishonest is unacceptable. As a result, I can no longer recommend Safelite AutoGlass and will not use your services in the future. I hope Safelite will review its policies and procedures to ensure better accountability and customer service going forward.

    Sincerely,

So, I went with Safelite after seeing comments about how finicky the windshield is on Cadillacs. Immediately following the install, I had issues with something on my car. I don't remember what now because it's been a few months, but researched showed that multiple other people had the same issue and wondered if it had something to do with having the windshield replaced. I don't believe it's just a coincidence.

It is now December (the windshield was done in July I believe), I noticed a huge gap between the windshield and the roof of the car on the inside. While installing my dashcam today, I now noticed how far away the casing for the mirror is from the roof. There is easily a 2" gap. And with the roof not being clipped in, it tells me he clearly broke a couple of clips while taking it off. He also left a few small bubbles in the sensor glue so my wipers will come on when it's not even raining. I also find it interesting that on their website, it shows a 4.6 star overall review, yet doesn't give the option to leave a review.

I feel like I've been bamboozled because those reviews are obviously fake. I saw everything THEY wanted me to see while doing research on getting the windshield replaced - like tunnel vision... but now after the fact, I see why there are so many negative reviews. Good luck talking to someone about the service - they only want to talk to you when you're scheduling the appointment. What a crap job. For double the price of smaller shops. I was referred to a small windshield replacement shop that quoted me $240 for my windshield, but knowing the sensor issue along with the cadillac glass, I felt like going big box would be better. Just like any other service, it's better going with the smaller business. Oddly enough, it won't allow me to pull up the receipt... but I did just notice the word "warranty" so I will see what they will do and update my review.

The morning of the appointment a different installer called and said he was ready to come and install my new windshield? I told him it wasn't a windshield I needed but it was new wiper arm covers that the order should have been for. Well he had no idea what I was talking about...but assured me he would get to the bottom of the issue. Another 10 days went by and NOTHING! I called multiple times and couldn't get anyone on the phone at the location.

I called customer service again and they pat he'd me in to the location which I was able to talk to Joshua the original installer. He said he would personally order 2 new wiper arm covers and come and install them. He let me know a week later that 2 new covers had arrived. I couldn't leave work early to have him do the install but I assured him I could do that and would he please leave new parts on my porch. Well! Then I left a scathing Yelp review and when they responded. I asked them to call me at which I left my number. No call and they has been over a month ago.

I would suggest finding a more reliable local provider if possible. I regret going there and apparently I am not alone. Getting a rating of less than 2 stars is quite an accomplishment.

Our front windshield on our secondary car was cracked during hurricane Helene. Since we do not have comprehensive insurance on this car, we have to pay out of pocket. When I called the company and set up the appointment, I asked what the cost would be. I was told 249$. I asked specifically if that was the total cost, and was told yes by the Safelite employee. I set up the earliest appointment for almost 2 weeks later. Today Safelite called to verify the appointment and I was told it was 311$. We are a retired couple, and after having to spend a lot of money on repairs to our house and property for damage from the hurricane, money is tight. I do not appreciate being lied to about the cost of repair and feel this is a deceptive practice.

I had a frustrating experience with Safelite that left me very disappointed. While the installer who replaced my windshield was great—professional and courteous—the company's customer service was a nightmare. Living in a rural area, I had to reschedule my appointment nearly eight times, each time being pushed back another two weeks. I initially scheduled for a Saturday, only to find out after multiple cancellations that they only service my area on Wednesdays. This crucial information should have been communicated upfront, but it took several reschedules before I got clarity.

When I finally received a call from an installer, I learned they were overbooked again and had to reschedule me yet again. This back-and-forth went on for weeks, filled with excuses. It was incredibly frustrating. Ultimately, I had to contact the nearest location directly and demand a refund or immediate service. To their credit, I did get my windshield replaced that same evening by a very polite installer who did excellent work, even in the dark. It’s clear that if Safelite truly wanted to provide good service, they could, but their overall communication and scheduling are severely lacking. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

I got a quote for my F250 (back glass) from the Safelite website. The quote, $650.08. It seemed reasonable. I took my truck to get it replaced today. I went for a 2.2 walk on the creek behind this business, while waiting. I watched the Tech throw the old glass/frame into the dumpster (important detail) while walking. I paid picking up my truck. The Tech was anxious, so I decided to look at my truck before paying. I gave him my card to pay and came home. I asked for a receipt, and was told it will be emailed. I looked at my emails to see that they charged me $791.10 (the tech handjammed my card info into his phone). The difference is about $140. The receipt shows me paying $45 for rainx....??? $100 for labor.... I jumped out of my chair, when viewing the receipt. Who gives a quote without labor? $45 for rainx?

I called the manager (I cursed this guy out) and asked for his manager. He called and one of the things he told me was that they charge to recycle the glass. I stopped him while he was talking and told him I watched his tech dump the old glass and frame into the dumpster. The level II manager caught in an outright lie. Everything this level II manager told me from that point forward, was/is a lie.... I did ask why the quote was not adhered to. I asked why not honor the quote? I let the guy know that once upon a time, I used to manage a $100B maintenance operation and that I have dealt with high dollar contracting. I told him that I wanted him to say out loud that he would honor the quote of $650.08 to make it right. He refused to honor his original quote. He was trying to tell me he would remove the rainx charge and the recycling charge, though the frame and window were thrown into the dumpster.

I let the guy know that quote/contracts should be adhered to. I told him I don't like sneaky business and that sneaky is exactly they did. This manager was trying to get me to buy into his reduction in price. Something didn't seem right. During this back and forth, I had to let the guy know that I called my bank (USAA) and disputed the charge. The guy then got defensive, and I asked again for him to honor his charge of $650.08. He outright refused. In my world, your quote/contract/your word should be adhered to. A quick google search says that hardened glass is not recycled in NM. How does a business charge this fee, when legally, they just throw it in the dumpster? Sounds criminal to me....This company is charging $40 to recycle, and just throw the glass in the dumpster. I watched them. Criminal.... Negative 10 stars....

BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER. This company is full of scammers and do not care about customer service. In October 2022, I purchased a $1,000 windshield for my Ford Bronco Sport from Safelite. I was told by both the phone representative and the technician that the windshield came with a lifetime warranty covering any damages, which was why I proceeded with the purchase. On July 1, 2024, I noticed a small ding in the windshield. I tried to schedule a warranty appointment online, but the system wouldn’t allow it, prompting me to call customer service. I left a voicemail and later got a call back. The representative informed me that the ding wasn’t covered by the warranty but recommended a resin repair. She assured me that if the repair didn’t work or I wasn’t satisfied, the windshield would be replaced. I proceeded with the resin repair.

On July 9, 2024, the technician arrived and confirmed the warranty terms before completing the repair in 15 minutes. The next day, I saw that the ding had grown into a crack, which continued to expand. I contacted Safelite again, leaving multiple voicemails in August 2024 but received no reply. In early September, I emailed their customer care team and finally received a callback from the technician who had done the repair. She rudely offered a refund instead of addressing the warranty issue and then hung up.

Since then, I have reached out to Safelite's corporate office via emails and voicemails, with no response. After over two and a half months of trying to resolve this, I feel completely ignored and misled. I am now left with no choice but to involve third parties. As a returning customer, this treatment is unfair and unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the services. Had I known Safelite would handle the situation this way, I would have reconsidered using their services.

When I arrived on my appointment date my vehicle was serviced by a technician within 15 minutes. The technician’s named is Jacob. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about my window repair problem. He answered all of my questions with courtesy while doing the repair work. Unlike some other places he never once gave me the impression that I was bothering him with too many questions while doing the repair work. That attitude made me feel very welcomed and comfortable at Safelite.

Jacob always presented himself in a professional manner at all times. I would like to also mention the store manage, Triston. When I initially made an appointment for my window repair everything he price quoted me was exactly what was the cost of the repair work. Furthermore, on my appointment date he seemed to be in full managerial control; That being with scheduled work that needed to be done by the technicians. Safelite does windshields and Sunroof Express does sunroofs. On arrival for the windshield replacement the tech informed me I had more than just windshield damage (DUH!) - He then asked for Safelite to also do the sunroof repair. I informed the tech it was not my choice, but Geico's. I was then told that when the panoramic roof is replaced, the windshield has to be removed. He then said there would be NO WARRANTY on the new windshield. Like I make the repair procedures. So I have NO WARRANTY.

Then the tech intentionally did not move my registration sticker and he did not bother to tell me he did not move the registration sticker and why. I got almost home before I noticed. I called customer service, who called the tech, and I was told the tech did not move the sticker because it expired 3 years ago. I had to drive back and the tech said it expired but he would check. Sure enough my registration was up to date and does not expire until the end of the year. Caused me to have to return to Safelite and retrieve my Registration Sticker.

When replaced, Safelite put an aftermarket, and my camera sensor was left disconnected, not connected, giving me a fault on my dashboard, with error information displayed. Three months later, they finally called me back to replace the initial glass. Again, Safelite put an aftermarket glass, and my camera sensor was still not connected with the same faults. Finally, on February 2024, my OEM windshield was purchased from the dealership and replaced. The only issue is that they lost my back cover for my camera.

At that point, I just decided to take my loss and purchase the cover on my own. Brings me up to September 2024. I get a call from Recovery One Collections stating that I owe the full amount, which was paid in October 2023 during the initial installation. I have contacted corporate customer care three times, and they state it was an error from the shop since they billed it as a new install. And that they were going to contact the store and take care of their error. This happened from May 2024 through September 2024. When I tried calling the store and/or customer service numbers, you got dropped off the line. This has become an inconvenience, time-consuming, and not to mention a credit collection nightmare. Unfortunately my windshield got busted and I needed a new one because I didn't want any leaks in my vehicle and because it was dangerous. I called Safelite. They were very nice on the phone and scheduled an appointment to come to my house. They were supposed to call me that morning and let me know what time. They did not do that and they just showed up and called me when they were at my gate. I was not prepared and had to hurry and get ready to go outside which was not easy because of my disability.

Once they got here the guy kind of had an attitude when he saw my vehicle. He started pulling on things and had to disgusted look on his face and then started poking on more things and then got on his phone. I asked him if there was a problem and he said, "I don't know." So I just sat back and watched and then he tried to raise the hood and he couldn't so I walked over there and raise the hood for him.

At this point I was not very impressed with him. I went into my house and came back out and saw him closing the hood and I asked him. I said, "What's going on?" He goes, "Well we can't replace your windshield," and I asked him why. And he goes, "Well there might be rust underneath there. If there is we can't replace the windshield until you go to a body shop." I told him, "Do you see any rust on this vehicle? It might be older but this truck has never leaked a day in his life and there's no rust on here anywhere." He goes, "Well I sent a picture to my boss and he says we just don't want to do it." Really? I took a day out of my life and some part-time work I had going on for this guy to come out here and fix my windshield and now they left me high and dry.

How unprofessional can you be then just because I don't have a new vehicle and it's a easy fix they didn't want to do it. How unprofessional can you be. Taking my vehicle to another place for actually less money and they fixed the windshield and it was no problem whatsoever. There was no rust. There were no issues. Just in case a Safelite not wanting to fix a windshield on an older vehicle because it was more work. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last windshield repairing place on the Earth.

I was getting ready to pay it and it showed the windshield wipers $69, I went back out there and I asked him if he could fix that bill because he told me he didn’t have the wipers. He said he will call the office, a few minutes later he told me the office never answered the phone so I called the office. They answered. I told the office Ryan did not have the blades and the bill was $69 extra for the blades that he don’t have.

The lady in the office fix the bill and I decided to go ahead and give her my bank card information and pay the bill. Disappointing Experience with Safelite Auto Glass. I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite Auto Glass, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues I encountered: Poor Customer Service: Getting people to answer the phone takes knowing how to hit # five times. Then, they promise a warranty visit to fix the wipers and book me for a windshield replacement at another shop. I call and then, they fix it to a warranty visit, but didn't fix the shop location.

Quality of Work: The new windshield was not installed properly, leading to windshield wiper issues. The tech came without all the equipment he needed and left for an hour and 45 minutes, leaving my car without a windshield out in the rain. My husband and I had to tape tarps over the front of the car so the rain didn't damage the inside of the car. Picture of what my husband and I had to do to not have it rain inside the car. Another tech came five days later to fix the wiper issue. He wasn't able to do so. Timeliness: The service took much longer than promised, causing significant inconvenience, AND three visits total - so far. Follow-Up: Despite multiple attempts to get the issues resolved, there was no adequate follow-up from the company. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend Safelite Auto Glass to others.

I recently visited Safelite to repair a rock chip on my windshield. The chip was quite small, less than the size of a dime, and I was hoping for a quick and effective fix. However, my experience turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. After the repair was completed, I immediately noticed that the chip had turned into a two-inch crack—a crack that was not there before. When I pointed this out to the technician, I was assured that this sometimes happens and that the crack had been filled and would not spread further. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. Just two days later, I found that the crack had spread all the way across my windshield, turning what was a minor issue into a major one.

When I called Safelite to address this problem, I was told that they would not take responsibility because I had signed a waiver. I understand that sometimes repairs don't go as planned, but this crack was clearly the result of their technician's work. Despite this, they refused to take any responsibility and instead suggested that I pay them for a full windshield replacement.

This situation is incredibly frustrating. It feels like Safelite can perform subpar repairs without accountability, simply because they have customers sign a waiver. My windshield is an expensive one, and now I'm left with the burden of replacing it—an expense that could have been avoided if the repair had been done correctly. I strongly advise anyone considering Safelite for repairs to think twice. The risk of further damage, combined with their refusal to stand behind their work, makes this a poor choice for anyone needing windshield repairs.

Safelite Auto Glass 411 Lovell Rd Knoxville, TN 37934. I will say that the work seems to be ok so far, but the management is misogynistic. My wife dropped her car off at 8:14am for her appointment, and ** the store manager was very rude to her because she didn't drop it off before they opened at 8am. He was condescending to her and told her since it wasn't there then he will have to work her in. She called me from the parking lot to tell me she just dropped it off, so I have time stamped call of when it was there. I called at 2:30pm to check on the status and ** answered and I asked him what the status of the repair was since I hadn't heard from them and it was supposed to be completed by lunch. He was very rude to me as well but I continued to be professional and asked when it would be done and that we had another appointment that would last from 3:30 to after 5 when they closed. He said he be there until 6 and I could pick it up after.

They called me at 5:25 when I was on my way to pick it up and said it would be another hour or so as they still had not even started it. With my 7mo old crying tired baby with us my wife dropped me off and I waited for it to be done. I asked ** about why he was so rude to my wife in the morning and why the first car of the day purposefully got pushed until well after their closing time, and he lied about being rude (or is not smart enough to recognize it), and proceeded to try to tell me she dropped it off an hour late which I know was a lie because we were over 30 min away at another location before 9am. We got the car back and safelite has forever lost a customer and I will be filing a misconduct report for the large misogynistic man behind the counter

This time the tech knowingly installs my windshield wrong. He even said, "I measured wrong." Now I have to drive to one of their garages to speak with someone. After showing them my concerns they say I have to wait 5 days before they can do anything. He also recommended not to use the mobile service for windshield replacement. When the tech showed up, he was fine, and installation and glass seem to be okay after two days, and the company sent me a receipt for the work. However, their people have been badgering me for payment for two days since the work was done, and now they are threatening to take the charge to "collections." I verified with my bank that the payment was submitted and is going through, and it's perfectly routine for credit card charges to take a couple of days to be processed. June 5, 2024 Ford F 150 windshield replaced by mobile technician in Fredericksburg, TX. June 10, 2024 - Rain passed through my home, flooding my truck- water standing in floorboard, inside center console and cup holder/tray. June 11, 2024 took truck to Floresville - Ancira Ford for evaluation/repair - called Safelite to advise and was told that I was not authorized to have them repair my truck, that the "Special Services" division from North Texas would evaluate and repair my vehicle. I advised that I was moving out of country and needed this done promptly. June 12, 2024 hired a driver to retrieve truck and deliver back to Safelite and provided the work order from Ancira Ford for the required repairs due to water damage in my truck.

June 13 to July - Safelite stated they were waiting on parts to repair my truck- I called several times during this time frame and received no information. I emailed the CEO and did not receive any reply. I asked for the District or Regional Management contact, and they would not provide it. July 31 - I was contacted that my truck was ready at a Ford Dealer in San Antonio. My truck was taken there by Safelite because Safelite admitted they could not program the electronic modules they replaced.

August 7, 2024- I contacted Ford dealer to retrieve my vehicle. I inquired what all was done and was advised that one module was replaced, and that my speakers now work. I inquired about the other items listed on the work order Ancira Ford provided. The GM's Executive Assistant advised me that Safelite dropped my vehicle and only said that there were (2) two speakers failed. I advised "no" none of the charging ports work, the center console port does not work, the touch screen had a glitch and did not work. Ford advised that Safelite did not mention NOR order the repair of any of these items. I have no words to express my disapproval of how this is being handled by Safelite. Not to mention that Ford said my vehicle now has a diminished book value due to water damages. I have not had my truck in 3 months!!!

Do not use Safelite Auto Glass! After highly recommended by my insurer, State Farm, I attempted to schedule an appointment with Safelite for a windshield replacement. There was no method of talking to anyone at Safelite, just repeated recordings to go online or chat. My agent was finally able to speak to a person who stated that they did not have my windshield in stock and would call me when it was in. Several days later Safelite called me and scheduled a mobile appointment for today, August 3rd between 8am and noon. They were supposed to call me and confirm the appointment yesterday. They did not call.

So, after waiting a couple hours today, I was able to reach someone at Safelite who stated that they did not have my windshield. No one called to inform me. I guess Safelite believes that it is no big deal standing up a customer who has other things to do in life. I rescheduled with The Glass Doctor. They were so easy to reach (just call the number and they actually answer the phone) and sounded very professional. State Farm should STOP highly recommending Safelite as their preferred vendor. It diminishes their reputation. It almost seems like State Farm may receive a "kickback" from Safelite.

On Friday July 12, 2024 I took my 2021 Mazda CX-9 to Safelite at 12600 Interurban Ave S in Tukwila WA to get my front windshield replaced after a rock cracked it. I dropped my car off at 1:00 p.m. for what was supposed to be a pretty quick windshield replacement only to get a phone call saying they are having trouble recalibrating my car's safety systems. The Safelite person on the phone said Safelite has a hard time calibrating Mazda’s, to which I said I’m concerned because you guys replaced a windshield in my old 2016 Mazda CX-5 turning it into Mr. Magoo (eventually that was fixed by the dealership)!

I waited over an hour to receive my Mazda CX-9 with most of its safety systems still disconnected. Safelite said I would have to reschedule a second day for a Recalibration, and they asked me to bring my car back the following Monday, July 15, 2024 at 7:00 a.m., so I scheduled it and went to leave in my car with most of its safety system disconnected and noticed they left my rearview mirror loose and floppy. They finished recalibrating my car that morning so I went to pick it up around lunch and told the service counter guy if they fixed my rearview mirror back to the way it was when I dropped it off. He looked at me confused, understandable so I explained that they loosened it and when I go to press buttons on it or adjust it, it’s loose, unstable and falls off the glass.

He said it should be good to go so I went outside to look and came back to let him know it was still loose and unstable. He said “Oh, we will have to schedule you for a warranty service”, I said “I’m sorry, I’d like you to have the technician that loosened it, get the tool to tighten it like it was when I brought it in here”. He said “it would have to be a warranty service”, I said I’ve not received my car officially and that it isn’t hard to reach up under the rearview mirror with the tool that loosened it and tighten it back up the way it was when I brought my car in.

Needless to say, the mirror is loose, falls off when touched and they made me reschedule another appointment, a 3rd day, yes, a 3rd day of Safelite over a simple window replacement for their incompetence, rudeness and unwillingness to simply tighten the rearview mirror that they loosened. I don’t have the little tool or I would fix it myself, but they had the tool sitting right there in their shop, 15 feet away and could have simply returned my rearview mirror to the condition it was when I arrived several days prior. My car's dash was made dirty with debris, fingerprints and an overall lack of care.

Now Safelite is sending a truck and employee to my actual home to tighten a rearview mirror that they could have done in a few seconds at their repair facility. I get to enjoy 4 hours of the window that they gave me from 12-4 p.m., waiting around for them to show up. [Update], I canceled the appointment after getting a specialized screwdriver and tightening the rearview mirror myself. I strongly recommend Safelite be avoided at all costs if you value your late model cars containing any safety features that require calibration. There are plenty of alternatives that care about the customer and returning late model vehicles to their customers the way they were dropped off, in solid working order.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. I used Safelite because my insurance helped with the cost. First technician came out, replaced my F250 quickly and went on his merry way. Two days later, we get a rain storm and water pours into my cab. So I call for the warranty. The next technician comes out and sees that the kid broke the piece on the windshield cowl. The first technician also messed up the wiring on my review mirror AND didn’t glue the glass on correctly. My leaks were from the broken cowl and the glue issue. He replaces the windshield again and tells me to file a claim for the cowl, that it’s easy! Ha! That’s a joke. I then tried doing that. Except now I can’t get any real person on the phone.

The system says it doesn’t have any transactions under my number and kicks me out. So I set up another warranty claim to get someone out here to help. That next technician stood in my driveway and tried to get his manager on the phone. He couldn’t so he said, “I’ll give him your info and have him call you. He can get the claim filed for you”. Never heard from the manager. This time I had the 3rd technician's phone number directly. So I kept following up with him. He went unresponsive after his manager said I had to take it in to their office. I shouldn’t have to take it to the office to file a claim. I work Monday - Friday, I have kids, and the nearest one is about 45 mins from me.

So then my husband tries to leave one day, the pickup won’t start. Our entire electronics is ruined because of the water damage because of their inability to do their job correctly and make it right. I can’t get anyone on the phone still. My husband went back to the 3rd technician and he started out seeming helpful like he was with me. Now HE IS unresponsive. Told my husband that the manager would call. Still hasn’t called. So now my husband has to take a day off, lose a day's worth of wages to travel up there to get someone face to face. I will NEVER work with Safelite again. I PRAY they make this right in the end. We don’t have the means to fix all of this out of our own pocket and our pickup is paid off. We can’t afford a new one. I wish I would have just lived with the giant crack and never had it fixed in the first place.

I had Safelite replace a drivers side front door power window regulator on my Nissan Quest van. I had the repair done in another state. The regulator failed again after 10 1/2 months. The Safelite website says "Quote": Under our nationwide lifetime warranty, all auto glass and power window motor replacements are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle on which auto glass or a power window motor was installed. In order to qualify for warranty coverage, all defects must be brought to the attention of Safelite AutoGlass within 30 days of discovery. End Quote.

The technician did come to my house and look at it and confirmed that the same part needed to be replaced again. Safelite now says that the repair is not covered under their warranty and will not repair it. I had to pay out of pocket to have it repaired again with another shop. They came to replace my windshield and told me the suction cup released the windshield and it dropped and shattered. Told me they had to install it anyway and would repeat replace. OK--but next day saw my car in the sun and realized they scraped my hood and touched it up with the wrong color white paint (trying to hide the body damage they caused). I could not reach a manager on the phone to discuss this with me. I eventually emailed and called corporate. Was told I could not submit photos of body damage and their tech would when he came out. He did and I then heard from the manager. Told me they would get the body damaged repaired. Told them I needed a rental car. Told me he would call back with rental info-didn't.

I had to call numerous times again to reach a manager. While I had the rental I would try to call to update the manager so he could adjust the rental car as needed-always takes multiple phone calls to reach anyone (they frequently don't answer the phone at all and you can't leave a message). I now have my car back. Due to poor communication, dishonesty, damage, etc. I would not recommend this company and would never use them again.

Booked online and went to first appointment. Was told to come back as windshield was blacked out where rain sensor should be. They told me I would need to make another appointment and they would get the right glass. Came back for a second appointment, waited over 2 hours and they installed the glass but when they brought the car around, I realize they had installed the exact same window and my rain sensor was now blacked out. To make things even worse, they broke the clips on my overhead console and couldn’t get it put back up correctly so I would need to come for a third appointment. Made a third appointment and came back and this time they installed the correct windshield but still couldn’t get my overhead console correct and said they needed to order more clips.

Made a fourth appointment as a mobile appointment so they would come out to me. Called customer service on the day of the appointment and asked them to have the technician give me 30 minutes notice before his arrival and made sure they had my correct phone number. I was assured this would happen. As I should’ve expected, the technician calls me after he arrived and I wasn’t quite home yet so he had to wait for me to arrive and finally fixed the issue. Throughout this I contacted Safelite corporate and was told a manager would contact me which also never happened. Safelite support is almost impossible to get in touch with. I had a side window replaced on May 2nd with Safelite on my 2022 Ram Promaster City. 2 weeks later, the first time we used the window, it did not roll back up. Due to our busy workload, the first time I as able to get it in for a warranty appointment was today. The technician that came out was thorough in finding the problem, after making phone calls, he advised me that Safelite will not cover this under warranty. I was told that it was missing a plastic piece that attaches to the widow regulator that catches the window and rolls it back up. He was told to tell me "a window breaking can weaken the regulator, resulting in it not working."

Now, I have video of this window breaking from the rock, along with pictures of this after it broke the. The window regulator was never operated until the technician replaced the window. There was no way it could have weakened the regulator. This seems very suspicious in try to not stand behind the warranty you offer. My next step is to file complaints with the BBB, uploading the video and photo. It is extremely unfortunate that Safelite will not truly stand behind their work.

I was scheduled for an appointment on Tues 14 May and they could not wait for USAA to process the claim that I has just made an hour and 30 minutes ago. They called me and tried to force me to get in contact with the insurance company to expedite the payout. When I was reluctant the Safelite guy canceled my appointment after we got off the phone. So rude. My insurance company redid the claim for Friday. I get there and they say, "Oh you requested an OEM so you owe us $203." Then all of sudden they can't calibrate the windshield that has yet to be installed and then it has a scratch.

Now mind you I have already prepaid for the amount not covered by my lackluster insurance company. Now Safelite got to order another windshield for my Range Rover. They thought I was going to come in there and take any windshield because I bet anything they never had the OEM one from the start. I asked for my money back and I will not be returning. We have 5 cars in our family at any given time and have used Safelite multiple times over the last 7 years. We were always pleased with their work. That being said, we have never had a warranty issue until now. I had my windshield replaced by Safelite about a week ago. During that one week time, the windshield popped, I guess from stress. We made a warranty appointment to have it replaced today and they would not cover it under the warranty, stating it was not their fault and this is a new "hit". I would like to add that we have a zero deductible with our insurance. One way or another, this windshield replacement was going to cost us nothing. But why should we file a claim with our insurance if this is a result of Safelite's installation just 7 days before?

Safelite refused to replace the glass under their warranty. We called our insurance, and they graciously filed a new claim for us (costing us nothing). I have asked them to find a different vendor for us to use. Going forward, Safelite will no longer have our business because they failed us on their promise of warranting their work. A big miss for them as we have been loyal customers for years and had recommended them too. Never again.

So it is raining 60 miles from my location and it isn't raining here and you can't come?

Now, to be honest it did rain in my location about 5 hours after the tech called. The tech also told me that he could not get me into the shop because they were full. I asked if he could meet me at the shop and do it there and he said no. He said he would have shop call me and hung up. I will make sure that I tell everyone the way I was treated. I was told at that time I would be emailed a receipt of payment which I never got. I was also told the do's and don't and given the keys. I get in the car and drove home. Glass looked good to me so I didn't pay attention to anything else.

Weeks later I noticed as I am washing the car that the hood of the car on the driver side doesn't sit even to the fender as it does on the passenger side. It sits way higher on the driver side and there is a large gap between the hood and fender, also some of the cosmetics on the windshield was not reinstalled properly, so I called them. They sent someone out but he said he couldn't do anything. He then took pictures and told me he was going to go back to the office to talk management and the technician that did the work and someone would contact me within three days.

Well I never got that call, so I called and I was told they didn't remove the hood of the car and took pictures of the car prior to the work being done. I was told that I could bring it by but basically they were not going to do anything. So I paid almost 500.00 to these people to replace my windshield and wipers which was broken within three weeks and I had to pay some more money to replace the wiper. Now I am also responsible for fixing the hood that safelite auto glass damaged. I know for a fact the pictures they took does not reflect my hood with that gap. Of course I can't find a phone# to call them directly so I have to go in person to deal with this. Long story short, it's now 3/8 and they still haven't credited back the $329 overcharge. Absolutely horrible.

My experience with the New Bedford, MA Safelite Glass location was not good. I had to go to the location as they said they could not replace and calibrate my replacement windshield off site. I spent close to three hours waiting for my replacement. The service representative came out to the waiting room after nearly three hours and informed me that they could not calibrate my replacement windshield and I was sent on my way with several safety features and my cruise control not working.

I was initially rescheduled to replace the windshield the following week but then I received a call from Safelite canceling the appointment because they claimed the OEM windshield was back ordered. I had to bring my vehicle to my local Honda shop and pay out of pocket for the calibration ($507). My insurance company is working on refunding me. In addition to this, I needed a rental car for the day my vehicle was being worked on and Safelite refused to cover the single day rental fee. Safelite advertises and promises services that they can’t perform.

I had my windshield replaced, 2 days later it cracked again, both times I had to drive over 1 hour round trip to replace, no problem, but 4 hours after the second replacement my rear view mirror fell off. Safelite has no number to call to talk to anyone, my only option is to drive around like this and cause damage until I can schedule another appointment and find the time to go to them. No customer service.

Safelite replaced my cracked windshield. I gave the gentleman a $10 tip thinking he did the work right. I was WRONG. He did not put the windshield wipers back properly. I found this out late at night so I had to fix it myself in the dark and in cold weather. Also, I was driving to work this morning, the rubber molding around the windshield came off which is hanging right now. I am awaiting their customer service to return my call. Not sure if their warranty means anything.

Very rude technician! While trying to explain to me the problem with my glass repair, he disrespectfully shut me off anytime I tried to explain my side of the story! Regardless of the repair needed, customer service is definitely not something this technician (Nick B) has. Very very rude!

My insurance company sent me to them to replace my windshield. My car was only under a year old with no prior repairs or issues. Minutes after I road away from the garage, I started having problems. All six of my windows kept fogging, even on dry, sunny days, there is a large gap between my closed door and dashboard, air comes in through the crack making it difficult to get and maintain a temperature, it whistles through the crack when I drive, it is obvious my dashboard was tampered with and not reattached properly, and all this has brought the value down on a brand new vehicle.

I've taken it back to the Arlington, TX location at least four times, but they keep making up excuses, such as I don't see it, we didn't do it, we didn't touch the dashboard, and such. I've taken it to three auto repair places, including my dealership and another auto glass repair place and they pointed out the obvious signs that the dashboard has tampered with causing the gap that causes my door to separate from the dashboard. It's horrible and I'm still fighting for them to own up to it and make repairs. Please stay away from this place. I may have to get an attorney or have it inspected by a government agency. If you look at reviews on Yelp and even their own website, you will see a pattern of the same complaints. Someone needs to do something about this, and I'd like to be part of a class-action lawsuit, if this is not remedied.

Negative experience-left to contact service center re: arrival of late technician-told they would arrive later than scheduled. I explained I couldn't accept that being that I will lose more time/pay out of workday and was rhetorically asked "Haven't you ever fell behind in your work?"

My leather purse was damaged. Now more damage due to more rain on the way. I just called and I was notified there is no one in the office at this time. Worst service ever.

I purchased an add on service to replace rear wiper on 2021 Sienna. They installed the wrong length of wiper so hit the top overhang on rear hatch. They stated they would refund the amount but never did. Very disappointed that they did not refund the money or make it right.

A rock hit my Honda CRV windshield requiring replacement. They said that I had to bring it in so it could be recalibrated and it would be a 3 hour appointment. I live an hour away so it was a 5 hour project on Saturday. When I left the air coming through was terrible. Tried calling but you can’t get the shop where it was done. I should have turned around. Made another appointment for another 5 hours on Saturday. I complained that I should be compensated for my gas and time. They said a manager would call on Monday. They lied and no one called. I will never go back.

On 12/20/23 my windshield was damaged by a tree limb. I purchased new wipers from Safelite to be installed. In the process of removing the windshield, the mechanic broke the Cowl so the wiper on the passenger side was not installed properly. I brought the car to Subaru to have maintenance and was informed that a new cowl was needed. The mechanic at Safelite should have told me, now I have to have Subaru remove the window and put in the new cowl.

I contacted Safelite on 12/10 and they said because of the holidays I was going to have to wait till 12/26. On that morning safelite agent Kimberly ** contacted me to tell no has ordered the glass and that it would be another two weeks minimum. After another two weeks she informed me she couldn't find the glass and to try another service, she wasted 5 weeks pretending to help.

Had to get my windshield replaced. Went through Safelite. Initially, service was fine. Repair took most of the day. Fast forward 1 month....windshield is leaking. Can't get a hold of anyone. Call the number on your service order and it just sends you in circles. There is literally no way to get a hold of anyone. The number only accepts new orders. You can't talk to anyone and it hangs up on you. After 20 minutes of total frustration and trying everything to bypass the recording to get to a person and being hung up on numerous times. Searched and searched until I found a "chat" on the website. Because you also can't do anything on the website other than new orders.

Finally was able to get a chatbot. And was able to say that my windshield was leaking. That also referred me to the website. After throwing a fit via text with a chatbot. I was FINALLY given an 800 number that is apparently not published anywhere so that I can talk directly with someone about getting my replacement windshield replaced again due to them not installing it correctly. Next time I need a windshield replaced, it will NOT be with this place. They are afraid to talk to customers! NEVER again with these people!

My windshield started leaking from the top part of the seal. I scheduled an appointment online. They did not show up or call and were closed by the time the appointment came and went. I had gotten a confirmation text, which confused me when their automated phone system said I wasn’t scheduled. Upon taking a second day off work, I called. They said that someone in their company had cancelled my appointment, but did not know whom. Then they said that they would only replace the entire windshield and seal, not fix the leak.

Finally, a Manager came on and made an exception with the agreement that I would pay for the windshield to be replaced if it broke upon them removing it. So, another appointment was made, requiring a third day off work. I called the local office to confirm this time and was told they would only replace the windshield. They just want to sell new windshields. They should have called on the day of the first appointment. There is no excuse For not showing up or even calling to say you’re not showing up. I guess they think they have the market. They will never get my business. By the way, I learned how to fix the leak myself and it worked. Took 15 minutes and $10.

I had an appt. set up for 1/9/24 for between 8-12 to come to the house to replace my side glass. Received a confirmation and everything. No one showed. When I called the appt# they transferred me over to a gal that works in the local office who apparently forgot to call me and tell me my glass did not come in. Then she proceeded to talk over me and got loud, rude, and belligerent. WOW-she's the one that didn't do her job. No apology, nothing. Then she asked me why I don't rent a car since I don't have a spare one to drive. I stated, "B/c you were supposed to fix my glass today." Had I known I had to wait 10 more days I would have had one rented by now through my insurance. Part now supposedly comes in on "1/18 or 1/19". This place is a joke, no follow up, and rude ** women that work the phones that make it seem like it's your fault they can't do their job. I haven't spoken with a ruder "customer service" rep EVER.
