The pickup was in Mountain View, California, and the delivery was in Buffalo, New York. My husband did the pickup part for me because I was already at the destination, and he said it went smoothly. My husband told me about the driver who did the pickup and said he was nice. When the driver got here, it proved to be true. The driver went above and beyond. I needed to return a rental car and he drove my car. He helped me return my rental car before he got back in his truck and continued his route. He was amazing. He’s a really nice person, and that makes all the difference. The vehicle was delivered in the condition that it was originally in as well. I was able to pack things up into the car, so it helped me with the move itself. It was great. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Montway, and it was because the driver was so great, like a human being.

Everything went as planned, and I had no issues. The communication was constant. The transport took four days total, and it cost about the same as what Montway said it would be. It was a good experience, and if I was to do that again, I'd use them again.

It worked out very well with Montway. The driver was very pleasant. He checked the vehicle all over and took pictures of it. The vehicle was in good shape when it arrived.

Everything was good in my experience with Montway. They picked up my vehicle. We transported it and it was dropped off the day that they promised. When they dropped it off, it was fine. The driver was in constant contact and texted and told me where to meet. We met up at a location right across from my home. Same thing with pick up. It was really smooth.

They were extremely accommodating and helpful. I had to change a few things and they took care of it. The only criticism that I may have, and this happened last year as well with the driver, they spoke no English at all. Last year's driver spoke into his cellphone and it came up on there and I had to read it. The gentleman who picked up the car yesterday was very nice, smiley and I asked him where he was from. He said, Ukraine, and I welcomed him here. I asked him how long he's been in the country. He thought for a second. He said, "Two weeks." And his English was almost nothing. But everything else has been fine and the experience has always been good.

They did everything exactly as they said they would. The driver even sent me a video of putting my son's car key under the mat in the car. They communicated thoroughly and well with us. Any time we called them, they were easily accessible by phone, which I know is an issue with other friends of mine who have used car moving services. I would definitely hire them again.

I liked Montway Auto Transport's insurance coverage. Also, the driver was on time and friendly. I had to have him drive to a Walmart because our address didn't have room for him to pull in. So, he was accommodating. As I pulled up, the car was ready to drive off.

Transported 2 cars from Northern CA to Central California in great time, very knowledgeable on cars and how to handle classic cars. We felt at ease. Kept contact with us the whole time to ensure pickup and delivery of cars was on schedule. Transit time was great and cars were well secured and strapped in the transport trailer. Thank you.

Only issue we had was that we were lacking some important information relating to the condition of the vehicle that was not well documented. Overall we were satisfied with delivery and would recommend them to others needing a vehicle transported.

I ship several cars a year. I have worked with Brian ** and he has always provided the best of service when setting up a pickup and delivery. All haulers have delivered on time with no damage. I will continue using Montway in the future and feel they will continue providing good service and good haulers.

Whenever I had question Montway was easy to reach and very helpful. Great communication from the driver and easy load and unload. They made sure to accommodate my pick up date worked for my moving schedule. Driver made sure the delivery was close to where I was staying and easy to find. Had no problems and my Jeep arrived in good condition. I would recommend Montway. They were wonderful!!

I was amazed at how quickly the car was picked up and delivered. There was no damage at all. There was a smooth handoff with no problems at all. I spoke with the seller and they were very happy as well with how easy the process was. I would use them again!

After being severely disappointed and stressed by several other transport companies, I have finally found one that does what they say they are going to, when they say they are going to do it.. The transporter went out of his way to get my vehicle to me sooner than promised, count on me for a repeat customer….

I had 2 vehicle that had to be picked up. They made me pay $800.00 extra just in storage fees because they took too long to send a carrier to pick up the vehicles. The order was put in weeks after. I spoke to the supervisor thinking that he was going to help but he wasn’t no help.

My car was received within days of it leaving Santa Monica, California and arriving in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Very good level of communication throughout the process and the car arrived safely with no hassle. Price was also competitive against other providers that are offering the similar service. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! On April 23rd, they picked up my vehicle in Fort Myers, FL at 9:30 at night with a tow truck because the auto transport company never picked it up from us. I paid extra for Guaranteed Pick-up with an estimated delivery date of April 26th or 27th to Cape Cod, MA. They contracted with another carrier for pick up at the storage facility on April 27th or 28th with an estimated delivery of April 30th. The 2nd carrier canceled and almost a week later, it is still sitting in a storage facility in Ft. Myers, with no date for delivery. I have reached out several times to Montway and they just continue to say that they are working on it. They do not stand by their contracts. Once they assign a carrier they charge the full price and offer no support. Again...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Maybe it is just luck of the draw but when dealing with a company like this that brokers transportation like this I guess sometimes you're going to be assigned a driver that makes you so untrusting of the process that you end up paying an exorbitant amount just to cancel. So $250 down the drain because their driver didn't want to pick the car at our home because he didn't think his truck would fit. Nevermind our neighborhood has semi's in it multiple times a day. The emails afterwards about how they charged me a cancelation fee but want me to consider them again in the future are just icing on the cake. Recommend to friends and family? I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies.

I knew of when they were coming to pick the car up then I got a text two days before they dropped it off. It was a quick delivery, especially from California to Virginia. But all the dirt from moving the car was inside the car and it wouldn't start. The guy jumped it.

There were so many of them I had to deal with but I finally ended up dealing with a manager who was very helpful, efficient, no nonsense and had a nice smile. I got good service with Montway. If there was an issue, it was dealt with. There was just a language barrier every once in a while.

Everything went well. I reached out to the driver one time because I was curious as to when the car would come. He got back to me. He texted me on the day was to arrive. And within half an hour, he was there on my street. So, it went well. I would probably use Montway again since I already went through them once.

Montway seemed to be a big company and it was easy to set up. The transport from New Jersey to California took four days and the communication with the driver was good. I was texting him.

We had used them a couple of years ago and it worked out very well. This time, everything went as planned and the driver was courteous. He was very good at contacting and keeping up with things and very efficient. I was very happy with the driver and everything went well.

I set everything up on their website. I did the online chat and they set it all up. Also, I reached out to them a few times through their online chat portal to ask questions. The way we were flying in and driving in, we weren't sure if we were gonna be here and if we needed to have someone here. I reached out numerous times to get clarification on different things and I always had an immediate response from them.

The crew was good. They always kept me up to date on where they would be and when. They showed up and seemed to handle the car with care.

I was very satisfied with Montway. They did a good job. It was a good price. They picked the vehicle up, they delivered it on time, and there were no issues with the vehicle. The driver was excellent. He came, picked it up at my house and secured it. We did a check on the vehicle. He was very professional. Got a copy of the bill of lading. He told me about when it would be delivered. It was within a day or so. Apparently, he had another transport on his vehicle and took it down. He was very courteous. I paid him and he went his way and I had my car. I had worked with Montway before and they did an excellent job before too. So, I just stuck with them. Their customer people also called me to see if there were any issues with the transport. They did a follow-up.

Given Montway's price, there were others out there that were cheaper, but I was willing to pay knowing that I'd have a good turnout. The driver was ahead of schedule and that helped out a lot 'cause I didn't have to pay for a rental car longer.

Montway was great. The transport was fast once the driver picked it up. It was delayed because of the weather.

My experience with Montway was absolutely wonderful. My brother-in-law dropped the car off, had them pick it up 'cause I was getting on an airplane, and they showed up in record time and it was clean and fine and it worked great. I never saw the driver. They brought it here to a yard and unloaded it, and they brought it in a smaller rig to my address. I talked to that guy who didn't drive it. He was a fill-in. They had two drivers, so they kept running, all the way here. I'd use them again.

They were very professional. They explained everything in detail, what to expect, the time frame and the cost. The transport was great. They were accurate with the delivery time. They were also courteous. They took pictures all the way around. The delivery worked out very well. They called, told me they were near and went out to the main road to where I live to pick up the vehicle. I just wish the car would have come back a little cleaner, but it was great service.

I had a great experience with Montway. They picked up the truck on February 5th like they said they were going to. The young man that picked up the truck loaded it up, strapped it down, and everything looked good. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very cordial. It got delivered to San Diego JBA Speed Shop by Friday. I plan on using Montway to pick the truck up and bring it back home.

The guy from Montway was straight to the point and decent. I called way ahead of time and they followed up with me when it got closer to the date. The driver showed up when he was supposed to and bent over backwards for me. He did me a big favor and I gave him a giant tip. Whether he works for them or he’s a sub, he’s just a great guy. He took my cell number and called me. He told me to call him if I got any questions or to find out where he is. And I did, to make sure that I was staying ahead of him getting here because I had to drive one of my vehicles. I drove one of vehicles to Pennsylvania so I didn't want him getting here and me not being here. So, the way we figured it and the way it went down was perfect. It was a plan on the fly that worked like we planned it for years. It was probably one of the best things that I've done in a long time where there were no hiccups. The quote was on target and I did a cash deal so it was a little bit less.

Montway did exactly what was expected of them to do. They were timely and responsive. I had used them before, so I went back to them. I had them get my Hyundai Santa Fe SUV down to Florida for the winter season. They're very accommodating considering I don't have a lot of leeway with timing because my husband is on dialysis. It was imperative that I know exactly when the car was leaving here and when it was arriving at the destination, so that I can make arrangements to make sure he got to dialysis in both locations. They worked with me on that.

A Highly Professional and First Class Company. The Price was extremely reasonable. Entire Staff at Montway Auto Transport were delightful to work with. A most pleasurable experience. Have a small collection of automobiles. I Have transported many cars both domestically and internationally. Montway Transport ranks at the very top of any of these transports. Impeccable service. World class is my conclusion.

The communication with the driver was a little difficult. He was Spanish-speaking. The delivery was also a day late, so I wasn't really thrilled. But he was very polite and he apologized for the car being late.

My experience with Montway was good, but there were some lapses of communication in certain parts. Even after I already made the reservation, I kept getting text messages. “Do you wanna have your estimate?” I'm not super tech-savvy, and I thought, “Wait, did this go through? Did it not?” However, the guy called me. The location pick-up was a little off though. At the time, I was renting an apartment in Asheville, and they said they were gonna come right there, but then he messaged he was somewhere else. Luckily, I was in a situation where I could be by my phone, but I could see how if I was at work, I wouldn't be able to be as quick to pick up on the details of the message.

Montway was great. They communicated well and took care of what I needed. We didn't have any problems. They pulled into a large area and let me know where they were via phone call. I was able to find them and get my car on the truck. The driver was professional, and he took his time, took pictures of the car, pointed out anything and asked if I had any questions.

I was going out to Arizona for two months for vacation and I wanted to have my car out there. I picked Montway primarily because of their rating, the Better Business Bureau, and with the number of transports that they do and their online website to indicate most of the people were customers who were well satisfied with their service. It cost me about $300 more than some of the other transport services, but I felt that Montway was a little better quality service.

I called first to inquire about pricing and how it works. The guy was very quick to get back to me and explain. He explained everything in detail. He made everything quite clear for me. Then he sent me some emails to get their time booked. Overall, everything was good. When we scheduled the pick-up, the driver told us where to go and when he'd be here. He was on time. He also gave us enough notice in advance to where we could rearrange our schedule to make sure the car was there for him to pick it up. Everything was great. As far as the delivery, my son said there was no problem. It was quick and simple. The communication was great. I would recommend them to anybody that needs to transport.

Montway did what they needed to do in a decent amount of time. They were a little bit early when they got my car here and the car was in good shape when it arrived. I was in contact with them periodically when they got closer. They told me the approximate day that they had estimated they were gonna arrive, and I got a notification while the driver was a few hours out. They coordinated where they could drop the car off since it seemed less likely that they were gonna be able to drop it off the house due to the way the roads were. Montway's rate seemed reasonable enough. I calculated how much it would cost for me to drive across the country with staying in hotels and the possible price of gas. While that would be a little bit cheaper, it would also take time, and I would have to deal with any kind of inclement weather, which at the beginning of January when I moved, there was a fair amount across the country.

I liked Montway's flexibility on the price and the scheduling on the date. The first time that I dealt with customer service, it was vague. But the second time that I had an interaction to get everything set up, it was pretty good. It was pretty easy and helpful. Their quote wasn't the cheapest one. But it was good based on the dates and it was a crunch time. I had a good communication for the pick-up. The driver reached out and let me know that he would be in town the next day. Then he gave me updates on how far he was, around what time he will be picking up the car, and then saying when he got here. I received the email and it was pretty easy to pick it up. It was a pretty fast deliver and there was nothing wrong with the car. So, it was pretty good.

I used Montway twice and if I wanted to do another auto transport, I would use them again. The last time I used them, I transported a vehicle from Florida to California and our communication with the driver was limited. It was supposed to take five to seven business day and it took nine business days, which was okay. Everything was perfect when the car arrived. Montway was pretty pricey, but they delivered as they promised.

It was a very positive experience with Montway. We had a good transport. They were a little under what other transports were as far as money. We paid some in the beginning. But it wasn't until they set our car with a particular carrier that we had to pay. Our family was on the other end and they had no problem getting the car. It was very smooth.

Montway seemed reasonable with their price. When I talked with the customer service, they relieved some of the bad experience I had before. They answered my questions and gave me specific information, like how they were gonna transport my car, where it's gonna go and what's gonna happen. If I had any issues, I could follow up the contact information. The quote was not way below like the other people that I spoke with. But based on my conversation with them, it was worth going. When the truck driver was going to my house, my phone went on sleep mode, so I didn't hear his calls. He waited an hour for me to respond. He could have left. He didn't have to stay.

I was looking for a highly rated national carrier that I could rely on and Montway's name popped up as one of the biggest and one of the best. I went with them and they were excellent. The guy who drove me down from Portland to Rancho Mirage did an absolutely A+ job at both ends and in between. Then when we were down there, I wanted to come back and we had a hiccup with the driver that was assigned to me so I called Montway. We needed to get out of there within 24 hours and I didn't wanna get on an airplane and leave my car there. They replaced him with an absolutely superb young man who came down, picked up our car, was very mannerly, and drove up here. He was here within a matter of hours after we arrived by air and delivered the car in perfect shape.

Cliff came and picked up my car. It was seamless. He was very professional, very nice, took the car away. I got to Arizona, and the next day, my car was delivered. I got his text number. I had a question for him after he left and he got back to me right away. And when Montway Auto Transport called and said my car was here, again, seamless. So, it was awesome. I hope going back would be just as smooth. I scheduled it at the same time and I haven't heard yet from anybody. But it's still a couple of weeks until we leave. I highly recommend Montway to everybody.

My experience using Montway was excellent. They picked up the vehicle and they delivered it a day ahead of time. They did a superb job. When we asked questions, the rep was very responsive. Compared to the other companies, we had to wait to hear back, they didn't have answers ready when we asked the questions. We felt a little bit easier using Montway. They were very informative. They had dates ready for us and everything worked very smoothly and organized. The driver waited for me because he got there a little sooner than I could get there. He took the vehicle, put it in. He was very careful with it and he went off on his way. He was very personable, efficient and a very nice gentleman.

I had my winter in Florida, and when I set up the transport for my car, the rep from Montway was very business-like and had relatively few words to get the point across. I had no problem, but more than anything, I was very pleased with the call I got when they were coming to pick up my car. The man couldn't speak English and he said he was at my house, but he wasn't. He was a block away and I found him. He was wonderful. He took a video of my car, and I took a video watching it go up.

I shipped a Jeep Wrangler from Maui to Southwest Colorado through Montway and my experience was excellent. I was gonna use Matson, but I wanted to get it booked from one place to the other. And Matson, I've used a lot, but I always have gone out to California to pick up at Long Beach. You have to book somebody else to pick it up at the beach there. But Montway did it all in one. The quote was also reasonable because it was very comparable to Matson, to LA and then it was only another 1,000 bucks to get it to Colorado from California. The delivery was great. The driver didn't speak English very much, but he had a phone. I was remote on a dirt road on a farm and he showed up right there in January and unloaded it quickly.

I needed the move done quickly. So, I went to Montway’s location. The quote was higher than average but their infrastructure and customer service were also above average. The reps were reachable and attentive. The vehicle was brought to me and that seemed to be completed by a third party that didn't have the same sophistication that the initial carrier had. They were a little bit less formal including their equipment but they were okay. They had good communication.

I had to change the transport date due to our availability to come out here to Colorado and Montway was very accommodating with changing my schedule. The quote they gave me was reasonable, then the pick-up and delivery were very easy. They let me know exactly when they were going to pick up and deliver, and they were right on time. If anyone is thinking of using Montway's service, I would tell them that they would be serviced well.

Montway was quick to respond to my needs and was able to get me a good company. The only issue that I had was the person who came to pick up my vehicle wasn't prepared to drive a stick shift so he asked me if I could drive it onto the truck. But everything else was handled very well. Any questions I had, he answered quickly. Once he got to the destination, he notified my dad who was there to pick it up. They arranged where to meet and that was seamless.

When I started to look for a company to move an SUV for 1,200 miles it was still about three months out from when I was moving. Montway followed up periodically to see if I still needed transportation and the quote they gave me seemed competitive with the other companies that I had contacted. The person who transported my vehicle picked it up on the first day of the window they gave me and got my vehicle there safely.

It was a great opportunity to get my vehicle shipped. The price was right. And it was efficient. Not only the pickup was great, but also the drop-off. Montway Auto Transport's driver dropped my vehicle off right where I was in the hotel. That was awesome.

Speaking with Montway Auto Transport's rep was very simple and direct to the point, which I appreciated. It was a deal done. My first headache was making sure my car got here safely and without any scratches. It got here intact. I would 100% recommend Montway.

I used Montway Auto Transport back in 2015, 2018, and again in 2024. The first time I used them, I had called multiple different companies, and Montway was the only one that answered the phone. I moved from Delaware to Nashville, so I was coming on my own. I didn't wanna drive the two cars myself. It was too long of a drive to be alone. And they took care of transporting the car for me to Nashville. Here to Wisconsin, they did the two cars again. And back in January, they did them for me again from Wisconsin back to Nashville. So, because they were such a wonderful company to work with, I used them three times.

My experience with Montway was excellent. The communication with them was great. I'm gonna use them again. We need to get this car shipped by May 16th back up to Maryland.

My experience with Montway was excellent. It was done very well. The quote was spot-on. It was to the dollar. I didn't pay the money to the driver because my in-law did it in Phoenix and it was done very smoothly. The condition of the vehicle was in great shape, too. It was outside and it was an exposed transport. But it was in fine condition. There were no issues with damage.

Montway's quote was very reasonable and market competitive. We had to change the time and dates of the shipment a couple different times, and they were great to work with. Coming back from Hawaii, we dropped the vehicle off at the dock in Hawaii, then it was shipped. It was delivered via truck to Colorado, and it arrived when they said it was gonna. We met the truck, and they offloaded the vehicle, then we drove off. It was easy, and the vehicle was in the same condition as when it left Hawaii. We would use Montway again for sure.

My vehicle arrived earlier than expected. It was in mint condition. They took good care of it and delivery went exceptionally well. I would use again if I would transport again. They took the time to secure my vehicle with care upon their pick up from my home. Upon arrival, they called to set a time. The dispatcher provided a time of arrival which wasn't accurate but it was due to an accident. He didn't communicate well with the driver. However, the driver was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Montway ensured the pickup in Albuquerque (ABQ) was on time. I had traveled a day earlier, from Houston to ABQ. I met the driver at the pickup location the following morning. The car arrived at my son's home near Orlando, FL in great condition, and on schedule. Well Done Montway!

In Feb. we had our Jeep shipped from Naples, Fl to MN. Your company did a great job. Friendly and very helpful. They help me find the drop off spot at the airport and communicated with me the whole time. Price was competitive too. We will use this company again and tell our friends as well.

My original auto transport company canceled on me the day before pickup and couldn't guarantee a next pickup date attempt. I ended up calling Montway who were able to offer a guaranteed pickup date (at reasonable extra charge). All went to plan with pickup and delivery from CO to NJ. Took only 3 days! Great communication from company and drivers, would recommend their service and use it again if I ever have a big cross country move.

Driver was extremely nice and trustworthy guy. Unfortunately I have forgot his name but he kept in contact with me and was great. Also car was delivered in perfect condition. Pick up and delivery were both before expected. We struggled with decision whether to drive car or ship it. When all expense was figured up, shipping was definitely the best choice.

Our daughter's car was transported during a blizzard. The driver was extremely professional and kept me apprised of the delays (due to having to drive at 15-20 mph when visibility allowed through horrid weather). In addition to the driver's awesomeness, setting up the transport was smooth, even after the first carrier was unable to pick up the car (don't know why). It was still picked up by the second carrier early on in the window of time quoted. Company most helpful and forthright.

Had an older SAAB to transport. The first transporter came out and determined the car sat too low to safely load without possible damage to the car & did the responsible thing & declined. The second driver was able to deliver in a timely manner. Good communication throughout. A great experience.

Montway was very reliable. Arrived when expected for pickup. Responsible communication along the way. There was a delay because of a mechanical problem with the truck, but the reasons were communicated as soon as it happened. Car was delivered in great shape. The cost was very reasonable for the transport of my new car from Henderson NV to Shoreline WA. They picked up my vehicle within the set timeframe. The driver stayed in constant contact with me and delivered my vehicle damage free. This is the second time I used Montway and would definitely use them again.

Montway was VERY fast in picking up and delivering a 2020 Tahoe from Fresno California to Houston Texas! I think I paid about $100 more for their service but it was absolutely worth it. It was picked up on a Monday and delivered on a Wednesday with a team of drivers. I would use them again.

It took some time to get the right carrier but he was well worth the wait. The carrier (Stincer & Ordaz Transport LLC) kept us in the loop of communication. I would definitely use that carrier again. When the truck arrived, he was on time and very pleasant! After speaking with the driver, we found out that his brother was currently located in Phoenix...

Company was Johnny on the spot with everything. Shipping went good and the car arrived in good shape. People with the company were helpful and no problems were encountered. Car was picked up as promised and arrived at my home as promised. In fact it arrived earlier than promised. I highly recommend this company.

Montway kept me informed so that I knew when the car was gonna get there. They knew that I wanted to get the car as close to the time that I was flying across the country. So, I wanted to meet the car at a certain place. The car came in the same day that I flew in. So, it was good timing. I had the phone number of the driver and every couple of days, he’d call me and let me know where he was at and about what time he thought he could get to the location where I would be. So, that was a very positive thing. He was great. He was a really nice guy. He lived in Arizona where I lived. So, we had a good interaction. He was very accommodating as far as everything I needed. I had a great experience.

My experience with Montway was great. Their customer service was excellent. They were very prompt to respond and always made sure that they answered all the questions. I first did the quote, and they kept following up, if we wanted to go with the company. My ex-husband sent the car from Texas to Florida where I am right now and the car arrived in excellent condition. It arrived the day they promised and everything was excellent. They called in advance to make sure I was there, and it was really fast. I got out the building and the car was already out of the tow and it was very smooth. The quote was really accurate too.

The guy showed up that night and put it on his truck and off they went. It took him four days to get down to Florida because of the weather up north. But he kept us informed almost every day of where he was and also kept us informed that whole day. Then we met up at a parking lot not even 10 minutes from our house. People should try Montway. It worked out well.

My parents always drive to Florida and stay there for four months. About four years ago, I went and I researched a few car transportation companies. I didn't want them driving anymore because they got into their 80s and it wasn't a good idea. Montway came up and we went with them. They would communicate throughout the whole process. They would give me a window, sometimes three to five days, and they would always do better than they say. They're always ahead of schedule. There was one time they were right on schedule but that was within the time they told me that they would do it. Also, the drivers are amazing. I'm not going anywhere else.

I had a good experience with Montway. They picked up when they said they were gonna pick up. The driver called, identified himself and said, “I'm coming to pick up your car. I'll be there in three hours.” For some reason, he didn't make it, and Montway rerouted it. The next guy called, then he picked up the car and kept in touch with me the whole way. He delivered my car within two and a half days to where I wanted him to. It was amazing. It was right after Christmas. I wanted it done during Christmas week, but nobody drives on Christmas week, so I understand that. I hired Montway again to transport the car on my way back home, and I'm expecting the same service.

The usual thing is Montway gives you a five-day window from which the driver will pick up the vehicle and then, they tell you when it’s gonna be delivered. I've had a good experience with the drivers all the times I've used Montway, which is the reason I keep using them. The quote is very fair and accurate. I now get a frequent user fare. We've had a few years of using Montway and it’s always good dealing with customer service as well as the drivers. The price got expensive but it came back down. The cars get a lot of dirt on them in those open things but they've always been fine. It's always been just like we gave it to them.

I left my car in Florida with the keys and the gentleman picked it up because it couldn't go into the complex. But he called to tell me he was there. The transport took maybe seven days and when the car arrived, it was perfect. The experience with Montway was the only thing that worked out for me with my total move. So, I will recommend it.

Montway wasn't the cheapest option but it was affordable versus other ones that I was looking at. The reps answered all my questions well. I was surprised at how fast the transport was. I went from Philly to Portland and it took a week and a half. When the crew delivered the car, they had trouble figuring out how to bring it to the destination because it was a residential neighborhood. But they ended up just doing it, which was cool. The car was just how I left it. But it was a little cringe that they were adamant about not having stuff in the back of the car. I had to bring a bunch of stuff and if there was visible stuff in the back, it was a $150 fine. I did it anyway and told the person to charge me.

I had Montway ship a compact SUV. I first went to their website and I did a quote to see a price estimate for the move, specifying source and destination locations. I made the reservation, and then, later, I received a call from the representative to schedule the move and to confirm the details. One day before the scheduled date, they called me again to confirm the pick-up agenda. Then on that exact day, 30 minutes before the driver arrived, he gave me a call so that I can drive my car there. We did the pick-up smoothly after he inspected any dents or imperfections on the car and documented it. Then after, he gave me an estimate of time of arrival. After seven days, I got my car here in California.

Montway moved our car from Philadelphia to Seattle. Their rep was good. The transport took 10 days, and the car's condition was excellent.

Everything with Montway was very easy. They matched a competing price that I had. The only thing was the notice ahead of when the car was to be picked up was a little bit short. It was great that someone was showing up quickly, but on the day of the pick-up, we were only given three hours’ notice. So, it would have been great to get a little more notice than that, but I realized drivers are only available at certain times. The people transporting the car were very nice, very helpful, provided lots of updates, and connected when the delivery was made because we were having it delivered from one state to another and we were not in the delivery location when the car had to be dropped off.

Montway was great. Everything was clearly laid out. They gave me a span of time that the car might be picked up and that ended up being correct. It all went according to plan. The quote was very fair. Delivery was good. My address is in the center of the city, a place where it would be awkward to drive one of those trucks that carries a bunch of cars. So, they had asked to shift the location from the original delivery address and what had been proposed was way outside of the city. I had to ask if we could figure something else out because it would be a 45-minute Uber ride and they couldn't guarantee it would be there by the end of business day. So, we ended up meeting in a Walmart parking lot, which was relatively close by, and it worked out fine for me. I'm happy with the experience.

My cars' transport was scheduled take about two days but it took too long for Montway to find a carrier and let us know. We started back in July and we never knew until the end of December. The price was a little expensive, too. But their reps were great and the carrier driver that picked up the car was fantastic. He let us know where he was at all times and when to expect him. He came later than what we expected because he had to go to Vermont and back to New York State. We expected him around 1:00 in the afternoon and he arrived around 11 o'clock at night, past our bedtime. He picked up the vehicles at the school near our home and continued on. I could track him on MyT App. But he was very good and he delivered the car on time here in Florida, so we were happy.

Montway's reps were all good and everything went well. But it took a long time to get my car. The total transport took about seven days which was one day longer than what they told me. Other than that, the driver was very professional. He brought the truck up to the gate, picked my car up, and drove it down to wherever the truck was. It was on the same street and I didn't have any issues at all with that. He was very nice and my car got there in one piece. The price was fair and I'm using them again on my way back home.

Transporting thru Montway was a really quick and easy thing. I just booked it and the driver let me know before he was coming, about 24 hours in advance and where to meet him. First, he asked me if there was somewhere specific I wanted to meet him. But he found a parking lot that he said would be big enough and sent me the location. Then he gave me a call about 30 minutes before he would arrive at the destination and all I did was drop my car off. He took some pictures and looked, then put it on the back of his truck, and I paid him.

Montway had a pretty smooth process and the drivers were good to work with. They were very flexible. I shipped a Nissan Sentra from Florida to Massachusetts and it was done efficiently. They allowed me to call or text them if I had any questions. When I had a question about how they were going to bring the truck into the neighborhood, we cleared that up and we just met the driver at another bigger parking lot. But when I picked up the car, it had little white strands of hair which looked like they were from a dog and it was very questionable. Other than that, nothing else was messed up and the service was great. Also, Montway's price was cheaper than what I expected.

I needed to transfer my vehicle from California to South Carolina. I used the chat on Montway's web page and someone called me. At the beginning, they said the transport would take seven days, then it shifted because the driver canceled. I left the car with one of my friends and the car got here a day after I got here. For the delivery, I met up with the driver in a spacious part of the entrance of one of the bases. He drove the car, then he turned around. He inspected the vehicle and took pictures. Then once I paid, he gave me the key.

I shipped a BMW from Buffalo to Palm Springs for 2,500 miles and Montway's reps were very attentive. The drivers were informative and on time. The transport took five days, which was a little shorter than the timeline they gave me. I ended up renting a car an extra two days that I didn't have to. Other than that, the car arrived in perfect condition. But after the shipment, they were very persistent in getting reviews. And a number of weeks after I left a review, they still continued to ask for reviews.

We made a phone call to Montway to have our Toyota RAV4 transported and the process was easy. The quote they gave us was decent and the driver came to pick up the car a day early, which was a little inconvenient. But they were able to delay it a few hours, so it worked out. The delivery was pretty straightforward and they were very good about notifying us when it would be delivered. It came very fast, too. The driver called and said he was half-hour away and we gave him directions. They were concerned they wouldn't be able to get in and out of the street we were on, so we met them a block down the street.

I was able to get an estimate quickly from Montway and was satisfied with the price. The vehicle got here without any damage so, from that perspective, I'm happy. But the communication was difficult. The person who I had to pick it up said they couldn't communicate with the driver. There was a language barrier a couple of times whenever I was dealing with them and that was a pain. The driver was communicating with me and trying to find my house but it was hard to communicate with him. When he got to my house, I couldn't speak to him 'cause he didn't speak English at all. He had to do a translator app to talk to me. Whenever he wanted to download the car off the trailer, he was worried about the front-end scraping because of the type of ramps that he had. He pulled in, drove his truck in my yard and squashed my brand new grass. Other than those, it was a convenient transaction. I would probably do it again. I just would like to have somebody I could communicate with if possible.

Montway was great. Nowadays, when you do something, it's always a recording. You don't talk to a real person. Montway communicates with you as real people. So, that is a number one plus. Everybody was helpful and worked around my schedule as far as dropping points. My car was there right the day after I arrived, which was perfect. It was the same as I left it and the transport took about four days. Everything was positive. If it had been negative, I wouldn't have used them the second time. Everything is overrated and expensive but for me to move from California to Ohio and Ohio back to California, the cost was within reason because had I driven, I would have spent more money. They arranged to pick up the vehicle and put me in contact with the carrier. The carrier and I had an agreed upon location, and I picked up the vehicle and we exchanged pay.

I called Montway to book a service. We come down to Florida for the winter, so we transport one car. I was gonna bring my car down then we decided to take my girlfriend's car instead. I had to change cars, but everything worked out well. I went for an enclosed trailer 'cause I wanted to make sure the car wouldn't get any damage. It worked beautifully, and the price was what I paid for a transport that wasn't enclosed.

Montway shipped my 2018 Ford Escape. Everything was fine. It was hard to explain to the guy where to go to be closer to me. I gave him the address where to come and everything. They were paving our development because it needed it badly. This is an older development. They paved one road on one side and just finished paving the front. I was like, "Great. My car is supposed to come today. And they just paved the roads all the way around me. How is he supposed to deliver my car when they just paved the road?" The guy told me he was on Ridgeway Avenue. It was hard to explain to him that right out of my development of 571, there's a light there and an area where he could pull an 18-wheeler like boom. He parked on Ridgeway Avenue. I said, "They just paved the road. How can you bring a car down here?"

I shipped a Chevy Equinox through Montway. Their customer service reps were always very good. They were very responsive. It was a good experience. If I had to do it again, I would use Montway.

The way Montway Auto Transport does business is very unappealing. The problem is the service behind the drivers. And that's when I decided, when they took the car, that I'm not doing this anymore. Last December, I bought another car and I'm leaving it here so that I’ll never have to do it again.

The rep from Montway sent me information on when the guy would be contacting me. All the interaction was good and the attitude and professionalism were great. My cousin was there to receive the delivery and she had no issues. The drivers had an issue with the trailer tires and had to stop but they weren’t that late. They were a few hours behind but they let me know. It’s good communication. If I called Montway, they would get in touch with the driver. So, I never had any problem. I only called twice to check on things. The quote was hard to beat and the price was very reasonable.

The transport was great - the folks who picked up and delivered the car were professional. They even changed the delivery because we beat them to FL so I did not need to go to my son's house. The one thing I DO NOT like about this service is the unreasonable amount you charge for using a credit card.

The computer panel was damaged in the move. Required an $800 repair. We were told that it likely happened in the move. Is there any recourse? This is an expensive repair. What can be done about this? I would like to hear back from the company about this.

Driver was available to answer my questions before pick-up and delivery. I will use Montway in the future.

I had a classic car transported from Scottsdale, Arizona to Sandusky, Ohio in 2023. Their service was excellent. The communications were frequent with the seller and myself. The car arrived in excellent condition with no damage. I would recommend them and use them again. Their price was fair and reasonable.

Driver Mihail ** at INVIA LLC was was friendly, timely, kept me informed, and followed a safe and dependable schedule. Total trip was only 2 days (it could have been 4-6 days), and pickup/dropoff process was super convenient. Great job!

I wasn’t going to write a review but their insistence and constant email reminders pushed me to do so. They are just a broker so you’ll never know what company will ship your car or their experience. They gave me the number of the company they were using to ship my card but the agent was very confused, had difficulty putting a sentence together and frankly, couldn’t understand a basic question I had. Left me more worried than satisfied.

I contacted several auto transportation companies. Montway was the only company that honored their original quote. Montway sent status updates periodically. My SUV was delivered when promised. My car was in great shape, the delivery driver went over the condition of my car with me. I’m happy to report no issues. The delivery driver was very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend their service.
