The cost was very reasonable for the transport of my new car from Henderson NV to Shoreline WA. They picked up my vehicle within the set timeframe. The driver stayed in constant contact with me and delivered my vehicle damage free. This is the second time I used Montway and would definitely use them again.

Montway was VERY fast in picking up and delivering a 2020 Tahoe from Fresno California to Houston Texas! I think I paid about $100 more for their service but it was absolutely worth it. It was picked up on a Monday and delivered on a Wednesday with a team of drivers. I would use them again.

It took some time to get the right carrier but he was well worth the wait. The carrier (Stincer & Ordaz Transport LLC) kept us in the loop of communication. I would definitely use that carrier again. When the truck arrived, he was on time and very pleasant! After speaking with the driver, we found out that his brother was currently located in Phoenix...

Company was Johnny on the spot with everything. Shipping went good and the car arrived in good shape. People with the company were helpful and no problems were encountered. Car was picked up as promised and arrived at my home as promised. In fact it arrived earlier than promised. I highly recommend this company.

Montway kept me informed so that I knew when the car was gonna get there. They knew that I wanted to get the car as close to the time that I was flying across the country. So, I wanted to meet the car at a certain place. The car came in the same day that I flew in. So, it was good timing. I had the phone number of the driver and every couple of days, he’d call me and let me know where he was at and about what time he thought he could get to the location where I would be. So, that was a very positive thing. He was great. He was a really nice guy. He lived in Arizona where I lived. So, we had a good interaction. He was very accommodating as far as everything I needed. I had a great experience.

My experience with Montway was great. Their customer service was excellent. They were very prompt to respond and always made sure that they answered all the questions. I first did the quote, and they kept following up, if we wanted to go with the company. My ex-husband sent the car from Texas to Florida where I am right now and the car arrived in excellent condition. It arrived the day they promised and everything was excellent. They called in advance to make sure I was there, and it was really fast. I got out the building and the car was already out of the tow and it was very smooth. The quote was really accurate too.

When I signed up with Montway, it was fine, easy and self-explanatory. I had used another company before, so I was familiar with the process.

We're very pleased with Montway. We had a Kia Cadenza shipped through them from Massachusetts to Delray Beach. The quote was very accurate. Last year, the pick-up wasn't that great. It wasn't very convenient, so we wound up put out with that. But otherwise, our experience with them has been okay.

I had used Montway last year, and I was very satisfied. I had to have somebody who could transport my camper van. Montway found somebody to do it for me. However, setting it up was difficult because they couldn't tell me exactly when they were gonna pick it up. I was at a hotel and they wanted me to leave the keys at the hotel. I told them I wasn't gonna do that. They got me the name of the storage place nearby, but when I got there, they said they wouldn't take it. It was a mess. I had no contact information for the driver.

I used Montway before and they were easy to deal with. I used them again recently and they were very courteous. The quote they gave was very competitive, and the pickup and delivery process was very fluid. They pretty much were there when they said they would be there, which was the most important part.

Montway looked like they had a good resume and I tried them. They were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. I've recommended them to my friends. I was impressed with the knowledge of what we were doing and how they were gonna ship the car and how much it cost. They told me that if I want enclosed transport, it's gonna be X amount of dollars more. So, we picked the open transport. The driver called us and told us when they were picking it up. The guy showed up that night and put it on his truck and off they went. It took him four days to get down to Florida because of the weather up north. But he kept us informed almost every day of where he was and also kept us informed that whole day. Then we met up at a parking lot not even 10 minutes from our house. People should try Montway. It worked out well.

My parents always drive to Florida and stay there for four months. About four years ago, I went and I researched a few car transportation companies. I didn't want them driving anymore because they got into their 80s and it wasn't a good idea. Montway came up and we went with them. They would communicate throughout the whole process. They would give me a window, sometimes three to five days, and they would always do better than they say. They're always ahead of schedule. There was one time they were right on schedule but that was within the time they told me that they would do it. Also, the drivers are amazing. I'm not going anywhere else.

Setting up transport with Montway was very easy. They were very supportive and they took me through every step. Everything was online initially. The pickup was on January 8th and the drop-off was five days later. We went from Saratoga Springs, New York to Pompano Beach, Florida. The driver was also very good. He was a very straightforward midwesterner like me and he was quite clear as to what they could do, what they couldn't do, and what they needed. The quote they gave me was reasonable. They gave me a very small discount for my advanced age but apart from that, there was no negotiation involved and based on what I was able to find elsewhere, the price was quite competitive. And I tend to be more inclined to go for quality than price.

I had a good experience with Montway. They picked up when they said they were gonna pick up. The driver called, identified himself and said, “I'm coming to pick up your car. I'll be there in three hours.” For some reason, he didn't make it, and Montway rerouted it. The next guy called, then he picked up the car and kept in touch with me the whole way. He delivered my car within two and a half days to where I wanted him to. It was amazing. It was right after Christmas. I wanted it done during Christmas week, but nobody drives on Christmas week, so I understand that. I hired Montway again to transport the car on my way back home, and I'm expecting the same service.

We needed our car shipped down to Florida for the winter, and another transport company suggested Montway to us, because the guy wasn't able to get our car here at the time that we wanted to. I called Montway, then they gave me a time, and there was no problem. During pickup, I was at my daughter's house in Minneapolis and they drove right up, picked up the car and took off. The car was perfect when it arrived. Overall, Montway is very reputable and easy to work with, and I've given the name out to a few people that I know.

Montway was on time and very helpful. They told me they were gonna come on a specific time. They came, checked the car and let me sign. We agreed on a certain pick up point and I met them and gave them my car. They said they were gonna deliver it within a certain day, which was at the same day they promised. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Montway for anyone traveling between the states.

The vehicle was picked up on a larger road where I met the driver and it was just like I left it when it arrived. Montway is dependable. They picked up and dropped off the car on time and their price was accurate. I would recommend them.

The usual thing is Montway gives you a five-day window from which the driver will pick up the vehicle and then, they tell you when it’s gonna be delivered. I've had a good experience with the drivers all the times I've used Montway, which is the reason I keep using them. The quote is very fair and accurate. I now get a frequent user fare. I've used them every year for the last five years.

We've had a few years of using Montway and it’s always good dealing with customer service as well as the drivers. The price got expensive but it came back down. The cars get a lot of dirt on them in those open things but they've always been fine. It's always been just like we gave it to them.

The quality of service was good, which was why I went with Montway twice. I was pleased with them the first time. They made it simple. It's not inexpensive to ship a car and it wasn't a huge bargain, but I felt good about it and that it was gonna get there and not be damaged. They were super organized. The first time I used them was from Seattle to Minneapolis and it took a week. The transport for my daughter’s car took less time than they anticipated. They thought it would be in a month and it was there in more or less three weeks. So, that was good because it got shipped from a container ship and put on the back of the old big rig. The driver’s communication was good both times. He told us when he was coming and what to expect. And he was very courteous.

The car arrived on the day that Montway said it would though it was a little later. But the hour wasn't an issue. The car was in perfect condition and there wasn’t a scratch on it. The price was good and there were no hidden charges. Montway was very good.

I left my car in Florida with the keys and the gentleman picked it up because it couldn't go into the complex. But he called to tell me he was there. He kept me in touch with what time he was coming for the delivery and told me when he was in the front of the house. He was very nice. The transport took maybe seven days and when the car arrived, it was perfect. The experience with Montway was the only thing that worked out for me with my total move. So, I will recommend it.

Montway wasn't the cheapest option but it was affordable versus other ones that I was looking at. The reps answered all my questions well. I was surprised at how fast the transport was. I went from Philly to Portland and it took a week and a half. When the crew delivered the car, they had trouble figuring out how to bring it to the destination because it was a residential neighborhood. But they ended up just doing it, which was cool. The car was just how I left it. But it was a little cringe that they were adamant about not having stuff in the back of the car. I had to bring a bunch of stuff and if there was visible stuff in the back, it was a $150 fine. I did it anyway and told the person to charge me.

My Montway experience was good. The car ended up getting there before the time that they had scheduled, but after the time I had originally asked. The driver's communication was really good. I'll use Montway again. I plan to use them to ship the car back.

I had Montway ship a compact SUV. I first went to their website and I did a quote to see a price estimate for the move, specifying source and destination locations. I made the reservation, and then, later, I received a call from the representative to schedule the move and to confirm the details. One day before the scheduled date, they called me again to confirm the pick-up agenda. Then on that exact day, 30 minutes before the driver arrived, he gave me a call so that I can drive my car there. We did the pick-up smoothly after he inspected any dents or imperfections on the car and documented it. Then after, he gave me an estimate of time of arrival. After seven days, I got my car here in California.

Montway moved our car from Philadelphia to Seattle. Their rep was good. The transport took 10 days, and the car's condition was excellent.

Everything with Montway was very easy. They matched a competing price that I had. The only thing was the notice ahead of when the car was to be picked up was a little bit short. It was great that someone was showing up quickly, but on the day of the pick-up, we were only given three hours’ notice. So, it would have been great to get a little more notice than that, but I realized drivers are only available at certain times. The people transporting the car were very nice, very helpful, provided lots of updates, and connected when the delivery was made because we were having it delivered from one state to another and we were not in the delivery location when the car had to be dropped off.

Montway was great. Everything was clearly laid out. They gave me a span of time that the car might be picked up and that ended up being correct. It all went according to plan. The quote was very fair. Delivery was good. My address is in the center of the city, a place where it would be awkward to drive one of those trucks that carries a bunch of cars. So, they had asked to shift the location from the original delivery address and what had been proposed was way outside of the city. I had to ask if we could figure something else out because it would be a 45-minute Uber ride and they couldn't guarantee it would be there by the end of business day. So, we ended up meeting in a Walmart parking lot, which was relatively close by, and it worked out fine for me. I'm happy with the experience.

My cars' transport was scheduled take about two days but it took too long for Montway to find a carrier and let us know. We started back in July and we never knew until the end of December. The price was a little expensive, too. But their reps were great and the carrier driver that picked up the car was fantastic. He let us know where he was at all times and when to expect him. He came later than what we expected because he had to go to Vermont and back to New York State. We expected him around 1:00 in the afternoon and he arrived around 11 o'clock at night, past our bedtime. He picked up the vehicles at the school near our home and continued on. I could track him on MyT App. But he was very good and he delivered the car on time here in Florida, so we were happy.

Montway's reps were all good and everything went well. But it took a long time to get my car. The total transport took about seven days which was one day longer than what they told me. Other than that, the driver was very professional. He brought the truck up to the gate, picked my car up, and drove it down to wherever the truck was. It was on the same street and I didn't have any issues at all with that. He was very nice and my car got there in one piece. The price was fair and I'm using them again on my way back home.

Transporting thru Montway was a really quick and easy thing. I just booked it and the driver let me know before he was coming, about 24 hours in advance and where to meet him. First, he asked me if there was somewhere specific I wanted to meet him. But he found a parking lot that he said would be big enough and sent me the location. Then he gave me a call about 30 minutes before he would arrive at the destination and all I did was drop my car off. He took some pictures and looked, then put it on the back of his truck, and I paid him.

Montway had a pretty smooth process and the drivers were good to work with. They were very flexible. I shipped a Nissan Sentra from Florida to Massachusetts and it was done efficiently. They allowed me to call or text them if I had any questions. When I had a question about how they were going to bring the truck into the neighborhood, we cleared that up and we just met the driver at another bigger parking lot. But when I picked up the car, it had little white strands of hair which looked like they were from a dog and it was very questionable. Other than that, nothing else was messed up and the service was great. Also, Montway's price was cheaper than what I expected.

I needed to transfer my vehicle from California to South Carolina. I used the chat on Montway's web page and someone called me. At the beginning, they said the transport would take seven days, then it shifted because the driver canceled. I left the car with one of my friends and the car got here a day after I got here. For the delivery, I met up with the driver in a spacious part of the entrance of one of the bases. He drove the car, then he turned around. He inspected the vehicle and took pictures. Then once I paid, he gave me the key.

I shipped a BMW from Buffalo to Palm Springs for 2,500 miles and Montway's reps were very attentive. The drivers were informative and on time. The transport took five days, which was a little shorter than the timeline they gave me. I ended up renting a car an extra two days that I didn't have to. Other than that, the car arrived in perfect condition. But after the shipment, they were very persistent in getting reviews. And a number of weeks after I left a review, they still continued to ask for reviews.

We made a phone call to Montway to have our Toyota RAV4 transported and the process was easy. The quote they gave us was decent and the driver came to pick up the car a day early, which was a little inconvenient. But they were able to delay it a few hours, so it worked out. The delivery was pretty straightforward and they were very good about notifying us when it would be delivered. It came very fast, too. The driver called and said he was half-hour away and we gave him directions. They were concerned they wouldn't be able to get in and out of the street we were on, so we met them a block down the street.

They were on time and they waited until I got in the car and started it to see if it would start after having been on the truck all week. They cared that I had a problem with something and they fixed it. They were very responsive. They were professional and speedy and their prices were good. I'm very happy with Montway and if I were shipping my car, I would ship with them again.

We called Montway a couple of times to see when they would be picking up at our door because it was door to door. They were very helpful and instilled confidence in what they were going to do. Their quote was spot-on. They picked the car up in Utah and delivered it to Hawaii. We went down and picked it up at the port in Hawaii and it was easy to pick up. We were very pleased with the whole result. It was a very reliable and excellent service.

I was able to get an estimate quickly from Montway and was satisfied with the price. The vehicle got here without any damage so, from that perspective, I'm happy. But the communication was difficult. The person who I had to pick it up said they couldn't communicate with the driver. There was a language barrier a couple of times whenever I was dealing with them and that was a pain. The driver was communicating with me and trying to find my house but it was hard to communicate with him. When he got to my house, I couldn't speak to him 'cause he didn't speak English at all. He had to do a translator app to talk to me. Whenever he wanted to download the car off the trailer, he was worried about the front-end scraping because of the type of ramps that he had. He pulled in, drove his truck in my yard and squashed my brand new grass. Other than those, it was a convenient transaction. I would probably do it again. I just would like to have somebody I could communicate with if possible.

Everything Montway told me came true. They got here on time and unloaded my vehicle. It was in good shape. They were right on the money. We'd use them again.

Montway was fantastic. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were the most honest and straightforward. They stuck with what they quoted me and never tried to charge me any extra fees. I spoke to five different reps throughout the time I was trying to arrange this and every single one of them was helpful. The driver was awesome. He even worked with us because we drive a truck around the country ourselves so we were running a couple of hours late. He gave us his cellphone number so we were keeping in touch with him throughout the whole situation. If I ever had to ship another vehicle, I wouldn't use anybody else but Montway.

My experience with Montway was great. The person that came and picked up made it really smooth. He called and gave me an accurate address of where he wanted to get the car picked up, and before even getting out of the car, he did the whole check of the car, with the scratches and the dents. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He said that somebody would be calling me in a certain amount of days, and they ended up calling me when he said they would.

The guy from Montway called me right away. He's a nice kid, and our interactions were very good. He picked up and delivered the car when he said he was gonna. I had a bad experience a couple of years ago with another company that quoted me a price, then all of a sudden it went much higher, but the bottom line was, I was in a pinch and they never showed up anyway. Montway was great. Nowadays, when you do something, it's always a recording. You don't talk to a real person. Montway communicates with you as real people. So, that is a number one plus. Everybody was helpful and worked around my schedule as far as dropping points. My car was there right the day after I arrived, which was perfect. It was the same as I left it and the transport took about four days. Everything was positive. If it had been negative, I wouldn't have used them the second time. Everything is overrated and expensive but for me to move from California to Ohio and Ohio back to California, the cost was within reason because had I driven, I would have spent more money. It would have been a different experience.

Montway had an acceptable carrier and offered good value. I had them transport a Toyota Land Cruiser from Texas to South Carolina, which is approximately 2,000 miles, and someone scheduled it. They arranged to pick up the vehicle and put me in contact with the carrier. The carrier and I had an agreed upon location, and I picked up the vehicle and we exchanged pay.

I called Montway to book a service. We come down to Florida for the winter, so we transport one car. I was gonna bring my car down then we decided to take my girlfriend's car instead. I had to change cars, but everything worked out well. I went for an enclosed trailer 'cause I wanted to make sure the car wouldn't get any damage. It worked beautifully, and the price was what I paid for a transport that wasn't enclosed.

If somebody asked for a transport company, I would recommend Montway. They had good reviews, so I tried them and my interaction with the rep was fine. The driver was fine too. He did an excellent job and I was pleased with them.

I had Montway shipped a Toyota Corolla. I called one of their people. They were very friendly and informative. I really liked the quote. Everything was straightforward. I went and got my car off. I got updates. They updated me where it was and it got delivered to my house in a timely manner.

Montway shipped my 2018 Ford Escape. Everything was fine. It was hard to explain to the guy where to go to be closer to me. I gave him the address where to come and everything. They were paving our development because it needed it badly. This is an older development. They paved one road on one side and just finished paving the front. I was like, "Great. My car is supposed to come today. And they just paved the roads all the way around me. How is he supposed to deliver my car when they just paved the road?" The guy told me he was on Ridgeway Avenue. It was hard to explain to him that right out of my development of 571, there's a light there and an area where he could pull an 18-wheeler like boom. He parked on Ridgeway Avenue. I said, "They just paved the road. How can you bring a car down here?"

I shipped a Chevy Equinox through Montway. Their customer service reps were always very good. They were very responsive. It was a good experience. If I had to do it again, I would use Montway.

Montway delivered on time. I was surprised that they weren't late. I thought they were gonna be later than what I expected. So, it was better than I expected. I was happy with everything. Customer service was good. The pricing was a little bit higher than what I would have wanted to be, but I wanted to go with a place where price was guaranteed. I was happy that the quote that was provided didn't change. I had heard from other companies that they could change the pricing. So, I made sure that I got a guaranteed price. I had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to someone else that needed the service.

We ended up going with a closed vehicle, so we paid a little bit more. But it was just what they told us and there was never any more asked. The delivery went well and met our expectations. It was quick and the driver was very professional. We had already paid and he needed paperwork signed so, that was a little confusing. But other than that, it was great.

The way Montway Auto Transport does business is very unappealing. The problem is the service behind the drivers. And that's when I decided, when they took the car, that I'm not doing this anymore. Last December, I bought another car and I'm leaving it here so that I’ll never have to do it again.

When I used Montway, they responded quickly. Their pricing was reasonable, too. They were great. Vehicle arrived at my daughter's, she was there to get it and there weren't any problems.

I've used Montway twice. The rep I worked with was a nice guy. He answered all the questions that I had and their quote was reasonable too. The delivery and pick up went smoothly as well. Because of my neighborhood, the driver couldn't park too close to me. So, I drove the car down there. It was good walking distance after I dropped the car off. Their customer service was always good. I'm also happy. My experience went well and it was very professional. They brought my car to my doorstep. The first driver I met was professional and polite. The customer service reps at Montway were very friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them. They answered all the questions that I had and everything was very easy. It was nothing complicated. I was able to tell them the date when my vehicle was ready to be picked up, and they came to where I told them my vehicle was. It was in my house in California. They picked it up and whenever they said they will deliver, they did.

Their customer service was excellent. They allowed me to put things in my trunk. Their quote was reasonable too. The vehicle was also in excellent condition when it arrived.

Montway gave me a better quote than a few other people. I talked to the reps on the phone a few times and then, the driver came and picked up my car. They were very helpful and everything went smoothly. They parked the car exactly where I said to park it and it was there when I got there. The transport was faster than what Montway promised me. It was a day early. The car was dirty but that’s normal. Montway has very reliable and respectful people. I had no trouble with them so I’d recommend.

The rep from Montway sent me information on when the guy would be contacting me. All the interaction was good and the attitude and professionalism were great. My cousin was there to receive the delivery and she had no issues. The drivers had an issue with the trailer tires and had to stop but they weren’t that late. They were a few hours behind but they let me know. It’s good communication. If I called Montway, they would get in touch with the driver. So, I never had any problem. I only called twice to check on things. The quote was hard to beat and the price was very reasonable.

The customer service rep explained the process, kept me informed where the vehicle was and when it arrived, and scheduled my drop-off. So, everything went very smoothly. Montway delivered at the point of my choosing and the guy showed up on time, offloaded the vehicle and was very responsive and helpful. I would use Montway again.

The transport was great - the folks who picked up and delivered the car were professional. They even changed the delivery because we beat them to FL so I did not need to go to my son's house. The one thing I DO NOT like about this service is the unreasonable amount you charge for using a credit card.

No issues from first phone call to actual delivery of my vehicle. Excellent customer service if you understand the business and are a little flexible. Montway was very good with the logistics of being able to transport my vehicle in a timely manner and kept me informed with the process so that as a first time customer, I was not left out in the dark.

The computer panel was damaged in the move. Required an $800 repair. We were told that it likely happened in the move. Is there any recourse? This is an expensive repair. What can be done about this? I would like to hear back from the company about this.

Montway worked on giving me the pick up & drop off dates for my car that would work for me, the driver continually kept me up to date & delivered my car in perfect condition, delivered on the time and date agreed, and was courteous. I would use Montway again.

Contracted with Montway with short notice to ship my auto from Ma. to Fl. Montway connected me with the most professional driver. Car was picked up and delivered as promised without any issues. I had a classic car transported from Scottsdale, Arizona to Sandusky, Ohio in 2023. Their service was excellent. The communications were frequent with the seller and myself. The car arrived in excellent condition with no damage. I would recommend them and use them again. Their price was fair and reasonable.

My car shipment from Raleigh North Carolina to Minneapolis Minneapolis was perfect. Driver Mihail ** at INVIA LLC was was friendly, timely, kept me informed, and followed a safe and dependable schedule. Total trip was only 2 days (it could have been 4-6 days), and pickup/dropoff process was super convenient. Great job!

I wasn’t going to write a review but their insistence and constant email reminders pushed me to do so. They are just a broker so you’ll never know what company will ship your car or their experience. They gave me the number of the company they were using to ship my card but the agent was very confused, had difficulty putting a sentence together and frankly, couldn’t understand a basic question I had. Left me more worried than satisfied.

I contacted several auto transportation companies. Montway was the only company that honored their original quote. Montway sent status updates periodically. My SUV was delivered when promised. My car was in great shape, the delivery driver went over the condition of my car with me. I’m happy to report no issues. The delivery driver was very polite and accommodating. It was a little tough finding a carrier at first, but then again we are in the Keys and we need to depend on carriers coming all the way down here. Once we got one, driver Alex was great. Very professional. Shipped the car in the worst blizzard in the Northeast, but it got there pretty as you please. Price was as contracted, no problems.

I needed two autos shipped from Malibu, CA to Ocala, FL area that was essential they arrive within a specific timeframe. Montway arranged the enclosed transport and everything worked as scheduled. The driver was a young man that definitely knew weekday he was doing. He had both cars loaded within an hour and unloaded just as quickly. Montway had a driver who did not speak any English and since I had to chase him down a little bit. But he would pick up the phone and we were able to communicate. He also kept me informed and he arrived on time. He got the vehicle where it needed to be and I got a phone call that it was there. It was transported from Colorado to South Carolina and it took two and a half days. Also, the gentleman back at operations had perfect English and was super friendly. His the service was great and I had no trouble getting ahold of him.

My experience with Montway was good. I've done it twice and both experiences have been fine. My most recent one was from Colorado to Tennessee and it was perfectly fine. The guy was very communicative. He picked it up a little bit late, at midnight, but it was fine and it got here super on time. I was really happy with this last driver. The cost was good too. It cost the same amount to go from Colorado to Tennessee that we paid from New York to Colorado two years ago. We were really happy with the quote. I got another quote that was $300 more and I decided to go with Montway because I had already used them. The first time, my car got a little bit of a bumper ding. But this time, that didn't happen.

When I called Montway, the gentleman who helped me on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and professional. I shipped a Honda Civic to Hawaii and the quote they gave me was in line with everybody else's. But none of the drivers spoke English and they drove the car from its parking spot to the truck with the handbrake on. Despite that, they kept me updated and everything was there when the car was delivered to my son. Everything went well with him on that end as well.

We’ve had to find locations for the pick-up that were close to my homes and were able to find a suitable road nearby. In Palm Beach Gardens, they parked outside on a military trail and put the car back out. I've been very pleased with the driver. He did a walkaround and pictures were taken. He provided me a list of options or what he has seen. They've done both at the pick-up and drop-off of the automobile. There was timeliness with Montway. Majority of the cases, I was able to get the car picked up and dropped off exactly when I wanted.

Montway's reps were responsive and knowledgeable, but it was weird because I talked to one person and I left him a voicemail, then someone else called me back about it. But they got back to me quickly at least. For the transport, the driver got a giant truck here to meet me at a place around the corner. Then he had to drop the car off down the road, a little ways. But he was professional and courteous. Other than that, my car was on the back of the truck and the driver took a tollway. And because the camera got a picture of my license, I got a toll bill for $20. I tried to complain to the toll company and to Montway and the driver. Montway said I should call the driver, so I did. But he said he was not going to do anything. He said my car was on the road and I got to pay for it. But besides that toll thing, working with Montway was easy and their price was pretty reasonable.

I've used Montway three times now. When I called them, they were very good on the telephone. They did the transports in a timely fashion and usually, it was done on the early part of the timeline they gave me. They also contact you before to tell you when they're picking up the vehicle. Then they give you the name and phone number of the driver. I have called after six days to see exactly when he'd be delivering and if he didn't answer, he called me back. Everything was great and the price was fair. Montway is the best car carrier that I ever had and they're a pleasure to do business with. If anybody ever asked me a car service to ship a car anywhere in the United States, I would highly recommend Montway.

I needed the car transported back to where it was restored and I used Montway to get it from New Jersey to Huntersville, PA. They showed up on time and I had no problem communicating with them. The transport was fast and the car got there exactly when they said it would. Also, the cost was perfect and the price I paid was the same as what they quoted me. Everything was done exactly as they said and I was totally happy. I will use them again if I need to.

Montway was great. The transport was from San Francisco to Atlanta, Georgia, and it was super quick. Communication was great too. I had to get somebody else to get the car for me on the other end because it was so much faster than I expected, and that was super easy. The whole thing was really easy.

We've had two straight years of excellent experience. Our recent was the same price as last year. We will book Montway Auto Transport again here shortly to get the car back to Indiana.

I got three quotes, and Montway was the most established, and they had really good pricing, too. I did ask for a discount and they took off a couple of hundred dollars. I worked with two representatives. I shipped two vehicles, and both reps were responsive and easy to work with. The transport was from Honolulu to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The process was a little different because, from Honolulu, the cars got shipped on a boat, but Montway coordinated everything with the shipping company and the receiving facility. Receiving it, because I wasn't here yet, I signed a waiver. They were able to get it off the 18-wheeler and they drove it to my residence. The car was in good condition. As far as the second vehicle, I was able to meet up at a huge parking lot for the 18-wheeler to disembark the vehicle. I was able to get it, and it was in good condition as well.

Montway Auto Transport met the deadline. The price was great. The delivery was a success. But on a personal level, I had an issue with the driver. He was rude to my husband at the time with the delivery. They argued. They were about to fight. My husband said there was a dent on the car. But the bill of lading didn't show that. He wouldn't give us the paper to sign off on to say that it was damaged. We contacted Montway and they were supposed to get their lawyers involved. But they never did anything else with it. So, at that point I said I wouldn't use them again for personal, but I still continue to use them for business. They do a great job, but sometimes they need to give the customer time to finish the transaction before they start calling. If I'm in the middle of doing something, they will constantly call me about the order that I'm still in process with and that can be a little irritating sometimes.

I used Montway Auto Transport to transport my motorcycle. Setting it up was just a few clicks. And the questions I had, I was able to call customer service to verify. For example, the amount of fuel that I could get away with on the vehicle when shipping. I got a very good deal. And the fact that it was insured for 10,000 as well was a very comforting factor in making my decision.

It was very easy to set up a transport with Montway Auto Transport. Also, their quote was reasonable. They brought the car to my door. And they coordinated everything very well.

When the car was picked up, the communication with the driver was good. I didn't deal with the driver because he dropped it off to my friend, but I was told that he accommodated my friend for the time of delivery. So, it was good too. I'm happy.

The only hiccup over the whole process was that I didn't know the lead time to make the arrangements for the vehicle. So I called in early mid-November and the Montway reps turned around and scheduled this thing at the end of November when I clearly stated I didn't need it sent down till the end of December. So there was some back and forth with their dispatch. But at the end of the day, we got it all rectified. If I had to use them again, I would.

The driver was cool. He picked up my truck and then he sent me the bill of lading. He reached out to me while he was on the road. The car was in good condition when it was delivered. The quote that they gave me was accurate. It was more expensive than what I could have paid, but my truck got where it needed to.

I called Montway and reserved two months ahead. They kept my card on file. But they didn't charge me. Then a day before my pickup date, they gave my number to a truck company and they called me and told me that they were calling on behalf of Montway and they were gonna come to pick up my car. So they gave me time. I was not able to get hold of driver because he did not speak English. So I was in contact with the courier company, who was the owner of the truck, and they were able to help me. They were able to help me communicate with the driver.

I've used Montway twice. I was active duty US Navy and I needed my car transported from Missouri to Washington. I didn't wanna put a bunch of miles on my car and Montway was recommended by a friend of mine in the Navy. The second time I used them was when I had the car transported again from Washington to Missouri. I got to interact with the driver during the second transport and he was very polite and professional. He kept in touch with me with anything going on with my car.

I've used Montway three times. And all three times, they were great. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and hardworking guys.

My experience with Montway was good and the price was right. The only difficulty was that I was in a condo and the trailer that carried the vehicles could not park in the areas where I was. So I had to do a little driving, not too long, to meet the guy because of that. Other than that, the communication was good both by email and by phone. They were very thorough in taking pictures of the car before and after. They were also very good about what they were doing.

They had some kind of residue in them, which could have been from the vehicles above, and I had to clean it up.

Montway was recommended to me by my apartment complex. I've seen a lot of scams out there and it was good that they recommended somewhere legit. I moved out of state from California to Seattle and set up a vehicle transport service on the online portal. I could just type in the address and they would come pick it up at that address. I did everything online at first, then I had someone call. The transport was great. We paid extra for the vehicle to come a little earlier and they came on that time, then they dropped it off when we were expecting it, if not a bit earlier. They brought the vehicle directly to us, and I was very happy with the cost. It was a fair price. Overall, I would recommend Montway.

I purchased a car from out of state, and I set up the transport through email, then someone called me when the transport was happening. Originally, Montway was going to drop the car off at my home and it was gonna take just a couple of days. However, they couldn't drop it off at my house because it was on a semi, so we ended up meeting at the casino. I wasn't in touch with the driver until he got there and he contacted me through a text. Our interactions were really polite and very professional. He got my car for me and it was in great condition. He also made sure I was okay. The car is a Prius and I wasn't used to starting it, so I was taking a while. The driver made sure that I was able to start and drive the car, which was nice.

Setting up the transport was great, and the pickup was perfect. The driver and I had great communication before he came, and he drove right down the street. I told him where to park because we live in a court and it was easy for him. He had an easy eight ways to turn around. During pickup, the driver took lots of photographs and notes. He took more than I did. The vehicle was picked up in California and dropped off in Texas, and it took the exact amount of days that Montway said.

My experience with Montway was solid. They were responsive, and they came when they said they were gonna come and did what they said. The transport was from Philadelphia to Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the communication was good. They told me when they were gonna show up and also gave me a call when they were on their way to the drop-off point.

Montway's price was competitive. It was roughly around what others were offering but a bit cheaper. Therefore, I went with them. I did the initial part online, then I talked to one of their folks on the phone. I purchased a '96 Toyota T100 out of state, and it sounded like the person that handled the pickup thought everything went normally, was contacted, and within a few hours, had the driver there. The only negative thing was there was some phone tag being played with them contacting me, me contacting the pickup person and relaying specific pieces of information. I had communicated that I was not at the pickup location, but I don't think it was clear to Montway or the driver. It was not too bad though. I was on the delivery side, and the vehicle arrived as I expected. Overall, I had a good experience, and I would recommend them.

I talked to the driver, and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The transport process was very good too. Montway was punctual. They showed up when they were supposed to and dropped the car off the same day they said they would. Everything worked out fine, and we're gonna use them again when we go back home in April.

I was very happy with Montway and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They transported a vehicle for me from Washington State to Washington, D.C. It took four days, which was fast. The driver was great. We texted and he was responsive. The whole process was pretty seamless and even though Montway was a third party, they seemed reliable.

Montway was fabulous. The staff was wonderful, and they were patient and kind. The cost of the transport was great, and the communication with the driver was good as well. He's got a bit of a thick accent, but we worked it. It was cool. My car was a little more difficult. Tesla cars all messed up underneath. The tires wear from the inside out. It's a bunch of crap, so I'm not gonna blame anybody.

I had to have my car shipped down to my daughter in Florida. The gentleman I spoke to at Montway was very professional. He sent me the agreement, explained everything that was down there, and told me exactly what I had to pay at one end and on the other end. The quote was very good, too. The pickup was astronomical with the two gentlemen that came. They told me the delivery time would be anywhere from two to three days. But I told them I needed the car at such a time and they said no problem. The gentlemen came up for the pickup on one day in the daytime, and it was delivered down to Florida the next day. The car arrived in excellent condition and the way they picked it up is the way it came. I'm going to use their people to get back to where I live. Also, one of my friends who's looking for an auto transporter called me up and I told him to contact Montway.

BEWARE! DO NOT ship with Montway! This was Not my first time shipping a vehicle but it Was the first time shipping with Montway. Montway does not screen the carriers they contract to ship your vehicle adequately. The carrier they contracted named "Midnight Express Trucking" caused thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle. Montaway claims they will help with "arbitration" with the carrier in the event your vehicle is damaged. Montway required that I obtain multiple repair quotes, send multiple documents and pictures (which I did), just for them to say they "reached out to the carrier and received no response." They then advised me to contact the carriers insurance company on file. The so called "insurance" ended up being basically fraudulent. The phone number listed for the carriers insurance was fake.

I called an agent to inquire about shipping a 1930 Model A. I told the agent that another carrier came to pick up the car and couldn't drive it and left. I was told by the agent that nothing would be charged to my card until the car was safely loaded on a carrier so based on this information I booked the transport. The next day my card was charged and my car had not been picked up. I called to cancel the order and I was charged a $239. fee. I was lied to by the agent to get my business.

Montway Auto Transport has been in business for a long time and the price was better. Also, the rep was very helpful. He helped me figure out the dates, when I wanted the car to arrive, because I had never done it before. Thomas called and said where he was, and it was on the day that I was expected it. It was right across the street from where we lived. He was a good guy. The car was dusty, but that was expected. It was in an open transport vehicle. So, we had the car washed, but it was not bad.

The reps were all very nice and helpful. The pick up at my home was good and easy. They gave me a window of within five days of the date that they gave me, and they were there on the third day. The man who took the car was very nice. So from my house, it went to California and then got on the ship. It got on right away because I was moving to Hawaii and it got here really fast. I was not expecting it to be as fast as it was. It got here in about two weeks. It was a good experience. I've recommended Montway to a couple of other people who are looking into transport. So I would use them again if I had to.

I gave Montway all the information they needed and then I paid them over the phone with the credit card. It was very easy. I did everything over the phone. Everything went along very smoothly. At the last minute, I had to change where to drop the car off. So I called Montway and told them the new destination. They looked it up and they said, "1.7 miles. That's no problem." I was very happy with them. My mechanic said that the fee that they charged was very, very reasonable. He was very impressed with them also.

Everything was great in my experience with Montway. We were buying a car from our in-laws that live in Michigan and we live in Las Vegas and we were really busy. Setting up transport was an easy and fast thing to do. The car got here and it was good. The quote was also affordable.

There were several numbers, and it was confusing, but after conducting some research, I found that Montway was the best company with the best price. One of the most impressive facets of their company was Carlos, the guy who shipped the vehicle. He was really good. He was fast as well as professional when he loaded and unloaded the car.

Montway's reps were very professional, responsive, and transparent. They helped make sure that the truck was a guaranteed pickup and drop-off. They also helped with the communication through and through. The quote they gave was reasonable and 100% accurate.

We had to transport our Lexus 350 from Iowa to Florida. I liked the person from Montway that I worked with on the phone. They were helpful and very reassuring. They got us a good price. They got the car down here when we needed it. The driver called to let me know when he would be delivering it. It got down quickly. So, it was a good experience using Montwa. Montway's price was right, and they delivered the car on time. Everything went wonderfully. I shipped an electric Cadillac. The discussions were just before the truck showed up. They had to schedule my car, and they couldn't schedule it within a couple of weeks. That was fine. They told me how the schedule works, so they were knowledgeable and they provided me with an idea of when they're gonna show up and if they would show up on time.

Their quote is too high, but everybody plays the same. It's expensive to ship our car, but it's also expensive to drive it. They're a good company. Use them.

We transported a Nissan Rogue for about 1,200 miles thru Montway and it took approximately three days. They were less expensive than a couple of other companies and were really professional. The quote they gave us was very reasonable and spot-on. I talked to the driver a couple different times and he was very knowledgeable and very polite. They were on time for the delivery and it worked out really well. Montway's service was fast, efficient, and as promised.

Montway is based out of Schomburg which is close to where I lived. I called to inquire and got a quote. They emailed it over to me right away. Then they continued to follow up via text, email, and voice mail. I spoke with people that were knowledgeable. The driver was great to communicate with. I like that I was able to text with him to figure out exactly what time he was coming, or at least get a window of time, because I was still in Chicago at the time when my car was getting dropped off here. It was helpful that my roommates could get the car and I could give them a time frame of when the driver was gonna show up. He dropped it off in perfect condition. The service was awesome. I love Montway.

I called multiple places and Montway had the best quote. The customer service person I talked to was original. He was super nice to talk to. He gave me the price of how much belongings I could put in the car and how much more would be for going more than 100 pounds over. I got the driver's name and phone number for a contact, and they said that they could be picking the car up as early as that Monday or Tuesday. I had to take my sister to the airport on Monday so I called the driver. He said, “That's no problem at all. I'll be there on Tuesday morning.” That was super nice of him. He was on time for the pickup. He talked to me and took pictures of everything. He said that the car would probably get there Thursday or Friday because he was gonna be going all the way through California. I flew out that Wednesday and the following morning, the car was here. It was fantastic.

I compared fares of different companies and Montway has the best price. I needed it because we were coming to a distant location for a long time. We were gonna fly down and ship a car. Setting up the transport was easy. I did it online. I called the gal that I booked with and took it off the computer and made a human contact. It worked very well. The pick-up was fine. The driver called and he said he wanted to come someplace. I gave him a better option and we met him at a trucker stop. There was no problem and it was very close to our house. He photographed everything and did a very thorough inspection. However, he came very late. He came at 11:30 at night. I have a designated person to pick it up. The truckers were more difficult to deal with than the brokers. But the condition of the vehicle was excellent. It was the same as I sent it.

My experience with Montway was very positive. I was relocating from northern Virginia to California. They shipped my Acura. I got the estimate online, and everything they did was as they advertised. The estimate was competitive with other companies I researched. The driver was very considerate and accepted my suggestion about where to meet. I wanted to have a place that was safe and easy for him to get to. I explained what personal commitments I had and he was able to work around a schedule that I had. Then when it came time to deliver the vehicle, he was able to even deliver it one day earlier and we met at a location.

I put in some information on a form online and then somebody called me back really quickly to confirm those details and to get more information. The driver who was scheduled to transport my mom's car confirmed with my mom about four days into the seven-day window that the guy that I talked to said he would contact her in. So he connected with her. Talking to the person and scheduling and the price were fine. We ended up paying what we were quoted. The price was cheap.

Montway's price was good and they had good online reviews. Also, setting up the transport was easy to do.

Montway is a good contact and service. They picked the vehicles up when they said they were gonna pick them up. The driver was good and friendly. The delivery was right on time.

Montway had a good reputation and it was good pricing. I’d recommend them. Their customer service was great. They asked us to move our date, which we accommodated. It wasn't ideal but it was okay.

I used Montway to bring my Lexus here and they did the job well. They were a day late, but I didn't care. It was a matter of communication that didn't work out well. Besides that, the pick-up was done in a manner that I could work with. I had a representative deliver the car to the parking area where they could retrieve the vehicle, and it got to the destination. My sister picked up the car, and she said the driver was very courteous and managed to get the delivery to the destination within the time frame that he said he could. He got delayed because the weather was very bad out in the Washington, D.C area, at the destination.

I called Montway and set up the pick-up date. However, that was a screwed-up deal, ‘cause the person that originally took the order said that they’d pick the car up on a specific date within two or three days, but when it come closer to it, nobody would give me an exact date of when they were coming. Some of them even said it might be 10 days later. They were within the two days of picking the car up though. The driver pulled in a road across the street from the RV park where I worked, and I drove the car over there. I took some photos, and he took a bunch as well. He also removed the external antennas and pulled it up on the truck. My wife was here in Texas for the drop-off and she said everything was fine. The car was just dirty.
