I had two trucks transported. The driver was given the two titles, yet did not give them to Lotus. We were not aware and we thought that the titles were going to be mailed. I have called multiple times and nothing has been resolved. I was lastly informed that the driver/company would mail me the titles but that never happened.

I was looking to get my vehicle transported from Ohio to South Carolina, and I used Montway. They were recommended by some people in the Poconos who've used their services and were satisfied in the past. The setup was very easy, and the quote was reasonable. The vehicle was picked up in Ohio at our condominium with a small, one vehicle trailer and taken to another location where it was put on a multi auto transport. They told me when it would be delivered roughly. And it was delivered within at least two hours of what they gave me as an estimate. They called me when they were close, then when they were getting off the interstate. I told them where to go to drop it off and when. They said they would call me when they were there and unloading it, and they did. I arrived and the car was in good shape. They took lots of photographs before and after, and I could see that there was no damage. So, I was very pleased.

The driver was exceptional. When he was going over the car with me, he went over everything that he had marked on it when he picked it up. He saw these little tiny things that I didn't even see. The car also came three days early.

Montway's driver was great. He was very professional, and he did the transport very quickly. It was much quicker than I expected and the condition of the vehicle was the same as I gave it to them.

Montway gave me the best quote. Some people gave me cheaper quotes, but I didn't trust them because they didn't have any website. But Montway has everything, and they have good reviews as well. I had them transport my car from California to Virginia. When I called them the first time, they answered my questions. They sent me emails too. We scheduled the pickup, and everything was perfect. Once they picked up the car, they told me it would take two to three days. They were prompt and I got the car in perfect condition. The driver was excellent. When he picked the vehicle up, he called me. When he dropped it off, he called again and I met him. If we have to move somewhere else, I will use Montway again.

Montway has done a job a couple of times for me and I was satisfied. They showed up. The drivers were very nice. This latest time, the transport took longer than it ever was before. But I had moved and I was in a little more of a remote area than right near Manhattan. So, I thought that might have been the reason. It used to get there in two days. It took four and a half days this time, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, the car arrived in one piece. I recommended Montway to a few different people already.

Someone else used Montway when they moved their car and had a positive review, so I used them. I relocated and moved to Illinois from California and the transport took four days. It was short. The communication with the driver went very well and he was nice and kind. It was a good experience.

I used Montway Auto Transport to move two vehicles from North Carolina to New York. Initially, I learned about them through a relative who had used them as well. BEWARE. READ THE FINE PRINT. IF THE TRANSPORTER DAMAGES YOUR VEHICLE MONTWAY WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE. They did that to me. The transporter they hired damaged my vehicle then cancelled and said they couldn’t transport it but they didn’t even tell me about the damage. Now I’m stuck with a 6k repair and Montway told me they are not responsible for the damages that I have to contact the transport company that they hired

Don’t Use Montway or ABA Logistics. Montway is an auto transport broker who does not stand behind the company they hire to transport your automobile. I had my car picked up in Md and transported to Fl. The car had 200 more miles on it than when they picked it up. Pictures of the odometer before and after proved it. They did nothing and the transporter themselves did nothing and would not call me back. Use another company….

I was traveling for two or three months, and it was a better deal than renting a car. I looked at two different companies and was impressed with Montway’s commercial and write-up, they claimed to be number one. I called them and was very happy with the information they provided.

When buying a car here in Hawaii, the dealerships would put on at least a $5000 markup called an adjusted market value, and they all seem to have a monopoly for new vehicles. A lot of people would reach out to Seattle and California and they buy one and the dealer there gives it to them under MSRP. It's then cheaper to have it shipped out than to buy one here from the dealership.

Called to book a transport for a Ford truck on Nov 27, 2024. Confirmed the booking and was told pick would be scheduled the week of Dec 2. As of today (Dec 9), still no driver assigned and they said they can find a driver faster if we're willing to pay more?!? They quoted the transport when I booked it and now they're trying to gouge after the booking!

All personnel were very accommodating and understanding to my travel schedule. Drivers were very understanding and helpful—- never complained about pick up or delivery either from my gated community in Florida or the very rural community where the car was delivered in Long Island. Also, very conscientious about condition of car. I would definitely recommend Montway to anybody.

We had a car transported from the very small town of International Falls, Minnesota, to Cape Canaveral Florida. The first company we hired continued to give us a “runaround” regarding the pick-up date. They would not come out and say they could not get a driver to come all that way. First truck they contracted had maintenance issues so that held things up a bit. True to their word, they did find another driver/truck and the process from there was smooth and went very well. His diligence, time, and thoughtfulness were outstanding from start to finish. The time and meticulous detail that Samat made to make certain that my car was not damaged was perfect.

We had a great experience and would use Montway again if needed! Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Car was picked up and dropped off right on time. Moving from Indiana to Cali would have been too long of a drive to do driving alone- Montway made it possible to easily get our cars across the country and more comfortable too.

My car was transported from Dallas, TX to Boca Raton, FL. The car was most likely on top and the license plates were not covered and I was charged tolls along the way. I did blackout the NTTA toll tag. It cost me about $100 in tolls for no reason. I went to NTTA in Dallas & they won’t reimburse me.

Overall experience was very positive, with clear communication of vehicle pickup and drop off dates, and a very simple process. Only minor issue I would note was that my car was on the first deck, underneath another vehicle that was dripping oil, so I had to pay for a proper detailing to ensure the residue was fully removed--a simple wash was insufficient.

When you're waiting for something, and you're sending your very expensive vehicle and wondering where they are, it's not so much fun, but they took care of all that. I heard Montway did a lot of transport for the military, and I figured they must be pretty decent because they wouldn't wanna lose a big contract with the military. So they would probably perform in good style. It was a little disconcerting because they couldn't tell me until the very end when the car would be picked up. I had to make a plane reservation, and I was depending on them to be there before I had to go to the airport. But I didn't hear that till a couple of days before. So I was just a little nervous that I didn't know beforehand. It was fine. I couldn't believe they got across the country in two and a half days. So it was cool.

I transported a vehicle for around 2,000 miles, from Tennessee to California. And I used Montway because when I looked them up online, I saw that they have good reviews. 

A neighbor recommended Montway to me. My experience setting the transport up was very good. The transport organizer was very easy to work with. It was a 1,200 mile trip, and it took three days to get down there. I was on the pickup and delivery side of the trip. Pickup was on the side of the road in a very accessible location, and same with the drop-off. They gave me a location in a parking lot to meet them. The driver knew his truck inside and out and knew the way to put the vehicle in so that it would be protected. Very professional, he was great.

I looked on the internet and Montway had the best reviews, so I decided to go with them. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The quote that they provided felt like it was very reasonable. Shipping two cars across the country was definitely cheaper than using a moving pod.

I paid for a premium service that would be door-to-door for a brand-new car. They ended up sending a tow truck that damaged the car. That brought it to their long-haul shipping center, and that was then shipped to me. The driver for the long haul was really nice, and I liked him. He pointed out the damage to the car, and I appreciated that. Also, there was a guaranteed pick-up within a two-day period, and they missed that.

Picking up of car in Florida. My part of this was the car being delivered. (Delivered on 9/9/24) no problem, it was perfect. The problem was the picking up of the car, this was to be on 9/6/24. The man took a day off, but you did not pick up till 9/7/24. I think this was very unfair to him. That is my take on this matter.

My enclosed transport Nashville, TN to Fairfield, CT was on schedule, good value, with good communication throughout the process. One glitch; pickup delayed half a day due to lift gate failure to operate. All else as promised.

Montway transported my little 1941 Bantam Coupe from Glendale Arizona to Ferndale Washington without a single problem. They picked up the vehicle on time and notified the seller when they would arrive and met that commitment. The first car shipped from Texas to Nevada was a 5 star experience! They picked it up on the first day, and it got there in 3 days. Super impressed. The second car was picked up 2 weeks later from Texas to Nevada. It was picked up on the last day promised, and delayed on arrival due to weather. The driver was not communicating with us and we had to continually call for updates. Not impressed, but the car arrived undamaged.

Montway explained each step of the vehicle transport process clearly. I had a few schedule constraints due to travel. Montway first made sure they understood those constraints, and arranged things so that everything happened, on both the pickup and delivery ends of the transport, exactly as they told me it would. The only surprise to me was how quickly the delivery was accomplished. I recommend them with no reservations and I would use them again.

We bought a car in Montville, New York and I live in Washington State. The company we bought it from recommended Montway. We said to please give us someone that has a covered one, pretty good quality, and where we don't have to worry about the car getting any scratches or dents and he recommended them. The driver was awesome and was a very good communicator. He let us know that he was staying overnight and he would be in the place we were supposed to meet. Then, he called us the next morning saying he was an hour and a half out. We met him down there and it was absolutely great. We didn't have to worry about anything. The gentleman was very careful with the car and made sure we were happy before we left.

There was a time when they couldn't pick up the car from the address indicated. Instead, they had my daughter drive all the way to a nearby Meijer. This was in the middle of the night, but the rep assured me that they were going to be there to pick up the car right away and send my daughter home right away. I explained to them that this was a young girl and I didn't want her out by herself in the middle of the night and middle of nowhere, and they were very helpful. The car was handed to us, paid the balance, and that was it. The price was very fair.

You did a great job on transport... The only issue I have is the rear window was broken.. It was fixed but the trim pieces, rubber around the window are missing and one strip is coming off.. Montway's reps were very professional. I used the chat to book the transport and it was easy. The pickup point was in Huntsville, Alabama and the delivery was in Lawrence, Michigan. They picked it up a day earlier than scheduled and they got it there in 24 hours. They were very quick. It was picked up from a family friend of mine's house because I was driving to my new home 1,000 miles away, so I wasn't going to be there for pickup. But she said that the driver was really good about it. Then, the vehicle arrived in the same condition as as when it was given to them. The cost was a little bit expensive, but the car made it here good and that's all that matters.

My experience with Montway was very pleasant. The transport was from Boulder, Colorado to Richmond, Virginia. Everything worked out very well. I was very pleased with them. I would use them again and recommend them again.

I always knew about Montway. I used them because I liked the third-party interaction that holds the driver accountable if they mess up. Setting the transport up was easy. I just did it over text messaging. And if I needed to talk to somebody, they would call back. It was a good experience. And then, the transporter messed up. He ran out of gas and my daughter had to drive an hour to go pick up her car. Luckily, her friend took her to do it. So, when I told them about it, they dropped the price by 150 bucks.

My nephew said, "Try this other company." I didn't know the name of it. He gave me the phone number and it wound up being Montway Auto Transport, less expensive, and faster. They said, "Yeah, we could do that. When do you want it done?" The driver called me a total of five times. He called me the night before when he first got the job, asked me if I would like a call the following morning early when he was leaving to pick up the car down south. I said, "Sure, that's fine if you want to. I'm up early." He called me at 8:00 maybe and said he was on his way to pick up the car.

I talked to one of the men. He explained to me how it worked and somebody would call me. I went on trust that that was what would happen. I did not get a call. I had to call them back because I wasn't sure if it would happen. It was the first time I've done that. But I was impressed with the driver. I had already moved, and I was in Kentucky. I was going to have a friend meet the driver and open the door for him so we could get my car out of the garage. My house was empty. The movers had taken everything. The car sat in the garage. The driver called me and said he would be there at 11:00 p.m. I said, “I can't ask my friends to stay up till 11:00 p.m. to come over and meet you. If I give you the combination to the garage, can you open the garage and get the car out?” He said, “Yeah.” I said, “Take a picture after you do that where I can see that the garage door is down.” He did, and he sent it to me. He was very honest and good to do that. I wasn't impressed with the 11:00 p.m. pick-up time.

Montway Auto Transport's customer service guy sounded good and trustworthy. The price quote was reasonable. He communicated well back and forth, gave me a text message. There were some gaps in some information that I needed, he gave me a call back as soon as possible. It only took three weeks for my car to come. I was pleased. It was good communication all around. There was always communication as far as when they would come, calling me when my vehicle was shipped to Hawaii, where I need to pick it up at.

I booked with Roadrunner first and they canceled on me last minute. So I decided to try Montway and they came through very quickly for me. I would recommend them. The driver was very nice.
