I did some Google searching, then I looked at the reviews, and I tried to find a service that deals with more luxury cars, and I saw a lot of pictures of people using Montway for their nicer cars. The vehicle I transported was a coupe. It was good.

Also, when I was having trouble. It was a complicated situation where the guy I was buying the car from was not always there, so I had to work around the schedule, and it was around the new year. So this company was very good about helping me choose a time that would work for me and for the seller. I talked to three to four people, and each one was very professional, and I was impressed by that. They emailed me back when they said they would, and did things in a businesslike way. It was actually really nice.

My experience with Montway was great. They hooked me up with an outfit out here in Orange County, California, and they picked up the car on Monday and delivered it on Friday, all the way to Florida. It was a good experience, and I appreciate them. And when you do that, you don't hesitate to forward the information to someone else so that they can benefit.

I live in Arizona and my father lived in Indiana, and when he passed away, I got his car. I had to get it to Arizona and I didn’t want to drive it that far. So, I hired Montway to bring it out to me. I called and got the pricing. They explained the process, and they gave me a date when they would pick it up. They showed up on time, and they delivered it early.

Within the last year, I was named fleet manager, and we have vehicles all over the country. And I had to have them transported back here to Birmingham. I got online and looked for vehicle transports and came up with Montway. They had good ratings, so I chose them. I have been using them ever since.

We were relocating off island, and we researched a few different transportation services. Montway Auto Transport had good ratings. When we spoke to them, they were very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and quick with being able to answer our questions. They had the scheduling done.

I live in New York and I have a vacation home that I just built in Arizona. I'm gonna be moving to it once I retire, but my 80-year-old mother and my partially disabled brother wanted to move there. It was too long of a drive, and we figured to transport the car and just fly. I googled the best moving companies and Montway came up.

I went with them based on reviews, dependability, and recommendations as far as military is concerned. Setting up the transport for my 2020 Kia Forte was easy and the rep I dealt with was very helpful as far as expectation for what details I needed to have. They answered every question to the best of their knowledge. If there was something they couldn’t find at a time, they were able to get back to me quickly.

I needed to get a vehicle from an old town I was in, to where I was currently living – to towns away. It wasn’t safe to drive on the highway. I was shopping around online to see who would charge for what per mile. And as far as reliability and price were concerned, Montway was about the best option I had, regionally. I needed someone that could tow long range without charging a premium per mile. And long range here, people only go one town over before they start bumping up price like crazy.

I moved to a different state. I shipped a CRV and a Toyota Corolla through Montway. They had good reviews and I thought they were trustworthy. Their rep told me how it’s gonna work step by step and what I was supposed to look at. He spoke very highly about how he can do the job well. The delivery was done really well. They called me, took pictures, showed me the cars and brought them to me. The price is reasonable but could have been worked about.

I was moving from Cleveland, Ohio to Las Vegas, Nevada. The person from Montway that booked me was a little bit too stiff. It was my first time so I really didn’t get a good bargain like I was advised but I was running out of time and I really needed my truck shipped so I could pack up my stuff before the month ended so I could leave that house. Montway’s price was too much but I didn’t want to sit there and go back and forth because he was not bending when it came to me putting some luggages in the truck so I let it be.

I didn’t know Montway at all. I just googled them and didn’t really shop around. The customer service from them was very good and the vehicle delivery went fine. Overall, it was a good experience.

My son was moving to college, from Arizona to Texas, and we were referred to Montway. Customer service was positive. The quote was competitive compared to other quotes that we had received. The best part was interacting with the individual who picked up the vehicle and dropped it off. We had no issues. He was super friendly and just a really nice guy. He took it to the college and we had somebody meet him there to receive the vehicle.

The person I talked to from Montway was wonderful. He was delivering it to my niece's house and he called me when he said he would. Then I called her to tell her that it's on its way. He called me again when he was there. Everything went fine and there was good communication.

I transported my Acura RDX from New York to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Everything was grade A, 100%, top tier. I looked through maybe five other vendors, and this was the cheapest. They were able to answer everything I had. I don't think it could have been any faster. It was delivered less than two days later. I already recommended them to a friend. That's how pleased I was with Montway.

The staff was very helpful and always courteous. The driver was honest and so accommodating and very kind and professional. My only negative feeling was being charged all the extra money for additional weight which deemed to be quite profitable. I was most appreciative for being able to bring more personal items.

I've used them several times to transport my truck or customer cars. Great customer service and pricing. Always available and on time. Open or enclosed transportation available. Vehicle tracking and estimate pick up and drop off times are very accurate. I will probably used them again in a few months when car show season starts.

Montway is outstanding. This is not the first time I have done this, but it never has gone this smoothly. From the first phone call to keeping me updated while on the road I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have recommended this company already to several friends. Thank you. Great communication. Near immediate responses to emails. They matched me up with an excellent shipping company with professional staff. Their fees were reasonable. I chose the one-week range option. This worked well enough, but I think I would choose to schedule an exact date next time. This company did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional; and no gimmicks or multiple different operators calling you. Transported car in timely fashion with no delays or concerns. Driver was easy to work with as well and allowed me to see his location so I could track his location the whole way. Overall, a great experience and a dependable company.

Montway was terrific. We had some issues with our closing date on our N Y house. It was delayed weeks. In a very stressful time Montway worked with us to make sure our car transport was not something we would have to worry about. I recommend Montway for anyone who is looking to transport their car. Very professional and communicative. This is the first time we have ever shipped a car, and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. We drove across the country for our vacation, shipped the car back, and then flew home. It turned out to be a net savings, not to mention the savings in time.

The auto was picked up on the date Montway quoted. We were allowed to send items in our car. The firm they contracted with to deliver our auto was excellent. We were given the cellphone number of the driver of the transport. He was most responsible and alerted us to the approximate time that our car would be delivered. We were able to make arrangements at that time for someone to receive our car at our rental unit so it was there when we arrived. Everything went very smoothly.

Can’t say enough about the attention to details and concern for their customers that Montway Auto Transport has for their clients. I called a little early because the web app said it had arrived but wasn’t off the boat yet. We really needed are vehicle because are daughter had found a job here and needed transportation and it was getting difficult with a family of 5 going back and forth between jobs with one vehicle. They were so accommodating and we went down and had us in and out with all our I’s dotted and T’s crossed. Super friendly and informative, can’t say enough about the way they treat you. Marker lights were all broken upon arrival. Windshield was cracked when it arrived. Also the antenna was damaged. All of these issues were confirmed with the dealership to not be damaged before the truck was shipped. Photos of the damage can be provided if any compensation is offered. Other than that it was fine.

I requested the transport of my vehicle in a closed trailer. The vehicle arrived on time per the schedule provided. I received text updates until the vehicle arrived. The drive was pleasant, knowledgeable and very careful with my vehicle. I would recommend this service to anyone as it was recommended to me.

Montway Auto Transport did an excellent job delivering my Corvette across the county from Arizona to Minnesota. I was extremely pleased with the enclosed transport rig and driver; it was a very professional setup. The driver took photos during the pick up of the vehicle as well as the drop off to ensure that no damage occurred during transport. I would certainly use Montway again.

Time and again Montway Transport has proven to be the best for shipping your vehicles. The true test is that I have recommended them to a number of friends and family and everyone swears by them. They are the overall best experience. I can’t imagine using any other carrier. In fact, just last week I recommended Montway to some friends who were disappointed with their previous carrier.

I enlisted Montway to move from PA to SC. They performed as promised. The delivery was a difficult one, specifically, the drop off location. I was still on the road not able to receive the vehicle when delivered. The driver followed instructions and sent me photos when he parked my car. It reassured me that the car was where I wanted it. Scheduling with Montway was simple and very easy. Both the pickup and delivery were two blocks from my house. The guy was right on time and that was great. He also texted me to let me know what was going on every step of the way. The service was value for what I got and the money was well spent.

I liked the fact that Montway had a lot of good reviews from military movers and we're retired military. Everything from ordering, pick-up, to delivery was right on target. Everyone was professional. We used them for two vehicles on two separate occasions, like a month apart. The first one was delivered to our son because we weren't at our new home yet. They called in an hour before they got there, and they got there right when they said they would, so everything was seamless. The second vehicle, I had already relocated to the new home, and my husband was still packing up the old home. They called beforehand and everything was perfect. I was pleased with the attitude of the drivers because a company is only as good as their frontline workers. Both the drivers were kind and considerate. Even though they were foreign, they spoke good enough English that we could communicate because that's been a challenge. These two fellas had heavy accents, but they understood and spoke fluent English, so that was an advantage as well.

I bought a vehicle that was in Philadelphia and needed it transported here. A friend that’s used Montway in the past told me about them, and I just went with that. The driver was in a pickup truck pulling a trailer that could haul three. He kept in contact with me, let me know when it was coming, and everything worked well. It got delayed a little bit because of Thanksgiving, but if it wasn't for that, they would have delivered it on time or before. The price was really good. Might not have been the absolute cheapest, but super fair and everything went as planned. It was good.

Everything was great. I've used Montway several times in the last six months. We went to Scottsdale and to Florida. Then we picked the car up somewhere and brought it here. We had tracking on the phone, and Montway delivered it on time. There was no issue. Their price is not the cheapest, but it’s reasonable and they’re convenient.

The experience with the drivers was pretty easy. They came right to my door and dropped the vehicle off at the next location. They arrived and delivered on time, and the vehicle was in good condition with no issues. It looked like it did when it got picked up. I thought the cost was very reasonable. South Fork recommended Montway to me, but I couldn't find a whole lot of information about the company. I didn't know who they were, and I must have gotten a hold of some representative who gave me second thoughts to where maybe I'd better use someone else. So I tried to go with someone else, but when I did, it got worse.

Everything went great, and I didn’t have any problems. The only suggestion I would make is that I would have liked a little more information about when I would be called for the pickup. Montway said they were going to call me within five days, but it was right around Thanksgiving, so I think that’s why it took longer. They just said someone would email me.

The Jeep was transported from Oklahoma to Florida, and it was a good experience. Montway is no‑nonsense and quick about it. They take your information, show up when they say they will, and they’re on time. When the driver came, we looked over the car together. So, he went above and beyond. The car was in good condition, and nothing seemed amiss.

I’ve used Montway twice. The first time was great. The second time, the communication was okay, but they kept changing the time they would pick up. But in the end, it worked out. There was a language barrier with the driver, but it ended up fine. The transport itself was perfect, and I plan to use Montway again.

Montway came to my home. I didn't have to take the car somewhere to have it shipped, and then they delivered it. The reality is they lined up the job, and the real service is by the driver of the truck because he's the one that picks up and drops off the vehicle. BEWARE. READ THE FINE PRINT. IF THE TRANSPORTER DAMAGES YOUR VEHICLE MONTWAY WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE. They did that to me. The transporter they hired damaged my vehicle then cancelled and said they couldn’t transport it but they didn’t even tell me about the damage. Now I’m stuck with a 6k repair and Montway told me they are not responsible for the damages that I have to contact the transport company that they hired

Don’t Use Montway or ABA Logistics. Montway is an auto transport broker who does not stand behind the company they hire to transport your automobile. I had my car picked up in Md and transported to Fl. The car had 200 more miles on it than when they picked it up. Pictures of the odometer before and after proved it. They did nothing and the transporter themselves did nothing and would not call me back. Use another company….

I was traveling for two or three months, and it was a better deal than renting a car. I looked at two different companies and was impressed with Montway’s commercial and write-up, they claimed to be number one. I called them and was very happy with the information they provided.

When buying a car here in Hawaii, the dealerships would put on at least a $5000 markup called an adjusted market value, and they all seem to have a monopoly for new vehicles. A lot of people would reach out to Seattle and California and they buy one and the dealer there gives it to them under MSRP. It's then cheaper to have it shipped out than to buy one here from the dealership.

I used Montway to transport my SUV when I moved approximately 1,800 miles. The driver called ahead of time and told us that they’d be there in 15 minutes. At the pickup point, my wife was home so she gave the guy the keys. The guy loaded it up and drove off. My son was here and so he took delivery. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They did everything I needed them to do and the price was good. I would definitely recommend them.

Called to book a transport for a Ford truck on Nov 27, 2024. Confirmed the booking and was told pick would be scheduled the week of Dec 2. As of today (Dec 9), still no driver assigned and they said they can find a driver faster if we're willing to pay more?!? They quoted the transport when I booked it and now they're trying to gouge after the booking!

All personnel were very accommodating and understanding to my travel schedule. Drivers were very understanding and helpful—- never complained about pick up or delivery either from my gated community in Florida or the very rural community where the car was delivered in Long Island. Also, very conscientious about condition of car. I would definitely recommend Montway to anybody.

We had a car transported from the very small town of International Falls, Minnesota, to Cape Canaveral Florida. The first company we hired continued to give us a “runaround” regarding the pick-up date. They would not come out and say they could not get a driver to come all that way. First truck they contracted had maintenance issues so that held things up a bit. True to their word, they did find another driver/truck and the process from there was smooth and went very well. Moving from Indiana to Cali would have been too long of a drive to do driving alone- Montway made it possible to easily get our cars across the country and more comfortable too.

My car was transported from Dallas, TX to Boca Raton, FL. The car was most likely on top and the license plates were not covered and I was charged tolls along the way. I did blackout the NTTA toll tag. It cost me about $100 in tolls for no reason. I went to NTTA in Dallas & they won’t reimburse me.

Overall experience was very positive, with clear communication of vehicle pickup and drop off dates, and a very simple process. Only minor issue I would note was that my car was on the first deck, underneath another vehicle that was dripping oil, so I had to pay for a proper detailing to ensure the residue was fully removed--a simple wash was insufficient.

When you're waiting for something, and you're sending your very expensive vehicle and wondering where they are, it's not so much fun, but they took care of all that. I heard Montway did a lot of transport for the military, and I figured they must be pretty decent because they wouldn't wanna lose a big contract with the military. So they would probably perform in good style. It was a little disconcerting because they couldn't tell me until the very end when the car would be picked up. I transported a vehicle for around 2,000 miles, from Tennessee to California. And I used Montway because when I looked them up online, I saw that they have good reviews. 

A neighbor recommended Montway to me. My experience setting the transport up was very good. The transport organizer was very easy to work with. It was a 1,200 mile trip, and it took three days to get down there. I was on the pickup and delivery side of the trip. Pickup was on the side of the road in a very accessible location, and same with the drop-off. They gave me a location in a parking lot to meet them. The driver knew his truck inside and out and knew the way to put the vehicle in so that it would be protected. Very professional, he was great.
