Montway transported my car from D.C. to Texas, which took three days. The driver was very professional and nice. My vehicle got here safe and in the same condition that it left. I would use them again.

I had a fantastic experience with their service. They were incredibly professional and delivered everything on time as promised. I also appreciated how they handled all the coordination with the dealer for both pickup and drop-off, ensuring a smooth process. Even though it was across state lines, they made it all effortless, and everything arrived perfectly. Highly recommend!

I will start off by saying I never leave reviews, but my experiences with Montway are deserving of one. I have used Montway to transport my car across the country 5 times now. My first experience in 2021 was very positive, which is what caused me to keep coming back. However, every experience after the first has been progressively worse. I kept coming back, as I knew the company was not a scam, which I worry about in the car transport industry. Each time I have used Montway, I have paid more than my original quote. Their representatives call you and tell you they have found a carrier, BUT they need an additional $200-$400 to secure your spot.

Late. Poor communication. I expect that when I pay a company $2,000.00 UP FRONT that they keep their word. They keep the schedule. And they DON"T wait until the day of scheduled delivery to tell me there's a problem and it will be a day or two late. That is not professional. There is no excuse to NOT keep a customer apprised of any delays in shipping. Very poor customer service. They still want 100% of the agreed upon price, but only want to deliver a fraction of what they promised. Montway did not keep up their end of the bargain.

Very Courteous. Price was fair. When I called to ask further questions they either answered the phone or followed up quickly. Kept in contact regarding pick up and delivery. ON TIME! Arrived 2 days earlier than quoted with car. I would use again if I needed to transport another car. 5 stars!

Good service. The communication and guidance throughout the shipping process of my vehicle was very good. There was a minor issue upon arrival of my vehicle to port but I it was resolved in a timely manner after I contacted Montway representative. My car arrived in good condition and earlier than I was expecting. Montway was not the cheapest option I found for shipping my vehicle but it was the right decision.

My sister had a good experience with Montway and referred me to them. I trusted her judgment and used them as well. I got updates and the vehicle was there at the time frame they told me. When the driver dropped the vehicle, I wasn't home. He called me and brought it to where I was. There were two guys and I liked them both. Their customer service was good. I would and have referred Montway, and I would also use them again.

I was not informed that there were multiple carriers. I was not informed that my car was stored on NC and there was a failed attempt by one carrier to pick it up. The car was messy with trash inside, the mats pulled up, seats readjusted, window left open and ex pass missing (I did find it). Very sloppy.

I was relocating from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles and I chose Montway from a Google search and looking at their reviews. The transport took six days and it was all positive.

I did my research and selected Montway because of good reviews, not lowest cost. I was charged full price when the carrier was dispatched. Pickup was scheduled for Friday but the car still has not been picked up. The Montway website says: Zero upfront payment: You read that right, no upfront payment! The best auto transport companies charge you once the carrier has been dispatched for your order. So, you can book with your auto transport company now and not worry about the car shipping costs until later. This is ABOLUTELY misleading.

Montway did everything possible to make sure I was connected. I received updates on the status of my car. Montway also got my car to me in a reasonable time period. When the first contracted person fell through, in less than 24 hours another carrier was arranged and was able to bring my car to me.

I contracted Montway to transfer my car from Illinois to Nevada. They were friendly and informative. Quoted me, gave me all of the facts on what to do in preparing my vehicle for transport. Asked me the dates when I when I’d like my car to be out there when I needed it to be picked up and dropped off. Every step of the way they kept me informed, and came through with flying colors! Would have them do it over and over. I would recommend them highly again and again.

We've been using Montway for about seven years. We used them about 10 times and their quote has always been exact. We travel for the summers and always drive one car and ship another. So, we have two cars when we get to our destination. I call Montway. They set the transport up. Sometimes it's scary because they don't have a driver until the last minute, but they always get one.

We shipped an electric vehicle and Montway was able to take care of the entirety of the trip from Hawaii to the mainland and then California to Texas without having to break it up into separate transactions. The quote was fair relative to the others that we were offered. It was a little bit better because it was bundled all together, whereas some of the other companies would charge you a little bit more for both legs. And then that total would just be over what Montway was providing. The driver was good and clear on communication. They called and texted the night before and provided updates during the day. The car was taken care of properly. Everything was as we left it.

We were flying out Friday and I had to get the car on the carrier Wednesday. But the guy canceled on Wednesday morning. I talked to him the day before, confirming that he was coming. The $1200 was reasonable but I paid the extra 300 to have the guaranteed pick-up on that Wednesday and that didn't happen (they didn't reimburse me that). I didn't know what to do. I was gonna leave it at a long-term parking at the airport and have somebody flying down to pick it up. It was stressful. For about 12 hours there, I was calling the guy back. But Montway got me a guy that came the next day so it worked out. The guy that came was nice. He was straight up and was there quick. It was here the day after and everything was good. I am gonna use Montway again.

We had used Montway in the past to move a car for my daughter when she was in college, and it was very good. When we were gonna spend a prolonged period of time in Florida and needed a car, we used them again. The car got there in good shape and within the time frame they told us. We were quite happy.

I shipped an Audi Q5 2,500 miles and Montway’s customer service and quote were both satisfactory. The driver called me the day before the delivery and gave me an update where they were. Then on the day of, they arranged with the person who was accepting it. I was very pleased with the service.

Montway wasn’t the cheapest but they were reasonable and had the best reviews of others that I found. I had never shipped a car before so I wasn't familiar with it. I assumed that the date that I gave that the car would be available was when it would be picked up. But I later found out that Montway put it out to other transports and people get to bid on it. So, it shipped a little bit later than I had anticipated. I had to call back multiple times to find out what the status was. So, I would have appreciated a little bit better communication on the front end there.

My service was provided with white glove care and promptness. The company reached out and contacted me quickly and a match was done promptly. The companies that were recommended were excellent. I will use them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The transporter worked well with the auto dealer and was recommended by the car dealer.

We have used Montway for the last 3 years - twice a year, with no complaints or problems. They are always an available and willing to make changes as needed without hassle or complaint. We have been highly satisfied and will continue to use their service. Excellent! Thank you Montway and their carriers!

Hard to find any fault. Moving my late-father's car was emotional enough, but the timing of the sale of the estate and need to move vehicles meant that everything had to happen properly and on schedule. They came when they said they would, they did the work, and they got my dad's car across the country in good shape and on schedule. The driver that dropped the car was friendly and we worked together on the location that would fit the carrier (my neighborhood is a tight set of curves with cars on the side of the road). My dad's car wouldn't start when first dropped (no fault of delivery, it had sat for a year during my father's illness, so was already running rough) and the driver offered to help push the car to a nearby safe parking spot. Fortunately, the car came to life and that wasn't necessary; he could have just driven off, but instead took the waited the extra five minutes with the offer to help. Montway will be one of my first calls when moving a car again.

Montway is good and we like them. We recently used them to transport a luxury vehicle and the quote they gave was reasonable. In the end, it was just about the same as the final cost.

I used Montway when I moved from California to Florida. A week later, I was supposed to get my car. But they were late, and they changed their time a couple times. They said they were gonna be here on Saturday morning. That changed to Monday morning then Tuesday morning. I didn't have any car at all. The other thing was I live in a community. They said they couldn't drop my car in the driveway because they were gonna have a hard time getting the truck in the area. There would have been enough room if they had to. They parked my car at a nearby Walmart, which was about three blocks away from my house. They said, "We’ll leave the key in there if it's okay with you." I had to make sure that as soon as they dropped it off, I got down there real fast and get my car. I wasn't happy about that.

Somebody recommended Montway when I needed to transport a car. The delivery part was good and the cost was fair. I was satisfied.

Montway has competitive pricing and I've also had a positive prior experience with them although the price was a little bit more at the time. I used them again when I relocated and it was a very positive experience as well. I'd highly recommended them.

I was very satisfied with the delivery of my son's car from Las Vegas NV to Foothill Ranch Ca. Their rate was a lot cheaper than AAA price to take my son's car 64 miles. If ever l need a car hauled l will give Montway Auto Transport a call. Their customer service reps were great. The rate they quoted was what we charged.

The experience with Montway was great. We needed to get the car from Florida to New Jersey. They picked it up early. They gave me a week timeframe, and we ended up getting it two days early. The communication was great. The only problem was, they said they couldn't go to my street. I had to meet them in a shopping center parking lot because the truck was so big. My husband didn't think that was necessary. The driver did try to make us pay extra saying because my son had luggage in the car, but that was included. The Montway broker said that any luggage that was below the windows is fine.

I had Montway transport my Hyundai Santa Cruz. Everybody was fine. Everything was as promised.

We had our 1984 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet transported via enclosed carrier from Cle Elum, Washington to Phoenix, Arizona in June 2024. Montway handled the arrangements flawlessly from start to finish. Transfer contractor did a great job communicating pick-up time and drop-off at final destination. I had very good interactions with the customer service and the driver. It was smooth. It was very easy to use the website for the initial setup.

Montway was very responsive. Their price was the lowest among all of the others. They had an easy process and everything was just through the phone, text, or email, which was very convenient. Delivery was fine. They provided us with the location. I had to pick the car up and the location was a little bit far. But other than that, it was okay. I liked the service.

The quote that they gave me was a little high, but it was fine. I used Montway to ship my son's car to school, and then to ship it back home, and then ship it to Chicago. So, I used them three times in the last couple of years. I was impressed with their efficiency.

Everything was good. Montway Auto Transport's quote was fair. A little higher than everybody else, but they did the job. They both came and picked my things up and dropped them off when they said. The guy Joe that was the driver who was from Florida was fabulous.

I’ve had several dealings with Montway Transportation and each time the experience has been very good. The customer service is extraordinary. This last time I placed an order my car was picked up the very same day! It was delivered to destination the next day after that. And their fee was half of what other companies were quoting me. I am a classic car enthusiast and will only use Montway from now on.

I was very pleased with relocation of my vehicle. They were very accurate as to the time it was going to be picked up and driver was very courteous. My car arrived sooner than expected and again I was very pleased. This is definitely a service I would recommend. Everything went smoothly. Initially the driver assigned was not communicating well, turns out he spoke no English. Montway got involved and resolved the concerns. Horrible company. This company picked up my two cars in my town and moved them to a storage facility in my town where they sat for two days. I fired them and have a new company transporting my cars. As I write this review my attorneys are actively filing litigation for damages. Beware of this broker. Every time you call you get a different excuse and story.

Compared to others, Montway's price is cheaper. The quote was reasonable. Everything is good. I was happy with the transport. I got a very nice driver and very good customer service people. There's just one thing that I would like to have in the future. It would be nice to have a tracking device, so that we know where's the car at and have an estimate of when it arrives.

The rep was very thorough on picking up, delivering and how long things would take. I had a Buick SUV shipped from Pennsylvania to Florida, and I would have liked the quote to have been cheaper, but it was all right. Montway picked up the SUV at a school up Albright, then they contacted us when they arrived and dropped it off right outside of our condo complex.

One review I read specifically spoke of how good Montway was and the experience. They were detailed, which gave me a lot of closure on that side. Plus, the pricing was about 20 bucks cheaper than the second lowest that I found. Setting up the transport was super easy and straightforward. A week before, we scheduled everything, got the address updated and scheduled the pickup. Then a week before the pickup, I made the payment. The driver was a few hours late on the day of the transport but that's due to uncontrollable factors. He got caught in some type of backup and then, he showed up and got it on its way. He was super friendly and nice.

I bought a car in Portland and I needed to get it shipped up to Seattle. When I called Montway, the person on the other line was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He seemed like a guy I wanted to do business with. He was on top of everything and he convinced me beyond all doubt that this is the company I should go with. I felt very comfortable giving them my new car and it turned out fine. The pick up was at D&C Motors in Portland, they had the car ready and the pickup was easy. It was done on the time and the day that it was supposed to be picked up. Then, they were a little early for the delivery than I thought they were gonna be so it worked out perfectly for me.

Montway had one of the best prices we saw. The delivery was great on their end but the car got hit during transport on the last night while they were parked.

Someone gifted me a car and they live in California, and I live in Connecticut. I know someone who used Montway and had good luck and they recommended them. I went with them even though they cost more money because I felt like other companies were underbidding the job and they were gonna charge me more money anyway. Montway did not do that, and the delivery was good.

I had my car shipped from Portland to Springfield, Massachusetts. It took a little over a week, then I used Montway again from Massachusetts to Portland, Oregon. I did everything they told me, and the online experience was good. Everything was straightforward and quick too. They emailed me any time they found a driver, then the driver would give me a call to let them know when pickup would be. They were communicative in terms of updating me on when pickup would be and the estimation of when the drop-off was.

I set up the transport with Montway two months beforehand, and they contacted me a week beforehand. They told me when they were gonna pick me up. I was not happy with the time so they accommodated me and changed my pickup time, which worked out nicely. The driver came over, picked the vehicle up and delivered it seven days later. I had the his phone number and I could call him anytime I wanted to find out where they were. He told me it would take a week because they had other pickups. Then they called me to let me know they were gonna drop it off and they drove it to my door. I was happy. The price was in the realm that I was told to expect, and they did it and at that price. They were very conscientious as well. They took photos of all sections of the car so that there would be no problems with it, if there's any damage.

I like that Montway has the most flexible service and they have online booking. They were very clear about what was gonna happen next and when things were gonna happen. The pick up was very easy. They called ahead the day before and told me they set up a time. When they were an hour out, they called again and we talked about what would be a good location. They were very comfortable with where we were gonna bring the car and we moved it to the roadside. That was easy for everybody. The drivers were very helpful and polite. They took pictures as well.

I picked Montway because they weren't the cheapest, but they were reasonable. There was one that was a little higher than the other, but they were all about the same price. People have to get their car and it's expensive, but it served the purpose. However, the scheduling is frustrating because they gave a window, but when I was leaving, they still weren't there. I wanted to make sure my vehicle was picked up before I left, and I was a little anxious about that. They said, "We can pick it up today, but it's gonna be 50 more." I said, "All right," but I was a little pissed about that because it was supposed to be within a window.

It was a good choice to go with Montway Auto Transport. I submitted my code and some agent contacted me. I verified every detail for the shipment. It was good and easy. The movers contacted me one day before they arrived.

The transport broke down twice and I wasn't happy that I got a ticket from going through Texas. Texas took a picture of my license plate on the transport and sent me a $13 and some change invoice. They blocked out the transport and just showed the license plate. It was sneaky.

Montway Auto Transport's quote seemed to be in line with everybody else. We paid $50 more than we would in another transport, but the way Montway picked up and delivered was more convenient.

I was happy to pay what I paid and they kept me abreast of when they were picking up, when they were in transport and when they delivered. My daughter was there and she said everything went great.

The company was responsive and very accommodating on pick up and delivery dates. They transported my car from Ma to CA without incident. Communications throughout the process were excellent. The drivers on both ends were professional. I felt the price was fair and the value from service was in line with my expectations.

Montway worked great when I used it. Their quote seemed fair and reasonable. The driver was really nice and pulled the car off the trailer truck efficiently and safely since it's a new car.

I put the times I wanted the pickup and Montway came back with the time frame. I indicated that I wanted an early pickup because I had a flight and the drivers were there first thing in the morning. I assumed the vehicle was gonna be the first one on the truck because of that. So, it was at the end of the time frame for the drop-off, which was fine. It was the first time I did it so I didn't know what to expect. It would have been nicer early but I didn't know the process. So, it was good.

Our experience with Montway went well. We were able to get information and contact the driver and everything went smoothly. We were also able to get it delivered in a timely manner and the car was like we left it. It was in good condition. We were pleased. The pick-up was a little bit of a problem, though. The driver could not come on our street. So we had to park on a road. But it just took 15 - 20 minutes for me to get it loaded.

I was impressed with Montway's customer orientation and result orientation values. The price was reasonable. I had them bring my daughter's car from college back to home. It was picked up and dropped in the right locations. During the drop-off, I had to meet them, which was fine. It was nearby. Overall, if you need predictability as to when the car is to be picked up, just pay the cost of few tens of dollars, and then you will have the guaranteed pick-up date. So, they kept it simple. My daughter needed to keep the car for a couple of days and she didn't have the leeway or any margin of five days before or after. So, I paid less than 100 bucks, and they came and picked it at the right day. So, that was a good relief. Montway is reliable and trustworthy. In fact, I used them twice. I used them for the outbound trip. And now, after four years of the completion, I used them for inbound. So, I look nowhere else.

Montway did a fantastic job. They were very responsive after I contacted them and went out to get my cars ready because I had two vehicles. One of them, the battery was dead, so I had to put the whole thing on hold. I was really impressed that Montway followed up with me weekly just to make sure that I was still interested, which I was, and they kept my quote the same. They didn't change it. There were no surprises. The people who did the transport were very professional and nice. They did it in a timely manner and there were no issues with our vehicles at all. They knew what they were doing. They were thorough in the inspection of the car beforehand and they met the timeframe they gave us.

I was leaving the military and I needed my car shipped back home. It was easy to work with the reps at Montway and dropping off my car was easy as well. But when it got dropped off at the location, my parents were driving the car and they were telling me the rims were making a noise. But prior to delivering my car, there was no issue with my wheels, rims, or tires. It wasn't until my car got strapped onto the carrier that there was an issue. So I had to pay out of pocket to fix that issue and I didn't bring it up with Montway because I didn't think they were going to do anything. Everything else was pretty smooth.

The quote provided by Montway was reasonable. It was a 1,300-mile transport and the driver delivered right on time. Everything was fine.

I've had good luck both times that I used Montway. Once they assign you a driver, they give you his name and phone number, and it works out very well. It's always tricky shipping a car. When they pick up your car, they don't just say, "I'll be there on Friday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon." They don't just drive from the East Coast straight back to the West Coast. What they're doing is constantly stopping along the way, picking up cars, delivering cars back and forth. They can only give you an estimate time. They get close, but they can't give you exact times. When I had the car shipped out to the East Coast, they came two days early with no notice. The guy just called and said, "I'm here for your car." Thank God we had it ready to go and had it packed. But on taking it back, they were right on time. The driver was very courteous and easy to get ahold of.

My daughter was coming back from college and we couldn't make the driving. The timing didn't work. We hired Montway, and overall, the service was good. The transport only took two days. The pickup was at Duke University, and the drop-off was in a grocery store parking lot. The guy was really good. He had driven all night, and he was very personable.

The customer service representatives at Montway worked with me. They were able to help when I needed it and respond to questions that I had. The driver called me when he was not far out from the location and I met him there. He got the truck off the truck then signed some documents. I made payment but had to wait a little while for them to show if the payment was approved. Once they finally got that situated, I was on my way. The cost was perfect. There were a few changes because I had to change location.

I was shipping my car to and from Hawaii and it was the second time that I used Montway. Both of my experiences went well. The quote was accurate.

This company is a scammer, do not trust them or give them your money. I paid them a deposit to transport my car, they never picked up my car and refused to return my deposit. Their 5 star reviews are probably fake! Do not hire them check out BBB complaints against them.

It was great with Montway. They answered all my question and there was a phone call when we got closer to ask them a couple more questions. The process was straightforward. The final cost was the same as the quote so I was happy with it. A friend of mine was there to receive the vehicle and it was fast and easy.

I am very pleased with the results from start to finish. Montway Auto Transport's quote was reasonable. It was a mid-range quote. I talked to the driver when he picked it up in Florida and mentioned the need to make sure it was there for my daughter. The driver originally would drop it off at a terminal in New Jersey and have it redelivered from there. But because of the time concerns, he drove straight to my daughter's house and delivered at her property. So, it was a real advantage. He was very professional when he picked it up. Was there right at the time he said, and the extra effort at the other end.

The rep was fantastic. I contacted Montway a month before the transport and the week before the car was picked up, we went back and forth to find out what was gonna be the day because I had to be there, but it worked. I understand that when transporting a car from the East Coast to the West Coast, there are drop-offs and pick-ups. When they say they're gonna pick it up at 9:00 AM on a Monday and drop it off at 3:00 PM on a Friday, there could be lots of things that could happen in there because people may not be there and there could be weather conditions as well. But all things considered, I was very very happy. In fact, I'll use Montway again when I ship the car back in December. They did everything they said they were gonna do.

When I communicated with Montway, they were very helpful. They answered all of my questions, were very pleasant, willing to take the time to make sure that I understood everything, and verified all the information being correct. A very nice young man showed up when they were supposed to for the pick-up and on the return, the car was here when they quoted me the date. Again, it was a nice, professional person that dropped the car. Both the pick-up and the drop-off were door-to-door and there was no problem with the electronic payment. If others need a transport service and want a professional delivery and pick-up, I would tell them to choose Montway.

My sister was selling me a car. She lives in California and I live in Washington State. So I needed it to get here. I went through all the internet stuff, and Montway looked like the best. The transport was scheduled to take two days and it took about 24 hours. I had a great experience. The guy unloaded the car and it was right there for us. Everything was fine. He was very nice and polite. He went around the car and made sure there was nothing wrong with it and handed it over to us. So it worked out fantastic.

Montway Auto Transport did a good job. They quoted the price and that was what it was, and I was happy with it. Also, there was follow up. The driver called like he was supposed to, and I wasn't there but a friend of mine was and handed him the car, and away it went. It worked out good. I've already recommended Montway and they have moved a car for a friend of mine.

Montway Auto Transport was great. The driver dropped off my son's car, and even though I arranged it, he finished everything. He said the guy was great. It was a military move and it went smoothly. The car was transported from North Carolina to Washington State, and it was a very tight location. The driver made everything happen. It was done smoothly with no worries. And when I think about moving a vehicle across country, it was not overpriced.

I looked around on the internet and Montway Auto Transport was the one that seemed the most reputable from what I could see. They did not appear to be the cheapest. But the ones that were the cheapest seemed a little sketchy. However, there was a little snafu. Montway supervised the whole thing and they had some LTL carriers that took care of it for them. One of the LTL carriers moved their sites between when I booked and when I needed to ship my bikes. Other than that, everything went very smoothly. My bikes were very well taken care of, which was the most important thing to me. For the pickup, I had to ride my bikes down to where the shipper was. I rode them up onto some pallets. They strapped them down. We went over and made sure that where all the existing scratches were. And the pickup was the reverse of that. Very easy.

The office in Chandler that we use for United Van Lines recommended Montway as a reliable and affordable service. Setting it up was done over email primarily. I handed my information over. It was easy and efficient. They were not able to get through our area with the pickup and the drop-off. The driver had to find a nearby location. He did. He contacted me to let me know where he was and sent me a link on a map. I came to meet him.

We were transporting a Cadillac SUV from Central Florida to our son in Denver. We wanted a completely enclosed carrier for that and went with Montway. When it came down to pick-up time, the driver had to change the time at the last minute. He was gonna make another stop at the other side of the state and he had put it off for a few hours already. I called the supervisor and the supervisor took care of it. He was right there. There was appropriate contact and they met my son at a mutually agreed location that was easy for the truck that was transporting it. They were there exactly the time that they told him. I would definitely use Montway again. They're prompt and efficient.

I've had very poor customer service with many other dispatchers. But Montway's reps answer the phone right away and they're available by chat. They have people with strong accents, but that's common in this industry. Each time some new person answered the phone, they were able to review my case quickly and answer my questions. I spoke to five people at Montway and all of them were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My car was scheduled to be picked up between April 1st and April 5th. So I was preparing for that and I was expecting that sometime during that window, the agent will find me a truck. But I got contacted on March 29th, a couple of days before the first pickup date, and they said they already found me a truck. And they were ready to pick up my car on the first available ship date.

I went through a bit of a Google search and I checked Montway out, and they seem to have some good rating. I've used them a few times, and I have had good experience with them. It's a very good service. What I did was I used their guaranteed service. I didn't use their regular service. I prefer spending a little bit more money, but getting a guaranteed pickup date and a guaranteed drop-off date. They do one of two things. They will find a location that is convenient for you, or you can recommend a location that is convenient for you. So if you have a public parking lot that you can use, a park and ride that is pretty big, or a shopping center that's not too far from your home like a Walmart, they will do that.

Montway undercut the competition in price. They were cheaper than the rest of them, but they did a really good job. I had to check the reviews for the company after I saw the quote. It was so much lower than the other companies. But they had good reviews, so I went with them and I wasn't disappointed. They were very professional. Everything seemed clear and cut and dried. I didn't think the instructions were too complicated. As far as the pickup, it wasn't direct because the truck wouldn't fit on the road where my house was. So I had to meet them, but the communications were easy. The car showed up quicker than I expected.

I was looking at quotes and I wanted to find the best-rated company so, I looked at the ratings. I couldn't find a complaint with Montway and the price was reasonable. I reached out via phone and they had a couple of people immediately call back. I always received text messages and once I responded to one, I was able to just work with one advocate. They set up the time and I was able to ask questions about the security of the car, the timeframe and the professionalism of the driver. Everything that they described happened and even on the day of the pick-up, there were two representatives. One said they would look for someone for me and then, there was one that was part of the company and they were the dispatcher for the driver.

I've used Montway before and this time, my vehicle went cross-country from California to New Jersey. It took a couple of weeks and everything was good. The driver was friendly and on time when he said he was gonna be there. The cost was worth it and it was a great experience with Montway.

My car arrived sooner than what was anticipated. They told me that it was gonna be here on Saturday and it arrived on a Thursday. They did over and above what they promised. The driver was extremely friendly. He talked for a few minutes. He had one more car to deliver after he dropped mine off. The car also arrived in perfect condition. Everything was great in my experience with Montway.

I had a very negative experience with Montway Auto Transport July 2024. I paid an extra $320 to have a guaranteed pick up 7/8 or 7/9. The carrier who was supposed to pick up my car did not show on 7/8 and cancelled on 7/9. Montway had a local carrier pick up the car only to put in storage to await another carrier. The local carrier left the inside of the car filthy door panels, carpets and seats. I called Montway and they said in the contract small print they could tow the car to storage. VERY DISSATISFIED with the experience.

Montway was recommended to me by my son and after using their service I would recommend them to anyone who needs to transport their car. Although there was an issue with pickup of my vehicle that was not the driver's fault, he worked with the dealer to arrange a pickup day and time that was convenient for the dealer.

Quick pick up and very responsive. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Our Jeep arrived in perfect condition. My daughter is on an Army base, so delivery was little tricky, but they got the job done. It did have to be dropped off off of the base, so I would recommend getting a predetermined location before booking.

After an initial miscommunication with the seller about pick up. Montway was great and worked with us to get the purchased vehicle from Tennessee to Arizona. The driver kept us informed on when he would arrive to drop our vehicle off. Would definitely use again. Montway delivered the vehicle quickly and safely.

Used to transport 2 cars from South Florida to North Carolina. Excellent communication with the company, excellent pricing. Knew who my carrier was 48hr before pickup. He maintained communication via text right up to pick up and was right on time. Very through taking the cars onto his carrier. Explaining when they would arrive (before we would) and where he would leave the keys. Once he delivered the cars he sent photos of the cars and the location of the keys. Such peace of mind! These people are professionals! Highly recommended!

Car was delivered with the inside of the vehicle covered in dust. All the seats, dash, console etc. Clearly the windows were left open during transport. Requested to be contacted by a rep and no one reached out. The driver seemed professional and nice but this should not have happened for the money spent for a covered transport.

Sales was honest and prepared me well to the process. Pick-up was accommodating. Payment is the only part where I would put 3*, the last payment was cash for me, totally manageable, I am just not comfortable with cash payment. Delivery time was the same as me driving from the starting point to the Delivery place with my car!

We had a great experience shipping 2 vehicles from Colorado to Pennsylvania. Our driver picked up when we needed him to and dropped off within 48 hours, which was highly unexpected. We had no damage to our vehicles and thought the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend using Montway for shipping your vehicle.

We just booked another car transport (our third time) between NJ and AZ. Everything is so easy, from the first phone call, no long waiting times. To getting a quick quote (reasonably priced), to set up a date. The transport itself was well organized and coordinated with a trucker. Last time they picked up the car in NJ on a Friday and delivered on next Monday night in AZ! Everyone friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Upon receipt of my car, the engine light came on and I smelled fuel. I took it to the BMW dealer and $10,000 later, the car was fixed. I do not know what happened nor will I ever know, but it’s just too much of a coincidence that this happened immediately after the car’s ride up to Arlington. We will drive from now on.

Brakes were operational when loaded, not working when delivered. The drivers that picked up the vet were very impressed. The car was driven the day before pickup to insure operational status. Pick up and delivery was as expected, Montway trucks were clean and appeared to be in very good condition.

Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Montway and their partner in my case Cowboy Transport. After signing the contract, I had to reach out at least once by phone leading up to the pick up of my car, since they had gone radio silent on me. They were unable to pick up in the usual 5 day window, even though I had booked their service a month in advance, however, Brian from Cowboy Transport drove an additional 3 hours and picked up my car on the early morning of the 6th day.

I shipped a Mercedes back to Rhode Island and it took 2.5 days from Clearwater, Florida, which Montway had told me in advance. Everything went smoothly. Customer service was very helpful and the price was more than competitive. The estimate they gave me was the final cost. Montway was very easy to work with. They're a very courteous organization.

Setting up the transport with Montway was very easy and the pickup was very simple. The guy pulled up with the car carrier and did an inspection. I signed it and then, he loaded the car and pulled away. The driver was very courteous, friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. The drop-off was in Florida and they told me it was on schedule. They were gonna call my contact down in Florida, which they did, and it went very smoothly. The quote was accurate at the time. But it’s common in the industry that when they get closer to the actual pickup time, they try and weasel off a little more money. So I was expecting that. They all up the price maybe 50 bucks. And it happened on the return trip also.

The reps at Montway were really good. Colorado was receiving snowstorms, and they kept me informed as to the delays because of those storms. They got in there just as soon as they could. It was a good experience. The truck showed up at port with more gas in it than they allowed. But Montway took care of it for an additional cost and got the truck on the boat. With the delivery, they let us know when it got in, and we went and got it and everything was great. It got here quicker than we expected it to. They give themselves a pretty good leeway. So we were happy.

They seemed professional and I told them what I wanted and they came through. I set up the date, the time, and had the driver get in touch with me, and it was easy peasy to do. The quote was accurate. They took their chunk and then I paid the rest to the driver when he dropped off my cars in Florida. The final cost was a little pricey, but it wasn't bad because they didn't just put them on a garbage car carrier. It was a nice guy who had a nice truck. The car was delivered about a mile from my house. It was perfect. It was nice and easy. If I ever need to move again, I'll probably use Montway again.

Montway gave themselves a leeway of about five days to a week for the pick up. The guy was heading to Connecticut to get the car. It was about 5:15 and they closed at 5:00. This particular company, the owner died and the company became really, really slack. So I was certain that the guy was gonna have to spend the night and get it in the morning because I'm sure they're clock punchers, and they're in and out as quick as they can get in and out. But after they closed at 5:00, the guy got the car and transport. He made one stop because I was watching it on my phone. But he had that car to me within 36 hours.

The driver let me know beforehand when he was gonna get there and he got there promptly, which was around the time he mentioned. Then, towards the delivery date, he let me know about three days before when he would be arriving. Everything was delivered as fine and there were no issues in terms of scratches. It was a good, fairly simple and straightforward experience with Montway.

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered an enclosed trailer to take a vehicle from Missouri to Arizona and it turned out to be a bit too small so had a bit of damage to the vehicle which they took care of but spent a lot of my time dealing with it. They also had a problem with the trailer in New Mexico and they said they couldn't find another trailer to take it the rest of the way. It sat there for 2 weeks until I decided to fly there at my expense and drive it the rest of the way to Arizona (400 miles). I did not want that vehicle driven but didn't have a choice as they could not resolve. The vehicle had a damaged top and damaged fenders which the driver tried to cover up by painting them...paint didn't match so discovered quickly. They did pay for these issues which was appreciated but I was out of pocket for my plane ticket, fuel and time. I would not recommend this group.

My experience setting up the transportation with Montway was great. The original location was Las Vegas, Nevada and it was scheduled to take anywhere from four to seven days. The pickup was smooth. The driver was great and made sure the vehicle was on. They had a lot of pictures and the walkthrough was good as well. The quote was spot-on and reasonable too. It was overall a good experience.

I checked out a different company that was more expensive but they don't go door-to-door. I like the door-to-door. I didn't wanna have to ride all the way to Harley Davidson in Nashville, which is about an hour and a half from my house. So that was huge for me. I was really happy with Montway. They called me and kept in touch with me as it got closer. When I hadn't heard anything for a while, I reached out just to make sure it was happening, and they were really good about it. They did a great job.

They told me what time they were gonna show up. Then the guy called and he showed up when he said he was gonna show up. During the delivery, the driver had the car off the trailer and he called me to say that my car was ready and I picked it up. It was pretty straightforward.

The driver from Montway was excellent. He picked the car up on Daniel Island. He called me as scheduled. Everything was done as scheduled both times. He had some concerns about the trees and I got lucky that night. It was in the schedule but he was running a little late, but I was able to get a friend to take my car for him to pick up and then to take me back to my apartment. So, that worked out okay. The main thing is that when he delivered it, he did it right to my hotel and he was on the side of the street and I just walked right across the parking area and was able to pick up my car. So, I was 100% happy. My car was delivered before my moving van came. So, everything was as I had wanted it and as I knew it would be.

We're a military family, and Montway is military-affiliated. We took a chance with them, and everything was great. We went from Oklahoma City to Newport, Rhode Island. I got there on Friday, and I waited 24 hours to get my car. It was quick, and my car was intact. The reps were informative too. I was updated throughout and I didn't have any worries about my vehicle at all. That was the least of my worries. The pick-up and delivery guys were also nice, and I felt comfortable. We're gonna be PCS-ing again in a few months, and I'm gonna use Montway again. I have recommended several people as well.

This my second year using Montway for two way transport from Phoenix, AZ area to Mooresville, NC. I’ve had excellent results with my drivers regarding pick up/delivery timing, etc. This year, the transport driver was able to give me a great carrier location, directly behind the cab. At delivery, my car looked the same as when loaded! Didn’t need to wash it. Highly recommend this carrier.

I had a great experience using Montway Auto Transport for my cross-country car shipment after graduating in May. Despite an initial setback with a rude phone call from an agent named Jordan **, their convenient online booking system allowed me to quickly secure a reasonable offer. The highlight was the excellent service from the driver, Eugen, who was very responsive and ensured my car was delivered safely. Montway was a reliable choice, especially after being let down by another company (US CARGO), and I would recommend them for their professionalism and efficiency.

I was worried about getting our car from SW Florida to Denver in April; all the car carriers I knew about were headed to the Northeast or Midwest (Chicago, Minneapolis). And every time I called Montway, I talked to a different man from the last call who didn't know about my case but said don't worry, we'll get it there. Well, a day or so before our pickup window occurred, they called to say they had a driver for us. Sure enough, Michael was thorough checking in our car. And he got it to Denver in a quick 2 1/2 days! The car was in perfect condition when it arrived. He almost forgot to leave the car key with our friend who accepted the car but she remembered to ask for it and he apologetically gave it to her. So, all is well and we'd use Montway again. They came through wonderfully.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service nor I have I ever encountered such an unreliable company. I arranged two transports. The first required a guaranteed pick up day which added quite a hefty expense to the charge. The day of the pick up I called the company FIVE times to try to get some information as to when they would be arriving to get the car. The car had to be picked up by 6 pm which was clearly written in the agreement.

They moved a car I purchased from WA to MN. They communicated well and met the time expectations. There was no change in the cost, we paid what was quoted. The car arrived in good condition and the driver went over it with me completely before unloading. He did start to write something in the dust on the car before I asked him not to scratch the car. Could have been an issue...but worked out fine. Would use again.

My Mustang was delivered from Michigan to California and was delivered in great time. My car was dirty when delivered due to snow and rain and the driver apologized for the car being in the dirty condition. The driver was very polite. When it was time to unload the vehicle he asked if I wanted to drive it off the trailer. He was just kidding, but it was a nice gesture.

This last experience with Montway went very well. The transporter met my wife with our car at a mutually good place. And the gentleman from upstate Pennsylvania was outstanding when returning our car home. Occasionally there is a language problem since most of the people who help make the arrangements sound like they were originally from Russia or the Ukraine. But once arrangement's are made, everything works well.

This company was recommended by a friend to us. It’s a Great company to do business with. They were dependable, on time and very easy to work with and the cost was very fair to have our car shipped.. Highly recommend this company for anyone who needs to ship their car to a different state. We will be using them again when we are traveling from Illinois to Florida in the fall.

Marco was efficient. His equipment looked very good. He was meticulous loading the cars double checked everything. I would definitely request Marco‘s auto transport again. In addition, I was very pleased with my Montway auto transport. Communications were very detailed and concise. With their communications through Marco auto transport everything arrived on time. I purchased a new car in California and was going to go there to pick it up. I decided to have it shipped instead and so happy that I found Montway. They arranged to have it shipped by a local company. It arrived as planned, (a day late because of weather) in perfect condition. I will definitely use these guys again if I need to ship a car!

Original driver assigned could not commit to transportation of car since it was out of his jurisdiction to drive from Florida to Ct. Montway expedited another car carrier who was able to pick up car in Florida and deliver car to CT as originally assigned. Very impressive with the priority given to us to meet and exceed our expectations to transport our car. New driver was exceptional. Thank you for your continued top service.

I have used the Montway Transport company twice now for when I moved across the country and back a year later. They were great except for there was a 3 week delay the first time I shipped my car. The driver dropped my name off of his pickup list and no one contacted me to help find a new driver. I had to contact them when no one showed up the day they were supposed to the first time. But this most recent experience was awesome! They were quick and efficient this time.

Our daughter moved across the country to attend college. After a year of trying public trans., she wanted her car. After reading reviews of many transport co.'s and getting bids for a couple. We decided on Montway and it wasn't the cheapest quote either. But we were happy we chose them. They picked up the car on the first of the five day window and delivered it early, 3,200 miles away, to our daughter's delight. We were happy with the customer service and communication with drivers. Not quite door to door, but manageable at both ends. Highly recommend Montway Auto Transport.

All went very well, it took a couple of days for a carrier to be assigned to the move of my vehicle but once that was in place everything was seamless and moved quickly. The communication and timeliness of all was very good. I was very pleased overall with the individuals that I visited with at Montway, the carrier, and the driver who took care of me.

I liked that you got a firm price upfront, you car was picked up and delivered directly to your address. You were also kept up to date with a pick up and delivery time. Throughout the delivery you were given ample time when to expect the trucking company to arrive.

After being stood up by two different brokers (for which I missed work) I came accross Montway, I read their reviews and after seeing that several members of the military used them, I gave them a call. Within 24 hours, they had somebody picking up my car for Transport from California to Alabama. They delivered the car on schedule without incident. I will never call anyone but Montway...Others suck you in with bargain prices but can't deliver on their promises.

Montway picked up on time as scheduled. The transport was from Dallas, Texas to Palmdale, California and I called the driver a couple of times to see exactly when he’s coming and I had no problem. I was able to get ahold of him. Generally, the process with Montway was good.
