The driver met my mom and he was cordial with us. I was on the phone with his wife. She was helping to coordinate everything to keep me updated on the progress and the status of the delivery of the vehicle. The pickup was in Montgomery, Alabama and the drop-off was in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was supposed to take a projected three days and it ended up being roughly three days. The driver was efficient. It was a total of at least 1,000 miles and he managed to expedite it some way. He pulled up in front of my new home. He rolled the vehicle off the ramp and pulled into the driveway. There were a couple of noted scratches. But he was very professional in having noted any scratches that he noticed prior to driving the vehicle and picking it up. The quote was reasonable too. I was pleased with it.

The transport from New York to Florida took about five days. I was disappointed at the point of arrival because I wasn't there to receive the car. They got there too soon. They told me they would be on the day of or the day after and they were there two days early. Luckily, I had someone there to pick up the car. But the fellow who picked up the car was very good. The people that were here told me that he couldn't come down my street ‘cause it was too big. So he had to park about a block away. Somebody drove the car to him and he picked up my car and drove it back to the house. The vehicle came in good shape too.

I had a great experience with Montway from start to finish. They have good follow-through. Their website seems to be a good business. It has good feedback from clients. It gave you all the information you needed. They also returned my call quickly. If I had a question and I called the Montway office, they were there to answer the call. They showed good service skills. I also had the number of the driver and I was able to contact him. I was also happy with the quote they provided. The rate was very fair because it was an open transporter. I had a friend drive the car down and his expenses were far more than Montway's. It was a very good thing for me to do. They were also very nice to deal with. I'm gonna use them again to take the car up back north.

It took a while to get one phone call but Montway answered my questions. I was calling almost every week and they told me they got it under control. I felt confident. My driver was fantastic. He saw how concerned I was to see how he loaded my Jeep up there. He was very patient ‘cause I was standing there, groaning the whole time he was driving it up there. The truck got here before we did. I had a friend waiting for the driver. They called me and said they'd be here in an hour. I called my friend and he was there, got the keys and brought it here to our condo. It worked out perfectly. The payment was easy. We had shipped our vehicle same distance a couple years ago. It was comparable to what the increase in prices are from several years ago to today. I have referred at least two people to Montway.

I am extremely happy with the service Montway provided. When I needed my car to be transported to a different state. My car was taken care and delivery with care. I take good care cars. I feel that the people involved in the process of transporting my car were very careful and responsible. The drive was very professional and accommodating. I would give him a 5 stars plus.

I checked around first and decided on Montway due to all the positive reviews, and I’m glad I did. When I talked to the representative we went through all the details of how my bike would be secured and transported, also pricing. I decided on from my door in Everett Washington to their receiving location in Phoenix Arizona. They picked up my bike on time and at my location, the driver was professional and he inspected my bike for any imperfections, and I took pictures. He then filled out a invoice that had prints of the different sides of a motorcycle. He was unable to note any preexisting damage, I’m proud to say my bike is in near perfect condition. He then let me drive it up on the motorcycle pallet and he secured the bike to the pallet, being careful not to damage the bike he loaded the bike on an enclosed truck and away he went.

Excellent door-to-door service. Car arrived a few days after pick up. The driver was courteous and experienced. He stated some of the cars on the carrier were owned by repeat customers. I paid an extra $100 in order to fill up the back seat. My car arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Montway again if the occasion should arise.

Very happy with the two gentlemen who delivered my car. They were actually ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Montway. At first, I was skeptical about using your company because I have never heard of your company while living in Hawaii. Pretty much everyone in Hawaii uses other companies, too many to list but noticeably recognize by locals and recommended by friends and family members. After doing homework on these "other" with BBB and other review sites, it was an easy choice, Montway was the obvious. Absolutely the best! Shipped 3 cars out here in Florida from WA. Great service with both dispatch and driver. Car arrived just as it loaded. I have shipped my car cross country multiple times and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Montway is expensive. I paid a premium over other businesses because of the advertised promptness of pickup and delivery. Unfortunately they failed in both respects. The pickup was delayed by 1 day and the transport time was extremely delayed. Even ignoring the late pickup, the delivery was late. They advertised 7-9 days when I paid. It took 13 days. No one would address my concerns during transport and I got no response when asking about the delayed pickup or 4 day late delivery. The driver refused to do door to door pickup or delivery even though I have easy street access at both locations. To top it off the car was delivered filthy and missing a half tank of gas with no explanation. Don't pay the premium, use a cheaper service as Montway is clearly not worth the extra money.

I had a great experience, I called them on Thursday night to book it, they found a driver on Friday, he picked up the car Saturday morning in MA and delivered it Monday morning to FL. Smooth and easy process, and no damage to the car. Everyone communicated effectively and were very responsive.

Our car was delivered from Florida to Maine, the driver was great at communicating and his eta was spot on. Highly recommend to everyone. And will use Montway again for my own vehicle. Montway did a great job. I've been using them the last few times. I use them every year, taking my car to North Carolina and bringing it back to Florida. Normally, the transport is quick, but one time, it took four days, when it should have taken two, because the truck broke down. Besides that, the drivers are very nice. Sometimes, Montway has guys that speak English, but then they give a driver that can't speak English. Still, it works out and they do a good job. I'm not complaining. I haven't had a problem with Montway, and I'm gonna use them again.

I would recommend Montway Auto Transport to anybody. I dealt with them and they picked the truck up when they were supposed to. They also had it here when they were supposed to. There were nine cars on the carrier that the driver brought and dropped off in other places. It took a week. I wasn't in a rush, so it worked out perfectly.

I had a tough timetable because I couldn’t have the driver come too early and deliver because I was coming from Pennsylvania to Florida. I wouldn't be down in Florida in time to take the call. So, it was needed to be scheduled properly. And it was. It was right on time. It was a good experience all the way around. Everything worked swimmingly. Plus, the cost was reasonable.

I liked the response by Montway Auto Transport, and I decided to go with them. Also, the quote was in the ballpark of the others that I inquired about. Montway was $15 more. But I liked the way they handled it, so I went with them. There were a couple of technical problems. But there was one particular woman. She was the dispatcher. I ran into a couple of questions. And she was extremely helpful until the day the movers came. When they said they would come on such date within a window, I needed to know accurately. There were some issues with them reaching me on my cell phone. Other than that, it went smoothly.

The quote was more expensive than some of them. But anyone willing to ship my car from Reno to Tennessee for 500 bucks seemed too good to be true. The driver sent me a tentative date on when they will pick up the car. We did the inspection and he drove it up. I flew to my destination and the next day, the car was there and I finished off the rest of the payment. It was easy. He was contracted but he was great.

I moved from Florida to Massachusetts and the vehicle came on the day I flew in. It was perfect. The driver had my number and I had his. I told him what was happening, that I was flying in that morning. The delivery was not easy because where my sister lives is a dead end street that's not blocked. I waited at the end of the street and I stood there until he came. He was able to just pull up on the side of the road rather than come down the street, which would have been disastrous. He got the car off within a matter of minutes, we signed the papers, and we waved goodbye. Montway was amazingly patient with me and they were always pleasant. And their transport team is friendly and communicative, and no damage to the cars. Also, the cost is very reasonable. The most recent was I shipped a car from Kansas City to Arizona. It arrived today early, which was excellent. That is consistent.

Montway Auto Transport did a great job by comparison to the other company that I've used. So, I would use them again. I contacted Montway, they contacted me. I paid them a deposit. I'm good at communicating with people that use English as a second language. There was a limited English language-speaking crew that came to me, and that's fine for me. They communicated very clearly. And they did a good job. After completion of delivery, I paid them in Montana. They were fast. The car came undamaged. So, it was a good experience. I was happy to pay them.

I spend the winter in Utah, so I transport my car out and back and Montway has always been very good to work with. They're very professional and they've picked up and delivered my car on time. Scheduling the transport with Montway took a while because you gotta line up the trucks going from one place to another. So it took about three weeks to get it done. But it was handled well. The only thing that I had to adjust to was where we were having it shipped to was California from Iowa and we wanted it delivered after we got to California, and they delivered it before we got there. And that has to do with the truckers that they have to use. I understand the scheduling situation. But I had to get a friend of mine to go down and monitor that and take the car. My friend also had to pay Montway and the driver.

We originally had the car at my apartment but depending on the day, I was able to change it to my workplace. The driver came and we took pictures all around the edge of the car to make sure if there were any dings, we could inspect it. Papers were signed and he loaded the car and went on his way. The driver was helpful. I informed him that I had an AirTag in my car to track just how it was going on the way. He was completely fine with that and told me about one of his experiences with it. The last time I got the car shipped from Texas to California, I was expecting it to take five to seven days, which is why I sent it a week in advance. And it was delivered in three days. Montway is super quick, easy and reliable.

Setting up transport with Montway is all very easy. We set it up over the phone. They were also on time. They picked the vehicle up one day and delivered it the next.

And they were great. They contacted the driver, got back to me and told me exactly where he was and what time I should be in the location where we were meeting, and he was there.

The guy I dealt with at Montway was Jared and he was extremely professional. I felt pretty confident that we were gonna get good service. The driver was okay. When he picked up the car in Maine, he was in contact with us sort of sporadically and eventually told us he would meet us at the parking lot that I arranged for him to go to. He told me he would be there at a specific time and he was about 15 minutes late but loading the vehicle on the auto transport went smoothly.

It was a little hard to communicate in the beginning. I don't know if I was calling at a bad time or not. But I was able to figure things out and things got easier as time went on. Everything went perfect. The car was fine and it was easy enough to pick it up and get it.

Let's do this.” I was not happy about the price, but the combination of quality of service and speed of delivery was worth it. I'm thinking of having a few bikes transported again. I'll probably also get a quote from Montway. That means I'm happy enough with the service that I'm considering requesting their service again.

Montway is precise. They're very flexible in terms of trying to pin down a date. We always have a little trouble with the window, but they're accurate on getting you the date you want to be picked up. The first time, I was a rookie, but the second time, I knew exactly what to do and everything went off without a hitch. Once you understand what they're doing, it's very efficient.

The initial people that help you out and get you set up are great. But the drivers are way different. I had a driver. I told him that my Camaro was a '96 which I hadn't driven in two years because I was deployed. But my buddy was driving it to work every day. The guy said he went to pick it up but it wouldn't start. I thought it was the battery. I sent my buddy the money and he went and got a battery. The guy told my buddy, "If you can get the car started in 45 minutes, I'll come back and pick it up. I'm gonna just go to this other pick-up location." Then the driver called my buddy instead of me being the guy that's paying for everything. He told him that Montway pulled out of the deal so he couldn't pick the car up.

It was a very smooth process with Montway. I went to their website and requested the estimate from there. They sent me a written estimate and called shortly after to try to make sure I was gonna get locked in. They also were willing to negotiate over the phone. They knocked a little money off. There was great communication. They showed up on time and there was no damage to the vehicle. Other people might complain because English wasn't the driver's first language, but he did well. I was impressed by his trailer 'cause mine is a classic sports car and it sits very low. He had the right trailer to where it allowed everything to clear. It was still very tight though, him getting it off.

I talked to a couple other agencies but no one could promise an exact date. They were waiting for the people that would transport the vehicle to be in the area. Montway did the exact thing to me, which I wasn't too happy about. At the very end, I was still worried that it wasn't gonna happen. I was flying on a plane to Florida on an early Saturday morning. Montway couldn't guarantee me that the carrier would be there by Friday. That was frustrating to me. I kept saying, "If you can't guarantee me they won't be there by Friday, then I won't be there. I have to make special arrangements for somebody to be there." That felt like a lot of runaround. I had to make so many phone calls. I had so many other things I had to worry about. For me to have to worry about that too was awful.

We had a fantastic experience with Montway. We had a Corvette transported from Ohio to Rancho Cucamonga. It was in an enclosed vehicle. The price was fair. They did everything they said they were gonna do. They communicated very well. They called when they said they were gonna call. They picked the vehicle up when they said they were gonna pick it up and called me when they were close out here so we could anticipate when it was gonna arrive. They delivered the vehicle the day before they said they were going to. I was pleasantly surprised at that. We're gonna be transporting vehicles again when we relocate down to Texas, and I will likely use Montway for that. I'll benchmark everybody else, if I do a lot of these, against this experience.

I would recommend Montway highly. They gave me a price and stuck to that price. They told me what the situation would be. It was nerve-wracking 'cause they didn't have somebody identified yet. But they had said they'd contact me a few days before. Sure enough, they did and it all worked exactly as they said it would work. But they weren't great at keeping me posted as to exactly when the vehicle was going to arrive. The driver arrived a little bit late and it was also nerve-wracking when he was picking up the car. It wasn't huge, but we were trying to get out of the house.

I spoke to several reps when they were trying to arrange transportation, and they were very nice. However, in order to get someone to transport my car, they said they needed an extra 200. I was surprised because some of the other companies had comments on their site that they raised prices, but I never saw that on Montway's site, and yet, they raised the price of the quote at the last minute. That was upsetting. Besides that, the service and the car were fine. They brought the car here, unloaded it, and drove away.

We looked up Montway once before, and they seemed like a good company, but we weren't able to use them last time. It was a couple of years ago during COVID, and it was really a problem trying to schedule it, but we figured that was because of COVID. This time, we were coming down to Florida for several months, and we didn't wanna rent. Montway gave us a range, and we told them we were gonna be down there a certain day. It worked out really well. The pick-up point was East Lansing, Michigan, and we scheduled the transport quite a while in advance (at least a month), then as we got closer to the date, they were really good in accommodating us. They were wonderful.

Everything went very smoothly with Montway. There were no hiccups like with the other companies. The driver called to let me know he dropped it off early. That was good. Also, Montway's price was stationary. A lot of the others, they quote you one price and you get ready to do it then they say there are extra surcharges.

There were no extra fees involved, ‘cause I was worried about that. It was a little higher priced than usual, ‘cause at that time of the year, a lot of people ship their cars to Florida. I was nervous about the transport. I had never done that, and it was my car, but it worked out perfectly.

Montway was wonderful. It was very easy. They were very understanding, being the first-time person doing this and with all my concerns. It was great. The driver had my cell number and I also had his. He stayed in touch. We weren't at the delivery location yet but our Realtor was there. The driver contacted her when he was getting close by, and she was there to greet him. So it all worked out well. The guys are great and I definitely would use Montway again. I'll definitely recommend them.

He drove the car up to where you come in my gate. I paid him and took my car. That was the first time I had the car transported down. But it left my house in Long Island, New York, and it got here in one piece.

We contacted them online to set up the move, and then they called me through online chat, and we set up everything. Then, they called me to set up the delivery and where we should meet. The driver called me first and then I told him to call me an hour before he got to the destination so I could drive there, and everything went according to that. I used Montway to transport my Lexus when I went from Ohio to Chino Hills, California and everything was perfect. There was no damage to my car and the price I paid was 800. When I got ready to leave Las Vegas to come back home here to Ohio, I called the same company and it cost me 1,300 because I paid an extra $100 to put my car on top of the truck because if a car leaked, it was going to leak on my car, and I didn't want that. I also got some stuff in the back seat and if the drive was going to sleep somewhere, it would be hard for my car to be vandalized.

Montway did as they said. They came to my home and got my car. They shipped it across the country to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I met them at the Home Depot about seven miles away because I live on windy streets and they couldn't get their big truck down here. So that was fine. The guy was super cordial and nice. I thanked him for taking good care of my car and that was it. Everything with them went really smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The transport with Montway was smooth. Once it was set up, the driver called me. We set up a time and a place for pick-up and the same thing for drop-off. So it went pretty smoothly. There wasn't any hiccups. On the pickup, the driver asked about the trunk, looked in the trunk, just made sure that there wasn't anything out of the ordinary and took notes.

I liked Montway's communication and price. The customer service rep was very friendly and communicative. Even after-hours texting, they were prompt. Then when I received the vehicle, the driver was friendly and helpful. Delivery was within three days of arranging a pick-up. So, it was very prompt. The quote provided by Montway was right on par with other quotes that I've gotten. Overall, Montway has good customer service and fair prices.

I've used Montway Auto Transport before. They've been reliable and communicating. They're a broker so they set it up and find somebody for the trip. And the person who would do the hauling would contact me in terms of the details of pickup and delivery. Montway would follow up and send me notifications through the process. So, when they get that truck committed and they give me the information, they would stay in touch when it gets done. They keep me informed. Also, they're responsive when I talk to them or send them an email. The truckers that I've used have been good. And the quality of the delivery, the car when it gets here has been good. I wanted to go with somebody that seemed trustworthy and the fellow at Montway seemed as best as I could tell. A lot of people can be trustworthy over the phone, and I work with them. The pick up location was in suburban Detroit. It was Thanksgiving week that they wanted to pick it up. But it would have arrived in Florida before I got there. So they picked it up the day after Thanksgiving and it was supposed to arrive in Sarasota, Florida on the 27th. I got a call early the morning of the 27th from the driver who said, "Well, I'm in Sarasota. Where are you?" I said, "I'm still in Detroit. We'll be in Sarasota about 6 o'clock tonight."

He came with his own pickup truck with a hitch on the back and he put mine on the hitch. Then, for the drop off, he was on a big car transport. But other than that, it was great.

When we got the car here, it needed to be washed. But transport-wise, it was in great shape.

The driver ended up being somebody that was local from here and happened to be in the area picking up vehicles. So, that was nice because they were already familiar with the area we had lived. He would contact me, letting me know a day in advance when he thought he might be here. Then that day, the morning of, he gave me an update. So, that was very helpful in planning my day.

I called Montway Auto Transport and they told me the date and time they would pick the car up. I was on a time frame. It had to be tighter than what they first said. Because they gave me a window and I said that nobody lives at the house where they had to pick it up. 45 minutes to an hour would be sufficient I had somebody up there. And that was what they gave me. So, everything worked out perfectly. Montway gave me the date when it would be there, and they called me that same day and wanted to know. Because it got towards late afternoon and they wanted to know if it was all right if they dropped it off. It would still be an hour before dark, and I said, "Yes, it's fine," and the guy was there. It was a very good quote and everything worked out great. I'd recommend Montway.

If you need to move a car, use Montway. Everything went really well with them. The pickup was in Lompoc, California, and the drop-off was in Flower Mound, Texas. The transport took about three days, which was way faster than we needed it, because it took us seven days to get here in the motor home. But we didn't leave California until about six days after the driver had picked up the cars. So they were delivering them here to my daughter's house for us and there was no problem with the speed. The quote they gave me was very accurate. It was $2,400 for two cars and I was waiting for my daughter to say, “Hey, they dropped the cars off this morning but they wanted $400 more.” And it never happened, so we're happy with that.

Montway’s driver was supposed to pick up the cars on the 31st and ended up picking them up on the 1st. I had to call them because they didn't show up at the scheduled time. I had to catch a flight so the pickup was done without me there but I've done it numerous times. The crew did a great job. The battery died on one of the cars and they had to jump it. So they figured it out. The quote was good. I've shipped a lot of cars and it was reasonable for doing that many cars and in an enclosed trailer. Montway was reliable and took good care of my vehicles to make sure there wasn't any damage, which was the most important thing to me. They got it here as fast as they could, which was two in the morning, but that's fine. We went from where we were staying at to the house to transport them into, but it was better than waiting another day for the driver. And we chose that, so it was fine.

I used Montway in 2019 and they were fine. HOWEVER, I contracted with them in 2023 and they were a nightmare. Everyone spoke broken English and were impossible to understand. I had to chase them to get a carrier. I wanted a closed haul and they kept contacting me about open hauls. When I finally got a hauler, I come to find out that the driver DID NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH! He used a translating app on his phone from Russian to English. I will never use them again!

It got here sooner than I expected. So, that was nice. The location that I had dropped the vehicle off at was a business parking lot, and the driver was able to easily access it. He let me know ahead of time when he was 30 minutes out and then when he was five minutes out. We met and signed the papers and made sure there was no damage to the vehicle while it was in transport.

Signing up with Montway was okay, but the only thing is when they took the car, they didn't tell me it missed the boat. So, I had to wait for another week. I didn't know my car was gonna sit at the boat dock over a week so that they catch the next barge. They missed the barge. Other than that, working with Montway was really good. It came in quickly. I got it within four days. The shipping was fast. My son met the driver. They picked the car up in Ohio, but they had to drive it to Chicago, left it overnight until they got more cars, and then they drove it on the trail all the way to Long Beach.

We have narrow streets in my residential area, but the truck was able to navigate its way back into my driveway without difficulty even though it was a large truck. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. My son's a college freshman and the drop-off area was very close to where his college campus is. He didn't have any complaints about getting his motorcycle. I was surprised how expensive it was to get my son's motorcycle all the way to Hawaii, but I got price quotes all over creation from several hundreds to several thousand dollars, and Montway's quote is mid-range.

It all went smooth and it was pretty simple with Montway. They let me know that they were able to get the vehicle picked up and then they let me know when they were en route that they were on time. The driver showed up when he said he would and offloaded with no problems.

Everything was great in my experience with Montway. The vehicle was picked up by their third party, and it was delivered the same, and all went well. The only thing I understand now is that all transport requests go into a pool, so all the bids that I got there were half the price. They were all going through the same pool, and I could have picked someone a lot less expensive and saved a lot of money. That, I didn't realize until after the fact, but everything that we did with them was fine.

I like that the information was easily able to be obtained via the website. There was also a very timely response to inquiries and Montway had an option for expedited delivery or standard. You pay upfront, pay an additional fee for the expedited delivery option and receive your vehicle guaranteed on or by that date. With the option to do the expedited delivery, you have to pay in advance. Whereas with the other option, you have to put a deposit then pay the remainder.

The rep was helpful. He updated me. Montway provided great service.

Billy was very professional and communicated well when picking up vehicle and drop. The company also was very attentive when I called Montway. Pricing was fair and pick up very fast within my short timeline. I would highly recommend Montway. I called other companies and got the runaround or was delayed in response.

I paid for an enclosed transport from Ohio to California but am not sure the car was actually hauled inside. The contracted transporter set the pick-up date with the seller and failed to show up that day but rather picked the car up, with a trailer, the next day. No communication during transport until I called and the car was delivered on a flatbed when promised. The car was in good shape and the driver polite but still no evidence of an enclosed transport. Happy overall but not extremely happy.

I had a good experience with Montway. They explained everything, how it was gonna happen and what would take place. When I confirmed the bid, I got an email right away confirming that the company would be getting ahold of me. I gave them a call and he said, "We were supposed to give you a call, but we'll just take care of it right now because you beat us to the punch." It worked out great. I knew everything was good within a half-hour after signing it. They did exactly what they were gonna say.

My first experience was pretty seamless Bayshore to Hollywood California. Hollywood to Bayshore was had a few hiccups, they wanted to pick up a day early Tuesday with no notice then told me it was ok to do it the following Monday and called again on Thursday to pick up the car. It finally worked out and said the car would be in bay shore by Friday. Then it got delayed to Monday, and again to Tuesday. I'm not sure but I think there were too many dispatchers involved and there was not enough communication between them. With that said I WOULD use you guys AGAIN. All the drivers were polite and helpful, even though their English was poor to none. The 2 car enclosed trailers gave me great comfort and my car went and came without a scratch. I don't remember any names except Sam but your staff is very accommodating. Thanks. Doug

Very reliable and easy to work with. From beginning to end the process was seamless. They literally shipped across the nation for me…California to New York City! The updates throughout the process were great and it was easy to communicate with the transport vendor. Very satisfied and highly recommended them for your shipping needs. I used an enclose transport but it was a trailer haul. Would have liked to know this in advance but the transport was still very secure.

Easy, fast and excellent communication throughout the shipping process. I would definitely use again and recommend in the future. I had a large suv shipped from dealership to my home 250 miles away. I set up by phone and once car was released for pickup I notified Montway and they had pick arranged next day. The driver and I were connected and stayed in touch throughout the delivery journey. Cost was very reasonable as well.

I believe the driver's name was Carlisle and he was super professional and did an amazing job navigating the process. My Jeep was oversized and he did a fantastic job of navigating the situation. I would use your company again and I would request him.
