The people I talked to were very helpful and accommodated me with the dates I needed. I've never shipped a vehicle before, so I thought the price was fair. The person I set it up with worked with me. When I asked if they could do any better, they gave me a bit of a better price and I was happy with that. The pickup was in Sussex, New Jersey, while the drop-off was in Summerfield, Florida. I had my son in Florida to receive the vehicle, and when the drivers gave him a time that they would be there, he hardly had to wait for them. They showed up when they said they would. I have recommended Montway to another person and told them that they were wonderful to work with and highly rated. That person is going to use them to have their vehicle shipped. A date and the price just has to be set up.

Montway trucked our car back from California to Pennsylvania. The driver was fantastic. They couldn't get the truck the whole way to my house so I had to drive a couple of blocks up. They took a bunch of pictures of the car and made sure I looked at everything over, that there were no marks on it. Then they pulled it into the covered truck. They kept in contact with me the whole way across the country. When they got here in Pennsylvania, we weren't here yet. I had a friend of mine meet them at my house. I could tell they wanted to make sure that whoever was gonna receive the vehicle was the person that was gonna receive it. My friend received the car for us. I asked him his experience with them and he said they were very easy to work with. They walked all through over the car with him also. I would wholeheartedly recommend Montway to anybody. They're very easy to work with and the price was right. There are probably cheaper companies, but you get what you pay for these days.

Everything went as planned with Montway. They were right on point. I would recommend them.

It's very easy with Montway. I've done it four times with them. I've had vehicles picked up from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and dropped off in Annapolis, Maryland. They were on time. The last time, they didn't make the pickup date. They had a hard time finding a carrier. But the other three times, they did.

I had a hiccup with the deposit, but that was straightened out. After that, it was seamless. They were supposed to come pick the car up, but the truck couldn't fit in the neighborhood so they met my son at a nearby Walmart parking lot. The day that the car was supposed to be here, the driver called and said he'd deliver it the next day and he did. My fear was the price because I see so many horror stories about getting quoted one price then when the driver comes, they want something else. They had went up on the deposit. I told them that was not what was said. They went ahead and reissued a new invoice with the deposit that was quoted. When the driver arrived, I didn't have change. He ended up taking $20 less than he was supposed to. I've recommended Montway because they kept their word. I also like the timeliness and their price was good.

I almost canceled the service. The communication wasn't there. I was getting the runaround. I called to cancel then I was called back and talked back into it. It ended up being a great deal because of the driver who was incredible.

The experience was excellent. They looked up my location on the map and decided that they could not bring their truck. I was gonna call them about it, but they proactively did that. We decided to meet where there would be enough space for the truck to park which is close to my house. When it was close to delivery time, I called so I could communicate with my daughter and they could arrange a place to meet.

Montway was fair on the pricing and had good customer service. During the delivery, the vehicle was not allowed into the housing section because of the size so we drove over to where the car was and picked it up. I'd tell others to use Montway. They're great.

Montway, the auto transporter, was absolutely fantastic. It happened very quickly. I researched online and saw a lot of positive reviews, so I chose them. They were able to provide me with a good estimate. They explained everything to me and they came when they said they would. They also delivered when they said they would and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them.

I've been with Montway for about nine years, and I'm very happy with them. It's a different price every year depending on the cost of gasoline, but I've always felt it was very fair. When I compare it with some of my friends, it's right in line with the market. Montway used to do transports direct. Now, I usually have to drive several miles, but less than 10 miles.

It was a little unsettling setting up the transport, but once the driver arrived, everything was fine. Pickup and delivery were awesome, and the driver was great. He got the vehicle there exactly when he said he would. He was super friendly and he was even able to drop it off and pick it up in the driveway. I've recommended Montway.

We did an enclosed transport, and the cost seemed very reasonable. At the beginning, customer service was a little convoluted because I'd get calls from different people, but once the car was picked up and it was assigned to a driver, it went very smooth. I got the notification that the car got picked up in Florida, then the driver let us know he'd be in Detroit in a few days. I was out of town at the time it got delivered, but my wife was here and she got it off the truck with him and got it in the garage. The driver was friendly and stayed in good contact, and my wife said he was great to deal with and accommodating. I can't ask much more than that. I buy old cars and bought one in Florida. I've used Exotic Car Transport quite a bit, but they don't seem to be around anymore and I like Montway better. They were faster and cheaper, and I've already recommended them to somebody else.

The third-party drivers Montway hired were fantastic. It was a mother and son duo. My mother was shipping her Porsche Boxster from Georgia to Salt Lake City out to me. They picked it up at her place with no issue. We had constant communication the whole time that the car was going across country. When they brought it here, it was flawless, considering I work in shipping and logistics for a living. I know of horror stories and everything that can go wrong in supply chain, but this went as smoothly as possible. We were very impressed.

Montway was the best. The driver came and pulled right up in front of my yard. I gave him the keys and he loaded up the truck. He got there in Tennessee earlier than when he said he was gonna be. The truck was delivered with no problems. He was a fantastic guy. I highly recommend him. I drove tractor-trailers cross country for over 55 years. I know a good driver when I see one.

We were extremely happy with Montway. We like the ease of doing business with them.

The people were nice on the phone. I met the driver at a local shopping center. He was a good guy and handled my truck nicely. My truck made it here on time. The fellow on the phone had said it'd be a 25% deposit and the rest would be money order. He didn't give me the amount. He gave me a percentage. After I had it all made out, a young lady called me on the phone and she was giving me a different amount. When the fellow showed up to get my car, I had a money order made out, but I had it made out to Montway and it should have been made out to the courier. Montway should have told me to have a check made out to the courier. I went home, got my checkbook, came back and gave the driver a personal check made out to the courier, which all worked out.

They picked the vehicle up from the dealer in Maryland. However, Montway didn't notify me that the vehicle had been picked up. Also, they said that you could track the driver, but you couldn't track them where they were. I live up in a rural area with one-way roads. The driver said he couldn't make it up here because there was no way for him to turn around. I had to meet him not very far from the house. When I saw him, he had a triple rig full of cars so I understood why he couldn't come all the way to my driveway. There was barely a film of dirt on the vehicle 'cause they had them covered up well.

Everything went smoothly with Montway. I was very happy. We were able to meet the driver late at night instead of early the next morning. We have a large warehouse and the driver was asking if he could park there overnight. I told him I could go, meet him, and get it unloaded that night. He was very happy about it because that put him 12 hours ahead of schedule.

Montway did a good job. They had the best deal. The driver was helpful.

To Montway Auto Transport, with the way they speak to people, it seemed like it was routine. Other than that, I would recommend them. The driver picked up the car in Staten Island. He drove it to his truck and loaded it that way. And when he got to Florida, they usually just park on the main avenue, A1A. He called me, I walked up the block and picked up the car. It was a piece of cake.

This was the second time I used Montway Auto Transport. It was quick and easy. I got a quick quote which I was happy with, and quick service. They worked fast. Also, the driver met me right where we were supposed to meet. He was nice and easy. He unloaded my car, gave it to me and handed me the keys. I would pay for the service again.

Montway Auto Transport had a fair enough price, so I chose that. The courier driver was great. He was focused and tried to get his job done right. He was good to deal with. He didn't speak English very well, but he had his dispatch guy who would translate. The drop-off happened just like I thought it would. There was room on the street to drop it off. The driver dropped it off and pulled it into the driveway. He took some pictures of what the car looked like in the driveway after he dropped it off, and I handed him a check for the remainder of the payment. I paid some upfront and the rest on delivery. And he picked it up, and that was it. He was on his way.

Montway responded in time and their price was a little lower than what I had in mind. I was pleasantly surprised that it went smoothly. They contracted out to independent contractor. I called Montway and they told me that the driver would call me with pickup details. The contractor who called me was very friendly and very good about it. He couldn't really bring his large 18-wheeler transport into our cul-de-sac, so he said, “Would you mind driving it to a side street where I can pull into that? I don't have to turn around. I can go on the same street.” I was willing to do that, and he was very appreciative of that.

I’d recommend Montway Auto Transport. Their quote was reasonable. Also, the driver texted me. We had good communication, so we were good.

Setting up the transport went very smoothly. We were contacted a day in advance so that they were able to pick up the car a day earlier than expected and at a location pretty close to where I was staying. Then I drove over and met the driver, and he loaded up the car, and it was done. The driver walked around the vehicle and took a lot of photos. There was a form that had a schematic of the car and he marked the locations of some existing small scratches. The quote matched the final price. It was a little bit higher than a couple of other quotes that I’d gotten. But I needed to have a fairly tight window on the pickup.

I've used Montway twice to send two different vehicles and they were good. They were on top of things. It was a really safe and secure transaction because of the way they release these security codes for a person to receive the car and they have to be given the code. They're my preferred interstate transport as far as all of our out-of-state car deals. They're really responsive.

Montway seemed to be very flexible and could find me the type of movement I needed in a protected cover for my car. The transport went really well. The person that moved the car did a great job. We couldn't have asked for anything better. He showed up not only on time, but he showed up early. He got the car here sooner than we were expecting, which was awesome. The car had no damage at all. It was in the exact shape it was in when we gave it to him. He was a very friendly and personable individual.

Montway Auto Transport pulled up next to the hotel I was at, and getting the car loaded was perfectly done. The driver was excellent, very professional, and efficient. He was a very gracious man. Very attentive and easy to work with. I recommend him. The driver called before he picked the car up and let me know he was coming and when he was coming to deliver it. We had to deliver it in a residential area, but it was obvious it wouldn't work. That was why we chose the mall area in Newark, California, and that worked out very well. Also, the car was well taken care of. I was very impressed.

The communication was good. They were on time with the window they gave us. The pick-up and the drop-off were smooth. They were pretty much spot on with the times and the car was delivered in good shape. The driver was friendly and the cost was very good.

We had a tough situation and there was a lot of timing involved. But Montway did pretty well. I told them about my previous experience with another company and they were pretty sensitive to that. The person that picked it up informed me that it would take a certain amount of time and it would come to my front door. They got my car right to my front door a day early. They bettered the timeline.

I would highly recommend Montway Auto Transport as being reliable, easy to work with, and having competitive pricing. I chose them because I've used them before for another vehicle transfer when I sold a vehicle to someone in Dallas, which was out of Alabama. I went online and requested the transfer, and they emailed me back with the options and pricing. The quote was fair and Montway stuck with it. That's what they charged me. English is not the driver's first language, but he still made an effort to get someone else on the line to help make sure the communication was conducted accurately and help coordinate the pick-up and delivery successfully.

I was shipping a car from Vermont to Florida. I did some internet research and Montway came up as one of the national shippers. And when I called Montway, they gave me the lowest price. What we did was because the truck was too big for our block, the driver called me from about two blocks away. I drove the vehicle to him. He drove me back home and then took the car back to the truck and loaded it on the truck. He was in touch every day letting me know, confirming when the car would arrive. It was dirty when it arrived, but it was in good shape.

Montway's price was competitive and they were flexible on the dates. Working with them was good and it was a good customer service that they did provide. They were able to accommodate the changes that was requested on the pickup and also during the delivery. The initial pickup date was changed by 24 hours. It was a splendid experience with them.

I spoke with Montway and they said that their major route is from Florida to Michigan and Michigan to Florida. My experience with them was great. The driver was awesome. The transport was completed in about four days and the car was fine.

I needed to get a car out to my daughters and it went very smoothly with Montway. They came a little bit early to pick up the vehicle and they stayed in touch. You can't get a semi in the street where my daughter lives so they had to reload it someplace in New Jersey and drive it out and they did what they said they were gonna do. I spoke to someone and he was so efficient and helpful. The first person I spoke to was Montway and I knew right then and there I wanted to stick with them. I liked his efficiency and he wanted to be helpful. I felt a sincerity about him to get the job done. Some people make you feel like you're bothering them almost.

I almost contracted with another company, but Montway was able to beat them on price and timing. The reps did a good job and they were really helpful in trying to present us all kinds of options to get our vehicle transported. I shipped two vehicles - a pickup truck and a Jeep. They went from Northern California to Oklahoma. The driver who picked up the vehicles was excellent and we got along super well. The driver who dropped off the vehicle here was a different driver and he was professional. They would have delivered the vehicles faster but we weren't here to accept delivery of the vehicle.

I moved across the country from Missouri to California. Montway moved my Honda CRV. There were two different people. There was one with whom I made the original agreement. Then there was the driver. He had an accent that I had some difficulty understanding on the phone, but he was fine. It wasn't all that difficult. He was very punctual.

Everything went very smoothly. We did a couple of vehicles and it took five days. Pickup and drop-off point was in Maryland. That worked out great. The quote was very in terms with other moving companies.

Customer service was good. I shipped a Jeep Wrangler and the quote was spot on. The driver was very good at communicating all of his situations. The transport was done in a day and I got the vehicle in great condition. It was super quick.

I had Montway ship a Ford Escape. My experience was good. When I originally booked it, I talked to a guy, and he told me I was allowed to have 100 lbs in the trunk, and then I paid another extra to have another 100 lbs in the back seat. Then when the guy picked it up, he told me I wasn't allowed to have anything in it. I told him I paid extra, and then he was like, “Oh, I'll figure it out with the company.” Other than that, it was perfect. There were some other companies that I looked at, and they wouldn't even let me pay extra to have more weight in the car.

They were very helpful in explaining the process because I had never used it before and the price seemed reasonable. When we finally got the driver, I liked him. He was very straightforward and helpful. Everything went well. It would have been very convenient for us to send a few things inside the car but we kind of understood from the documentation that we couldn't send any household goods in the car.

I was debating whether to use a company that subbed all their work out, but it seemed like most of them did anyway. The price and customer service were good. They asked me the information. I gave it to them. They got back to me with the estimate very quickly. They gave us a little discount for something, and we told them we were good to go. I was happy with the service in general.

Montway has the best price. The organizer was straight to the point. Setting up the transport was easy. The pickup was in Port Charlotte, Florida. And then it dropped off in Jackson, New Jersey. I scheduled it pretty far out, a month in advance. It was within a day of my original scheduled time. By the time it came around, it was a day later, but it also came one day earlier. So it evened out. The quote was also accurate to the comparable estimates that I got. I did the online quote, but then I called in and they gave me a better price. So it was worth it.

I talked to Montway's customer service three times to make myself feel like, "Yes. This is real." After the second time, I told my dad about it and he said, "Yeah. Okay. Go ahead. This is a real company and all." The third time when I talked to them was the final time I did and did all my payment. The customer service people were telling me the truth and real information. They didn't give me Google response even.

My son enlisted in the military and is in Louisiana, and so he needed his car. We used Montway to transport his car from California to Louisiana. The customer service they provided was a lot better. They clarified it. When I had questions, I was able to reach them and they had no hesitation in getting back to me. They were one of the cheapest ones, too, which I was shocked. The delivery was amazing. They worked with me. Because my son is in a base, it was very difficult to get the vehicle to him. They suggested different ways of getting it there for delivery. I followed their instructions and we had no problems. The quality of service was way above the cost.

I was sending a vehicle for my sister in Houston. After having a bad experience with two companies, I just went to the close car auction and I asked them for a good company to use. The manager was friendly and he told me he just uses Montway as a personal thing. He told me, "This company is good," and he gave me the name. I looked for it, I read the reviews, and I did it. It was a good experience. The process was easy. The payment was easy. The pick-up time and the delivery time were accurate. Everything was very smooth.

We shipped a BMW X1 and a Jeep from the continental United States to Hawaii. I'm prior military. We're stationed here and we knew that Montway frequently does this. We were hoping not to have issues so we chose them. We've used them when we left here and the military used them. We had a great experience then. Customer service called me several times - once, to set it all up and then we had continuing conversations when the actual dates of shipping approached. We also shipped at two different times. They worked with us quite well and kept constant communication. Customer service was wonderful, just like everybody else in the company. The quote we got was a little excessive but it was right on market value and we were quite happy with it. We had a great experience.

Everything was great with Montway. They shipped our Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Nissan Leaf. We liked their the price, and the delivery window was also smaller. The reviews didn't hurt, too. I called to make sure the timing was right because we had to change the start date for my Jeep. The representative was really nice and knowledgeable. Even the drivers were the best. I've got two kids, and they were four and two at the time. They were super nice to them. Where we live in is really hard for big trucks to get through. The driver came and picked me up, and then we drove back to his trailer. He was very respectful. Everything was great with that. They communicated everything really well.

Their price was good and they had a lot of good reviews online. They picked up and dropped off the car on time. They were good.

I didn't know at first that Montway was just a broker. When you call them, they call a truck driver who actually picks your vehicle up and then transfers your vehicle to wherever. The only thing that wasn't straightforward was that they told me they were gonna have the car picked up by a certain date, and that did not happen. Montway gets paid straight from my credit card, which was $600 and then all they're doing is making a phone call and lining up the truck driver. They're overpriced for making a phone call, but the truck driver is doing all the work. He was perfect at everything he did. The trucking company that they hired was extremely professional.

Montway did a good job and the price was reasonable. We appreciated that they were the only company that was willing to work with us. The other ones wouldn't get people out to do it because my truck is a crew cab and it's 21 feet length, and they were not putting that into the description for the people that come out, and they weren't helpful at all. Then they tried to up the price on us after we already had a set price. Montway wasn't doing any of that. They were busting their butt to find a driver for us. We went through six drivers before we finally found one that would say yes and accept the truck. They worked their butts off to find this one.

Montway has an enclosed trailer and it was the most reputable place I could find. I had them ship a Datsun 240Z car from Folsom, California to Owasso, Oklahoma. This is a expensive, classic car. So, I did not want to go with any of the other ones that were a little less reviewed or didn't have good enough reviews. I played it safe. The quote was a little high, but I wasn't gonna risk going with a less reputable place with the situation not having that much control with being so far away. I thought it was a little overpriced by about 20% but at the end of the day, it is what it is.

Montway's schedule worked better with mine and their prices were slightly better. That was one of the major reasons I went with them. In the end, the original and the final cost were the same. Customer service was fine. A lot of the process was done online so it was easy. The transport was from Washington to Georgia. The driver got here a day early and that worked fine for me. He was a cool dude. He got my wife's SUV off nicely and we were on our way.

I enjoyed the experience with Montway. The rep told me that he was gonna find a driver for me and soon as they found the driver they would call me. They gave me the exact date that the driver would call and he did in time. The driver stayed in contact with me along the way. I had even access to showing the route where he was at. It was a very easy process. The quote was decent. It was a little pricey, but I was more concerned about reliability and the security of my vehicle. The only thing that could be improved about the experience is getting a better quote or a better price. But other than that, overall, they're a wonderful company. They really satisfied me.

Montway has somebody who speaks really good English and helps coordinate everything, almost like in a command center, in a call center somewhere. Then they're communicating with their drivers who are clearly not from from the States. They don't even barely speak English. But with the way that they do it, they easily have somebody that you can contact that will always answer the phone. They'll then relay that message over to the driver. I got a fair quote, and I certainly would have liked to spend less. But they did an enclosed transport for what most people are doing open transport for. The delivery was a couple of hours behind the schedule. But it ended up working out good for us.

I spoke to Montway when I was setting everything up, and it was a good experience. Their quote was very reasonable considering the destination. The car arrived safely. The only difficulty I had was the driver's English wasn't very good. He messed up who he needed to contact when he got to New York. Originally, it was gonna be that my friend was the one who got my car. But it was her husband so the driver had to call a different number. He didn't understand what I was telling him, so he still called my friend who was at work. She was able to call her husband and he went out and met the driver.

Montway is known for transporting vehicles so I used them to transport my standard commuter vehicle. The transport was for a couple of states over. I called Montway to schedule the dates of pick-up and drop-off and they were able to help me reserve a time for that. I was able to reserve an auto transport in the manner in which a professional organization should conduct itself as. The quote was similar to what I expected and the transport took only a couple of days. The driver asked me to sign a confirmation that the vehicle was delivered to the correct location when I met him face-to-face. Everything went well.

Despite some difficulties in scheduling, the company managed to transport the car quickly and without any damage or incident. Once the ball was rolling, communication with them was direct, frequent, and easy. There was some delay due to the location of the dropoff, but other than that the driver was in touch and made sure I was well aware of his location and his timing.

Montway was among the cheapest, and then someone called me and I talked to them. They also mentioned that I could put stuff in the trunk up to a certain weight. But as long as it was below the window line, it was okay and that was a big factor for us to be able to put bedding in the trunk or in the back seats as part of our move. Setting up the transport was pretty easy. It was good service. It was scheduled to take seven days and it was an accurate estimation. The pickup point was kind of funny. Montway claimed to be door-to-door and I told my parents, "Yeah, we don't have to do anything. They're just gonna come by and pick it up." My parents said, "You're crazy. There's no way they're gonna come actually to our house and pick up the car. They're definitely going to call you and ask to meet at like a Walmart parking lot two towns over." But I said, "That's what they said. You'll see." My parents were right.

When I was about to get my car from Florida to Massachusetts, a friend of mine said to check with Montway which I did. They said they would get my car from Florida to here within four days which they did. The transporter was very good too. They kept in touch with me. They told me about when they would pick it up. They also told me when they were halfway and when the car would be delivered. They were supposed to deliver the car Friday morning but I was supposed to go to work. I told the driver I wouldn't be able to receive the car Friday at 7:00am or 8:00am. He did his best to deliver the car at 1:00 am which I really appreciated. My car was well delivered. The price was good for me as well. I paid $749. I was in touch with other companies who wanted me to pay $1,000 and some hundreds.

My family has been using Montway for over 10 years. I have personally used them three times. And everyone who's delivered or picked up one of my cars has always been super on time and communicative and just easy to work with. Also, super easy and on-time delivery. I was having it delivered to an area that they couldn't get to with their truck, so we found a meeting point that was reasonable. They're super reliable and I wouldn't trust anyone else with transporting a vehicle.

They did a great job. The pick-up and delivery of my vehicle went smoothly. Everything went well from the time they picked it up until the time they dropped it off.

I called Montway and their price seemed right. I wasn't there for the pickup. I had a friend do it. I moved back from Florida to California. It was great. He said when they were gonna be there. He met them nearby because the truck to pick it up was too big. It was all good. I got an update when they were getting close to California and they dropped off the car. It was a great experience. The price was affordable considering how far the car had to go. It got there and nothing was wrong with it. It was perfect.

Your driver was professional and kept us informed as to where he was and what he was doing. I/we HIGHLY recommend your service. He was on time when he picked up our car as well as when he dropped it off. He cared about both locations and made where that he could navigate the areas.

The service was great. The driver helped me along the way and was more than accommodating. He was great with the man on the receiving end and very respectful about the times he was estimated to meet and he was always early. I would keep him, I have done transports before and he excellent employee.

I called Montway on a Friday, it was Labor Day weekend, and they said they could pick up the car on Tuesday. Lo and behold, they picked it up Tuesday at 7 PM and it was delivered in Arizona Friday night, a day early. I couldn't believe it. It was better than what they quoted. They exceeded expectations. Also, the driver called and said he was gonna be here in an hour. He had every intention of bringing the car to my house but my subdivision has really tight streets so we met at Walmart. Their customer service was perfect.

I decided to try it myself because they gave me positive feedback. I transported a Toyota Camry from Sacramento to Miami and it worked out. My daughter interacted with the driver for pickup and my son was here for the delivery. They both gave positive feedback - especially my daughter in Miami. She said the driver was very courteous. He backed the car down and then took it across the street to where she was in a parking lot, drove it over there for her, and left her in a safe situation. She was very grateful for that. Also, the trip was done more quickly than I had expected, which was great because my son was without a car and I was sending him one of my cars. I would recommend Montway to anyone that needed the service. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it quickly and professionally. And I think it's a good business model. Using the website is a great idea and it kind of connects everybody together and everybody's happy.

I moved to Texas and on the day I was supposed to drive here, I was in an automobile accident. I came here and my car went to an auto body shop in Florida. After it was finished, I didn't really want to fly there and drive myself here so I made the decision to have the car transported. I was cautioned that there are a lot of disreputable companies out there, some that you wanna steer clear of, and some that are absolute frauds. It was kinda scary but I got on the internet and I started doing my research. Also, I talked to the body shop that had my car and I asked the guy if he was familiar with Montway. He said he had dealt with them before when people would have their cars picked up and that they were one of the top ones in the country as far as being reliable and responsible.

We were moving from Arizona to Indiana and we had more vehicles than we could drive. We shipped a big Dodge Caravan and an SUV vehicle that was like a Jeep thru Montway and our experience was wonderful. The representative who helped us set everything up was great. He called back when he said he would and everything he said was the way it was. They picked up the vehicles within 15 minutes when he said they would and they delivered 30 minutes of when he said they would. They brought them directly to where we were moving to and dropped them there in the yard. The rep who helped us set up gave us an exact price, too.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. Once I put the order in, my car was picked up quickly and delivered without any issues in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I specifically asked for a delivery after 5pm because my daughter works full time. They ended up delivering it in the middle of the day and she had to leave work to pick it up.

Driver, although lacking somewhat in English speaking skills, nonetheless communicated well with us through texts and map apps--He did a great job! Car was picked up and delivered, both in my absence, with his coordination with my friends. He made it easy on them, and I am thankful for that.

I’ve used Montway for two vehicles and everything was great. I have used other companies and you just fill everything online. With Montway, they called back and then I had to go through everything I'd already spent 20 minutes putting online. That procedure is a little antiquated. Right now, in the digital world, you fill up all the information and this should be done. They should get out of the stone age.

They had different people that I worked with. Everybody handled everything well. They were very professional. I had a rough time with the first driver. But they rectified everything. They gave me a credit. So they made up for it. Their service was really good. I'm happy with my experience with them.

The driver had a flat tire but coordinating with him was really good. He reached out right away and said, "Hey, this happened. Can we adjust the pick-up time?" All of that worked out. So, we met him in a parking lot, picked up the car, and it was all smooth.

Working with Montway was really easy. I initially thought that they would be a little bit more accommodating with my schedule. I didn't think the car would get picked up as soon as it did, which was before the day I had listed when it would be available to be transported. So, that was a hiccup in the schedule because I had to ship my car in the middle of my work goodbye party. It was a slight inconvenience, but in the end, it still worked out. The transporter happened to be passing through the area, and it helped him out. It would be out of his way.

They were great. They gave a reasonable quote. The process was very easy and upfront. They sent an email and a text also. The driver got delayed because it was a long weekend, so he got caught in traffic in New York, New Jersey, which I completely understand. He arrived when he said he was going to the next day. It was fine. It wasn't an issue on my end, but very good communication. There were no problems. The car was in great shape too.

I filled out a thing on a website and then I started getting offers from everybody. I was looking at reviews and I heard from a lot of people that Montway was a good one. So even though that was the priciest one, that's the one I went with. Their rep called me and took the time to ask questions. He could answer whatever questions I had and he would bring up different things that I need to consider, which I had no idea of because I'd never shipped a car before. But I was dealing with two to three different people and so it sounded like maybe they didn't communicate with each other. It was kind of awkward. Other than that, the driver was amazing and the care that he took with the car. He was extremely careful and he went the extra mile to help push it into place since it wasn't running. He was a really good driver. I wish it were cheaper but I know the driver took care of the car and he came a distance, so I was thankful for it. It was worth whatever it cost.

You get what you pay for! This company was not the cheapest, but they did an excellent job of keeping me updated, especially since we were not present when they picked up my vehicle. The driver was friendly and professional, and the car was delivered when promised and in perfect shape.

I can't guarantee they're the lowest rate but the rate they were giving me seemed low. So if they weren't too worried about getting the absolute lowest rate, they should go for it. Don't even look anywhere else. But they should check with one or two others.

Absolutely flawless and super fast. Dispatch was amazing and detailed. As soon as we hung up we had vehicle in less than 24 hours. How’s that for quick and driver was courteous and quick as well. Highly recommend Montway for all your transportation needs. They will be the only one I call.

Setting up transport with Montway was good. I tried to do it on the internet, but I needed the delivery date to be a more narrow window than they had. They had to call and talk to somebody, and it cost a little bit extra to have the more narrow window. The driver was very particular. He wouldn't drive into our neighborhood because there were too many trees. He didn't want to scratch any of the cars. So we met him at a gas station in a different spot. The final quote was accurate. I had gotten a quote from another company too and this one was a little bit less. But I went with Montway because they were able to narrow my window to where I needed it.

I used Montway twice. They're very good. I needed to take a trip to Florida, so my brother-in-law found me the company. He found many, but they were all frauds. Montway was in the Consumers Affairs, so I used them. The first driver was very nice and the second driver was nice also. It turned out well. The car was very safe. Nothing wrong with my car. Everything was perfect. I had a brand-new car, so that made it the best. I would recommend them.

It was my first time having a vehicle transported and I was expecting for it to cost more, but it was cheap. It was easy too. My uncle just gave the key to the guy who came. I recently bought the vehicle from out of state from a relative, and I had gone three weeks before, ‘cause I went on vacation to Utah. I saw the car, and it was in good condition. My uncle said the guy who picked up the car made sure nothing was inside (any extra stuff, like clothing) and that the condition of the car was good. The guy took pictures of the car, then he loaded it up. The pick-up point was in Heber City, Utah, and the drop-off was in Bellflower, California. It was scheduled to be two days, but the guy got here quickly. In less than a day, he was already here and the car was in the same condition as when it was picked up.

I looked out online, had somebody reach out to me, asked me what my needs were. Let me know that someone would reach out to me with further details, which Montway Auto Transport did. We talked through it. They needed to find a driver so they could solidify time of pickup and date. I was on a tight timeframe. They were accommodating and communicative.

I had a challenging experience with Montway. It didn't go according to schedule. When I booked them on a Tuesday, they told me, "Hey, we'll pick it up on Thursday and we'll have it delivered to you by Sunday." I purchased a motorcycle from Las Vegas and I told them that it was in storage. So they needed to tell me when they were gonna be there so I could make arrangements for the seller to be there. But they missed the pick-up day. My seller was upset because he had to leave work. Montway said, "Well, our guy is running late and he'll be there at noon." So I said, "Okay. They'll be there at noon." My seller said, "Hey, they have to be here. I mean, I can't just run back and forth." But Montway ended up saying, "Hey, it's an hour later, an hour later."

I like Montway's promptness of information, reputation, and service. We had some hiccups that they resolved promptly. I would use them again.

They got my vehicle from LA to South Georgia and it took about three days. It was inexpensive and the driver was nice. About a day before he got here, he called me and let me know what time he was gonna arrive. If somebody had a transportation need, I would recommend Montway.

I had shipped a car with Montway from Wyoming to Arizona, and it went fine. I looked up other companies that were significant, and they seemed one of the best ones. They contacted me after I contacted them and they had it all lined up. They even gave me a little bit of a discount. The reps were very professional. The driver lives in Glendale, Arizona. So, he was a local driver. He was really knowledgeable and very pleasant. He had a professional vehicle to haul with. I wanted to make sure I got somebody that was reputable so there wouldn't be any damage on the vehicle when it got here, and nothing changed on the condition of the vehicle from the time it was loaded until the time it got to me. The timeline worked out really well. As far as the price, it was 1,469. 1,150 went to the driver and the rest went to the broker.

This is the fifth time I've used Montway and this time was amazing. I like the fact that they are somewhat local to me. I went online and booked it at 1:00 Monday afternoon. They called me up around 5:00 and asked if the car was ready to go. I told them yes and they said they'd be out the next day at 8:00. On Tuesday, they called me and asked, "Are you available at 2:30 this morning?" I told them I was not. They asked, "How about after 7:00?" They came by and delivered the car 9:00 Wednesday morning after I booked it on Monday, which was phenomenal.

My experience with Montway was amazing. They were informative. They stayed in contact pretty well. I had LoJack on my car anyway. So once they picked it up, I knew exactly where it was at all times. That made me feel better. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. It was also a fair cost.

My experience was very good. I enjoyed meeting my driver, Brian. He was very responsible, knowledgeable, and kind. We had an appointment, and I met him to get him set up to pick the car up the following day. Everything went according to plan, and he was very responsive. If I needed to get ahold of him or if he needed to get ahold of me, we had good communication. All in all, Montway is wonderful.

I've shipped with Montway for four times now. I was always happy before, but this time, I was not really thrilled with the guy who drove the car to Illinois. The car was dirty on the inside when it got there. If it was on the outside, I'd understand that. I had to wipe where he sat and the steering wheel off before I would get in the car. He also was supposed to call me before he delivered the car and give me a couple hours notice and he didn't bother. He just showed up. I was a little bit disappointed that the service quality wasn't a little better.

Montway is an awesome company. Every time I deal with them, they dispatch the driver to talk to me, then the driver and I will coordinate a good location. The truck is big, so they meet at a Target or Walmart lot. The designated pickup spot for this transport was a Giant Eagle grocery store. When the driver came, he took out his phone and asked if it was ok if he walked around the car, inspected the vehicle and took pictures so he could upload it to Montway. After he did, he showed us the phone. It was good that he walked us every step of the way, then showed us the pictures and what our signature was for. I don't like signing something if I don't know what I'm signing. As soon as the driver was done, we got an automatic receipt from Montway. It was a good process, and the quote was spot-on.

They were prompt to get back to me and they provided a reasonable quote. The pickup was at a garage in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They couldn't do the repairs there. They weren't equipped. When I got them to transport, the transport was there the next day. It took two days to get down here in Orlando, Florida. The drop-off was at an auto repair shop here in Orlando. The vehicle was fine. It was in the same condition that we left it. I was very happy and satisfied.

Eddie was our driver for the vehicles and he was an amazing guy. He was communicative with us every step of the way. He was super helpful. He was on time and that was a big one. My mom had to meet him here with the vehicle and he was so kind to her. He ended up not being able to fit in our driveway. So he had to go up the road a little bit and park and then come back and get the vehicles. But he was never rude about it at all. We chatted back and forth as he was on his way.

We've transported two cars with Montway. The last person we used was outstanding. He parked the trailer not far from our house, walked to our house to get the car, and then drove it to where he parked his transport vehicle. So Montway did great. The vehicle got there safe, undamaged, and on time. It was a competitive and good service.

The driver was a very nice guy and he took photos of my vehicle on all sides and had a report where there are current scratches and dents. They sent me an email to show proof of where they found the dents. I took photos of my car as well for confirmation. When it arrived, I looked at it to make sure there were no extra scratches or dents. The driver said it would take about five days to get to Nevada and he got there in three days. He called letting me know he'll be there earlier than expected and he arrived on time. It was really simple to get ahold of him.

I ended up having the vehicle taken to a different location 15 minutes away. He was very cooperative and helpful. The service was worth it. It was definitely on the cheaper end. there's a lot of stress involved in getting classic cars to another place and I had peace of mind because they are so established as a company.

I shipped a Kia Soul through Montway for 1,200 miles and their reps were all good. The driver was excellent and I was impressed because he was going to be delayed at the other end, but he had an interaction with my son about that.
