Montway Auto Transport Reviews

I used Montway about two years ago. I was familiar with their company and I decided to reach out to them again and they were able to accommodate me. They were very responsive. The quote that they gave me was pretty good. It was competitive compared to other locations or companies. It was the best deal, given that I had to move cross-country and within a certain amount of time. Also, it was exactly what I was charged. During the transport, I received a few updates, and then I was in contact with the driver and the vehicle was delivered on time and in really good condition. I really appreciated their good customer service. It's not easy driving cross-country, but the driver was able to meet deadlines and get the vehicle here safely. So I was really appreciative of that.

Montway was very responsive. I was able to reach them without any wait time. They were able to answer my queries and get me the exact quote. The pick up was scheduled on a Saturday but I got a call from the driver and there was a delay. But he was there the next day. The car was picked up on time. It was delivered even before the anticipated time. I was more than happy because I was expecting that it might take a week, but I got it in four days, which was less than the anticipated time. It was a great service overall.

I had a car moved from Pittsburgh to Galveston, Texas. They left Friday at noon and were there Monday by 5:00. Everything was excellent. I would use them again.

The transport went fine. The only issue that we had was for the drop-off, they dropped off the car several miles from where my son's apartment was. If he wasn't in a place where he could have somebody take him there, he would have been stuck. Other than that, everything else was perfect. The drivers were courteous and the way we sent the car is the way we got it.

Montway gave me the best rate so I went with them and signing up was seamless. They hauled a car from Seattle to Connecticut for me and I'd highly recommend them.

Montway had a good deal and the timing was perfect. They responded to my emails very fast and setting up with them was a very positive experience. Everything happened as they told me. Both the cost and the delivery were great.

My experience with Montway was awesome. The transport was from Texas to Illinois. It was shorter than I expected. I was very happy. The driver was a very good guy and professional, too. I would hire that guy 10 times over again.

Everything was great in my experience with Montway. The vehicle was picked up by their third party, and it was delivered the same, and all went well. The only thing I understand now is that all transport requests go into a pool, so all the bids that I got there were half the price. They were all going through the same pool, and I could have picked someone a lot less expensive and saved a lot of money. That, I didn't realize until after the fact, but everything that we did with them was fine.

Montway gave several dates depending upon my travel dates for me to choose from and it took me a couple of days to get my travel arrangements. But after that, I just chose the date I wanted and it was done. The communication during the delivery process was great. The car was delivered earlier than I expected by at least a week. When the driver picked up at the port, he told me he'd be there in about a day and he was there in a day.

Montway was fantastic. Everybody was logical and I got my stuff on time, which was what mattered. It worked out great. The transport took two days and the driver was fantastic. He couldn't bring his truck to where I live so I had to drive to the location but it wasn't too far.

Everything was great with Montway and I have zero complaints. They gave me a pickup window of a week then for the drop-off, they gave me about a month, and the vehicle was delivered close to half that time. During the pick up, I drove the car out to the street and they offered to drive me back, but I didn't need it. I also exchanged a few text messages with the driver during the transport and it was enough communication for me. If my friends would need the services that I needed at the time, they should go with Montway.

I transported two SUVs through Montway and they were responsive, professional, and quick. The quote they gave me was fair and during the delivery, they were able to drop off the vehicles directly to me.

Scheduling the transport was smooth and everything was good. The transport was from California to Virginia, and it took five days. The only communication I had was at pick-up and drop-off with the driver, but I also had communication with someone else before that when I was scheduling it. Communication was straightforward and informative.

I signed up online. The process was easy, and from the research I did, the cost was average. Montway is trustworthy. They picked up a vehicle for one of my children and delivered it on the other side of the country. When they picked it up, it was fine and it got there fine as well.

Montway was great. The reps were very informative, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with the service that they were gonna provide, and they offered me different types of movements I could get as far as the open trailer or closed trailer, whether I wanted a firm date or whether I could leave the date open. All those things were really helpful and it made me make a very good informed decision. I selected open transport, and the delivery went good. They took the SUV right to my mother-in-law's house. My mother-in-law is 85 years old, and I instructed the driver to take the SUV to the house and put it in the garage if he would. He complied with that. Use Montway. They're very reputable and, from my door to drop-off, it was seamless.

Montway's quote was right in line with everybody else. They weren't extremely cheaper. They were a bit more expensive than a few, but the customer service and the ability to tell me when they were gonna be able to come and make the move is what made me stick with them. After the quote process, there was a quick phone call to determine the exact needs of the move. It was timely, and the person didn't have to go back and refer to a lot of information from the quote. Sometimes, we get a call, and it's clear they just got our name and information. They didn't look at the details of the move. The person from Montway had all that information, and we were able to get it taken care of quickly.

Once I reached out, Montway reached back to me as soon as possible. I went from Portland, Texas to Baltimore, Maryland, and the driver who picked up the car was very nice and personable. It was very quick, and I didn't feel like I paid too much. From the area that I had to go with to the area I went to, the price was this right.

I called Montway and started filling stuff out online, then I decided to call. They took the information and told me how it was gonna happen and it went just like they said. They were very good, and the quote was fair. They got ahold of my daughter, confirmed where they were gonna meet and the time, and it happened.

I called Montway, let them know everything I needed, then just waited until they got me a driver. It was super simple. The quote also was easy and understandable and it was right within, if not cheaper than, the price range that I wanted. The driver was fantastic and very thorough. He found a spot in my neighborhood that he could park his truck. It was a block away, and he walked to my house. We did an inspection on my car, then he drove it off and loaded it onto the truck. The pickup was in Chandler, Arizona and it was a week to get to me in Connecticut. When the driver was a day away from drop-off, he would call and give me a heads-up on where he was at. He also gave me a location and asked me meet him there.

Montway was awesome. I paid exactly what they quoted me. From the minute I called in to get information to the minute they picked up my car, these people were phenomenal. I've never done anything like this before. They steered me in the right direction. They delivered my vehicle during a storm, which was amazing. They couldn't get into our road. I wasn't there and my niece met them a couple streets up where it was bigger. They got the car off nicely and in a timely fashion. They kept in contact with me and said, "It's offloaded and it's on its way to your house, driven by your niece." They stayed in touch with me the whole time that they were bringing my car down because they knew I was a little nervous.

Montway was on top of things along the way. The cost was a little bit higher than some of the others, but it wasn't cost factor for me. It was more customer satisfaction. They were able to pick up the car when we agreed upon. They delivered it and gave me a advanced notice. It went very smoothly.

Montway has a good price and does door-to-door. When they came, I liked the vehicle that they were driving in. There was language barrier, but we understood each other. The driver would talk on his phone in Spanish then he would translate in English to me. They said they never leave the transport. I didn't want it to be left alone if someone does something to my vehicle. They arrived here early. When the vehicle got here, I was already at sea and my son had to accept it. He said the truck looked great. When I got back into port, I looked at it and it was how I put it on there. Montway saved me a lot of time and hassle. I'm gonna get another vehicle and probably use Montway again.

Montway delivers. They have quick response and good price. The rep emailed me and everything. I used them three times and they are right on schedule. The drivers and office workers are on the top of it.

The rep on the telephone was very helpful and our driver was good. He checked in and let us know where he was at. The final price was what they told me. I'm happy. It was a good experience from beginning to end.

I like that the information was easily able to be obtained via the website. There was also a very timely response to inquiries and Montway had an option for expedited delivery or standard. You pay upfront, pay an additional fee for the expedited delivery option and receive your vehicle guaranteed on or by that date. With the option to do the expedited delivery, you have to pay in advance. Whereas with the other option, you have to put a deposit then pay the remainder.

The rep was helpful. He updated me. Montway provided great service.

Montway did everything on time. The communication was perfect. They got there early to inspect the vehicle. That was cool. I met with the driver and gave the keys to him. He gave me some papers to sign. We walked around the car and looked at damages. The cost was the quote I agreed on. I would recommend Montway to other people.

Montway was more flexible. There were no hidden fees. They gave us options how to pay, which was also good in the sense of having to get a certified check. It was the first time I've ever transported a vehicle and didn't realize the range. We were in a tight timeline. On top of that, the hurricane was coming. We thought the driver was gonna pick up the car before the hurricane, but he didn't. He wouldn't have been able to travel. But he was very comfortable to work with. We live in a subdivision, and the car to carry it can only be at certain places. Maybe because of the bad experiences that they've had, they go by what Siri says. They said no. I said, "It's a vacant parking lot. You'll fit in there, but you won't fit on my street." He never got upset. The drop off was perfect. I'd use Montway again if I needed to.

Billy was very professional and communicated well when picking up vehicle and drop. The company also was very attentive when I called Montway. Pricing was fair and pick up very fast within my short timeline. I would highly recommend Montway. I called other companies and got the runaround or was delayed in response.

I paid for an enclosed transport from Ohio to California but am not sure the car was actually hauled inside. The contracted transporter set the pick-up date with the seller and failed to show up that day but rather picked the car up, with a trailer, the next day. No communication during transport until I called and the car was delivered on a flatbed when promised. The car was in good shape and the driver polite but still no evidence of an enclosed transport. Happy overall but not extremely happy.

Vehicles retrieved and delivered as promised with no issues. They had only minor road dust from the thousand-plus mile trek. Thank you so much for your timeliness and care! We appreciate the attention to detail you demonstrated and would willingly use you for future moves.

More than anything I loved that there were no hidden fees! Everyone I spoke to was informative and nice and my car made it perfectly from Texas to California. Because they did such a good job, we used them to transport it back 6 months later with the same courtesy and great job.

I chose this company since many customers gave them five-star reviews. Indeed, they did an excellent job with my vehicle transportation. However, they're a little slow and a little expensive compared to other transportation companies, but very reliable. If you're not in a rush, you can choose them without any hesitation.

I had a good experience with Montway. They explained everything, how it was gonna happen and what would take place. When I confirmed the bid, I got an email right away confirming that the company would be getting ahold of me. I gave them a call and he said, "We were supposed to give you a call, but we'll just take care of it right now because you beat us to the punch." It worked out great. I knew everything was good within a half-hour after signing it. They did exactly what they were gonna say.

My first experience was pretty seamless Bayshore to Hollywood California. Hollywood to Bayshore was had a few hiccups, they wanted to pick up a day early Tuesday with no notice then told me it was ok to do it the following Monday and called again on Thursday to pick up the car. It finally worked out and said the car would be in bay shore by Friday. Then it got delayed to Monday, and again to Tuesday. I'm not sure but I think there were too many dispatchers involved and there was not enough communication between them. With that said I WOULD use you guys AGAIN. All the drivers were polite and helpful, even though their English was poor to none. The 2 car enclosed trailers gave me great comfort and my car went and came without a scratch. Very reliable and easy to work with. From beginning to end the process was seamless. They literally shipped across the nation for me…California to New York City! The updates throughout the process were great and it was easy to communicate with the transport vendor. Very satisfied and highly recommended them for your shipping needs. I used an enclose transport but it was a trailer haul. Would have liked to know this in advance but the transport was still very secure.

Easy, fast and excellent communication throughout the shipping process. I would definitely use again and recommend in the future. I had a large suv shipped from dealership to my home 250 miles away. I set up by phone and once car was released for pickup I notified Montway and they had pick arranged next day. The driver and I were connected and stayed in touch throughout the delivery journey. Cost was very reasonable as well.

I believe the driver's name was Carlisle and he was super professional and did an amazing job navigating the process. My Jeep was oversized and he did a fantastic job of navigating the situation. I would use your company again and I would request him.

I've transported my mustang about 4 times now, all through Montway, every time the pick up and delivery has been hyper aware and careful about clearances and everything, my mustang is quite low and they made sure it got on and off with ease, made for some good peace of mind when I wasn't at the drop off or pick up locations! Would absolutely recommend to anyone trying to ship a car, reasonable prices and good quality shippers so far!

This was the first time I used Montway and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. They quoted me a lower price than their competitors because I chose a flexible date range. Fast, and efficient, everything that was expected and beyond. The process was simple. Communication went well. The vehicle was delivered on the exact date and time. I had a 1991 CJ jeep hauled to La Verkin, Utah from Colorado Springs Colorado. I would definitely use this company again for future car hauls.

Our driver Denis was amazing. He was in contact with us two days before the move, the day before the move, and 45 minutes before he arrived. He was patient and methodic with the whole process. He called us a day before arrival and then again about an hour before drop off. We could not have asked for better service. It was an extremely stressful time for us but Dennis took the stress of transporting the cars away.

Driver called and let us know he was picking up the car. He was on time. Told us when he thought he would arrive in Illinois. Called us a few hours before he would arrive. We got in our car and drove to the place. Waited five minutes and he came. Came to talk to us, put the car in the lot, keys in the box and it was over. Pleasant man.

I found a car I wanted to buy and arranged within a few hours to have it scheduled to be picked up at a dealership in AZ and delivered here to a dealership in WA. The delivery was on time and smooth. It was cheaper and quicker to work with Montway directly than with the dealership.

Montway was exactly what I needed for transporting my classic Jaguar. In doing research on transport companies, I was surprised how many were out there, but especially how many had either no or very sketchy information about them. If you are in the market for transport, be very aware of all the very low-ball pricing. That was a real red-flag. Montway had a reputable web presence and good reviews. It was worth the money to pay a premium dollar for a quality service.

They were on time and very courteous. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They answered my questions. I'll definitely use them again. The only thing was that water got into my trunk somehow. The stuff up in the left-hand corner of my trunk was wet. But it was like cardboard box and nothing that water damaged it.

When I reached out to Montway, it was very business-like and straightforward. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do exactly when they said they were gonna do it. When they delivered the car, the guy did a good job taking it off the trailer. It was just as I had left it in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. So, they did a really good job of transporting it safely. The gentleman didn't speak English, but he could communicate. It was not a constraint. He knew what he was doing in terms of unloading the car. So it was all good.

I liked their price and good response when I asked questions. The driver that brought the car to me was very favorable. He knew what he was doing, and he moved with dispatch and got into the spot where we were supposed to meet. He got the car off the transport, and off we went. The guy that picked it up wasn't as specific and as fluent as the one that delivered it. But it worked out well.

Montway explained exactly the whole process, and everything went well. But the truck got there about two days after when I was expecting and needed it to get there. I called them, plenty of advanced notice. But the way they operate is that they have certain trucks that come through. Where I live in Louisiana, they only have trucks coming through at certain times and they pick up cars and vehicles along the way. Montway could have done better with that. They could have been more accommodating to me to get it out there when I needed them to. But I do understand that they have certain things that they need to do to try and make it as profitable for them as possible.

Everything worked out just the way they said it was going to. Whoever the individual in the office that set me up did a great job. The price was quite good and I really liked the driver. He was super.

Montway was straightforward. They gave me honest numbers and it fit within my budget. They were very professional and gave me all the information I needed. They were very pleasant to talk to. Then the driver notified me that he was gonna be coming in in the evening and he got here just about 6 o'clock and unloaded the vehicle. He did a good job. They didn't speak a lot of English, but they did exactly what we asked them to do. They were on time and took care of everything I needed.

The service was great. So the second time I bought a vehicle, which needed some shipment, I also chose Montway. They bring your requirement to some contractors and they have some cooperations with truck companies. But the drivers are not always the best. For the second time that I used them, the driver tried to call me at 5 in the morning. That was a little bit annoying. But beside that, everything was fine. Montway is a solid and reliable service provider. If you need the service to ship a vehicle from one place to another, it's a great choice.

The driver was friendly and very professional. He recorded the dents on my vehicle very carefully and when the vehicle arrived, he compared to the original report he had before and after transport to make sure there were no additional scratches or dents on the vehicle. It was a great experience. The vehicle arrived earlier than I expected and the whole process went well. I would recommend Montway to friends.

It was a long time ago when I last shipped and there was a lot more convenience with text messaging and updates on where the car was. I left the keys to the car and some friends handed them off to the driver. Then, when it got here, it was handed off to my shop. The service from Montway was high quality but I don’t know if it was worth it.

The reps from Montway were constantly checking in, sending me emails and text messages. I knew where in the process it was. The drivers came to my house and picked up the car and then, they dropped it at the new house. It was very useful because I didn't have to go anywhere. They were also faster than I expected. The rep I worked with was very open to help me with anything I needed. When I needed a second to look for different information and stuff, he was willing to give it and was open to calls whenever I needed it. Montway had multiple options for me to choose from, so it helped a lot. The price was very affordable and for the way that they were treating me and the speed of the process, it was a good price.

Montway had my dad's car here within a week. It was great. The driver spoke a different language but other than that, he was nice, friendly and kind. The cost was not as bad as I thought it was gonna be.

I needed to move a car from the East Coast to the West Coast. I placed the order online and the automated system worked well. It was accurate, thorough, and very easy. Also, I was able to track the transport so I didn't need someone to intentionally stay in touch and it was close to real time and reasonably accurate. The delivery timing was as promised. I appreciated that they were upfront about it and they delivered on what they told me they would do. I'd recommend Montway without reservation.

I went online and there was something that Montway supposedly gave me that was $100 less but when it came time to pay the bill, it was $100 more than what I had signed up for. I just let it go. We have since found out that we could have transported for a lot less with an independent agent. But for the national carriers that are online, that was a good price. The second transport took a lot longer than what we thought but we weren’t worried. The service is fine except for the delay in picking up the car. But otherwise, it was good.

I transported a 2011 Challenger SRT8 thru Montway and setting that up was all done online. Then it was a two-minute conversation with the representative where he asked a couple follow-up questions. There was also a solicitation that went to whoever to picked up the vehicle and I dealt with them through text message. It was a very seamless, easy, and brief process. We're in an industrial park and they dropped off the car at the top of the industrial park. We picked it up from there and there was no issue in unloading. The car's condition was typical of a car being transported through indoor trailering and there was a little bit of dust but it was totally fine. The quote was also accurate and comparable to some of the other ones I was looking at it at the time.

I like Montway's service. I was satisfied with the way they were trying to give me the realistic timelines and they told me about the process. They picked up my daughter's car at San Diego and dropped it off at Buffalo. That was done very efficiently. I also met the drivers who came to pick up and they looked like good guys. They took all the photos of the car first then showed us even very minor scratches so that there was no confusion or any chance of a dispute. There were two guys and they looked very efficient. It took them six minutes to load the vehicle properly then they said they were going to drop it off in three days. We were doubtful but they were able to do that. Their customer service was very good and I was happy with the price. If I have to drive those cars from here, I may end up spending more money.

I needed to move a very large vehicle that was not running from one of my work locations to another. The transport was within the state of California, and it cost a lot of money, but I didn't have much choice. Besides that, it went smooth. I had employees at the pickup location, and they took photos. Everything was good.

I had a good experience with Montway. It was quick and in a blink of an eye, my vehicle was already where I needed it to be, didn't even realize it was already where I needed it to be at. I enjoyed it. I was satisfied. It was also the cheapest quote I had traveling from such a distance.

We moved from Florida to Hawaii and had a Volkswagen Jetta transported. I did the uncovered option, and Montway's quote was about half the price anybody else offered me. Customer service was perfect too. They answered my questions every time. My spouse is in the military, and I am gonna use Montway when we move again. I would recommend them too.

Setting up the transport went very smoothly. It took less than a day and a half to get it scheduled. The communication was excellent and the quote was spot on. At pickup, the driver and I met at a gas station near my home that also services large trucks in a large back parking lot. So, it was incredibly easy. The vehicle was fine when I received it.

The people I talked to were very helpful and accommodated me with the dates I needed. I've never shipped a vehicle before, so I thought the price was fair. The person I set it up with worked with me. When I asked if they could do any better, they gave me a bit of a better price and I was happy with that. The pickup was in Sussex, New Jersey, while the drop-off was in Summerfield, Florida. I had my son in Florida to receive the vehicle, and when the drivers gave him a time that they would be there, he hardly had to wait for them. They showed up when they said they would. I have recommended Montway to another person and told them that they were wonderful to work with and highly rated. That person is going to use them to have their vehicle shipped. A date and the price just has to be set up.

Montway trucked our car back from California to Pennsylvania. The driver was fantastic. They couldn't get the truck the whole way to my house so I had to drive a couple of blocks up. They took a bunch of pictures of the car and made sure I looked at everything over, that there were no marks on it. Then they pulled it into the covered truck. They kept in contact with me the whole way across the country. When they got here in Pennsylvania, we weren't here yet. I had a friend of mine meet them at my house. I could tell they wanted to make sure that whoever was gonna receive the vehicle was the person that was gonna receive it. My friend received the car for us. I asked him his experience with them and he said they were very easy to work with. They walked all through over the car with him also. I would wholeheartedly recommend Montway to anybody. They're very easy to work with and the price was right. There are probably cheaper companies, but you get what you pay for these days.

Everything went as planned with Montway. They were right on point. I would recommend them.

It's very easy with Montway. I've done it four times with them. I've had vehicles picked up from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and dropped off in Annapolis, Maryland. They were on time. The last time, they didn't make the pickup date. They had a hard time finding a carrier. But the other three times, they did.

I had a hiccup with the deposit, but that was straightened out. After that, it was seamless. They were supposed to come pick the car up, but the truck couldn't fit in the neighborhood so they met my son at a nearby Walmart parking lot. The day that the car was supposed to be here, the driver called and said he'd deliver it the next day and he did. My fear was the price because I see so many horror stories about getting quoted one price then when the driver comes, they want something else. They had went up on the deposit. I told them that was not what was said. They went ahead and reissued a new invoice with the deposit that was quoted. When the driver arrived, I didn't have change. He ended up taking $20 less than he was supposed to. I've recommended Montway because they kept their word. I also like the timeliness and their price was good.

I almost canceled the service. The communication wasn't there. I was getting the runaround. I called to cancel then I was called back and talked back into it. It ended up being a great deal because of the driver who was incredible.

The experience was excellent. They looked up my location on the map and decided that they could not bring their truck. I was gonna call them about it, but they proactively did that. We decided to meet where there would be enough space for the truck to park which is close to my house. When it was close to delivery time, I called so I could communicate with my daughter and they could arrange a place to meet.

Montway was fair on the pricing and had good customer service. During the delivery, the vehicle was not allowed into the housing section because of the size so we drove over to where the car was and picked it up. I'd tell others to use Montway. They're great.

Montway, the auto transporter, was absolutely fantastic. It happened very quickly. I researched online and saw a lot of positive reviews, so I chose them. They were able to provide me with a good estimate. They explained everything to me and they came when they said they would. They also delivered when they said they would and everything was perfect. I've been with Montway for about nine years, and I'm very happy with them. It's a different price every year depending on the cost of gasoline, but I've always felt it was very fair. When I compare it with some of my friends, it's right in line with the market. Montway used to do transports direct. Now, I usually have to drive several miles, but less than 10 miles.

I was out of town at the time it got delivered, but my wife was here and she got it off the truck with him and got it in the garage. The driver was friendly and stayed in good contact, and my wife said he was great to deal with and accommodating. I can't ask much more than that. I buy old cars and bought one in Florida. I've used Exotic Car Transport quite a bit, but they don't seem to be around anymore and I like Montway better. They were faster and cheaper, and I've already recommended them to somebody else.

The third-party drivers Montway hired were fantastic. It was a mother and son duo. My mother was shipping her Porsche Boxster from Georgia to Salt Lake City out to me. They picked it up at her place with no issue. We had constant communication the whole time that the car was going across country. When they brought it here, it was flawless, considering I work in shipping and logistics for a living. I know of horror stories and everything that can go wrong in supply chain, but this went as smoothly as possible. We were very impressed.

Montway was the best. The driver came and pulled right up in front of my yard. I gave him the keys and he loaded up the truck. He got there in Tennessee earlier than when he said he was gonna be. The truck was delivered with no problems. He was a fantastic guy. I highly recommend him. I drove tractor-trailers cross country for over 55 years. I know a good driver when I see one.

We were extremely happy with Montway. We like the ease of doing business with them.

The people were nice on the phone. I met the driver at a local shopping center. He was a good guy and handled my truck nicely. My truck made it here on time. The fellow on the phone had said it'd be a 25% deposit and the rest would be money order. He didn't give me the amount. He gave me a percentage. After I had it all made out, a young lady called me on the phone and she was giving me a different amount. When the fellow showed up to get my car, I had a money order made out, but I had it made out to Montway and it should have been made out to the courier. Montway should have told me to have a check made out to the courier. I went home, got my checkbook, came back and gave the driver a personal check made out to the courier, which all worked out.

They picked the vehicle up from the dealer in Maryland. However, Montway didn't notify me that the vehicle had been picked up. Also, they said that you could track the driver, but you couldn't track them where they were. I live up in a rural area with one-way roads. The driver said he couldn't make it up here because there was no way for him to turn around. I had to meet him not very far from the house. When I saw him, he had a triple rig full of cars so I understood why he couldn't come all the way to my driveway. There was barely a film of dirt on the vehicle 'cause they had them covered up well.

Everything went smoothly with Montway. I was very happy. We were able to meet the driver late at night instead of early the next morning. We have a large warehouse and the driver was asking if he could park there overnight. I told him I could go, meet him, and get it unloaded that night. He was very happy about it because that put him 12 hours ahead of schedule.

Montway did a good job. They had the best deal. The driver was helpful.

To Montway Auto Transport, with the way they speak to people, it seemed like it was routine. Other than that, I would recommend them. The driver picked up the car in Staten Island. He drove it to his truck and loaded it that way. And when he got to Florida, they usually just park on the main avenue, A1A. He called me, I walked up the block and picked up the car. It was a piece of cake.

This was the second time I used Montway Auto Transport. It was quick and easy. I got a quick quote which I was happy with, and quick service. They worked fast. Also, the driver met me right where we were supposed to meet. He was nice and easy. He unloaded my car, gave it to me and handed me the keys. I would pay for the service again.

I called Montway and they told me that the driver would call me with pickup details. The contractor who called me was very friendly and very good about it. He couldn't really bring his large 18-wheeler transport into our cul-de-sac, so he said, “Would you mind driving it to a side street where I can pull into that? I don't have to turn around. I can go on the same street.” I was willing to do that, and he was very appreciative of that.

Setting up the transport went very smoothly. We were contacted a day in advance so that they were able to pick up the car a day earlier than expected and at a location pretty close to where I was staying. Then I drove over and met the driver, and he loaded up the car, and it was done. The driver walked around the vehicle and took a lot of photos. There was a form that had a schematic of the car and he marked the locations of some existing small scratches. The quote matched the final price. It was a little bit higher than a couple of other quotes that I’d gotten. But I needed to have a fairly tight window on the pickup.

English is not the driver's first language, but he still made an effort to get someone else on the line to help make sure the communication was conducted accurately and help coordinate the pick-up and delivery successfully.

I was shipping a car from Vermont to Florida. I did some internet research and Montway came up as one of the national shippers. And when I called Montway, they gave me the lowest price. What we did was because the truck was too big for our block, the driver called me from about two blocks away. I drove the vehicle to him. He drove me back home and then took the car back to the truck and loaded it on the truck. He was in touch every day letting me know, confirming when the car would arrive. It was dirty when it arrived, but it was in good shape.

Montway's price was competitive and they were flexible on the dates. Working with them was good and it was a good customer service that they did provide. They were able to accommodate the changes that was requested on the pickup and also during the delivery. The initial pickup date was changed by 24 hours. It was a splendid experience with them.

I spoke with Montway and they said that their major route is from Florida to Michigan and Michigan to Florida. My experience with them was great. The driver was awesome. The transport was completed in about four days and the car was fine.

They went from Northern California to Oklahoma. The driver who picked up the vehicles was excellent and we got along super well. The driver who dropped off the vehicle here was a different driver and he was professional. They would have delivered the vehicles faster but we weren't here to accept delivery of the vehicle.

I moved across the country from Missouri to California. Montway moved my Honda CRV. There were two different people. There was one with whom I made the original agreement. Then there was the driver. He had an accent that I had some difficulty understanding on the phone, but he was fine. It wasn't all that difficult. He was very punctual.

I had Montway ship a Ford Escape. My experience was good. When I originally booked it, I talked to a guy, and he told me I was allowed to have 100 lbs in the trunk, and then I paid another extra to have another 100 lbs in the back seat. Then when the guy picked it up, he told me I wasn't allowed to have anything in it. I told him I paid extra, and then he was like, “Oh, I'll figure it out with the company.” Other than that, it was perfect. There were some other companies that I looked at, and they wouldn't even let me pay extra to have more weight in the car.

They were very helpful in explaining the process because I had never used it before and the price seemed reasonable. When we finally got the driver, I liked him. He was very straightforward and helpful. Everything went well. It would have been very convenient for us to send a few things inside the car but we kind of understood from the documentation that we couldn't send any household goods in the car.

Montway has the best price. The organizer was straight to the point. Setting up the transport was easy. The pickup was in Port Charlotte, Florida. And then it dropped off in Jackson, New Jersey. I scheduled it pretty far out, a month in advance. It was within a day of my original scheduled time. By the time it came around, it was a day later, but it also came one day earlier. So it evened out. The quote was also accurate to the comparable estimates that I got. I did the online quote, but then I called in and they gave me a better price. So it was worth it.

They clarified it. When I had questions, I was able to reach them and they had no hesitation in getting back to me. They were one of the cheapest ones, too, which I was shocked. The delivery was amazing. They worked with me. Because my son is in a base, it was very difficult to get the vehicle to him. They suggested different ways of getting it there for delivery. I followed their instructions and we had no problems. The quality of service was way above the cost.

The quote we got was a little excessive but it was right on market value and we were quite happy with it. We had a great experience.

Everything was great with Montway. They shipped our Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Nissan Leaf. We liked their the price, and the delivery window was also smaller. The reviews didn't hurt, too. I called to make sure the timing was right because we had to change the start date for my Jeep. The representative was really nice and knowledgeable. Even the drivers were the best. I've got two kids, and they were four and two at the time. They were super nice to them. Where we live in is really hard for big trucks to get through. The driver came and picked me up, and then we drove back to his trailer. He was very respectful. Everything was great with that. They communicated everything really well.

I didn't know at first that Montway was just a broker. When you call them, they call a truck driver who actually picks your vehicle up and then transfers your vehicle to wherever. The only thing that wasn't straightforward was that they told me they were gonna have the car picked up by a certain date, and that did not happen. Montway gets paid straight from my credit card, which was $600 and then all they're doing is making a phone call and lining up the truck driver. They're overpriced for making a phone call, but the truck driver is doing all the work. He was perfect at everything he did. The trucking company that they hired was extremely professional.

Montway did a good job and the price was reasonable. We appreciated that they were the only company that was willing to work with us. The other ones wouldn't get people out to do it because my truck is a crew cab and it's 21 feet length, and they were not putting that into the description for the people that come out, and they weren't helpful at all. Then they tried to up the price on us after we already had a set price. Montway wasn't doing any of that. They were busting their butt to find a driver for us. We went through six drivers before we finally found one that would say yes and accept the truck. They worked their butts off to find this one.

Montway has an enclosed trailer and it was the most reputable place I could find. I had them ship a Datsun 240Z car from Folsom, California to Owasso, Oklahoma. This is a expensive, classic car. So, I did not want to go with any of the other ones that were a little less reviewed or didn't have good enough reviews. I played it safe. The quote was a little high, but I wasn't gonna risk going with a less reputable place with the situation not having that much control with being so far away. I thought it was a little overpriced by about 20% but at the end of the day, it is what it is.

Montway's schedule worked better with mine and their prices were slightly better. That was one of the major reasons I went with them. In the end, the original and the final cost were the same. Customer service was fine. A lot of the process was done online so it was easy. The transport was from Washington to Georgia. The driver got here a day early and that worked fine for me. He was a cool dude. He got my wife's SUV off nicely and we were on our way.

I enjoyed the experience with Montway. The rep told me that he was gonna find a driver for me and soon as they found the driver they would call me. They gave me the exact date that the driver would call and he did in time. The driver stayed in contact with me along the way. I had even access to showing the route where he was at. It was a very easy process. The quote was decent. It was a little pricey, but I was more concerned about reliability and the security of my vehicle. The only thing that could be improved about the experience is getting a better quote or a better price. But other than that, overall, they're a wonderful company. They really satisfied me.

Montway has somebody who speaks really good English and helps coordinate everything, almost like in a command center, in a call center somewhere. Then they're communicating with their drivers who are clearly not from from the States. They don't even barely speak English. But with the way that they do it, they easily have somebody that you can contact that will always answer the phone. They'll then relay that message over to the driver. I got a fair quote, and I certainly would have liked to spend less. But they did an enclosed transport for what most people are doing open transport for. The delivery was a couple of hours behind the schedule. But it ended up working out good for us.

I spoke to Montway when I was setting everything up, and it was a good experience. Their quote was very reasonable considering the destination. The car arrived safely. The only difficulty I had was the driver's English wasn't very good. He messed up who he needed to contact when he got to New York. Originally, it was gonna be that my friend was the one who got my car. But it was her husband so the driver had to call a different number. He didn't understand what I was telling him, so he still called my friend who was at work. She was able to call her husband and he went out and met the driver.

Montway is known for transporting vehicles so I used them to transport my standard commuter vehicle. The transport was for a couple of states over. I called Montway to schedule the dates of pick-up and drop-off and they were able to help me reserve a time for that. I was able to reserve an auto transport in the manner in which a professional organization should conduct itself as. The quote was similar to what I expected and the transport took only a couple of days. The driver asked me to sign a confirmation that the vehicle was delivered to the correct location when I met him face-to-face. Everything went well.

Despite some difficulties in scheduling, the company managed to transport the car quickly and without any damage or incident. Once the ball was rolling, communication with them was direct, frequent, and easy. There was some delay due to the location of the dropoff, but other than that the driver was in touch and made sure I was well aware of his location and his timing.

Montway was among the cheapest, and then someone called me and I talked to them. They also mentioned that I could put stuff in the trunk up to a certain weight. But as long as it was below the window line, it was okay and that was a big factor for us to be able to put bedding in the trunk or in the back seats as part of our move. Setting up the transport was pretty easy. It was good service. It was scheduled to take seven days and it was an accurate estimation. The pickup point was kind of funny. Montway claimed to be door-to-door and I told my parents, "Yeah, we don't have to do anything. They're just gonna come by and pick it up." My parents said, "You're crazy. There's no way they're gonna come actually to our house and pick up the car. They're definitely going to call you and ask to meet at like a Walmart parking lot two towns over." But I said, "That's what they said. You'll see." My parents were right.

When I was about to get my car from Florida to Massachusetts, a friend of mine said to check with Montway which I did. They said they would get my car from Florida to here within four days which they did. The transporter was very good too. They kept in touch with me. They told me about when they would pick it up. They also told me when they were halfway and when the car would be delivered. They were supposed to deliver the car Friday morning but I was supposed to go to work. I told the driver I wouldn't be able to receive the car Friday at 7:00am or 8:00am. He did his best to deliver the car at 1:00 am which I really appreciated. My car was well delivered. The price was good for me as well. I paid $749. I was in touch with other companies who wanted me to pay $1,000 and some hundreds.

My family has been using Montway for over 10 years. I have personally used them three times. And everyone who's delivered or picked up one of my cars has always been super on time and communicative and just easy to work with. Also, super easy and on-time delivery. I was having it delivered to an area that they couldn't get to with their truck, so we found a meeting point that was reasonable. They're super reliable and I wouldn't trust anyone else with transporting a vehicle.

I called Montway on a Friday, it was Labor Day weekend, and they said they could pick up the car on Tuesday. Lo and behold, they picked it up Tuesday at 7 PM and it was delivered in Arizona Friday night, a day early. I couldn't believe it. It was better than what they quoted. They exceeded expectations. Also, the driver called and said he was gonna be here in an hour. He had every intention of bringing the car to my house but my subdivision has really tight streets so we met at Walmart. Their customer service was perfect.

I decided to try it myself because they gave me positive feedback. I transported a Toyota Camry from Sacramento to Miami and it worked out. My daughter interacted with the driver for pickup and my son was here for the delivery. They both gave positive feedback - especially my daughter in Miami. She said the driver was very courteous. He backed the car down and then took it across the street to where she was in a parking lot, drove it over there for her, and left her in a safe situation. She was very grateful for that. I moved to Texas and on the day I was supposed to drive here, I was in an automobile accident. I came here and my car went to an auto body shop in Florida. After it was finished, I didn't really want to fly there and drive myself here so I made the decision to have the car transported.
