Montway explained each step of the vehicle transport process clearly. I had a few schedule constraints due to travel. Montway first made sure they understood those constraints, and arranged things so that everything happened, on both the pickup and delivery ends of the transport, exactly as they told me it would. The only surprise to me was how quickly the delivery was accomplished. I recommend them with no reservations and I would use them again.

We bought a car in Montville, New York and I live in Washington State. The company we bought it from recommended Montway. We said to please give us someone that has a covered one, pretty good quality, and where we don't have to worry about the car getting any scratches or dents and he recommended them. The driver was awesome and was a very good communicator. He let us know that he was staying overnight and he would be in the place we were supposed to meet. Then, he called us the next morning saying he was an hour and a half out. We met him down there and it was absolutely great. We didn't have to worry about anything. The gentleman was very careful with the car and made sure we were happy before we left.

There was a time when they couldn't pick up the car from the address indicated. Instead, they had my daughter drive all the way to a nearby Meijer. This was in the middle of the night, but the rep assured me that they were going to be there to pick up the car right away and send my daughter home right away. I explained to them that this was a young girl and I didn't want her out by herself in the middle of the night and middle of nowhere, and they were very helpful. The car was handed to us, paid the balance, and that was it. The price was very fair.

My Montway driver was very responsive to texts and calls. He was on time to pick up the car. He answered my questions while the car was in transit. I was very happy with the experience and I will use Monty again. The price was fair and we got our car on time in great condition.

You did a great job on transport... The only issue I have is the rear window was broken.. It was fixed but the trim pieces, rubber around the window are missing and one strip is coming off.. Would like that to get taken care of.. I can replace them but would like your company to pay for them.. You can email me.. I have already recommended you to others. Thank You

Montway's reps were very professional. I used the chat to book the transport and it was easy. The pickup point was in Huntsville, Alabama and the delivery was in Lawrence, Michigan. They picked it up a day earlier than scheduled and they got it there in 24 hours. They were very quick. It was picked up from a family friend of mine's house because I was driving to my new home 1,000 miles away, so I wasn't going to be there for pickup. But she said that the driver was really good about it. Then, the vehicle arrived in the same condition as as when it was given to them. The cost was a little bit expensive, but the car made it here good and that's all that matters.

My experience with Montway was very pleasant. The transport was from Boulder, Colorado to Richmond, Virginia. Everything worked out very well. I was very pleased with them. I would use them again and recommend them again.

I always knew about Montway. I used them because I liked the third-party interaction that holds the driver accountable if they mess up. Setting the transport up was easy. I just did it over text messaging. And if I needed to talk to somebody, they would call back. It was a good experience. And then, the transporter messed up. He ran out of gas and my daughter had to drive an hour to go pick up her car. Luckily, her friend took her to do it. So, when I told them about it, they dropped the price by 150 bucks.

Everything was good with Montway. The pricing was fair and the communication was good. I had a great experience.

My nephew said, "Try this other company." I didn't know the name of it. He gave me the phone number and it wound up being Montway Auto Transport, less expensive, and faster. They said, "Yeah, we could do that. When do you want it done?" The driver called me a total of five times. He called me the night before when he first got the job, asked me if I would like a call the following morning early when he was leaving to pick up the car down south. I said, "Sure, that's fine if you want to. I'm up early." He called me at 8:00 maybe and said he was on his way to pick up the car.

I talked to one of the men. He explained to me how it worked and somebody would call me. I went on trust that that was what would happen. I did not get a call. I had to call them back because I wasn't sure if it would happen. It was the first time I've done that. But I was impressed with the driver. I had already moved, and I was in Kentucky. I was going to have a friend meet the driver and open the door for him so we could get my car out of the garage. My house was empty. The movers had taken everything. The car sat in the garage. The driver called me and said he would be there at 11:00 p.m. I said, “I can't ask my friends to stay up till 11:00 p.m. to come over and meet you. If I give you the combination to the garage, can you open the garage and get the car out?” He said, “Yeah.” I said, “Take a picture after you do that where I can see that the garage door is down.” He did, and he sent it to me. He was very honest and good to do that. I wasn't impressed with the 11:00 p.m. pick-up time.

Montway Auto Transport's customer service guy sounded good and trustworthy. The price quote was reasonable. He communicated well back and forth, gave me a text message. There were some gaps in some information that I needed, he gave me a call back as soon as possible. It only took three weeks for my car to come. I was pleased. It was good communication all around. There was always communication as far as when they would come, calling me when my vehicle was shipped to Hawaii, where I need to pick it up at.

I booked with Roadrunner first and they canceled on me last minute. So I decided to try Montway and they came through very quickly for me. I would recommend them. The driver was very nice.

Everything with them was super easy, and real easy transaction. The vehicle arrived in pristine condition.

The driver was good and I love him. He picked my car up that Friday when they said he would do it. He told me he was gonna bring it to me that Monday, and he did. I paid $1,200 for the transport, and the experience went well. I have other people who have been using Montway as well.

When I was traveling to take care of some property, I did a Florida to Virginia transport with Montway. I like that they have been in business for a long time and have good reviews. The quote was more than what I paid the year before, but that was to be expected. The driver had a problem, but he told me right away that there was a problem and kept in contact with me. Cars were in good condition. Cars came promptly. Driver of the BMW was very nice. Driver of the BMW that we had transported seemed very tired. The driver of the Kia was confused about where to bring the car and complained about the narrow street and was not really friendly.

My retirement hobby has been restoring German roadsters, and I found a BMW Z3 in Virginia. It was cheaper to transport than it was to fly out and drive back to Minnesota. I hired Montway and I was very pleased with the quote given what's happened to the price of everything else. I expected it to be higher than it was. They delivered the BMW Z3 on time in front of my house. This was the eighth car I had transported and I have used several other transports in the past. This is the third transport I've done with Montway and the three of them have been flawless, so I stayed with them. I also found that their prices were very competitive. There are cheaper services, but the quality would be way off.

I moved from New Jersey to California and I wanted to bring my car as well. I looked at more than seven companies and chose Montway. They gave me the best price and told me they will pick up the car in one week and bring it in five days. They gave me detailed information and the schedule as well as the transport were very nice. Everything was on time.

I shipped a car and a truck with Montway when I moved from Seattle to Jackson, Mississippi. My buddy down here in Mississippi told me about Montway and that everybody else was gonna be way more expensive. I did my own research, and he was right. The only thing was I wanted to pay all with my credit card but the guy I talked to tried to get me to pay half-cash. I told them no and they took all payment by credit card. But when it was time for me to do my truck, they wouldn't accept the credit card. I didn't wanna pay cash the first time or the second time. That made it a hassle to get that much cash out. There should be an option to pay through a credit card and they should not ask me for half and half.

We had a vehicle shipped when my son was moving from Boulder back to Boston. My sister-in-law had used Montway and we used them as well. Their customer service is excellent (and I don't say that lightly). There was someone who answered the phone and they got back to me in a timely manner when I had updates or questions. I'd use them Montway again.

Working with Montway was very easy. Their price was fair for a cross country shipment from PA to Seattle. Car arrived when promised and with no damage or issues. I would have given 5 stars except the first driver cancelled on the day the car was to be picked up. They quickly found another driver. Pick up was one day late due to this driver having mechanical issues. However, the communication was pretty good and I would recommend them. As stated on the website, they don’t guarantee a certain date for delivery so I was aware and prepared to be flexible with the dates.

I recently moved from Michigan to Texas. I originally contacted another auto transporter but I was having trouble getting hold of the driver the day he supposed to pick up my car. I was concerned, so I cancelled their service. I contacted Montway, and they arranged for the transportation within a couple of hours, which was a big relief for me. There was a slight hiccup though. The truck that was supposed to pickup the car had some road trouble. So, it was a few hour late but didn't affect my plan much. Apart from that, everything else went very smoothly. The car was delivered on time as it is. The cost was also quite reasonable. A few word for the customer service. This was the first time I was using auto transport service, so obviously I was worried. I contacted the customer service several times with questions. But each time they provided excellent service to ease my worries. If anyone wishes to transport any vehicle, I would certainly recommend their service.

Shipping my truck was the second time I used Montway and everything went so smooth and on time, this company is absolutely wonderful. The first time I used Montway they shipped my Cushman to my brother with no hassle and on time. Each time I used Montway the payment for shipping was so affordable compared to other companies. It was an no brainer.

My car was delivered to the wrong address and left. My wife had to go out at night to try and find it. When she couldn't I called to get the driver to come back to where he dropped it off, pick it up and bring it to the correct address. He finally got to the correct location and verified by pictures that he was at the right place. There was no offer of a discount on the price or some kind of reimbursement for all this trouble well into the night.

Need a car moved from FL to CT in an enclosed trailer. I called around but not only did this company give me a great price they also were easy to communicate with and gave me accurate information regarding time frame of pick up and delivery. They let me know when the transport was arriving with in 30 min. The car was video taped before and after to show no damage! I was really happy!

Customer service was out of this world! Delivery driver was topnotch! Give that man a raise!! My brother died and left me his truck. This vehicle is very important to me because it's all I have left of my brother. I must have called that driver 20 times in 24 hours but he was not one time disrespectful or irritated with me. My friend had used Montway before and referred me. I was moving to Florida, and the transport organizer was very good. I was informed, and the driver was very professional. It was a very hot day. He had to walk through the complex to come down to get the keys because I had foot surgery and couldn't walk up to the main road where it was parked. He came right to the door, got the vehicle, parked it right into my driveway and dropped the keys off. The price was the same as the quote, and there was no damage to my vehicle. It had road grime, but that's to be expected.

The scheduling was good and the guys kept what they said they would do. The guy who was transporting the car was in touch and the transport was fantastic. The driver was extremely helpful when the car was here. From pick-up to delivery, it took a week at the most. Montway did an outstanding job. I would use them next time I transport a car.

My experience with Montway went perfectly well. I was on base and I was looking through our military Facebook group and everyone on Facebook was all saying that Montway is the best one to go through. Their reps described everything to me. The driver didn't know English. We had to use a translator through his phone. So it was difficult, but we made it work. My vehicle's condition was the same as it was when I put it on the truck. As far as the cost, it was not too much and not too low, and then they did really well by getting there on time.

The transport was from North Dakota to California and Montway delivered the car on the expected date. It took four days and the communication was good. The process was smooth and when we had questions, we could just call them and they would answer.

I bought a totaled truck out of state and needed it transported from Florida to Ohio. I prepaid another company and it was hard to get ahold of them. They would also tell me, “Oh, it's getting picked up today.” “Oh, the driver didn't have a jump box and wasn't able to pick it up.” I said, “The driver doesn't have a jump box? You know you're picking up a totaled vehicle.” They said, “Well, it doesn't drive properly.” I said, “You're picking up a totaled vehicle. I've told you multiple times it was in a car accident.” They asked for an extra $150 to guarantee the truck would get picked up the next day too. After two weeks of trying to get them to pick up my truck and having storage fees on the truck that I bought, I finally said, “Look, this ain't gonna work.”

I chose Montway Auto Transport because I've used them several times. They give a reasonable quote. They give clear information on what the pickup and drop-off processes are. They were very thorough, took my information, knew the dates that I needed to pick up, and it worked out well. I've never had where the price changed on me once the vehicle was delivered. And they honor the timeframes that they establish when they take the order.

Scheduling with Montway was very easy and the man I talked to was wonderful. The transport was from coast to coast and they communicated with me. When they got closer, they communicated with my daughter where the car was going. The driver let us know where he was, what he was doing, and when he was expected. He even got there two days earlier than he was supposed to. If I ever have to send a car again, I'm calling them.

Montway was a referral and I used them when I moved from the East Coast to the West Coast. They were good in the beginning. However, what they had quoted me was different from my final price. I was trying to get the person who stated all the numbers to me but they went MIA. They didn't answer the call. They blocked me. I told the lady and she made things a little bit better for me. Thankfully, the driver was very responsive to me and helped me out instead of going through Montway. I was dealing more with the driver than Montway. I found out they're separate companies, and I didn't realize that. I didn't have anyone that followed up with me with Montway. I could've just went directly with the moving company and saved myself $800.

Everything was spot on, what Montway said they were gonna charge me, and the driver was above what we expected. It was a good thing. The car was picked up in Carlsbad, California, and it was dropped off in Dillsboro, Indiana. The guy who picked the car up was excellent, and he did everything he was supposed to. There was room for two more cars and he was gonna keep my car on the back low so nothing got on it. Still, he was very fair.

Montway has been good at their matching with the drivers. I've used them close to 10 times and the experience has been smooth. They pick up and deliver on time.

Everything was emailed and kept up to date and all the info was provided. So it was all good. The quote that they gave me was good and very competitive. The driver sent me a text and gave an update on when he would arrive and when to meet him.

Montway picked up on time and they delivered on the right spot. It was smooth. The quote was fine, too. They did two vehicles. The pickup point was in Olathe and the drop-off point was in Livermore. We had to drop the car to a spot and they did the paperwork. They checked the vehicle and took pictures, and the vehicle came in good condition. Overall, Montway is good. You can use the service for long-distance moving.

I called the local Porsche dealer here in Tucson and they recommended Montway. Their customer service was excellent. The vehicle arrived on time. The driver who brought it down was excellent too.

Everything was okay in my experience with Montway. They have the fastest service and the price was okay. They're the best one out of the other companies I looked into. The driver was also nice. I told him I was busy and would not be home on Friday and we made a deal for Monday. He came exactly at the time he said he would.

We're happy with Montway. Initially, on the first trip, things were confusing. When the car was supposed to be picked up and delivered, things had changed dramatically. They did not adhere to the original agreement and understanding and I had to pay more to have the car picked up on the day that I wanted to, which made it more expensive. It left me out on a limb and required a couple of phone calls to get Montway to get things right. But I was extremely pleased by the the trucker that picked the car up. For the delivery, he called me several times during his route and delivered the car in an incredibly short time.

Montway Auto Transport is a very good service. I saw some places that were either cheaper or were a lot more expensive. Montway was right around the middle. So, I said, “Let me give them a shot.” I paid mid-range price, but I still got good service. And my car was taken care of. So, I'm satisfied. The reps were good people. They answered all my questions whenever I called. Also, the driver was a nice guy. The car was the same as when I left it to him.

Montway Auto Transport explained the brokerage better to me than the other companies. Montway was straightforward and I'm a straight shooter kind of guy. Also, everything went how they said they would do. They picked up my mother's car and delivered it. No scratches. It was all good. My mother was happy.

I called Montway and gave the information on the car and worked out the details of the cost. When we closed on the car, they picked it up that day and it was delivered here the next day. Everything went smoothly. However, the driver didn't wanna bring it into the community. I met him at the front entrance, and they offloaded the car, and we drove it in. But the condition of the vehicle was fine and everything was good.

I had such an easy experience with moving my car across the country. Montway took care of my car and answered all of my questions along the way. Pickup and drop off were convenient and they worked with me to find a time and place. I would use them again.

False advertising, do not use! They have a slew of horrible reviews but I figured those were just the typical internet "nothing is ever enough" variety, since there are also quite a few great reviews. Turns out that's not the case... The booking process took longer than expected but was mostly painless. Pickup was a hassle because no one could get ahold of the driver, but it eventually got done. Real problem started after delivery. The car was picked up in show condition, literally, it was a show car for a custom carbon fiber shop. It was delivered with damage to two wheels and the front fender. Not great but, fine, stuff happens...

In June of 2024, Montway shipped our 2004 Ford Ranger, by open transport, from Louisville, Kentucky to Atwater, California. They were very professional and efficient. They stayed in contact and kept on schedule. The vehicle arrived in great condition on the date agreed to. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning on shipping a vehicle. Thanks Montway!

Everything went as confirmed by Montway. I was advised of future delivery date once pickup was made. The delivery fell within the timeframe given, and the Harley Electra glide Ultra Classic was in my driveway waiting for my signature before I knew it. Communication is a phone call away, status check is encouraged, courteous service was the norm. Even arrived enclosed as ordered, no fuss, no muss! Would I use Montway again? My experience with you guys was excellent. You were on time on both ends and no damages. I have another car to move in December. However, I am going to pressure you on a better price since a friend of mine uses you and he got a better price than me.

I was pleased with all aspects of this transport service. Except for one. A truck driver was supposed to come to my home to get the car but instead, he asked us to drive the car to a pick up point about 30 minutes away, and this was not convenient or expected. All other aspects were great, timing, communication, and condition of the car upon arrival. Thank you.

Easy process to get a quote and set up shipping of our car. Pricing was competitive. When I needed specific questions answered, their customer service was very knowledgeable and responsive. I have used Montway three years in a row for transportation of my rally car to Hemmings Great Race. The people on the phone are polite and knowledgeable. The drivers have been there when and where they said they would, they were polite, and took good care of my vehicle.

I was at first worried as my exit date was near and Montway hasn’t booked a driver yet. However, a few days before my move, they were able to find drivers for my vehicles. Both drivers (CA and SC) kept me posted as to when pick up/delivery would be. The driver who delivered my vehicle could not bring his trailer in the residential section due to narrow street, so he drove one vehicle and took Uber back to pick up the other. It was late at night and raining, but in spite of the this, he was pleasant and we had a short conversation while waiting for his ride. Both cars were in good condition and nothing was missing. I’ve been recommending Montway to those who need vehicle transport.

Overall my vehicle arrived at the destination fine and I am happy with your service! I have two criticisms. 1) the person responsible did not seem to have experience with a manual transmission in my vehicle. 2) There was one other vehicle on the transport at the very end (not up by the cab) which was locked with the keys inside and they (I think a father and son) had to enter the blocking vehicle by extraordinary means, which took considerable time (maybe 45 minutes) while I waited. Some procedure should preclude that possibility (ie. not lock cars in transport and load up to the cab or special place to store keys in driving cab) and I think your employees should get some manual transmission training.

The transport picked up my car on the exact due date and the driver delivered it six days later. I was kept informed about the transit of my vehicle and knew exactly when it was going to arrive. The driver was meticulous and super careful with my vehicle. He even had the vehicle covered so that no dust would get on the vehicle. I was very impressed and would recommend this company highly.

First, I did it online, and the organizer called me. The rep helped me book the correct date. The driver arrived right when Montway said he would. He pulled in front of my house, drove my truck right up, and was gone within 10 minutes. He was nice and professional. He made sure any damage that was on the vehicle beforehand was already documented, so the company would not get blamed. Also, he assured me that my vehicle would be fine and went from there. My truck got there right when it was supposed to. The quote was off by $20. But it was cheaper than the actual quote.

So, I called Montway's rep again to find out about when the driver was coming, he right away put me on a hold and told me that he was checking. Then he told me that the driver was coming in about one hour. It was also good that he answered properly. The driver came in time and delivered within whatever the window time they mentioned. The car arrived in a good condition and I was happy.

I paid a little more to have a covered service. But covered or uncovered, it seemed to be a bigger difference than I expected. It was a little more expensive than getting an uncovered for a 700-mile trip. I just didn't want it to get rained on. So I had to bite the bullet.

There was a little problem with most transporters where they're going and going, and the truck breaks down. That's normal but because we had a holiday weekend coming up, then they said, "Well, we probably couldn't get it." I said, "Well, if you guys don't pick it up in the next 24 hours, you're gonna have to probably wait two weeks because the gentleman is going on vacation." The next thing I knew, there was a transport driver there. They called me at 10:00 and I got a notification at 11:00 in the morning that they were picking it up. By 3:00 in the afternoon the next day, the car was here. The car showed up damage-free.

Montway's customer service reps were good and I had no issue with them. The cost was fair and I liked the guy who came to transport the car. He took it, took a lot of pictures, and delivered it on time. My interactions with Montway were straightforward and simple. But there was no way of tracking where my car was during the journey and if there was a mechanism to track it, that would have been nicer.

The quote was reasonable. It's 3000 miles, and it was a good price. It was in line with everyone else. However, the delivery was a little late. It cost me a few hundred for a rental car. I guess the driver had problems with the vehicle, so the delivery ran a lot longer than it should. But I’m very satisfied with Montway Auto Transport. It was a long ride and I was happy to get the car. It was in good shape. The driver was incredible. He was very apologetic and everything was right once we got the car. He gave me a random address that was 15 miles away. "Can you drive over here?" "I guess so." I didn't have much of a choice. So, we drove over there and got the car. That's not what I paid for though. I paid for curbside delivery. Besides that, there was no damage to the car. It seems to be fine, and it's very nice.

The customer service was fine and the transport was great. The only issue that we had was the drivers weren't that easy to communicate with. They wouldn't pick their phones up. My colleague who used them had the same problem. When the driver reached out and said he was coming at a certain time, it was fine. The vehicle was delivered within a couple of days so it was done very quickly. The driver let me know when he would be arriving and we made arrangements. I live in a residential area and there it might have been tight for him to drop it right where I was. So we agreed to a little spot a few blocks down the road where it would be good for him to make the drop-off. He was great and I was very happy with both the driver and the care that had been taken of the car. I'd recommend Montway to my friends and if they got lucky enough to get that driver, I'd recommend him too.

Also, they knew what they were doing. They came, I opened the gate for them, and they unloaded the vehicle. It was exactly how I bought it.

I will start off by saying I never leave reviews, but my experiences with Montway are deserving of one. I have used Montway to transport my car across the country 5 times now. My first experience in 2021 was very positive, which is what caused me to keep coming back. However, every experience after the first has been progressively worse. I kept coming back, as I knew the company was not a scam, which I worry about in the car transport industry. Each time I have used Montway, I have paid more than my original quote. Their representatives call you and tell you they have found a carrier, BUT they need an additional $200-$400 to secure your spot.

Late. Poor communication. I expect that when I pay a company $2,000.00 UP FRONT that they keep their word. They keep the schedule. And they DON"T wait until the day of scheduled delivery to tell me there's a problem and it will be a day or two late. That is not professional. There is no excuse to NOT keep a customer apprised of any delays in shipping. Very poor customer service. They still want 100% of the agreed upon price, but only want to deliver a fraction of what they promised. Montway did not keep up their end of the bargain.

Good service. The communication and guidance throughout the shipping process of my vehicle was very good. There was a minor issue upon arrival of my vehicle to port but I it was resolved in a timely manner after I contacted Montway representative. My car arrived in good condition and earlier than I was expecting. Montway was not the cheapest option I found for shipping my vehicle but it was the right decision.

My sister had a good experience with Montway and referred me to them. I trusted her judgment and used them as well. I got updates and the vehicle was there at the time frame they told me. When the driver dropped the vehicle, I wasn't home. He called me and brought it to where I was. There were two guys and I liked them both. Their customer service was good. I would and have referred Montway, and I would also use them again.

I was not informed that there were multiple carriers. I was not informed that my car was stored on NC and there was a failed attempt by one carrier to pick it up. The car was messy with trash inside, the mats pulled up, seats readjusted, window left open and ex pass missing (I did find it). Very sloppy.

I was relocating from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles and I chose Montway from a Google search and looking at their reviews. The transport took six days and it was all positive.

I did my research and selected Montway because of good reviews, not lowest cost. I was charged full price when the carrier was dispatched. Pickup was scheduled for Friday but the car still has not been picked up. The Montway website says: Zero upfront payment: You read that right, no upfront payment! The best auto transport companies charge you once the carrier has been dispatched for your order. So, you can book with your auto transport company now and not worry about the car shipping costs until later. This is ABOLUTELY misleading.

Montway did everything possible to make sure I was connected. I received updates on the status of my car. Montway also got my car to me in a reasonable time period. When the first contracted person fell through, in less than 24 hours another carrier was arranged and was able to bring my car to me.

I contracted Montway to transfer my car from Illinois to Nevada. They were friendly and informative. Quoted me, gave me all of the facts on what to do in preparing my vehicle for transport. Asked me the dates when I when I’d like my car to be out there when I needed it to be picked up and dropped off. Every step of the way they kept me informed, and came through with flying colors! Would have them do it over and over. I would recommend them highly again and again.

We've been using Montway for about seven years. We used them about 10 times and their quote has always been exact. We travel for the summers and always drive one car and ship another. So, we have two cars when we get to our destination. I call Montway. They set the transport up. Sometimes it's scary because they don't have a driver until the last minute, but they always get one.

We shipped an electric vehicle and Montway was able to take care of the entirety of the trip from Hawaii to the mainland and then California to Texas without having to break it up into separate transactions. The quote was fair relative to the others that we were offered. It was a little bit better because it was bundled all together, whereas some of the other companies would charge you a little bit more for both legs. And then that total would just be over what Montway was providing. The driver was good and clear on communication. They called and texted the night before and provided updates during the day. The car was taken care of properly. Everything was as we left it.

We were flying out Friday and I had to get the car on the carrier Wednesday. But the guy canceled on Wednesday morning. I talked to him the day before, confirming that he was coming. The $1200 was reasonable but I paid the extra 300 to have the guaranteed pick-up on that Wednesday and that didn't happen (they didn't reimburse me that). I didn't know what to do. I was gonna leave it at a long-term parking at the airport and have somebody flying down to pick it up. It was stressful. For about 12 hours there, I was calling the guy back. But Montway got me a guy that came the next day so it worked out. The guy that came was nice. He was straight up and was there quick. It was here the day after and everything was good. I am gonna use Montway again.

We had used Montway in the past to move a car for my daughter when she was in college, and it was very good. When we were gonna spend a prolonged period of time in Florida and needed a car, we used them again. The car got there in good shape and within the time frame they told us. We were quite happy.

I shipped an Audi Q5 2,500 miles and Montway’s customer service and quote were both satisfactory. The driver called me the day before the delivery and gave me an update where they were. Then on the day of, they arranged with the person who was accepting it. I was very pleased with the service.

Montway wasn’t the cheapest but they were reasonable and had the best reviews of others that I found. I had never shipped a car before so I wasn't familiar with it. I assumed that the date that I gave that the car would be available was when it would be picked up. But I later found out that Montway put it out to other transports and people get to bid on it. So, it shipped a little bit later than I had anticipated. I had to call back multiple times to find out what the status was. So, I would have appreciated a little bit better communication on the front end there.

My service was provided with white glove care and promptness. The company reached out and contacted me quickly and a match was done promptly. The companies that were recommended were excellent. I will use them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The transporter worked well with the auto dealer and was recommended by the car dealer.

Hard to find any fault. Moving my late-father's car was emotional enough, but the timing of the sale of the estate and need to move vehicles meant that everything had to happen properly and on schedule. They came when they said they would, they did the work, and they got my dad's car across the country in good shape and on schedule. The driver that dropped the car was friendly and we worked together on the location that would fit the carrier (my neighborhood is a tight set of curves with cars on the side of the road). My dad's car wouldn't start when first dropped (no fault of delivery, it had sat for a year during my father's illness, so was already running rough) and the driver offered to help push the car to a nearby safe parking spot. Fortunately, the car came to life and that wasn't necessary; he could have just driven off, but instead took the waited the extra five minutes with the offer to help. Montway will be one of my first calls when moving a car again.

Montway is good and we like them. We recently used them to transport a luxury vehicle and the quote they gave was reasonable. In the end, it was just about the same as the final cost.

I used Montway when I moved from California to Florida. A week later, I was supposed to get my car. But they were late, and they changed their time a couple times. They said they were gonna be here on Saturday morning. That changed to Monday morning then Tuesday morning. I didn't have any car at all. The other thing was I live in a community. They said they couldn't drop my car in the driveway because they were gonna have a hard time getting the truck in the area. There would have been enough room if they had to. They parked my car at a nearby Walmart, which was about three blocks away from my house. They said, "We’ll leave the key in there if it's okay with you." I had to make sure that as soon as they dropped it off, I got down there real fast and get my car. I wasn't happy about that.

The experience with Montway was great. We needed to get the car from Florida to New Jersey. They picked it up early. They gave me a week timeframe, and we ended up getting it two days early. The communication was great. The only problem was, they said they couldn't go to my street. I had to meet them in a shopping center parking lot because the truck was so big. My husband didn't think that was necessary. The driver did try to make us pay extra saying because my son had luggage in the car, but that was included. The Montway broker said that any luggage that was below the windows is fine.
